Jackson Acura is a cut above the rest! I live all the way in Lithonia, and I don’t mind driving all the way to Jackson Acura. Their customer service is so good. I work with Yvonne and she is so sweet, caring, and concerned about my experience every single time. This is my second vehicle from Jackson Acura. I don’t plan on changing anytime soon.
Friendly and helpful for a service I needed for a recall and oil change! Jackson Acura provides a transportation service if you want to leave while your car is with them. They even communicated other issues found with pricing so I could approve or decline via text. I definitely recommend and will visit again.
I recently had my vehicle serviced at Jackson Acura. The service was amazing! Yvonne worked with me to get my jammed seatbelt fixed and a few other things on my car that needed updated. I ended up having to wait for a part to come in for a few days but as soon as it came in I was scheduled for an appointment where I used their pickup service! It was very convenient and super helpful considering I am pregnant and past my due date! I was so glad to have the seatbelt and other things fixed so it could be ready for our first child! :) Thank you, Jackson Acura!
The service center is quite a bit confusing upon my first visit . Coming from Toyota service Centers to an Acura service center, there were no directions or signs for lanes with appointments or walk-ins. I had an appointment to change oil and rotate tires. Nick was helpful at explaining the amenities and the service breakdowns I was receiving and what to expect in future visits with my vehicle. It was less than 5 stars simply because the enthusiasm and support was “less than the best” I’ve received while servicing my vehicle at any place. I’m not talking down on anyone or anything. It was pretty average on wait time, customer service, and pricing of services. If I’m being honest, the engine air filter and cabin filter is overpriced. They’re charging almost $100 for it. The service center is right in the middle of what to expect and not expect from a dealership.
Rob Flauter was our sales person and he absolutely fantastic during the entire process. I have had several poor car buying experiences in the past and this experience was the total opposite. Rob made it all easy to understand, gave us numerous options that we requested, and he acted in a timely and professional manor during the entire experience. I know where I’ll be going when we upgrade our next vehicle!
Yvonne R. is the gold star standard in the automobile industry, because she listened to my concerns, kept me actively in the loop, and was transparent with the total cost of repairs! She is a RARE GEM. I find Jackson Acura in Roswell very convenient to service my vehicle. They have the option with loaners or a Lyft service to get their customers back to their routine without having to wait at the service location and they drop the vehicle back to your home after the service if customer is not able to pick it up. This is very helpful. I have always been helped by Yvonne Russell, who is a great help in making decisions when it comes to prioritizing the services needed at that point of time.
Jackson Acura Service Dept and Nick Covino were awesome! I drive down from Blue Ridge whenever I need service - which is not very often. My car and I are well taken care of. Anything that does not need doing is never done. I appreciate the honesty and the professional service. I would not seek service anywhere else.
This facility has so many friendly people to help. They are efficient, effective, and fast. I continue to come here because they know what they are doing and considerate of my cars needs. I will continue to come here knowing my car is in great hands. Thank you for all you all do!
Sergei Potapoff is an excellent sales person and he made the task of buying a car very simple. I didnt want to go in the dealership due to covid-19 concerns, I had the option of the car coming directly to the house, a very nice service. The price was excellent and the car, a 2020 MDX, is a dream. Thank you to everyone at Jackson Acura, especially Sergei!Update: Sergei has continued to be a wonderful source of information about my new car. He referred me to service advisor, Yvonne Russell, when my tire sensor was giving me trouble and she was also a great source of help. Jackson Acura hires great people, very pleased!
The service I needed was a routine A1 on my 2020 TLX to prepare for a driving trip. When I returned home from my trip after putting over 1500 miles on my car, I discovered that my tires had been over inflated to 37 psi cold which then caused pressure to be as high as 42 psi at interstate speeds. I know that overinflated tires result in increased wear and could be less safe. The tech responsible obviously was either careless or was not properly trained. Either is unacceptable.
Purchased a 2022 MDX from Jackson this week. Best auto buying experience ever. Paul, Quani, and Kevin were professional, non-pressure and friendly. The buying process was smooth and straightforward. I plan to have the MDX for years but would definitely go back to Jackson again.
There was an issue with my vehicle caused by the service tech the previous visit to the dealership. It should have been a rather simply fix, although most like would take some time running down. However, two service writers and the tech took the position the issue with my vehicle was as designed by Acura, thus nothing wrong. Upon showing Rodney the service manager this was an incorrect position, utilizing a 2022 MDX on Jackson Acuras showroom floor. Given my MDX is a 2020 model year, Rodney ultimately took the position because the model difference the comparison was not valid. The issue is the tailgate (after a previous service at Jackson Acura) will no longer open without the key fob, even when the doors are unlocked. Jackson Acura has taken the position this is as designed and a safety feature. When ask why then did the tailgate previously open without the fob when unlocked prior to Jackson to service the vehicle the response by two service writers, apparently the service tech and Rodney was the tailgate works as designed. When it was clear Rodney nor his staffed cared to listen to logic and reason, I stated I would take my vehicle to a competent mechanic to have fixed. This was simply do to there being some wire connections pulled loose during the previous service performed by Jackson resulting in the tailgate no longer operating correctly. It was also found the driver side door would not lock when using the auto lock feature; either when exiting the vehicle and using the lock button on the door handle or the when using the fob. The drivers side door could be manually lock, but then must also be manually unlock. In Rodneys defense he was unaware of this issues, as was I at the time of our encounter. The vehicle had been serviced only at Jackson Acura. As is relates to oil changes, tire rotations, no issues. However, when there was warranty work to be completed initially service writer did not want to cover under warranty. Then post warranty work is when new issues where discovered and Rodney no longer wished to address issues caused by his staff, but simply continue with incorrect information. Its a shame, I chose to go the a dealer for serviced based upon the fact the service writers and tech only work on Acura vehicles. Acuras entire line up is five vehicles. I seriously doubt there is a lot of service performed on NSXs. This leaves two sedans and two SUVs. How can you not become a product expert when you only deal in essentially four vehicle; which are grouped into two categories? Hopefully by poor experience was the outlier.
I had a really great customer service experience at Jackson Acura. The parts and service department reps were awesome. A big thank you to Yvonne Russell,..you always take care of me. The entire staff are also just very nice and the dealership is clean.Even though I live 20+ miles away I will return to Jackson Acura for my future service needs.
Not a great experience this time. I always goes to Jackson Acura for my car since 6 years but never faced bad experience it this time sales representative and service was not good. I changed brake pads and when I got the car it’s giving lots noise and I have to go back twice to fix, they didn’t even check before delivering the car to the customer. Very disappointed..
We recently purchased MDX from this place and must say that the experience was exceptional. Reggie was our salesperson and he was very transparent. There was no up selling at all and they were all very friendly. Best of all they did not upcharge me when most dealers do now. HIghly recommended!!
Sergei, our salesman was so helpful. I had called and inquired about a new MDX and he said he would work something up and call me back. He called back with a great price, walked me through the application process and finance and delivered my car to my home all within a few hours.He was wearing gloves and a mask and showed me all the particulars about my new car. He has followed up with me a couple of times to see if I have questions about my new car.This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had, and I have bought a lot of cars in my lifetime. I give them 5 stars for honesty, integrity, ease of purchasing, and follow-through. I will buy all my new automobiles from Jackson Acura.

Terrible experience. Took my car in for a simple alignment. While waiting all of the service techs argued with each other about having no wifi and printers and bickered constantly for everyone in the waiting area to hear. When I left, alignment was still not corrected. Their car wash / dry at the end of the service left terrible swirl marks on both sides of my car and now requires a full detail to hopefully restore. I called about the swirl marks and no one seemed to care - as if it was my problem to solve. I will find a different Acura dealership for service next time.
I enjoyed working with Sergei Potapoff. He possesses outstanding product knowledge and provides excellent customer service. He was very patient throughout the sales process and was helpful in letting me make a decision on purchasing my new RDX. OIt is easy to see why he has won numerous sales awards. He is an asset to the Jackson Acura dealership, as well as the Acura brand. I love driving this car! Fun to drive. High quality.
We recently purchased an Acura for my mom because Ive always had such a wonderful experience with this company, present time included! I wish I could find the man who sold me my first Acura, I was young and didnt know anything about cars and Im so fortunate that one, a 1998, fell into my lap; that was in 2010. Not only do I still have the 98, but now also have a 2016 plus the one for my mom. Great cars, great service, thank you!
I have visited this dealership twice since I wrote a poor review for the service received in May of 2020. After being contacted personally by the service manager Rodney I was assured that my experience was not the Jackson way and proper feedback and any necessary action would be taken! He encouraged me to come back, in which I did and on both occasions I was glad to have made the hour plus trip. My service advisor Kendall is awesome. He always take the time to listen to my concerns and addresses them with ease. I am glad I came back and I am considering purchasing a another Acura this summer from this same dealership. My philosophy is that if is not broken then dont try to fix it. Keep up great work Rodney and the team!!

I went to the showroom to test drive RDX and proceed further if i like it. My associate was Reggie whom I felt having little to no interest showing me the car. I felt him making comments just because of my race .. im not sure but I just asked them more information on the shipping handling costs.. to which he answered me Dont you want truck drivers to eat and live? and I felt it really rude. From a customer standpoint I would have loved to see a little more enthusiasm and smiles on their face from sales which feels inviting to the showroom. I ll buy my RDX but not from Jackson Acura
After having a horrible experience at another dealership down the road, my wife and I went to Jackson Acura and had an amazing experience with Sergei. He was professional, detailed, polite, and really made us feel like our experience, not our money, was the most important part of the deal. I have mixed feelings about Jackson Acura for numerous reasons. I have been bringing my vehicle here for all my vehicle needs making sure to upkeep the maintenance on my vehicle. In the past there have been a few small hiccups here and there, nothing I wasn’t willing to overlook because I try to be realistic and know that sometimes things happen like when they forgot to reset my car after an oil change and I had to do it myself with the help of the wonderful service lady (Yvonne) or that time my vehicle was shaking so bad because they never did the alignment after I had just left drove out of the bay from getting my vehicle serviced and brought it in for that particular reason. Those things I can deal with, annoying but fine I can move on. Recently (August) my vehicle had a broken strut, this part was supposedly ordered when I was at the dealership for routine maintenance and since it’s covered under my vehicle warranty it would be covered- ok cool! A few weeks pass by and I occasionally call to speak with someone in service (Sean/Shawn?) we had a candid conversation about the fact this particular part is on back order and how everything is running low- ok cool I’m still understanding but annoyed. I followed up once more to be told “ the part is still on back order” sooo by this point it’s already NOVEMBER!!! That’s right I’ve literally been waiting this long!! **I will say that after raising hell, my part was put in and Jackson Acura did their part to correct it but here is where it’s just plain bad business! I had to call and get Acura services directly involved they are ones who informed me that back in August 2021 my part was NEVER ordered!!! That’s right, they looked it all up in their system and nothing was listed for my vehicle since I had to provide a parts # for what was “ordered” and was advised of this.I’m not writing this review in a malicious manner but rather as to make others aware and let the owners of this particular dealership know that at some point, accountability must taken.Ohhh how the mighty have fallen.
When I arrived, I was greeted by a polite young man who passed me on to a service manager. I stated I didnt have an appointment and they said no problem. They took down my information and I was given a time on Saturday it would be ready. All was good to this point. I asked for their business card but was given this little square piece of paper 1/2 the size of business card. They said, download the Jackson Acura and follow the....I stopped them and asked are you out of business cards? The reply was, no. Fast forward to Saturday 11:20. I was told my car would be ready at 11:00. It was a beautiful day so I was walking up to dealership and called..... just to make sure it was ready. I could tell my call was being rerouted. When they finally answered, I gave them my name and car description. They said Im sorry but can you repeat what you just said. Then they asked if car was 4 wheel drive, what size engine, my address and thats when I said look Im walking up to your dealership all I want to know is, will my car be ready when I arrive because no one has called me to confirm! They replied hold one moment. About 1.5 to 2 minutes later they came back and told me they couldnt get anyone to answer. I became a little upset and said well cant you go look? I was informed they were an answering service for dealership. At that point, I waved down a cab and got a ride to dealership. When I arrived, the service manager went over what was done and what was on back order. I asked them to look back and see if you had replaced cv joint before, because they said that apparently was causing vibration in steering wheel only when excellorating. They looked back and said no. Over the weekend I found in my records where Jackson Acura did replace driver side axle. The passenger side cv has been on backorder for a long time. My records show where your dealership repeatedly tried but I ended up getting an aftermarket one because of unknown time it would arrive. I dont own this company but I do know what people from my generation (baby boomers) want. We want to look you in the eye and get an answer to our question, a hand shake is as good as your word or written contract. Material substance like business card is critical. At my age we get put on hold so many times for doctor appointments, question about cable or utility bills, etc. that you can turn a good experience into 1 to 3 STARS just because we couldnt get a simple questioned answer because it was routed through 2 or 3 services, none at dealership. My car was ready but I will call and ask why they didnt see that my driver side cv was replaced by your dealership.Joe
This was the absolute best car leasing experience Ive ever had and I have purchased and/or leased many in my lifetime. Reggie Hammond was our salesman and he is so polite and knowledgeable. From Reggies desk, checking out the vehicles I wanted to see, to test drive and then to finance, I was out the door in less than 2 hours. Then Reggie even took his time to pair mine and my husbands phones with the vehicle. WOW... WHAT GREAT SERVICE!!!! I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I love my new MDX by the way.
Great experience. Yvonne is super friendly and knowledgeable. The wait time has always been what she told me it would be, never longer (so far). They even performed a service bulletin on this visit that I was expecting to have to schedule a separate visit for. Only my second visit with a new MDX but so far the service has been outstanding.
I had a rat chew wires under my car hood. I had to pay too much just to have them tell me that the value of my car did not justify fixing it. The few things I called.out as having problems all came back as working properly. Even though they dont work at all. And they dont work due to the wiring I get that. But they tell you what they check and all of the things I called out came back as all normally working. How am I supposed to trust what they say. Feel like I paid almost $300 to have someone remove the aluminum from the front of my car. And to be treated like stereotypical little woman. Having a car that they said should not be fixed they did not even try to set me up with a sales rep.
I was regular customer for Jackson Acura, I bought my car there and I been doing all my services there from past 8 years. But, my recent visit gave me very bad experience. Waited for almost two hours for simple oil change. The service center is not that busy, very few customers, If some thing wrong they should came back and tell us for delay. But, in this instance when I ask for the status(after 90min) I didnt get proper answer and been ignored. Looks like I need to re-think about my car service going forward.
I visited the service department on 5-23-20. Upon arriving I was greeted by a technician surprisingly with No Mask nor gloves. Once inside the service department I noticed that hardly anyone was wearing any masks. I decided to inquire with the receptionist Robin and was advised the owner Mr. Jackson was leaving it to their discretion. I guess should have inquired about the safety guidelines being offered to customers when I scheduled my appointment instead of assuming that the employees would at least be adhering to CDC guidelines. In addition, my service advisor Yvonne expected me sit directly across from her in a chair that clearly had not been sanitized. Then to make matters worse Jackson Acura no longer accepts coupons from other Acura dealerships! I drove over an hour away when I could have been advised over the phone. I have primarily having my car serviced here since I purchased it in 2008. I always came back because of the outstanding experience I would receive. Well I guess good things dont last forever. The fact that Jackson Acura deals with the public but doesnt value its customers enough to practice safety measures during a pandemic is enough for me to know that I am not a valued consumer. A note to Mr. Jackson that it was the Jackson Experience that repeat customers would come back this dealership! It is disheartening that the level of customer service now being offered that this no longer important to the Acura brand.
I asked to get an oil change and they told me it wasnt necessary which I understood. However, i still wanted fresh oil for a road trip. I also purchased two new tires and asked to put them on the front which they did not. When I received my car, they had forgotten to reset my oil percentage.
Great Experience!My recent experience at Jackson Acura was instrumental in my purchasing a new vehicle. Reggie Hammond provided me excellent customer service! An effective salesman has to make the customer feel good about parting with their money. Reggie did just that. I had every intention to upgrade my Mercedes Benz and ended up stopping by Jackson Acura to rule out all other options first. I purchased an Acura that day! The majority of the staff was friendly, we were greeted with a smile by the receptionist (which is very important) and there was no pressure selling feeling, which I appreciated. Reggie was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased and reviewed all the features with me, as expected. Mike, the Finance Director, made the financing aspect easy and stress-free. I would not hesitate to purchase from Jackson Acura again in the future. I hope their service department is as good as the sales department.
I trade in my car tha l like a lot to get a car that l thought l always wanted, at first l wasnt happy already because the new car that l got was giving me horrible mpg (both cars was V6) but it got worse when l got a flat tire days after l bought it and find out that l was not gonna be able to find that tire in the whole state of GA! So l went back to the dealer to try to get my old car back because it wasnt an option for me to get a new set of tires to not have the problem in the future even knowing that l was gonna lose some money but I never thought it was going to be more then $8000!!! To return a car lest then a week after, l pay $25000!!! For the new car and they only offer me $18000 to take it back, they give me $10000 when I trade in my car and pay $13000 when l got it back, even pay over $200 for the tire when l return the car, pay taxes for the car tha l got and also pay more taxes to get my old car back even when that car was always under my name since l got it back less than a week after l make that mistake. Not sure if this is the way dealers work but as a personal experience l will never recommend this dealership , thinking to get a acura mdx for my wife soon and definitely this dealership is not an option. This was just my personal experience, good luck to you guys.
On this day in my opinion I was provided poor customer service by Nicole Macias .Initially I was happy to greet a female service advisor . However, I soon saw her as condescending and it appeared she tried to inflate the cost of my service. The app and upon arrival she quoted the actual cost of my service. She came to me later with an inflated cost. She said my price was different than originally quoted because the RDX price was higher. She later changed after she saw I was familiar with the cost of service. After that experience I don’t trust her. I’ve received satisfactory routine maintenance at this facility for nearly a year. The previous advisors were great. I don’t trust Ms. Macias. Her tone and out overall interaction was poor.
I have reviewed this place in the past, but I wanted to update it bc they always leave me astounded at how awesome their customer service is. Brittany is my service advisor, and she is wonderful. Shes very helpful, and she goes above and beyond to make sure I have the best experience when I get my vehicle serviced. Im so happy I purchased my car from Jackson Acura, and I go back for all of my vehicle/service needs. Theyre trustworthy and make you feel as if youre family. I highly recommend to all of my friends and family and anyone else who is car shopping.
Jackson Acura surpassed our expectations for service, customer care and product!! We returned for scheduled service appointment and were extremely pleased with everything from them. Our Service Advisor, Brittany Green, made it even better! She was courteous, kind, extremely knowledgeable about the process and answered every one of our questions while letting us know the status of things while we waited! My first visiting this Acura dealership, i visited several. But I’m about excellent service. They say your first impression is a lasting impression ! I also visited the Mercedes dealership( my second vehicle )as well. But this dealership won me over even though it’s 23 miles from my home. Yvonne was my service advisor she was excellent explained everything , and Mr Jimmy at the condiments station . Two thumbs up!!
I bought from Jackson (leased, actually) for the first time in November. GREAT experience, all around. Internet purchase (my 7th in a row; our 5th MDX) and it was the BEST experience Ive had yet. Paul Silverman was responsive, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable, and worked with me for weeks on a complex Lease turn in. When we picked up our new car, I saw the dealership for the first time: Very classy, clean, organized. Everyone we dealt with was top-notch. I highly recommend Jackson, and Paul Silverman!
I never write comments unless I have had a really bad experience or a fabulous experience. I just wanted to let everyone know that Jackson Acura was the best car buying experience I have ever been through. I have purchased many cars and sat in dealerships for days trying to negotiate. I was able to negotiate the deal over the phone very smoothly and walk right in to sign paperwork and pick up my car. My sales rep, Arthur, was a pleasure to work with and very personable and knowledgeable. The manager, Johnnie, was also a delight to meet. They were never pushy. They made this a great experience and I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. Our family has been using the service of Jackson Acura dealership for almost 10 years. Their service has never disappointed us but always go out of length to meet our needs. Paul the business manager is amazing. He has excellent knowledge about their products and offers and always make sure we got the best service. I highly recommended them to anyone.
Update: they collected 181 dollars to title and registration from me, but they only sent 97 dollars to my DMV. Its an obvious fraud and over-estimate fee they charged. No refund. No star deserved.Some good experience is ruined now because of neglected paperwork and no intention to fix it. Why did they charge doc/processing fee if they did not properly do their job.
The dealership service area is very nice with wifi enabled work spaces, Starbucks coffee and snacks. That said, I havent found the service advisors to have top notch knowledge/customer service skills one would expect from Acura or to be particularly helpful in general. Once my car is out of warranty, I may or may not continue driving the 20 mins over to this dealership.
Very customer focused approach; excellent experience....I’m highly impressed with how well Brittany took care of me. I just moved to the area and have not had a positive car service experience up to this point prior to visiting Jackson Acura.Brittany was highly attentive and even made recommendations that would not even immediately benefit her.I left there feeling like the extra time and energy driving out of my was well worth it!
Ive always used Jackson Acura for their good service and I expected no less with the car buying experience. Selecting and buying a car here was great, and even better experience than I originally thought. Patrick was an awesome sales person. He was very knowledgeable about the entire inventory, not just the Acura. He listened to me briefly share my needs, budget, and style desires before instantly showing me three cars that were absolutely for me. Patrick was patient and calm, never once coming off as a pushy sales person. After all if the vehicles Ive purchased, Ive never been in and out of a dealership so quickly with EXACTLY what I want. Overall I would say my experience with Acura has been good. Working with Patrick made it great. I already referred my neighbor and definitely plan to recommend to my friends and family.
My Service Advisor Yvonne was awesome! This was my first visit to Jackson Acura for service on my TLX, and every part of my experience far exceeded my expectations! I work in finance at a local dealership myself, and I was blown away by the level of customer care that I experienced. She was very friendly and professional throughout the entire process. When I return for my next service, I will definitely ask for Yvonne!!
In terms of service - this place is top notch. We bought an Acura elsewhere, but this is the closest dealership. Their service department is pretty top notch.As always, with every dealership, theres always a cabin air filter or other silliness that needs changed at every service, but unlike some others, they arent pushy about it. If you decline they just move on and I appreciate that.I got a quote for other services, and some tires, and their quote for tires was very competitive with a local discounted tire retailer, I was impressed.
Had my second oil change at Jackson Acura this morning; unfortunately, my level of satisfaction is heading in the wrong direction...I was the third car in the door at 6:55 AM this morning with a 7:00 AM appointment for an oil/filter change. I was charged for a tire rotation I didnt need or request (they had just been rotated at Discount Tire for free) and wasnt out the door until about 9:20 AM. Wait time on the first visit in August was about 3 hours.Why have a process for scheduling an appointment and specifying the services you want performed if youre going to be there 2+ hours regardless and the services you indicated are ignored? If I wanted my tires rotated, I would have added that to the list of services when scheduling the appointment.
Truly wish I could give more than 5 stars on this one. I am coming from good car service experience to exceptional. I will never go back! Great customer service, personable and well-informed sales staff! Buying a car is a big commitment and Karen was very patient with me. Communication was great. I kept in touch via phone, text, or email. I always got quick responses. I had tons of questions and did a lot of research. I never felt rushed to buy a car at all. I always felts like a valued customer. I highly recommend.
Dustin was a fresh breath, very polite and enjoyable.After Dustin, typical used car salesman syndrome cam into play I guess.One of the sales managers was pretty awful, I guess he felt intimidation was his best tool. I did not deal with him after the 1st visit.They gave me their shop invoice to show all the work they did. Not so good. They said they serviced the transmission but upon inspection, the fluid was gray and it should be pink, I had to service that myself. They said the serviced the differential, well both the front and rear differential were nasty, same thing, had to have both differentials serviced.I knew some things were not right but I underestimated the work I was going to have to do.They cleaned the interior, I still cannot get the smell out from whatever detergent they used.Back window defroster was broken and I pointed that out before I bought the car, unfortunately I failed to follow up so I am stuck with that needing repair as well.All in all not a great experience.
I have to say this dealership was highly recommended by a family member! My experience purchasing my Acura TLX was the best car buying experience I ve had. Reggie helped my husband and I and gave us a great deal on our trade in. However, the service department brings my rating to only 3 stars. I was not greeted when I pulled my car in. I watched as other people who came in after me get help and greeted. I hope this is not what I should expect when I arrive each and every time I have to bring my car in for service. Im not happy with the customer service the service department provided. This is unfortunate for the dealership as a whole.
Very pleasant car buying experience. I felt like I got a good deal on a 2018 Acura MDX lease. The salesman, manager, and finance person were all professional and nice to deal with.As a update I ended up leasing another MDX, a 2021 after my lease was up and the salesman Reggie Hammond was absolutely great. I cant wait until this lease is up and I can put myself into the 2022 MDX that has been completely redesigned. I am a loyal customer and when I get treated fairly I return. Remember if you go to Jackson Acura ask for salesman Reggie Hammond.
This is by far the worst service I ever received in a car dealership. Took my car for oil changes and to fix cabin noise. I had to explain the issues three or four times to different people and they could never find the person I spoke to last time. When they finally got a tech to test drive the car with me, they wrote down the issues on my invoice and told me they would order the parts and call me back in a few days. I called two months later because I thought they were closed but they were open all along and did not order the parts. When talking to the parts department, they wanted me to explain what the issues were (once again) the tell him what parts need to be ordered like I am a technician. I will never ever come back to this dealership and I think this will be last Acura because of a combination or issues and the poor service. The dealer where I bought the car from gave me top notch service and excellent price but they are too far away.
I have been taking my Acura here for all service items since purchasing it in 2017. In the past the service has been OK, however the most recent experience was very bad. I had several maintenance items and a recall issue that needed to be performed, so I scheduled a time to bring the car in and requested a loaner since there were multiple service items to be performed. I was told the repairs would take no more than two hours so I decided to wait (as no loaners were available, which seems to be a common problem here). The repairs actually took about four hours. When I got home and looked at the paperwork, I found they had not performed the recall service. So I called back and got another appointment. I was told since they screwed up on the original appointment my service would be expedited on this appointment, and that it would only take an hour at most. When I arrived at the follow-up appointment and checked in I reminded the service tech (Jimbal) of the previous issue and the fact that I was told this repair would be expedited and take less than hour. After 45 minutes had passed, I noticed my car had not even been moved from the bay. I went out and asked the service tech why my car was not being worked on yet. He then LIED (with a smug grin the whole time) and said I had only dropped it off 15 minutes ago! Obviously this upset me pretty much. 10 more minutes passed any car still hadnt been moved. I went back and sent a text message to the general dealership service tech number expressing my frustration. Then Jimbal got up and talked to someone and my car was finally moved from the service bay. The repairs took about an hour and 45 minutes from that point. So my 1 hour expedited repair took over three hours all said and done. I did speak to the manager about the incident and got the impression he really didnt care. Unfortunately this is the closest Acura dealership to me (by far) so Ill likely have to keep coming here for service. But I can guarantee you I wont be buying another Acura when the time comes to replace my current car. If you have another option for service that doesnt seriously inconvenience you, I highly recommend you stay away from Jackson Acura.
Great experience! Worked with Cameron (who was awesome and Id work with again) on purchasing a 2018 TLX A-spec. I wanted a specific color and trim that they did not have on the lot, so the team at Jackson worked on getting me exactly what I was asking for from another dealership.I walked into the dealership with a specific idea on price based on comparison and online shopping. The negotiation process was very straight forward and we ended up on a price that was fair for both of us.
I really want to thank Nicole ( Service Advisor ) and Brian David ( Technician ) for fixing a creaking noise on my new Acura MDX. I had bought a brand new MDX from another dealership in North Atlanta area . The MDX was making a creaking noise on acceleration. The selling dealership could not fix the creaking noise even after changing the motor mounts and having me drop the MDX twice at the dealership. I was really unhappy with the my new Acura MDX and then i contacted Nicole , She immediately had me come to the dealership and have Brian ride with me , Brian heard the creaking immediately and agreed that it was not normal and then in a day fixed the creaking sound. I would have to drive extra miles to get my car serviced at Jackson Acura , but i will still do it !!
Very good dealership. Randomly looking for a car, and was using Car Gurus. Decided to contact them. Patrick was very helpful. Meet the owner, Harvey, down to earth and friendly. He said if I had ANY issues with my purchases contact him directly. Drove the car back home to Charlotte, no issues. Did have to do some minor repairs to the vehicle which I was aware of when I bought it. Car rides great. Did have an issue receiving my license plates from the dealer. Emailed Mr. Harvey about the matter and true to his promise, his staff contacted me immediately. They apologized, and most importantly resolved it by sending my plates overnight, before my temp plate expired. And recently, the Service Manager Rodney, took the initiative to contact me regarding possible airbag recall. If Im in the market for another car I am more then willing to travel from Charlotte to Jackson Acura, to purchase another.....hopefully no time soon though....
The service department is very good now. When I first bought my vehicle from them 5 years ago, the service depart was very disappointing. They were slow and did not give you very good updates on the delay.But now they have done a 180 degree turn, they are very responsive to your needs and make sure you are aware of what is going on with your vehicle. My service advisor Nick is great. If you go for service ask for Nick, he will make sure you are taken care of.
Excellent service at Jackson Acura. They were timely, the car was clean when returned. There were no issues with the work done. I had a oil change, tire rotation and filters changed. Explained everything very well! The dealership is also very clean and comfortable while waiting for your car.
I truly believe that I have received the best service at Jackson Acura dealership. Brittiany Byas, my customer service rep was awesome. She took care of my every need and she made sure I was in and out in ample amount of time for the service that I received. She even made sure that they took care of my recall issue with the car. One of the best car-buying experiences I have had. We came in to Jackson Acura to look and our salesman Sergei took time to show us all the features of the car we were interested in. We said we were looking at other brands and received absolutely no pressure to make a quick decision. When we came back to make the purchase the process was smooth and did not take an overly large amount of time. In addition, Sergei took the time to set all of the customizable settings on my car. He has called several times to make sure I am happy with my purchase and to see if I have any questions about my car.

Purchase experience was smooth, but this dealership gave the local tag office the incorrect VIN. I have been working with Jackson Acura for over a month on this issue and still it is not fixed. They claim they have submitted the correct VIN to the county, but that is not true. The local tag office confirmed they have received nothing from this dealership.Beware folks. Once they sell a car to you, they are done with you. Very poor customer service. We will not be doing business with this dealership in the future.We worked with Sergei Potapof on the lease agreement. His boss is Michael Cunningham, who we copied on several emails but received absolutely no response from.
I love the aesthetics of the dealership. The pricing of the services I needed for my truck was very aggressive. Each team member with whom I interacted was professional and considerate. Rodney (Service Mgr), Mike (Sales Dir) were superb! The young guys in the service area and Cody were no less.
My husband and I went to Jackson Accura for the first time. Our sales consultant was Mr. Sergei. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed the vehicle which we were looking for and gave us a test drive. Once we decided on buying he worked with us to negotiate the price. He took time explain all the features. I was referred to Patrick by a co-worker who told me that he is a great to work with and that they have had nothing but positive experiences with him. Well in my case, Patrick definitely lived up to the high expectations set by my co-worker. We initially spoke over the phone and I informed him what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay and he advised me that he would call me back with figures. It was literally just that simple. After being indecisive regarding interior/exterior color and all-wheel drive versus front wheel drive, I decided that I wanted a black on black all-wheel drive. Much to my dismay when I informed Patrick he told me that they did not have the all-wheel drive on hand but he would indeed find it for me and that he did! He actually contacted another dealership and then drove to pick up the vehicle that I requested. Once he informed me that he had found the car, I drove to the dealership and signed the papers the same day. I also insisted that the paperwork be ready when I arrive because I would have a 2 year old with me. He assured that everything would be in order and because of this I was at the dealership approximately one hour. Due to the ease of this interaction Patrick now has a customer for life and I will absolutely refer friends and friends of friends who may be in need of a no muss, no fuss car buying experience without sacrificing excellent customer service. Really appreciate Jakes help with my used car purchase from Jackson Acura this December. Possibly the best car buying experience Ive ever had. Everything from test drive to paperwork to trade-in negotiation was so low key and low/no pressure that I was completely at ease. I have always disliked the car-buying process, and have been known to walk out when I feel pressured (which I did at the Lexus dealer down the street earlier on the same day). My experience with this car purchase will bring me back to Jackson Acura again.
I have had a Great experience both times that I purchased a car here. I just purchase a new 2019 Acura ILX and had a Awesome experience. Reggie Hammond is the best saleperson ever. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. No hassling in forcing you to buy a car.The Financial advisor Kelley was very friendly. We were in and out. I love my new car. I love my Acura but I really wish I could get a straight answer on what the charge would be for a standard maintenance service without surprises when I show up at the dealership...very frustrating and create distrust of whether they’re gauging you. As a consumer, this forces you to have to question what they’re telling you because 2 different service advisors give you 2 different quotes on what should be a standard fee.
My first (and last) experience at this dealership. Dropped by the service area to exchange a 100 month Acura battery purchased and installed by Acura 30 months ago in my wifes MDX and was told that its Acura policy that the vehicle has to be brought in. Mind you I have the receipt for the battery, the genuine Acura labeled battery itself bearing the month and year of purchase as shown on the receipt. How do we know this is the battery on the invoice?. Huh? You can have it towed here at your expense. Huh? I question whether this can really be Acura policy, its not Honda policy and they are the same company, but the way I was treated was really poor. It reminds me that its all about the people. I can only comment on my very limited experience with this one gentleman (I am biting my tongue here) - the other people may be great. Sadly businesses just dont get it. A $100 battery may have cost them a $50k vehicle sale. There are plenty of other options, Acura or otherwise. No loss for this character... I suspect he thinks hes doing a great job.
We had a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle from Jackson Acura.Stephen Higham was our sales rep, and he was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with.We did our research and talked to several dealerships and several different manufacturers. Stephens attitude and his no pressure style absolutely helped us feel more at ease, and was the number one factor in helping us close this deal. We definitely see ourselves purchasing from Jackson Acura again, and Stephen should be commended for his work.
Cameron was the salesperson and listened to my needs, didnt talk over me. He was professional, knowledgeable and I felt comfortable. Nick in service has always been great with my ILX so I returned to buy a TLX thanks to the great dealership experiences. Great value for the car.
These are good guys at Jackson Acura. No pressure to buy and they came through on the price they quoted us and gave us a good deal with no hassle. And my husband and I have bought about 6 new cars in our 30 years of marriage. The sales team had very good communication. Reggie Hammond was our rep and he was nice, professional, and let us make the decisions on our own time line - no pressure. We bought a nice pre owned car from them. I would buy from Reggie again.
I have been getting my car serviced here for past 3 years. They are always prompt and does really good work. But after a most recent service, I found two noticeable scratches on the car. Not sure what caused it but the service agent Brandon took care of it immediately. I am glad it was taken care but I suggest management to be a bit more careful with the customers cars.
We had fantastic experience working with Paul Silverman. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable regarding the car’s features. He made the process very easy and enjoyable. I truly appreciated that he put my needs first, as opposed to trying to sell me on unnecessary features. I would highly recommend working with Paul and Kelly, who handled my final paperwork.
Overall good service experience. One star removed due to long wait and wrong order of service (customers arriving after me were serviced before) and rush job on service. Didnt clean windshield camera and poured plain water in windshield washer to top off.Great experience on another occasion of accessory install.

We were able to trade in a vehicle and obtain the new vehicle we desired. We purchased our Acura about 10 years back from Jackson Acura. You might expect the quality of service to diminish once the car was delivered or over time, but it has only increased. The employees understand the quality and efficiency of the after sales business and how it drives repeat business. Youre greeted immediately upon arrival, their waiting room has all the amenities you need to get some work done, relax or network and if there is a problem with your vehicle; they make sure you understand the cause and correction. It is my experience the service consultants do not try to up-sell you anything and the cost of service is minimal if you consider you are getting Honda/Acura quality parts, a service guarantee from trained technicians and a nationwide parts warranty. Additionally, they follow up with you hours later to ensure you are completely satisfied. We have always dealt with Nick Covino when having our car serviced and have never left the dealership less than being very pleased. Our appreciation goes out to the team at Jackson Acura.Update: As usual, when needing servicing, I took our Acura to Jackson Acura. Unfortunately or perhaps fortunately, Nick Covino was not in the office. I dealt with another advisor and as a result of her strong lack of interpersonal skills and all of the positives I noted in my above post;, I will no longer be a customer of Jackson Acura. Good timing as we are about 9 months out from buying a new vehicle.We promptly went to another Acura dealer and the battery replacement Yvonne was wrongfully denying was covered 100% percent no questions ask as a warrantable item. Of course it would be, it was still in the regular replacement parts warranty.
What a great experience at Jackson Acura! Its been 11 years since we purchased a new car and Paul Silverman made the process so easy. We visited a few other dealerships in the area but it just felt right to make our purchase at Jackson. They were very welcoming and made you feel immediately like a valued customer. Victor Salerno, my sales representative, was the main reason I chose to take my business to this dealership. I recently purchased a used car from Jackson Acura. It was a great experience working with Patrick McPherson. I told him I knew there is no such thing as a Used Car Factory. However, I knew the details of the car I wanted to purchase and asked Patrick to find me a car. As soon as Patrick found me what I wanted it was only three days later I had my car. Patrick was extremely professional and caring and followed through with me during my entire Jackson Acura experience. This was the second time Patrick has helped me purchase a car at Jackson Acura. I would recommend working with Patrick and Jackson Acura if you want to buy an Acura.
I had to unfortunately deal with Nick Covino in service on today regarding a TSB, tire change, and battery replacement on my 2016 ILX. He had a negative demeanor starting off towards me I believe for being an informed consumer and asking questions. As I waited I overheard his interactions with other customers and co workers, it was positive but with me he seemed very upset for no reason. He also went through my glove box with out my permission looking for a receipt for the previous battery I purchased. He also told me once the car was completed to get out of here. I do understand that there are times when a customer may be ignorant and ask questions since I am in the service industry as well, but it is your job to keep your composure to make sure they have an overall positive experience and Nick failed miserably. Im disappointed with this dealership and have contacted Acura Client relations.* Reply to owner: I actually had no problem purchasing the battery, I decided to not get the battery due to Nick Covino’s poor reaction to my questions and concerns. I refuse to spend money with someone who has a lack of respect for their customers. Thank you.
Buying my new Acura MDX was an easy process. Arthur was a great sales rep and did a great job making sure I got the best price and that I was happy and comfortable. I felt I was treated well during the whole buying experience. I would highly recommend Jackson Acura anyone buying a new or used vehicle. They are a great dealership to do business with!
I picked up a slightly used Tacoma from Sergei at Jackson Acura. It honestly was a pleasure buying a car from them. There was no pressure at all, just helpful and friendly service (even when talking about money and the deal). I have been going to Jackson Acura for almost 4 years now and they are hands down the best Acura service department within the Metro Atlanta Area. The Service Manager, Rodney Jones, manages a great service department and they are always transparent to what needs to be completed and DO NOT use scare tactics or a pushy sales approach to gain more business, like many other service departments do. The car buying experience can be stressful. Sergei Potapoff of Jackson Acura made the car buying process a pleasurable one. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and did a great job guiding us through the process. I didnt feel any pressure to buy a vehicle but Im glad I did (no buyers remorse). He was very engaging and personable during the close-out process and even helped program the settings. I will definitely recommend the Jackson team for a great car buying experience.
I have been using their service department for several years now. They have treated us really well, so well that I decided to purchase another car from them. Went in for an oil change and alignment and they assigned a new service guy to me, Cory Lyons. He was absolutely the best service guy, he was patient, very knowledgeable, and kind. He catered to my needs and made me feel like I was a valued customer. Thank you for taking care of my car and getting everything done on time.
Never pleased with my experience at this dealership. Not helpful. Almost self service when you arrive. The service techs are in glass offices right next to where you pull in and they dont even acknowledge you are there. Its rude and not very good service. I had to pursue getting my car to leave after it was done because the guy was talking to an old friend he told me, like that would be important to me.
Great service! Ive been going there for over 10 years. They take wonderful care of my cars, doing just whats needed to keep them running smoothly. Professional, friendly, timely, honest. And, Jackson Acura has a comfortable place to wait, get some work done, and have a cup of coffee.
This is my first Acura after owning five Hondas and three Toyotas. It was the best car buying experience Ive ever had. My sales rep, Amy Wiley, was fantastic. She gave me all of the information I needed and had me work with a technical rep who explained all of the features on the car. He only works on Saturdays but it was well worth spending time with him. Amy followed up by phone & e-mail before, during & after the sales process. I even got a hand-written thank you note! There was no back & forth haggling over the price - she just gave me the best she could do. I traded in my Toyota and financed through Acura for my new RDX. It was a seamless, easy process. Looking forward to having the same excellent service when I bring my car back for the scheduled maintenance.
Im a visitor, since my best friend buy one of her first Acura , back in 2004 . Over the years we have experienced good attitude and service , the times were there, given good ratings, but while looking around the newest models and being in the waiting room, we noticed that it needs some major cleaning ,it hasnt changed as the years go by , it was unpleasant to see every single seat with old stains, old stained carpet and dusty countertops , the room is getting detach of the level of QUALITY of the whole place and its staff. We are so thankful to Mrs. Byas ( so nice and helpful)and Mr. Ferguson who took care of the car ,at the time of our visit on 11/12/19.
We just purchased a pre-owned certified 2016 Acura MDX Advanced and were quite delighted with our experience. Karen made sure we received the necessary information to facilitate the purchase and her managers were very courteous and helpful to complete the transaction. We felt they respected our needs and concerns all while getting things done in a very efficient manner. We were done with our transaction and out the door, driving home in our new vehicle much quicker than previous purchases at other dealerships. Definitely a pleasant surprise.
I am a difficult customer to read at times. I want information, but to do not want to be constantly bombarded with it. Brittiany just gets this, and my service interactions that have involved normal maintenance and also loaner car needs have always been seamless. My more limited interactions with other associates confirms the customer commitment is expected of all Jackson employees.Of all the reviews I have given, I never thought one would be about a car dealership, but they just get it right every time at Jackson Acura.

2022-05-05We brought in our 20 year old Acura CL for an airbag recall we received from Acura. The folks at Jackson took care of the recall and fixed another problem we had with the SRS sensor in the seat belt. We were thrilled that the sensor replacement was covered under a lifetime warranty. When I bring my car in for service, it is a friendly and personal experience. She helped me by getting my car delivered to me the next day since I wasn’t able to arrange pick up .I purchased my MDX there in 2010 and have only taken it to Jackson Acura. When I’m ready to purchase a new car, it will be with Jackson Acura because the service e department is top notch!

We absolutely love the car and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a mid size SUV.We just had our first service and Yvonne Russell made sure everything was done as needed. 2022-06-15Needed 4 new tires and I inquired about tread warranty since I bought the previous tires there and received a credit towards new purchase. I had checked tire price against other local tire dealers and Acura was very competitive. I prefer to use Acura so I don’t have to go to another place for tire rotation.

2022-02-10Went in to make an Appointment for instrument panel repair. Service personnel said they would take a quick look to see what I was trying to explain. They immediately found the problem was a dead cell in the battery. Installed a new battery at a very fair price and I was on my way in no time. Very happy with my experience and will definitely return with any future issues!! Thanks guys for making one of my least favorite responsibilities painless 😁😁
