DO NOT USE THE BODY SHOP. Kept My new 2022 F250 for 112 days and had to take it back 3 times in order for them to try to get it right. Got the vehicle back with 2 of the same previous issues. I was blown away. The truck came back with re-used parts, very dirty, and even left tape all over the vehicle. Ended up having to take the vehicle to another dealership to get it right.
Update on car purchased that had 2 worn out tires:Initially I was not getting any progress on the Certified Pre Owned car that I purchased from Jackie Jones Ford, that unknown to me at the time had 2 worn out tires. After I posted my negative review, I was contacted by the General Manager, Berrong Kimsey about my concerns. After a few emails and a few pictures exchanged, it was determined that they would reimburse me for the entire replacement cost of the 2 tires.Mistakes can be made, but it is how the company treats its customers after those mistakes that really show the integrity of the business.Mr Kimsey solved the problem quickly and made me feel much better about my purchase, as well as earned my future business.Thank you for your help!

Absolute the beat buying experience in my life. Bill Sutton is the friendliest and most straightforward salesman I have dealt with in a long time, not just car salesman’s either. He definitely helped the process go smoothly, and even caught some issues on the used truck I bought that he handled after the fact that I had missed. Had a problem with my Challenger while on vacation. Called this dealer and was told to come right on in. They treated me like an old friend, reassured me that everything was okay, and had me on my way quickly. And did not charge me one dime for their trouble. I cant say enough about Josh Olson and Harrison Dutton. There just isnt many good folks and this type of old-fashioned service any longer. Totally impressed and ever thankful for their commitment, care, and concern.

Excellent service. They did NOTtry to upsell me even though I was almost ready to go with a $200+ Automatic Transmission Fluid Exchange and service. They listened to me and diagnosed the problem on my 2002 RAM 2500 with Cummins DIesel and Automatic Trans as a strange electrical magenetic interference with the hot wire to the Auto Shift Solenoid, coming from the Alternator.As crazy as EMF interference from the Alternator causing the Transmission to shift erratically or NOT SHIFT AT ALL SOUNDS, they were right and saved me $200-400 or more for a new rebuilt transmission.They really know their stuff, and are honest, trustworthy and concerned about the customer in the Service Department.
I have purchase two vehicles from Jacky Jones and the experience was very professional and comfortable. My last purchase was a 2019 Ford Transit that I use for my business. It has a little over 10,000 miles on it and it started sending out a code to service the engine. So I dropped it off on a Sunday evening. On Thursday Since I had not herd anything from them I called and was informed that it would be the middle of next week before they could look at it. I have other vehicles for my business and I have them serviced by the dealerships as well. I have never had one that was not looked at inside of a week. Usually within two days. For these reasons I will not ever purchase another vehicle from Jacky Jones
I recently purchased a 2003 Mustang from Jacky Jones Ford In Cleveland Georgia. I bought this car sight unseen on the internet (we live in Florida) and normally would not have purchased a car sight unseen except for the trust that I established with the salesman at the dealer. The salesman was Bill Sutton and over the course of email and phone conversations over several weeks I felt confident in the information about the car was accurate and credible. I met Mr. Sutton when I picked up the car and he was very cordial and appreciative of my business. I would definetly recommend Jacky Jones Ford and in Particular Mr. Sutton in making a vehicle purchase.
My wife and I were in the market for a used, but new to us, Suburban. We searched and located several within driving distance to our home. We found a 2015 for a good price at Jacky Jones Ford in Cleveland. I sent an email inquiring about the vehicle as it was after hours when we found the ad. Within a few minutes my email was answered by Bill Sutton Jr. The next morning we made contact and made arrangements for the afternoon. Once we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by Bill and he showed us the Suburban we had come to look at. He handed us the keys and said “take her for a drive, I’ll be here when you get back.” We took a little drive around Cleveland and decided we wanted to purchase it. When we returned they had the paperwork drawn up and ready to go. Bill was up front and didn’t play the back and forth games like most other dealerships. He was a real pleasure to work with and made Jacky Jones Ford live up to their motto of “we make buying easy.” I would 10/10 recommend Bill Sutton Jr and Jacky Jones Ford.
My experience at this dealership was unlike any other in the best possible way. I cannot give Tyler Donovan enough praise for the way my sale was handled. First of all we did all of our negotiating by text saving me lots of time sitting at the dealership. Most of the paperwork was prepared ahead of time, the car was already prepped and filled with gas before I did my test drive also saving me time at the dealership. I was in and out in just over an hour. There were just a couple of minor issues which Tyler resolved very quickly. He was personable, courteous and customer oriented. I would definitely recommend him and will do business with him again in the future.

Amazing and Phenomenal experience. Bill took great care of me from start to finish. I began contacting and researching trucks since mid January. Bill and Cheryl kept in touch with me until I was ready to make a decision this April. When I decided to buy the truck, there was no high pressure when I arrived. They handed me the keys and said drive all you want until you know what you want. It was the most comfortable I have felt with a car buying experience. I even was able to meet Mr Jacky Jones himself. I recently purchased a beautiful used Ford F-150 from Jacky Jones Ford in Cleveland, Ga. The salesman Bob Little arranged for me to take delivery of my truck at another Jacky Jones dealership closer to my home. On my way home I noticed that there was a problem with the sun/moonroof. I called the Customer Care Rep. Marianne about the problem. Within the hour she made me an appointment to have the repairs made at the expense of Jacky Jones Ford. The sales and management team are honest and will do what is right. I highly recommend this dealership. I am well pleased.
On Wednesday, February 17th after reviewing the dealership and seeing they had a 4.5 out of 5-star rating and a recipient of 17 Ford President Awards, I contacted salesman Ben Lawrence via text and phone.We conducted most of the sale remotely and once everything was decided I made the over two hour drive to finalize the deal. The entire process took less than 45 minutes and as I was pulling out of the dealership in a new to me 2019 Silver Ford F-250 ($63,525.00) I made the comment to my wife that this was the best buying experience I have ever had through a dealership.The vehicle I purchased was a reacquired vehicle which had a “no start” issue. The issue with the vehicle was said to be repaired with no sign of reoccurrence. Unfortunately, this was not the case and on Saturday February 19th would not start and left me stranded 37 miles from home for over an hour. I immediately contacted Ben to advise him and supplied pictures and video of the issue. The no start issue continued throughout the day to include after dinner with guests on the evening of the 19th for over 30 minutes. The following morning, I contacted Ben and advised him the vehicle would not start. Thankfully, Ben coordinated the delivery and pickup of a replacement vehicle for Monday.On Tuesday February 23rd, after serious consideration I decided that I did not feel safe continuing to use the vehicle as I travel out of town for business frequently. I reached out to Ben to advise I was not comfortable with the vehicle and to inquire as to whether I could get my trade in back and walk away from the deal. I was told this was not an option as the loan had already been funded.At that point I decided to pursue the replacement vehicle they delivered. The replacement vehicle was also a reacquired 2019 Ford F-250 ($67,690.00) with some additional creature comforts. I originally did not see the vehicle on the lot due to setting my spending cap and search criteria at $65K. Naturally, I asked Ben if there was any way they could meet in the middle on the difference. Ben stated there may be some room for flex due to asset depreciation however after looking into it, he returned to say there was no room for discount.I was no stuck in a situation where I could pay more than I had desired for a vehicle or put my faith in the original vehicle that had already left me stranded multiple times. I decided I would continue the purchase of the replacement vehicle at full asking price. On Wednesday February 24th, I notified Ben to finalize the deal.Nearly a month later, on Tuesday March 16th the purchase of the replacement vehicle was finally complete. In that months’ timeframe there were multiple frustrating telephone conversations with the team at Jacky Jones. This is a very condensed version of the month long back and forth. In addition to all the mental frustration, while in Florida on business I was pulled over due to the vehicle having a test drive tag. The officer believed the vehicle to be stolen since I can only assume test drives from Georgia do not include central Florida. Luckily, I was able to provide text messages and insurance coverage to satisfy the officer.Even more disappointing was to find the situation had not been escalated to Mr. Jacky Jones or Dennis Greene which leads one to believe the occurrence is so common that it did not warrant escalation or it was being swept under the rug. I asked that this situation be escalated and for someone in management to reach out to me. A phone call and apology from Mr. Jacky Jones, Dennis Green, or the General Manager Berrong Kimsey would have spoken volumes and could have in fact prevented this review. The only thing worse than having to deal with a situation like this is to know your business and customer satisfaction is not important enough to warrant a simple phone call. I have already spread the cautionary tale to my closest friends and colleagues and urge anyone who is considering buying a vehicle from any of the Jacky Jones dealerships to strongly reconsider.
We were in the market for a Jeep Grand Cherokee and called about one and was greeted by Crystal in sales and she was very friendly and professional and accommodating with every aspect ! She then had our trade appraised and William worked with us on the deal that we couldn’t turn down ! Crystal even took the time and delivered the Jeep to our house in snowy and cold weather over a hour drive ! If that’s not customer service I don’t know what is ! We were treated very well by everyone else in the dealership and felt like family ! Would highly recommend this dealership !
If I could give them 6 or more stars I would !I was in the market for a very specific preowned RAM 1500 with ecodiesel, rambox, sunroof, and cargo system and in white. I found the exact RAM I was looking for at Jacky Jones.A 2017 Laramie Longhorn with 34,000 miles.Now being I was in Phoenix Arizona and the truck was in Georgia I could only see the photos on their website. (kind of far to go kick the tires).But after a couple of emails I called the dealership and spoke with John Jones. He assured me that I wouldn’t be disappointed with the RAM. We came together on a fair price, they arrange fair fiananicing rates and the deal was done. John even helped arrange the transport of the truck to Phoenix.Very smooth transaction NO WORRIES!Throughout the entire process communication was fantastic, I was kept informed on everything that was happening (NO SURPRISES)When the RAM arrived.......John was correct I was not disappointed!!The RAM exceeded my expectations, there wasn’t a mark on it anywhere the interior looked like it was never sat on. It even had a new car smell (not bad for a 4 year old truck) And to top it off if arrived with a full tank of fuel :)Can’t give John (salesman), William (finance), and Michelle (paperwork) enough praise for the way the sale process was handled.So weather you’re in Georgia or thousands of miles away I highly recommend Jacky Jones.The folks there a great people and a delight to deal with!
This was the easiest, least pressured car buying experience. Wayne was a pleasure to work with, he let me have time to drive the truck i was considering without constant pressure to make a decision and broker a deal on the spot. They were more than fair with my trade and receptive to my pricing request. I ended up finiancing with them also, which was just as easy as the purchase. Overall, the best car buying experience. We broke down about 25 mins away on the side of a mountain ⛰ we had the whole family with us...2 kids and 3 adults . All the employees went above and beyond for us. They referred us to a tow truck & also went out of there way to have a van pick us all up and bring us back to the dealership to have our truck repaired..which was also in a timely manner, they went out of there way to do what they could to help us. The general manager Berrong provided outstanding customer service & did all that he could to help us out. Eric & his crew in the quick lane tire & auto center also did what they could to provide the best customer service. My family and I couldn’t be more thankful for all that they have done for us. If your looking for a dealership that will go above and beyond for you I highly recommend Jacky Jones Ford.
I live out of state and purchased a used truck here that ended up needing some major repairs right after buying it. They didn’t have to, but they took care of all the repairs. Really classy of them and I am very appreciate. I would definitely recommend this dealership
Bought a 2014 ford explore last night! Between Alex and Russ they made it super easy, fast, and convenient. We even traded in my Toyota Camry! I called the dealership to get an answer to what time they closed as I had seen a couple different times. The nice operator transfers me to the sales que and Fritz answers the phone. Im sure to him it was just another sales call that rarely end in sales. (I sold cars in my youth, 95% of those calls are dead ends). Talked with Fritz a few minutes explaining i was buying a car for my daughter. Inventory has been low and prices high so this car I was looking at wasnt likely going to be around long. Fritz was going out of town the next day. I called my daughter and got her to get off early to get there ASAP. Its an hour + drive to them from us and I hate being that guy who makes people stay late. Called Fritz back and said were coming, he said come on. We went and it was an unbelievably pleasant, friendly experience. Ive bought several Lincolns at Jacky Jones Lincoln in Gainesville and have always been pleased. Fritz was top notch. His taste in vehicles was pretty close to mine so we got along great. He wrote up the deal and got it into f&I pretty quick. Casey in F&I did an amazing job and had a 2.99 offer for us from Ford Motor Credit. Casey did have to suffer counting $10k cash that was all the way down to 5 dollar bills my daughter had saved. But he was great and we discussed both having all girls. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Fritz even stayed all the way through then sat with my daughter in the car going over features! The man is the definition of what you want in a car salesman. Dont hesitate to use Jacky Jones Ford. Ask for Fritz!!!Also they arent those freaking mask nazis. Its normalcy there and if you feel the need then you can wear one. Theyll wear one if you feel such need. But its not forced on you and I greatly appreciate that.
Jamie in sales is great to work with. They didn’t have the truck I was looking for so I purchased elsewhere. But I will send friends and family to Jamie whenever possible. He works hard and is extremely friendly.I use their service department for my Jeep currently and have had good experiences with them over the past several years.I consider this dealership 1st when looking for a vehicle.
Do not do business with this dealership. The sales reps have an ego and will belittle you to make you feel like you’re not worthy of their time. I have purchased many vehicles and this was the absolute worst experience I have come across. All this dealership wants to accomplish is making the most money possible while letting you walk away with the worst deal possible, please think twice before using them to purchase your next vehicle,
I would just like to give a huge thanks to Jacky Jones Ford. I had been to two other places only offering one fix to an issue I had with my oil pan. They understand money for anyone can be tight and gave me another option I didn’t even know was available that was about 5x cheaper. They were very helpful; honest and did great work on my vehicle. Highly recommend. Staff is very kind and the waiting room is comfortable if you have car work done for a couple hours. Thanks again!

Sales team is fantastic. I even get a call on my birthday every year; However the parts department is a different story. I tried to get my vehicle serviced while still under warranty for a temperature gauge issue, found out they would have to take the bumper off and made an appointment to leave the car. After being rescheduled 4 times, I finally was able to drop off my car and get in a rental. 6 days later I get a call stating that a wire has been completely severed and the bill will be $605 since it will not be covered under warranty due to it being a clean cut. The next business day (closed for holidays) I show up before they open to decline service. The lady behind the desk tells me theyve already ordered parts, so Ill be paying for those. I just say Ill take my car somewhere else. Once I wait for 30 minutes for them to pull my car around, she hands me a bill for $236. I ask her what its for and she says the diagnoses and a hood latch. A HOOD LATCH FOR AN ELECTRICAL WIRE...I argue with her trying to explain that the hood latch wasnt the issue, and this woman proceeds to say that she expected me to be the type of person not to pay.. I state that this isnt right, and she starts dumbing down the math for me. Im quite capable of adding, but the way she treated a paying customer who has purchased multiple vehicles from them is what isnt right.So as it stands now... nothing in my car is fixed, Im out $236, and I have an extra freaking hood latch if anyone needs one!
Had car evaluated for repair by my mechanic. Ford would not allow him to fix problem, only dealer. Took to dealer who could not locate issue as it is intermittent... Found a different unrelated problem which I paid to have fixed. Will have to wait till vehicle quits again ( hopefully somewhere safe) and take back to Ford.
Paul Hopewell, Don and Nikkie with the rest of the team were an absolute joy to work with . I traveled to Georgia from kentucky to buy this truck. It was all but done when I got there. Paul Hopewell is on his A game! Easy going , laid back atmosphere . I highly recommended this dealership and their staff with any car purchase .
When it comes to buying vehicles, I have never had a good experience until I came to Jacky Jones. I went in on Memorial Day to purchase a new Jeep Cherokee. Beth, the receptionist, greeted me right away and was very friendly. Lee Call, my sales rep, was wonderful! He was personable and funny. He didnt pressure me to try and make a quick sale. He answered my questions and allowed me to take my time in making my decision. The other folks I met throughout the purchasing process, Casey and Andy, were very nice and made me feel like they valued me as a customer, even after they had made the sale which, in my personal experience, is rare. After all of the paperwork was done, Lee took extra time out of his day to make sure I knew how to use the Jeeps features and even checked on me later that day to make sure I was happy with the purchase. I will definitely buy from them again!

Took the vehicle in for a recall on the tailgate locking mechanism and Mackenzie noticed I had a dent and some scratches from where it had unexpectedly fallen open one evening and crashed against my garage door. I didnt think to ask if they would fix the damage so I was pleasantly surprised when she brought it up. She took ownership of the issue, coordinated the recall and body work with their shop and kept me in a loop the entire time. She has a great attitude and has always provided exceptional customer service.

For our business we have specific needs with the trucks and vans we purchase; Bill always finds just the right fit for our team. I had my 2015Jeep Renegade towed there for repairs. It took almost 2 weeks for them to even check the vehicle. I had a dead battery and when I jumpstarted it it spiked the computers. It had nothing to do with the shifter but I did have to manually shift it into neutral to have it towed. They claimed that the shifter was the problem and wanted to charge me $1100 to replace it. My shifter was not broken when I towed it in there it was left in neutral with the key in the ignition. When they gave me my old parts back the shifter was now in Park which they did. I was charged almost $800 to replace a part they broke.
After speaking with Lamar for two days and again this am. I drove over 2 hours to the dealership to buy a $60k truck only to get a call when 10 mins away that the truck I was coming to look at had been sold. Very poor customer communication and bad business. 4 hours of my time I wasted traveling across GA.
This place is a joke. Every time I’ve gone to them, it’s been some type of issue. This last time I was informed they wouldn’t rotate my tires, without replacing all the lug nuts because they were on too tight, I left just to get home and be able to take them off myself. They’re lazy, and always have excuses to not work on vehicles.
Jacky Jones was a awesome buying experience. They are very honest and polite. In Florida buying a car is a cutthroat experience with salesmen rushing you trying to make that $100 off of your sale. Not in GA. Jamie was super helpful. He handled everything fast and was straight forward about all of the prices and why they were priced. Before I arrived at Jacky Jones I looked at Smokey Mountain, No luck but they found my truck at Jacky Jones; immediately they called Jacky Jones and contacted Jamie; He had my truck ready to go when I arrived, Great buying experience.
Quick diagnoses, chat with the mechanic new part was ordered. Few days later received a call-back to stop in and have the repair performed. Finished with repair and out the door in less than a hour. A+ service, treated like a long standing customer even though it was my first visit. I left feeling confident the repair was done properly, correctly and professionally. March 2016.....My older model Jeep Cherokee had been well maintained at Jacky Jones by their service department for the past 2.5 years. Time to upgrade, Lee, the salesman had me in a slightly used 2016 Cherokee and out the door as a satisfied customer in one (1) day. Great selection of used and new Jeeps that gave us plenty of room to shop within my budget. I sincerely enjoyed the experience of purchasing my jeep knowing also the service department with Harrison and MacKenzie are available and seriously interested in my needs. I purchased my second company cargo van from Jackie Jones Ford in June. I was happy from start to finish. The entire staff that was involved in making my sale happen were top notch. Just getting the financing done is a big job and they did it with great efficiency. I actually had zero time to devote to the process and the people there went way out of their way to accommodate me! My 2004 F-150 was misfiring on cylinder 3, so I took it to Jacky Jones in Cleveland Ga. for them to diagnose the problem. They kept the truck for about a week just to tell me they needed $675 just to take valve cover of to look at valve train, this is on top of diagnostic fee. I refused and told them I would pick the truck up first thing the next morning. I get there to pick my truck up, pay the $125 diagnostic fee, and head out. Don’t make it a mile before the whole truck begins to shake and cut out, running 100 times worse then when I took it to them. Come to find out they didn’t have any of the coil packs plugged in. My 16 year old son fixed a problem a so called Ford service tech. had caused. What a shame. I recommend taking your vehicle to a different service center.....Perhaps Greene Ford in Gainesville Ga.

My wife went there to look at the cars in her price range and the sales man ran her credit 3 times. We ended up purchasing from another dealership. The salesman didnt have permission to run our credit. We were just looking. This review pertains to that one salesman who ran our credit without permission.
Carol Greenwood is awsome she was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and flatbed body we were looking at to purchase. I purchase new vehicle ever couple of year and this was by far the best experience I have had with a dealership. Casey the finance manager was also very helpful we had several questions and he took the time to answer them and never made is feel like we were being rushed. Excellent customer service. I just purchased a truck from JJF with the assistance from their salesman L. Elrod. The truck was everything he said it would be. He helped me have it shipped to Texas and made the whole transaction smooth and simple. No hassles or regrets. I highly recommend JJF and ask for Mr. Elrod for a great car buying experience.
I dealt with Carol Greenwood. I was very dissatisfied with the service and communication from her. I was interested in a specific vehicle there. I would ask questions about it and she said shed call me back with answers. There would be days go by and Id not hear anything. Id text her and not hear anything. I called the dealership and theyd send me back to her. She would make up excuses and tell me again that shed call me back. Finally, I told her I wanted to put a deposit on the truck because I was afraid itd get gone since she was putting me on the back burner. She sent me a text saying that another salesman heard her conversation and he got another customer to put the deposit on it. She also said that the manager wouldnt allow her sale to me hold up. I feel she has low work standards or just didnt care about the deal with me. Not crazy about the ethics there thats for sure
Servicing my F 150 was a breeze. Eric set everything up for the 100K service and made some excellent recommendations. The work was completed in a fair amount of time and I was surprised that the cost was less than I had anticipated. Definitely the place to have your Ford serviced. Great people at Jacky Jones Ford, I’ve been using them for over 30 years.
The service was as usual 5 stars plus and the Service Manager (?) Eric Dills went above and beyond to help me. Service is GREAT! I do not like or have anything positive to say about the owners choice to levy a 4 percent convenience fee to use a credit or debit card. Cash, (who carries a thousand dollars cash money?) Check (who carries checks in 2019?) or the QUICKLANE Credit Card are accepted. The rate on their card is 3 times the average credit card rate. So on balance, I love the service provided and Ill have to bring a check (if I can find them) to get my truck serviced. Not happy at all with the payment terms.
We were on vacation and began to have trouble with our Jeep. My wife suggested we take it to a nearby dealer but I assumed a dealer would take days to fix it and wouldn’t even look at it without an appointment. We tried Jackie Jones and they actually agreed to take a look at it on the spot. After less than an hour, they had a diagnosis and asked if we could bring it back the next day for repair because they needed to get parts. We came back the next day and it was fixed in under an hour. Everyone was very friendly and we were happy to be on our way. This would probably have taken three weeks at a dealership where we live.
They were awful. Insurance claim for rodents chewing wires. Insurance delays because of processing by State Farm and Jacky Jones, then delays from Jacky Jones for a multitude of excuses. My F250 was there for 5 weeks and there was only a total of 10 hours of work done. Somehow, somewhere, someone dropped the ball. Promised completion 3 times after last part was received. I really dont care why or who but Jacky Jones was paid by insurance company on 06/21/2019 and i got my truck back on 07/11/2019, 20 days later. 20 days and 10 hours!!! Disgraceful and the service manager, Greg Everson stood in front of me and said that his team did the best they could do under the circumstances. Furthermore, Jacky Jones has also started charging a 4% fee if you use a credit or debit card to pay. They are one of the few dealerships that do this (i checked around). One would think that this should be absorbed in the inflated hourly prices they charge. Will walk before i use them again.
Contacted Jacky Jones regarding a used car for sale. The salesman was nice and provided all the feature information we needed to know about the car since we would be driving in from out of state. We agreed on a price and I then asked Lamar (salesman) to provide a purchase order so our lender would cut a check that we could take with us. I contacted Lamar and told him that the bank finished the paperwork too late for us to arrive before closing and would it be ok if we came tomorrow. I contacted the dealership the next morning about the sales tax that was not on the purchase order and to let them know we would be there around 5. The dealer called me back stating that the car was just sold. WTF??? The sales manager asked me if the salesman asked me to put down a deposit which the answer was no. He said he would talk and get the salesmans side of the story....I got niced off the phone after all, they sold a car while we missed a day and a half of work...Jackie Jones Fords is only concerned with and loyal to Jackie Jones Ford.
Worse experience ever! Dropped off car for service and tire rotation at 11:30 am. Manager said car would be ready in around 1 to 1 1/2 hour. Came to pick the car up after 2 hours and it hasnt even been touched. Manager had a bad attitude and didnt care. This place has gone downhill steadily after the first time they serviced my vehicle. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
If you’re looking to buy a car I highly recommend this dealership and I ESPECIALLY recommend Jimmy! Jimmy isn’t your typical car salesman. He took the time to get to know me, my husband and our kids. We traded in my late fathers truck and he understood what a big deal that was to me. He showed such kindness and compassion throughout the entire process. When my two year old son would get restless, he was constantly finding a way to entertain him, the same thing with my older daughters. At one point, while we were waiting, he bought my kids some snacks. When I explained my son had food allergies and he couldn’t eat them, we got to chatting about that. The next thing I knew Jimmy came back to us with a snack my son could actually eat. He remembered everything he was allergic to and still found him something! I’ve never dealt with a salesman who cared enough to go out of his way the way he did for us.In addition to Jimmy, the rest of the staff (both at CDJR and Ford) were so outgoing and fun with my son. Everybody that walked by would fist bump or high five him and they all went out of their way to speak to us.I cannot day enough positive things about this place! If you’re looking for a car DEFINITELY go see them! And be sure to ask for Jimmy!
I carried my vehicle to be serviced as I had purchased the vehicle here last Fall. I was greeted promptly and shown to a clean, comfortable waiting area where I enjoyed fresh coffee and pleasant company. In no time, my vehicle was serviced, checked out and I was on my way.Thanks Mackenzie!!

Purchased a Mustang 6 months ago and the front end started making a popping noise. Call their service department and made an appointment to have it checked out. When I showed up for my appointment they told me that they don’t make appointments and they weren’t going to be able to look at it that day that I would have to leave it there for a couple of days before they would be able to look at it. When asked why I was told to show up on that specific day, and I also received a text confirming my appointment on that day, they replied “I don’t know who you talked to but we don’t do appointments.” Never again.
Had the misfortune to breakdown in our new Dodge near Jacky Jones dealership in North Georgia. The service department repeatedly gave us misinformation regarding repairs including telling us they had contacted the engineers at Chrystler Dodge--when it turns out they had not. They had our vehicle over a week with absolutely no progress. When I complained they magically solved the problem within an hour. We drove back to North Ga--5 hours-- I spoke with the service manager who assured me the vehicle was fixed-- even told him I was driving back with my 10 year old alone-- vehicle broke down with the exact same problem. 3 hours down the road in the middle of nowhere!!! We have filed a formal complaint --they clearly didnt know how to fix the problem-- just wanted to get rid of us and unfortunately put us in a really unsafe situation. I wouldnt trust these guys a bit of thats how they deal with customers. I was very dissatisfied.
DO NOT USE ADAM, I went to buy a used truck that was brought down from another Jackie Jones dealership its a long story but when I told him after haggling back-and-forth for a couple days that I had to think about it a little longer he proceeded to tell me what exactly was it that I was looking for whats wrong with the truck he paid someone to bring it down here , basically trying to bully me and make me feel like I was obligated to purchase this truck because it was brought down for me to look at. Ive been to many other dealerships they all have offered to bring in trucks from other places if I wanted them too no questions asked, I feel because Im a female he thought he could guilt me into buying this truck I know for a fact if my husband was with me those words wouldve never came out of his mouth. So I left immediately got into my van drove right next-door to Jackie Jones Ford spoke with a wonderful gentleman named Mark and bought myself a beautiful Ford lariat

I know a lot of people dread going to the car dealership. I went to the Dodge dealership this morning because my lease was up on my vehicle. I was about 9,000 miles over the mileage. The salesman that I talk to was Wayne Irby what a pleasure. Even though I wasnt trading in and buying a new car there was absolutely no pressure easy as it can get. The finance manager C.J Campbell it was a pleasure working with him too. Looking forward in a year to doing business with you guys. If youre looking to buy a car this is the place to go.
Not a lot to say except rude. The appraisal guy with his cool shades no personality except like a brick. Chris or Greg whatever his name Jones let a customer walk out without even knowing if cash was an option or other means of financing. Lee the salesman well dont think he can be called that, lazy slouch is not even enough words to describe. Sorry Jacky Jones this division needs major evaluation. Nothing like your Ford dealership in Cleveland. Bad thing is we have purchased 2 previous vehicles from Jones, not so sure now. Pretty sad!!
We went just to see if they had what we were looking for, and sure enough, we left there with our new- to- us truck. The salesmen were super nice - no high pressure sales. The finance guy was knowledgeable and efficient. Altogether, they made the car buying experience easy and affordable. We will definitely start here when we are in the market for our next vehicle.

They got my business because RC Greer responded to my Facebook post when I was irritated with dealers just wanting to sell me something off their lot. I built the truck I wanted on the Dodge Ram website and posted it on Facebook. RC responded with the best out the door price and was happy to order the truck for me. I got precisely the 4500 Tradesman truck I built on the website. I love it!

My 2016 Wrangler was out of warranty and it had a fuel leak due to a faulty tank . Mckenzie in service put me in touch with Jeep customer service and got it covered . They earned our business . We had to take the jeep back 2 more time for the fuel leak . I Dealt with Josh Olson the service manager and he was a pleasure to deal with . What we hope will be the last issue with this fuel leak was a cracked fuel pump . They replaced and did not charge . They went above too help and got the jeep back in a timely manner .Thanks to all that helped and hope i only see you for an oil change .

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. We bought a RAM pro master city transit van in March and its now August and the van has been in four times the fourth time having to be towed in. The service department is not very helpful with a loaner vehicle or even polite service from Dan Austin is quite helpful though my advice is dont even bother buying a Dodge or dealing with Jackie Jones dodge whatsoever
Went to the place across the road and they were no help. On a whim we went over to Jacky Jones. Wayne Irby came right out and was super nice, no pressure. We test drove a couple and ended up getting a great deal on a truck for my husband. Will go here again when we need another vehicle.
I have never had such a horrible experience trying to get in touch with someone in finance then I have had with this place. Me and my husband have been calling/leaving messages/ emailing for the past 3 weeks and NOBODY has returned one call. I am so beyond frustrated. Also, the lady that answers the phone is rude every single time. I will never buy another vehicle from them again.
The calmest salesman we have met yet. He was very informative and kind. Out of the five dealers we visited that day, this was certainly the best. We test drove a vehicle and he told us we could take it to Gainesville if we wanted which is pretty far. It may even be one of the best dealerships weve ever been to.

I am thrilled about my car buying experience at Jacky Jones. My husband and I looked at cars both locally and on the internet for weeks. Nothing worked out or felt right. We decided we wanted to buy a used 2017 Fiat Spider 124. I talked and met with numerous salesman who had very poor customer service skills for weeks on end. I was losing hope of ever finding the right car at the right price from someone I could trust. I had many sleepless nights filled with anxiety. Finally I found a car I loved at a wonderful price, and I sent an inquiry. I wasn’t expecting much, but within an hour, the nicest, friendliest man - Mr. Lee Call from Jacky Jones, contacted me. We live in Louisville, KY, and Jacky Jones is in Cleveland, GA, about 7.5 hrs away. Lee answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. He even went and took a video of the car for me, showing details of the inside and outside of the vehicle. This was above and beyond what I was expecting! The car looked great, and I finally felt comfortable enough to make a deal. Now I have the car, and I couldn’t be any happier with it! It’s everything Lee said it was and more. I have had a great experience working with Fritz from Jacky Jones Ford. He has been very helpful and made the process of buying a vehicle very simple even though I am out of state. I found one of their Internet Special deals online and there have been no surprises, they are true to their word and I appreciate that as a consumer. I just recently bought a Ford Edge sport from a salesman named Bill Sutton, and he was a real joy to work with. He helped me with anything that I needed and if he didn’t know how to help, he found someone that did. I wouldn’t buy a car from anyone else but him. When I went in there to look at cars, I went with my brother who works in the quick lane there. I’m 20 and my brother is 23, and Bill treated us with respect when we told him we weren’t even sure we were getting a car. I don’t know many people who would take time out of their day to help a 20 and 23 year old, and be serious about it, but Bill did.
We recently traded our Ford Flex in for a newer model, received great customer service, and had an overall great experience. Our salesman, Ben Lawrence, was able to get the car we were looking for brought to Cleveland from another location. He answered all our questions and was willing to help us with what ever we needed, including looking for something we thought we had left in the Flex we traded. Ben didn’t pressure us to do anything we didn’t want to and was very friendly and helpful through the entire process. We would absolutely buy from Ben again!

2022-08-10Absolutely terrible!!! They have bad my husbands car 3 times and every time they work on it, it something breaks within 2 weeks. Each time they keep the car for weeks on end and then charge outrageous prices. Do not bring your car here. Its terrible!!! They charged my husband double this last time because of a bad starter. Terrible place...its my husbands car so obviously my username and email wont be in your records

2022-07-04Beware ! I recently bought a truck from here. They would not use my already approve bank loan. Of course I had to use their financing which was more interest rate. Also they carelessly spray painted the hitch and the frame of the truck and put some black grease substance all over to hide the rust. They will do anything to sell their vehicles just be cautious and pay attention

2021-04-30Just recently bought a 2016 Ram 1500 from Lee Call. He was fantastic to deal with. I was able to call, talk to him over the phone to verify the vehicle was still there, then negotiated the deal the rest of the way over the phone/text. When we agreed that there was a deal to be made, I was then able to make the 2 hour drive, to check out the truck, and complete the purchase, and was even able to get the truck delivered to me after the deal was done. It was a fantastic experience, and I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new or used car.

2021-05-04My review is apparently too long for Google. Attaching pictures of the full text.Honestly surprised this dealership hasnt had some major fines or similar from the DOT. Maybe I just had a one-off experience, but its hard to imagine with all the issues I had were all somehow overlooked, its basically as if someone just wiped the truck down clean and took some pictures without literally checking anything.TL;DR - make sure the vehicle youre buying has tires that are properly inflated. If your spare requires a security key to lower, make sure you have that. Make sure the brake and reverse lights work.Also, forgot to mention this in the document, but the parking brake doesnt work as well. The pedal will go down and the light will turn on, but the vehicle doesnt actually stay. Ask me how I found out.

2021-10-09I just worked with Bill Sutton at Jacky Jones for my recent purchase of a Ford F350 and it was an easy, excellent purchase experience. Bill Sutton gave me top dollar for my trade and an excellent deal for the F350 that I could no pass up. By far Bill Sutton and the team are a no pressure, no nonsense, straight to the point sales group. It is well worth the drive to Cleveland to work with Bill Sutton and the Jacky Jones Team.
