This Jared is the best location yet! Ian and Joe are officially my honorary suave stylists. I felt so spoiled, and officially know terms relating towards the style of jewelry that I love I.e. no small pavé stones. They help me through the process of elimination to find the perfect engagement ring. I feel so happy! When I thought it was all overwhelming, they quickly and easily made me wonder why I ever thought it would be difficult to make a choice. I never once felt like a transaction and we talked like we had been friends forever. High quality customer service and beautiful atmosphere. I just have to repeat - This is the location to visit!
Went to Jared’s and had a great experience and even had great conversations with both Joe and Ian. They made me feel very welcomed and didn’t pressure me to get anything that I didn’t want. Just a great experience all together. Will be coming back to these guys in the future.
Ian from the Alpharetta North Point location went above and beyond to educate and inform us about our engagement ring desires. He helped us to become a lot more informed about our choices. We will come back to visit, just because of our experience with Ian!

BETTER THAN TIFFANYS! From the second my girlfriend and I walked in the door we were treated like Royalty. Wali, who runs the store, not only found my now fiancee the perfect engagement ring to what her heart desired, but also respected my budget! My girlfriend and I looked at ALL the other jewelry stores (Even Tiffanys), compared prices online, you name it, we did it, and nothing compares to the top quality, low price, and excellent service we received, and continue to receive at Jared. Seriously, this Jared team at the Alpharetta location is amazing and knows what they are doing. From bringing in any diamonds I wanted to look at, to instant communication with me after their store hours, they made us feel like both their jeweler and treated us like family. I am a young man and lets just say I will be buying all my jewelry there for a really long time. Wali and his team are five star, top quality professionals and I would recommend them to everyone considering buying any kind of jewelry.
Doug was wonderful from the moment he greeted me. Really listened to me and made every moment count in the store. I walked out with the perfect ring for myself. (Because we all deserve something wonderful.) I didnt feel pressured and he made sure I was happy. Even walked me to the door. Wonderful experience, thank you!Update: found out the mark up is outrageous.Need to sell my ring, for financial reasons, and worth 1/4 of what I paid.Find the ring you want, Google the value, and haggle down at least 1/2 of what its listed in the store. I thought I had found an honest place, but I guess business is business. :-(I called customer service and they were useless.

I knew it would be a great experience when my elderly mom and I got out of the car and Ian saw us through the store and came out to open the door. He continue to be very helpful, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We were there to have a bracelet fitted and he gave us creative ideas on what to do with the extra pieces. He also told us about a program where we can meet with him to show our jewelry to perhaps re-design the pieces into new. It is not often you find genuine help and courtesy like this. We will be back! Can you say exceptional service!!! Well thats what you get when you shop at this Jareds!!! I called on the phone to check to see if they had the item I wanted available. At that moment I knew this was going to be a great experience!! My jeweler gave me that good ole southern hospitality with an Ill make this easy and Ill take care of you attitude from the beginning!!! From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed. The comforting smiles on the ladies faces as I walked in made me feel like I was ready to buy!!! My jeweler Ian was amazing!!! I had to pick up a last minute Christmas gift for my best friends boyfriend and he made my experience easy and enjoyable!! He was caring, displayed outstanding expertise knowledge about the merchandise, even gave me reviews on the reactions he got when he himself wore the bracelet out on the town. Another amazing jeweler wrapped and bagged my gift to perfection. They are absolutely amazing at this store. I purchased a tiger eye beaded bracelet and when my best friend gave it to his boyfriend he absolutely loved it. Thank you guys so much for the outstandingly amazing customer service experience. Came in on a Sunday looking for an anniversary band for my wife. Upon entering, were greeted & & received great service from our sales consultant, Joe. He was knowledgeable, and helped my wife find exactly the band she was looking for, in addition to a nice sapphire bracelet too! He took great care of us, was honest, and was the utmost professional. I had the pleasure of working with Ian at Jareds on North Point. He was super knowledgeable, and provided me with different options to consider for both diamonds as well as watches. When I asked for certain stones that were not in store, he went above and beyond, following up with me over the long weekend, so that I could get my order placed in time. I visited Jared’s on 7/31/2021 looking for a pair of earrings for my daughter. I was greeted by Roosevelt who assisted me and showed me what you’ll had in stock. I didn’t see what I wanted for my daughter but then showed an interest in making a purchase for myself. Roosevelt educated me of my options and helped me select the perfect item. I had a great experience at Jared with Ian. I called and spoke to him about an engagement ring I found online and from our initial conversation, all the way through to picking up the ring Ian was extremely helpful. He kept me up to date every step of the way. He wasn’t a pushy sales person. He listened to what I wanted, what my budget was and guided me through the process. My girlfriend and I stopped in to browse their selection of rings/diamonds to try and get a better idea of what she was looking for in terms of styles/sizes and to get a gauge in pricing. Angel, the individual who helped us, was extremely polite and patient as he showed us a variety of options for both settings and diamonds. I was also very pleased to discover that they offer lab diamonds in store which is very welcome from both a quality and price perspective. We couldnt have asked for a better first experience looking at rings even considering that I didnt purchase anything!

I had an amazing experience at this Jareds. I lost one of my wedding bands and Ari Luarasi was amazing to work with. He made sure I got an exact replica created. He was in constant communication with me and made sure my ring was perfect. His eye for detail and perfection is amazing. I completely trusted his judgement. My ring turned out fabulous and I couldnt be more happy. I am over the moon excited. And to make this experience even better his customer service was top notch! Thank you Mr. Ari and Jareds for recreating my lost wedding band and the amazing customer service experience!
Went in store 11/9 to purchase a setting I found online. I already had a .8 ctw, and this setting showed online it held a .68-.83 ctw round brilliant stone.Lejla told me they had to order a size 7 and resize (+$75) and setting the stone would run $59. I went ahead and ordered it bc this ring was exactly what my gf wanted. Two days later and with a $25 off coupon, I realized online you can indeed order a size 6 setting without purchasing a diamond online. So Id also save on needing needing to resize but had to place a second order that evening.Fast forward Nov 16, both orders arrive in store, and I even have a tracking number for the size 7. I go in store to pick up the size 6 and return/refund the 7 yesterday afternoon, 11/17. First, a man named Roosevelt, along with Leah, tries to up-sell me on setting the stone for the size 6, stating its too big and will cost $209 to set it. Then, I come to find out the size 7 I dont need, cannot be found in store, where it was delivered the day before!I get an apology but they should be able to cancel the order, whether they lost it or whatever. I didnt need it, and was told I may have to return to the store...no thank you.I called my credit card company today to refute this charge as there is absolutely no reason they cant refund the order theyve apparently lost. Jared has also lost a customer...I dont need to be told they dont have my order or cant cancel something they lost. This is inexcusable shoddy service from day 1, initially lying and saying I needed to resize a 7 to saying the stone doesnt fit and finally losing my order to cancel. Shameful.
Went to Jareds last weekend with my fiance to look at rings. Ian was AMAZING! He made us feel so comfortable, let us take our time while we looked at wedding bands and aswered all questions we had. He made the experience fun and enjoyable. We are excited to find a jewlery we can trust. Thanks Ian!

I dont normally leave reviews but I felt that this was due. Im a Jareds customer from Bryan, TX that located a ring that I wanted in the Alpharetta, GA store. I worked with IAN from start to finish and I must say it was a pleasure. His customer service went above and beyond and he treated me like a millionaire (Im not and I was buying a ring that was 50% off). I dont know if anyone ever reads these but by chance that someone does and youre looking in this store, ask for IAN, he will treat you right.
Just had a great experience. Angel Sierra worked very professionally to assure that my rings were inspected, cleaned and serviced. Ive shopped at Jareds for years, but the Alpharetta store is way above average.
Came in to get a yellow gold chain and was greeted and helped so quickly! The staff here are so knowledgeable and were not only able to help me to find the piece I was looking for, but they made me feel like they were truly working in my best interest. Such a great experience and I will be back!! Kudos to the team and management here

This place is amazing salesman Ian bustos and manager Layla* are amazing. They will take care or you as if they were buying that peice for themselves or their significant other. I bought a engagement ring and a promise ring with them and I got to say that i don’t care if I can find the same item somewhere else cheaper but the quality and the profesionalism they have here is great and one of a kind. I would not go anywhere else. They cater to what you need and what they don’t just try to sell you the most expensive piece of jewelry they have. I’ll constantly shop with them. And I will make sure Ian is the my sales man. Best sales person this location can have.
What an incredible experience today from Ian Bustos and his crew at the Jared location in Alpharetta. My needs were probably small for them on 12/23/2020, but I got the excellent customer service that I would expect if I was spending thousands. It was a last minute thought of a special gift for my sister and he made it happen. I cant say enough about how much it meant to me and hopefully my sister. THANK YOU Ian!!!
Doug was great! My wife and I went in to take a look a couple of days before we met Doug, and there was a stone lose on my wifes engagement ring. The ring wasnt even from Jareds but he offered to fix it for us. We looked around without any pressure. Definitely will be back to get our jewelry from this place.
90% of the staff is amazing. On the rare occasion that someone wasnt, they were still okay. Maybe its because most of the staff goes above and beyond that its more noticable. They have a good selection and are great about working with you if they dont have a product in stock. Overall, vary happy with the experience.
This was the easiest most comforting process in the world. If youre ever in need of an engagement ring, please go visit this amazing location and ask for Doug. Doug met with me and my fiancé to find her the perfect ring. He took his time and never pressured her at any point. Once she chose a couple rings she loved he saved the information and if we decided to come back it would be ready to go.Katerina, thank you for communicating with Doug whenever I needed help. Katerina was very professional and informational about the ring itself and presented the final ring. Beautiful. Perfect experience buying an engagement ring. Doug Brown and Ramia love what they do, care about their customers, deliver a great experinece and the pricing is as good or better than anywhere with outstanding quality and value. I was skeptical when I walked in and just wanted to look, but we ended up finding something she really liked and they did a great job finding the right ring very close to my budget. If youre in the market for an engagement ring, I wouldnt go anywhere else!

I had the most phenomenal experience at the Jared store in Alpharetta. The team there greeted Me as if they knew Me, but it was My 1st time there. I drove over an hour to see the Manager there Lejla, of whom helped Me with a Pandora bracelet that I was looking for. The Jared where I live and had been to every week for 4 months spending money did NOT want to help Me to find this bracelet or anything else.I asked at The Jared in Alpharetta and received the Queens treatment. Needless to say, I can see why this store has 5 stars, and I will return for future buys. I will NOT return to the Jared where I live. Thank You Lejla and the Alpharetta team for the remarkable customer service abd satisfaction. I give You 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. I’ll see You all soon.
My experience at this location was wonderful. The staff was very helpful with any information I needed on the rings I was looking at. I didn’t feel pressured to purchase that day like I do everywhere else. I will be returning soon.
Came here to get my ring cleaned after work and received EXCEPTIONAL service from Ian. He took me straight over to the counter and explained the process, which took 5 minutes, and also informed me that I can bring in any of my jewelry to get cleaned anytime for FREE. Very pleased with the service and my ring looked brand new! Ask for Ian!!!

Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly jewelers. We have made multiple purchases worth over 20G. They dont seem to make presumptions on what a customer can afford or will buy based on their attire. We shop in shorts and tee typically. Even when I didnt have my nails done and I was embarrassed (a female thing I suppose) trying on jewelry they treated me with respect and courteousness.
Do NOT have jewellery or watch repairs at Jared. They are not honest!I have purchased diamonds and pearls at Jared but when the time came for repairs this store took advantage of a good customer.They charged me an outrageous amount and did a horrible job. Both my watch and bracelet were returned in worse shape than when I brought them in for repairs. After many weeks the bracelet was fixed twice but they held my watch for 5 months in the repair shop and continually lied to me about the progress. They did not call with updates or actually ever repair the watch. I will never go back.Please do not shop at Jared!

Lejla at the Jared’s of Alpharetta is one of the kindest, most knowledgeable and attentive professionals in the business. She turned what was an absolute nightmare (an experience we had with the competition) to a literal DREAM. She is the epitome of customer service. The customer service is outstanding, specially from my favorite jeweler Ramia. Ramia is extremely professional and her biggest commitment is to please the customer the best she can. Had a wonderful visit with a very nice and knowledgeable lady named Ana. We did not purchase yet, we are looking for an engagement ring. She helped me make a wish list and size my finger. Told me everything I need to know about maintenance and pricing for my ring. Lovely store.
Me and my boyfriend came to Jared to get an idea of the type of ring that I would like in case we were to ever decide on an engagement. The sales people were nice and helpful and I found a ring I liked but never decided on a diamond of course since we were just LOOKING. They said they could check to see how much hes eligible for in case he was to buy through them . They said it would not be a hard credit check and told him what he could spend. We left and thats it. Fast forward to 2 weeks later he received a BILL for $3,600!!!!!!! Of course I called and the lady Myra hung up on me as soon as I asked her why I was receiving a bill. So I called back instantly and she transferred me to someone in billing. He said he would take care of it and as far as we know he did but MY GOD!!!! This totally spoiled the experience for us and I felt horrible! We never officially decided on a ring and never walked out with a ring so why would we even receive a bill ! Whats sad is that was our first time looking! We will most definitely not be going to Jared if they are that reckless and make that big of a mistake. And its too soon to tell if this whole thing is effecting my bfs credit but if it does by all means they will hear from us again. So dont go to Jared unless you want to be billed for things you never even purchased. Total bummer. You would expect more from a multi billion dollar company. THANKS JARED.

My fiancé and I had my engagement ring and wedding band custom made. we were super nervous in the beginning unsure of how it would turn out. Ramia helped us every step of the way going off of me just describing exactly what I envisioned. She is very knowledgable and extremely patient making sure we were happy along the way. We had some difficulty finding a size that wouldnt turn on my finger that became so discouraging. She had several solutions and through a lot of trial and error we found the perfect match going with an arthritic shank. Keep in mind that she told us from the beginning what would be best and was so right. We couldnt have had a better experience and that is 100% because of Ramia. I highly recommend Jared and never be afraid to go Custom.

Horrible customer service. The girl that helped my parents basically tried to tell them that she thought they were broke and couldnt afford a repair for their ring. Kept saying least expensive option and tried to show them clearance options, and wouldnt tell them setting costs and repair costs because she thought it wasnt in my parents price range. Like, what the hell is your damage?

Just got a engagement ring there today, had put it on lay away. They were super helpful and were detailed oriented all the way. So definitely a great spot to buy a ring.

A follow up on the review below. I am said boyfriend, and this dropped all of my credit scores by 20 points. It showed as new card, new card utilization (which they called a mistake when they charged it) and a new hard inquiry that wont be off of my report for 2 years. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait it out to make sure it wouldnt show on my report, but sure enough it did. I was told by the manager of the location, Sorry... I hope this doesnt affect our future relationship. Well, it did, seeing as we wont be having one. Beyond unacceptable.

2022-01-29Ian was awesome! He was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. As soon as we walked in, Ian greeted us, which doesn’t always happen at ring shops. Jared’s also has a great selection of rings and Ian got pretty creative when he noticed that I was a little underwhelmed with the band, he suggested a custom option, which was reasonably priced. I’d definitely come back for future jewelry needs.

2022-04-02I went to the store to get my James Allen’s Tennis Bracelet resized since it was too big on my wrist. Roosevelt was super attentive and helpful. He made every process so easy and smooth. 2022-04-06My wife bought a ring with all of our birthstones(on their site). She only had it for 7 months and one of the stones fell out. They will only fix it if you pay them too. So I suggest getting the insurance if their jewelry starts dropping stones out in less than a year. I expected better service than this. If it was over a year I could understand them not fixing it.
