Poor communication, took a week to respond, racket broke on first use after restringing. Didn’t respond after complaint.

Jaxon did an excellent job on my racquet. He picked the right strings for me, recommended the tension, threw in a free handle wrap on-the-house. Excellent!! Thank you!!

He was very responsive and did a great job. He also noticed that my grip needed some work and offered his services. That went above and beyond what I was expecting.The pick up and drop off process was very smooth. I’ll definitely be going to him again!

I went to him with a broken string. He could have just restring it and charge me but he suggested that a new racket (same one I had) only costs 15 more bucks and gave me some helpful tips. No wonder he got all 5 stars for everyone. I would definitely go to him again.

Getting your racquet strung at some country club will cost $60. Jaxon is on the high school tennis team and knows what hes doing. He strung my racquet that day.
