I want to first thank Jazzy for providing me with great window tinting. I will not lieThe service was great wait time was long as always. But after being short staffed and he was the only one working it was not bad at all. Having 3 cars tinted at Jazzys I have gotten use to the wait time. Appointment was set for 10:00am I was out around 2-2:30pm. The timing can be better but the wait was worth it. I really appreciate that Jazzy sanitized my car before and after with Lysol. We are in a Pamdemic and he also wore a mask. I was not worried at all Great work great quality and hopefully next time I was get a multi service discount. Thanks Jazzy for doing my cars you will be doing more
Jazzy’s did my 2013 Nissan Maxima SV including the front windshield which allows me to not need sunglasses. Customer service is allows easy to communicate and learn about new products they offer. It’s 2019 my tint still looks brand new from 2013 still sleek.
I recently purchased an amp and speakers for my truck but didn’t know how to connect them using my stock radio. Kevin Carter showed me what I needed. Sorry, can’t remember the name of the device but I was able to connect it to my stock radio and plug my amp into that device. I tried other stereo shops but no one wanted to tell me what I needed if they didn’t install the entire system. So Kevin and Jazzy saved me a lot of headache.

Great and pretty quick service. They seem to have plenty customers which is good thing. Kevin was great and just the look I wanted. However I do have small bubbles near top of film that appeared the next day. Hopefully they go away within two weeks or Ill go back for repair.

Had my tint and radio done here, they were very knowledgeable in what they were delivering to me as a customer. Radio was done professionally and couldnt tell if it was a after market radio or installed from the manufacturer. They knew exactly what I wanted, my tint, on my car and when finished it looked great, Kudos to Jazzy and his Techs. Would highly recommend them for any car needs.

Last year I got a remote starter installed and when I changed the battery for whatever reason it didnt work. I took it up there today to see if it could be fixed, and yes it could! Thank you so much again. They are very professional and care about their customers

Because of shear volume, it took a while to get serviced, but when all said and done, they did a fantastic job with my car stereo amp install... sounds GREAT!!! And the customer service is fantastic.Check them out!

I am a first time customer but this definitely wont be my last time. I was in need of window tinting for my new car and a friend referred me to this place. I couldnt be more satisfied with the job that was done on my car. Jazzy and his crew were very nice, professional and educated me on the different options for tint. I’ve had 2 tint jobs done and they turned out great! One of my vehicles was also having audio issues. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it! The staff is courteous, professional and knowledgeable.

First off ima say that i have done previous business with these guys, bought the best of the best tint. First time i had to retake my car back because of cutting the tint to short. No big deal they fixed it, (lifetime warranty). Second time doing business was my last. Waited over 5 hours to get my car back, then to realize they cracked my windshield. Knowing good an well they cracked it they still denied it an wouldnt take full responsibility. Needless to say they said they would pay for half the windshield an retint, but that wasnt fair, having to pay half for a damage they created. So just be careful with these guys check your stuff before dropping off.
Explained the different window tinting options in depth which made for simple, confident decision in which option was the best value. Service was excellent and timely, I dropped it off Friday afternoon and it was ready before noon the next morning, with 5 vehicles in front of mine and it was washed. The quality of work and material is top notch and I have a lifetime warranty on the tints. I’d highly recommend Jazzy’s if you want quality window tinting for a great price! I’ve brought about 6-8 cars to jazzy and they never fail with the quality. One of my biggest pep peeves is the small things. I’ve been to other tint companies that won’t take the time to remove thing over the window to get that full tint effect and you can see those issues later on. At Jazzy, they always take the time to do everything the correct way. Been a proud customer for 5+ years now. I dont go anywhere else. I 100% will and always have refer people to them. Thanks again.
As directed by the message on their voice-mail, I sent a text with my model and make and what I wanted on August 9th. To date I have not received a text or call. I guess Ill go elsewhere because based on their not responding they must have plenty of business and therefore do not need my money!

I had an awesome experience at Jazzy’s. I got my car windows tinted about a month ago and I couldn’t be happier. They did such a good job on my car, my husband decided to also get his windows tinted at Jazzy’s a couple of days later. Very pleasant, knowledgeable staff. This place gets very busy and there aren’t a ton of seating options in the waiting area so make an appointment or arrange for someone to pick you up while they work on your car.
I went and got my windows tinted yesterday at Jazzy. They are truly professionals and most of all perfectionist at what they do. Although I was there longer than what I have anticipated, they ensured me that they needed to put the back window tint on correctly considering there was a scratch in the film. Im really loving my tint on my brand new car!

Jazzy and his team are EXCEPTIONAL. Ive come to Jazzy for 2 of my vehicles 10+ years ago and the tint job is still holding up. No bubbles, not peeling off on the sides and still keeps a good bit of the heat out of my car. I moved from Georgia to Texas a few years ago and got a new car during that time. Texas heat is no joke and he did such a great job the first 2 times that I drove all the way from Dallas, Texas to Riverdale, Georgia JUST so Jazzy could bless my car with his tint job. He blacked out my SUVs with the darkest legal tint (minus the driver and passenger windows of course). Hes affordable, efficient and gets you in and out. Awesome, Awesome and Awesome. I needed my windows tinted came in same day about an hour 1/2 b4 closing and they still did my tint. The staff( yuvette and Kevin) was very pleasant and extremely funny. My windows have no bubbles and they didnt rush considering it was after closing when they finished. I truly appreciate the job they did and they have a customer for life.

I am a decorated veteran who has been to almost every state in America and have owned many vehicles and have had a lot done to them. However I must say, I have never received such excellent customer service, professionalism and most importantly their perfection with everything they have done to my vehicle: from, window tint ( Immaculate), the subwoofers and amp ( kicks like no other). The prices are very reasonable and they are always willing to go above and beyond their means to seek customers satisfaction.

Had my 07 mustang gt done here a few weeks ago. After 2 days of letting it completely dry everything looked great. No bubbles or problems at all. Glad I took it here bc I am very picky and like everything to be precise. Quality work, Would recommend to anyone.
Jazzy Window Tinting has been in the same location for over 20 years. I first noticed the business when I moved in the area in the early 90s. I turned to Jazzy when my Honda Civic needed tinting to protect me from the Georgia sun. Kevin and his team did a great job!I recommended Jazzy to my sister after she was ticketed for an illegal tint on a used car she bought. Kevin and his team stripped off the old tint and replaced it with a higher quality product. It still looks great four or five years later!Jazzy tinted my 2013 Buick Verano in July. The work was outstanding. My wife and I bought a 2015 Verano two weeks ago. She insisted that I take her car to Jazzy and get the identical tint package for her car. Her car looks better than mine.The wait time can be long, but thats because Ive always chosen to wait. You cant rush quality. There might be better pricing somewhere else; I dont know. I do know that you get what you pay for! This was my fourth encounter with Jazzy. So, go figure!

I can only review my experience for the window tint job I received, as I’m seeing everyone else’s reviews (must have got Kevin-owner on a good day).I called ahead and Kevin was able to squeeze me in for a window tint job. I arrived at 4:30 and was greeted and showed to the waiting area. The waiting area was humid (as if no circulating air) and the tv had to be operated by an employee as there’s no satellite tv. Only subscribed channels, Hulu etc.As I was waiting, Kevin pulled me outside and spoke with me about the choices of tint. I wanted my two front windows and a sun strip tinted. Kevin told me a price for both windows and the sun strip and we agreed.5:45 p.m. rolls by (1 hr and 15 mins later) an associate comes by with a clip board to sign the paperwork and pay. My bill was quoted another-higher price than what was discussed. Associate went back out to speak with Kevin, but he said that was the price that was quoted. He billed me an extra $56 dollars for both front windows included.The work was already done and I had already been there going on two hours now. I payed my bill and continued to wait. The waiting room is next to the garage. I could hear ALOT OF CONVERSING AND LAUGHING going on in the garage. I opened the door to see Kevin and an employee inside my car working on the sun strip. With another customer and employee outside the car all gathering around having a good ole time.By the time my car was done and I was able to leave it was 6:45 p.m. going on 7 p.m. it does not take almost 2-1/2 hrs to tint two windows and a sun strip. I’ve had my work done with another guy several times, but he was unavailable the day I had time to get my windows done, so I came to this place of business last min.I’ve read some other reviews and they also mentioned long wait times, poor time management and over priced services.
I brought my vehicle in at 9AM after making my appt a week prior. I was initially told 3 hours. Once 12PM hit, I called and was told 1:30, then was told 2:30, then was told 6, then was told to show up at 7. Upon my arrival not a single window was done and nobody actively working on my vehicle. It’s 8PM now going on 12 hours since they’ve received the vehicle. Extremely unprofessional!!!

Jazzy window tint, has been in business for decades. Theyre like Fritzs audio and sound (Peachtree City) of Clayton County. (Which is a good thing!) They run their business as gentlemen and think about this for a minute. According to BBB, the company has been in business since the year 2000, thats 2 decades! In two decades the motivation, drive and friendly customer service is still more 5hwn than ever alive.Now, for the fellow comments mentioning slow service... They arent running a Jiffy Lube for Christ sakes. Keep in mind these guys are Busy Busy Busy... They might tell you yea we can get you in, itll take a hour and half but thats in a Perfect world.. reality suggests there will more 5hnw than likely be a issue which will cause all appointments to be pushed back. But rest assure while your vehicle is being worked on its being delt with professionals who have made a CAREER out of this. I do believe they offer lifetime warranty, if any bubbles form or if youre incompetent and roll down windows before they have had a chance to fully cure I believe its 72 hours.. dont quote me on that. This fine Establishment and its crew have made it clear for many years that the American dream to this day is very much alive and these individuals have been earning a living for many years due to their hard work (Capitalism).

I went to Jazzys 3 years ago he put an alarm system in my car he is very professional and honest. I came back just now 3 years later cause my alarm stop working of course at no fault of his own however, he reprogrammed it right then and there, said no charge with a smile. I was so happy thank you

Warning !!!!! Urgent: Do a Body Check on your car before using this service.I took my car there to get tinted windows and it was returned with a broken rear reflector and a heavily scratched back tire fender. The owner refused to admit to the damages. He promised to show me the video but to no avail he never prodoced it. I went to the shop several times to view it but he didnt have it. He continued to give me the run around. They are nice people but very dishonest. Please require a written Car Body Check. I didnt and look what happen to me.

Owner does not stand by his work. Tint peeled off rear window 13 months after application. Owner acted as if I were bothering him when I called to make arrangements for repair. I was told to call back NEXT WEEK to make arrangements for repair. I work M-F 8-6 and can not come into his shop during his hours of operation on those days. The owner curtly informed me he was too busy on Saturdays to accommodate warranty repairs (apparently he already had my money in the bank & his priority was earning NEW money ).Integrity...rectitude...ethics. Words the Owner of this establishment should learn the meaning of.

She knew the products very well I havent had good customer service latley but she let me know theres great customer service still out there. my tent came out great.When I was little my whole family went to jazzy for tint thats all I know

I have had several vehicles tinted here over the past 10 years or so and have never had a problem with any of them. Never had any bubbles that you so often see after a few years. I wont go anywhere else as long as they are open.

Called for an appointment at 9, I was in at 5, and finished by 6:30. Initially I was concerned about a few bubbles in my window but over a few days they went away. A little higher than everyone else but it’s okay. Will return

2022-02-19I was sent to Jazzy by the Nissan Dealership a few months to get tint put on my vehicle. They did such an amazing job on the tint and offered affordable LED headlights. After a few months the LED headlights started to flicker. I took the vehicle back to Kevin and within minutes the lights were replaced at no charge with no hesitation.Thanks Kevin🤗

2021-06-28Absolutely the best quality tint job Ive ever seen. Ive had at least 4 cars done here and wouldnt go anywhere else. Staff does a great job explaining the difference in quality with the different levels of tint and price ranges. Top quality tint definitely makes a difference in keeping the car cool on a hot day in comparison to average tint and the difference in clarity even at 15% is amazing.

2021-05-10My husband and I have taken 3 vehicles to Jazzy Tints over the past five years, the most recent was a crewmax Tundra. We spent the extra money to get the best high quality, low UV tint available. They were able to schedule my appointment within three days of calling and completed the task in one day. The truck was returned cleaned and amazing looking. I will take my future vehicles to Jazzy due to their awesome service and I would highly recommend to anyone.

2019-12-02Love the tint job done on my car. This is my first time getting tint on a car and I had my reservations. The process was explained clearly and all the different tint plans available to me and I was assured that the tint I received would be within the legal limit. Only complaint was that it took longer than expected. I was original told the process takes an hour and half but I was there for 3 and a half hours. The wait was worth it.

2018-08-02I found Jazzy window tinting on google and also spoke to a few co-workers that recommended this company. I called ahead a spoke with Kevin over the phone to find out what type of tint they use. He had a great selection of Suntek tint that was highly rated when I researched them. I came in the week after and as per our conversation I came in a got my windows tinted and now my car looks great. Kevin does a great job and has high quality tint. Update: 5/4/18, I was having a minor issue with the tint in my rear window looking foggy so I brought the car back to Jazzy window tint. After an hour or so Kevin (owner)and his team was able to look at the tint and discover there was a residue on the back window underneath the tint. The remedy was to remove, clean, the re-tint the rear window. However, the problem was Kevin insisted upon charging me for the replacement cost of the tint, because he believed that we should both share the cost of the new window tint and labor as these were unforeseen circumstances. The cost would be an addition to the $280 or so I spent on initially getting my windows tinted the week prior. In the end after being persistent and not agreeing to pay the extra, I was able to leave without paying additional costs. However, I cannot recommend anyone go get their windows done here. The prices are higher than average and the wait times and services are unpleasant. Ironically, Kevin doesnt believe google reviews bring him any service as we spoke briefly and he didnt care that I was amending my review.
