Wish I could give them zero star. I bought a used 2017 GMC Sierra from them and the engine light came on in the first three days. When I tried to return it the sales man told me it was Because I used an air freshener that made the sensor go off and that I would be charged $100 dollars for a diagnostic check. Drove it back home after three more days the transmission started to jerk while down shifting. I returned it again and was told there is a 100k transmission factory warranty. And they would not take the vehicle back Because I signed the paperwork. After ten days of owning the vehicle my mind was Made up about returning the vehicle or trading it in. Jeff smith automotive offered to take the trade for 3k less than what they sold it to me ten days ago. They are cons and liars!!! I wouldn’t refer anyone to them…
I was looking at preordering a new vehicle but learned that this dealership adds an additional markup on custom orders directly from Ford! This is not ok! They will not tell you anything until the delivery day. If they are doing this in custom orders no telling what other shady practices they are partaking in. There are plenty of dealerships out there that will give you custom orders at MSRP. This is pure greed on their part and I will be looking at other dealerships to purchase a vehicle.
I was extremely disappointed to hear about the sales tactics at Jeff Smith Ford, specifically doing a trade-in deal on a new vehicle order, and then months later after the customer had waited for their order, increasing the price by THOUSANDS of dollars just out of pure greed. This isnt how you treat people. This isnt how you create repeat customers.Ford CEO has stated they will be cracking down on these types of predatory practices among the worst dealers in their franchise network. According to Ford, only the worst 10% of dealerships are resorting to these types of dishonest tactics, so I guess we know where Jeff Smith Ford falls in that.
If you must purchase from them. Get everything in writing. I did not enjoy my experience there and asked for the GM to call me along with a customer service rep. Neither returned my call. Basically, I was forced to pay a high markup on a vehicle I ordered a year and a half ago. Shame of Ford for a misleading campaign and a dealership that took advantage of my good nature.
I bought a vehicle from here in January.. they dropped the vehicle off 2 weeks after purchase with the check engine light on. I immediately Told them and they picked it up. Claiming it was just oil change. The truck cut off on me in drive multiple times after fropping it back off. they keep it for 2 weeks at a time saying its “the actuator” then the “transducer pressure. They are well aware this truck was for my business and i have not been able to run since buying it. Explaining that to them on recorded conversations did nothing but make them hang up in my face 10 times saying “ i should have bought a new truck” “since i have a business should have money for a new truck” “oh well $60k isnt going to get you a truck with no problems “ i have been in emotional and financial distress since then. Its a 2016 ram and had 50k miles in it. ALSO THEY LIED ABOUT WARRANTY AT BUYING. They push me off to a different dealership because they couldn’t figure out whats wrong. I would recommend any female go here alone. I will now be going over there head.I do not recommend here to my worst enemy
Brought my new f150 for its first oil change and sat in the service isle for 10mins with Noone helping. They walked by smoking cigarettes several times but no one offered help. Finally I called the receptionist and they got someone to tell me that the “service drive” wasn’t where oil changes were done. Then I went to the dedicated oil change place and sat outside waiting for another 15. I then went inside and after waiting for 5 more mins, someone showed up to take my info. I’m here waiting now, and we are not off to a good start. If I didn’t need this oil change for a trip coming up I would not stay.
The salesmen were nice but Too pushy on selling cars I didnt want. They obviously werent listening cause never said I wanted a stinger but sat me down went through my finances just because I said it was nice and they did all that to tell me I was wasting there time when I couldnt afford it. A fat guy in a red shirt next to a georgia bulldog picture called me stupid.
Very unethical practice of making a deal with a customer and then raising the price later once taking delivery. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. If you order a vehicle with them and can still cancel I suggest you do so and order from a dealership that at least attempts to be ethical. This is the type dealership where all the bad stigmas about car dealers starts.
Due to misunderstanding my recall was delayed. I was dissatisfied. Thanks to the staff, a new time was scheduled, they delivered a loaner, picked up my truck, and completed work in a short time, even delivering my truck back in 24 hours.Cudos to Jeff Smith Ford staff.
Wasn’t even planning on buying a truck yesterday but the guys at Jeff Smith offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse. Tanner Fritz is by far the best sales person I have ever dealt with and have dealt with quite a few. I would recommend everyone go see him at Jeff Smith, you won’t be disappointed I guarantee that. Everything went smooth and even the next day Tanner sat down with me in the truck and went over every feature the truck had.
Hands-down the easiest vehicle purchase in my 50 years on planet Earth. Warren Rouse was on the top of his game with the customer service. In this time of extremely volatile car pricing (especially used), the vehicle cost and trade-in offered met my expectations. (11/27/2021)
It’s a good dealership, but my salesman Luke Shelton went out of his way to be the best that he could be. Got me a deal I couldn’t refuse! He was honest, hardworking, and determined to get me in something dependable at a good deal! Will definitely go back to him and would recommend him to anyone buying a vehicle.
I thought I would take a couple of minutes from my tree stand and acknowledge service advisor Kristen. She was punctual and prompt in her method of communication with me while my truck was under the weather. She didnt leave me in the dark on the process in which my truck was going through and also kept me updated on a recall needing attention. The diesel mechanic that worked on the truck also pointed out another component needing attention and took care of that as well. Overall I rate the service I received 5 STARS.
I went two nights last week to test drive 2 different vehicles. Both times the salesman knew what time I was coming and had the car pulled up front….Both times the cars were out of gas. The second night I stood there for 30 minutes as two guys tried to funnel gas into the tank, then eventually ended up literally pushing the car to the gas pump. If you know someone is coming to look at a vehicle take 2 seconds and look to see if there is gas in the tank. So tacky and a waste of my time!
At Jeff Smith in Bryon Ga. they mean what they say over the phone and in person , I would recommend anyone to Jeff Smith in Bryon they like to see their car leave the lot not look at them like some dealers ship. So what are you waiting for head to Bryon, Ga you wont be dispointed
Ive purchased 2 vehicles from Jeff Smith over the last 3 years and have always had them serviced there up until recently.I contacted the service dept. at the end of March and have been playing phone tag with James ever since. I last spoke to James on 5/27/22 at 11:13 and still have yet to hear back from him.... I called 5 star Ford immediately after James said he would call me back for the 1354631 time, and was scheduled the very next day. My recall, check engine light and oil change was all resolved within HOURS!
Greedy dealership selling a personal customer built order with a $5K market adjustment fee because of the chip shortage causing them to lose money for the past year. Stay away from them, they are only looking out for themselves to make a buck wherever they can. Shame!
My experience at Jeff Smith Ford was a delight! There was no pressure to make a purchase. The salesman that helped me was Raymond Foster! He was honest and I appreciated his patience! He never tried to show me a vehicle that I couldnt afford! Throughout the process Raymond checked on us and made us feel very comfortable. My next car will more than likely come from Jeff Smith Ford!
Im extremely and completely satisfied with the repair of my vehicle. High praise to the technicians, they usually dont get enough credit. Fix it right the first time is still highly appreciated. Upon arrival the service advisor Kristen got the service manager Chad to do a ride along with me to observe and identify the concerns I had with the vehicle. When I went to pickup the vehicle after repairs Chad did another ride along with me before I paid for the repairs just to make sure I was satisfied with the vehicle performance. Well that has never happened before. Thanks Jeff Smith Ford! Kristen did a great job of navigating the repair of my vehicle even with a timely parts delay. Shuttle service was provided making my experience very convenient. Shout out to Razzy the Salesman for recommending Jeff Smith Ford. I highly recommend Jeff Smith Ford. Freddie Myrick a completely satisfied customer.
I was so happy with the customer service! They were friendly but not overbearing when we showed up. (We had an experience at another dealership and they seemed annoyed we were there.) I was able to easily test drive and they asked the appropriate questions to find out my reservations about a purchase and answered them perfectly. Love my new car. I would like to give a shout out to the staff at Jeff Smith Ford. We had the smoothest and most easy car buying experience ever. Brandon Kessler the Sales Manager went above and beyond our expectations to ensure the car was available for us to come buy. We had to drive from hours away and he gave his word that it would be there when we arrived. Razzy Lavender the Sales guy we dealt with was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went out of his way to find a local wheel repair shop to not inconvenience us any further. He also expedited the service and detail of the vehicle so we would not be there any longer than we had to. Mike Morgan in finance made the paperwork portion painless and quick. My wife got the car she wanted at the price we were looking for. Overall just a wonderful experience all around. I will recommend Jeff Smith Ford to everyone for new or used vehicles. Thanks Guys!!!!
It took all I had to trade in my dream car, a Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited, after 11 yrs and no car payment. I cant thank Warren, Mike and Chris enough for their patients and kindness throughout my buying experience; especially Warren. Warrens kindness shows in his smile. His knowledge of what would fit me and my budget was spot on. He has a wonderful sense of humor, and warmth to make you comfortable from the first handshake. He was very patient with me because I can be a bit pushy; he handled it well! (Haha) I bought Ford Escape and could could not be happier with it; especially the gas mileage! I would, and will, definitely let others know where they can find a great buying experience with these three and Jeff Smith Ford in Byron, GA. We were looking for a used vehicle for our sons 16th birthday and really looked all over Middle Georgia. We went to Jeff Smith Ford in Byron and he found a new truck he liked very much. We never even considered a new vehicle, but Chris Brock made us a deal we couldnt walk away from. I feel less worried about my son turning 16 and hitting the road because he is now in a brand new truck that had 21 miles on it when we drove off the lot! I, as a mother, cannot thank Jeff Smith Ford for the care they put into this deal. Oh and by the way.... Every vehicle in our driveway was purchased from. The Jeff Smith Auto Group .... They have our business from now on.
The salesman was very nice helpful and did everything to do his best to make sure we had the best help, we didnt have any problems at all. Everyone was very nice and our experience was great. Warren Rouse sales associate and Carl Combs finance Mgr were both outstanding to deal with. I drove about 2 hours from my home to this dealership and they stayed after hours to finish processing my vehicle paper work. When I purchase another vehicle I will be contacting them first. I recommend this dealership to any one wanting to buy a vehicle.
Great experience with our salesman Razzy. He did not pressure us and was very helpful in answering all questions and finding a vehicle that was a fit for our needs. We came and previewed vehicles a couple times and he gave us the space we needed to make sure we where making the best decision. Highly recommend this sales team. The gentleman who did the paperwork also was helpful and not pushy in having us add unnecessary extras. Thanks for making this our best car buying experience ever.
This was the worst car experience ever! Not only was our vehicle taken back for transmission issues 3 days after buying it the managers are worthless! The vehicle is under warranty so its being taken care of but the customer service has been horrible. I was not on anyones mind to update me on the status of my vehicle and when I called they said we will find out and call you back that was a Tuesday on Friday I called and asked to speak to a manager where I got to speak to the lovely Ryan which turned into him telling me you didnt have to come here to buy a car you could have went elsewhere which next time I will not that I needed your advise on that part trust me your actions speak louder than words and him hanging up on me. I have called everyday for 2 weeks and have left a message for the general manager Chris Brock and have yet as of 10/11/21 to receive a phone call. I went into the facility and I guess he hid from me cause he had just stepped out 🤣 anyway if you see a car there you like have them to send it to Perry Jeff Smith thats where we bought our other 2 vehicles and I wish I could turn back time and would have thought to had it sent there caus this place does NOT deserve anyones business!!!!
We were driving from Indiana to Florida on vacation in our sons car when the change oil warning came on. We realized that he had not changed engine oil for 7000 miles! Since we were driving another 1500 miles, we figured better get it changed. We looked up oil change in route, and Jeff Smith Ford Quick lane. 45 minutes later we were back on the highway. Our service specialist even recommended we check out New Smyrna Beach in Florida. We did, and it was awesome!
These people are ready to sell you a car but when it comes to your refunds on maintenance cancellation don’t count on a call back or your refund dates to be from the time you signed your paperwork. If money isn’t going into their pockets they really don’t care. I called Chris Curry for 3 weeks and left several messages after going through a near fatal accident about a refund on the extra coverage I purchased on my vehicle. He finally called back and said I needed to come sign some paperwork which I made him aware that I already had. He said he would call me right back to see if it was in process with the account manager. It is now July 21st, 2021 and I signed my paperwork on June 3rd, 2021 and he still has not sorted this out and I still have not received my refund. I received a refund from GAP coverage dated 2 days later than the original sign date. It took another finance manager, Mike Smart, to get me that. Upon signing the paperwork on the June 3rd Chris Curry proceeded to say it may take a month but that’s only about $300 that won’t be on the check. That was an extremely unprofessional comment.
Service department is terrible. They schedule appointments 2 to 3 months out and when u bring vehicle in on appointment date they keep your car 3 days before they even look at it for service. They do not provide updates or status on your vehicle and when you call they tell you they will call you back but never do. Worst customer service ever.
After experiencing a complete horror story with my local Five Star dealership only Warner Robins. I came here check in hand letting my sales rep know the vehicle I was interested in and how much I was willing to pay. Before I even arrived the pulled the vehicle into a shaded viewing area with the AC on to allow it to cool off for a better experience. I arrived and test drove within seconds of coming in. I brought to the attention of my sales rep that the brakes on the vehicle I was interested in were hard to use, when we arrived back to the dealership they fixed it as I went inside to talk with the rep about numbers. I was told before even arriving they understood my payment plans and boundaries and they 100% respected it. They made my offer work. Within 2 hours I left with a vehicle. They even drove the vehicle to my home as I came alone and had to bring the vehicle I drove back as well. The financial rep who handled my paperwork was also amazing. Great conversation, we chatted about the military, job experience, etc. all around was an amazing experience. I have been recommended everyone I know to this dealership and everyone has left with a vehicle same day. I cannot express enough my satisfaction with this dealership and I highly recommend they invest in advertisement in the Warner Robins area as we have active duty members and newer airman who don’t even know where Byron is and are being walked on by the dealerships right outside our gate. Great job guys thanks for the amazing service!

We had been looking for a new Mustang GT for over a month. We had a a specific build that we were looking ford. We found the model we were looking for at contacted Jeff Smith Ford. Lucky for us, Razzy took our phone call. We worked out a deal on the Mustang GT while it was still in transit to the dealership. Razzy went above and beyond to make sure that we got what we were asking for. Since the dealership was quite a drive for us, Razzy also setup free delivery to our home. We signed all paper work in under 15 minutes and took ownership of the new car. This was the smoothest car purchase weve ever made. The salesman, Josh, was extremely helpful. The entire staff that helped us get our truck was extremely helpful too. They made us feel at ease without pressure to purchase. Ive been looking for a long time and their deal was the best. Weve got new family members with Jeff Smith Ford.
Company statement is we care, but that was not the case for me. First of all, the salesman Warren, is not a man of his word. His word is weak, and that says a lot about the perso you dealing with. Second, the service department was slow and hard to come by. Took me 3 weeks to get an appointment, and get my car done for something that I stated it need to be changed in the 30 day warranty. They just erased the codes and wait until that warranty was over so they can charge me. I ended up working a deal with them for that. Charly is the only service guy you should go if you go to this place. Lastly, given the service treatment I decided to cancel my maintenance service with them. I did cancel it 2 months ago, and was told it takes 2 to 3 weeks. 8 weeks later and still no response or money back. Called 2 times and I just get transfer to a voice machine. Just take just business somewhere else, and do not waste your precious time with this people.
The guys I dealt with were awesome! Zack Carmichael was the salesman... He was great! Answered all my questions and got me im an SUV and I love it! Mike Smart was the one who got loan approved and he also was great! I signed paperwork with Carl who also answered my 5million questions and was great! All around a great very friendly atmosphere! Infact my brother went down 2 days later a bought a brand new quad cab dually threw Zack as well. I am also a return customer as I bought a 2015 ford fiesta in 2018 thru Ramon who sold not only to myself but my father, mother and nephew, sister and brother all within a week! The Beechler family cant speak any higher of a car dealership! Jeff Smith ford has always treated our family great! Very highly recommend!!!
Great service! Had a service engine soon light come on and took my 2018 F150 to Jeff Smith Ford. Light went out before I got there but Kristin scheduled me to be back and have it checked anyway since it was still under warranty. Took it back and had it checked out and serviced. Kristin was courteous, professional and on the mark! Will definitely be back!
We had a blowout flat with our new car within 20 miles of our hotel in Byron. We needed a new tire. The Tire Place at Ford dealership was open on a Saturday. I drive a Buick Enclave Avinir and amazingly they had exactly the tire I needed to replace the damaged one. We were on the road by 11:00 a.m. The check-in person was fantastic! Thank you.
Very poor service!!! For Mike (the sales manager) to try to convince us to settle for a different car and stating no 20 year old will ever be able to afford a car like this was a complete insult. Our son went back to the dealership today to retrieve his property that was mistakenly left, but was faced with comments regarding his integrity and morals from Bronco (our original salesman) because our son purchased the exact same car from a different dealership. Same car, the deal our family wanted, but a different dealership. Bronco, for you to question our sons integrity and morals because you and managers failed was utterly offensive. Your statements are a direct reflection of who you are and why you did not make the sale or gain our family as customers. You should take a look in the mirror before questioning someones integrity and morals. Although Zak (another salesman) tried his best to help and was very nice, we are happy we did not purchase from Jeff Smith Ford dealership. They failed tremendously!
Had a great experience at Jeff Smith. Tanner is a very good, honest and conscious representative of your business. He did what he he said he would and more. Price was great on the vehicle we bought and they gave us a very fair trade in for our car. A highly recommend Jeff Smith and their team.
My new vehicle purchase experience with Jeff Smith Ford was absolutely phenomenal! I initially inquired with their dealership via the internet about my interest in purchasing a Ford Ranger late on a Friday afternoon. Almost immediately after I submitted my inquiry, I was contacted directly by the Sales Manager, Mike Smart. He took my information, I told him exactly what I needed & wanted, and I was then forwarded a loan application from my Sales Representative, Tanner. I drove to the dealership Saturday morning to check on the status of everything and Tanner simply presented me the truck I had chosen, offering me “Congratulations”, as then Mike came out to greet me as well, to inform me that he got ALL of the sales terms just the way I wanted. I was in & out in no time and it couldn’t have gone smoother. Great selection, great team, and outstanding customer service!!!
Although we didn’t end up leaving with a vehicle, i can honestly say it was one of the best dealer experiences I’ve had. Josh Kemp was a great salesman and i didn’t feel pressured by him or the sales managers. More than willing to go back and forth with us to find the right vehicle for my family. Will definitely be giving them my business on my next vehicle purchase. Highly recommended.
Yet again Jeff Smith ford And Tanner came through for me. I have been nothing but pleased with how i have been treated here by everyone that has taken good care of me. less than a year after buying my last car from them I have traded it in with them and they took excellent care of me. Tanner is by far the only salesman I will ever deal with. He and his manger Smart stayed after hours to make the deal happen and comes through after the sale for me. I wont go anywhere else. I cant say it enough with how great this place is.

Coming from a background of working in the car dealership industry I can proudly tell you The Jeff Smith team is a really great team. I purchased my new vehicle earlier this month my salesman was Jason Banks. He’s been absolutely wonderful even reached out to make sure all my needs were met and see if I had any questions about the car. The whole staff has been very courteous and helpful, as I met and dealt with many people through the process. Highly recommend these guys, I will be back! This was the best car buying service I have had in a while!! I spoke with Brandon on Sunday told him my expectations and where I wanted to be walking out the door with tax, tag warranty and everything, he told me to look online and send him what I found, he had two cars pulled out for me with the numbers already worked up, I got there at 6pm after work met Carl the salesman and was pulling off the lot with my brand new 2020 Ford Explorer by 8pm. He got me where I wanted to be in payments and got me out of a Tahoe that had nothing but problems since I bought it!!! I recommend Jeff Smith in Byron to anyone!! Thank you Brandon and Carl!!!!
Went into the dealership on a Tuesday. While speaking with the financing department one of the Jeff Smith employees made a smart comment about car buyers wanting an expensive car but not wanting the car payment that comes with it. The Financing department or the Sales Manager was supposed to follow up later that day or the next with leasing payment options that were being advertised on the Ford website and no follow up was received. I will be going to another Ford dealership to make my purchase where hopefully the individuals can be a little more professional.

I can honestly say that the service staff (Kristen Cross and the service manager) were personable, friendly, yet professional! Ive been shopping aggressively for at least a decent deal on a minivan for 3 months. Tevin and Mike didnt waste any of my time or theirs. Super friendly, no BS, didnt make me sit around...and got the van above and beyond what I wanted. I didnt even know I could afford it, until they made their first and only offer. SALE DONE and out the door in an hour and 30 minutes.Fantastic Customer Service...dealership handed me excellent support with the sale.
Go see Razzy!!!!!!! He quite literally was patient with me every step of the way. I was hesitant to go in just to look at a potential purchase, and he sent very, very detailed videos, pictures and commentary about the car that I was interested in. I have to share the absolute great experience I had at Jeff Smith Ford. I live outta state and was traveling through Georgia for a wedding. My transmission broke on the trip and I had it towed to this dealership. Peter was my service advisor and he displayed highest level of professionalism and premier customer service from start to finish. He did everything he could to get me into a rental right away. Even with my warranty company giving him trouble he pushed through them to make it happen. Calling 5 different rental places which nobody even had a car for us. He was very persistent on getting us taken care of right away. Through the process of getting my transmission replaced he stayed in contact with me keeping me aware of what was going on. Also doing extra by making sure all my recalls were up to date which they weren’t. He promised me deadlines and delivered exactly the way he said. When the truck was ready for pick I set a time with him because I live 5 hours from the dealership. He came in on his day off to go over the truck and explain anything I had questions for. He was a blessing to me in this unfortunate event and by far the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever experienced personally! It’s sad I live that far from the dealership because it’s be the only place I go for service.
Went in to look ,said do not run a credit report ,was shown 1 ised vehicle and before you know it after being rushed and told I couldnt get that deal after that day I was sighning paper work for the same price it was listed on line for (no special deal)and 3000.00 added to it for (negative equatity) there was 500.00 negative equity. Then it dosnt stop I didnt get my spare key which was said they had,the car was a filthy mess and air conditioning smelled so bad. I couldnt use it went twice to get my plates before temp.tag expired they hadnt sent the paper work in was taken to 4 people finally I was told they had put the wrong ven number on all my paper work she said they had called me 5 times I said no not once thats why Im here she said well what ever its the wrong vet number horrible experience
We have always had a great experience with Jeff Smith Ford. When we were looking for a vehicle a few years ago, they found exactly what we were looking for and have this dealership has serviced it ever since. This 2012 Fusion SEL has nearly 130K miles on it now, and all we’ve had to replace is the tires. All the belts, spark plugs, everything else is in great shape and has never required replacement. Jeff Smith Ford’s service department is also top-notch! They’re consistently courteous, prompt, and honest.
Traded my car in wanting to up size and Tanner Fritz went out of his way to make sure I got the car and deal I wanted!! He made sure I knew how to work everything, explained what I needed to know, and made sure I was happy with my new car. I will definitely be a life long customer! The people here are very friendly and helpful. I went in to get a part, and the young lady at the parts desk was very thorough, very informative, and found the part very quickly. Even though I had to order it, I still enjoyed my experience there. Although various a 4 dealership much closer to my home, when I need parts or service in the future, I will almost certainly go back to this location.
My experience with Jeff Smith Ford began when a mutual friend told me that Michael could help me find the car that I wanted. We began messaging on Facebook and he was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and figuring out what kind of car (CR-V vs. Escape) and features (heated seats, remote start) that I wanted. We conversed like old friends, and I eventually realized that I knew about half of his family because we are from the same hometown. I decided to go to the dealership yesterday for a test drive and ended up leaving with my new car that had exactly what I needed with features and price. Brandon took me for my test drive, gathered some of my information, and kept me entertained; Ryan worked all the numbers for me and was open about which lender would be best for me; Chris sealed the deal with an extended warranty, gap insurance, and contract paperwork. Michael was involved every step of the way to make sure I felt comfortable and knew what I was getting. Once I purchased the vehicle, he sat in the car with me to help set up my Ford Pass and made sure I was informed about the entertainment system, remote start, etc. I will be going back soon to have my windows tinted and get my seat covers. Fell in love with the redesigned 2021 Ford F-150 XLT. What an amazing vehicle! Even quieter than my 2018 F-150 XLT and feels as if I am driving a luxury automobile. I bought my 2018 XLT from Jeff Smith Ford and went back to acquire the 2021 F-150 XLT. Jeff Smith Ford made it easy to trade in and drive out with the new truck. The salesman, Wanda White, was as helpful as the first time I purchased from him and the sale manager was most accommodating. Im 68 years young and can honestly say that these two have made both purchases a real pleasure, whereas I always felt an adversarial relationship with previous new vehicle purchases at other dealers and had to fight for the right price and features. Jeff Smith Fords service department is also top-notch, although I never needed any repairs but only had my vehicle serviced there through the quick lane. I have used Jeff Smith Fords Service Dept. now three times. I have been looking for a Service Dept. for over 2 years now and hard to find one that will have this level of communication. All three times I have worked with Kristen Cross. She has been great and has called me when there was an update. Hats off to this Service Dept. keep up the good work.
I made a service appointment for my vehicle for a Wednesday. When I got there Steve who is a service manager, stated he did not have a service appointment for me. I explained to him the date and time in which I spoke to someone. Steve was very rude and nonchalant about the matter. He told me to leave my vehicle until Monday. Just completely forget that I just drove there, fixed my schedule for it to be done this specific day, and arranged for someone to pick me up. I would like to point out that Steve seemed to care less about this being an inconvenience for me and didnt try to find out about the mixup. I dont care what needs to be done to my vehicle, I will never go back there again!
We were on our way back from Florida from a month-long vacation and broke down in Byron Georgia. It was Saturday and the dealership happen to be open. Brandi Bell in the service department was more than willing to help us out and stayed with us throughout the day to make sure that our car was repaired in a timely manner in the same day. She helped us get back on our way. Howard was the technician who took care of our car and was very thorough and extremely helpful. He came out to the service department to show us what he had done to the car and reassurance that everything is working fine now. The sales staff and other workers at the dealership we’re also very friendly and helpful. The lady working the front desk even went and got us lunch. We made it home safe and the car is in excellent condition now! Thank you to Jeff Smith Ford service department!
While traveling home from Florida our RV experienced some engine difficulties. We stopped at two Ford dealers on our way but neither were able to assist us so we limped farther north and found Jeff Smith Ford. We were immediately impressed with how Bradley Cawthon, the service advisor, worked with us. He was straightforward about what would be done to determine the problem and kept us informed throughout the process of repair. The work was completed much more quickly than we anticipated, laying to rest our worries of finding accommodations and delaying our return home. We left with confidence that all was well and our 1000 mile journey home was without incident.
Bought my new Ford 250 Superduty at Jeff Smith in Byron. What a beautiful superduty. White and gray sand two tone. Everyone at Jeff Smith was great. Delivering the truck was an experience. Hood and all doors open, explanations were provided and questions were answered. Even the phone was set up and linked to the truck. Everyone involved was pleasant and helpful. As a new customer to Jeff Smith Ford, much to my surprise, my husband and I have been on the receiving end of very poor customer service following a vehicle purchase in February. While we were very pleased with the ease of purchase from the salesman, we have yet to be able to register the vehicle with our local tag office. Multiple calls and messages have been left for every level of management within the facility and despite the voicemails, not one single person (including the General Manager) has bothered to return our calls or update us on any sort of process in place to resolve the title registration issue. After several frustrating calls on 4/6, I was finally connected with an actual person, not a voicemail box, and learned that the title was never received by the dealership. From what I am being told, the dealership must now complete an application for a new title and in order to do so, the dealership requires a lien release which was supposedly completed on 4/3. It is now unknown how long the title process will take per a conversation with the Sales Manager and I have little confidence that this will be resolved prior to the expiration of a second temporary tag issued by the local tag office.As someone who trades/purchases new vehicles every 2-3 years, I am appalled that the leaders of this dealership would treat a brand new customer so poorly. I believe that this dealership has been a reputable business in the past, however I do not believe that my husband or myself will become a repeat customer following this occurrence.
Jeff Smith Ford in Byron GA is a great place to purchase your new vehicle from. This was by far the best experience I’ve had. I will definitely do business with them again in the future. I was literally in and out of there in the truck of my dreams in less than 2 and a half hours. I’ve purchased several vehicles in the past from other dealerships and this was probably one the very few times I didn’t have buyers remorse. I took my car in because the alarm was repeatedly going off. I left it overnight and was contacted the next day and was advised that the alarm had not gone off. Service dept. ran a diagnostic test and it also showed no codes. I was treated with courtesy and told to let them know if it happened again. It has not. Not sure why it happened but all appears well now. I was also advised that if it did happen again that there will be no diagnostic charge. This made me feel much better. I have no complaints with how everything was handled. Very nice service!
My experience with Jeff Smith Ford, from first contact with Chris Saunders (a true sales professional) was a peaceful experience. No hard sell from either Chris or the finance staff. I was given a fair trade-in and the 2016 Escape I purchased included all the bells and whistles I had on my want list along with some added attractions! We were traveling through Georgia on our way back to Iowa, when I noticed one of my F150s tires looked very worn, and unsafe. We had stopped for the night at a local hotel, so the next morning I took the truck to Jeff Smith Ford to either have the spare put on or replace the tire. While speaking to the service adviser, Shawn France,, and going over the options I decided to replace the whole set of tires. I arrived at the dealership at 7:30 am, and they didnt have the specific tires needed for my truck on site. Shawn recognized my need to get the tires replaced as soon as possible, in order to get on the road. Shawn was able to get the tires at 8 am at a nearby supplier, and made my truck a priority. The whole set of tires were replaced, balanced and aligned all by 9:30 am Another customer even offered to let me go first so I could get going. Local courtesy that was greatly appreciated. I couldnt be more pleased with the service, expertise, and ability of Jeff Smith Ford in dealing with my dilemma. Shawn represents the work ethic that all employers should value. I have never met Jeff Smith, however, from community word of mouth he seems to be an all around stand up guy with a great business mind. I believe he knows the value of a satisfied customer and the profits it can generate in our growing middle Georgia community. Unfortunately, it seems some of the folks at the Jeff Smith Ford store in Byron may have lost sight of the Vision he has built through many years of hard work.I love Ford. I have a 2017 F-150. On March 2nd, my wife and I decided to trade in her 2012 Ford Explorer on a new 2020 Explorer XLT. The many standard safety features for 2020 were the deciding factor in our choice to upgrade. I have previously dealt with another large Ford dealership in our area, but have been very dissatisfied with the service and lack of appreciation shown over the years. As stated above, I have heard great things about Mr. Smith, and decided to listen to my friends and family. Long story short, the purchase process was fair and my sales professional, Tanner was fantastic. Before leaving the lot, I noticed the daylight running light was out. I returned 3/10 to have the light fixed and was told after a lengthy stay it was the whole assembly and would need to come back at another date.I took it back on 3/11 and by Friday, 3/13, had not heard anything. I called mid afternoon friday and was told that the headlight assembly was not the problem, that there was a short in the wiring. Was told they did not have a technician that worked on Saturday to look at it that it would be monday before they could get back on it. As of 12:30 monday I havent heard anything so I called. Was told the service guy Ive been dealing with was at lunch. The lady said she would check on it for me and came back on the line saying the vehicle had no technician logged on to it and could not find the vehicle and when the service writer got back in 20 minutes from lunch he would call me. He called back at 1:45 saying they were still looking for it. At 5pm I havent heard anything and called back and was told they just got done. I picked the vehicle up on 3/16. While driving home I noticed a rattling noise now coming from the engine bay or dash and one of the steering wheel buttons not functioning properly. I called Tanner (once again, he was very helpful) to describe the new issues. I set an appointment for 3/17 at 10 AM to bring it back again. Tanner texted me at 9:30 to say the service dept said they were backed up and I asked if I could make another appt. I stated I had already taken off work and was headed up there. After 2 and 1/2 hours, multiple test drives with different managers (who each acknowledged both new issues), and still no explanation of where the electrical short with was, I asked if I could just swap it for one exactly the same that possibly didnt have what are definite safety concerns for my wife and 6 year old daughter. I was told YES!. I test drove an identical explorer and was told it would be around $400 more. After they crunched the numbers it came back with a $2700 difference. I stated I was not going to pay that for the exact same vehicle and trim level. Theres only 400 miles on the new vehicle I purchased They then said to leave the vehicle with them, again, and they should have the steering wheel part by 3/19. If both issues are fixed by then, Jeff Smith Ford will have had my brand new vehicle 7 out of the 16 days since I paid for it, and I will still worry about the safety of my wife and daughter. Once again, I dont personally know Mr. Smith, but his reputation in this community for honesty, integrity, and personal service has not been reflected by this arm of his corporation.
Its a very nice dealership but I was surprised of the number of employees that did not speak to me as I walked around. Id say 1 out of 6 that passed me by.I ended up talking to a customer that had just purchased a car.The customer said they took my keys and drivers license and kept me hostage.The customer stated they had been there since 11AM and it was 4PM.I felt as though the customer had been taken advantage of.The customer had only come in for an oil change.One salesperson was handling two different customers. The customer I was talking with had been placed on the back burner.I wanted so bad to tell the customer walk away and think on the purchase.Then they brought up the car. I just wish customer good luck and bit them farewell.I did not purchase a vehicle.
I bought a new car at Jeff Smith Ford and I was very satisfied with the service I received. Chris my salesperson was very knowledgeable and treated .me with respect .The entire staff was friendly. I will recommend this place to any of my family and friends that need a new car.
Worst service department I have ever dealt with. Tried for over a week to schedule warranty service and was told I would get on schedule for Saturday. Tried confirming for three days, no call backs. All you get is emails from salesman trying to get you to buy another vehicle. Finally get through on Friday to be told that Saturday is booked up and he never got the message. I am sure of it was not warranty work that I would of easily got added to schedule. Once you drive off that lot they are done with you. Hard to get good customer service these days.

My daughter recently bought a new car from these people. My wife and I bought a car from Jeff Smith in Perry. We had a good experience there. I have driven Ford vehicles since I was in my 20s,or about 30 years. I was glad my daughter went there.After she bought the car, shes been having an issue with the transmission. They have dragged her along over a month about looking at it, much less repairing it. Im almost ready to go raise the roof! Her boyfriend bought a car there, but there was an issue with the mileage on the car. I wonder if Jeff Smith knows this??
Stopped at service department with my 2018 Ford Edge because the check engine light came on while driving on I-75. I asked one of the two guys that were sitting at tables in the service office if they could do a quick check with the scanner. I wanted to see if it was anything needing immediate attention. He said they were too busy to do that right now. Nobody else was around. Waiting area seemed empty. Wow! Business is so good they’re turning away business. Must be nice. If I knew I had employees doing that they would be fired on the spot. I recommend anybody thinking about taking their car there for service to stay away. They obviously don’t care about you or your car.
Took in for tailgate recall and oil change. Steve had me set up in minimal time. Technicians did an excellent job and fixed another recall that I was unaware of. Steve took time and discussed what they did and answered all my questions. Recommend giving Steve Kyles and the service department at Jeff Smith Ford an opportunity to make you a repeat customer. I live in Warner Robins and customer satisfaction is key for me. So, the drive to Jeff Smith Ford is a no-brainer.
The vehicle fit the bill perfectly. The only issues were we received only one key and the car was to be detailed prior to pickup as told by the saleman but found it didnt seem to be as a part was still laying on the back seat. The dealership personnel were very helpful and fair.

Took my 32 ft class C motor home in for an oil and filter change using their express lane. They not only performed this service, they checked the entire vehicle while they were under it. Me and my wife went in inquiring about a new truck. Warren the salesman was amazing, the issue me and my wife had was with the guy who ran our credit. He seemed like he was trying to take advantage of us and talked down to my wife when she would ask questions about why her credit report came back the way it did. They need to get a supervisor to teach him what good customer service is, we almost walked away from doing business just because of how rude he was.
My wife and I had a turbo intake blow on our 2012 SuperDuty while towing our 34ft travel trailer just outside of Gray, GA. We contacted Jeff Smith Ford in Byron to confirm parts availability and were told to bring our vehicle ASAP. They were the closest dealer to us with the parts we needed. We made it in to the dealership about 12:30pm and were greated by Steven Kyles, Service Advisor. Steven assured us we would be taken care of and instructed us to drop our trailer so he could get our SuperDuty into a service bay. We were invited to wait in their very comfortable customer lounge, along with our two dogs, and the Team at Jeff Smith Ford immediately went to work for us. Just after 3:00pm, we were advised that our truck was ready to go...WOW! We had an awesome experience with these guys...probably the best service I have ever been privileged to receive...especially being from out of town. Ive already recommended Jeff Smith Ford to my brother, who lives an hour away from the dealership. And well be contacting them when we are ready to purchase our next vehicle. I was on vacation with my children when our van stopped working on a Saturday late evening. We left our key in the drop box and were promptly called Monday morning and repaired by the afternoon to enable us to travel home. The staff was kind and considerate. Bought my 2016 fusion in because of a stuck shifter, the mechanic was prompt and super nice he promised to not only fix the shifter but any other recall repairs the car may need and that I would have the car back hopefully no later than the next day, much to my surprise he called me hours later saying the car was done and all repairs was free of charge including a full inspection. Was forced to tow my vehicle to your dealership (under ford cerifited pre owned warranty roadside assistance ) because it was the closest possible to my house, after I had sudden loss of power and weird noises from the engine bay.Upon pick up was told it was just a hose that popped off, when I test drive the vehicle the same sound was still present that I would consider not normal before the incident.Took my concerns to the service advisor and had a tech ride along with me to duplicate the sound/issue. The tech told me he heared the sound coming from the engine and that it was “normal”, I told him it wasn’t and asked him show me another similar model that made the same sound. I asked for the service advisor to find me another similar model to duplicate the “normal” sound and he wouldn’t.I clearly know the normal sounds of the vehicle I have been driving for months and for the tech and advisor to dismiss my claims as false is a slap in the face to me and my certified pre owned warranty. If I had a choice to have it towed to another ford dealership I would have, however being so far from home this was my “best”/closest option and i will not pay another dealership the ford warranty deductible for another dealership to look at the same issue.Theyre more than enough ford dealerships in the area I will not be coming back and I recommended you stay away for Jeff smith ford.Update: As you can see below they claim to want to help resolve the issue but still have not reached out to me in the 5 days since it was posted.Update 2: of course they have not reached out to me, no contact no offer to make it right. I will be filing claims with BBB and local and state business departments.
I drove two hours and dealt with Carl who helped me tremendously. He was excellent and helped me get in the car I wanted. Mr. Smart was excellent in the finance department as well. I plan to be traveling to see them for all of my future purchases. I couldn’t highly recommend them enough.
I will never be back. At this point I wish they would take the truck back, give me my complete down payment back, and completely pay the bank what was billed. . . Terrible terrible service. Paperwork has been done wrong 3 times. Now I just received a letter from the finance company with more problems with the paperwork from the dealership. This is the third time Ive been contacted saying that if I do not correct this and this they will come get the truck! Each time the dealership has called to correct paper work I have completely scheduled up to correct the problems. Now the lean holder is contacting me with more things the dealer ship has failed to do, saying that I am refusing to follow the contract when I have already done my end twice with the dealership. I have made a special 2 hour trip already to solve problems once. When I left they said that was it. Now here we are with more. I have never left a bad review for anyone until now. This is ridiculous. My next truck will come from ROBERT HUDSON FORD IN MOULTRIE GA! I love the truck I bought, its a great one! But it seems like the dealership has cut there ties with me as soon as they were paid for the truck from the bank. Now Im off dealing with the bank fixing the dealerships problems alone. They seem to not care about there customers at all! As soon as you sign and walk out thats it for them whether you spend $20 or $70,000 they dont care. The people were as nice as can be until you get ready to leave, also the salesmans story didnt match the carfax on the truck either, I feel as if I was lied to the whole time I was there. Please take it from me I highly recommend not shoping here! I would give it less than a one star if it was able, I feel like a one star is still too good of a rating for this dealership. For anyone who needs just a little more clarity, when I made a special 2 hour trip to the dealership to help fix there first mistake I told them I think the brakes needed changing to see what they could do. So while Im doing complete paper work all over again they had a tech look at my truck. They had my truck back there for 30 min or more. Said brake shoes look fine, I say well they sure dont sound and drive right but okay. So it continues to get worse, week or so later I got tired of hearing it. $80 worth of parts, I change all the pads my self, the pads the tech told everyone were good were about 90 - 95% BAD! So for anyone looking for a vehicle stay away from here if you can! I wouldnt take a free vehicle if they tried to give me one! As a matter of fact I hope they read this and take this headache away from me! I told the bank who is having issues that I will fix the last paperwork issue this time but if anything else comes up someone is getting this truck back because this is ridiculous!
Explain to me how a salesman in good conscience would sell a 2020 vehicle at a 10% interest rate to a 19 year old? Telling her using her Covid unemployment benefits to pay for it was a good idea. Who does that, someone who is trying to make a commission at the expense of a trusting kid!

Absolutely great service! Sales and Service! My very first Ford a few years ago.. never owned one. After I was in an accident, I enjoyed that car so much and felt it was built so well and returned to purchase another! This place treats you like you are the only customer, like you matter!
They appear to be more helpful than Jeff Smith Chevrolet was. Salesman got me to the right person inside, she was polite and apologetic for my bad treatment at their sister dealership and tried to help me. Its a shame the Chevrolet dealership was so bad. I may raise my rating if I get my money back before another 4 months pass and I dont have to go back.

They were earger and willing to keep my business going with them. You see, this is not my first car buying experience with Jeff Smith, this Is my 4th vehicle that I have purchased since January 2014. I have referred several close friends and they have purchased 2 vehicles from Jeff Smith. I would do business with any of Jeff Smith’s car lots. They are willing to go the extra mile to gain your business and treat you right, not snow you under and then blow you off. Great bunch of people. Glad you were there when I needed you.
Had a great experience first time at Jeff Smith Ford. Mike (Sales Manager), Tevin (Salesman), David (Finance Manager) all made it worth the while. They all worked hard to make sure that my husband and I stayed within a price range so requested. Good job fellows, your persistence paid off by making me one happy camper!
Thanks to Bradley Cawthon for being so kind to me, listening and trying to figure out the issues with my car. I got new brakes, front and rear serviced, everything is working fine. I am a Ford girl at heart and I love my Escape. I dont know who my mechanic was but great job to him as well.
Great dealership with friendly and knowledgeable staff, I first dealt with them over the phone since I was out of state. They were quick to respond and help me with all questions, when I met them in person all the employees I met were friendly and knowledgeable. Got a fair deal. You can’t go wrong with Jeff Smith Ford!
Terrible. I bought my truck there and it took forever to get everything done right. I should have purchased from Five Star as I have done in the past. They promised to put a different set of wheels on my truck to get me to purchase the truck. They finally put them on about three weeks after the fact and I had to constantly call them to find out what is going on. It also took them three and a half weeks to pay my trade off. I was getting calls from the lender of the car I traded asking about why the payment was late. I would have had no problems making that payment had they not asked me to put that money down on the new truck. Typically that is not something I would have done but they promised me they would have my trade paid off before my payment was due. I kept getting the run around. I will never purchase another vehicle from any Jeff Smith.
We spent about 5 hours working with Tanner and Brandon today trying to get ourselves into a new car. Tanner was fantastic and very helpful with trying to work with us. We decided we wanted to take the evening to think it over because we were about to make a big investment, but when we told Brandon this, he became visibly annoyed and stormed off without even shaking our hands or thanking us for our time with them. Because of this, we decided that we will not be returning to purchase a new vehicle from them tomorrow or any time in the future.
My experience with this dealership was a joke. I was quoted a price over the phone for a new Ford King Ranch. I was told over the phone that owner had approved the price and that they wanted to earn my business. Once I arrived( 45mile drive) they raised the price by $3000.00 with no apology. Just wanted to get me in the door to screw me over. What a waste of my time. I recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle to NOT COME HERE! Such a rip off . Jeff Smith should be ashamed to have his name on the Sign!!!!! STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!

Surprised by my experience here. Read great reviews and started out a pleasant experience then at the home stretch of the negotiation the salesman stopped responding. Received a customer service email and when I responded that the salesman never responded I got a response of “they can help take care of everything” so clearly they didn’t even read my response.
Went here to look at the transit Vans to see what it would take to make it wheelchair accessible. 2 salespeople came out to assist with my looking. The issue with that is that neither one of the salespeople seemed to know what they had to sell or what I was looking for.This place seemed to be clean and organized and despite the 2 salespeople not knowing the product, this was a pleasant experience.
I chose to do business with jeff Woodard at jeff smith ford in Byron Georgia the first few seconds i spoke to jeff Woodard. I could tell he wasnt just a salesman and that he was gonna be more like a friend and help me every way he could and he told me that and did not steer me wrong. I told him what truck I wanted and within an hour he had found it and was on the way to get it. Just a great place to do business. They do not pressure u like most salesmen do. They are more interested in making the customer happy then making money. Just all around an awesome experience
They were professional and honest. They got me a good deal on the car I really wanted and provided great customer service during the whole process. I would reccomend this dealership to friends and family because they took a lot of pressure out of the car buying experience!
The service was pretty quick and the people were nice. Overpriced for what I had done. $100 for an oil change, rotation, balance, and a rather gimmicky multi point inspection, especially after they told me they couldnt look at an issue I had because they didnt have a qualified mechanic on the weekends.
We were traveling thru when the AC in my truck went out, pulled off the interstate and found these guys. Told them what i knew about the problem and they quickly checked it out and let me know. Now i wasnt excited about what needed to be done, but the service department was honest and upfront about the whole job. I had no choice, since i wasnt driving any further in the heat with young kids in the truck. They got the work done extremely fast ad did a great job! I might not ever need anything else from them, but if i do, i know where to stop.
The service manager seems content on dismissing my concerns about work that I had done on my vehicle. Without any explanation, he just made me feel that my concerns werent valid, even though I found intern research that validated my opinion. Feel as though I was between a rock and a hard place.
I inquired about a specific car and I was told that the car would be there when I went. One man told me the car was being test drove and let me test drive another as we waited. Then he told me that the car was sold, but I never saw any other customers there but me. I asked someone else about the car I inquired about and he told me that the car wouldn’t be there til the next day because it was at another lot. However, they did work with me to find a car that I did like and end up buying, but still not the car I went for. When my car was being serviced, I called two people at the dealership to speak with them about a loaner car and pick-up time, and neither one called me back even when they said they would. I even was on hold with one for 20 minutes and still nothing.
Unprofessional staff. Inquired about a vehicle and was told if you look online all our vehicles are shown with the prices. If I am going online to look at the vehicles and prices why should the dealership employ sales personnel. The internet is doing their job while they lean against the cars.
They had a truck I wanted to see and possibly deal on. I had been looking around and was very specific on options. I confirmed they had the truck, and made an appt for the next day. I confirmed the appt the next morning, and drove 54 miles over there right after work. When I got there, I was told the truck I wanted sold last night, and the guy I was told to ask for left at 2pm, it was now 6pm. Of course they offered to locate a truck, but I could have done that locally! Terrible miscommunication and courtesy! My time is very valuable to me and my family! They did not even offer to put some gas in my truck or anything . Guess what their chances I will ever do business there are now?

Kristen was very patient with me and took an aggressive approach to ensure the problem was diagnosed properly and the part was ordered/delivered. The service department as a whole is an awesome team! 2022-04-25Purchased a F-150 from this dealer 2 months ago (the vehicle had 50k miles on it) and was still under warranty. A few weeks ago, the truck started driving weird and started throwing codes, plus the check engine light came on. Took the truck to the service department, they held it for 2 days and said they drove it around but that nothing was wrong. They tried to charge a diagnostic fee but we were able to get that waived. We were told if the light comes back on to bring it back up to them. Got the truck home and literally a few days later, the check engine light is back on. After speaking with the service department, they told us that we could bring it back up (after we schedule an appt). Took the F-150 up this morning, and was told we would have to pay the fee if we wanted them to look at it. We explained that we have already paid enough money to them and felt this wasnt fair so if we were going to pay, we would take the truck elsewhere. We ended up taking the car to the Ford dealer in Warner Robins, where we found out what the problem was in under an hour.Wouldnt do business with this dealer again. They could care less about you after you purchase.

After waiting months for a car to be built and delivered only to find out you are charging an additional 5k minimum on top of the previously agreed upon price??!!??!!??!!??!!That is just down right dirty. Borderline fraud!Ford really needs to do something about these worthless dealerships.It changes the whole communities opinion about the manufacturer.Not just the dirty dealerships. You are making Ford look bad!I hope you sleep well at night knowing your happily up charging or RIPPING OFF your own local community!!I can understand doing it to a car thats has been sitting on the lot. Generally available to the public. But not special ordered units, that is just wrong. You dont even do anything to it, just unloaded it off a truck and a quick inspection (PDI) which Ford pays you to do and yet you still charge 10k extra. I personally hope Ford goes to direct ordering. Maybe then they will restore their image that dirty dealerships have tarnished!!!!!!!!!

2022-05-26We have now purchased 5 vehicles from Jeff Smith. Tanner has been our salesman for each one and we would have it no other way. Not only is he, hands down, the best salesman Ive dealt with (and I have dealt with a lot of them) but he actually shows his appreciation for his customers. He has the sweetest disposition and takes the time to talk to you, not only about what hes selling you but just you in general. We all know salesman are there to do their job and make money, thats a given. They have bills to pay just like the rest of us. With Tanner, there is no pressure and weve always left feeling like he had our best interest at heart. I would give 5+ stars for our salesman but because I havent been impressed with the service department, I gave 4 stars for overall satisfaction.

2022-03-24Recently discovered that these folks added $1500 in charges to the vehicle we purchased in September. We were shown documents on an electronic signing desk that did not have these fees. The dealership was having trouble with this signing desk, so I left to return to work, trusting in good faith that what I saw before I left was what my wife would be signing (we were putting the vehicle in her name). Somehow, after I left, these charges were added and my wife did not notice it. I went today to try and discuss this with the general sales manager, but he was very arrogant and smug and cut me off over and over again, not giving me an opportunity to speak. He continually tried to talk over me, in an attempt to intimidate me. These people, sadly, lack any sense of ethical decency, and I would urge you to steer clear, or to be very, very careful making a purchase from this dealership. Do yourself a favor, protect you and your family by going elsewhere. I certainly wish I had!

2022-05-16My vehicle was a 2020 ford and it had 24197 miles on it and had major issues . The engine caught fire and they did not want to cover it under warranty. Almost a year and a thousand calls to them about covering the cost and file the warranty I confronted Steve their service manager, he said it wasn’t their responsibility and I had contact the Ford warranty department myself. He told me he never even reached out to his team about it. He said he will email me that day and it never happened. I had to file this with my insurance company. I can’t believe their substandard performance in this situation. My recommendation is to not trust Steve K. as an advisor when it comes to Ford.
