We had a very pleasant experience and great food. Tori was a very good waitress and made sure we were all squared away. Would definitely eat here again.
Horrible staff! We were told to seat ourselves and everyone watched us sit down but no one came to give us menus or anything. For twenty minutes! It was not busy at all. There were six servers Just standing in the back that all made eye contact with me and my friend. Two of them walked by SEVERAL times and looked at our table seeing we had no menus and never returned. Then three of the servers just went and sat down at empty tables and started playing in their phones and the others just stood in the back and ingnored us for TWENTY minute so we finally walked out! This is the second time this has happened here! The last time I was able to get service here our server told us the kitchen staff was horrible and to not order food. all of our orders were wrong and there visible shell fragments all over the oysters! No one here cares about their job at all!
Had some issues with a pick up order for the Super Bowl but the owner corrected the issue promptly! We will be returning. I do however think the staffing needs some more training though, they seemed kind of lost on what to do.
Amazing textures and good service. My burger had absolutely no flavor, I dont think Ive ever had to salt a burger before but had to this time... Very diff from the Villa Rica location. 😬
I was under the impression that you were there to serve the customers. Not at this establishment. We have been coming to this restaurant a minimum of 2 to 3 times a month since they opened. Have had issues a few other times but we still returned, not after this time. I always prefer a booth but was denied because I was told they seat according to the waitresses. I was told I would have to wait for a booth even though one was open.
My husband and I ate here for the first time today. The food was delicious and extremely fresh. I LOVE the seasoning on the fries. The fries were cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. I ordered double dipped wings and they were delicious. Extremely fresh! I couldn’t eat them when they first came out because they were so hot and fresh. My husband ordered the BBQ burger and he said it was really good. However, our service wasn’t the best. My husband’s tea glass was empty for 10-15 minutes before it got refilled and by the time it was refilled he was already done with his food so he ate most of his meal without anything to drink. Our waitress brought us our food and did not return until we were ready for the check.
Had the turkey wrap was very tasty. Would have given it a 5 all the way across but the waitress served me sweet tea instead of unsweetened then argued with me about it.
I wasnt planning on even leaving a review from my visit Sunday evening due to the poor service. I assumed that the bartender was new, so I was just going to leave it alone. That was until I opened my Facebook today, and saw the 2 young fellows that I saw drinking at the bar the same evening had been arrested for DUI. I think one of them was the bartenders boyfriend because she was extremely flirty, and if that being the case you would think she wouldve used her better judgement on when to stop serving them drinks. They were clearly pretty impaired, and they also kept her attention away from everyone else. Management needs to train this young lady on when enough us enough. My food was good. Took a while but they were pretty busy.
I am not sure what is going on with the service here. But we sat for 20 minutes made eye contact with everyone. Nobody served us or even asked for our drink order. Seems like nobody wanted to work today! There was also food in the window the entire time we were there and the cook had to scream for a server... unprofessional and disgusting restaurant!
Overpriced, very crowded, soggy food, understaffed. This is why I only leave Atlanta 2× a year to visit family who live in this area. I recommend a bottle of peptobismal at every table. If you eat here you will need it
Waited over an hour for two 15 count wing meals. When there was only one other family in the restaurant. Chances of eating at this location again very slim.
Only a few other people in there while we were there and it still took forever to get our food. Our waitress came over to our table to ask if we had heard an incident going on about a lady threatening to call corporate and telling us all about how she complained about everything. Then MY food came out wrong but at that point was scared to say anything after her talking mess about others!
EDIT !!!!!!- Came in today just after opening. OUR 2ND VISIT !----10 people maybe there. Placed orders for *****loaded fries, mozzarella sticks, fried shrimp, potato salad, french fries, cheese burger and hamburger. Was very much surprised, definitely redeemed themselves. Waitress was friendly and food was kid aproved .which my 6 yr old and my 8 yr old are hard to please.( if they could live off of chicken nuggets they would ) Food came fast. Sweet tea was food. Really everything was amazing ( the potato salad was okay but im picky when it comes to potato salad) ********** FIRST EXPERIENCE!- Placed an order while there. Was told 30 minutes. Came In, was told 30-an hour. Waited and finacame back in. Was greeted by a young blonde at the register who was so rude she didnt even look up at us and barked take outs are at the side bar. Finally got out food. Got to the car and food was missing. Also food was cold! So 2 hours later .60+ $ and terrible customer service and cold food. My 1st experience and I was not at all impressed. Will update if we visit again.
I had the Buffalo Shrimp Tacos and they were great. I added a little ranch to them and some extra Buffalo sauce and thought they were perfect.I enjoy their burgers (Jalepeno Burger, Jeffersons Burger, and the Brunch Burger), their wings, and now the Buffalo shrimp is another favorite item added to my list whenever I visit Jeffersons.
Grilled Shrimp tacos and a drink… perfect for a casual dinner. Ask to sit in Tanner’s section he takes great care of us every time we visit.. Thanks Tanner for great service.
Absolutely pathetic!!!!!! Had to go to Rails for the second time this month. I’m trying my best to give you my money but you just don’t want it.
On Sunday the 20th me a four friends came to have dinner after work. After arriving one of us had the clean the table off that we were placed at. It had trash and food left on it. After we ordered food it took long enough to get the food to where the queso and wings were cold. My friends fry’s were ordered and never placed at the window and we had to remind them we ordered fry’s. We were there from 5pm-6:45 and we only were asked for refills once. A Togo order was placed at 6 and that order was not received until 6:45. My friend had to go to the window to retrieve Togo orders due to nobody taking them to the bar and also it taking so long for the orders to be fulfilled.
Another great meal this evening. HotYaki sauce is good stuff people. If you dont like that.. well your momma raised a sissy
Had the Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap and it was delicious. Service was on point as well. Only reason its not 5 star is the menus were sticky/filthy.

Ate lunch here for mothers day with my family. They had a special for any platter & 2 sides. I decided thats what Id get so, I ordered the hamburger steak with chz (without peppers, onions, & gravy) & got a side salad with mac & chz. Salad was good.. mac & chz was good.. & then you have the hamburger steak with chz. I cant really say much bc it was pretty much a frozen patty that tasted like cardboard. Then there was our waitress.. she was nice & all, no problem there, but.. when asked for refills & our whole table needed them.. she only refilled one cup & left the rest of us hanging. When asked before ordering our food what she recommended, she didnt really have any recommendations. This was the 1st time Id eaten here & I was disappointed so I probably wont go back.

We just had the smallest wings ever from here. Jeffersons is really good, but if this is a sign to come we wont be back. Gave it two stars in hope this was a fluke.

Decided to give Jeffersons a try this afternoon. We placed an order online for pick up. Our order consisted of mozzarella sticks, fried mushrooms, fried oyster platter with side salad and fries and fried shrimp platter with Mac n cheese and fries. First off all our food was cold. The starters were the only edible items in our order even though they were cold. The fried oyster platter was cold and the oysters were soggy and the one bite I decided to try had no flavor. And my side salad was not included in my order. Next was the fried shrimp, shrimp was cold and soggy and I refused to eat it. Maybe it would have been a different experience if we would have dined in but in my opinion whether you dine in or take out your purchase should be great either way.I owe a follow up review about Jeffersons of Rockmart. After this review was posted I did receive an email from one of the owners offering his apologies for the service we had received. I had accepted his apologies and look forward to giving Jeffersons another go. I have not yet been back but I have been assured that the oysters will be the best! I look forward to it.
Great experience!! Tanner, our server, was very polite, friendly, attentive, observant & kind! Carolyn greeted us warmly & the rest of the staff was very friendly. Everyone bustling around the families & noise of happy chatter, laughter & 11 TVs was so chill. The food was very good! Very clean restaurant & restrooms. Only bad part were the three drunken heathens at the bar harrassing staff & customers.

They’re always so slow. The last time I dinned in it was slow and my girlfriend and I were one of the only tables. I ordered oysters for an appetizer and we both got wings. I will never forget our servers name “Ashley” because I kept hearing the cook call from the window “Ashley your oysters are up.” And Ashley was no where to be seen. Finally she arrives with our wings and oysters all at once while she gives us some excuse that I can’t remember. I think another server heard us complaining and asked us if our service was okay and we were polite and said yes, but now, thinking back, Screw you Ashley.
The food and service were excellent! The young lady who is the new manager checked on us several times and our server never let our drinks run out. My wife had ordered the Philly sandwich, and they told us that they didnt have the actual correct bread, so they gave her 2 sandwiches on different rolls and they were great! Well be going back.
We are so happy to have discovered this place. The food is great. The prices are reasonable. The service has always been good. We are regulars now.
I am new in town and decided to give it a try. The staff was very friendly to me from the time I walked in, and thanked me on my way out. I ordered wings ( bone in) and they were cooked exactly the way I wanted. The bartender Lindsey was very polite and conversational. She makes good drinks I will definitely visit again!

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Didn’t get a refill on my drink. My queso was cold, the fries were cold, and I didn’t get my change so I couldn’t leave a tip.
Ate here last night our waitress Tori was amazing. And as my kids would say the wings was busen busen.
New menu! They dropped the jalapeno poppers :( but the food is always fresh, hot and delicious. Daily specials are always great, wings and sauces are amazing and staff is wonderful. Always down to earth, nice and attentive wait staff in a relaxing atmosphere. Great for family, friends, sports and a cold beer.
Havent had any complaints. Enjoyed the service and food.

I’m your average millennial who likes to give people the benefit of the doubt and I never give bad reviews, but holy cow... this was awful. I put in a to-go order online THREE hours before pickup time.. three. hours. before.I got there, had to wait a good 5 minutes for a girl at the bar to even acknowledge my existence, then I was told “it’ll be just a few minutes” .... I ended up waiting 45 minutes after that for NOTHING. I literally asked for a refund so I could just leave. It wasnt even worth it. It was so hot inside and no one could give me a straight answer of what was going on with my food after all that, like not even a time frame or anything - knowing I had been there waiting for almost an hour for an order placed 3 hours prior. They were unorganized as all get out, and the staff was lacking severely on good service to put it lightly.Thankfully, the manager gave me my refund (I’ll have to make sure that truly goes through) with no issues.Overall, save ya $$$ and just go to zaxbys nearby!

It was our first time and we will DEFINITELY be back. Daniel and Hailey were absolutely exceptional. Sweet potato fries and fried pickles are the best Ive had at a restaurant. My best friend and I are both diabetic and Hailey was so knowledgeable about the menu we both found delicious entrees.
In all honesty, we won’t be back to this location. We’ve given them 4 chances & all 4 times they’ve forgotten something or messed up our order. All 4 times our salads were forgotten, this last time our daughters fries never made it to the table, our wing sauce was incorrect 3/4 times. This last time they sent our waiter to Walmart to get ice for the restaurant & nobody came by and checked on us, they were still seating him while he was at Walmart too… don’t know how he’s suppose to serve while he’s not there? after all that all they did was take our fries off the bill.. still charged us the up charge for the salads that arrived the same time as the food only after we asked for them. This location is closer for us but we will make the drive to cedar town from here on out, even with them Being short staffed the cedar town location has never given us any problems!

This place is great! The atmosphere is very relaxing and friendly! Our waitress was Jada and I will say she is absolutely amazing! Jada made us feel like family and I could tell right from the start that she actually cared about her job and is an extremely hard worker. I will be tell all my friends and family to go to Jeffersons and ask to have Jada as their waitress! Go job and I cant wait to return to your establishment.

Just had a delicious meal there with my family! Our wings were cooked perfectly, but what I really wanted to mention was the service! Imari was our server and she was absolutely perfect! She made sure we had everything we needed and was so friendly and kind!!!

I’ve been to three different Jefferson’s in the area and this one is the best by far. Let me just say though that I haven’t had the best of experiences in the past, but the staff tonight was friendly, polite, helpful and genuine. We didn’t wait long to be seated and our drinks came out quick. We were checked on not only by our waitress, Taliah, but by the manager Katie as well. The Texas Margaritas were on point. Shout out to the bartender Lindsey and the kitchen. Food was great!
The food kind of made up for the service,which wasnt our servers fault. The kitchen needs to understand appetizers are served before the entrees,or at the very least with the entrees,NOT after youre over half way finished with your dinner.
Stopped by for a little food on our way home and this was a wonderful find! Lindsay at the bar holds it down! She makes great drinks and is a sweet as they come. I normally take a picture of the food of places we review but the food made it to my stomach before I could get the phone out! Good place all around!

Previously rated at 4 stars due to a bad waitress but over the last dozen visits the service and food have been spot on. Never had a bad meal.
Expensive but good food portions are smaller than other choices
We were told 30 min for a Togo order. Got there at the 30 min. We have a newborn so i stayed in car and significant other went inside. Where he was told they were waiting on 1 more thing. We got cheese fries and 2 medium burgers. He waited for another 25 min before I had to take our newborn inside to find out what was going on. To find out they forgot the second burger but manager just said “I’ll go get it” and was gone ANOTHER 8 minutes where the still did not get the order right. Keep in mind the first burger and cheese fries are now cold and well done..when we asked what was going on all the manager had to say was “kitchen manager said they’re backed up.” No sorry from anyone they just avoided eye contact. HORRIBLE customer service! They still picked up the phone and told people 30 min wait for Togo’s. Just go somewhere else if you value your time because Jefferson’s in Rockmart surely does not! Shocked at the lack of customer service is a huge understatement!
So we get to the restaurant around 7:30 on a Tuesday night. We ordered a Jefferson club, a 5 boneless wing meal, another wing meal and 2 kids meals. 1 hour to deliver “most” of our food and it wasn’t even hot! This is the 3rd time we’ve given them to see if it would get better.. it’s not! So then the waitress ask if we wanted to see the manager, we said of course. He wouldn’t even come to our table! Sorry but this place isn’t worth my time or my money!
It’s hot as all get out up here. Apparently they told me that the A/C is out??? Why isn’t it fixed? We will not be back because we do not like sweating while eating our food. The food is great and Haley the bartender is a great time.
The waitress Briana was a delight, beautiful smile and very informative about menu items. Her service skills were excellent. However the cook messed up my boyfriends phillcheese steak somehow by either not making it or adding wrong ingredients on it. Took 40 min to get our lunch. I had a turkey bacon wrap & curly fries easy. They not only comped the drinks for the incident they also comped the Philly cheese steak too.So all in all food was still good for me. Worth a visit lost of good food.
Great food, very nice staff, good atmosphere
We have eaten here many times, but this past year the service has REALLY gone down... We actually quit eating there for this reason. But we gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried it again. Ordered (takeout) wings and cheese sticks. They said it would take 35 mins , when I got there I waited another 35 mins. When I got home the wings were cold and could tell they had been sitting for a while and didnt give us any chips and celery/blue cheese even though specified. When I called to tell them this. They said they could re-cook the order but would take ANOTHER hour to cook and there was NOTHING else they could do!
The employees are too busy socializing to get your order right and come back to the table so you can tell them. We have been to this location 2x and both times they have screwed up my order. This time, by the time I got my corrected meal, the rest of my party was done eating. Oh and the replacement was wrong too.We wont be back.
Loved the server his name was Tanner !!!He did a wonderful job taking care of all of us.The assistant manager Caroline was sooo awesome !!! The food was great.Service was outstanding.Well be going back next time were in Rockmart.
This place has went way down hill! Forget even getting a to go order!Update to 5 stars the management has turned this place around been twice to make sure it was not a fluke but great service great food and thanks Caroline! Didnt want to lose my favorite wing place!
We eat here alot for work. Food is usually really good. Service can suffer sometimes. Usually fairly slow and one time we had a waitress huff in my bosss face after he re-requested ketchup. But other times its been great. I will definitely not recommend if you are in a hurry though.
The food is not bad. Decent place to run in and grab a bite. The service is lacking. Ended up waiting over an hour for 2 wraps, and it was a slow night. Bar tender drinks are not consistent. One night theyre great, next night they arent mixed right at all. Too sweet or too bitter. Last time I got the hot wings there were (feathers?) stuck on several of the wings. Take your chances here. Might be great! Might not go back. Roll the dice.

Me and my other half have been coming here for about a year and a half and we have always loved our experience! Cammie was our server tonight and she was the best. Prompt, attentive and kind. Both Courtney’s have served us multiple times in the past and their service never fails us. Food has never been a disappointment here either. I recommend their wings that are always cooked to perfection!

I’m not one to leave a bad review. Honestly, this is the first. We went to eat here Sunday evening. Arrived at 7, didn’t leave until after 10. Upon arrival, we waited for over 10 minuets just to have our seats cleaned because we were dining outside. After waiting so long we had to use paper towels just to soak up the chairs ourselves. Once we were seated it took 30 minuets or longer just to get a waitress. After several had walked by and I already complained twice. When we finally got a waitress she had a bad attitude. It took forever just to get drinks, plus refills. Once our food came out almost an hour later, it was cold. And we were still waiting on a salad and kids food. We were there for THREE hours. People who arrived long after us were already done with their food before we even got ours. Manager was not very helpful at all and was full of excuses. Never apologized. And when I went to pay, she barely said three words. No thank you, no I’m sorry, nothing. Jefferson’s in rockmart, y’all need to do better. Seriously. I get y’all have a lot of to go orders. But when someone is there in person, that’s your top priority. That’s also where your bigger tip is.
Takes a long time to receive your order. Good food but after such a long wait you would think the fries would be hot. Everything just pretty much lukewarm.

I am so disappointed! Last night 09/12/2020 around 930ish we went to your restaurant to eat. Walked in got a Hightop, boys went to wash up, and we waited and waited and waited 8 minutes pass still no service. We looked around 3 servers huddled in the corner of the bar on their phones. The lady behind the bar and the 3 servers still no service. We watched while guest that arrived after us got their drinks and menus. As we got up to leave, I told the 3 servers thank for the service we will be going else where. All 3 jumped and said OH NO! Sorry (one) said I will take care of you now! Nope sorry you sat there, played on your phone, laughed and cut up, all while we were setting here waiting 8 minutes! If the restaurant had been busy I could have understood. I do not understand playing on your phone and not taking care of customers. It was kinda embarrassing.
The wings are really good! The staff is comprised of friendly, welcoming people. Your shoes will stick to the floors, and epileptics need to beware of the flashing light outside of the restrooms. I will definitely go again the next time I make it to Rockmart.
Food was really good. It was my wife and I first visit. We will be back but the server was slow about picking up our order from the cook. Over all I give five star rating because any one of us can have a slow day😁

Ive always loved going on Jeffersons & hopefully this was a rare occasion but Ive never been so unhappy with the kitchen staff. They werent that busy & they had 4 or 5 people in the kitchen. We ordered the oyster platter. We waited & waited so I asked the waitress Tammy if she could check on them bc it had been way too long. Long story short. They burnt the 1st ones(theses didnt come to the table) so they had dropped another batch. Those were brought to us. They were severely undercooked & the plate was full of grease. We sent them back, ordered a club sandwich & it was nothing more than a BLT. We spoke with the manager(super sweet girl) & she compt our meal. This made it easier but I will rethink revisiting in the future. Its sad too because I love this place. 😔
Walked in and there were three tables taken, the rest of the place was empty. Said that to say every single table in the place was completely filthy. My wife started wiping the table and the waitresses walked over and asked for our drink order. I told her every table was dirty and she just stood there watching my wife wipe the table, never offering to clean in it.Update: Spoke with the manager and made her aware of the incident. She was very nice, apologetics, and insured it would be addressed. Food was great! Had the sweet and sassy wings they were delicious. Will go again and give them another try.
Service is below average, depending who you get. If you order takeout, you better triple check your order. Its almost always going to be incorrect or missing items.
Zoee is our usual favorite waitress at Restaurant Rockmart Jefferson’s, but she was not here tonight. Taliah and Tori were wonderful!! they worked together and took great care of several tables at once! Food was great as well! we love jefferson’s and will come back often 😊
Food was mediocre but the bathroom was absolutely Nasty, mildew In the toilet bowl, no paper towels in the mens room sink looked like it hadnt been cleaned in weeks. Im sorry but I will never return to that particular location.

Well I must say, I like Jefferson’s food most of thie time, but we just ordered wings that were the worst wings I’ve had in a long time. To charge what they do and to serve these pathetic wings is an insult, my wife’s chicken wrap was not good either!! I can’t say J won’t go back but it will be after I find out they are serving wings instead of baby wings!!

Rockmart Jeffersons: Something going on in kitchen. Manager explained they had several to go orders. We waited 50+ minutes. Updated review for delivery (grub hub):I have ordered delivery twice recently. The first order, a grilled chicken sandwich, arrived late, and the bun was soggy from condensation. The food, however tasted great otherwise. Not sure if late arrival was due to grub hub driver or restaurant. Ordered the chicken guacamole wrap, fried mushrooms, and sweet potato fries today. Substituted chips & salsa , and spinach dip as they were out of sweet potato fries. Wrap was HUGE - enough for two people. Chips were fresh. Mushrooms were frozen and reheated. Wrap had been placed in a griddle or sandwich press, which turned the guacamole into a watery greenish brown sludge, and wilted the lettuce. Would have been much better if they skipped the griddle altogether. Fries were just ordinary crinkle cut frozen fries. Spinach dip tasted of spinach, which was a bit bitter. I had to call to confirm my order, as they didnt have their app open on their end. But they did call me back re : substitution for sweet potato fries, so full Marks for good customer service. Overall, not a bad experience, had the wrap not been heated.
We visited lasted week with two small children and had a mostly pleasant experience. The food was delicious, especially the cheese fries, and our server was very helpful. She kept drinks filled and made sure we had everything we needed. It took the food a little long to come out though. The appetizer and kids meal were completely gone and the baby woke up before our food arrived. Dont go if youre on a schedule.
Maryjayne was the best hostess, & has the best smile and personality! Our server Carolyn was also very sweet and kind! She made our dinner at Jefferson’s worth it!
I really wanted to try Jefferson’s. Always looks busy. Great hostess...seated in seconds. Water brought quickly. 20-25 min later no order taken yet.Other reviews have said it took an hour to get the food. Not sure on that as my order was never taken.Walked out and went to Zaxby’s.It is rare that I walk out of a restaurant.I’ll give the one in Cartersville a try in the future.
This was our first time visiting and everything from the atmosphere, to the quality of food was perfect. The wings are delicious, and the service was so quick. We were instantly greeted, seated, and served food. I highly recommend this place! 10/10

My husband and I enjoy eating here. They have the best wings. I like the boneless so he the best. Nice place and we have always had friendly/good service. The only problem we have had is when we call it in we always wait a long time for someone to come back on the phone which I understand they are busy.
I took this girl on a date here, Karis was our waitress and she was fantastic. Very attentive, and was always there at the right time. The food was great and with very little wait time, the place is clean and I am impressed. The date went fantastic, she said she’d love to come back.
We’ve been here multiple times but the last two times food has definitely not been what we are used to at Jefferson’s. One time we had a long wait for the food and when it arrived it was Luke warm to cold and the wings were over cooked. The second time my husband’s hamburger steak had a piece missing off of it and looked like a child’s size. The last two experiences have turned us off to Jefferson’s. We will be looking somewhere else to go when in town again.

We just went to Jefferson’s in Rockmart today to eat lunch. We had a large party and they were short on wait staff so we were prepared for a wait, and they did their best to accommodate us. It all goes down hill from there. We arrived at 1:30pm and finally ended up leaving a little before 3:30pm after still not receiving any food. We asked the waitress about 3pm how much longer our food was going to take, as we had seen several parties seated after us come and go. She never responded to our request. Finally, my husband and I told her to cancel the order and asked to speak with the manager. As we were waiting for the manager, she comes back over to us and asks if we’d like over food in to go boxes, as it just came up from the kitchen. I declined and said I only want to speak to the manager. After several minutes, the manager came over and I explained that we hadn’t been to this Jefferson’s for quite sometime because of issues similar (never this bad) before and that we wouldn’t be back. The manager then proceeded to ask me what I had received because she didn’t want me to pay for anything that I hadn’t gotten. I told her we had only received our waters and barely got them at that. Need less to say management and service was unacceptable. I can’t comment on the food because I never received any. Several members of our party left without food being received and those that got food, it was stone cold. Jefferson’s in Rockmart has lost my business. I really hope the owner sees this and figures out what the problem is. My family have always loved Jefferson’s in Rockmart until recently.There’s just too many other good restuarants around to give my money to than to deal with slow and bad service.
Food was good as always, but the restaurant was full of flies....the table and seats were dirty....the waitress did a very poor job of cleaning it before we sat down. The floor was sticky and the front windows....dirty.We come here quite often for the good food but were very disappointed, especially during this time, that the sanitizing was lacking .

The speed of getting seated is great however the speed of getting food is horrible. I have gone now two weeks in a row. The first week they forgot to cook chicken on bith salads and it took 1 hour for food. This week the food was good however it took 1 hour to get food.
Ordered 645 pm online last night July 2nd, order supposed to be ready 719 was there at 719 and no order had to wait on it. 55 total wings ordered only three ranch dipping sauces. I actually order extras and was charged for them and didnt get them. Anyone know how many sauces you are supposed to get for 55 wings. Fries cold, dipping sauces in with wings and plastic container melted and opened up to spill the ranch inside. Very infuriated over this whole ordeal. If course Ill get a computer response on this review Im sure. PS not the first bad experience with this location
Loved this place. Clean restaurant, yummy and fast food, and great service. My waitress, Lindsey, was very nice and funny. She made sure our drinks was always full and that we had everything we needed. Will be back!
I always enjoy Jefferson’s no matter what location I go to the customer service and the environment are always pleasing! But Jada at the Rockmart location is by far my favorite.. I really enjoy when I attend a restaurant and from the first impression I can tell that my server actually cares and is a hard worker! This was my first impression of Jada! So if any of you are thinking about go to this location make sure you ask for Jada because she is awesome! WAY TO GO ROCKMART YOUR ESTABLISHMENT HAS A GEM!
First time coming, Greeted as soon as we walked in. Seated quickly, food and drinks quickly. Food was phenomenal!!! Aloha Chicken Sandwich and BBQ sandwich was AMAZING!! Server was amazing!! Top Notch place! Will definitely be back!!
After the owner reached out to us, we tried it out again. Our second visit went very well. The waitress was amazing, not only to us but to the other tables she had as well. The food was also much better. The fried pickles and French fries here are awesome. The buffalo chicken sandwich was great as well and huge. This place has delicious food and excellent service! I cant say that Ive ever had a better dining experience than I had here. And they must be doing well because I see more Jefferson locations popping up. The Philly cheese steak was good but the sweet potato fries were the best Ive ever had!
Food was good. Restaurant was clean.Waitress told 20 minutes to take our order.Once brought our order never came back to refill water glasses or see if we wanted anything else. Had to finally ask for the check.Will not go back to Jeffersons Rockmart.

My wife and tried to have dinner there 10/18/20. We waited about 10 minutes for the hostess to show up to seat us. Finally got seated outside but no one ever showed up to take our order. I went back to the hostess for help and she said she would send someone out. Some one finally came out but went to a table that had just sat down. Not for me.worst onion rings in Rockmart. Way over cooked. The lady i was with couldnt get her slaw so she gets up to try to go get it the waitress sees and beats her to it. WONT BE BACK.
We have always gotten good food at this location but staff/service is only about 2 stars. Last visit we had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge we were waiting and clear a table for our party of 5 and there were only 4 other groups in the restuarant. The wait staff was just standing around talking instead of working. It was also about an hour and a half before closing and everyone was more interested in cleaning up to go home than taking care of the customers still in the restaurant. I understand wanting to go home but if you cannot multitask and properly wait your tables while you clean then it needs to wait. We had to ask multiple times for to go boxes and our drinks were empty most of our visit. Probably will not dine in at this location again, we wil get it to go or eat somewhere with better service.

Just ate here for the first time today the waitress had no clue wasnt friendly let our drinks run dry. We ordered 20 wings 2 different flavors we got a basket of 20 wings mixed together not even the flavor we ordered on top of that it had a hair in it. They were nice enough to take it off the order. Then the beer was on special today but they got that wrong too. It was not busy will not be back its more of a biker bar than a restaurant! The waitress put receipt on table didnt say thanks have a nice day didnt say a word!
My family and I eat here all the time but lately it seems like its getting worse. Service seems to get slower and a couple times ago we found a strand of hair in the food which we KNEW was none of ours...I decided to let that slide but tonight as I was eating chips and guacamole I look down and see a BUG in the guacamole! I almost ate it! Who knows if there was another one and if I already ate it! Glad I looked down when I did otherwise that bug wouldve been a goner! And as we were waiting for our main meals I saw the same type of bug crawling around the restaurant! This made me lose my appetite for sure! Like I said, weve eaten here a lot but these past couple times has been a nightmare. I wont be eating here for a WHILE unfortunately..
Have eaten here a few times, and each time the food has been hot, fresh and very good! Service is friendly and prompt. Great place to eat and the crowd seems to be agree. Just need more parking!

I only been to this place twice but will never go back.Not only their service is slow but wait time for our food was over an hour.. My daughter walked out both times because her order wasnt right.
My family and I come here probably two times a week, each time is worse and worse. The last few times they have gotten my order wrong. We have also got the same waitress the last two times we went and she is rude, unfriendly and never refills our drinks, unless we ask!! We keep coming back because the food is good when it comes out the right way and we hope the staff gets better!!
Dont waste your money or time here. The restaurant is nasty . Dead flies smashed on the windows. It took forever to place a drink order . Then it took forever to get our waitress to take our food order. We had to ask 3 times for silverware after the food was brought. It seems as if the manager and the waitress were more worried about talking and carrying on rather than taking care of the customers. The food was cold by the time we got our silverware. The problem is the place had 4 tables full so they wasnt really busy.. if you want to eat at a good clean restaurant and be treated like a customer, then you should bypass this place.

This is one of my wife and I favorite spots. We usually go on Fridays because all of their salads are only $7 every Friday. I suggest the grilled shrimp salad. We also always get 20 wings to share which are always delicious.If your looking for some good food with a family friendly environment I strongly suggest you give this place a try.Update as of Feburary 8, 2019: Just had another amazing meal and wanted to post some more pictures. I am very happy to have a local place with such delicious food.
Tonight I came into Jeffersons for some wings and a cold beer. My server Drew was phenomenal and recommended the sweet and sassy sauce for me to try, it was delicious. She also recommended that I try the new vodka on tap, also 10/10. The manager was very kind and even apologized for the longer wait, which was no problem because there was an obvious rush and I would expect nothing less on a Saturday night. The Jeffersons in Rockmart is my new go to sports bar!!
Both times Ive ate have been takeout...And if the takeout is top notch I can only imagine the sit down experience!
My first time here tonight with my sister and her husband. I was very pleased with the service and food. Quite a very busy place I may say which is a good thing. They have outside tables and inside they have a nice bar and tvs at every angle you look at. The burgers are amazing!! Try the black & bleu burger its awesome. And the fried pickles. Overall this place has 5 stars in my book. Great job yall. Ill definitely be back.
Omg this place is very disgusting! We sat next to the window and the window glass had dead flies smashed on it and was very dirty. The tables looked like the waitress just wiped it of with a napkin and didnt use a wet towel. It took 25 for the waitress to even come take our drink order and then another 10 minutes to get our drinks. Finally when we got to place our food order the waitress acted as if she was in a hurry and didnt want to answer questions about what comes with what meal. It took another 30 minutes to receive our food and I had to ask for ranch 4 different times and she still didnt bring it. So I had to go up to the bar and ask the lady at the bar if she could please bring me some ranch. The chicken on my salad tasted really dry , the lettuce looked old and it was terrible. The person with me got the chicken basket and the chicken was so hard you could barely bite it and the fries tasted reheated. We did ask for a manager but was told he stepped out and would be back in an hour. We paid and left because we didnt have time to wait .
Many different restaurants have come and gone through the years at this location. Jefferson’s is my favorite of all of them. Hopefully they will stay in business longer than all the others did there.The food is delicious, and the sports bar atmosphere makes this a great place drink a beer and grab some lunch. (Or dinner)The Pulled pork barbecue burger was amazing! The wings and chicken tenders are very good too!
Absolutely Horrible. The service was terrible. It took forever. The food was cold. When I told the manager she didnt care. The second time this has happened. This location has really went down after it was sold.
Always great..However they have taken the platters off the menu. I asked for the Jeffersons grilled chicken platter and was able to still purchase it.
For a change we sat outside on the patio, still have excellent service and everything arrived quickly and cooked correctly. This was also during the after church lunch crowd. Had a great visit & will diffinetly be returning in the future.

Passed them for years...got curious. Came in SPECIFICALLY for the oysters... AND they didnt have any! Disappointment factor 100%!!! Im sure there was a perfectly good reason that they advertise oysters, and yet had none on that day, but, this was my FIRST experience with them so....I did get a coupon for a free entree and was advised to call ahead next time for oysters...

Went today (Sunday 9/8) the billboard said all platers $8.99 when we got our check we were charged $10.99 when I ask why they said it was 10% off the sign was wrong. The food was good. False advertising isn’t right. The kitchen staff was cussing, servers just standing around. I don’t plan on going back.
The food is good, but it can be a challenge to actually get it. Been there several times, and each trip seems to demonstrate the lack of a system to track when new people come in. Sit wherever youd like, then hope someone notices you and stops by to serve.Once you get past that initial invisibility, the place really is good. But you gotta get past that first part....... And Ive been unsuccessful the last two times Ive been.
I usually love Jeffersons. The hostess should have given me the clue to walk out. She was rude from the very beginning. Then I waited 45 minutes for two take home platters. I get home...and they have given me fries instead of chips, 1 sauce cup did not have the lid on it so that made a small mess..and they completely forgot about my salad. I still like Jeffersons -just Not happy with this visit.

Mostly family atmosphere, though they do have a bar; staff is usually friendly, many locals come here.Food is pretty standard bar and grill food but they have some decent wings, they serve oysters, and the menu had more items than most similar type restaurants.They also have a full bar and outdoor seating.
Jeffersons in Rockmart is lacking a good cook. I got chicken wings they have been washed off, I could taste the hot sauce on them, then they were dipped in teriyaki.

You know word of mouth is your best advertisement and right now its not looking good for a new establishment.My friend Frankie was treated horribly over the weekend. This man isnt someone thats makes trouble. He likes to have a good time with friends and family.Hes loved by many and we stand beside him.You wont be getting business from any of us.
My wife and I took our family of 5 to eat here last Thursday evening. There was no wait and the host who sat us was very friendly. When our waitress came she was friendly as well. We ordered our drinks. We ordered 4 sweet teas and a Coke. The sweet teas where water with lemon. When we asked her to replace them she acted as tho we were aliens with two heads. I figured that someone had started to make tea but never finished and it was just an easy fix. When she was gone for 10 mins and then brought back the tea she said this came from the same container as the first tea. Its all the same. This time she brought tea. She took out order in a hurry as if we were wasting her time. Then a woman who was also a customer there who made it very LOUD AND CLEAR that she spent to much time there started talking to a group of people she knew. She made more racket that anyone else in the place. Laughing so loud we couldnt hear our selves talk. Cussing and talking about her divorce and how she would whip someone for one of her friends. It was the most unpleasent dinner we have ever had. We will not be going back.
This was my first time here and I’ll definitely be back again. My servers name was Jada and she talked me through the menu, routinely checked on me for drink refills, napkins, etc. 5 stars!

First time customers, and last time customers all in one. The place looked and felt dirty to me, and regardless of whether or not the food tasted alright, there were so many flies pestering us that I had to keep my food covered up under one of the paper towels supplied at the table (thank goodness for those). Nope. We wont go back. The health department needs to get in there. When the waitress asked me how everything was, I said ok except for the flies, and her response was, yeah well its summer. There were more flies inside then outside. If they are in the dining room, they are in the kitchen.
The service was bad, the appetizers were the best part of the meal and the credit card machine was down and had a 30 min wait to run my card by phone and they wanted my zip code, which I thought was strange so I had to go to Walmart and get cash back.
Ordered wings they were good. Nice size not the small kind. Sauce was also good. Fries were good too. The seasoning on fries was delicious.

So I got my husband to get me wings and chips tonight, this is my first time here, anyway Im pregnant and craving wings. He brought the bag out to me and it felt light, so I looked in there, well theres half eaten fries in one box, with a half eaten wrap. Then in the second box there was eaten mozzarella sticks. I went back in there, didnt say a word just opened the boxes, turns out it was a waitresses food they bagged up, got my food like I wanted, they apologized and said my next meal is free. Told my husband unless I love the wings. Im not going back. The wings were barely edible, either they were too hard, there was a million pieces of feathers attached (I could understand a few, but not a hole side) and some were undercooked. Im not going back, I dont want my next meal free, honestly I would just like a refund, I still have my receipt. I know it probably wont happen though. I figured its in the training or just pure common sense to always check the boxes before bagging.
Very nice when they first opened. They have a new menu with price higher than anyone could afford, with less food on the plate. We would order the oyster basket, priced at 9.99. Tonight order the oyster platter with less oyster and way smaller at 11.99.

I really love the food. Especially the Philly cheesteak, so delicious..Everything I have tried has been great. Very clean and Everyone is friendly.. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 ONLY because of the pickup orders. Most of the time pick up has been in the back at the bar. Its usually pretty crowded when I order dinner & walking thru to the back when its very crowded due to little room to walk in between tables without feeling Im walking too close to people & their tables, alot of times being in the way when passing the waitresses who are working trying to get food out. That is the ONLY thing i dislike.I would just like it better to pick up in front where I dont feel in the way of the staff and customers who are dining in. Besides that i love the food, the great customer service and the atmosphere of the place, food is always fresh ready when I get there & my baby loves the on the wall and has one colored for them to take next time we order out from them.

Not pleased with services. I ordered a to-go order they told me it would be ready in 20-30 mins . I got up there after 25 mins to waited almost an hour to get my food.

We will be back it was a very clean establishment also and the prices were awesome I spend more of a Donalds than I did there in the food cannot compare!
Ordered wings, came out late after being told someone took them for another table. Once I got them, they were cold, even though they had just been made. Pretty sure the flavor was wrong as well. This place wont be my first choice for a meal.
Food was really good first 2x ordered then after that it was like everything changed. My food is either cold or incorrect. It’s just really annoying because I keep giving them chances.

Wait staff is excellent and most of our food was delicious. The oysters Rockefeller however were horrible. I ve had them many times at Different Jeffersons in the area and they were good so I had an idea as to what the dish was supposed to taste and look like.

This is coming from someone who serves at a restaurant. Ive been to Jeffersons in Rome and in Cartersville and had a great experience every time. Its rare that I go out to eat, but when I do I intend on tipping my server very well. I had an absolute awful experience. The server could care less about us I saw her once after my food was served to me. Im pretty forgiving if someone is forgetful but our server was simply more busy texting on her phone and flirting with the cooks then taking care of us.
Its more of a bar setting then a restaurant. I have been to Jeffersons in Cartersville and loved it. This was greasy, the waitress only paid attention to people who were drinking and talking to their friends. Had to wait a very long time just get our food served when we were only 1 table out of 3 who got food everyone else just hung out and drank. Its became a bar for the town . Wont go back

Arrived 30 mins before close on a Sunday evening with a bunch of 16 year old baseball players and parents. Treated well, fresh hot food, and absolutely not a whisper about the fact that we would be keeping the place open past closed. For what it is (wings, burgers, etc), have to give it 5 stars based on the service alone.
Ordered online and used google to take me to the address, but it was an empty lot. Called the store and they told me it was 20 miles further south. Got my order only to find out they left out my queso. Great people poor interface. Do not buy from them.
GR8 food and awesome waitress. Cook did not follow special instructions but otherwise good experience.

2022-03-16Sports playing on 6 or more big screens, busy spot because it is one of the few sit-down restaurants in the area. The best food options here for me are the wings and the salads. The double dipped/fried chicken wings are really crunchy! The fries and tater tots are really good, too!Most of the other selections aren’t really my favorite food, its mediocre as in the quality and selections you would expect from any general restaurant or sports bar. The burgers are okay. I dont eat seafood when I cant see an ocean, and I personally dont eat oysters anyway, but, they are on the menu. Many people will ask in reviews if the oysters are good … so now you know, I wouldn’t be able to tell you anyway :)The drinks are always good and the beers are ice cold. Servers here are always pleasant and do a great job.It is a decent restaurant, good place to hang out and has great service. We eat there every time we visit family, about once a month. Our family eats there 3-5 times a month. It’s a good all around restaurant that has offerings for everyone.The restrooms are always clean and there is outdoor seating available. It is on a busy street corner, so I dont prefer to sit outside.I will do my best to remember to get pics of the plates next time … as many times as we have eaten there I have yet to get pics of the food.

2022-06-09We saw the sign and stopped to eat while on a weekend drive. So glad we did! Place was very clean. We were seated immediately. Our waitress was Tori and she was super nice and very friendly. We had the cheese fries as an appetizer. They were very good. My husband got a burger that he really enjoyed. I ordered 10 wings extra crispy and took Toris recommendation and got them with the honey Sriracha sauce. They came out perfect and the honey Sriracha was the perfect mix of heat and sweet! She also recommended the sweet potato fries with their homemade sweet dipping sauce as my side. They were amazing. I have thought about the sweet potato fries and sauce many times since I returned home. I will definitely eat here again the next time Im in the area and I hope I get Tori as my server again when I do. She was really awesome!

2022-05-30Service was a little slow at first but got better, it was busy. My wife had a chef salad. I had fried oysters that were very good. Portion could have been a bit more generous. Overall a good experience. I will likely be back.

2022-06-21Burger was pretty good, service sucked, we could never get drinks re-filled, and it took over an hour to get our food. When we did get our food fries were cold... would not recommend this place.

2021-08-25Ok I hate to do this but this is the 3rd time in less than 2 months that we have had a horrible experience. I will not go in to the previous 2 take out orders but will focus on our dine in experience. We got sitted fast, had a nice waiter but when we got our food it was a disaster. My fiancé ordered 10 Lemon Pepper Wings and fries I got the boneless wings with sweet potato fries. My order of wings was so hard that I could not get my fork through them. They remade them and still no good. My fiancé wings as you will see pictured looked really greasy and they were also hard. They did not offer to make her order over saying it was just the lemon Pepper sauce but clearly in the picture it looks like grease. We politely paid for the food and left. Needless to say I dont think we will go there again. We have ate there many times but lately it has gone bad. The Rome and Dallad location is much better. I wish they would explain why this is happening to us.

2021-08-28Ms Caroline has always been great. Very personable and very prompt. The best waitress we have ever had. We will be back just for service. The Buffalo shrimp tacos are amazing!!! The drinks are a good addition!

2022-07-071st time going. Everything that was ordered across our table was great. Amazing burgers, husband complimented the wings ( which is a difficult task 😋). Corn fritters were so so good! Definitely will be returning.

2022-04-24Waited over the 15 minute window(45mins). Went back to ask how much longer. Host said oh Im sorry I completely forgot about you. How when I was on the list and you have my number to call me. Ordered food waited for over and hour tables around us got their food. Waiter came back said oh they lost your order. 2 hours later food comes out cold. Not one manager came out to apologize for all this. I love supporting local business but this is my last time going there.

2022-04-10Not impressed with this location at all. Basically had to fight to get a chair for the booth we were sat at, so everyone could sit comfortably. The kitchen has no idea what crispy is, I asked for extra crispy wings and fries and they both came out soggy and they also didnt realize that they forgot to put in one of the orders until they delivered everyone elses food.
