Dr. Klugman is very caring and kind. He takes the time to explain your condition and very clear on what can be done to resolve it. I didn’t feel rushed during the consultation. The staff is very professional and friendly. This is a great and well ran office.
Friendly, kind, patient staff. Dr Klugman is an excellent surgeon that I would recommend to anyone I know. He’s very gentle and reassuring. He is also great with my small children. The waiting room is neat and clean. It has adequate seating and books for children, as well as magazines. There is also a television airing kids cartoon movies. So the little ones will not have many issues with keeping occupied while waiting to be seen. Wait time is ideal. Parking is one flat rate. The elevators come fast, so getting to the top floor is a breeze. I’ve never spent more than 15 minutes there, after being called to the back. They also give kids lollipops and stickers, how cute.
Dr. Klugman and his assistant, Isaac, were top notch! So much so, that I sent my mom to them when she had issues with her arthritis. Dr. Klugman was the most honest doctor Ive ever seen. He told me why he would or would not recommend certain avenues to determine what was wrong with my wrist. I felt like he was looking out for my wallet, which means a lot to me as a single mom. I highly recommend him. I miss being his patient.
Dr Klugman is incredibly smart, attentive and treats his patients with respect. He doesn’t just blaze through the meetings. He genuinely listens and explains things for you. His staff is incredible.

My daughter was seen at the Cummings location. Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. Almost no wait time. Our appointment was at 8:45 and we were out by 9:30. The doctor was excellent. I would recommend Dr. Klugman and the Cummings staff to anyone in need of a Hand and Upper Extremity Physician.
Excellent service/treatment provided by Dr Klugman and his staff. He explained everything thoroughly and provided valuable information at every visit. Visited Atlanta and Alpharetta locations and we had a pleasant experience every time. While it is unfortunate to suffer injuries and require surgery or therapy, I am glad to have had Dr. Klugman treat my family.

My son was referred to Dr. Klugman after a visit to the Childrens Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA) emergency room. My son plays travel baseball and is no stranger to Sports Medicine/Orthopedic facilities. After seeing other physicians for overca year to determine the pain in his hand/wrist, Dr. Klugman was quickly able to diagnose the problem. My son needed surgery to remove a fractured hook of the hamate bone. An uncommon fracture, but common in baseball players.Considering it was an important time in baseball for my son, he wanted to quickly get back to playing the sport. Dr. Klugman prioritized and performed the surgery immediately. The surgery was a success! Dr. Klugman and his entire staff, including Sasha and Chris, are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, dedicated, and most importantly - caring.Initially, I was hesitant to go to the CHOA ER vs. my sons orthopedist. In retrospect, it was the best decision because of their referral to Dr. Klugman!- Gaitan Family
Dr. Klugman and his staff were very thorough and professional. I would comfortably recommend him to anyone seeking medical advice on an injury to their hands or upper extremities.
Besides being an excellent hand surgeon, he literally changed my life. He is the first doctor in 20 years that paid attention to all my symptoms and made sure I saw the appropriate doctors, I’m not exaggerating when I say he changed and possibly saved my life.

While I like and respect Dr Dr. Klugman, the wait times at his office are atrocious - always over an hour and often more like two. If not for the wait times I would give him 5 stars.

2022-04-20Dr.Klugman is the Very Best! Very Good Bed side manner. Super Smart and makes sure you dont have any questions . His Office staff is all very nice and efficient. The therapy is next door so thats nice to go over after at the same place. If I ever need a Hand Dr. again for myself or my children or Friends this is who we will see.

2020-08-29Dr. Klugman and his staff go out of their way to make this a pleasant experience. Each person took their time to make sure I was comfortable with what was required for my treatment.What I really like about Dr. Klugman is that takes the time to listen as well as do a thorough examination in order to fully diagnose your problem. Once done, he discusses treatment options and when choices exist gives you as much information as possible to allow you to decide what’s the best course of action.I never feel like he has another patient he must hurry off to attend following my appointment. I really enjoy my visits.

2022-02-04I had a successful thumb surgery with a negotiated, self-pay cash price. I paid upfront. This is where the good part ends. Now I get a pathology bill from Northside for $3200 (and now a new bill for $3700) and he plays dumb. I didnt authorize any of these charges but yet they are trying to give me the bill! Didnt know there was going to be any additional charges! I paid upfront! This 1 star review stays unless rectified.Update: I am upgrading this review from 1 to 3 stars. This is only because Northside helped rectify the billing issue. Great props to Northside for understanding the circumstances and resolving in a fair manner. The 3 stars represents good technical skills only. Communication and transparency on billing is poor.Update 2/4: Yet another bill comes my way from a third party for unauthorized services. Further, after providing my information based on the request in the reply to this review, I have heard nothing. Back to 1.

2021-06-07Dr. Klugman and his team are by far the most incredible, caring, professional, knowledgeable hand and arm physician and care team. I honestly don’t know what I would do without them. I have had some unfortunate circumstances and some surgical needs that have put me in their office more times than I care to think about, but when the latest accident happened and I went to the ER and they told me that I would need to see an orthopedist, I was not afraid. I knew that I would get the best of the best of the best. And that’s what I got. You will too. Highly recommend Dr. Klugman, Isaac, Sacha, and the whole team. They got me in, treated me with kindness and gave me the confidence that this was going to be OK.

He makes you feel comfortable and that you have his complete interest in you.His surgical expertise is above and beyond.His surgical talent is beautiful and complete!I am so happy that he is my surgeon! 2020-02-28Dr Klugman and his staff have been so friendly professional and our experience at this practice has been amazing. I would highly recommend him- he treated my son for a crushing injury to his finger. Throughout the process he has been so good at explaining his findings and recommendations to both of us (pt and parent-making sure we understood and answered all of our questions).

2020-11-20Dr Klugman did an amazing job on my sons finger surgery! My sons finger was definitely going to be deformed after his accident but after doing some searching for a better doctor we found this office and my sons finger looks perfect after his surgery. Dr Klugman and his staff we extremely kind and helpful all the way through and the hospital we did the surgery at is THE BEST!!! I am very happy with my entire experience so glad I found this place!!!!!

2019-08-22Dr. Klugman and his staff are thoroughly professional, knowledgeable , skilled, and concerned. I had two procedures within about 10 weeks of one another and there is no way I could have been treated better. Everyone there is an expert at whatever he or she does. I am extremely pleased and do not hesitate to recommend Dr. Klugman and his excellent group of colleagues.

2020-09-18The whole team is amazing and very friendly. Explained all options available to me with my injury and together decided on surgery. Dr. Klugman explained the surgery and answered any questions I had. The surgical and anesthesia team were amazing as well and ensured I was calm and comfortable. After surgery the team was available for any questions or concerns that came up and addressed them. The after care and physical therapy team were also very top notch and ensured I got the best care and quickest recovery.
