This is my favorite jersey mike shop in Augusta. The sandwich I get is always good. The staff are really nice and efficient. My food is prepared in a timely fashion and compared to others local stores they’re very reputable.
The staff was friendly and made the subs neat. My only issue is the actual subs are not good . I rather would’ve ate a homemade sub instead . Would not recommend to anybody and definitely will not be visiting again. Also, they have a small variety of condiments and dressings.

Love, love, love the subs here. All of the ingredients taste super fresh. Best subs in the area in my opinion. I typically visit here at least twice a month to get my sandwich fix. They now offer gluten free bread options as well for those with allergies or intolerance to gluten. Check them out. The prices are pretty great too!
Fantastic staff! Store was busy, but the they were professional, welcoming, and lightening fast without making you feel rushed.High quality, delicious food! They slice the meat and cheese right in front of you and bake their own bread, so you know its fresh. Very generous portions.Overall, A+++!
Jersey Mikes Subs is consistent and amazing. My favorite sub place, they never cease to please. If youre looking for a sub place, go here. If I, on the other hand, you are a sub aficionado, I dont think but you could go wrong with the subs here, and their willingness to craft something that you want as a special order.
Easy to see from the road.Plenty of parking; trucks with trailers would have plenty of room.Our food was served quickly and was delicious.The staff was absolutely fantastic, friendly and welcoming ... on Christmas Eve... at 5:45 pm.We will definitely go back because of the great service and food.
Good food and clean shop but expect to wait a while. We came in at 10am, which admittedly is opening time, however there was a line and only one person working. She was great but we waited over 30 minutes to get 2 regular sandwiches. They need more employees if they intend to actually serve customers in an appropriate time. I would rather get a prompt Subway sandwich (which is directly across the street) than wait for a Jersey Mikes sandwich.

I normally would give them a 4 or 5 but I recieved bad service where they gave me the wrong order. Whenever I returned the wrong sandwich they claimed they were closed but it was well before closing time. Was very inconvenient for my kids and I to go back in the cold to buy another dinner.
Italians make Italian Submarine sandwiches with Italian Dressing!! Oil & Vinegar do not represent a substitute for Italian Dressing. The staff, the quality, the cleanliness is all there. However, the $15 I spent on an Italian Submarine sandwich and not recieve what I was anticipating or seeking was a disappointment.
I enjoy the giant subs here so much that I treated my son in law to their Giant Cheesesteak for Fathers Day ; he loved it!

This place has a simple variety of sandwiches with the option of making your sandwich a wrap. They also have gluten-free & vegetarian options. They freshly, deli slice their meats and all of the veggies are fresh. The only reason they didnt receive 5 stars from me is due to running out of a few ingredients.

We ordered our meal online and was able to use a coupon to save some money off our order. Our food was ready when we came to pick it up and it was prepared correctly. In the past when weve ordered food in store, it usually overly oily or super messy (like the meatball subs). Thankfully, the food was good this time and ended up satisfying our hunger.
Subs are basically poison, but Ill do Mikes once in a while. The turkey and provolone is a personal favorite. Get it Mikes way. Tuesday is a bargain day. Sometimes, you just gotta cast that fate to the wind.
Thanks to Jersey Mikes for having gluten free option! The staff here did a great job and was knowledgeable and careful about minimizing cross contamination. They used a separate knife and squeeze bottle for mayo! My sandwich was fresh and tasted great!! Im glad I have another option for gluten free in Augusta!!
This place is hit or miss depending on who is working at the time. Unfortunately it seems to have taken a dive within the past 6-12 months. Some of the employees are great while others obviously don’t care and just randomly throw toppings on bread and call it a day.Be very careful when using the online ordering. I used it once with some coworkers and we got nothing close to what we ordered.
Good food. Service needs improvement. 3 employees: 1 guy made 3 subs while 2 girls watched. That is until he got midway and one rushed my mom to pay in the middle of ordering the toppings for her sandwich. Service is very important.

I came here late one night wanting a sub before a movie. I got just that and it was delicious. The time they closed was wrong on the door but they were still servicing customers. The wait was a little long for the sandwich to be actually made but I wasnt in a big hurry. I was able to enjoy the sub and I devoured it!!! My friend said his bread for his sub was hard. I liked mine. The bread has a really great flavor to me, thats what keeps me coming back and the flavor in the meats as well!!! This particular store has a drive thru window where you can call in your order and pick it up at the window. I didnt realize that until I drove into the drive thru line and saw the sign. I may utilize this service next time. The traffic coming in and out this place is horrible so be very careful when entering and exiting the parking lot. I may stop here again soon or go to the one thats closer to me in North Augusta!!!!
Basic sub shop. Went to see what all the fuss was about and was very disappointed. I had to add a meat to my sub that made my price to come out to $18.69. The staff had attitudes and was taking their sweet time. I was in there for 30 min with only 1 person ahead of me. Disappointed!
Order on the app ahead of time so it will be ready when I get there on my lunch break, they never come to the window, I ring the door bell multiple times still nobody ever comes, start beeping my horn still nobody comes. Call the phone number its a constant busy like they have it off the hook so nobody can call. So I start beating on the window , finally someone comes to the window and asks what I want. I told them I want my order that I ordered hours ago on the app that was to be ready at 3:04 and its now 3:20. They never made it. Sat there ten more minutes for them to make it. Why have an app to order ahead of time and a drive through if you dont use it ? Just dont offer it ! Pathetic. I spend loads of money here. I dont have a problem out of any other store but this one! And the employees were careless.
I had a bad experience at this location years backed when they first opened and vowed never to return but a week ago an employee came into my business and said they were reopening and gave me some coupons so I decided to give it another try... Well its even worse than before!! I tried to order a chicken Philly and I was told I have the grill covered with bacon right now and I cant make any phillys .. So the WHOLE grill is covered with bacon and you have no chicken and no steak Philly meat available!! Thats half the menu... This is ridiculous customer service just like the last time I went to this location...

As much as I like the subs, this place has the worst service. I work some nights and I can NEVER MAKE A PHONE ORDER, owner I hope your aware your employees disconnecting the phones at night so you cant make a phone order. When I get there, they’re are absolutely miserable humans, and very very slow even thou I get the subs just the way it is.I don’t know how many times, I have wanted a jersey mikes sub and just drive by. With Christmas parties and catering this isn’t very re assuring for anyone. I hope the owners takes this seriously because it’s absurd how incompetent the Washington location is. THERE IS NOT ONE DECENT STAFF EMPLOYED IN MY LAST 4 VISITS.
Ordered from Postmates for a group at work. Order arrived missing FOUR items, had wrong items, 1 sandwich had a hair on it, when we tried to call to fix the issues, all we got was a busy signal. Tried MANY times to get through but only got the busy signal. Absolutely terrible service.
Visited twice this past month. Same courteous staff both visits, food was good and consistent, facility very clean.

This is our first time eating food from Jersey Mikes, my wife and I love this place. Very clean and the employees was very outstanding on what they do.
Really enjoyed the sub this time around. Their toppings are so much fresher than say the other popular sub place. They slice the meat in front of you also. The prices are the same as the other sub places around town.

I have always like the food there however, and this has happened twice to me. There was only one person working there both times and while he was making my sandwich, the phone rang and although he was wearing gloves he answered the phone with the gloves on then went back to making my sandwich, this happened twice. That should not have happened but this was way before the virus problem but still.
I had someone go and pick up my order and was upset that when I got it my wrap was thrown together and falling apart. I would have never accepted it if I was there. When I called to let the store know they didnt seem to care and hung up. I will not be back to this location again.
Their food is to die for. The staff is nice and goofy but its not like theyll mess up you order or anything. I would recommend cocming in rather than drive-thru because their drive through isnt the best.
The kids working in there are friendly, but the bread was hard as a rock. It tasted like bread that had been sitting outside all day. The meat and everything else was fine .

You must call in your order to use the drive thru; however, they NEVER answer the phone!!!! Even if you go inside, they are not busy, so there is no excuse to ignore the phone. Worst run restaurant in town.

A sub above is right! Weekly specials. Rewards program! Drive thru is for to go orders, not for drive up orders. Was approached by a bum while ordering. Seriously, never had that happen in a restaurant before. I will never personally go back to this one even though the food was good.

2022-02-13Great sub experience. Its hard to find such great service at a fast food restaurant. My sandwich was made fast, fresh and most importantly, correct. Khalil is the assistant gm and he couldnt have been more professional. Hats off to this Jersey Mikes, I wish they all could be like this one.

2021-11-11I’VE BEEN MARISSAFIED!!! Stopped in last night to the Washington Rd location and Marissa assisted me. I got a #17 steak & cheese and asked if I could switch out the green peppers for some mushrooms. “No problem!” Marissa said enthusiastically. Now I gotta let the world know that this sandwich was OFF THE CHARTS!! I mean super delicious. I highly recommend this hot combination of goodness. I also recommend having Marissa cook it for you. Keep up the great work team Washington Rd!!!! Your putting out a FANTASTIC product!!!

2022-06-21The food at this place is very good! My favorite location to go to is the one located on Washington Road in Augusta, Ga. The service, atmosphere and food is great! Ive never had a negative experience going here at all. The employees work well together and are friendly, fast and yet personable. They have a way about them that makes a customer feel good about the experience. Customer service and food is always excellent!

2022-01-26Ordered pick up from the app, and they finished my order of two regular sandwiches quickly. They have a pickup station inside or you can pick up through drive-up window if you dont want to go inside. And the food was delicious as always.

2022-05-01I always order from here. Terrible order today. Bunch of oil on my sandwich and no vinegar at all. The bread looked like it was soaked in oil. Just one tomato on a regular size sub. There wasn’t even any seasoning on it. They didn’t even have my sandwich ready in time for pickup. I waited at the window for 7 minutes. The female who handed me the bag had dirty gloves on. I can just see the lettuce and mayonnaise on her gloves. It was pretty obvious she threw my sandwich in the bag without care. The whole thing was sloppy once I got home to eat. Very disappointing and a waste of money. I’ll stick to going on weekdays around noon. That shift makes better subs.

2019-06-18I didn’t think it was possible to mess up a Jersey Mike experience because I eat at them all over, but I guess I was wrong. Was not greeted upon walking in and then when I went to stand where you’re supposed to order the girl just looked at me. So then I told her I wanted to order and she said go ahead. The ordering pad was where I was standing but I guess she was working off memory. Then while I’m ordering someone came in for their refund so they were all confused and literally stopped cooking my steak sub to try to call people and figure things out. The guy touched the telephone and went back to preparing my food. The Italian subs meat was fresh but the bread was off. Another guy was cleaning the restaurant and it needed it. 2022-02-28I ordered two Philly Cheesesteaks with bacon and lettuce (paid extra for requesting bacon) and when the sandwiches were ready, I had to request a bag for my sandwiches and when I got home my sandwiches didn’t have any bacon or any lettuce. When I called and stated I was charged for bacon and my sandwiches weren’t prepared the way I asked…..They hung up on me. The customer service sucks.
