I placed a mobile order and had noted i wanted Mikes way and to have extra oil and vinegar put directly on the bread. Picked it up and drove home only to find out that there was ONLY meat and cheese on my sandwich. And by the time it would have taken me to drive back the store would be close. This is not the first time I am having an issue with the Carrollton location but all the others have been minor.

Worst experience ever today. The manger on shift was very rude. I went with my friend Dannielle to get her mobile that was supposed to ready at 12 I understand if it was like 10 min late but we waited until 12:45 to get the sandwich but before that they tried to give yes the wrong order twice. I politely told them both times that was not the right order The manger Xavier literally got rude with me and told me well its already made and we cant remake it so you are going ahead to take this sandwich. The sandwich that he was trying to give me what was not my sandwich at all and after that he throw the bag down and I understand sometimes tentions get high it was busy he was being blatantly rude for no reason. Also they didnt cut the sandwich at all and I got a giant.

My husband made a mobile order. When he was called to let him know they were out of what we ordered, he asked to cancel so we could order at another store. He was told he had to come in to get his money back, but we don’t live in Carrollton and we had to go in another direction now. We won’t be going to that town soon. When I explained that she’s telling me she’s keeping our money without giving us the product, she said “Well, since you put it that way-yes.” That’s stealing no matter how you put it. She said she was the assistant manager there.

I dont know anyone who doesnt like jersey mikes esp this one! Their Italian sub is always fresh and delicious. My husband always gets the big Kahauna. We travel the whole country for work and the subs are beyond the best! Employees are always friendly! I had one bad experience and the owner John got in touch with me and rectified the situation immediately! That goes a long way and we sure do appreciate it! We wont eat subs anywhere else but here!

My parents tried to eat here today and we’re met with nothing but rudeness from one of your employees. My mother has a severe allergy to tomatoes and asked for a sandwich to be cut in half so she and my father could share it. One of your employees, who they assumed was a manager due to his uniform, refused to cut it before placing toppings on it and eventually told my parents to leave and stormed away. After he stormed away my father heard him say “I’m not taking orders from a white woman”. So we will not be back and will be contacting someone about his lack of customer service.

I gave 3 stars because they gentleman that made my sandwich was wonderful! The lack of stars is the cost!! I was my daughter and I and spent over $20 on 2 sammies and 1 drink. No chips, one drink, regular size sandwiches. Also the bread was so hard. Usually itd soft and delightful. Not this trip. Good folks there just pricy for what ya get.

Ohhhhh my goodness..... such an amazing place. Ordered me a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich through DoorDash, first time experience....and I just can’t say enough about Ms. Wandris for walking me through the steps to get my sandwich. And I mean it is to PERFECTION. Y’all need to for sure don’t pass them by. Great food, great service. Then the manager Kim dropped by our dealership to introduce herself and offer Catering needs, even have us free sandwich cards. I’m a big fan for life. Thank you all for making this customer 100% SATISFIED.

We attempted to order a large sandwich, at Jersey Mikes in Carrollton. We wanted it cut in half so that I would not have tomatoes on my half since I am allergic to them. The employee said he would make the sandwich whole, put tomato on half, then cut it. We asked him to cut it first because we didnt want to risk tomato getting on my half. He told us not to tell him how to do his job because he was very good at it. I said no please cut it first. He then threw the sandwich away and asked us to leave. While we were leaving, my husband overheard him say no white woman was going to tell him how to do his job.

I wasnt impressed the first time eating here but decided to try again. We got the Big Kahuna and Portabella Mushroom. They were shorthanded but Xavier did an azong job!
