Terrible. Do not deal with them. Quoted one price and charged more when went to pick up jetski and would not honor agreed on price over phone. They did come down a little but the whole experience was terrible and Duane did not seem to care about customer service. This was confirmed when 1 week later we were unable to get the jetski started. It is in the water and not on a trailer. We called to see if they would come out and look at it, out of curtosy, the ski was just picked up and only has 1 hour on it. They refused to do a warranty service call without charging a fee to come out. I understand this might be what they do but we JUST purchased the ski from the and now it is not running. Do not deal with them they do not care about their customers. To top things off Duane is not a very nice person to talk to, I was basically told too bad so sad figure out how to get it to us to fix it. I will not be taking anything to them warranty or not.
Jet thrust fixed my boat guaranteed the repair last September as some of us are not lucky enough to be on the lake every month after approx 10 hours put on boat it breaks down same issue and about sinks I talk to owner Dwayne with no help says its not his problem that I didnt take the boat out sooner to make sure the problem was fixed so now after hundred of dollars and doing every thing they recommend and said to do they are telling me I need a motor that Seadoo brp had to help them diagnose it correctly the second time Dwayne the owner was no help I do not recommend going here at all to any one that wants honest quality work and some one that stands behind there work
I will not go back there ever again i had to pay up front first for them to tell me what wrong with my jet ski .so after 4 day they told me i needed a new engine a part broke off when they got it started so i took it to aint never shop to get a second opinion it was not my engine at all just needed the carburetor clean and new plugs and wires other words they try to rip me off for $2,600 will not recommend this place to no one at all.

2021-01-31Read before you decide:I was like you...excited about getting my first watercraft (I got a Seadoo Fishpro 2021) and I needed to find a dealer. I knew NOTHING about owning one. So I called many dealers in Atlanta. Everyone made me feel like an inconvenience and just didn’t care. Until I called Jet Thrust and talked to Matt. I think he spent easily 1.5 hours on the first call with me and let me ask every question I had. He explained even tax implications to me. Then I started reading some reviews and to be honest I got scared. Why these bad 1 star reviews. Specifically about Duane the owner. After about a month I decided I’m going to order my fishpro through them. I talked to Duane and he was very helpful. Then I went in for my first visit during the pandemic. They were very safe and followed guidelines to make everyone feel comfortable. They spent another couple of hours explaining all my options and told me about manufacturing delays.For those who don’t know, the fishpro is seadoo’s hottest item this year and most people can’t get them. I ended up being the first person (I know of through that community) that got theirs in Georgia thanks to this team. They never made me feel rushed. I must have called them 20 times through this process to ask more questions. When I got my seadoo they spent almost 4 hours with me going through everything from start to finish. That doesn’t ever happen at dealers. Research it!I learned a big lesson through this process and the communities I joined online:1. Most dealers don’t give this level of service2. Some people just expect too much from the dealers and don’t understand that most times the issues are caused by manufacturers.3. If you want the best service, don’t buy your watercraft during busy seasons. No one can handle top line service at those volumes. Don’t show up on July 4th weekend and expect to get what I’m writing here...you won’t find that anywhere.4. I was very lucky to have found this honest dealer who understands this business more than most.5. How your experience goes is determined by what kind of customer you are. I was shocked to read some of these reviews and after experiencing what I did, I wonder if those people are ever satisfied anywhere.6. Matt is the most honest and helpful person and I promise you, you’ll know what I mean when you talk to him.Thank you to everyone at Jet Thrust for making this experience so special for my wife and I. I am forever grateful.

2021-08-25Contacted Jet thrust 2 minutes before closing in regards to ordering a part for a damaged sea doo. Was advised that the part didnt need replaced after explaining scenario and damages. Tech advised to refrain from ordering the part and saved me much time and money. Hard to find a company that doesnt simply want to make a sale. Very helpful, very knowledgeable. Now saved as a contact, and they will be the only ones i contact for parts and future service. Five stars because thats all thats allowed **********

2020-12-24Amazing customer service. I came in hoping to find parts for my 30 year old seadoo. Most shops wouldnt even acknoledge your existance and/or would laugh you out of their showroom. But we were able to score some new parts they had in stock, the other parts I needed Duane pulled from a old ski he had sitting out back himself. I expected to pay $250-300 I walked outt with everything needed to put my ski back together for only $50. I would noy hesitate to go back here again or recommend them to friends

2020-12-22Came in just doing some window shopping, not ready to buy just yet. But a couple of the guys there are really cool and really enjoyed talking about their experience and listen to what I had to say as well. Inventory seems pretty good for both the Yamaha and Sea-Doo models...

2020-04-10The owner Dwayne was rude and has zero customer service skills. We ordered our unit at the Atlanta boat show in January. My wife called numerous times to get status and each time was told soon. Finally, in April, I called to get the status and was told they were waiting on the trailer. I asked if there was a different option for the trailer and was told the aluminum was better and they had one in stock for a few hundred dollars more. Of course, that was fine, but why did we have to ask? Also why does the customer have to call to get status? Not once did anyone reach out to us. When we took delivery, it seemed like the owner Dwayne was inconvenienced to have to deal with us. I absolutely am appalled at the service we received and wonder how they are in business. I will be purchasing another SeaDoo but NOT from Jet Thrust Performance.

2019-11-30Update 3 years later: Dwayne and his staff at Jet Thrust continue to do a great job - I bring all 3 of my skis to Jet Thrust for service - a no brainer!Original review: I bought 2 wave runners this spring and was impressed with the sales process, very easy, no pressure, honored their phone quote and skis have been great. still impressed after using Jet Thrust for service too. 2 thumbs up

2016-08-04I went to Jet Thrust when my normal dealer was out of a part and had a great experience. The guys took time to give me a lot of advice that was very informative. The parts prices were fair and the service was excellent. Even though they are a little more of a drive they will now be my first stop for all my Seadoo needs.

2019-04-17Absolutely the WORST shop. Save yourself time, money and headache and just go somewhere else! The customer service is terrible (specifically Duane was so obnoxious and did not try to find a solution to the issue they created. As long as they employ this type of individual dont expect to be treated fairly and with respect as every customer should be) , the professionalism is lacking, and time management does not exist. Because of all these reasons my husbands jetski is not ready for our vacation while were PROMISED they would handle the repair right away. I guess right away at Jet Thurst means at least 1-2 weeks later so dont get your hopes up as we did. Do yourself and go to another shop, not worth the heartache.

2018-07-30I didnt buy my 2 jet skis from them but they have always done the maintenance and repairs. Treated me the same as others that purchased their skis there.SHO and RXP so I have both a Yamaha and a Sea Doo and they have done excellent work on both.Fair prices, very knowledgeable and professional. The biggest challenge you will have is getting your skis worked on during the summer when they are slammed. If possible take your skis there late fall or winter.
