Jiffy Lube in other cities:
I went in to get my emissions checked but i didnt see anyone until an employee walked up and apologized for the Inconvenience. He said he was in the restroom and didnt know why someone hadnt already tried to help me. I had been there for about 5 minutes waiting for help and nobody noticed. He did his best to help but unfortunately their emmisions tester was down. The employee helped me by directing me to another jiffylube in acworth and insisted that he check all my tire pressure before i left because he noticed one of my tires looked a little low which was very helpful, he gave me directions and an address to the other location. After he was done i tried to give him a tip but he said it was no charge. I saw his arm wasnt looking too good and i gave him a band aid because he said he had gotten a burn on his arm from working on a vehicle and couldnt find one big enough to put on it. I dont know if the other employees were hiding or just didnt see me pull in but this one was very helpful. I hope to see him again during my next oil change, i can tell he really cares about the customers.
My visit to jiffy lube was uneventful other than when I got my receipt I noticed there were several things on there that had marked as declined but I didnt decline them they didnt do it also I was charged for a tire rotation that didnt happen window service that didnt happen and then I have to pay 12 extra dollars of my Groupon for services that did not happen what a shame Ive used jiffy lube for years I will not be returning.
I mysteriously developed an oil leak after my previous oil change here I had a suspicion it was the oil filter I went yesterday and had it changed and asked them to check and see if it was coming from the oil filter they assured me it wasnt I took it to my mechanic he spent an hour looking and there was no leak anymore . form your own opinion on that. They also neglected to fill my washer fluid three Techs and full service not completed the young lady was more interested in her phone than doing her job. I will be taking my business elsewhere!
I have been there twice in the past six months and both times I was treated professionally and was pleased with the service. I was in and out in no time, was not pressured to buy additional services and the price is very reasonable especially when you take advantage of the coupons they offer. I like being able to get my oil changed on my lunch hour. They are nice and its convenient. I will continue to use their services.
I was charged for things I did not ask for and was not notified about that my car didnt even need. Things were done to my car without my consent, without me being informed. How can you live with yourselves? Shame on you.To Jiffy Lube; no, I will not be going through YOU to remedy this. Its clear by the reviews here this isnt the first or fourteenth time this has happened. You dont CARE your team is ripping people off. All I can do is write this review and hope nobody else goes.
As we get older(lol) some thing we cant get to anymore. So I stopped here today for an oil change. I was greeted prompty the gentleman were friendly and eager to assist my needs they were quick about the work and the price wasnt that bad. I will return there for my next visit as well. Happy driving and remember yur MASK.
An oil change took almost an hour and a half coz they broke the oil filter cap! Finally they billed the new cap cost and only gave me a $10 discount for all the extra hassle. However the corporate customer service team noticed my review and offered a refund for the oil cap cost. I believe they value their customers more than I expected.
Theyre always nice but when I looked at my receipt there are a few services that were declined by the customer. Not sure if thats covid related or not...and its the 2nd time I left and my tire pressure was not what they said they filled them to be. It makes me question if Im getting everything I pay for.
The guy that was there to “cash me out” I was informed that he was ill. His delivery was wrong. He kept mentioning that I had an oil leak but from my previous visit there my car held “too much oil” his delivery with things were off. I only had to wait approximately 45 minutes luckily I live close by. I’ve never had a bad experience with anyone during my previous visits here.
I have used this location more than once and every time I have always left very well pleased. Even though I always use a groupon, they treat me like Im about to lay down a ton of money with them. They are always up front and honest with any extra things needed. However, today I was impressed to the max!! They only had 2 people there working at the time. Me & two other cars pulled up at the same time. Kenneth was on top of his game, making sure everyone was aware of the time frame it would take, apologized several different times and gave updates as needed. I had brought my own air filter and wiper blades. He was extremely helpful and was happy to change them out for me. About halfway thru, two more employees came in and they were all working together to get everyone taken care of. I was only there an hour. We have 3 vehicles. I live 40 minutes from this location and have plenty other options in my path but I will continue to give them my business because of how well I am always treated.
I never write reviews but I feel like I have been scammed after leaving here. There should be an option to give no stars at all because they definitely dont deserve any. First of all, the customer service was awful. No one greeted me when I arrived. I walked up to an employee and stated that all I wanted was an oil change. She said okay and that was it. No further instructions. I handed her my keys and asked when it would be done because I had a couple of errands to run. I return and am charged $42.20, which I thought was a little high for just an oil change. After looking at my receipt when I got home I realized they had charged me for a premium package which I did not ask for. The premium package consists of a full service check of about 15 different things which was all checked off as completed on the receipt. The receipt said they vacuumed my floors which were still dirty when I got in my truck. It said they washed my exterior Windows which were also still dirty. It said they installed the window sticker which was no where to be found in my truck. The receipt said they completed a long list of things that were NOT done. This only leads me to believe that they most likely didnt change my oil either, which is simply what I asked them to do. I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had at Jiffy Lube and can assure you that I will not be back.
My wife took our car today to get the oil changed at this store. Ive been there once before and had a decent experience, the price was a little high, but they were pretty quick and they cleaned my car for me. When my wife went today it took an hour and all they did was change the oil. They didnt clean it or check any of the fluids. To top it off they didnt even honor my $10 off coupon I had from the previous oil change. Stay away from this dump! Take your car around the corner to wal mart where its $25. Very disappointed!
Today, I ended up here while traveling in the area. Let me say I was blown away at the customer service! I just had a regular oil change, nothing special. BUT a sweet lady and her daughter were in having issues with a battery. Apparently, another auto parts place, ( I won’t name), wasn’t able to help them and made their issue worse and sold them a battery they couldn’t use. Then referred them to Jiffy Lube. Good thing they did. The Jiffy Lube service tech went above and beyond to take care of them. I can’t tell you enough how pleased I was to see such wonderful customer service. I live a little over an hour away, but I will return to this location. Great staff!!!
We stayed here until 2 IN THE MORNING just for them to tell us we have to get it towed back home. Not to mention we got there at 4 that afternoon. The guys didn’t know how to replace the drums & shoes on a 93 Silverado, and instead of saying we can’t do it, he printed out a piece of paper on google and tried to do it. Lol. This place is a complete JOKE. We could’ve saved $600 and done the same thing ourselves! We just figured a “mechanic” could get it done faster & it’s probably safer that way. So then we had to pay a tow truck after sitting there for 10 hours, no exaggeration. Instead of wasting our time & money, he could’ve just swallowed his pride and said he didn’t know how to do it. Too cocky & honestly too stupid to be running this place. Save people money and let them go elsewhere and just shut this place down. This incident happened about a year ago, but the reviews aren’t all that great still, so I figured I’d try to help somebody out by posting my experience. Go to Garrett Automotive on Erwin St. for better, faster, and reasonably priced service.
We just moved here and I needed a quick oil change. There were no other cars and 4 guys just standing there. No one came over to talk to me. The guys asked me what type of oil I needed. I had to ask my husband. I feel like they should know that. Then they were out of the oil we used. I did not feel confident in using them. I am used to efficient service from people who know what they are doing. Will not go back.
DONT COME HERE. awful customer service, last time I had to come back 2 times because the oil was leaking. I left oil stains everywhere I went. Today I gave them another chance, there was a lady that had an attitude with me and my husband. To top it off, theyre supposed to vacuum the vehicle and when I asked why they didnt do it, the guy said the vacuum is broken and NOBODY want to clean it anyway. DISAPPOINTMENT TO THE MAX!!! I wish the owner could do something...
I was the first and only customer there in the morning. As they were working on my car other vehicles arrived. They started tending to other vehicles as well as mine so it took them over an hour to change my oil. If I was there first my vehicle should have been first priority. It should have only taken 20 minutes tops. I was disappointed with how slow the service was.
I wouldn’t give this place one star. From the front door it was odd. The employees seemed to be high on something. After over hearing the hound lady tell the only other customer there that she was afraid to be honest with him, I told them not to touch my car, I was leaving. She apologized stating that she was all over the place and her coworkers didn’t want to work. They had myself and one other customer and 4 associates there and all of them seemed clueless. I will never return. I wouldn’t trust them with my lawnmower.
Used a Groupon half price coupon for my first visit here. After 90 minutes they came to tell me that my car was ready. I asked if they had completed the Rain-X treatment and the vacuuming. I had been watching their progress through the window. They put car in reverse and backed into the bay to complete the work. Finally after 2 hours my vehicle was complete. When asked what had taken so long, I was told that they had run out of my oil filter and had to purchase one at the Advance Auto Parts across the street. My hood and around the door handle were covered in black greasy handprints. My windows were streaked with Rain-X and my tires had been sprayed with shine as though by a toddler. I wont be returning. Not a good experience!
My husband has been coming here for years... Now that Ive been twice Im not sure how he lasted this long. Today I went in because we have a small leak, and it was time to add oil. Im a female who unfortunately knows nothing about changing oil.. I pulled in, parked, there were no cars in the garage, so I assumed it would be quick. One of the workers walked down to help me. After looking at my sticker, he proceeds to tell me they cant do a top off because Im outside of the window of time for that service. Which is fine. I dont care. Just put oil in my vehicle so I can go home instead of standing in the parking lot. Then, he tells me that he doesnt think they have the kind of oil I need (doesnt go in and look, just stands in the parking lot and pretends to know). He said my best option was to go down to a car parts store, buy some type of oil that I dont know, and put it in the car. Im absolutely mortified. I honestly believe they just didnt feel like working. We will NEVER be back, and I do hope this review saves you the trouble of going to this Jiffy Lube.
The employees were very courteous, the woman said “please enjoy our cold AC inside our waiting room, and please don’t be shy you can ask me any questions if you need to.” Service is always FANTASTIC, I got an oil change and they always check all of the fluids and vacuum out the car afterwards. I highly recommend!
Jiffy is not the best word choice at all. Plus the process flow seemed awkward as if the service techs I interacted with werent very customer service oriented or were new on the job and just trying to figure the things out. I was directed back and forth from the service garage and waiting room and wasnt sure why, each time thinking it was time for me to pay or wrap things up and that was not the case. At one point I requested my car back so I could leave and they promised theyd speed things up. I hung around a 2nd hour and left with the promised service, but even more glad to be finally leaving. Weeks later they sent me a postcard. I assumed it was an apology card, but it was a reminder for me to come in for my emissions service...I didnt require emissions testing based on where I live..the same address they listed on the post card. So if I didnt know any better...as a new resident in this area, I wouldve paid for an emissions service I dont even need. Disturbing. I will be driving an extra 30 minutes just to get my oil changed at Express Oil Change in Acworth, where Ive been going for years before I moved to this area.
On sunday afternoon I was getting ready to leave town and neded a headlight bulb replaced. I called ahead to be sure they were able to do it. They said yes and come along. They pulled my car in and I watched as the guy jerked my headlight out so hard the whole car shook. He came and let me know they didnt have the lightbulb in stock and I could run across the street to Auto Zone or Advanced Auto Parts to purchase it. Wouldnt you have confirmed you had the bulb when I called to confirm you could do this? He handed me the bulb along with the plastic peice it plugs into and said thats your problem this peice is cracked and the bulb wont stay in. he let me know to go get BOTH peices and come back and he would install it for me. He said it would come as a set.He pulled my car out in the rain with the window rolled down so that by the time i got back in (for a four hour drive) my car seat was soaked thru.I had just had the opposite side light bulb replaced a few weeks before because it had burned out and there was no issue with the plastic part the bulb plugs into. I could tell the part was freshley broken because there was not a speck of dirt along the break of this white plastic peice. Four of the people that helped me at each of the two parts stores I was sent to also stated without prompting that it looked like he had broken it while he took the bulb.People make mistakes. I understand that. The problem comes in when you break a part of my car and are not honest about your mistake and send me on a wild goose hunt (when i should already be driving out of town) for a part that CAN ONLY BE SPECIAL ORDERED and will take several days to arrive. It also will cost me anywhere from $40-$70 to cover your mistake. I could not even leave town as it was raining and approaching dark and I still only had one headlight. The guy that helped me was friendly. But it would have meant alot more if he had been honest about what he had done and helped to cover the cost of the repair. I will never patron this or any Jiffy Lube again because I believe they lack integrity.
Went to this place a few of months ago. Got my oil changed paid $75, needless to say I was totally confused but I needed a change bad. However i drove my car to work and started smelling coolant. The next day all of the coolant poured out of my car, turns out they didnt put the radiator cap back on properly. I will NOT be returning.
Took my car in for an oil change. Was told it would be about $45 & ended up costing over $100 bc they used a premium oil without even asking me. They also LOST my key. I have a remote start car and just assumed the key was in there. Luckily I had a back up but I was stranded in a parking lot in 90 degree weather with my 9 month old baby. I have heard nothing but bad things about this place and knew I shouldnt have went here but everywhere else couldnt do it that day. They only deserve one star because the employees looked everywhere for my key- but theyre the ones who lost it. I will not be returning here again & I will make sure everyone I know doesnt go here so something like this doesnt happen to them.
My husband visited Jiffy Lube # 1563, owned by Atlanta Lubes Two, LLC today. We have visited Jiffy Lube locations in the past with other vehicles, and always had pleasant experiences with knowledgeable, ethical staff. We have always understood that Jiffy Lube was a bit more expensive than the competition, but the service provided has always been more than worth the difference. My husbands experience today did not live up to the prior experiences we have had at other locations, and displayed borderline unethical sales practices by this locations staff. He went in for a simple oil change for a small car (2014 Toyota Yaris), which is normally around $50 at previous locations. He expressed his desire to the sales rep for the cheap options, which every other time has yielded that same price. He was asked to choose between two oil blends, an choice I had not been offered before, and chose a blend saying, Ill pick the cheap one, lets go with the blend. Instead of correcting him, offering him options, or letting him know of his mistake, the employee said nothing. My husband even indicated again he was looking for a lower cost service by saying we would be purchasing and installing our own air filter. The employee still said nothing. He was shocked when I was presented with the receipt, but was in a rush and didnt have time to argue in the moment. Due to the increase in price I had to pay with a $100 bill, which the employee then guilted him over about causing him to run out of change.I called the manager after to express my concern over the $30 difference. He was short with me, and seemed to want to get me off the phone as quickly as possible.I have always trusted the Jiffy Lube brand to stand for a great, trustworthy, and ethical company. This store does not.EDIT: To follow up on the response from the owner. Yes, those prices are listed. However, nowhere is there clarification on the best fit for the car, or information to help a customer make that decision. That comes down to a conversation with an employee. Thats where my issue lies.I have also attempted to contact Jiffy Lube using several customer service channels. So far, I have heard back from none of them.
Came here for a simple oil change on a Saturday noon. They took over an hour and as u started driving out, the car was jumpy and the check engine light was on. I took it back and they said they didnt have a scanner and should take it to autozone to know what the problem was. In autozone they said it was either the ignition coil or sparking plugs. I took it back to jiffy lube and said they couldnt change those things, I had to take it somewhere else. So I did, but the repairs are going to take some time and since they dont open on Sundays, theyll look at it on Monday. Now I cant use my car for 2 days and this is going to cost me an extra $100 at least! Avoid this place!
Bought an expensive Groupon for a synthetic oil change. Only paid the extra $ so I wouldnt have to wait at slow Walmart for an oil change. BIG MISTAKE. Looks like 3 workers & all are piled up on 1 car. Wait time is same was Walmart tire & lube. Wait time was supposed to be 30-45 mins, been here for an hour & still a car ahead of me. Does it take 2-3 people for 1 car? 1 guy stopped so many times to check his cell phone I lost track. NEVER AGAIN
Our car died while driving through Cartersville, GA. The employees of this Jiffylube came out after working hours to the location of our broke-down car and went late into the night changing out our alternator so we could get home. We can not thank them enough for the good deed that they did, and would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for great customer service!
By far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had inside of a Jiffy Lube. I have contacted the corporate office LUCCOR and I’m waiting on response. A basic oil change for a basic four-cylinder car took over an hour. Along with that my steering wheel feels like it’s caked in oil. Probably the funniest part about it all is the associate made the comment that he would never get his oil changed at a Jiffy Lube. I do feel bad for the other gentleman who is there while I was there because you had a brand new diesel truck and they got oil all on the seat and on the steering wheel and his keys. Needless to say I’ll never return to that location and quite possibly any other Jiffy Lube.
I’ve been here 4 times since moving here. I guess I keep thinking I’ll get better service next time. This place is a complete joke. The staff is either high or completely stupid. They CONSTANTLY give me the wrong oil and have to do it all over again. I’ve had enough and won’t be returning.
I stopped just for an oil job which my truck takes 12 quarts of oil and it was triple the money then it is at Walmart. I pay 50 dollar or maybe 60 dollars at Walmart depending what part of country Im in. Never again will I go back to a jiffy lube again! 117$ what a con!
Let me first start by saying It took 2 hours to tell me my oil plug was put back in wrong the last time it was changed so we cant give you oil change.. I was a little bit skeptical because I listened to the same person tell someone else the same thing EXCEPT I can put in a new oversized bolt with new threads but you will need to buy a new drain pan. The funniest thing was jiffy Lube was the one who did my last oil change. I am very upset with the way I was lied to!!!! I understand they was very busy but to make me wait 2 hours until it was my turn and then when my car got pulled in it took less than 3 minutes to come tell me my plug was cross threaded and they would not be able to change my oil. I tried to explain to the guy it was last changed here but he hurried me out the door with no work done or receipt with why it cant be done. But he let me know one more LIE before i left. We gave you a free vacuum. Jiffy Lube just lost a loyal customer because the employee wanted to tell Lies and speed up all the other cars in line. 👎 👎 👎
Their work may be ok and they may be friendly, opening doors and all (which isnt a coincidence its policy that no customer shall touch a door handle) but they are thieves. I admit I am partly to blame for leaving my medication in the car; however, that does not give them rights to dig thru closed compartments in my van!!!!!!!!!!!! Its not like it was 1 or 2 pills that I probably wouldnt have noticed. It was half the bottle of a script I had just picked up before going there. A disgrace to Jiffy Lube and recommend they quit hiring low-life people to work under their name!!!

2022-02-25Parked and walked up and was met by an employee who asked how he could help.I advised I needed a basic oil change and inquired about the price. He asked the year of my vehicle, and when given it, said that it required synthetic oil for $79.95.I have owned the vehicle for 5 years using 5/20 oil per my prior oil change store. When I told him, he said he was required to put synthetic oil due to manufacturer’s specs. It was a total hustle.

2022-04-14I was talking to one of the techs during my oil change and when I asked to have my some of my fluids topped off because thats what i paid for, I was told by the tech that its a $5 upcharge for each fluid to be topped off except the windshield cleaner fluid. Are you serious, what kind of scam is this?? I was told my oil change included a free top off of fluids under the hood, I feel like Ive been robbed. DO NOT GO TO JIFFYLUBE THEY ARE NOTHING BUT CROOKS AND LIARS. I WILL BE WARNING MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS, I SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME!!

2022-02-26Unless you want 7 new quarts of oil in your driveway because they can’t tighten a drain plug, I wouldn’t use this establishment. No help from the store only hiding behind corporate and directing all issues there. Company doesn’t seem to care if you’re stranded on the side of the road because of their poor work.

2022-06-05They were open on Saturday and got me done very quickly and did not try to over sell me but the price was high or would have given 5 star rating. The cost for the extra oil for my V8 was over 8 per quart and is less than 2 dollars at Walmart but takes way longer there.

2022-04-24I had my oil changed today 4/25/2022 at jiffy lube in Cartersville, later that day I had my hood popped and glanced at the oil filter and noticed it was dirty so I took it back the same day and they did change the oil filter that time. I wont be going back again until its under new management.

2022-07-07Never use this place. They were to lazy to screw my oil cap back on.They didn’t even wipe the area off underneath my vehicle from where they drained the oil. There was oil dripping from the bottom of my vehicle once I got home. Ridiculous and lazy!

2021-12-24Had my oil changed and was told that my car require synthetic blend. Talked to a mechanic afterwards and was told that it does not require synthetic blend it requires regular oil, so I ended up paying $97.05 when I didn’t have to pay that much. I will NEVER go there again!!!

2021-12-11We have used this location 3 times. But this time will be our absolute last!We were required to exit our vehicle and go inside while they took their time changing the oil. Did I mention it was pouring rain? We’ve never exited our vehicle before and didn’t appreciate at all being required to do so now.We always provide the filter and oil and we were the only customers while there but there was simply no sense of urgency at all. I don’t expect people to run around like headless chickens, but I don’t expect watching one guy Facebook on his phone and three others in a huddle chatting while the oil had completely finished draining and everything was simply sitting there. It could have taken far less time and they could have at least tried to appear engaged in the job. Finally when they pulled our vehicle out of the bay and back into the rain, we went to hurriedly get in only to find they had set the remaining oil jug IN THE PASSENGER SEAT! So now we have a rectangular oil stain on the cloth seat! I immediately went back in and told them what they did and asked for something to put on the seat to keep from ruining my clothing on TOP of the stained seat. They offered to spray some kind of degreaser on the seat and I absolutely refused! Who knows what it was or if it would be safe for the fabric without causing even MORE damage?!?The first two times here were friendly, fast and professional. Today was the absolute opposite across the board!Frustrated is an understatement. Our business will go elsewhere.

2021-08-24They did change the oil and oil filter but that was it and they did it very quickly which to begin with was great until i realized why it was so fast. They didnt do any of the other stuff that i had paid very good money for like topping off all the other fluids and cleaning the windows or vacuuming the floors out. I should have know something was up when the tech was bragging about being the fastest shop in Georgia 😂 easy to do when you dont do a full service. They got 2 stars because of the young lady whom works the front counter was very sweet and also offered a veterans discount without being asked. So if you go here for service make sure you get what you pay for
