On September 9th I was greeted by Leonardo and JB upon entering Jiffy Lube. I was greeted very professional. I got my oil change as well as my front brakes done. The 2 employees were very nice they even offered me something to drink. The wait time was not long at all. All around the broad if I could give 10 stars I would. Also Roy I believe was his name was great. Keeping these guys around I will always do business here. Oh yeah I even referred my family members to this location. Great job thanks so much
Leo was an amazing help and went completely out of his way to make sure we were good to go with our oil change. He showed a lot of kindness and hospitality and we definitely will be coming here from now on to get our oil changed and any other necessities.
Leo, Roy and Nicholas all give outstanding customer service. I almost didnt go to this shop because of the review rating but it couldnt be further from how the shop operates now. Im beyond impressed with their courtesy, attentiveness and quality of work.Leo was able to troubleshoot and fix my car within an hour of arrival, while having other cars to work on. I went to 2 other shops I went to in the area first but they werent going to be able to fix my car for either 3 days or 2 weeks when a mechanic came back from vacation.They all seem to truly enjoy helping people, which I think is rare these days, and arent bothered when theyre asked questions.For as long as I live in the Douglasville area this is now my number 1 shop to go to for any car maintenance or repairs.
I was thoroughly impressed with Leo and his crew! Not only did I get an oil change but my floors were vacuumed AND all three wipers were replaced. Thanks so much for the above and beyond customer service and experience
Super friendly staff, and the workers seem to know how to have fun while working and enjoy being a team. I was in and out rather quickly especially seeing as how I had caught them in the tail end of moving boxes from a shipment they had gotten. Will definitely be doing business with them again.
I’ve been using this place for a year now the management used to be very good but it seems to have changed. I’ve had an oil leak for a while they couldn’t really tell me what was wrong with my car come to find out they’ve been wasting oil all over my engine. The service was quick and they all seemed to be very nice but yeahhh. Don’t think I’ll be bringing my car back
My experience was amazing! Roy and Leo and Kay were very helpful and took very good care of my car. They e plained what was going on amd what I needed for my brakes as well! Jiffy Lube on Highway 5 is the absolute best place to go.for good quality service!
Want to say thank you to Leo, For changing out my tire. Somehow I got a piece a metal stuck in my rear driver side tire by pure luck and faith that ended up pulling into his Jiffy Lube. I was about to change my own tire In his parking lot till I realized where I was at. I went in as tomb could you help me with my tire and I did not know that he could not plug my tire he would have to replace the entire thing. My tires are pretty brand new. Leo was such an awesome guy to talk to he happily change my tire out and put my spare on he didnt want me to do it myself such a gentleman him and his crew were very polite nice, happy mechanics thank you so much for changing my tired to my spare you save me time and a lot of hard work. Would highly recommend Leo and his crew just based on kindness, courtesy and friendliness. Thank again.

Today I stopped by Jiffy Lube on Hwy 5., I was greeted by a very nice gentleman who thanked me for my business. If I could give 0 stars I would! Spent 3 hours there trying to get my tires fixed. Got all 4 tires replaced and when I left my steering wheel started shaking. When I called and explained the scenario, the man that answered the phone told me I had to go to another place and get an “high speed alignment” and they didn’t do those there. So I ended up having to go to another shop and goal for a new alignment that I didn’t need until I left this place. Now I’m waiting for someone to respond to my request from franchise!! I would NOT recommend coming to this place!!!
This is my first time here. Leo is so honest that he tried to send me to another lube shop that carries an advanced product my truck needed. Instead, I went to the auto parts store, bought it myself, and brought it back to Leo. Highly recommend.
Best experience ever!! Leandro and D at the Douglasville, Georgia Jiffy Lube location were amazing and wonderful when I brought in my 2014 Ford Flex for a Signature Oil Change. I was also hearing some grinding in my brakes and asked for a repair estimate. Leandro quickly took a look, diagnosed the problem and gave me the repair and service options. Within an hour or so I was out the door with an oil change and my brakes repaired. My car is running perfectly and the brakes are now great. A BIG shout-out to Leandro and D for doing such a great job and for being so helpful. I will be sending all my family and friends to you guys for their automotive needs. Great service and great employees. Brought my husbands car in for a full check up and they told us want parts need to be done and how we can save some money by going to buy the parts. This is now going to be my auto shop for both mine and my husbands car.
After being asked what oil I use, they chose which one they thought was best without asking if I was fine with it. I have no problem with what’s best, just don’t take it upon yourself to make that choice for me. I probably won’t be returning to this location.
Techs was very slow and they did not check tires vacuum cars clean windows but state they did on invoice.....
I showed up for a simple emissions test and Greg and his team went above and beyond to make sure I had excellent service. Very efficient and incredibly thorough, as well as professional and enjoyable to talk to. They have permanently won over my business!

Had an unusually long wait. Also had to ask them to check the differential oil which used to be part of the service and then charged me $59.00 extra to add a quart to it. How do you spell RIP OFF

On the road traveling and was losing air pressure in my tire. It was questionable if it could be plugged. Fortunately for me, They fixed it. They were quite busy at the time and Once my wait was over I was back on the road quickly. The employees were very polite, friendly and helpful. I thought they were a little pricey compared to past experiences with this type of issue, yet it was far cheaper than buying a new tire. So far I have put over 1000 miles on it with no problems.
Michael and his team provided excellent service. Michael also took the time to explain some things I wasn’t aware of on how to take better care of my vehicle. Ladies (especially) I recommend this location highly if you want an honest opinion on servicing your vehicle! Awesome job!!!
Staff was cool, they just didnt do their jobs, nothing on the checklist was completed other than the oil change, taking car into mechanic to see if they changed the filter. So if you go to this location make sure you check the check list before you leave. Even if I had a groupon, I had expectations of things that shouldve been done based on what I paid for.
I just had a fantastic trip to this Jiffy Lube! It’s under new management and all for the BETTER! I got a 10 minute oil change and they did a free diagnostic on my car, which I really appreciated not knowing much about cars! I highly recommend this location!
Nathan was quick to check me in to have my vehicle serviced. Very cordial and explained products offered for an oil change. Informative with no BS trying to upsell me as I have experienced that many quick stand-alone Lube joints.Well, hymn Ive been told his new management for this store, was very polite and pleasant holding a casual conversation in passing which was warm and welcome. I was sitting in the waiting room when I decided to read the reviews and began to sweat being that many are very poor and recent reviews. But my experience is not remotely near what many claim to have had recently and will be back to this Jiffy Lube with my other vehicle and further oil changes for this one. Was in and out in a jiffy

This is a Dangerous place to take your car to!!Not only took over an hour for a simple oil change, they stated that the we’re waiting for the oil filter, But when I left the place As soon as my speed was 25 mph the car started to make all kind is sounds like something banging under the car, I stopped and quickly realized that they didn’t secure the skid plate, there were three screws missing, this could have cause an accident if I didn’t realize it on time!!! I’ll never set foot in that place again. The people seemed nice and fixed the problem as soon as I came back, the lack of quality control is the driver for me to avoid this place in the future.
Just brought my Chevy Malibu here. Let them know I had a new transmission put in and that they were supposed to do an oil change but they didn’t and my engine almost blew. Jiffy Lube put new oil in my car got rid of all the engine noise and the lady working there wrote a state of how bad the oil was and that it hadn’t been changed. Great service and will return.
BEWARE!! Was charged $100 for labor only for front brake service on 10/13/19. Had I known I would have waited 1 more day and gone to Precision Tune across the street who charges $65 for labor only. Jiffy Lube also wanted to charge $50 for labor only to put on an Alternator Belt. Had my own belt. Precision Tune charges $35 for labor only. Jiffy Lube is a rip-off. Dont go. Shop around if you have opportunity. Will not return.
Everyone at this place is so awesome they get you in and out. The manager is very attentive and sweet. Would highly recommend the place.
My first visit, the customer service was great. I got an oil change, but they forgot to reset my oil life. It was very inconvenient for me to get back to this location, but when I arrived one man in particular was very rude. I came in before someone and I walked out to move my car. When I went to move my car they told me I was behind someone who had come in after me. Then he proceeds to talk about me a to his coworker.
Greg and Chastity were very professional and provided great service. The waiting area is clean and comfortable but I didnt wait long at all. I will definitely come back for future oil changes.
Stay away from this place, I brought my vehicle in for an oil change they did nothing else on the check list that they advertise. The staff was incompetent as well as the manager there who stated he hated working with stupid people and was clearly in a foul mood that day. Once they returned my vehicle to me, the entire front end was covered in grease with a scratch on my front bumper. As well as grease on my interior driver door,drivers seat, console and steering wheel. When I told the manager on-duty he stated we dont inventory existing exterior damage prior to servicing vehicles. I told him I just got this vehicle and had it detailed yesterday, and was sure that it was not an existing scratch. He had the nerve to tell me we try to tell people not to have their car detailed before they come in They didnt even really attempt to apologize or offer to clean it up. A gentleman that did not even work there attempted to help me clean it off and tried to buff out the scratch with a shammy. I made the mistake of not taking a picture of the damage and mess prior to trying wipe it away-NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO JIFFY LUBE UNLESS YOU LIKE PISS-POOR SORRY SERVICE! *GAVE ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO SELECT AT LEAST ONE STAR TO POST REVIEW,OBVIOUSLY I GIVE A BIG FAT ZERO ON STAR RATING!
I came in. They got right on my vehicle. I needed an oil change and a tire rotation. Upon doing the oil change they discovered one of my air filters needed to be changed. I initially declined because the price was more than what i intended on spending. The manager on duty stated that he would do the tire rotation for free so that i could purchase the air filter and remain within budget! Excellent customer service and i greatly appreciated them sacrficing their labor costs to make sure everything with my vehicle was up to paar! Thank you so much!!

The guy changing my oil has his Altima backed up to the bay, bumping his two 10” speakers. The building is trying to shake. I was hoping the guy servicing my car was paying attention, and that I could make some much needed phone calls while waiting. And waiting. Won’t spend $50 for conventional at this location again.
Not sure if the so called manager on duty gave his real name but he claimed his name was Anthony. I always go to jiffy lube for oil changes and this would of have been my 1st oil change sense the covid pandemic. All i did was called to ask for how long the wait is to get an oil changed being that i have a busy schedule and due to the current circumstances. After being told 15-20 minutes i was good to go but when the worker thought the call was over while hanging it up he said i hate when people call and ask for this sh#t. I called back and asked f there was Anything he had to say to me and insisted he was the manager and told me to just call corp. Mark my words i will never give this place my busniess.

Their customer service was great. The employees there were wonderful. But as a healthcare professional, I was not pleased with how the employees were outside with no heat in a 26 degree cold weather that felt like 12 degrees. As big as jiffy lube is as a corporation their employees should have heat to work in that’s unacceptable.
This location has amazing customer service. The district sales and operations manager was helpful over the phone but entering location I was greeted and received great service as well. I shall return to this location for my X3 BMW for further services. Thanks again for the great customer service; keep up the great work.

Went in before 6:30, stood at the counter for 5 minutes with no greet just to have the lady tell me she quit taking people at 6:30....they close at 7? That was there second chance for me, they screwed the bolts on my tire off of the thread so I had to replace them. No customer service experience in the workers and clearly they don’t care about anything other than being fast (not paying attention to what they’re doing) & going home at the exact moment they close. It’s sad now I have to go to my boss & let them know that we need to change our national account to work with someone else and why..laziness!

Took my wifes HHR for an oil change. The next morning I discovered they had drained the oil but DID NOT PUT NEW OIL IN THE VEHICLE! Unfortunately, I had driven a few blocks from my house before the engine began to clatter. This past weekend I had another engine put in the car. Needless to say, the dipsticks at Jiffy Not Lubed will never get their hands on another vehicle of mine!
They tracked oil on the light cream colored interior of our car, installed the lower skid plate incorrectly and got oil all over the engine compartment. The skid plate being installed incorrectly resulted in a knocking under the car after a few days and then a half day of lost vacation for a service trip to Infiniti. The manager did not submit the service incident report and lost the Infiniti service invoice. After more effort I was given a refund for the oil change and Infiniti service but lost four hours of vacation time and other associated cost.

Fast service! This is not the cheapest place to have your vehicle serviced, but it sure is quick and convenient. Full synthetic oil change, w/$12 off coupon, $104 total. FYI, oil change comes with a vehicle inspection, fluids, wiper blades ect.
I got a Groupon for this place and it was a bad idea. They was short with me cause I got there when they opened and they didnt have the right equipment to rotate my tires. They said my truck was to heavy to pick up and I only drive a f150. Plus it was suppose to come with rainx but they said with it being wet out they would use to many towels putting it on. So I paid extra for a basic oil change. Will not be going back.

Stripped one of my lugnuts when rotating tires, thus was after they had incorrectly installed the wheel covers. Informed manager, he was not helpful . Said it was just a hazard when rotating tires and I should buy a new one at Auto Zone. I wont be back and I strongly recommend you avoid it as well.
I usually take my vehicle here for basic maintenance but NEVER AGAIN! They flat out lied to my face about the services performed on my car. Many peoples number one qualification is an honest mechanic and you will not find that here!I requested a tire rotation because my front tires are bare and the back tires are new, when I went to check out I noticed the front tires were still bare and the backs still new. When questioned the manager told me he WATCHED them do it (specified that front tires were moved to the back and back tires moved to the front)... a complete lie. I am applauded that they have the audacity to not only try to charge me for a service not performed but also LIE directly to my face when shown proof that the work was not complete... Who knows what else they have charged customers for and not actually done...The manager removed the charge immediately after being shown my tires but still continued to lie to me about the fact that the work had been done initially. These are not the kind of people you want working on your vehicles.
Couldnt do the oil change because the pumps were broke down. The guy was honest and helpful. Totally appreciate the honesty even though they couldnt help me right away.

Always fast and efficient. The only place Ive been to in the past 10 years. A little pricy compared to some, but thier concern and knowledge makes up for it. When I leave this place I know I have nothing to worry about until the Maintenance Required light comes on. LOL

Cheap Oil Filter caused loss of oil pressure in my truck. This is not uncommon when cheaper products are used in quick lube shops. It cost me another $200 at Napa Auto Care to diagnose and fix the problem.
I went in for an oil change today (Sunday). They were super quick with my oil change. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The cherry on top is that they vacuumed my car for me!
I must say this was a great experience! Everyone here is super friendly and they get you in and out with the swiftness! Super easy, just bring your car in and let them do the rest. Definitely would recommend them!

Details of bill said they checked tire pressure and read 35psi on all tires.when i checked only 1 tire read 35.They did not reset my oil life after service i had to do that myself.Obviosly they didnt check tires pressure and do not know how to reset oil life on my 2016 equinox.Not impressed with service for a bill of 119.00
It shouldnt be called Jiffy Lube if one car now takes an hour because you are doing 50 other things to it. You are no different than any of the other car shops. Waiting an hour for them just to get to your car defeats the purpose of your business model.
The team goes above and beyond the just average oil change. Too bad they are being taken advantage of and being paid so poorly when they are the ones doing all the labor.

I have been coming to this location for 25 years it has gone down hill although I love pennzoil products I will never return here again ,they wanted to charge me 5 dollars to top off my coolant. not treated as a customer anymore treated as a revenue source no thanks I will take my business elsewhere from now on

2022-03-07Based on the lack of satisfaction from my last visit to the Jiffy Lube in the Mableton area, I decided to try the Douglasville location. I was Very pleased with not only the service but their professionalism. Ill definitely be returning and recommending them also.

2022-06-01I got my oil changed there today and he had problems resetting my oil life on my vehicle. Finally he said it was done but when I got into my vehicle it was flashing service air bags. This has never happened bf. And when I asked him abt the new light on in my vehicle he didn’t know why or how it happened.

2022-06-24DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANYTHING!Worst experience ever, horrible customer service! Waited an hour longer than the time they quoted me. It took over 2 hours to change ONE tire and get an oil change.

2021-06-25An AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! This was my first real automobile issue so I was very worried about hidden fees because pricing on parts/ labor can be very high. However, the mechanic crew was so welcoming and very professional. Leo was SO GREAT! I highly suggest him. He was very knowledgeable and helped me through any questions and concerns I had. Personally, I am a woman with no background understanding in auto parts but I didn’t feel embarrassed for my lack of knowledge. Leo went above and beyond to not only ensure I received the best care but made sure it was also the most affordable approach. I had my rotors and premium brake pads replaced at the Jiffy Lube on Hwy 5 and hands down this will be my primary location for assistance on future endeavors. Leo offered the most affordable quote in town and I appreciated his advice on what options should be taken to guarantee the best care for my car. I appreciate all the help Leo and Roy did for me & I am confident that anyone else seeking help on brake services will experience just as an amazing experience! GIVE THESE MEN RAISES!!

2022-04-27The employees here are trash, not only did they destroy the drain plug they charged us for the replacement plug they destroyed. Asked for a time frame cause it had already been a long day before them destroying my plug the worker was very rude about giving me a time frame. We will never visit this location again. Worst experience ever

2021-09-18Roy and his 2 team members did a nice quick oil change for me while having other customers they tended to. So grateful they could fit me in without an appointment and busy day. They were very professional and polite! They even vacuumed my car and cleaned my windows for me!!! I appreciate the great service!

2021-12-21Let’s start with the fact they quoted me ($79.99)one price then when I got there it was way more ($109) then my light keeps coming on saying I need an oil change. I went to the dealership only to find out it had spilled and they didn’t clean it which caused a burning smell on top of not resetting my oil change light. The day the oil change was done there was oil on my steering wheel and my cream interior door. I called and got no response plus the person who checked me in was not there.I will never use their service again.

2021-10-24Luckily, my car battery died right in front of their store because Roy, Devante, Austin, and Deshawn were right there to help give me a jump without hesitation. They gave me an estimate on how much a battery replacement would be, so I called around places like autozone and advanced auto parts just to be sure, and they didnt make me feel bad about it. After realizing their prices were better than the others and I appreciated their willingness to help, I decided to let them change my battery. They were all VERY professional and efficient at their job! At the end of it all, they even gave me a discount which was amazing! Car battery is working GREAT and I am one happy customer who will be returning!If I could give these guys extra stars, I would!! 10/10 recommend!! (:
