Came here for a travel checkup after having been serviced in Augusta by another Jiffy Lube! The crew (Marvin, Marcel, and Perry) really helped me out and pointed out some flaws that were done during my previous service! They provided me with complimentary and excellent service! Definitely recommend this store!
They did a great job, courteous, and professional. Full Synthetic oil change. Just make sure to tell them if youre using a Groupon first or youre causing a lot of extra hassle for them. (Just a friendly heads up)
After I had an issue with service at another location, I went to this location on Cherokee st. and they fixed everything for me. everyone was extremely helpful, and the manager Candy was incredibly friendly and helpful. she made sure that my car was fixed up and ready to run. All this in the 20 minutes I had before work. This will be the only jiffy lube location I visit from now on.

They helped me get from point a to point b so I could get a new battery from AutoZone under warranty. JAMES L “FIXED” MY CAR AT THE DELK ROAD LOCATION.. HES NOW MOVED TO THE KENNESAW LOCATION NOV. 9th 2021 HE CHANGED MY BRAKES AND ROTORS 3 WEEKS LATER MY CAR IS BACK SHAKING WHEN I BRAKE ..DEC. 9th MY CAR IS BACK DOING THE SAME THING FOR ME TO HAVE TO GET MY ROTORS “RESURFACED” THEY KEEP STATING ITS A WHEEL ALIGNMENT BUT IT IS NOT. .IT HAS A “WARRANTY” BUT THEY WILL NOT SIMPLY CHANGE THEM OUT
Marvin was very helpful and provided great service. I came in for an oil change and to replace my break pads. He gave me a great deal and he noticed I needed new tires. He was very informative and made me feel comfortable and also gave me knowledge about my car that I never knew. He didnt rush on my car and he didnt mind me asking questions. Marvin was GREAT and was the BEST. Ask for Marvin for your car services. He is professional and goes above the minimum standard.
It’s an integrity thing. They put the wrong oil in my vehicle and tried to hide the fact by putting the oil in a clear container to fill the engine. Requested Pennzoil 10w30 by name and they got a jug of O’Reilly 10w30 that was only 5 quarts. Vehicle holds 6 quarts so I have no idea what else they added to fill it to capacity. Mistakes are OK and can be fixed, integrity is another matter altogether. Will never ever return.
The prices here are higher than other options for an oil or air filter change. The staff is friendly enough but I cant vouch for their competence. I purchased a tire through them, and they only admitted to being unable to get the tire on the rim after Id waited for THREE AND A HALF HOURS. I had to take the tire to another shop to be put on, where it took less than five minutes. They offered nothing in return for wasting a total of four hours of my time on a task they couldnt complete, though they admitted it was their fault. Other shops are less expensive and better equipped.
I was driving by and noticed they were open, so I stopped in to get my oil changed on my vehicle. They were very professional, and informative. Will def. be coming back to this location from now on to get things done on our vehicles. Will recommend this location to all my family and friends. They deserve a 10 out of 10 stars!!!!! Best Jiffy Lube around!!!
I used to use this jiffy lube but when I pulled in the open sign was on with no one around. I pulled into a parking spot and the worker was on the phone and seemed to throw his hands up when he seen they had a customer. I’ve used them for a long time and always had great service until today. Needless to say the Castrol down the road now has my business. They are kind clean and courteous.
So the staff was nice and they were quick but I dropped my car off strictly for an oil change and I told the guy moving my car that I just wanted what was on the sticker. I usually go to the QuickLube next to the car wash on wade green but they were closed. So I come to get my car and it was an $80 charge.... I was then accused of driving off without saying what oil I wanted... I don’t know if it’s because I’m younger that they thought I wouldn’t notice or care but I usually only pay $40 so I’m a bit angry. The guy gave me a $10 off coupon but it’s still $70. My only advice is be very specific about what you want or they will do whatever and charge you for it. Somehow I got charged for a full service and fluid check when I said I just wanted an oil change.
Blue haired chick (didnt get a name) went the extra mile and stayed late working on our breaks. We came in before and the breaks started smoking 4 miles after we left, management and prior employees didnt have time to do the caliber. The visit was much less stressful, thanks to the excellent service from those few employees. Appreciate ya!
Let me just start by saying I am so thankful that they were open on Sunday. The two hard-working employees was so kind and did their best work within best timing and including it being super cold in the morning they both still had a smile on their face and nice to each other. Im grateful that I came and I will definitely be coming back.
Tyler and Kevin were awesome! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and they were extremely nice! Definitely will come back in the future for my next oil change.
Staff should give you prices of products when they suggest what needs replacement (air filters, wipers etc) They DID tell me what the prices for the oil change itself would be.
These guys are awesome, the oil change prices are pretty much the same as everywhere else. BUT they vacuum out your floor mats and top off all your vital fluids. you can even come back and get those same fluids topped off PLUS 2 more quarts of oil!!! will definitely recommend to my friends and family!!
I stopped in here today after noticing they were open I only needed my tire pressure checked. They were so friendly and helpful. They even checked all the fluids in my car and topped off what needed to be filled. I know where I’ll be going from now on for all my preventative maintenance on my vehicles!! Thank you so much!
Went for emissions because I saw the emissions sign. Worker/owner said the emissions techs license is expired and they no longer offer the service (at this time)
Went in for an oil change, a week later my car is undrivable due to the carelessness and neglect of the mechanic. Wouldnt risk going here to be honest, they dont seem to take much pride in getting the job done properly.
Great place! Malik and Dakota are very professional and friendly! They dida very good job !You get what you pay for: awesome service and they go the extra mile! So glad they have coupons online and other discounts such as for students. They even checked both air filters and ordered it to come in 15 minutes! My air filters really needed changing and now I have cleaner air to breathe when I drive! Nice waiting room with a TV too.
Antoinette and Toby were very nice and provided superb customer service! Antoinette made sure to explain the different oil options Jiffy Lube carried and which one was compatible with my vehicle.
The Price is average, I was here for oil change. The people are excellent. The staff explain to me my options and his recommendations very well. They forgot my mileage sticker though

I was greeted quickly and given all the prices accurately! I did ask for a discount, and was only offered a $10.00 off, and nothing more, as I began to leave and the employee was walking away, i asked for the manager, who then came forward and was very knowledgeable and I asked for a better discount and she kindly did so, and i was in and out quickly and very happy. Thankyou.

Brakes tires and everything else were done. They are TOP NOTCH. They match prices and are VERY transparent. DISCOUNTS ON DISCOUNTS. Love this store and the service. I have stuck with this store since my first visit.
I bring my own oil and they put it in for me, add washer fluid and vacuum my car for a very good price. They also have no lifts so it’s good for lowered cars!
My experience at this location was by far the best experience I’ve had at any other location . The manager Antoinnette was very respectful and Marvin the assistant manager was very fast and attentive in getting the work done I needed on my car . I will definitely be back .

These people dont even know how to put air in tires. On Wednesday December 12th, I paid a visit to this Jiffy Lube because my tire pressure was low in one of my tires. I simply needed more air. Young man put air in three of my tires and checked the rear driver side Tire. Then said all of my tires were okay and good to go and all I needed to do was drive my car and eventually the light will go off. LOL. You know these days you just got to do things yourself! I simply took my car to QuikTrip and put it in the main tire that he neglected to put air in and lo and behold what do you know, the tire pressure light went off! These people couldnt do something as simple as putting air in tires.
Need to work on there customer service. Went to get a quick oil change and it bit me. Please do not try to argue with me if I know my own vehicle.

2022-05-14This may have been the best experience I’ve had at at any of the many oil change service centers I’ve been to.I came by from out of town in my 3rd Gen 4Runner. Austin did a great job at answering my specific questions. I asked him to take great care of my vehicle and he said “I will treat it like my own.” I observed everything he and Jesse did on this Saturday and with great confidence I truly believe Austin did his imperfect best, the best any of us could do. After completion Austin went through e everything with me and I was not rushed or manipulated in anything. I know my vehicle exceptionally well and felt like Austin did too. I wouldn’t hesitate bringing any of my vehicles here to get serviced if we lived close by.Thank you so much for the opportunity to be treated exceptionally well by Austin and Jesse!Lord bless from Wadley, AL

2022-04-26I would not recommend this place to anyone. I went for a full synthetic oil change. They charged 101.99 for 4.4 quarts of oil. I also called the next day to price it to see if this was correct and I was quoted a lower price. They also said they gave me the signature oil change where they vacuumed my car and washed windows. However, they did not do any of this. Additionally, I needed a filter change and normally I do it myself, however, since I was there I said yes. However, they did not have the filter and got it from the store down the street, and then charged $49.99 for a $12.00 filter and a 2 minute change. Total was 161.00. I would never recommend.

2022-04-19I had a transmission fluid that needed replacing and had an issue with another location. I called James and he said to come right over. He met me at the door ,courteous and professionally. Popped my hood, fixed my issue and had me drive around the block and come back to let him know the way the car ran. Wonderful experience! My family will be repeat customers of this location.

2022-06-13I’d avoid this location. They are incompetent and don’t know what they are doing. I brought my car in for an oil change and they told me they were unable to get the oil drain plug unscrewed and therefore they could not change my oil. I went down the road afterwards to get it looked at further and got an oil change completed no problem and also got a second opinion from another mechanic who could not find any issues. Makes me think this location employee’s just don’t know what they are doing.

2022-06-19I want to share my experience utilizing services at the Cherokee St. Jiffy Lube in Kennesaw Georgia.My experience started with making calls in an attempt to find someone that has the knowledge and skill required to perform a rear differential fluid replacement. After several hours on websites and phone activity I finally spoke with my Jesse at Jiffy Lube Kennesaw and took the to time to explain the whole Process start to finish and even explained the areas of concern related to the fluid replacement.As a result of our conversation I made appointment for the next day.At my arrival I met Jesse the store manager and the person I had spoke to prior day. He listened to my concerns and throughly laid ever step of his process and made a point to communicate with me his findings and his recommended solutions.So often I feel we have lost the personal and professional sides of customer service in our great country and I wanted to share my experience at Jiffy Lube and specifically Jesse and his crews excellent over and above effort to exceed my personal and professional expectations.Thank you Jiffy Lube Kennesaw and Jesse and staff for a wonderful experience.

2021-05-23Went to get an oil change and they spilled oil all over the place. When I called them he told me the technician was new and refused to take accountability. The manager is responsible for his staff. Dont use this place!! They over filled my coolant.. horrible service..

2022-04-24Went in for oil change. They informed me they no longer drain oil out of cars. They Vaccum out whatever they can. Why would I do that. Jiffy lube lost my business forever. Even your employees know this is stupid.

2022-01-03Took over an hour with my car for a simple oil change. They forgot the coolant even tho I told them specifically that I was extremely low on it and I paid $90! Once I got home I noticed that they also got oil all over my engine. I am certain that they dont even check half of the things the paper says they check. I wont be back.
