We bought a Levante SUV with Mr. Dylons help. Mr. Dylon helped me choose a vehicle by explaining it in great detail without rushing. Also, when I was negotiating, they were very friendly, pleasant and reasonable, without pressure. Even though it was late, they patiently and kindly handled the work till the end. At vehicle orientation session, Mr. Dylon helped explain in detail and helped set up the vehicle one by one. Even in finance, which is the stress of buying a car, Mr. Andreica guided us from start to finish answering every questions kindly. Overall, it was a pleasant and friendly car buying experience not found in other dealers.

Definitely one of my best car buying experience. These people are genuine and helpful. I had some issues with my Stelvio and after one year of driving it, these guys took it back! With no penalty. Yes, I did end up buying another car from them, but still. They had no issues that I was in a lease and they would have to swallow the negative equity. Somphet is knowledgeable about cars. She’s sold cars almost all her working life and knew exactly what I wanted and how we could achieve my payment goals. The entire staff is amazing to deal with and take special care of all their customers.
We had the best buying experience with Kenyon (Brands Specialist). We had a particular Levante in mind and had to wait a little longer for stock to come in. Once the stock came in Kenyon and I were in communication daily to get the deal done. Kenyon was very knowledgeable of the Levante fleet of Maserati and made our buying experience seamless and easy. Ive been getting my car serviced at this location for 4 years, and Ive always received excellent customer service. My service advisor, Jamal Diamond, always goes over and beyond to provide customer satisfaction. Whether it’s complimentary car washes, client loyalty discounts, or Uber/Lyft service [when a loaner isn’t available], I can always count on Mr. Diamond to make sure I receive a five-star service.And my service technician, Glenn Anderson, has always timely repaired my car with top-notch service to keep my car running in pristine condition.I will continue to remain a repeat customer for years to come.

Terrible customer service. They Literally keep your car for weeks. They never answer the phone. When they finally do answer.... To get a appointment for service be usually 3 weeks out. They always out of loaner cars but yet have your car for ever. I took my Maserati truck in on April 2, 2021 and was told on April 5 I will have my results for the diagnostic and by Wednesday April 7, hopefully the service will be complete if I want to get the car service there. After calling and texting my advisor after it had been a week with no call I didnt get a reply. On April 14, I received a call from a new advisor stating that my advisor Richard no longer work for the company. He stated this was within the last 48 hours. I told him my car been there for almost two weeks and you mean to tell me the diagnostic has not been completed yet. He stated he will try to have my results by Friday, April 16. No one called on Friday. Its now Monday, April 19 and I am calling the office but as I stated NO ONE NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES.!!! This just this time. Mind you now, I just received service back in March. After picking up my car a week later the engine light came on. And it took me two weeks to get an appt because no one never answer and they barely return calls.If anyone know other companies that have a Maserati Service center please inform me.
Wonderful experience!!! Me and my wife traveled from Pennsylvania to Atlanta and my Maserati was giving me issues. I took it to Jim Ellis and I was cared for by Richard Devot (Service Advisor). He took care of us and got us out the door quick and easy FREE OF CHARGE!!!!!
Service experience is horrible. It took 2 1/2 weeks to get a service appointment. Now, three weeks after dropping my car off, I can’t even get anyone to tell me what is going on with it. I leave multiple messages for my service advisor, but he refuses to call me back. Totally unbelievable that a business can operate like this. I am just going to pick up my car today and take it somewhere else.
This is the easiest dealership I have ever done business with. Danielle and her manager made this the easiest purchase possible. We did all the paperwork beforehand and made the deal even though I am 900 miles away. This was the fastest car buying experience and there was no back and forth. Dealer is very honest and kept their word even though I wasnt sure a long distance purchase was going to work in the beginning. I actually ended up not buying from this dealer BUT they did find me my new car! I met with Danielle, who communicated clearly with me before and during our appointment. I went to see a 2010 Mercedes ML350. The car was ready and waiting when I arrived. Sadly, it was not what I was looking for and I was pretty disappointed (been car shopping for months and was getting despondent). Danielle immediately offered to search her system for a similar car. Low and behold, not 2 mins away at another Jim Ellis dealer there was another ML350 with the features I wanted. Danielle immediately called over for me, set up an appointment with a sales person she knows personally, and transferred my info electronically to save time. Weve had some issues in the past with the Sales Department of Jim Ellis, but the service department is always outstanding and amazing. Leo was extremely professional, and explained everything that was done in our car. Also, he took the time to call our extended warranty company, and get everything aligned for them to cover the rest of the costs. I know this might be part of their job, but they could have been difficult if they wanted, such as making me bring all the original documents to their location. Leo was outstanding dealing with my lack of knowledge in knowing what happened to the car, and was extremely patient in explaining every detail of what was done and what was fixed. He even mentioned there are a couple of things that need to be done also, but were not urgent, and that we could wait maybe a month to do them, so we could recover from the expense. He had the chance to oversell but was honest and explained things the way they were. Im extremely satisfied with the Service department, different from the sales department, but thankfully I already have the 2 cars I need, and from now and on, we only need to deal with the Service Department, which is always awesome! Ive never purchased a car from this location but I did use the service department. The Maserati service department really sucks. I expected for 5 star customer service but didnt get anything near that. I may have expected too much because I own a Mercedes and the Mercedes dealerships are top notch. I was thinking the Maserati dealership would have been above and beyond the Mercedes dealership. While I was reaching out to speak with a service member representative, I was transferred to Kia which they answered but it took a very long time to speak with someone in the Maserati service department. After finally getting in touch with someone,they told me it was going take multiple hours to diagnose a dead battery. It took over 20 hours to get the same diagnosis I already had expressed to them. On top of that, once I presented to pick my car up there was no one there to greet me and my husband for the first 20 minutes. After someone finally appeared, they never said hello and it took another 20 minutes to find the keys to my car. They had my keys under the wrong name the entire time even though I had already told them that wasnt my last name 3 times. After receiving my car, the carpet was dirty and my car doesnt even drive the same. Everything about the service department seemed doubtful. I would never want to take my car back to be serviced nor would I recommend that anyone else use them. Jim Ellis should only specialize in low end cars.
We just acquired our second Maserati from them. Michael Cook, Maserati Brand Specialist, and Lorenzo Smith, Sales Manager, are superb at helping and there are absolutely no pressure tactics here. We have 3 years experience with service and it is likewise excellent; Lance Simpson assisted us this time. We highly recommend the dealership. Everyone we have dealt with here has been great.
I had a fantastic experience start to finish at Jim Ellis Maserati. I bought a used BMW and couldn’t be happier. The staff were friendly, knowledgable, attentive, and communicative throughout. I worked with Justin (salesman), Ivan & Lorenzo (managers), and Luke (business/finance). We were able to agree on a price very quickly. Pressure was low. One thing that stood out was during negotiation, the sales staff didn’t do the usual thing of disappearing for a long time with no info about when they’d be back. When Justin stepped out, He told me he’d be back in 5-10min, and welcomed me to check out the Maseratis in the showroom, or to hang out in the lounge, which has a decent selection of drinks and magazines. I never felt like I was being kept waiting for no reason.All of that makes for a very good experience. But it was my experience after purchasing that elevated it to fantastic. After I bought the car and drove it home, a minor maintenance issue popped up. It was a normal issue for a used BMW to have, but obviously I was disappointed to encounter it the very day I bought the car. Justin and Ivan, with no hesitation, offered to take care of the problem, despite no obligation to do so. I paid for a diagnostic at BMW, and Jim Ellis Maserati took care of the repair itself. It was a very pleasant surprise; there’s no question that they cared about ensuring a great experience start to finish. I can’t recommend this dealer highly enough.

From the minute I walked into the dealership I was treated like royalty. I had been eying the 2017 Maserati Grantourismo for a few weeks since it was on display at Phipps Plaza. Dick Ivey my sales rep took very good care of me, letting me test drive a very similar vehicle. Everyone was so friendly, including Lorenzo the sales Manager and Lance who worked on the financing agreement and delivery. I was also introduced to the head of the service department and his assistant. I have bought many many vehicles over the years, both personal and business related, and I must say I have never been treated better. I have dealt with a myriad of salesmen selling cars in my 45 years of living. I have experienced every emotion caricatured by many of the bad tactics applied by shady dealerships. I am over the moon to say the great representatives of Jim Ellis Maserati, Alfa Romeo in Atlanta, Georgia have not only gained my business for life but restored my respect and faith in the process of procuring a vehicle. From the moment my wife and I arrived at the dealership, Michael Cook greeted us, apologized for the 10-minute delay in getting to us, and immediately sought to understand what I wanted to see that day happen. There was no pressure and just as in any 5-star restaurant; service was seamless and appeared effortless but the hard work put into the experience was not lost on us. Michaels attention to detail is unparalleled; as we test drove the car he explained each nuance, feature, and what was occurring each moment. The car was amazing and I was thrilled but still wanted time to remove the emotion and return to logic. When I was ready I reached out to Michael and from that moment within a week I was in a car that I loved and intended on keeping for quite some time. Luke Marcotte in finance is an amazing guy as well. I usually hate the finance part but Luke is the consummate professional and explained each detail with cause and effect that helped me make the best long-term financial decisions. Kevin Dodt despite not even being involved in the purchase contributed to our great experience by assisting us with the tea/coffee dispenser and just being kind when he did not have to be. It is the little things that add to experiences. Another example is Mr. Dick Ivey just briefly confirming that we had just purchased a great car. Did I mention that they not only reviewed my new cars computer updates before we left and ordered a part to correct a quick fix? Michael spent over 40 minutes with me going over the key features of the vehicle after the purchase. He truly went beyond the call of duty. Saying I am appreciative of their efforts does not express my true sentiment. All I can say is thank you all for being the exception to the rule and rising above all the rest. You have gained a customer for life.
Drove up to Jim Ellis Maserati had to grab a center cap for my 2014 Maserati but I didnt have the vehicle with me nor did I have the last 6 of the vin# but I purchased plenty of parts there but I wasnt in the system... long story short the parts guy was rude. Wasnt trying to help with anything... sad parts department I was the only customer there.. he didnt want to look for anything
We recently moved to Atlanta from San Jose where we had been looking at Maseratis. I contacted Jim Ellis Maserati on their website about a vehicle in their inventory Arthur Pigford responded promptly. We were unable to come to a suitable price initially and things quieted down. I reached back out to Arthur as we approached their year-end. Arthur responded on his day off and indicated he would discuss my offer internally when they reopened after New Years. Arthur promptly responded on the morning of January 2nd, we came to agreement, I completed the financing application online, and we picked the car up later that evening; it really was pretty easy and just what I was hoping for as to ease of process. Arthur was wonderful, professional and prompt. Luke, the business manager, was pleasant and efficient in processing all of the paper work. We have owned the car for less than 24 hours, but so far so good. Thanks Jim Ellis, Arthur and Luke!

I had to have insurance in place before they would bring a car off of a closed lot. I was approved by capitol one for a bmw and wasted so much time in traffic for them to tell me I needed a co-signer. I was approved for a Beamer @Carmax that cost more than the one I wanted from them and don’t have to take anything but a lower down payment and my License. They could have had a valuable customer but they want to override the company that’s financing for unnecessary bull. Thanks for sending me somewhere else. Keyon did his job though. Y’all be great!!
WOULD NEVER GO BACKMade an appointment to get a new key fob, was there early and still had to wait an hour before anyone started working on it, and then two more hours for the simple procedure. Most of the employees/salesman were extremely lazy, just watching TV the entire time and not helping me when I obviously needed assistance. Terrible serviceUpdate: still have not received a part they said would arrive at my house in a few days, extremely unsatisfied with the service I have received from this dealer.
The worst service ever!!! No one communicate with you. I had to call several times and no one give an update for my car service. The adviser called Richard did not even answer my voice messages or texts. I’m going to sale my Levante S just because of the bad service they have.

So my HVAC vent actuator jammed on my Maserati, these guys at 3pm on a Tuesday fit me in to fix it without so much as a prior phonecall. Just drove right up. I had a client to pick up at 4 and said I needed it done by then. They had me in and out in 20 minutes, with my actuator unjammed and the new software uploaded to prevent the problem from reoccurring. This type of service is unheard of in the auto industry. Ill probably never buy another car besides a Maserati or Ferrari, and a large part of it is bc of the quality of the entire experience, from the purchase all the way through the entire ownership experience. All cars break, and that is when you find out what type of car COMPANY you gave your money to. Kudos to everyone in the service department here. They took the time to listen to my story and understood the urgency of the situation, and took my keys and had it otw to the service bay before I touched a document.
Many of the pre-existing reviews are from people who have purchased & currently receive services from this dealership. As a prospective buyer my experience was completely different. I went in to scout of vehicles for my next purchase & was assisted by Rahul Singh. When expressing my interest in test driving a certain vehicle Rahul began to take my information down to begin the process. He then asked me what kind of car I currently drive & when I told him he immediately frowned and told me that there was all of a sudden a NEW Test Driving Policy & that they couldnt place too many miles on the vehicles (allowing me only to crank up the engine). DISCRIMINATION at its finest. As I later confirmed that this was indeed not their policy. Shameful
We have a 9-7 and a 9-3. We have no significant complaints to list. I find the service to be correct, reliable, and personable. Weve had routine maint. and other repairs. The 9-7 is a Chevy trailblazer from GM days. The 9-3 is now an obsolete vehicle. Given that, Im not surprised when parts are high(er) or unavailable. I still plan to maximize the mileage on this car because I love it and know it will last al long time. My only beef with Ellis is that they refuse to repair tires. This would have been nice to know in advance but Discount Tire is happy to fill in.
.... like that one time that Arthur Pigford and Luke Marcotte at Jim Ellis Alfa Romeo Maserati of Atlanta not only got me in a 2018 for less than an Explorer, but did it 99.9% via email and had me in and out of the dealership within an hour ... ps they also offered to deliver it to me for free!! The customer service is far beyond stellar!!! GO see them today!! Tell them Chef Erica sent you!! As a single female buying 100% alone, I wouldnt suggest anyone else!
I first met with Danielle and her sales manager Lorenzo back in March or there about. I test drove the Ghibli and really enjoyed it. The problem was 2 fold. One I was coming off hip replacement surgery and did not want a car that low to the ground and secondly my lease on a Mercedes E350 was up August 20th. Danielle explained about a new SUV called the Levante and how it was suppose to be ready about that time. I said if it drives as well as the Ghibli then sign me up. Lorenzo explained that they were taking deposits on the Levante and if the car was not ready we would cross that bridge then. The next day I brought in a check as my deposit. By the time my lease ended still no car. Not a problem true to his word Lorenzo gave me a loaner until the Levante became in. What a car it is. I have never had so much fun and without hesitation would recommend Danielle and Lorenzo to anyone who was serious about driving pure enjoyment. I would just like to thank them for keeping their word and making me very happy.
***WARNING*** DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH Jim Ellis VW (or anything else)Jim Ellis VW DOES NOT DESERVE A SINGLE STAR. I was sold a car with false warranty information. I purchased a VW because I was told that my warranty would expire at 80000. I took my car to the VW service department at 76000 to be checked out. I was informed by a service rep that my warranty is listed in the VW system as 74000. It was noted on the ORIGINAL paperwork that the warranty was to expire at 80000. The paperwork that I was given does not show the warranty information. The Jim Ellis VW where I purchased the car no longer belongs to Jim Ellis (it must be because they are Liars and crooks).
Im leaving this review as i am still waiting here for almost 2 hours to get 1 tire changed. We came in in the afternoon, nobody else in the waiting room. The service dept front employees try to help, but whoever is in charge of the repair shop should be fired, and take all the mechanics with. Its truly ridiculous to wait this long for 1 tire.
I have 2014 Maserati Quattraporte GTS, had some isue took to Richard, he got all done with no hasle, very knoligble highly recomend, this type car you dont realy trus other shops, deffenetly recomment speak with Richard, fully trust him, will see him next service again

2021-10-14Jerry Reinhart, the service manager at Jim Ellis Maserati has been a Godsend for me with my new car. the service is impeccable and he treats me like family. Maseratis are expensive to keep up and Jerry makes a painful visit or interaction with service easy and as painless as possible. I have owned many higher line brands of cars, but never have I experienced service like this. The car is amazing and the service, so I am hooked and will be back to buy my next Maserati from Jim Ellis Maserati!
