The sales associate who assisted me in purchasing my brand new Infinity QX55 is Tony Cody. Mr. Cody was superb in that, he was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, as if he was making the purchase. I had questions regarding the technology this vehicle offers, and Tony answered each questions without hesitation!!!. Unlike other car dealerships, I felt in control every step of the way. This is my second Infinity purchase from Infinity of Augusta, I have to say, every employee from maintenance to sales are the epitome of how a car dealership should operate!! I previously owned (3) new BMWs.
Kelton McCasline in the service department is amazing! From my first encounter with him, he has provided me with excellent service. When I purchased my JX35 3 months ago, this rating would have been higher. Customer service was excellent and they was willing to get and find the answers for me. I already had my own financing so all I needed to do was sign the paperwork. I noticed an extended warranty wasnt offered but I still went through with the deal. There was an understanding since it was a Saturday that I needed to come back to get some things taken care of. A week went by and I didnt hear anything. I had to call and finally got an appointment 3 weeks later just to get there to be told that one of the services wasnt guaranteed after taking off from work. Then Im I told there is parts that need to be replaced because of age and mileage of the vehicle. When I asked was this issue known I was given the runaround that it was hard to say because I have already put mileage on the vehicle. What wasnt told to me is the part that need to be replaced has nothing to do with age but that it was taped up and tape has came off. Now I have canceled my basic care package that took over 2 weeks to cancel and require me to travel back to the dealership. Now it has been a month and I have not received my refund nor a phone call back. This is not me to be an upset customer or reviewer as I deal with the public on a daily basis. I have never been in this predicament and never would have imagined it from here. But as one viewer spoke the customer service is different when you cancel something. I just want my refund and get pass this experience as a learning lesson. Sabrina from Columbia
I have to be honest in saying when I first went to Napleton to purchase my q60 everyone was very nice and professional. They all made me feel like they had my best interest and worked hard to get me in the car I wanted.I decided I needed to cancel the third party warranties i purchase when i bought the car and thats when i noticed a stark difference in how they treated me. I call first to inquire about how to cancel my warranties and i was told i would just simply need to come up and speak with the finance manager John Thomas.When I arrive JT (short for John Thomas) met me out on the showroom floor and I explained that I wanted to cancel the warranties. He asked why and i simply explained that I didnt want to finance an extra $9700. Already I notice his attitude change and he didnt appear very interested in helping me.Nonetheless he ask me to step in his office. He pulled out a form that read cancellation request and signed the bottom and marked 2 x on the bottom lines and slid the form to me and asked me to sign where the x were. I looked at the form and asked are you going to fill out the form first because Im not comfortable signing a blank form. I wanted to know what I was signing, how much was I getting back and when will it be credited to my original loan?He slid form back as if he was very agitated saying he didnt know how much I would get and asked how many miles was on the car. I told him and wrote that down on one of the lines and looked up the chin number and wrote that down also and slid it back to me again asking me to sign. Again I said I wasnt signing a form thats not properly filled out.By this time Im agitated now and literally reading each line on original loan explaining I want all warranties cancel and I need to know what Im getting back. Long story short he takes the form back scribble thru the miles he wrote only to write them again on another line. He calculate some numbers and scribble $7500 on another line and add the dates of when agreement was issue and canceled.I initialed next to the$7909 we recalculated together base off of what he told me I would get back and sign and asked for a copy. When I left I call a friend who happens to practice law and asked if I could come by and explain what had happen. Needless to say the form that i have is an incomplete form and he highlighted areas that he says should have been filled out that would show exactly what I would get back. I call to infinity of Augusta again and some with Dwayne who suppose to be the manger and I explain what the problem was and even text him a copy of the form I had per his request. I havent heard from him or anyone from infinity...I will report this to infinity customer service and Lucas who is the manager who happens to be out until Thursday. I have posted a photo copy of this form for all to see that this is how you can expect to be treated when you decide to cancel third party warranties with this dealership. I will write a letter to corporate explaining this highly unprofessional behavior Ive had to endure from John Thomas the finance manager.
I brought my vehicle in to be serviced and the experience was excellent. I worked with Mrs.Wanda in the the service department and she was awesome! She was detailed with information about my vehicle and made sure I understood everything that was being done! The gentlemen in the department were courteous and handled my vehicle with care! Thank you all!
Contina was an excellent sales representative for your Infiniti dealership. She was very knowledgeable of the history of the vehicle that we wanted to purchase and really took her time to inform us of all our options. Not only that but the experience was quiet hassle free. The office was spotless and she took all safety precautions to ensure a safe person to person interaction. We look forward to receiving our vehicle.
Overall just really above and beyond and great service. We took our Infiniti to them for service. They were so kind, helpful, comfortable, & the communication was awesome. While we waited for our car they checked on us a few times and gave us updates on what was going on with our car. They checked all our boxes.We have found the place to bring our SUV for maintenance and service from now on.
I had a 1:30 appointment, to have an alignment test performed, on an alignment that I had done 09/09/2021. The service technician was very professional and friendly. I am not happy that I have to pay full price to get another alignment, but the service level, that I received, was phenomenal.
When I visited this location looking around for my dream vehicle, Mr. Donovan Stone approached me with a warm felt welcome and expressed to me that he was going to help me with that. Mr. Stone personality and demeanor as a sales agent went above and beyond average of any sales agent I have ever met before. Even though I did not purchase a vehicle that day he assured me that he will not stop looking for the vehicle of my dreams. My girlfriend needed a car and from the time we arrived on the campus the staff was professional and welcoming. Errick Valentine was the sale representative for us and he made sure we found the perfect car that suited all of our needs and that worked within our price range. He was very knowledgeable and professional and made sure we had a clear understanding of everything after we asked a million questions. For almost three years I have had my car serviced by Infiniti. The service has been fair. However, in my previous experience at Infiniti of Augusta it has been pleasant and satisfactory. In my past two appointments that I have had my car serviced, Wanda Rollins has presented a standard of professionalism that represents Infiniti well. Any corrections or problem with my vehicle she has been courteous, thoughtful, and punctual in Informing what is happening with my vehicle. She has met all points of professionalism. Thanks Infiniti for your service and your employee Wanda Rollins and the mechanics who have work hard to produce such great work.

In 2019 I came in and purchased a 2018 Infiniti Q50 and was extremely satisfied with my decision. Fast forward to May 2021 going in for an oil change and 💥 with the same sales representative Marquis Brown sold me my second 2021 Q60. Went in for service on yesterday and Kelton McCasline assisted with the process. He was an awesome service representative and I will definitely continue to support Infiniti of Augusta!

I came in for a service appointment today, I had a a great experience. My appointment started with a service advisor(Taylor) walking me through the service items I needed done to my car. She offered several courtesy options so I wouldnt have to wait( my wait time was 3+ hours, she also updated me throughout my wait) Another great point is the Service Manger, Mr. Deon Johnson ensured that I had top-notch Customer Service. Lastly, the technician, Anthony took excellent care of my car. I only have gave 5 stars because it was the highest score, but this experience deserves 10 stars!
Just purchased a vehicle here from out of state, via a couple emails and phone calls and it was one of the easiest streamline processes Ive had in recent memory. You feel the genuine kindness, professionalism and urgency that gives you the feeling that your their top priority. I highly recommend visiting this location with this staff on hand. They also 100% coordinated the transport of this vehicle to me so i didnt have any extra work to do getting the vehicle delivered, well within a reasonable timeframe. Once again HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
The service rep was very helpful, not to pushy, and listened to what we wanted. We were acknowledged immediately when we entered the lot. Even though I didnt see what I wanted right away, she initiated her interest to look on line. This woman is a dynamic force of good energy that can turn your day positive and make you totally enjoy the experience of buying a car. Just got home from one of the easiest, hassle free car buying experiences I have ever had. My wife and I were basically just exploring around, toying with the idea of taking in two of our vehicles and getting one that would meet all our needs. Donovan Stone and one of his managers looked over our trades, and were willing to give us what we wanted (we were realistic, so not any crazy demands or anything). Unfortunately they didnt have what we were looking for, but they then went out of their way and found it. After a little negotiating, here we are in our new (new to us) vehicle! I have bought probably over a dozen vehicles, through several dealerships all over the world (retired military), and this was the best experience. No games, no low-balling, etc. So again, special thanks to Donovan Stone and Joseph Huber for helping us out and making it a pretty easy experience!
My overall experience with Napleton Infiniti of Augusta was outstanding. They went out of their way to make you feel at home and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Kyle Bailey was the Sales Manager and Tim Lamkin was the salesman who assisted us and he was the true definition of professionalism and customer service and he put us in a beautiful 2016 Lexus ES350. I highly recommend this dealership and Tim Lamkin for your next purchase. The ease of purchase was second to none, from closing the deal and completing the signed contract with a professional Finance Manager (Antonio Roberson). Everything was smooth, refreshing and a professional experience in everyway. I just bought a 2021 zl1 1le for 0$ down from a different dealer after I drove 8 hours to Napleton Infinity to buy the 2018 yall had after Antonio telling me the deal was done to find out it wasnt and completely wasted my time. Dont see you being in business in the next couple years. Eating peanuts at your desk and mumbling incredible unprofessional and tense work environment with a 900$ doc fee. You lost big time.

James greeted me when I arrived to have my vehicle checked out. He was very nice when introducing himself and listening to my concerns of why I was bringing my vehicle in. When filling the paperwork out he was very knowledgeable about the issues I was describing. He told me that he would make sure that my concerns would be taken care of, informed me with every detail with my vehicle of the issues I brought in for, and at the end it was an easy process to check out. He was kind, well spoken, and never made me feel like I needed to purchase more then what I came in for. He referred that some items may need to be addressed if I wanted to have that completed. I said not at this time but would be back to see him in the next 2 weeks to have those items repaired. I would recommend seeing James when coming to this facility for any repairs needed.
I had a great experience at Infinity of Augusta. I went into infinity with a friend who was looking to buy a new car. I was helped by a young lady named, Contina McQueen. She is a unicorn, a salesperson with a conscience. She was honest and i never felt pushed or pressured. I’m recommending Contina to all of my friends who are looking for cars.
I have had bad experience with thh his dealership twice. First time i had an appointment to get oil change and no was in the service department because everyone goes to lunch at 12. It seems like someone would alternate.2nd drop car off and they kept it all day and didnt service it because they didnt know where the car was. They found it at the end of the day in the back parking lot. Very disappointed the manager mr. Johnson was advised and never called me. Service wasnt done
Found a car online and scheduled a visit. Since I live 2 hours away, I was dreading the lengthy back and forth process between sales and management trying to work a deal. Arrived at the dealership around 6:30 pm, worked a deal and had my new car by 9pm. Mark Blackburn is a knowledgeable sales manager, a straight-shooter and very pleasant to work with. The finance manager, Joey Huber, is personable and explained the paperwork quickly yet efficiently. This was the least stressful car buying experience I have encountered since I purchased my first vehicle 30 years ago. We will be repeat customers!
I came here not expecting much but received so much more. I was assisted by Mr. Ware!! He was awesome. Very knowledgeable in his profession. He took the time to explain everything to me as well as various options. There was no smoke screens and mirrors nor any gimmicks. The whole team was awesome.Mr. Craig the final term and contract guy takes time to explain all the terms and conditions with no questions unanswered. I made an appointment for my wife to have the vehicle serviced. The bottom line is that they have a 9.95 Oil Change coupon on the FRONT PAGE of their website, which they say is expired and do a bait and switch for a 59.99 oil change. I always have service call me before my wife agrees to anything so I can ensure they are living up to their reputation. The service adviser was as helpful as she could be but I requested to speak to the service manager. He came and to my DISBELIEF, argued with me and said he could NOT honor the pricing because it was expired, even though it was on the current front page of the infinity of Augusta website, stating it was corporate’s fault. I worked at Lexus of Augusta for two years and this would have NEVER happened. Fix the website Infinity of Augusta and if you are a potential customer, do not let service be done on your vehicle without verifying all the discounts and coupons PRIOR to saying “I do”.The dealership was very clean. Very clean waiting area and I was pleased with the turnaround time. Car wash was clean on the outside. A few grease smudges in door leather from technician but the service adviser cleaned it off upon return.
Tony Cody is very knowledgeable about what he’s doing. He got me into the car that was my style. This was my second car purchasing from Napleton in Augusta and I was his client both times. He’s a very awesome guy.Craig my finance representative was awesome and very helpful as well.

Had a fantastic purchase experience in April 2019 with Mark Blackburn. Ended up having an issue with the car that required new tires and rims 3 months later. I called the dealership and emailed them and Deon and Wanda jumped right on it. I was asked to bring the car in which is a 3.65 hour drive for me. I did and they agreed to take care of everything including providing me with a nice loaner car and actually delivered my car back to me in my home town. Now that is customer service and standing behind your product. I highly recommend this dealership!!!
Took my Q60 to Napleton to establish a relationship with a dealership. I purchased my Q60 from a non Infiniti dealer so I wanted to ensure that Infiniti technicians were going to be working on my car. The service advisor was very nice and explained everything in a simple to understand manner. The techs did a thorough exam and discovered some minor defects that I was unaware of. I was also informed of a recall that was still open on my car. Everything was fixed free of charge and I only paid for the oil change. Even that was at a great deal.....I paid for one and get the next 3 free!! I would definitely recommend Napleton Infiniti to anyone.
First off I want to say thank you to Jaylen for amazing customer service. He was so nice to work with and did a great job making sure I got what I wanted and taking care of me. I had just bought a new car and after a few days I got hit by a deer and it got severely damaged. I had an amazing experience here with my service manager Vinny. The customer service is awesome and I always feel welcome when I come here. It’s important that I feel safe while driving my vehicle and Napleton takes things serious which I totally appreciate. I will continue to drive over an hour to have my car serviced at this location despite their being a dealership 10 minuets from my home. I love my car!!!!! I call her Ruby!!!!! It is the prettiest red car I’ve ever seen. The technology package in my new Q60 red sport is top notch. It has so many features. For me this place is no better than any other dealer. They all talk a great game and then in the end your screwed. Our sales lady was really nice however it felt like the finance mgr wasnt given her all the information she needed to pass on to us as the customer. And its like if you dont look a certain way you get treated differently. My credit was ran after I told them not to. When I asked why all I was told was he didnt mean to. Are you serious what kind of mess is that. Anyway, after me telling what price I was comfortable with I was told that my note would go up a 160 and Im already paying 505. Uh, no way so basically my time was wasted. Apparently, they do not offer any incentives to handle any negative equity if you have any and they would not show us the dealer invoice after we asked. Will not, shall not ever go back. Good luck

I was very surprised with my visit at Infiniti of Augusta the other day. As a woman I sometimes dread car shopping and being bombarded my men telling me what I should or shouldnt buy. However the FEMALE sales rep SAM was laid back and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. She listened to what I needed and wanted. I bought my 2014 Nissan Versa note from Infiniti of Augusta in April of 2017 and they have been taking care of me and my car ever since. From the time I walked through the door they were extremely polite and helpful with my search for a used car. I never felt pressured into a sale because I felt they were genuinely trying to help me find the car that was best for me. And it took a little bit if time but the sales team was patient with me in making a decision. The service department has been superb as well. I’ve gotten all my maintenance done there since my purchase. They are always honest with me about what work my car needs. The best car buying/service experience I’ve had. 2022-04-29Wanda is the absolute WORST! Had my vehicle towed to this location because I was experiencing some issues with overheating. When I spoke to Wanda i Informed her that my vehicle is being towed there she said ok once the vehicle arrives she’ll give me a call. She said if the vehicle arrives by 12noon she’ll be at lunch but would return at 1:00pm and she’d give me a call. I also informed her that I was visiting and didn’t live in Augusta. 1pm came and she never called. I called twice in a 3 hour time period and left messages and still didn’t receive a call from her. I Took a Lyft to the location and she tells me “oh we won’t be able to look at your vehicle until either Saturday or Sunday” this happened on a Friday. So I said ok may I get a loaner vehicle and was promptly told “we don’t have any available” so I asked if that was the case why didn’t she call me to tell so I could make arrangements to get a rental. She didn’t care and rudely walked away.I ended up taking a Lyft to the airport and paying for a rental; my vehicle was at that location for the weekend. Monday arrives and i had to call for an update Wanda informs me that”there’s nothing wrong with my vehicle” to which I responded it’s running hot and the antifreeze spilled all across the engine and everywhere else. She then had the vehicle re examined and determined it needed a radiator cap. The radiator was BRAND NEW installed from another Infiniti dealership. So I paid for the radiator cap only to have the vehicle continue to do the same thing. Her actions isn’t indicative to this specific location but I wouldn’t recommend her AT ALL!

2022-01-03Came in September to get an alignment, oil change, and gas hand was reading incorrectly. I was taken care of by Kelton who has always been great!! He has an excellent personality and makes you feel good. If you have a question he answers it and if he can’t he will get the answer for you quickly. I am a satisfied customer!!! Back for my oil change now and got me right in with no issues.

He made sure I was in and out on no time. He also took time to update me on the status of my car and what needed to be done. 2021-10-13I recently purchased a vehicle and the sales associate named Gigi assisted me, she was extremely kind and went above and beyond during the buying process by ordering me food while I awaited confirmation from my bank. I was 8months pregnant at the time, tired and nervous about making such a large purchase but Gigi was very patient and reassuring. Today i had my vehicle serviced and was assisted by Kelton who was also very helpful he went above with his customer service, asking if I needed anything periodically as I waited for my truck. Id recommend this dealership to anyone who expects good customer service.
