Best bar around town If you like a semi dive bar atmosphere, which are the only kinds of good bars. Food is really good, prices are reasonable, and bartenders, staff, and patrons all treat you like family if youre a nice person. Great atmosphere and always a great time. This is a real bar, not an Applebees. If you want an Applebees atmosphere then go there. If youre looking for a real bar then come in, grab a drink and make some good friends in a cool place. Cheers
Fun pub atmoshpere. Food and drinks are agressively priced and affordable. They have pool, slots, and a dancefloor / kareoke. They do allow smoking but the air filtration system seems to work well.
Its a great bar with a fun atmosphere if youre a pool player, such as I am they have two tables. The staff is very friendly and cute. The owner Mike is always around and takes pride in his establishment, so if youre looking for a good time fun bar come to Jimmy Macs in Marietta. P.S. They also have karaoke night and other fun stuff ask your bar tender or servers.

The entire staff and owner are very loving to all who stop in. The kareokee is fun, and you get to sing often. The drinks are made well. The food is really delicious. Its served piping hot each time you order. Just an all around lovely place.

They close at 2am. I was yelled at while waiting for my ride at 1:58 to get the f out. There was several people in the bar at the time. I axplained I was leaving in just a moment but was told in a very rude fashion that I was already told to leave. Give me a break man. It is covid times and you should appreciate any business you get. I run restaurants and have never seen a restaurant treat people this way. The rudest little children I have ever experienced. I was looking into using them for an industry night for my group but I will never use them ever for their horrible customer service.
I was just at Jimmy Macs for my birthday.. one of the staff stole my card and lost it for an hour and ran up multiple bills.. for $100.. and they to check the camera feed to find my card... so dont trust the staff with your cards and for extra charges... Murphy you better make this right
The servers and bartenders are quick here and the karaoke nights are super fun. Drink prices were fine just fine and sometimes we order their food to go because it is always SO GOOD. Update: Our construction crew has taken to getting lunch here everyday in response to the stellar service and food quality. Come meet the ladies that keep this place humming!
ZERO stars‼️👎🚫 I dont usually review places unless it was a good experience, but Im making an exception because we only came here to support a musician friend & not one person asked how we were, let alone if we wanted something to drink. The waitresses kept sitting down to talk to people. It became hilarious to us actually. And the entire atmosphere is honestly revolting; I wouldnt even go back in a hazmat suit. 😋🚫👎
Not bad at all. I ordered honey garlic chicken wings, a jumbo burger with side salad. Everything was good. I got $20 worth of food for just $9 with a Groupon. If you act now, you should be able to find a good Groupon deal for this place. Dine In only though. It was definitely worth it. Must be smoke friendly as this is a private bar.

This place blows. Came here on Sunday night after our usual bar closed. It was a plus that they were open until 2 HOWEVER we werent served for close to thirty minutes despite sitting at the bar directly in front of the bartenders.There was a girl who was alternating lying on the floor and vomiting in the womens restroom [not the fault of the bar owners] but when I told the manager on duty he proceeded to do nothing about it [definitely the fault of the bar].The bartenders were so high and/or wasted that we probably couldve walked out on our tab and they wouldnt have noticed - but we didnt, because were good people.What an odd experience.

This is the smoky dive bar youve been looking for. I had amazing prime rib with sides Friday for $10 bucks. The service was good and the drinks were poured just a little heavy. Ill definitely be returning soon!

If you want a cheap drink in a dive bar environment The Macs is for you. It isnt clean and the people arent pretty, but the food is great!
My husband and I have been coming here for a while now and last nights experience was awful with the new bartender. We both wanted to relax after a long day at work and it didnt happen. But all in all its a nice place

I ordered a Groupon for Jimmy Macs food a while back. The first time I tried to use it, they said they were no longer accepting their Groupon coupons. I was understanding and ordered the food and just paid for it.I just called in a few minutes ago, and was told it was for dine in only now. It doesnt stipulate this on the Groupon app.The lady that answered, Jenna, was very nice. Im trying to limit my exposure to Covid right now as I have a son in NICU. She got the manager, Mike, to take the call.He basically said there were no exceptions. I started to ask him another question about the wording on the Groupon and he hung the phone up, hard.Terrible customer service! I was being calm. Wed only been talking for less than a minute. That is so rude and unacceptable.I will never eat there or do business with them again.

I enjoy the live music on Monday nights, its a smoking bar so thats less enjoyable for me and the service isnt very good. Employees seem to give their regulars more attention :-) their loss o enjoy tipping for good service.
Great specials, free poker on Tuesday and Sunday, Karaoke Wednesday through Friday, and 4.99 Appetizers on Sunday. This is my favorite place!! Awesome and friendly staff with perfectly priced drinks!!

Decided to try this place out, since Im pretty near to it. The place looks a lot bigger from the outside, soon as I walked in smelled like ciggerates. Still decided to at least order something. Server came pretty quick, asked her what kind of tequila was used in their maragaritas she had this dumb founded look and said she really doesnt know could be something José. Hmmm, decided why not. Margarita was gross, tasted more like pure triple sec than anything. Didnt even take a second sip, what I did like was the throw back Karoke and I guess country music from Dj Mike. Wish there were more than 2 pool tables, and someone for dear God clean the train over the bar ITS JUST NASTY! Imagine ordering food, YIKES!

No one to great us. Waited for the server for close to 10 minutes. Ordered a drink then waited close to 20 minutes for the server to come back to check on us. Im done. I will never come back.
I LOVE everything about this place - SAVE - two (2) things: The ceiling tiles and the restroom. I prefer to frequent out back by the dumpster. Its cleaner. :(

The air is nasty there, they dont turn on the air-conditioning often enough to at least move the cigarette smoke around. Best to bring a facemask when you come in.

2022-05-21We had a lot of fun here. Sarge was running karaoke on Friday night. There was a good mix of music genres and some really good singers. Beer was cold and reasonable, bar food was pretty good. The servers were a bit understaffed but they were cheerful, as expedient as possible and it was a good time. Well be back for more karaoke.

2021-04-16The food was horrible!!! My chicken wing were crispy and dry. My Phili steak sandwich was burnt. The cigarette smoke was choking and unbearable. The service was also horrible. Our waitress asked us if we were ready for the bill, we said yes.. an hour later we had to find her to pay for our food. Never again!!!

2021-11-28Have been here a couple times recently. If you like dive bars, this is the place for you. The food is mediocre. The drinks are strong. The staff is what can make this your favorite place or the one you will never go back to. Make sure to find Kayla if she is working. She was friendly and fun and makes the whole trip worth it.

2022-02-27Disgusting. Besides the stench of smoke you encounter walking into this establishment, the floors felt like beer was spilt everywhere. A lot of dirty tables not being bussed so I just walked out. Dont waste your time.

2022-07-02Robin is one of the best servers ever. My wife and I stopped on our way home after dinner Friday evening for a beverage, but were quickly chased away by the painfully loud karaoke music. We had hoped to enjoy a few singers, but couldnt stay with the sound literally blasting at us. Other patrons didnt seem to mind, so maybe it was just us whose ears were hurting.

2021-11-09It was my Birthday! My family took me the Karaoke was the Hit for me, but Then the Atmosphere and the people there was like I already knew them! The Service was friendly and Great Food!!, and the D.j,. Was Fantastic!! I cant wait to go back!!
