Portion size of takeout has decreased dramatically. The egg rolls have iterally shrunk to the size of a human thumb. Place used to be really good and leftovers were ample. Now its a joke. Im sure buffet is good, but forget takeout.
A little expensive for what you get, but I understand supply issues.The staff were great and its your standard buffet. We will come back when we are in town!
Enough variety but why does most of their meat have to be sweet??? Meat should taste like meat not desert. Ordered their unsweetened tea and it tasted like water. This place seems to stay busy so someone is loving them. Overall if I must eat here I have to try and stay away from all the sweetened entrees they serve on their bar and I am not talking about their deserts. If I eat the non sweetened items which are only a few, that leaves me with only a few entrees to pick from. If you like sweet meats then youll love this place. Overall, the food is OK.

We have eaten here many times and it was very good. However, today there didnt seem to be as much of a variety of foods. Some of my food was also not warm. We will go back again. Maybe it will be very good again next time we go.

This was by far the worst food and service I have ever had. Staff was lack luster in the service as if they had no care for anything about being there. Food was cold and tasted horrible. I will drive hour before I eat there again

Our experience with this restaurant was absolutely horrible. The customer service was awful and we even had to ask for drink refills after not being watied the entire time we sat there. The food had no taste and the sushi we got was spoiled. We definitely dont recommend anyone to eat here.
Roaches and bad food...no stars
An okay buffet, Jins is affordable and covers the generic Chinese bases with fries, Italian bread and a couple of minor American dishes for kids. Theres all your basic dishes at standard Chinese places and five or six sushi entries using fake crab. Its nothing to write home about but the price and staff are great. Theres also the standard Chinese buffet desserts and fruit. Its fine enough for a stop.
Weve live in Baxley & havent been here in years because it gets worse & worse Everytime. Decided wed give it a try because I really wanted Chinese & its the only place without going out of town. No surprise the food is cold & old, and we are here for lunch on a Sunday... The busiest time for this place. The seafood tastes terribly fishy & everything else is flavorless! Then the ice cream is prescooped & cupped for you with only 3 flavors available. Will never come back!
If you like all u can eat, they have friendly service and good food to fill you up. Best buffet in town.
This is one of the better oriental restaurants in our area. Food almost always fresh, lots of variety, everything seems clean, prices reasonable. We eat there frequently.

Poor customer service and very rude employe . we sat there and sat there had to go find our waitress to get my drink refilled and then the never came and refilled my husbands step dads cup . my husband asked for a take out plate and the Chinese lady said no you eat here no take out eat eat eat . Very disrespectful no standards and rude . Will not go back .

Wasnt much to choose from and what was there was not to fresh. The service was slow and we only got one refill on our drinks.
Horrible..The service is bad and when i tried to tell the waitress there was a dead fly in their noodles she just shook her head and walked off.I was afraid she didn’t understand me so I took her there and pointed it out only to have her just stir the noodles up and remove the fly.
They have a large selection of food on their buffet. Everything I tried tasted great.

2022-06-25The food always taste fresh and they have a wide variety. My Family have eaten here for years. Everything is always clean. The only thing is you will have to ask for re-fills. They dont check on how you are doing much. Its still a great place to eat and the price is reasonable.

2022-03-28Went for lunch several times. Certian items are good, others were not up to par. Overall good experience buy you should start with smaller portions to avoid waste as not all items taste the way they would traditionally. Service was good.

2022-05-07Lived here almost a year before trying it but I was not disappointed. Ive been 3 times in a month. Im originally from Jacksonville, a big city with plenty of good food, and honestly most of the places here in Baxley are mediocre. Jins definitely rose above that for me. Pretty good Chinese food for a great price. Hard to beat. I did go during lunch hour every time so I knew the line would be kept fresh. No complaints here. Quality and variety of food for the price is worth it. That being said its a buffet, so for the Karens if youre expecting a waitress to babysit you like youre at IHOP go to IHOP. Lol.

2019-02-02I want to 2 star this place but 3 it is.Mediocre at best. Maybe we caught it on an off night. But i was not impressed. The service was terrible, and the food selection was scarce. We had a table of 3 and after 1 plate we where brought our check. Simply felt rushed. You could tell they did not plan on putting any more food out for the night and our buffet was limited. Never got a drink refill. After getting up to pay our check we realized the whole staff was eating their own fresh buffet on the other side of the restaurant that they brought from the back.
