I called, emailed, used the customer service do you need help? And submitted a question, and I posted to their Facebook page. No answers. The opportunity for us to order anything has now expired. It was for Westmont Elementary. Just disappointed because there wont be another opportunity.

I have been going to Johannsens Sporting Goods for more than 40 years and this locally family owned business knows how to take care of their customers. If you ever earned a trophy or worn a uniform in the area they most likely provided it. Great business and even better people.

Costumer service is always great! One of the last local sporting goods store where theyre invested in all the communities athletic programs. I love the local shop where you can go in and talk about the whose who of our local athletes from the CSRA.

I ordered 2 shirts for my kids in track at NAHS for track in February and still have not recieved the items purchased. Track is over with now and it has been a month since Ive ordered. No returns is what is stated on the online store. E mailed the company and have yet to hear from them. I will not order from this company again. The coach has no idea where the orders are for other students either.

Very friendly and fast business, My go to place for my teams jersey customization. However, the hours of operation need to be updated. I drove all the way from Statesboro to Augusta to pick my jerseys up just to read a sign that said “we are now closed on Saturdays.” Wasted gas, but other than that excellent experiences.
