They constantly stayed in communication with me and helped me with any problems I had. I totally recommend Jones and Swanson. At first I was going to go to a TV lawyer because that’s what I knew but I was concerned about being attended to, getting in touch with my lawyers, and basically for my case to be taken seriously because I was really hurt. I saw a mass amount of reviews for that company that made me feel uneasy. Trying to do the research to find a good law firm right after an accident was incredibly stressful. I didnt want to stress about my case or whether or not I could get in touch with my lawyers. So I decided to leave the TV lawyer and went with Jones and Swanson. In August 2014, I was injured in a motorcycle accident in which I broke my ankle and foot of my right leg . The driver was a coworker who was driving too fast for conditions, lost control, and crashed his motorcycle. Best in the business!! I was involved in a multicar pile up type of accident involving about 6 cars and only 1 was at fault. These type of accidents usually drag out as I expected it to so I was prepared to fight this til the end. After being injured in a car accident in the great state of Georgia, we hired an attorney from Tennessee to represent us because that is where our family resided at the time. We were later informed by our then Tennessee attorney that because of how tough their insurance company was and the fact that we were from out of state; the best our attorney could do for us was reduce our medical expenses down to $3,500.00 out of our pocket. So we fired him! I got into contact with Mary Jo to start the process and figure out what to do, since I’d never been in this situation before, I didn’t even know where to start. From the beginning Mary Jo was ON IT with the at fault insurance company and getting me my settlement for medical bills and my car. She really went the distance to get me what I deserved and needed. Great and constant communication, answered any questions I had, gave me updates as soon as she got them. Mary Jo had my back all the way through, and she’ll have yours, too. 2022-02-03I did a little research before picking a firm after my accident and they had the highest ratings. They did not disappoint. Everyone was nice and helpful and did everything they could to get me a decent settlement. Mary Jo Barney goes above and beyond and will fight tooth and nails and also is not pushy. No regrets. They are awesome. I don’t plan on having anymore accidents but If i do I’ll be contacting them again.
