Young lady helped my daughter with her shoes... seemed like a cluttered hangout spot and it wasnt a friendly shopping experience to have my kids in. Young people were just hanging out there and some were rude and loud. But the stars are given because the young ladys customer service was great. Plus we purchased a Jansport Back pack just because she was so nice to my daughter...crowd clutter in a small store...not good.
