I read reviews before I came. Smooth stress free experience. Eric was personable and made sure my wife and I were comfortable with the process. We were encouraged to test drive the vehicle as well as take it to our mechanic. The business aspect was just as smooth with Shawn. Down to earth, pleasant and reassuring. We are both very happy with the process and encourage you to try Joye first.

Great experience in buying a used car. Staff was very straightforward and honest! I drove from Lawrenceville GA to get the vehicle I wanted and it was worth the trip. Vehicle was actually better than photos showed. They sent extra pictures of undercarriage to eliminate concerns before driving 2 1/2 hours. Very satisfied!

Bought a 2003 GMC Sonoma and I havent even put 2000 miles on the truck and has broken down on the side of the road once. Had 500 in repairs, then was losing power around 45 mph and found out the cadillac converter was bad. Now truck is shutting off losing power after being cranked. I regret ever putting trust in this dealership and this is not the place to buy any vehicle. The most likely get their cars were they can run for a test drive and it craps out on you when you get home. 3 issues with not even putting 2000 miles in the truck. I would give 0 stars if it was an option
Really great dealership to do business with. The owners are really helpful and informative on their automobiles. They really go out of their way to help you with any questions or concerns that you have. The selection is great to choose from. They dont mind going out of their way to make sure that youre satisfied with the auto or service you are getting.

My wife and I went to look at a red Jeep Wrangler on April 12, 2019. We discovered that the heater core has been bypassed which is a safety issue, large pools of water in rear floorboards, tires are dry rotted, and a major oil leak from oil pan gasket. When we brought the issues up to the management and made an offer, they stated they already knew about the issues and still would not come down on price. This dealerships preys on people who do not know about vehicles. The Jeep Wrangler that has these issues is a red 1997 Jeep Wrangler 4cyl 5 speed with black canvass top. I don’t want anyone to get screwed over so I would recommend everyone to stay away from this dealership.
Called to ask about financing about a 3400 dollar car and was told price would go up by 2500... Ive never heard of anything like this. Sales person was short and seemed unwilling to work with me. Such a shame Ive heard nothing but good things about this place and its hard to find a reputable used car dealership in this area.

Where do I start? Love this company! The workers are fantastic! It can be stressful looking for a vechile and they made it so easy and were very helpful! This is the best and friendliest place to buy a used car. We spent less than $4,500 and got the best car of our lives. We did have to clean it up, but it was a fabulous deal anyway.

Horrible service. First thing they asked us was how we are going to pay. He never stood there to talk to us. He opened all the doors for us to look at it and walked away. Once we made a decision on the truck he was no where to be found. As we waited for him by our vehicle he walked right past us not saying a word and closed all the doors and parked the truck. We will NOT be back.
They sell cars to people who cant afford them. Repod car , eviction notice!I know that these are all adults, but sales people have to consider more variables than just their little sales goals.

I can give at least 2 stars due to the fact that the staff and sales men was nice but literally 2 1/2 days after i got a truck from them the transmission went the salesman did send someone from the shop to pick me up from work in Aiken and did give me another car but i had to pay the difference of $400 which was not fair and now my mechanic said my engine will be going soon my driver pulley is bad and i already bought 2 new parts and paid for the labor understand that used as is cars you have to put work into but 3 weeks later now im being told that i have to pay for the towing as well not again
I bought my jeep from there 2 yrs ago and I love it I have had to put some money into but thats expected now that my family has grown I am headed back within the next couple months to get another vehicle

They repo my wife car not one payment late cause I didn’t want to ingage in insurance fraud and split the insurance check with them from a reck I was in I took to a real paint shop I broke my leg one payment behind on 10,000 truck I was $8,000 in and bought 5 cars and truck before they repo my truck sold it again and took me to court 28 percent interest WOW greedy selfish people

2022-01-15I gave it 1 star just so I could leave a review. My friend bought a truck and 1 week later all kinds of problems started. Mechanics that looked at it wouldnt touch it! They said it was DANGEROUS to drive! He took it back and they said too bad! It was rusted out underneath so they knew it was bad. Please dont buy anything from them. As for you, owners of Joye, you are a crook and have no concern for putting someone on the road in a dangerous truck and not taking it back. No I didnt buy a car from you but I was with the guy who did. If it were me youd see me in court. Read the reply and theres no way you showed him the damage. The mechanics said no one should drive it because it would cause a wreck!

I MYSELF PURCHASED A CAR FROM THEM AND BEING A SINGLE PARENT WHO KNOWS A LITTLE ABOUT CARS, I TRY TO PRAY ABOUT EVERYTHING AND MAKE SURE I PURCHASE A CAR THAT WILL BENEFIT ME AND MY FAMILY. MY REVIEW IS FROM WHEN I PURCHASED MY CAR YEARS AGO AND ITS STILL GOING STRONG. YES I BROUGHT USED AND AS IS BUT I CAN HONESTLY SAY IT WASNT UNTIL 2019, WHEN I HAD AN ISSUE, THATS TO BE EXPECTED THE YEAR AND PLUS ITS THINGS THAT PROBABLY NEEDED CHANGE BECAUSE IT NEVER WAS. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THIS BUSINESS TO TWO PEOPLE ONE PERSON still haveTHEIRS I forgot Why THE OTHER DIDNT BUY. I KNOW ITS NOT ABOUT CREATING LONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS ITSABOUT THE $$$ And THE SALE BUT I WOULDNT have put them in that group to do that. Im a little scared now to go back to purchase another. 2021-07-30Only reason I’m given the one star is because of the customer service they had good customer service but they did nothing to help me I bought a 2013Kia Optima and not even 3 months later the car just cut off on me in the middle of the highway I also hadMy kids with me I got the car towed to another place but they offered to get it picked up to have their mechanic look at because they said the other guys were no good. It took them almost 2 weeks just to tell me it was my motor when I’m sure they knew that all along in that time I had work they did nothing not even provide a car for me to ride in for the 2 weeks while they were supposedly working on my car overall that was a horrible buy and horrible experience for me never again

2021-12-01Never again will I go back to these con artist they sold me truck as is and never told me about the transmission issues that were going on in the truck and when I called them to see if they could fix it for me and they told me once it leaves the lot is no longer their problem.... So now Im sitting here with a truck that I only had for 2 months and the transmission is gone already... Worst car lot ever

2021-03-16I would honestly have no other used car lot I would recommend but Joye Motors. They work with people and they care about trying to help people! I have purchased several used cars from them. After reading some of the bad reviews all I have to say is you bought a USED car for Pete sake... how are they responsible for something going wrong months later? Go here first when looking for a deal!

2019-09-23Honest, trustworthy, friendly, take time to fit you with a product that meets what you need on a budget you can afford. They dont hold back your buying a used car, instead they insure the car is clean and will get you reasonable use. It not a new car folks, and they have taken the time to fix most problems that come with a car. They market to a segment of people who need transportation but cant afford the new car prices. If you go and talk with them I think you will find a hard working staff who takes care of you. Please dont buy from them if you know you are going to default on your loan. It hurts other people that try want help. They finance and service your loan as well. In this day and age many cars have to be repossessed because of customers who are less than honest with there ability to buy. But JOYEs Lot will work even with those people. their ethics are sound and there word is reliable.

2022-02-01I just move to Georgia been here like six months my car I have it broke down so I call them because they have a buy here pay here the guy who answer the phone I ask him the requirements to purchase one of they cars he tell me we only doing credit no in house finance so I say find I have the credit and my sister will co sign with because I’m co-sign on her car so I can’t go to a big dealer which the car they had was basically 7,000 I was going to put 4,000 down he rudely said nope we can’t help you bad for business

2020-09-04I bought a 2008 GMC Acadia from Joye & exactly 6 months & 5 days later it blew a rod & my motor is gone. I called them to see if they could help me, they said they’d help price wise on a motor and or parts, but they have given me the same price as every mechanic I’ve spoken to. Very disappointed. I really liked the car.& the oil was changed 2x once at jiffy lube & once myself & it was checked before this so oil wasn’t a factor
