Family friendly but dang! Please fix the games! They have made enough money and should consider expanding the game room, it is over crowded.and not enough games for kids and adults to play. If a bigger spot comes into town,.they will be in trouble.
Although I am not the most talented bowler, I appreciate Junction Lanes. It is a great place to spend time with your friends and family either at the arcade, bowling lanes, or mini golf course. If you ever have a day off, this is the place to be.
Spur of the moment idea on our business trip to the area! Only 20 min away from our motel (which was horrible) but this place has it all for family fun!!! Our 5 year old didnt want to leave!!!
Staff is extremely unprofessional and rude! I came in and walked to the . I stood there and watched the employees let person after person walk in front of me and be helped all while never acknowledging me. I finally said something and was given dirty looks from the employee.
Gotta give this one 5 stars. It’s got a pretty cool arcade, mini golf and bowling. The mini golf is indoors and under black lights. The arcade has new games and they are pretty decently maintained. I did not bowl or use the food court but those were also available. The only negative is the mini golf is pretty basic and it’s only 9 holes so the games go by pretty fast. Other than that it was a good time for my kid.
Junction lanes in newnan is trash!! Customer service is garbage. Employees are rude. The machines take your money and don’t work. Someone stole our 900 token ring that my son worked hard at getting in the giant claw machine. I spent a lot of money on that machine. It was his birthday and he was heart broken. We spoke to an employee about it and the manager was right there and he just ignored us while the employee smiled and said unfortunately we can’t do anything about it. We will never spend our money here ever again! These people are heartless and just nasty!
Junction Lanes Family Entertainment. Located off of Hwy 34 and Shenandoah Blvd in Newnan GA. Arcade, bowling and laser tag are most popular activities. Onsite bar and cafeteria. Usually packed over weekends and popular times. Recommend reservations if you are visiting in large groups or do not want to wait.
Dont waste your money here. The staff was rude and seemed incredibly inconvenienced at any concerns of things not working.Their game cards werent working, and they refused to switch them out. Half the arcade games didnt work or didnt work with the card we received and added money on.Also, if you are going to limit the amount of people in the game prize room, there should be a sign instead of your employees shooing people out the door saying their are people in front of you, with no mention of limiting guests.Rude staff waste of time and money. Go elsewhere, even for bowling. Not worth the hassle.
I love this place, it’s got everything you need. So kid friendly, my toddlers love it! The staff is always nice and accommodating, we’ve never had a problem thus far and we’ve been going here for 4 years. Definitely recommend!
Had a wonderful experience. Customer service was top notch and Melanie at the bar is a star; great attitude, friendly demeanor and a Customer service spirit. Definitely will come back again.

My family and I went to celebrate my Daughters Birthday and traveled over 35 miles. We were greeted by awesome staff. I must say Bob is definitely a keeper he made our first time experience absolutely wonderful. From bowling, to miniature golf, to the food and drinks everything was awesome. We will definitely be showing our support.
Prices are reasonable and affordable. Very entertaining. Love this place. A weekend getaway with friends and family. Very helpful staff. Police are around for your safety.
This arcade is mediocre at best, the only good choices imo were the racing games.I know they can get away with it because this is the only arcade in Coweta county.This could never rival the arcades I grew up with in New Jersey (e.g.; Casino Pier and Jenkinsons).On a side note, the concession stand was surprisingly good.
Called ahead and was told they charge by the hour, arrived and was told there was a 1.5 hour wait. Signed up for the list, asked where if we could play billiards while we waited and the gentleman behind the counter laughed at me and told me they don’t have billiards when it’s openly advertised that they do. We hung out in the parking lot and came back once I received a text saying our lane was ready, waited again in line to get to the counter for another 40 minutes. Once we reached the counter I told them we’d been notified that our lane was ready but because we’d had to wait 40 minutes in line the man told us “that he’d cancelled the reservation because we hadn’t arrived back in time”. When I tried to explain that we’d arrived in time and had just been waiting in line, showing them the text saying our lane was ready the man behind the counter snatched my phone aggressively from me and tried to argue that the text wasn’t from junction lanes. After arguing for 10 minutes he snidely said to the woman at the computer to “just put them on a lane”. Once we got to the point of paying I was informed that I would be paying per game, which wasn’t what I was told over the phone, the woman proceeded to tell me that I was wrong. Eventually I just paid for 2 games for me and everyone in my party. Long story short, for my very first experience at this bowling alley I don’t believe I’ll be back, I’m very flabbergasted at the way we were treated and I won’t be recommending them to anyone.
The kids LOVED this place! They also have bowling lanes but we decided to do the mini golf. It is indoors and dark with black lights and they give you 3D glasses which heightens the experience! It was great fun! They offered a score card too which made for more friendly competition. They also have an arcade section with a variety of games to choose from. There is an ATM inside the facility as well in case anyone wants to know.
Great place. The bowling is in great condition, food was great, service was great and newly renovated arcade area with modern wall climb area and bumper cars was exceptional. A great value.
They were clean and friendly the only reason 4 star and not 5 was the Putt-Putt course could have been better but overall was a great experience

We arrived at like 7:30ish all we did was ask for help cause game card weren’t working it was our first time lady at the front desk name BRANDI was extremely rude to me and my family treated us very bad was rude and we told her if she didn’t like her job to not come to work she shouldn’t be treating her customers this way is not our fault that she’s mad not ever goin back it’s not okay to treat people this way we just wanted to have fun that’s it but anyone who wants to go here don’t I recommend to just go to a different bowling alley before y’all get into an arguments with this lady BRANDI WHOS EXTREMELY RUDE THE OWNER NEEDS TO FIRE HER FOREAL this place just need new employees with good attitudes.

Second time visiting, February 19th we only visited the gameroom it was fun but the bowling 🎳was off the chain ⛓will be returning soon with my one bad leg from a stroke in 2019 I was a little bit worried, ashamed but not any more my confidence is getting better not really worrying what other people think
I made reservations to this place and not anywhere on the website did it say how much it would cost and come to find out for 2 hours of play time for just my daughter and I was going to be 171 dollars which is absolutely ridiculous so I tried to cancel it and they still charged me the whole 171 dollars I guess in Newnan they assume you just have the money to blow I would not recommend this place at all

A fun place for kids and adults with bowling, arcade games, mini golf and cute bumper cars.. bring money becuase the games are more pricey, its a fun time even for an hour or two with the kids.
I bring my son here all the time, great place to bowl. Last time I went the cafe worker had a temper tantrum when I walked up to order food.
Loved it, so much. Every person in our 9 person group had a blast and even wanted to return the same night after dinner. The arcade was fun although we were cheated by more than 1 game stealing our credits- it was not enough to alert management nor to spoil our fun. The prices are high but we were a party of 9, and would- no, will- do it again. The bowling was amazing. We came to celebrate my daughters birthday, and her main want was mini golf, but unfortunately it is closed until late May. Luckily, she found a love for bowling!
Very fun and fairly affordable family fun! Bowling, put-put golf, bumper cars, and a full on arcade/game room with ticket prizes. Great concessions area too that offers pizza, hot wings, chicken strips, chicken wraps, fries, salads, Icee, and other beverages... a sports bar across from concessions that offer alcoholic beverages as well. Make sure to check Groupon for deals.
The golfing was fun liked the neon lights but the speakers are loud and gliched alot
Had a great time bowling with friends. The staff is friendly, especially Hunter who helped fix the frames when our game quit out on us. I appreciate his exceptional customer service and friendliness. 5/5!
Great bowling alley, good bar food, and a nice beer selection.Updated: The kitchen needs to prioritize quick service food vs food that needs to be cooked. If it’s quick service, nachos, hot dogs, etc. serve those items at the time of ordering. An hour for simple food is unacceptable and it’s not rocket science to fix. Update your process please.

Bowling was good but the food takes FOREVER! Took almost an hour to get our wings. Also, if youre wanting to get a soda, buy it from the drink machine on the end opposite of the bar and kitchen, MUCH cheaper!

Great atmosphere and kids love it BUT stop quietly jacking up prices on beer and food. Since we’ve joined league less than a year ago it’s been ridiculous how many times we’ve seen the prices of our weekly bought items go up. The one lady that works in the food area is extremely unfriendly but I know it’s hard to find good help. And we know you keep going up on food and beer so you can’t say you haven’t. Hard to not notice when you are there every week.
Good lanes. Several types of non-tandard games (5 frame single throw, for example). Good food/drink choices. Can have a lot of people there without feeling crowded.
If youre reviewing this place under 4 stars, its probably not anything wrong with the staff or facilities: ITS YOU. Customer service is a two way street!This is the nicest center Ive ever been bowling in the southeast and Im so lucky to live 10 minutes away. Never ever had a sore interaction with staff here and the restrooms are immaculate.
It was going really smooth and I was enjoying myself until the bowling lane would not reset the pins. It got fixed just to break back down minutes later. The lane next to us also broke while we were there. Would have been a really great time without the breakdowns.

This place is very kid friendly.My oldest is 23yrs old.He had a blast here.All of the staff are very helpful and have great manners.Customer service is a plus!Its a great place to take your kids..from 2-23yrs old.lol!Its a fun place to go!The prices for things arent bad either.You will regret it if you pass this stop up for another venue.
We arrived at 1130 in the morning and there were several lanes open. I asked for two games and was promptly told no I can give you one by an older lady who wouldnt tell me why. It was my 74 year old fathers first time bowling. I paid for the one game, left and found a better more accommodating bowling center to spend my money.
A little expensive to bowl but its fun, they do a good job, food is inexpensive and they have a fun arcade and mini golf.

Food was good, but we were told at 2:30 PM it would be a 2 hour wait. At 5PM we were told it would be another hour wait. 4 lanes opened in front of us and 3 other families were able to come in and play right in front of us. But that was after the lanes were open for about 45 minutes with no one on them. The employee argued with my father-in-law about how long we had been on the list and told, It wouldnt be much longer. They had to clean birthday lanes and we would be on them. That was an hour ago.....
Since we were the only ones in the mini golf area we asked them to turn down the dinosaur noise. They told a child and the aunt of that autistic child no, and did nothing. We were trying to spend time with out of town family, and could not have a conversation to save our life. However, it’s a perfect place if you don’t want to talk to the people you are playing with. :(
Had such a great time . My friend and I bought a Groupon deal which was a lot cheaper than how much they charge . Great vibes . We went around 5, not a lot of people. Bob at the first desk was awesome . Such a bright soul. Food slappppppppppppped. Wings was on point okay ?

The staff has always been friendly and very helpful. Everything is nice and clean. The concession area and the restrooms are clean and the customer can feel good about either one of them.Some bowling alleys are just nasty and I wouldnt eat anything from there or use their restrooms, but this place isnt like that at all.The customers are all pretty much families and everyone is really nice.Its a good all around atmosphere.We have a good time every time we go.I recommend this place on rainy days when you need some indoor fun.You will have a good time!
Really nice bowling alley and extensive arcade. We also played mini golf and the course was pretty nice but too small. It used to be a full 18 hole course when it was on the opposite side of the building, but now its only 9 holes. Also, the dinosaur sounds that they play in the minigolf course are WAY to loud. Its really hard to talk to other people.
Midnight bowling is always fun! The employees are all eager to assist and the food is pretty good for a bowling alley lol. The bar doesnt have liquor but beer is abundant!

Huge disappointment this evening. Had signed up for kidsfree bowl summer special. Was told an hour wait. Waited one hour and half and then told another 20 minutes. I walked up and down the lanes every 20 to 30 minutes and noticed each time 4 to 5 tables empty. Brought to attendant and was told we are doing our best. When my party first arrived lane 1 was unoccupied for 30 minutes. Not very efficient perhaps managememt needs to clarify if you purchase the kidsbowlfree that you will be pushed down the wait list. Paying customers coming in get first priority. Been a long time customer and have had several kids parties and functions held at this venue. Will have to think twice next opportunity. Fast forward one hour later. We are 3/4 into bowling our first game. The same attendant that stated we are doing our best comes to inform us due to closing in the next 30 minutes we would not be able to bowl another game. Even though as adults we paid regular price for our games no refund was issued even though we paid for 2 games. This is Unacceptable! At this point they have lost a loyal customer.

Nice place and good food. I had Lemon pepper bone in wings and they were delicious. Lane was broke for a few minutes but they were quick and friendly while fixing it.
The games are overpriced, the service is super slow at the concessions. The mini golf is very small and the Jurassic Park theme is just very lame. Dont even try to get a drink at the bar the bartender is extremely rude and slow just to be slow like shes doing you a favor to get you a beer. Go somewhere else and dont waste your time.
Love Junction Lanes! My wife and I love to play the arcade games and the bowling is always fun. Affordable prices for the concessions and lots of draft beer available as well. We go here a lot for date nights. Its a lot of fun!

It was supposed to be a fun family gathering but once all the competitive it emotions got involved it quickly became a house divided sore losers highly recommend any other family take the time to spend time enjoy your 👪.
Wonderful bowling! My family and I have had wonderful times here. Some of the food is a little overpriced in my opinion. But overall it is a family friendly place! The employees have been super nice. All other activities are fun too!

Absolutely horrible!!! We were told 2 1/2-3 hour wait for a lane and when we went and checked to see how much longer it would be after waiting a little over 2 1/2 hours we were told it would be about 45mins-1hour longer which we said ok we would continue to wait. We go back to check an hour and a half later to only be told that there was 9 people ahead of us and that it would be a longer wait still, so instead of saying that in the first place we waited almost 4 hours on a table we wouldnt receive before closing more than likely and the staff was extremely rude about it and had 0 to no empathy about it. Its unfortunate considering Junction Lanes is the only good entertainment place in Newnan until now. If we ever return to this place it will only be for the arcade. So upsetting at how last night went considering we have been going for years and never had this experience until the current staff.

Bowling was good and uneventful as it should be, miniature golf was difficult. The 3-D is fun to see, but black floors made it very difficult to try to hit the ball towards the hole.
Over priced. Food is mediocre at best. Supposed to close at 11 yet at 10:30 shut all the arcade games down even though we were actively spending money (and another couple was as well). I think what they really mean is the employees leave at 11 therefore they shut down early disregarding customers or money to be made.

Very expensive, food was not very good , bumper cars were not running on a Friday midday glow golf was to expensive. If you are going to charge a family of 5 almost $100.00 every thing should be included in the price except for the arcade and food . You would generate a lot more income that way
Rachel is a goddess. She should have a statue erected in her name out side junction lanes. It should read: All who pass should kneel in my presence. She is and was fantastic and so knowledgeable about her beers and her work.
I generally like coming here with our kid. The lady that worked the restaurant side. At this exact moment. Is absolutely horrible. Glad she was willing to get off her phone to attempt to enter our order in. We’re going to plan to eat first from now on or find a different arcade. This is the 2nd that this has happened in a row.

My daughter seemed 2 have a great time here. Theres more to do than just bowling. Also have pool tables & putt-putt too. My daughter met her dad there & I felt more than comfortable leaving her there for a evening of fun with him. It sits back off the main highway so its kinda secluded, meaning not very crowded. That i could tell anyway (for a Sunday night). Seems like a good place for teens to hang out or for a family to spend time together.

I had such a wonderful time. Bowling was fun, and the food was good. After bowling, we went to the arcade where I purchased four game cards, but only received two. After reporting the incident to the staff, it was quickly taken care of and I was able to get my missing cards replaced.
Family oriented fun. Prices arent bad. And the food is really good! Better than I expected. They also serve beer and wine for the adults who need a little wind down 😉 but no liquor/mixed drinks.
A decent place for taking out the family. If the food was better, and pricing was a bit more fair; Id have given it 5 stars. The golf is spectacular fun. The arcade is great. Even the 🎳 bowling is awesome. Always a clean establishment.

This place and the people are awesome! Visiting from West Coast and so happy to have an all in one family ent center where my teenaged son and young daughter could all have a great time. We didn’t bowl, but hit the spooky indoor glow golf, the massive arcade with many different sports, midway type and video games with a great prize room, and visited the full service restaurant with a bar on the other side. Games are a great value as well, and $10 buys a good bit of fun for two kids, rather than the 2 minutes you get at a Dave n Busters type place before everyone is asking for $$$$ again. Very clean and neat, and All the staff were happy, polite and helpful making it a great few hours on a rainy summer late afternoon. Thanks JL and hope to visit again soon!
One of the people, zander, tried his best to help. Everyone else didnt seem to care I was having to make 6 trips back and forth to different lanes and the desk carrying an infant and with 3 year old in tow. Didnt even tell me bumpers were broken on the first lane until after I got it all set up and went back twice with the kids to tell them it wasnt working. Food was good, and the food people were nice
Me & my family had a Blast tonight in the arcade .even tho most of the games was broken 😞 & , until we decided to go bowling . The blonde hair older looking lady who was working the counter was kinda disrespectful & rude her attitude & body language told a lot . She even had a problem with us switching out shoes for bigger sizes & etc

Wow , they have really outdid themselves. It looks completely different from when I went in there last. Completely updated their arcade games and kitchen and mini golf. Everything looks great in there!
Would have given it a 5 star if the attendant cleaning tables didnt come over and falsely accuse my niece for using the wrong ball. Especially when the desk had point out to him prior to coming over that it was another girl 2 lanes down.
Great place for a rainy day. Make sure you call ahead Ive the busy weekends. Kids had a blast with the glow in the dark mini golf. We first thought we would bowl but all lanes were full with Birthday parties. I would love to go again and try out the food and bowling with the kids. Im expecting it will be fun and a great time as a family.
Seriously awesome arcade. Very spacious, very clean, new games, kind staff, the cosmic bowling is awesome. Options for kiddos with bumpers and ball guides. The kids loved it. Fun prizes for the kids to win. I like that they use game cards to keep up with tickets. Not having to walk around with pockets full of tokens is nice. We love Junction Lanes!

Man I had so much fun there. I took my two teens and we had a doggone good time. And I smashed them bowling. But they got me back at the putt putt.
Went for a team outing and enjoyed our time playing. The facility was clean and the food was reasonably priced. My only complaint is the staff. From the ladies at the counter giving us our shoes to the ladies at the food court. They ALL acted as if we were ruining their day because they were at work. Not a single smile from any of them. Blank stares and never a hi, how can I help you? Just staring and waiting for us to ask them for help. Find a job where you dont have to talk to people if you hate dealing with.....people! If not for them, I highly recommend. Hopefully they wont be there if you choose to go. This was on a Tuesday around 3:00 if that helps.
They just renovated the inside of the facility. VERY NICE! The arcade is new and exciting! They have a little area for bumper cars, rock climbing, and putt putt on the way!!! Not to mention a fully stocked bar for the grown folk!!! Great place for a family to get out and have some fun!
I havent bowled in nearly 15 years! Got a wild hair and went tonight....by myself! The first 2 games were so fun, I paid for 2 more. Last game was a respectable 155! Awesome! Go bowling!

Nice fun for families. All ages (5 +). Theres bowling, mini golf, arcade, billiards and small restaurant. Eats are very reasonable $2 up. We used groupons which only cost $10 per person. Easy access from parking, very busy on weekends, call ahead to reserve lanes.
We had our boys birthday party there today and we couldnt be more impressed!!! Extremely accommodating and well thought out. They had everything ready and waiting for our arrival. They had bowling pins custom decorated for both our boys along with plates, napkins, cups, and balloons. Pizza, drinks, and tokens came with it too!!! Can not beat the price for everything included. Not to mention our boys said it was the best party yet!! Winning all around!!! Thank you Junction Lanes!
I have been coming here for probably 15 years and it is one of the best places in Newnan to go to. Everyone here is respectful, and work hard to keep the lanes working. Leagues here are awesomely organized. If you ever want to bowl on a league, I recommend Thursday night. Janice, youre awesome!
Ever since the upgrades were implemented, this bowling alley is a great place to come with the family or even on a date night. Lots of new arcade games, a bar area & restaurant. We love coming here now. Definitely needed this new change.
Good bowling alley with average food options. Price is usually higher during weekends & Holidays but not crazy high. Great price on weekdays! Advanced reservation is definitely expensive. That said, most lanes are good and have decent seating area by the lane. They also have ATM, arcade, Pro Bowling store and also serve alcohol on premises. Food is not expensive but also at the same time is average BUT we dont go here for food and bowling is always a fun experience here. I will keep coming back.
We had to wait three hours to bowl and that was just too long, I gave them three stars because the games were good and also the service and food. Although it took awhile for our food
Nice birthday gift for my wife. Bowling was awesome! Would not recommend Putt Putt for little kids, its pretty scary in there 😬 But overall very nice experience 😀
The indoor mini golf is really cool and the kids love it! The arcade is ok, could have better games and maybe not so high ticket prize options. We definitely drive this far for the mini golf for sure. Staff is friendly. Also has separate game area in the bar area so adults can have their space as well. I havent gotten to utilize that yet due to the kids but I think the option is great.
This spot is great fun to bring the kids for off the wall fun. Bowling, arcade, indoor blacklight neon mini golf, and food.Bowling is basic, a bit old school, but very functional and well maintained lanes. Good pro shop on premises open 6 day’s a week.Food isn’t going to bowl you over but it’s pretty good, on par with other bowling alleys.Parking is plentiful, well-lit, but the whole place is set back from the road, a bit secluded. Right next door is an older AMC movie theatre and nearby there are a couple bars. After dark the area’s vibe takes a more adult turn.Staff is friendly and the whole place is clean. It’s usually busy Friday and Saturday nights so reserve lanes and show up on time. Sunday’s are easier to get a lane just as a walk in.League days and nights are impossible to get a lane as this is a popular league alley.
We had lots of fun doing family bowling, however the service there is just TERRIBLE!! The employees are not in the least bit welcoming or friendly. They dont say Hello, how may I help you or whatever when you approach them. They just stare at you very awkwardly until you tell them what it is that you need & then they go get it. 🤦🏾♀️
Arrived later than expected...only 45 minutes until closing. The management encouraged us to stay and play one game even though we were obviously debating it due to the time. We did finish our game literally 2 minutes before closing time. They helped us replace bowling balls, etc without making us feel like we were imposing. Very professional staff... Fun family time celebrating our twins 16th birthday. We will be back.
The bowling and glow in the dark putt putt were fun but the bathrooms were horrendous! Some of the sinks didnt work and two of the toilets were overflowed. When I payed for my shoes and bowling I was not looked at but once nor smiled at and this was the manager! The food is super overpriced and while we were bowling we were being rushed by the employees to finish up our bowling game which had 7 more minutes on it because they wanted to clean our lane to close up even though they closed in 20 minutes! Then while I was in the arcade I went to redeem my tickets 10 minutes before close and the tennager employees turned off the machines because they didnt want to empty the ticket machine again. I have gone here several times to bowl but the employees need to improve their customer service. Its sad this is the only bowling alley in the area.
Had a lot of fun. Golf could have had a few more holes and a little less music. Arcade games were fun especially the VR one. Food was decent too. Did get a chance to bowl though.
Great atmosphere everything was very clean and nice. We went for cosmic bowling last week and was told it started at 9, I ended up having to ask (around 11:00) about the cosmic bowling to see if maybe my family was told the wrong time or maybe wrong day but the women helping replied to my question with I guess I could start it and seemed very annoyed with my question. We had gone that day for the cosmic bowling with the assumption that it would be on the whole time and not have to ask for it. Food was just ok for the price but they have a great deal on beer! Would definitely go back, just hope I dont receive the same amount of attitude.
Had lots of fun bowling. The facility has been remodeled There is a huge arcade area with bumper cars and various games like driving, basketball, ect. There is still the restaurant and bar and pool table. Had a Groupon for 5 to bowl with shoes for 2 hours for 25.00. Great deal. Definitely going back...
If I could give negative stars i would!! Went out with friends and family for a late Valentines day celebration, we found an awesome deal on Groupon for bowling and Putt-Putt and thought it would be Fun, from the moment we got there we were treated like garbage. Every person we talked to at this establishment was rude! While waiting for 2 hours for bowling (there were free lanes that were not being touched at all so Im not sure why we had to wait so long) they tried to lie to us about using our Groupon deal that included drinks and told us we had to go up front to use it when we were at the little grill place, we kept receiving dirty looks from the staff . And was hassled every time we tried to use our deal. One lady behind the counter kept giving us death stares and got an attitude any time we had to talk to her, every employee looked miserable! We decided we would like some alcohol to make our night a bit better and when we walk up to the counter to order we are greeted with an eye roll and the words What do YOU want!?! We went to the Putt-Putt area and received an attitude from the guy that gave us our golf balls. Our over all experience was horrible, the staff is rude and completely unfriendly, they have absolutely NO customer service. We will not be back. Because of their rudeness this establishment lost 6 good paying customers. This place was also filthy, nasty sticky stuff on counters, puddles of liquid on the floors and counters, toilet paper on the floors, no paper towels and all soap dispensers were broken. This place is a joke.
Good place to spend an hour or two with kids, or to have fun indoors on a hot or rainy day. Friendly staff, clean facility and fair prices. Bowling, indoor mini-golf, & arcade with ticket based prizes. Has reasonable concession area with tables and a bar. Have bowled here several times and everything went smoothly. Only issue Ive had is hard finding bowling balls with large enough finger holes, and some of the balls are a bit beat up. They have lighter weight balls behind counter for kids, which is nice. Will be back!

Oh my goodness so fun we were going to do put put golf but there was a 45 minute wait due to COVID and we were so tired we just wanted to get home but we will definitely be going back
Enjoyed the indoor Glo minature golf! No long walk, compact. Can use 3-D glasses or not! We enjoyed it without them all 18 holes. Some of the holes were difficult in the low lighting! We liked it so much, we came back and played again the next day of Spring Break. Also, enjoyed the arcade! They have bowling also. A snack bar with large slushy drinks that we enjoyed! Had regular snack foods available.

Pretty fun arcade, and bowling is always a classic. We brought little ones and staff put up the bumpers, had smaller balls, and a ramp for them to join in the fun. The prizes at the arcade were pretty good too.

Very unorganized and mishandled. Paid deposit in person for birthday party for my grand children and made all arrangements and pre ordered pizzas and drinks .When we arrived they did not have any records of our reservation then put us in the same spot another birthday party was which caused massive confusion as the gifts were all put together so had to make sure we got the correct gifts their party was set for a hour after ours then they got our food and drinks and when we got ours the guests for both parties ended up eating form both parties. They should have put 1 party at each end of the alley to avoid this issue imagine your 5 years old and 12 years old and its dark just how confusing that it is for the kids and the adults. They provide you with a bowling pen for the childs guests can sign we had 2 children that it is their birthday so each should have gotten their own pen but was told the 2 children will have to share 1 pen or we will have to pay for one for the other child....My advice is make sure to request that you not be put with another party make sure your several lanes away and call a day before to reconfirm your reservation and go over all the details. I gave it 1 star only because it wont allow you to post without one
Junction Lanes is a great place to have fun. Its great for birthday parties and family events. The service is awesome no issues. I would have gave them 5 stars if their prices were lower.
Our family had a great time doing the black light putt-putt course. It was a great way to cool off during a hot summer day. The bowling lanes looked clean and well-maintained also, but we didnt bowl this time. Friendly, young staff too.
New Upgrades and I love them. They have a new arcade, rock climbing, bumper cars, and a new mini golf course.The only negative I saw was the food took forever to get out.
We did the groupon. And it was definitely worth it we would certainly buy again. I would call ahead of time just to make sure an event or special isnt running. Friendly staff clean establishment. Worth the money the golf is a little challenging on some of the holes and we chose not to wear the 3d glasses trust us lol.
I paid $180 for a birthday party package. I got 2 inedible pizzas, 2 lanes to bowl on for an hour, 2 pitchers of soda, 10 shoe rentals, and some game tokens. The package was Wirth Les than half of what I paid. On one lame there were 6 of us bowling. We ran out of time as we were starting the 10th frame. I asked for the lane to be turned back on for like 10 minutes for us to finish the game. The only option the manager would give me was to pay for another whole hour for $20. I didnt want am hour, I wanted less than 10 minutes. You would think that for what I paid the manager could have turned the lane on four us to finish the game instead of pissing me off. I understand that the business is open to make money, but Im pretty sure an extra 10 minutes of bowling wouldnt have sent them into bankruptcy. And it would have gotten them a better rating from me. The food was so bad we had to go out and eat after we left. If you are planning on buying the birthday party package be prepared to feel like you got a terrible return on your investment.
The new arcade is amazing!! Bartenders are some of the worst ive ever seen and all you have to do is pour beer and be nice. Im in the service buisness so its cringy to experience the social awkwardness rhat is the staff.. but they are all young.. dont know why that should matter but now a days it does. Outside of staff..5 stars.
Always fun. Staff is friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that Id like a little warming before the lights go off for Cosmic Bowling. Its a little disorienting to be in the middle of a throw when the lights go off. Also, it would be great if they had a few more light balls with bigger finger holes. Not everyone who needs a light ball is under 10.

The games were really fun
The wait time for a Saturday night was short. For one adult and two children with shoe rental was $45.00 ish for three games. The food was below average. The staff were distracted. The atmosphere was friendly and fun. I wouldve like to have seen more games to challenge each other and less ticket redeeming games. The prizes were subpar by far- mostly candy.
Great place to bring the family. Something here for everyone. Bowling, games, blacklight putt-putt golf, ect. plus there has been great renovations completed recently. Weve been here many times, always good with no problems at all.
Very pricey, needs a deep clean. The updated computers are nice and helpful people up front. Charged us for the kiddy ramp after we spent a small fortune on the bowling was too much.
Ordered french fries 2 hours later still no small fries checked several times was told my order wasnt ready, then sent my husband to just get my money back and they said they called number 5 times which was not true, otherwise had a great time just need to eat before I go
Everyone at Junction Lanes is friendly and helpful. Bowlapalooza is a great deal. Even if youre not a regular bowler, its a good way to get in some exercise. I visited the snack bar and had a grilled chicken salad and was pleased with its quality.
We left like we didnt belong. They was watching us like why are they in here. The customer service was very poor and racist. I hate I even took my kids their. To celebrate their achievement with school and going to the next grade. I hope the general manager Candi Ciminnisi does something about that. It one of her manager at that. Im rating this very poor.
Absolutely love this place we have been twice. The kids loved it. If u go u have to eat there too. Their burgers are so good. The staff is all friendly and very helpful.

The arcade is a great place for the young and old. Bowling is extremely enjoyable, here. Plus, the food is good, and theres a bar for the legal crowd.
This place was clean, lots of fun, food was fine for the kind of location. My only suggestion is to redo the mini golf, make it a bright, fun place, and lower the volume. A good place to go for a fun evening, well be back!

Bowling/Golf is fun. Only complaint would be the fact that they cram everyone together on the lanes. They were multiple open lanes but we were put on a lane between a bunch of teens and another family. My family consists of two young children and it was hard to bowl next to the teens.
Lanes are okay, but should probably be oiled more often . All the balls are scuffed and need maintenance. But they have a nice bar, and food is good. Im an adult that has a weak spot for arcades, and they have a galaga machine. I love playing on a real cabinet.
Ok place. Terrible staff member ruined the experience. Came for 3D glow in the dark mini golf. Costs $17 for a couple to play. Sydney waited til we had paid to tell us they didnt have any 3D glasses.... which is the entire point! She stared at us blankly and finally went to the main counter who handed her a big stack of the glasses. They have the glasses, Sydney just cant be bothered to go get them. No apologies, no thank yous, nothing but an irritated look. My wife says this is the second time shes been treated this way and its unacceptable even once. Bad attitudes ruin the fun and this girl radiates bad attitude. Please fix the attitude or dont come to work.
My bowling league is at this bowling alley. Staff is friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that most nights at least a few lanes mess up in some way or another. But it is usually fixed fairly fast.
Player card wasnt working asked Pebbles at counter for help she had a horrible attitude from the moment we walked up to the counter. She did not seem to comprehend that the card was working and then just stopped working. We tried it on 4 different machines and attempted to check it at the self service machine before we bothered her.I wont be back without a sincere apology from Pebbles in person. She is not a good representative for the company.
Wow! I could not believe what my little and big kids were exposed to tonight. Complete nudity frontal on the 20 tv screens. I asked sales girl, Ashley, to simply change the channel. She acted annoyed that I interrupted her conversation with her boyfriend (I assume). She told me, with an attitude (while laughing and slowly walking) she couldn’t control the what was on the tv. As she fumbled around with remote I asked her again to please hurry as it was extremely graphic. She responded, “ I don’t have to do anything I don’t want to do”. Really?! Wow. Great customer service. Side note: the entire place was filled with children average age of 12. Unacceptable!!!Manager did apologize and simply changed the channel.
Their website says that people spend 1-3 hours here and thats not a joke! Its because they do not follow through with the estimated wait times. I realize the day 45 minutes to an hour but after an hour and a half and still are told theres another 35 minutes to an hour. Thats a bit off AND the customer service is HORRIBLE!!! A snappy Im doing the best I can in an I dont care attitude doesnt cut it! I ask for the manager and she says shes the manager when I ask for the owners name Im told Ryan . Ryan who? Nope wont tell you she just gives me a card to another manager! If there was a lower rating than 1 star thats what Id give

Love $1 bowl night. Good family fun. Arcade could be better. It was good but dont like the card method.
Always a hit or miss place. Like the remodel but the lanes are either really clean or really dirty. Food and drink are good, but having to fetch it yourself is lame. Lane service is again great or horrible. Certain ball sizes can be hard to find and the lanes themselves usually are not reliable.
We had a birthday party here today for my nephew. When we got there everything was set up and ready to go. The pizza was good and the arcade was fun.

A little pricey, but you can pick up GROUPON package deals for great family fun! Excellent for birthday parties, they do not require you to buy their products to celebrate at this facility... for kids or adults. Lots of games to play besides bowling; they have putt-putt glow golf (kids love it), nice billard tables (very reasonable entertainment), arcade games (bring $$, kids can go wild!). Equipment always maintained. Clean grounds & plenty of parking, drive-up to front door for drop-off. Very clean inside, everythings well maintained, even restrooms in great condition. Tasty for fast food, even their cheap pizza & the burgers are best! Family-oriented entertainment; however, they do serve alcoholic beverages and have a bar area. Highly recommend Junction Lanes!My adult grandson & I used to make Monday night our billard night; my younger grandkids love Junction Lanes!
We were here Friday, March 18th. My wife fell while bowling and broke her ankle. The attendant came by and asked what happened. I explained that she had fallen and she thought she had broken something. The next question out of his mouth was, can we get her off the lane? Now she is laying there sweating and nauseous from mild shock, and their concern is that she is in the lane... They have no chairs that roll so we could move her around and offered no assistance what so ever. I understand its a bowling alley, but at least have some kind of compassion for people.
Great bowling. Place has been updated so a great place for family fun. They have all new shoes and plenty of bowling balls even 7 pound ones for little bowlers.
Not very happy . I just took my daughter there for the first time last night (12/11/15), woke up this morning to check on my bank statement. Only to find that I was double charged. They will be hearing a ear full at 9am this morning, and Ill take my business elsewhere.

Rude attendants and terrible serive. Cut our lanes off in the middle of a game and said we had too many people on the lane but we had receipts for every person that bowled. They refused to cut our lane back on. Awful service. DO NOT come here if you dont want to be ripped off. They were very disrespectful and one employee named Victoria told the manager named Bob that she would hit us. When we confronted Bob about the incident he claimed it never occurred. Junction Lanes is a very disrespectful establishment.

Awful customer service. The employees threaten several members of our group and one employee had to be held back by her manager because she was trying to get physical with us when we requested a refund. They cut our lane off during the middle of a game and this is why we wanted a refund. I would not recommend this bowling alley to anyone. A very unprofesional establishment.
The price on bolwing was affordable. However, I do not believe I witnessed a single smile on any of the employees I encountered. The saving grace of the review, 100 ounces of beer for $15
Pitiful customer service!!! We had a large group of 17 ppl and were told 6 ppl on 2 lanes and 5 on another. We were not aware it mattered what lane we put the ppl in. It was 6 on one, 5 on another & 6 on the other. The games were shut off on us early. & rather than correct the issue and let us bowl and finish the games we paid for, the manager/supervised wants to argue with us that we did it wrong? I am sorry we didnt know if paying for that many people it matters which lane has the least on it!!! Ridiculous!!! Also employee was heard telling the manager/superviser he needed to get over there before she hits someone!!! Very unprofessional and tacky way to run a business. Will never patrionage this establishment again nor recommend it!
This is called the only place around to bowl. They take a very no competition attitude. They treat league bowlers awful. Normally they are treated better than normal patrons, after all they are your regulars. If passing through save your time and money. Locals enjoy as this is the ONLY option around.
Took my nephews out to bowl and play some mini-golf. Enjoyed it a lot! Very polite and courteous staff, clean and well-maintained, with a variety of entertainment options.
I have been going here since I was a kid. Prices arent too bad and its always very clean. Also offers food and pool tables and mini golf. Great place for kids too.

All staff were friendly and helpful, and the rates for bowling were super reasonable - I would say better than most actually. The arcade is pretty large, and the games were fun. Would definitely recommend!

2022-06-06We always usually have a good time here but the staff is always pretty rude consistently. And especially the lady at the bar she has no sense of urgency whatsoever and always has an attitude. We have been coming here for over 2 years and usually come on a Sunday night and when we go and try to get a beer she’s usually just sitting down at the table on her phone and we are just standing at the bar like idiots and when she finally gets over there she gets snappy with us it’s just bad customer service and I work in customer service so I know. I let it slide if it’s once or twice because maybe she was having a bad day but it’s been consistent every single time we go there she’s just plain rude.

Its not just a bowling alley they also have glow in the dark Jurassic themed mini golf! Bumper cars! And lots of new arcade games! The place is very clean staff is young and fun! Very friendly environment they have food and a bar! I very much enjoy go the the Junction! They even have $1 games and $4 shoe rentals on Sunday nights!!

2022-03-14This review is for the arcade. The games are great but do malfunction a lot. The problem is the people attending to the games don’t seem to care and have an attitude when you ask for assistance. They act as if you are bothering them. This seems to be the case for the last few times we’ve been to visit. Then when they do assist you they ignore what your saying. Bad customer service when we spend a lot of money playing these games. Probably not going to return for a while.

Drawbacks: slow staff (particularly with food, the high school kids they have working there simply stood around and werent very attentive), and PRICEY. However, they often have Groupons, so always check there first before shelling out the big bucks to reserve a lane.

While working here years back, i had enter countered racist jokes from another co worker named Brandi at the time and Renee was just terrible. David as well was awful. I remember being asked racist stuff and also was treated unfairly and told I couldn’t have my phone out on breaks. Now years later big F to them 😂😂

2022-06-24Bowling is always fun with family and we gad a great time! Then o e of the lanes continued to mess up and not work. We paid for 2hrs and 45min of it was gone by the 5th time they tried to fix the lane. Turn out to be a bust.....
