I ordered the $14 poke bowl thinking it would be top quality for the price, but was disappointed. The portion size was small and the fish smelled fishy and definitely didnt taste fresh. Service also wasnt that great as it took a while for anyone to even speak to me. They seemed pretty disorganized.
I came in with a friend and her order was taken and the cashier went to the back and made her food (it took nearly 15 minutes) and came out multiple times and ignored me waiting at the register. After several minutes I told her I needed to order. She brought out my friends food before taking my order. Service was terrible. After receiving my food, Im extremely underwhelmed for the price. My vegan wrap is SO dry. And its missing avocado. And my smoothie is only so so. Do not recommend going here at all.
Shena Zellars is a fraud. I’ve been to this location multiple times and the customer service is outstanding! If anybody ever wants to do their research, just know that Shena Zellars is consistent complainer and and likes to make people feel bad probably because she is totally and completely unhappy with herself and her current lifestyle. I’m actually surprised that she knows what grass actually tastes like. She must be grazing land in her neighborhood to know about how grass Tastes. She doesn’t know who she is. Is she a goat or human? That is the question!!
First time trying this spot. Was craving something healthy, after a long day at work. I wasnt disappointed! Ordered online for Curbside pick up. My order was ready quickly. Boy that brought my order out to my car was friendly. I ordered the Turkey Combo, which consists of a Turkey Wrap, & a side - I got the hummus, & a Grounded smoothie. It was all delicious! The smoothie was especially good, tasted like a milkshake. The hummus was to die for, with all of its toppings- pickled red onions - yum! 😋 The Turkey Wrap wasnt spectacular, but it was good. Thought it needed more hummus inside, or a sauce of some kind. Maybe next time, Ill add a side on tahini for the wrap. It was a bit pricey, my order was a lil over $22 total. So I can only come here on special occasions, as I work a low paying retail job. Wish I could come here everyday though!!! Tysm for the wonderful dinner! ✌💜🌜
Ill be super honest, I’m vegan and I think the vegan wrap can be GREATLY improved— but for now, ask for extra tahini, mix it with salt and sriracha & you’ll be fine. I give this place 5 stars because my Power Iced Latte was amazing and so was Ashley! She was so incredibly nice, courteous, and helpful with the suggestions for improving the wrap. She even told me about the soup of the day & I may just come back to try it! Very happy I stopped by and happy that sweet and professional people like Ashley are employed at this location.My only request, add hummus to the vegan wrap— the portion size is phenomenal but my God I feel like a rabbit eating all that kale lol, Add hummus and tahini! FOR THE WIN!
In fairness, I’m giving 3 stars because I knew before going in that I wouldn’t be impressed, but y girlfriend is all about these kind of trendy places.My biggest complaint has to be with the $8.50-$9.00 juices. I understand that they are fresh and free of preservatives...still, that is too high.Everything there was too high for my taste.My tuna wrap was good, but nothing that I’d expect to pay extra for...this place is for many people, but certainly not for me.
A funky sleek cafe in upscale East Cobb’s “The Avenues”. Healthy fresh organic and raw foods. Definitely falls into the category of a super food cafe supporting healthy lifestyles. I got the Quinoa bowl and my friend got the Poke bowl and both were excellent. Wish they had later hours and a bigger cafe with a few more items.
This place is addictive, I could eat here almost everyday! I tried one of the shots with tumeric and whoaaaaa! I dont know if I just psyched myself into feeling better or what, but I definitely felt the difference! Love the smoothies; the grounded is my fave. Staff is friendly and helpful with any questions you have!

My wife placed a pick up order for my granddaughter this evening. I noticed a horrible odor as soon as she walked in the door and she advised that she smelled it as soon as she picked up the order. Upon examination,I wiped a liquid from the top of the passage and it smelled strongly of feces. Very distinct. Sadly, when I called the restaurant, they did not seem to be too concerned. The person I spoke with said, It sounds like something came in contact with the container that should have not been touching the container.
I love love love the Acai bowl, the avacado toast, and the juices.. thats all I eat because thats my favorite!!!! Place is very nice... nice place for brunch with your friends and a nice place to grab something healthy after a great workout!!! Or you can truly begin your healthy eating habits and stay in track... I love this place and I will recommend this place to everyone!!!!!
I saw another customer when I walked in had the duluxe açaí bowl , it looked good so I ordered it. When it came out they served it to me in a to go bowl and made it about half the size as the one I saw. Defiantly wasn’t worth the $12 I paid for.
The food was really good, very pricey, but good. The service, however, left something to be desired. Staff was not particularly friendly nor happy to be there, apparently. I and my daughter were the only customers in the place, but it still took a long time to get our food even though we didnt order anything that had to be cooked.
The food is always top quality and I usually experience excellent service here. The food came out in a timely manner but the lady working as the cashier was extremely unfriendly. Aside from that, everything was great. I just wish the service was better
Love their smoothies and acai bowls... really easy app to order ahead and then just run in and pick up. They are also great about substitutions.
This was not a good expierence. first of all it took forever for my friends and i to get our drinks. second of all i tried to order something and the lady wouldn’t make it. third of all i ended up getting an iced coffee and it was DISGUSTING. it was powdery and left an awful after taste. MOST IMPORTANT THE PRICES ARE CRAZY. EIGHT DOLLARS FOR A GROSS POWDERY COFFEE. i am very disappointed

Stopped by for the first time to pick up a smoothie and a couple bottles of juice...you know, the first items listed on their menu. NO. JUICE. Its not that they were out of the specific kind I asked for. Its that they were out of ALL juices. Thats like Burger King running out of burgers. Extremely unprofessional in the service industry to know you are out of something the day/evening before, and not replenish stock. The lackluster customer service was a slight plus. Icing in the cake? The small smoothie I got for my husband was only NINE DOLLARS. :) I ignored the negative reviews because of the overwhelming positive reviews. My mistake. Severely unimpressed. And thirsty. :/
My chicken pesto wrap was so refreshing and so flavorful that it startled me. I also had avocado toast. The food here is delicious.

2022-06-09I don’t know if this store just entirely prioritizes to go orders, but I finally came to realize it’s just the way this place is run. I hate leaving anything but 5 star reviews, but after five 3 star experiences I had to leave a review. For one, this place is unbelievably slow considering the simplicity of many of the food items. 30 minutes for cold and burnt almond butter toast? This is typical. Today, it was as if someone threw an entire handful of cinnamon in our $10 smoothie. It was literally inedible it was so spicy. Also half blended with huge chunks of frozen banana in it. Obviously not following any sort of planned recipe. I understand labor shortages but today we had 3 employees just barely manage to get toast out in 30 mins. It’s a bummer because I love the idea of the whole menu they offer, but this store is the worst. Leaving three stars because I’ve never met any overly unfriendly staff and at least 75% of the time the food is good. Just very slow service and hit or miss on food.

2022-07-06I am SO tired of going to this store and getting spoiled/old almond milk. These lil young kids is working in there, making the juices/milks and then probably putting a later date on it so they don’t have to make any new ones. It’s ridiculous because the milks are not cheap. Guess I’ll be going to the one on Dallas Hwy from now on…… then I paid for my milks and the cashier walks off in the middle of the transaction.

2020-07-26I’m new to the area and haven’t found a good salad place. Finally tried Kale Me Crazy. Food was fine, but nothing spectacular. I think it’s pretty expensive for the portion size. The store front was clean and the service was good, but the bathroom was absolutely filthy. Not sure if I will return any time soon.

2021-12-10I visited this location last night at 7:30 pm. Kate( if that is her real name), had the worst customer service that I have ever experienced at this particular location. She did not greet me and barely looked me in my eyes and had a horrible attitude. She had three customers waiting for their orders so maybe she was stressed?I was indecisive so I hoped that gave her time to get caught up. I made fun of my indecisiveness and told her that I hope that it helped her to get caught up. She rolled her eyes and walked away. Not one time did she display a smile or good customer service to any one of the customers waiting. Two customers said thank you to her and walked out of the door discussing her bad attitude.Although she did not display friendly behavior to the customers in the store, I overheard laughter from Kate and the other employee in the back. I finally received my order and honestly I was almost afraid to consume it.My hope is that the owner extends customer service training to this young lady. We all have bad experiences lead to a loss of business. She certainly made me not trust the preparation of my food. I want to feel good about the places that I choose to support. I certainly understand being tired and having a bad day but Kate’s service was unacceptable.Kate:Greet customers with a smile even if you have had a bad day. Maybe it will assist you with getting through a tough momentIf a customer is indecisive, provide some recommendationsThank your customer for their patienceThank your customers for their business as they are leavingNever roll your eyesIf you don’t like your job, re-evaluate why you are there but don’t make someone else’s experience miserable because you are having a bad day.Re-evaluate why you are in a job that you hateWould you want to eat food prepared by someone who rolls there eyes and have a bad attitude?

2021-12-111. Ordered a latte with light ice and the cup wasnt even full. So since I dont want to pay for diluted coffee (ice is literally water), they skimp on the rest of the drink.2. Ordered a quinoa bowl but they provided zero utensils. Not even a napkin. Id assume its because they care about the environment but the plastic straw they provided disproves that theory. Seems more like the lack of common sense, logic and customer service is the fault.So basically I got 3/4 of a drink that I paid full price for and I have a whole bowl of food that I cant even eat. Literally ordered this as my meal for the day since I am working 12 long hours. Guess I have to either eat with my hands like a racoon or throw this food out. Either way, 100% disappointed and will NEVER order from this place again. Complete waste of $30.Update: I tried to call the restaurant at 7:45pm to see if the delivery guy could come back for a utensil but apparently this place doesnt answer phone calls (why have a phone number?). So after no luck with contacting them, searching my vehicle or begging random customers at my job for some form of utensil to eat my meal with, I was able to fold a small piece of cardboard and use it as a shovel. Not sure if the food is good since it all tastes like this cardboard, but at least I was able to somehow eat something.

2021-07-29Im only giving 3 stars because while my mushroom coffee iced latte tasted great, my daughter got a tropical smoothie that didnt taste that great and when I asked if they had anything to sweeten it up a bit because it didnt taste that great, they told me they had honey but they would have to charge me for another smoothie and it seemed like the guy just didnt want to be helpful at all. What ever happened to friendly customer service? Had they made it taste good in the first place, I wouldnt have had to ask.

2019-05-17Rushed out door before posted store hours. First warning from cashier came 20 minutes prior. Took all trash to dumpster before issiung second warning and began turning out lights. Did not feel welcome. Good food but uncomfortable seating. Vents could stand to be cleaned. Unsure how this passed inspection

2021-09-19Went to this location the cashier made our smoothies and got the smoothies mixed up with the ingredients once I told her that mine taste nothing like what was on the menu she told me that I was wrong and it was correct. I decided not to make a big deal about it and just keep the smoothie the way it was and at some stuff to it once I got home to make it taste better and not like grass but then once we got our salad I begin to eat my salad just to notice a bug in my salad I am very disappointed spending $65 at this location and the customer service was not up to par will not be visiting this location ever again
