I love this barber shop! Its huge and always clean. I guess coming from NY, I expected to see the employees with fly uniforms but thats ok. Theres only 1 woman there and shes good but so far, shes the only one who uses technology as far as payment is concerned. Everyone else only accepts cash, they dont utilize the technology to pay with a debit/credit card and thats a huge deal for plenty of the ppl. Make sure and walk with cash because theres no atm machine in the plaza! Theres plenty of flat screen and great music in the background. I havent used the bathroom yet but I assume it is clean. Theres no place designated for small children so bring something to keep them occupied.
Dude.... Hood and unprofessional. And that was just the phone call. After reading reviews I ask for the most experience veteran barber. The reply i got was, we all are the most experienced. I asked for the manager which he said has left for the day. My your pockets stay full of lent. Cause your attitude has bankrupt on impressions. Broke levels
Ask for Vince. Very professional and though he took a bit longer than im use to, i was very satisfied with the results. Ive paid $20, at nicer establishments for the same result. It was my first visit but despite some of the reviews, im glad i went anyway. Even though I already have a barber, I will be making this place my second choice, if not first on occassions. Keep up the good work bro!
Recently moved back to WR. Ive had a short natural cut for about a month and I have struggled to find a good barber here. I went to Kapital Kutz today and I am sooooo disappointed with my cut. The barber did not listen. He bragged that he was experienced and had female clientele. Im already trying to get used to short styles. Will never trust ratings or reviews again. Terrible job Kapital Kutz :(
This was my first time coming and I showed the older gentleman how I wanted my babys hair cut & he completely disregaurded everything I said & damn near scalped my bby. I told him that was not the cut I showed him & he continued to scalp My baby. Not to mention he still charged me FULL price. My first time & LAST !!
Thank you Kapital Kutz for luxury in a timely fashion. I would have paid the cut line fee but didnt have to. The artists are fairly skilled but these four stars are for services and the ambiance of a Christian based establishment.
Fun and open layout but old furnishings and equipment. Barber talked on the phone through my cut and several others. Rough with clippers and expensive.
Good cuts, good atmosphere, great people. Im 18 and Ive been going there since I was about 6. Theyve always got a game or something on the tv and good music playing too
The gentleman named Jackson gave me a great hair the only thing that was wrong was the fact that he left cuts so deep in my head I had scars all the way around my hair line wont be back. Dude was literally scalping me

2021-08-14Took my son on Thursday..long story short price list says 10 for ages 5 & under barber who did it gave me 5.00 back from a 20 & I noticed after the fact tried to call but didnt get an answer. Clearly he needed that 5.00 bad, never had an issue before this but as a woman be cautious & dont let them cheat you out your money.

2021-07-04The barbershop is clean and the barbers conversate with you while cutting your hair, which makes it that much enjoyable to go there. I love my cut ✂️ it was fire 🔥.

2020-07-25It wasnt the whole Barbershop. I seen people sitting down with nice barbers and getting what they asked for. But the barber that cut my hair push my tapeline back a inch on both sides for $15 and I had to go home and cut myself a bald head. Im going back though to get in a real Barber chair.

2018-01-21Best barber shop Ive found in Warner Robins. Ive been getting cuts here religiously for over a year and have never been disappointed. Ive had cuts by 4 different barbers here prior to finding my go-to guy, but all of my cuts from those barbers blew away the local competition. Definitely a hidden gem.

2017-05-27Im from South Carolina but came to Warner Robins to visit with family. My son needed a haircut so I googled black owned barbershops and I found this one. Wasnt to happy with some of the reviews but gave it a try. Came in and was welcomed and greeted appropriately. My son was directed to be seated and I was asked how I wanted his haircut and he cut it exactly as asked. I am very satisfied wi Mr. Lyncoya Jacksons work. Excellent service. Thanks!

2017-08-05My first time at this barber. I was greeted nicely and walked straight to a chair by Lyncoya Jackson. I have to say that his techniques are pretty sloppy and super rushed. Once he had a line waiting on the chair he started to rush even faster and ended up messing up a few components of my goatee and it honestly looks pretty bad. If he would slow down he would be a better barber. But Im noting going back again.
