It was ok, but I was very disappointed in all the money they make with private swimming lessons to have went up on there fees for free swim. Its ridiculous. We dont swin often to get pool passes, so to pay those prices is outrageous. The pool wasnt heated but when we came in April of last year (2019), it was.
Kedron is one of the top facilities in the Atlanta area! Great management and staff, well run and clean! They have 2 large divided indoor courts for basketball, volleyball, pickle ball, swimming pools are covered in the winter and open air in the summer. Also on the site is a great roller hockey rink for year round use. Check the calendar online for schedules - and you must be a Fayette resident to play here. Ive been coming to Kedron since 1995, always a great experience!
The best place guys. I can only speak on the swimming part. Knowing that I was non swimmer my instructor Raunika ensured that I learnt all basics of swimming within 10 days and now I can do more than enough to save my life. The instructors here know exactly what they are doing and I love this place.
An evaluation of the pool isnt complete without considering the conditions in summer when open air, and in the winter under the bubble. With exposure to fresh air, natural UV, and proper chemical conditioning, the summer pool is quite pleasant. Under the dome, however, sweating athletes, relieving themselves in the water, rapidly builds up the chloramine levels at the pool surface. Athletes are often choking, coughing, and even as a spectator the eyes burn. The young and small have a much tougher time than the 15+ age athlete.
I wouldve put no stars if possible. This place was terrible. They didnt allow me to play even though I was from Fayette County, they let my elder cousin play when hes from Miami and they didnt let my other older cousin play even though hes from Stockbridge. They were extremely racist to us because we were Muslim and they we extremely nice to the white people. They allowed a guy from Mexico to play and not someone that lives in Stockbridge. I wouldnt recommend this place for anyone, worst place ever.
I wouldve put 0 stars if it was possible. The service is absolute garbage and they didnt let me play because I lived less than 50 miles away. However, they let people from all over the world play as a guest. They let someone in from Mexico today but didnt allow me to play even tho i came all the way from Stockbridge. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone and they grandkids...🤢👎🏽
The Kedron Fieldhouse & Aquatic Center and its staff are one of the most wonderful things about life in Peachtree City. Priscilla Peak, Aquatics Director, has taught many, many children to swim, and she loves her job. Thanks to the talented lifeguards, coaches, and physical educators at this facility!

2021-06-18I really enjoyed the pool, my child did as well. It is CASH payment only, do not go with a card, lol. Overall relaxing experience.

2019-02-21Super nice facility, clean, friendly staff. Nice option making an outdoor pool indoor for the winter season. Inside under the bubble is warm enough, just be prepared for a quick burst of cold outside air for about 10 to get back to the building.

2022-04-24I didn’t even go there yet and customer service is already horrible. Whoever picked up the phone barely gave any information to my questions on using the courts. Very very very rude and nasty. How is this place still open based on the comments and review

2021-08-11Basketball courts are hardly open, staffing is rude, their hours fluctuate, & the staff will allow you to pay to play basketball, then kick you off the court for pickle ball that is not even scheduled. This has happened multiple times & I hope changes are made.

2019-12-19Love it! So many classes to choose from for all ages. Staff are always nice courteous and friendly! We come mostly for the pool tho, you can buy a pass, and the pool is open year round, they have it covered with a giant tent and of course it is heated. It is very accessible to us by golf cart, it is also near the Kedron shopping center.

2019-08-16So disappointed. I took my 2 grandchildren to swim, we were in the small pool, paid $9 and were there 30 minutes. This was my first time swimming there and while all employees were friendly and helpful the attendant watching over the small pool was very rude to me and my 3 yr old granddaughter. To get in the pool I took my glasses off and my 3 yr old granddaughter cant read so she went over to the large bin of noodles and got one to swim with. The attendant came around the pool and snatched the noodle and I said Oh they arent allowed to play with those ? She said NO and walked away, no explanation. Im certainly glad Ive grown as a person so I can just walk away from disgusting people like that. By the time we left there was a very nice gentleman telling us to have a great day but I will never go back since that is the only way to make sure my granddaughter is not treated like that again.

2017-08-23Went to go swimming. Its a bit expensive for a one-off, but Im sure with a pass its fine. The lifeguards were pretty nonchalant and hung out at a table rather than any of the lifeguard view spots, but I cant say I blamed them much with few people to watch and a blazing hot sun. The building shades part of the kiddie pool which is nice, but its otherwise pretty blah as far as pools for little kids go.
