Just left. Two locations in the store and one outside show a chicken sandwich combination as $6.99. I was charged $7.99 (before tax). When I caught the issue they refused to honor the thrice posted price, so I got my money back and left. This place is the worst KFC in the area
Waited too long. Bad Food after waiting over half hr for it. Called for refund 845 said already closed? Got an email from co. Asked did I want food or credit back...Called asked for name? Hung up on ME. Terrible when all we wanted was to treat a 97 yr old veteran. My Dad said AWFUL. Just try harder and do whats RIGHT! I need a company to call or email at this address. No refund STILL!!!! 8/28 WAS THE DAY. CMON?? Also fresh grease makes horrible original fried chicken 🍗🍗🍗🍗🙄
So the food here usually comes out good, but thats about all they have going for them. Unorganized and SLOW SLOW SLOW.. Sometimes you can pick up in the lobby sometimes its closed. A line of 5 cars can take 20 minutes to get moved through. Some staff is nice...some staff needs to be replaced. You can wait in line for an absurd amount of time only to be told they are out of damn near everything.. Management should tighten up that entire store.
Worst experience since the pandemic. Only two cars in the Drive-Thru and it took 20 minutes to place my order. I ordered a pot pie and a breast fill up. Didnt receive my soda and received the smallest breasts I have ever had from KFC for 12 bucks. I will not be returning
If you really want to eat KFC this is NOT the one to go to: so keep driving until you find another one. The food is horrible. It tastes nothing like what KFC is known for and the food is always old, never fresh ... and especially the chicken. The chicken is full of feathers, literally, and hard enough to feel like a rock. Its just not good and staff could care less. Truly no use in complaining ... just take your business somewhere else. Now if you go there anyway, after reading this, dont say you werent warned.👎👎
Just left here. They dont have ANYTHING! I MEAN HARDLY ANYTHING. But what made me mad is that they charged me for a 6piece tender and I DIDNT GET IT. AFTER I sat in line over 45min AND watched them scream and argue with the customers in front of me. I spent $39 and got nothing I ordered at the speaker. Lord I hope covid ends soon!
Sometimes the line is long, but it seems to go somewhat quickly. Which brings me to my next point, they need to listen and watch what theyre doing when they ask what sides you want with your meal. I have been here I know of 3 times lately and they never give me the sides I ask for, they just throw in fries when I ordered mash potatoes and gravy. Next time Ill just sit there and take my time checking my order if I go back! They do it every time and they want $15 an hour and they cant take a simple order now!
There was a wait today but the young lady taking the order did advice there is a delay which gave me the option to stay or go. Because of her pleasant tone i placed my order and patiently waited. People dont realize that order takers can make or break the sale. This young lady had a very pleasant demeanor all the way thru. Even to greeting me at the window. I love love love KFC coleslaw an their biscuits...
The cashier appeared to be new to the job but he tried his best to get our order right after several repeats. He is lacking proper training because he had to keep asking cook staff about the food request. We did not have a long wait time other guests were frustrated about having to wait for their order. There were obvious areas of the restaurant that needed to be cleaned. The food was fresh and good.
Just left this restaurant an the food was not hot at all. I look in my bag and I have literally 5 fries. I ask the gentleman at the window why I didnt receive what I paid for he said they were running low on fries because everybody ordered a meal. This is unacceptable he proceeds to place a few fries in the container. I cant understand why establishments as such are okay with horrible service like this is not okay.
I went inside of KFC Fayetteville yesterday at 2:45pm. I stood at the register for 5 minutes before the young guy came and told me they were closed and couldn’t take my order. I then asked if you’re closed why is the door unlocked. He stated that they leave it unlocked for night shift. I remind you it was 2:45 in the afternoon. The manager stood there and didn’t say anything. This was very unacceptable
If I could give it zero stars I would. This location was not very upon my arrival at around 7:45 there were a couple of cars ahead of me. It seem to take a very long time for those cars to be served. When I finally arrived at the speaker at 8:02 I was told the restaurant was closed, the guy was very rude. P.s.the hours posted online say this location closes at 9pm
I had ordered a two piece dark box and wanted original but was given baked. The heat was on and the restaurant was very warm. I was unsure if ac unit broken. My grandkids enjoyed the buffet. The person that took my order said she hadnt had a day off for a while. Maybe that is why my order was wrong. I didnt complain but wont order baked chicken again.
I have been there when they 1st open, Lunch Rush and late Afternoon.When they First open Buffett is the only time it is fully stocked. By lunch you pretty much have to ask for chicken except wings & livers(may be gizzards). No biscuits. The mashed potatoes always seem to have a odd flavor. Kind of old I guess is the best way to describe it. If bad service didnt kill the Buffet the Convid-19 virus will.
I went and ordered original chicken and the lady said they were out and I said I would wait until they made some fresh chicken. After a 16 minute wait my chicken was burned and my biscuit was hard as a rock. If they didnt want to serve me then say so. Dont take my money and waste my time. Times are too hard. This is the second time I got bad service from the drive through. I wont be back
Worst customer service ever. Youd be better off taking 9 hours to drive to Kentucky to get your chicken. They had a young woman that worked in the window who gave excellent customer service. I think she left because she was pregnant. Now they got the back up crew. back up crew is the worst.
We were seated in a timely manner, staff was friendly, but our server wasnt very attentive. Our drinks were never refilled, but my biggest complaint is that my steak was grossly overcooked to the extent that is wasnt fit to eat. The manager did have another one made for me, although by that time we had finished and were ready to leave. They did graciously package it to go. The grilled shrimp skewers and steamed veggies were wonderful, just probably wont have steak there again.
Great food. They let me order my two legs instead of thigh and leg deal😁. The ones in Griffin, neither let me😥. Unfortunately lost my business to Big Chic because they let me order this way. Fayetteville Rocks! Only one question.. I just didnt understand why no inside dining? All the others offer it??
After being told I would have to wait on my nashville hot tenders for 4 mins, I also order a #2 combo which was 2 beeast & and a wing,... again...supposedly as they left a breast out of the box! My Nashville hot tender was suppose to come with fries and no drink. Well I got no fries, I was really actually excited to try those, but again... another part of my order screwed up! Is it really so hard to get an order accurate? Chicken was good but I didnt get what I paid for!
It was not a good experience the first time. Service was terrible. Came back a year later in hopes it had improved. It didn’t, only this time the whole place just looked and felt dirty. Came back two years later out of desperation. (I love KFC coleslaw) ordered 2 large coleslaw in the drive through. Looked forward to it the whole ride home. Opened bag when I got home (12 miles away) to 2 large mashed potatoes. I should have checked, but I didn’t. Then again, I shouldn’t have had to. It was not a complicated order. I won’t be back.
Where to begin... KFC no longer has grilled chicken, baked beans, nor did I get my receipt ... but here is the fun part, I was near 285 before realizing that they had forgotten my biscuits... had to make a long trip back to make sure that the Family had all their food.... The Man at the window was apologetic and gave me the biscuits and a free side.... Now mind you, I live in LIthonia but stopped at this location in Fayetteville, GA on my way back home... I get Home and no WHITE MEAT!!!! This is frustrating! 42 bucks wasted!!!! KFC... get it together!!!!
Made the huge mistake of dining at this establishment two days ago. The staff was inept at best and took twenty minutes to hand us the meal for our family of four, which was literally 4 $5 fill up meals. The food and biscuits were way over cooked. There was only one other customer in the restaurant at the time. Business was very unclean also. I like KFC but will never eat at this one again.
My husband and I have frequent this KFC several times to try out their Buffet what we found is, theyve delay bringing out food to prevent you from getting a second course. Weve also noticed that they bring out only certain pieces of chicken, thighs and backs you will have to ask for another variety and that may take time. They were pulling food from the buffet to service people at the window. All in all not a very good service plan.
It was 6 months before my last visit to this location. I go because they are one of the few locations that still serves the ayce buffet option. This time had more choices from the menu, but they wouldnt keep the chicken replenished. I saw a manager check temps on all the items, so I know she saw the shortage of chicken still none was put out for another 10-15 minutes. No, they werent cooking fresh chicken as they had plenty to serve the drive thru. I stopped by for lunch, so that means I dont have a couple of hours to waste. Never experienced a chicken shortage before. But I didnt recognize any of the employees either, so that may be the reason. While we waited for chicken, I did see an employee in the back sneaking and eating
The chicken restaurant that is out of chicken.This location is always out of something. Typically, its the pot pies. Tonight, they were out of dark meat chicken. Actually, the only chicken that I was told was available, is white meat - original recipe. The previous 4 visits to this location was out of pot pies. Now, we have a backup restaurant in mind if KFC is out of our menu choice and we just go there instead.If youre lucky enough to get what you want, the food actually tastes pretty good. Just isnt worth the frustration.Update: Tried again tonight.... out of dark meat and only a pan of white meat left. Dont bother. ....
It was very disappointing. Me and my family waited for our food for about 15 minutes and an additional 15 for my little girls food. Needless to say by the time my daughter hot her food our food was cold waiting for hers! We also asked to speak with the manager whom by the way never came to our table to talk to us. We witnessed a woman standing at the buffet asking for someone to please refill the tea 3 times!!!
The Fat white lady that work at the front cashier is very slow with a rude attitude. Almost everytime I come here, theres never enough chicken at the buffet. You always have to ask them for chicken. Its not like theyre busy. Hardly anybody here and still so slow to help you.
I pulled up to the drive thru no one waited on me I wanted some chicken you know how you have that taste for something. I went inside and I asked the young lady if the headset was working she checked and said OMG it was out she was having technical difficulties with the headset she apologized and served me immediately with a smile on her face. I want to thank her for being so courteous.....way to go staff....#great job
Not the one to give one stars over one bad experience. I visit this location semi -frequently and have pretty ok experiences, nothing spectacular. Food usually takes a while and have occasionally received incorrect order (i.e. mashed potatoes instead of potato wedges). Went today and had an awful experience in regards to the food. I ordered the 4 piece Gold BBQ tenders and received a sandwich patty cut into 4 haphazard strips with the breading almost entirely missing. I asked the cashier and was able to get 3 extra real tenders in addition. When I returned home I noticed that they did a similar thing to a regular tender meal I ordered. Only one of the tenders was the cut up patty. This is unacceptable. The sandwich is much cheaper than the tenders therefore making you lose money. Just be up front that youre out of tenders or that there will be a wait.
Pulled up to the drive thru a little after 12 pm and no one took my order. Waited approx 5 mins for someone to say something.. finally I drove up to the first window. A teen walks up and says whats wrong? Im like Ive been waiting back there, no one took my order, are you guys closed? He says no but gives no explanation for why no one took my order. I go inside and get my meal. It was okay.. the cashier asks me to do a survey. I said oh sure, it will be negative because no one took my order when I was waiting out there that is why I came in. She just nods her head.... still no one gives me an explanation. I didnt complain with management. I just wanted my food. But I will not be back. Take heed to bad reviews, dont waste your time at this location.
Very poor customer service. At the food bar you have to keep asking for items that should automatically be replenished or you have the option of eating the dried out greasy chicken. Bathrooms are nasty with towels all over the floor. Two napkin dispensers empty, come on people were eating fried chicken. Dont expect to be greeted or acknowledged when you walk in. You feel like you have inconvenienced them by walking in. Guess they forget who is paying for their paychecks.
Worst fast food ever. They took 45 minutes to get us our food! And werent even busy. Maybe 8 people came in after us, and all got their food before we did. We ordered the $20 box and 2 kid popcorn chicken meals. From the sounds of it they were screwing up everyones order. Someone needs to get some more training before doing the easiest job ever. Wont be going back.
Ordered buffet, never brought out any chicken, only had 2 thighs, 2 wings and a leg of original recipe that was cold. I ask for some new chicken extra crispy 3 times and sat there, ate a couple of veggies and a cold wing and thigh hoping they would bring out some fresh cooked , waited and spent 45 minutes nibbling on a cold hard biscuit and the other few things I mentioned. All the while asking if they had anymore sweet tea, because that was also empty ..... after finally just giving up on getting any fresh chicken, I waited for the fresh sweet tea to be made, I waited for 20 minutes more and they finally set the tea up there, so now could fill up my cup with fresh sweet tea and wouldnt you know it......they forgot to put the sugar in the tea ........ I just left when that happened, discussed !!!!!! Oh, theres more but Im tired of texting. Good luck in the future, theyre going to need it !!!!
The most poorly executed buffet I have ever experienced. I could possibly understand a restaurant giving a substandard experience occasionally, as no one is perfect, but my last two attempts to enjoy their buffet ended the same way...Visually unappealing and glaringly minus a key component of the menu...CHICKEN.Doubt Ill be back for a 3rd attempt at disappointment.
Unfortunately, the customer seating area, counter tops, and drink machine, were all sticky and grimy looking. The food at the buffet table was also very unappealing, and didnt look like it had been stirred since it had been put out! I never did see the restaurants food score, although there were several licenses, permits, etc., over the top of the cashiers shoulder. I almost took my meal back in to request a refund when I looked at my sandwich because the bun looked moldy at first. However, after more scrutiny, I figured it [the bun] had been toasted and those little, black specks probably came from the grill. Nevertheless, I pinched them off and threw away! Oh, one other thing! I only saw gloves on the person overseeing the buffet tables; none of the other food preparers wore any. This is one of the main reasons (other than truly being thankful I can eat what and when I want), I say a prayer before digging in!🤐
The order was wrong. Even when my husband was repeating the order to make sure she had it right, she interrupted him and said I got it.... The workers are sloppy, low quality, and lack customer service basics. Food was hot but tasted like it was days old...nasty...If you just have to eat out, chic fil a is a better option.
Waited a pretty long time to place order for buffet. Then had to ask for chicken and biscuits to be put on bar. Poor gentleman ahead of me had to wait for about 20 min. for his order for 3. A lady and other gentleman waited in drive thru forever to get pot pies. Then got Attitude from worker when food finally arrived. NOW, I remember why I dont go to KFC in Fayetteville anymore. Not worth the stress.
Out of Chicken Pot Pie - would be 20 minute wait. Chose 2 piece chicken box. Chicken wasnt freshly made - greasy, not crispy, dude answering drive thru seemed confused - on previous trip I ordered a $5 meal and they forgot the cookie. Called them and said they would give extra cookie to me next time. Drive-thru dude thought I wanted to buy a second meal. Finally got that straightened out because I had previous receipt and name of nice dude with whom I spoke regarding my missing cookie.
Completely unsatisfactory; and thats being extremely nice. I waited over twenty (20) minutes in the drive through as I was told to pull up and someone would bring my food to me. After the young man finally made it to my car with cold food; the order was completely wrong. And please keep in mind that this was not my first time at this establishment. the fist, second and third times were god awful; I went into the counter and was overlooked. No one ever acknowledge me all three times at the counter, so I decided to try the drive though and we know how that went. This restaurant is a stop along my route of travel to work. I generally stop at different restaurants to procure food for me and coworker. I dont think I will be spending my hard earned money with people who dont know how to operate a restaurant or have any idea of what customer service is all about.
I have given this chain fast food 3 chances.... All 3 times the service was terrible and the bar had no chicken.. I have ask on numerous occasion for chicken, and was given a go to hell look... Never again will I ever visit this slum again.... The tables were sticky, no napkins, There were once upon a time when okra was on the buffet and had eaten on the bar many times... This particular time,, the rude guy behind the counter said there were never any okra on the buffet.. not true.. Ive had it there before.... To make a long story short,,,,, I ask for some crispy chicken since they were out of chicken on the bar... after waiting 30 minutes, I asked again... still nothing,,,,, I went back up and asked again.. I watched them take out chicken out of the drive thru pan which was barely warm and dried up... Believe me not,,, They only put out 3 pieces of chicken.... My party still had to wait for chicken .. This buffet is way to high for for the quality of service and food... Never again!!!! Where do they find these people to work at this place...... I will definitely carry my business to Popeyes.. What was I thinking eating at KFC instead of Popeyes. I will be enclosing a picture for your viewing. Also, The employees were too busy on their phones with ear pieces. Seriously, this place should be shut down.... but wait..... then they cant eat the chicken they claim to have put on the buffet.
I am giving them a two because young man in drive thru on feb. 29th at 620 pm rushed me. then het proceeded to tell me he was on a timerIsaid well ,he said have a blessed day. I had gone thru the drive thru at the one in Fayetteville. I had two coupons and I was told that I couldnt use both at the drive thru at the same time and they actually made me drive back around to get the second order. The bad thing about it, there were no other cars at the drive thru. I thought that was ridiculous! I will never go back and Im calling corporate to let them know how foolish that was.
Felt pretty unwelcomed and discriminated against. Placed my order at the drive through, pulled up to the window and the cashier told me my total. Gave the cashier whos name is Lakeidrea, the cash, she closed the window then gave me my change, I thanked her and she closed the window with out saying anything. Not one word in regards to my order such as It will be just one moment. When she handed me my food, I thanked her again and she slammed the window shut again not saying a word. Hate to think I was treated the way I was because Im white, but thats how it felt.
I placed a large order and it was missing a main item. I got all the way home and tried to call, but the phone was off the hook. I returned and an employee told me she knew I got everything in my order because she packed it. Not only was she wrong but she lied to cover herself! Poor customer service. You all should be ashamed. I am never going to return.
Kind of wondering why my chicken tenders have bones in them. And they were out closlaw. I love KFC but the shafted me tonight, Im sorry Im done eating in Fayetteville, GA if they are just going to be terrible. First Ocharleys and then KFC you would believe how much refrained from using foul language in this review.
Placing order to go as we have done many times at fayetteville location when we were told we could only get okra for dine in... Cant get okra to go.... Though we have many times before.... Even sounds stupid... Left without placing any order... An now down street at Arbys... Im still laughing... No its too go... Heehhee
Why doesnt corporate take a better look at this joint it is really bad,my wife and I do the buffet when its stocked which is never,you have to ask for something that should always be there and ready,if not we leave,the drive thru and the too lazy to walk in gets the best service, why,that shouldnt be ,take care of the guests in store TOO,why not,this location gets a three star,HOW,I have no idea,need I say more,save your money go somewhere else folks
This place sucks been here for 15 mins waiting on oir food all the blacks got theres that were behind us. Went up to find out what was taking so long and rhe stupied mexican that cant speak english didnt put our order in. This place sucks wont be back unprofessional and very racist against whites

2022-01-20There are two handicap parking spaces here and many free parking spaces. The restaurant is in excellent shape and well organized. The employees are friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the food products sold in this restaurant. The fried chicken is the best. That is what KFC chicken is known for. The other food products are good as well. Excellent food service.

2022-01-18I just ordered the new Beyond nuggets and much to my surprise, they are really good. Much better than the ones you buy at the market. They were moist inside with the KFC breading and cooked up in their own basket.These will definitely become a weekly lunch. Thanks KFC for jumping in for all us veggies.

2022-02-17This kfc is closed inside. Apparently indefinitely! They leave the door open just to trick you into coming in. Just to inform you they are closed inside. Meanwhile the drive thru is completely stagnant and not moving at all! How about just shut the whole store down. You would be doing the community a big favor!

2022-04-09First, I had to wait for them to cook the chicken, they didnt have enough on the line. I was okay with waiting, but when I got home it wasnt what I order. I ask for the original and they gave me crispy. On top of everything it looked old and dried out, I was extremely angry because I spend 40 dollars on something that wasnt edible

2022-03-04Not sure about this location, the service isn’t consistent, the chicken sandwiches are always hot but the other day they didn’t have any chicken, only tenders and sandwiches. This place always seem to not have an item.Sometimes you get great service sometimes it’s bad guess it’s just a roll of the dice.

2021-12-27I ordered 6 piece bbq wings they were cold dumped with unkind bbq sauce the fries were hard and recooked. I was served scraps and was charged gourmet price. I am done with KFC. This isnt the 1st bad experience with KFC even a different location. KFC has become mediocre. I wont wont be buying anymore KFC. KFC originally SUCKS at this point. Bye Bye KFC!!!
