Everyone is friendly, the quality of service is okay, and the amenities in the waiting area are good. However, timeliness never seems to be a priority.I have been coming here for 2 years (for free tires) and no matter when I schedule appointments, it’s always a minimum 1.5 to 2 hours for oil changes and tire rotations. Every time I leave, I feel drained because I’m so frustrated with how long everything takes. People come in after me without appointments and leave before me every time. I have simply never had to wait this long for typical services at any service department I’ve visited.Also, more times than not, my car has been given back to me with the interior worse than how I dropped it off, including my seats being in completely different positions. I just recently had to ask someone for a microfiber towel to clean an oil spill that was all over my armrest.I know everyone is doing their jobs with the manpower they have, but I also don’t like to be bombarded with service sales pitches if I’ve already outlined what I wanted when I scheduled the appointment. I want what I came for—nothing more and nothing less. Easiest way to please me is to get me out of the door as soon as possible. I don’t care about prices, popcorn, or car washes because my time is always more valuable.
My Sales Consultant was very professional, Courteous and Knowledgeable of the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Customer Service is second to none. Thanks, for the fast and excellent finance team as well. Overall everything and everybody was excellent. I recommend KIA AutoSport Columbus to my family and friends.
Me and my wife were working with Chris Rome who was awesome to work with! He did a great job explaining the features of the vehicle, remained patient with us and kept contact until he found the vehicle that worked for us and our budget. Everyone else there was easy to work with and kind (Guy Martin was awesome as well). Were happy with our vehicle and happy were with the Kia family!
Great experience with Awesome customer service. This was my first visit and it will definitely not be my last. The staff was AMAZINGLY kind right out the gate. They greeted me and addressed my issues. The waiting area is very comfortable and cozy, you literally hate to leave! 😊 They constantly checked too see if you needed anything. Just an overall great. Prices werent too bad either and the waiting time was Onpoint! Highly recommend!

Bought the car long distance, was a super easy process no bait and switch. Spent the least amount of time in the dealership Ive ever spent buying a car. The salesman and finance manager were not pushy at all and did not try to force us into things we didnt want to do. Highly recommend this dealership!
I have taken my car to Kia several times for servicing and have been pleasantly surprised by the level quality service I have received. However, today I noticed a car I was interested in as I drove by the dealership and stopped in. Nathan Young helped me. He was fantastic! I found him to be helpful, upfront and kind. I didn’t buy the car but he also didn’t hassle me which was very much appreciated. If you’re even considering, stop in and meet Nathan for a no pressure inquiry.

This was a wonderful, smooth experience all the way from initial visit to final pickup of my vehicle. The entire staff was service oriented and a pleasure to deal with. Rome made every aspect of the transaction easy. I was pleasantly surprised that the general manager, Melanie Lee, called me personally to see how I was enjoying my new vehicle. Overall, an A+ experience!
My mom got a car from here in 2015 and wanted to go back and I was so excited to see the customer service they provided her.Trent was truly awesome he actually listened to my mom and kept in contact until her beautiful K5 got there . He made the whole buying process easy and great . The our atmosphere was welcoming . Im definitely using them when I look for another car .
Workers where nice but I got the wrong information before my appointment, I was told I would see a mechanic and they are there till close. Upon arrival, I was told they didn’t have mechanics on Saturdays. Wasn’t able to find out what was wrong with my car nor did it get wash after the recall was fixed. Maybe they where in a rush and because it was Saturday but never had an experience like that before. Hopefully next time it’s better.
When I checked in for a scheduled service appointment and informed the service rep about an oil leak and asked to have it checked out, I was greeted with a number of excuses about what they couldnt do rather than any offer of what could be done. I was initially told they didnt have anyone there that day that could handle that. After I questioned that, and they later discovered the need for a $500.00 repair, they suddenly had someone there that was supposedly qualified.When I asked for specific guidance on checking my oil (warm engine vs cold), I was given conflicting and contradictory information, and when I pointed that out he replied that the contradiction didn’t really matter...this did not instill alot of confidence.Once I had the repair done and the usual oil change and tire rotation, on the ride home I found that my car is running / riding significantly rougher than it had been....it has a bad vibration that wasnt there before.Ive had my Optima serviced here for almost 13 years but lately Im not real happy, nor confident in the service here anymore.
Super helpful staff, very great to work with, and pet friendly! My salesman, Rashad, was so nice and helpful through the whole process, breaking everything down for me when it came to purchasing my car, and was super patient with my questions regarding putting a deposit down on an incoming vehicle. All in all, amazing! I will definitely be returning to Kia Autosport of Columbus for my future new Kia purchases!
It did take a little bit longer than I expected, but I expected that from the get go. This was a pain free buying experience from start to finish. I bought a used EV, I was impressed with how clean it was, and Daniel even charged it up before I arrived. I feel like the team here works great together. I would definitely come back and recommend my friends if I was a resident of Columbus.
I had my leased car serviced for maintenance. Chris, the car service rep. was wonderful he made my day.. while I waited. Great people skills, personality, and communication. We now have a relationship. 😁 BTW, the service waiting area was clean, disinfected continously, good coffee and snacks. Made myself at home. Had a good day at Kia of Columbus GA and got great service. 👍
My experience with KIA has always been amazing each three times that I have purchased my vehicles. Ive owned two Optimas and now my K5. I am a loyal customer because of the relationship I have with my KIA Dealership, their Sales Team and Service Department. Their loyalty & service to me keeps me coming back everytime. The Service Department team are all so pleasant, nice and really takes good care of their customers & I love that about them. KIA of Columbus keep up the good work!!! 😍

Great customer service! My husband and I were looking for me a vehicle. We had no plans on buying brand new. But as my husband was speaking with our salesman Jeff, I told him I was going to check out a car . It was a 2021 Kia K5 GTL wolf gray 4 door beautiful car! (K5 is the new Optima basically) What we didnt know was the wolf gray was a highly sought after color. We test drove it, still not really leaning towards brand new. Needless to say, I fell in love! We get back to Kia, tell Jeff we decided to go brand new, paperwork was done, deal was worked up how we were comfortable, we signed, were shown the MANY, MANY features of the car and we drove away! This was in March. Today, May 31, 2021 I went back to Kia for my 1st scheduled maintenance. I was honestly treated like everyone knew me, and I was explained everything. I highly recommend Kia Auto Sport of Columbus, Ga. I enthusiastically recommend the K5 GTL (GT Line)
Drew was my technician and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle via text as my preferred method of contact. I was traveling and ended up with a flat tire and had to get it towed to the local Kia dealer. When I picked my car up, Drew continued his great customer service at the counter. I wish I could move this location to the Atlanta area!
Amazing experience! I was looking for a 22 K5 and got the best deal out of this dealership. No scams, unnecessary addendums, etc. Rashad took care of me and management was honest with their out the door price. I bought this car during the chip shortage and 4 out of 5 dealerships tried to take advantage of that by jacking up their price. This dealership did not do that to me. Thank you to the manager, the salesperson Rashad, for making my experience great!
Kia AutoSport of Columbus exceeded my expectations. I was currently rear-ended and my car got totaled out so I was in need to find a new vehicle. I was set on getting a specific vehicle, but decided to look into all my options and ended up deciding to purchase a new Sorento. Chris Rome was super helpful and made sure I left with the car I fell in love with. He kept in contact with me and even picked me up in my new car the following afternoon because I decided I couldn’t wait and risk it being sold. Brandon Moore also took great care of me and helped me through the buying process. Everyone at Kia made the process super easy and I was able to leave in my new Sorento quickly. Kia has stepped it up with awesome features and beautiful vehicles. The warranty was also something I just couldn’t pass up. I am very pleased with my decision and have gotten non-stop compliments on my new ride.

Every Kia employee we dealt with, from our salesman to our Finance expert, to the employees that constantly approached us, asking if we were comfortable, or needed anything, made our day stress free. Awsome group of people! This was the most straightforward and seamless experience I have ever had with a car purchase. Everything was discussed and clearly stated prior to ever arriving at the dealership. I had no surprise up charges. Everyone at the dealership were helpful and attentive. I would definitely recommend Kia autosport of Columbus. I drove two and half hours to get to the dealership and had my new Telluride and was back on the road in less then an hour. The customer service is incomparable ! I bought my 2016 Kia Soul in 2020 through Jeff & now my new 2022 Kia K5 with Nathan . Nathan is the perfect example of a “professional family man” and he makes sure there’s nothing short with his expertise . If he doesn’t know something , he will ask . He made my second experience worth it . He worked thoroughly & timely with me to get the best rates/deals . Even after buying my car , he still checks in to make sure everything is running smoothly & if I have any questions regarding the vehicle . 12/10 , would highly recommend !
We have been driving this car since 2012. I have never been told that in order to maintain my Tires for Life, I must also let Kia change my oil. What does tires have to do with oil ? I have gotten my oil changed at other places because Kia doesnot always availability on weekends which works good with my schedule. I was very upset on my last visit.
If you need a great car buy a Kia Sorento as I have for the last 20 years. If you want great service then you want Kia of Columbus Georgia. I wouldnt have recommended Kia of Columbus Georgia a couple of years ago, as the service and employee attitudes were far from excellent. But when I went in for my oil change months ago I noticed great attitudes many new faces, many smiles and great customer service. I then met the reason for these changes. Melanie Lee the new GM. The dealership not only looked clean and new, the employees were clean and new lol. I met Chris Roman a young man that knew everything about the Kia Sorento I had been looking at for 2 years. His customer service was remarkable, his knowledge was well learned, and not once did I feel pushed. I cant say enough about this dealership, Melanie Lee, service employees, and the remarkable sales associate Chris Roman who made my experience in buying my new Sorento the best I had ever had.The other Kia dealerships have alot to do to catch up TO KIA OF COLUMBUS GEORGIA.
Love how they spent maybe 30 minutes diagnosing a problem and automatically I need a new engine. Didnt go deeper into the diagnosis or anything. Great job kia. Great job. I was promised the fix they did back in December wouldnt leave me on the side of the road. Hire new technicians.
I went to KIA AutoSport of Columbus to sell/trade my vehicle. I used the KBB instant cash offer, linked on their website. KIA honored the KBB price without any debate, or unnecessary negotiating over the value. The amount offered was the highest in the local area. KIA gave me $27 short of double what my current offer was at the local Toyota dealership. KIA’s offer was almost $1000 more than the local Honda dealership. It was an easy and simple process. They even bought my car, for the price provided by KBB, even though I didn’t buy a vehicle from them.My sales rep, Daniel, was a great representation of what I want a salesman to be. He wasnt like other car salesman I had dealt with recently. Who used highly aggressive sales tactics, even though I told him I wasn’t going to buy a car at that time. Daniel wasn’t pushy or overly aggressive and was knowledgeable about the products, as he was able to answer all of my questions.My family and I will definitely keep Kia AutoSport of Columbus in mind for our next vehicle.
The sales staff (Trent Callens), especially the finance manager (Robert Laster), customer service and even the service lot was so courteous and professional. However, I wasnt too happy to have brake issues on my new 2022 Kia Sorento already after only one week of purchase. Although I was at least given a used Sorento loaner to have for transportation while my car was being serviced at no extra charge!
Driving up to the Dealership a person noticed the beautiful building. Once you turn into the parking lot for the customer s. Upon getting out of the vehicle one would take a look around the lot and take in that the whole place is displayed with the latest vehicles. But for me its the cleanest of the grounds. Not even a piece of paper. Entering the showroom i was greeted quite well. Ones i stated my business the right correct person was called. For the last 18 months i and my family have treated with the up most courteous , respect, and professional at any given time. Thanks KIA motor sports of Columbus. Purchased a new 2022 Carnival. Great value, great service and great Sales staff. Jeff Stinson is a top notch sales rep. He will make you a great deal.Update: I had a battery issue probably because of all the short trips I make. Anyway the Carnival would not jump. Kia sent out a tow truck. Kept the car overnight. Found no issue to cause the drain, replaced the battery. All within their guarantee so no charges. Happy with vehicle and service!
On June 6th, I went to the Kia of Lagrange and was issued a down payment of $5000 for a Kia 2020 Soul, under a First-Time Buyers program with no credit or cosigner needed. I told them Id look elsewhere.That very evening I contacted, then received a message from Kia Autosport Columbus (or so I thought at the time) that they did indeed have a 2020 Kia Soul ready with a $1000 down payment acceptable. The person promised a car by the end of the day if we walked in. I set up an appointment and went, yet realised that the person whom Ive been in contact in was in Florida, and was an online-representative. The person I had been talking to was not a person in existence at Georgia. The dealer did not know anything.I accepted the fact, and re-explained everything (the First-Time buyers program, no credit, no cosigner needed) again, when the dealer said there was a $1500 offer. Yet when the dealer came back after speaking with the manager, the price went up to a $2500. I asked the total fee of the 2020 Kia Soul car, which was $26,000 about, with $430 a month with finance for six years.I told them I needed until the following appointment on Monday to prepare everything, the insurance, the payments, the recommendations, but I remembered I had forgotten to reconfirm the car model a second time. I texted immediately when I got home, and it turns out, the $26,000 and therefore $430 per month for 6 years was for a 2015 Kia Base.Kia Base starts from $15,900 according to Google.I felt betrayal rather than anger, as the dealer nor manager NEVER told us anything about a 2015 Kia Base. We gave them the documents they requested, even the ones they did not require, and at the last stretch we were told we had been applying for the wrong car. A car we didnt even mention. The manager had even said something about because we are South Koreans we might be able to get a special deal or something. That, too, was just pointless talk.What I would like to point out is the fact that we were kept woefully uninformed, and had wasted time on a two-hours drive there and back due to the disconnected salespersons. If I had not asked the very evening, perhaps we would have been tricked into buying the 2015 Kia Soul next Monday for over $26,000 with interest, unknowing. When questioned, all I received was vague explanations.Is it so wrong that I was a student, and therefore had no credit report to offer? I even showed my letter of employment and explained I need a car to begin my work. Why Kia attempts to rip off more money off students with less than the required money Id never understand. Its not as if Im unemployed.
Went in with the idea that I might leave empty handed, or with a car that I didn’t like. I am beyond grateful and ecstatic for what Nathan was able to do for me. Not only he made possible for me to get rid of a car that I didn’t like, but now I am driving my dream car!! Like WOW!!! I’m so happy for all the amazing things they were able to do for me.
I always take my truck here for any issues and Ms.Brenda always gives me great service with a smile. She will let me know ahead of time if its gonna be a long wait or if its gonna be a quick fix. If I could rate a zero I would. First my husband and I bought a used truck from this place in May. The next day we go out to crank it and it wont start. Kia came out and paid the wrecker bill and took it to Ram. The computer went out. Kia did pay for it, but it happened again and they had to pay a wrecker to come and get it. This time it was on Ram that didnt tighten a wire. Now we are back at Ram because the transmission has gone out! Luckily we paid for a warranty! They also said the wrong oil was put in the truck. This was on the dealer because we havent even had it long enough to get an oil change ad its been in the shop more then it has been at our house! Im extremely disappointed in Kia of Columbus and do not recommend buying anything used from them! They told us they had a top notch team in the in service so how did all of this get missed?! $40k on a truck and its been no good to us!
Very pleasant, the customer service is outstanding they treat you like you matter and they want you to have a great time while you’re there. They did everything except ask me to sit down and have dinner as if we are all FAMILY!I love getting my vehicle serviced at Kia can’t wait until my next oil change or any experience with them. Brenda ,my service advisor of 8 years has always made my service experience great. She is very attentive to detail and makes sure everything needed is completed. Just wanted to say that buying a vehicle from Kia Autosport was one of my best car buying experiences. My salesman Daniel, was knowledgeable about the vehicle and is extremely personable. Never seemed pushy nor did he try to pressure me into anything. He is a true sales professional. Finalizing my paperwork with Robert Laster was simple and easy. Its rare that you find someone as proficient at their job as he. He was impressive to watch and he truly knows his job inside and out. Other dealerships can learn a lot from the example that Kia Autosport setting.
Went to Kia on Saturday and traded in my base model 2020 Sorento for a brand new 2022 Sorento sx! Intended on working solely with Daniel but he was currently helping another couple which led me to be assisted by Nathan who was just as awesome and personable. He made sure I knew for as long as I had this suv, I’d have him. Robert in finance kept me laughing through the loan process. Overall l had a great experience and will refer them to any one I know looking for a new car. Thanks guys!

Staff was super friendly, I actually went up to the location when they were opened but they were backed up due to other appointments they already have that were coming in that morning/afternoon. But informed me to call back around 2pm to see if they are able to service my vehicle and I was actually able to squeeze in that weekend in at 2pm & got out a few hours. Staff had walked me through the waiting area, the kids area since I had my kids with me during the time I brought my vehicle in for service. Super efficient & fast! Love it there!

I went in to order a bumper for my Telluride. I had backed into a pole and cracked the bumper on the side. The guy came out decided what I needed, took every bit of 2 minutes and charged me 16.00 as an estimate. I knew I needed a bumper. I also ordered the light assembly because he said I needed it. I asked if he was sure because we don’t know if the light assembly is broken. Well you probably need it, he said So that’s 165.00 more that I spent without knowing if it was necessary. Then without a nod he walked off. He definitely needs some customer service training. But another lady, her name is Lisa was very pleasant.

So I had been on search for a 22 Genesis G70 not many around the area. Well from start to finish my experience was a 10 from Kevin Mosley he went above and beyond to help me amd so did Mr Laster in finance amd with me selling cars aswell amd knowing the business they did a great job and I am very happy with my 2022 Genesis G70. Traded my explorer for a brand new 2020 KIA Sportage EX. J.J. Stinson was so patient, kind, and worked well with us on the overall financing. I loved that Kia offered 0% financing and deferred payments. I got a way better deal on a brand new car at this KIA dealership than I did working with my normal FORD dealer in my home town. I am extremely happy with my purchase.
The staff at Kia AutoSport Columbus were professional and very nice. Regardless if you are waiting for the service department or another department. Everyone will greet you and let you no of the snacks, coffee , or water to drink. If you’re waiting for and hour or two you can bring a book, your laptop to past the time while waiting.
As I sat there for waiting for the mechanic to finish the repairs on my vehicle my server kept me updated on how much longer it would be before I forget the first day I brought my vehicle in Mrs Brenda was my server she explained everything that I needed on my vehicle such as brakes tires rear wiper she also explained to me about the recalls and what was gonna be done Mrs Brenda greeted me with a smile and was so professional so I say thanks to Mrs Brenda for assisting me & to the KIA team as well
On site staff very friendly and accommodating - brought my car (which btw has been a great car, love my KIA) in for a recall fix - in and out about 45 min- less time than the hour to hour and a half they quoted! Awesome-Now the reason for the 3 star rating instead of four.The phone staff - not so much friendly or accommodating. Unfortunately both calls - 1st when making my appointment - they were quick to tell me they would have to order the parts and it would be at least a week before they could possibly get me in. (More like they were hopeful I would go elsewhere. I didn’t) Then again when I called because the warning lights remained on after the service to fix (I am assuming they just forgot to reset). I was dumped in a voicemail and am still awaiting a call back 4 days later… and counting.
Had a great experience all around. I was welcomed, I didnt feel pressured and my wife was able to make a confident decision on her new vehicle. Our closing was actually a fun and friendly experience and very fast and efficient. I only wish Kia made a truck so my next vehicle could be purchased here as well. Highly recommend!!
Ms. Brenda at KIA in Columbus GA is my Service Rep each time I take my vehicle for service and she is great. She really make sure my vehicle is service appropriately and I reap the benefits of my warranty. She always work me in every time I call and can’t get an appointment. If she is not working, I will change my appointment because her personality is so much better than any other service rep to me. I really appreciate her great customer service.
This was the easiest and fastest car buying process ever. Honestly I didn’t even go to buy a car, but just to see what my daughter loved so much about Kia K5 and Forte. We are from Valdosta GA and came in for a service issue while on the way to visit my grandpa. we were greeted at the car with such a great personality and assured the issues would be taken care of. We were shuttled to my grandpas house on a Saturday which isn’t normally done. Everyone was super friendly and went above and beyond. A truly hassle free experience. Phillip actually listened to our vehicle needs and worked with us to get us in good vehicle at a price we could afford. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle start with Kia AutoSport of Columbus. I will definitely be returning the next time I need to purchase a car.
I purchased my vehicle here in 2014 and its never been serviced anywhere else! They are super super busy and still do their best to accommodate and get the job done quickly and correctly. When they have made mistakes in the past, they have corrected them without any great issues. I love my car so I am consistent with her service and only allow Kia to complete the services!
We leased a Kia here back in January 2021. The people were nice and the experience was great; however, some safety sensors and camera went out after a couple months. All good, things happen and since it’s a lease it’s all under warranty. However, my fiancée (whose car it is) has had no luck getting Kia to diagnose the issue. She was given the runaround for weeks. Eventually, she asked them in person when they would diagnose it and was given a generic excuse about how far behind the service department is and why they couldn’t do it yet. I stepped in and advised (politely) how she had been given the runaround for weeks so they went ahead and took the car and had it diagnosed within a few hours. After the diagnosis, they said parts needed to be ordered. Again, my fiancée called for nearly two months while being given generic excuses about parts not yet being received. Finally, I told her it sounded “off” and advised that I would call. Sure enough, I called and advised that she had been given the runaround for a couple months and was given a date and time to bring it in as the part had just been received. my fiancée doesn’t feel intimidated with the service department because most of the customer service employees are female; however, I find it weird that I’m able to get service done immediately while she’s given the runaround for months at a time. It could be that Kia doesn’t want to waste time on a repair that isn’t making them money and, sadly, I’d rather it be that than to be the other reason I suspect..
Hard to get an appointment. Once the appointment was made the vehicle was ready prior to the promised time. Vehicle had an oil issue that was under warranty. They were very pleasant to work with. Would have been 5 stars but it takes over2 weeks to get an appointment.
Very satisfied with our salesman Nathan who went over and beyond to meet our request without being pushy. He valued our time which was much appreciated. Kia of Columbus made us feel like a priority and customer satisfaction was at the top of their list. The lifetime warranty that comes with using their service department is like no other we’ve seen. We were given a very generous trade-in value which helped make our decision to purchase very easy. We were looking at a suv with great safety reviews, good gas mileage and lots of space to deliver boxes in. The telluride was perfect. Inventory was limited but with a refundable $1000 down we were able to secure a vehicle of choice that was coming in soon. The 2022 Telluride EX is what I went with and am very happy with my decision. I would recommend Kia AutoSport of Columbus and am always happy to support a woman ran business.
Kia Autosport of Columbus has the best team in town! They really take you wants and needs into consideration to find you the best vehicle for you. May I add they are very friendly and will not rush you into a decision that is jot your own. I have become a Kia customer for LIFE! Shout out to my salesperson Trent C. and Mr. Robert! The service was very fast (2.5 hours for a few different services) and I havent had any problems since picking my car up. The inside is clean and the presentation of the workers/workplace is nice. Some workers seem a bit indifferent, but thats almost anywhere you go. I know others have left scathing reviews of Kia, but I havent experienced any horror stories yet. I hope I dont either.
Trent Callen was so professional and accommodating, he made the entire process go very smooth. All questions I had were answered very promptly. My car had to be ordered and he would send me updates every time he received any information about the cars arrival. Once the car arrived the entire team at Kia Autosport of Columbus went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. I will be happy to do business with this Kia family again in the future!
I have purchased multiple cars from this dealership, have had good experiences in the past, and they were definitely at the top of the list when I am ready for a new vehicle. I kept coming back because of the great service, but I guess things have changed. I booked my appointment online. They had no idea what i was coming in for when I arrived (even though it was specified in the reservation and the confirmation email that they sent). Once I told them what I was there for, I was told they didnt have time to do one of the services I reserved. I got an oil change and drove off with my car smoking (which it was not doing before the oil change). I was offered no suggestions/solutions except to bring it back in and pay $125 for a diagnostic test.
I have bought alot of cars over the years from several dealerships and Kia Columbus has been our best experience. And being out of state (lets just say a few states west) I wasnt sure how things were going to workout. But Brandon the manager went over every questions I had and looked out for our best interest. They were honest, fair with our trade and got us into an awesome vehicle, the Kia Telluride.We are so happy with our new Telluride and feel really good about our purchase. No buyer remorse, which I have felt before from other dealership. I want to thank our sales guy Tyler for all his help. Great job Tyler! I recently had my vehicle in for service. My battery died and wouldnt hold a charge when I jump started the engine. I called the team at Kia AutoSport of Columbus and arranged to drop my vehicle off without an appointment to replace the battery and do some other services. I expected to get my vehicle back in a few days considering the service team was short handed. The service team fit my vehicle in right away and I was back on the road in no time. I am very pleased with the services performed by the Service Department at Kia AutoSport of Columbus.
Service technician performed service that I did not approved. I took my car in for an oil change. When I was notified that my car was ready, they had also installed new windshield wipers that they charged me for. I waited on my vehicle and NO ONE ever came and told me I needed windshield wipers or asked me to approve the service. I was notified only when I went to pay. The service technician said they could take them off if I didn’t want them but that would require additional wait time. Totally unprofessional.
Waited 3 hours for my car to be serviced. Also one of the young ladies at the service desk brought an air filter out to me that was used and even had a few leaves and pine straw on it. She stated I really needed a new one. I agreed. After sometime had passed, I watch another young lady take the same filter, leaves pine straw and all to another waiting customer! Some things are worth more than money. It’s called respect, loyalty and honesty. I am moving on!
We had and awsome salesman name Jeffery, he was very patient, polite and worked diligently to get my granddaughter the car she desired. I dont remember the guy that helped us with the paperwork but he was awesome also. We all were tired and hungry but he kept the atmosphere pleasant and humorous. This was the greatest sales experience I have had since buying my first car in 1979Thanks guys.
We had the absolute best guy help guide us through the process of choosing our car. Terry answered all our questions we had! Upon picking up our car he made sure I knew everything about the car even setting up the apps and Bluetooth. Very happy with the service center. I was greeted right away and told an estimated time of repair.. I was also offered transportation if I needed to go anywhere. I was updated on my vehicle and I was in and out in the amount of time estimated. The people there are very nice.
Most Outstanding Service Department I have ever encountered!!I am not sure where to start.........My daughter has a Kia Forte and was freaking out because her brakes were squealing. We have not lived in Columbus long and a Co-worker told me that she gets her car serviced at Kia. I decided to try it because my husband was out of town and I just feel women get taken advantage of when it comes to working on cars. Anyways...........I called and explained to the young lady that my daughter was freaking out and we needed to get her brakes looked out. She informed me that they had no appointment until August, but since it was an emergency she asked us to bring it by and let them look at it.We showed up that afternoon separately ( My daughter goes to CSU and does not live with me and my husband.) , July 27th about 2:30, Chris came out and met us. explained what they would do. When we were standing outside of my daughters car I noticed how bare her tires were. I did not mention anything to Chris because I was already thinking this was going to be so expensive.I know, I am rambling on but.......Chris asked us to leave it so they could look at it. He called me later that day about 5:00pm and explained her front brakes were 0 % and her back brakes were 2 %. Then went on to her tires. He said they are in the red and he would not drive on them. He was sincerely concerned. He gave me the total cost of everything and no surprises.Chris said they had the front brakes and the tires in stock and not the back brakes but they would be in the next day. So, we left her car overnight. Chris checked in with me the next day and let me know where they were at and then called me back around 2:30 and said the car was completed.We came in paid right under $1K. He went over everything once again and sent us on our way.I have NEVER encountered such professionalism like we did at a service department EVER. (MY dad had own Toyota Dealerships his entire adult life until he died and the service people always creeped me out). I am confident that the next issue (if any) my daughter has with her car, she will be back to this service department without my help. This makes my life much easier. The staff at Kia auto sport is true professionals. The sales associate mr phillip was very helpful. His insight on what I wanted put me in a perfect car. The service department personnel are amazing. The professional customer service was great. No amazing. The wait time for my car to be serviced was in the time frame and when I got my car back it was cleaned. My air conditioning stopped working on the hottest week of the summer. I called for an appointment but nothing was available. They told me I could drop my car off and they would get to it within a couple of days. Let me just say…. Brenda N. was all over it! I had my car back the next day umm, my nice cold car! She even ran outside and opened the car door for me!! I felt so special! Thank you, Brenda and your service department. Y’all are the greatest!
Absolutely phenomenal in every way! I saw a car on Jr Allen that I wanted and decided just to “stop by” and see what some trade in options could be. By no means did I need a new car, it was definitely a “want”. Britney greeted me and immediately I felt like I was talking to my bestie. I was trying not to get too psyched about the possibility of a 2022 Kia, I thought there was no way it could happen. Britney MADE IT HAPPEN! Every moment of the car buying experience was made enjoyable by Britney and her team. I even loved the finance guy! The whole process took barely 2 hours and I would do it again in a heart beat. The owner even came by to say hi like she had known me for years. I definitely was treated like family and I will be back again and again. Thank you again, Britney!

Brenda Nappi did a great job of confirming what services needed to be done for my 15,000 mile interval service; she is always totally professional as well as very courteous and pleasant. I had some services preformed several weeks ago. Some warranty work and some recalls. When I called on my A/C TO turn on for the first time this season it only cooled in one side (the drivers side).My first thought was that KIA had maybe caused the problem by leaving something disconnected or a wire or a tube loose.I went by KIA unannounced without an appointment asking for service. The service mgr took myCar for evaluation and came back with the diagnosis of a ruptured Freon line and gave me a price of $545.00 for repair parts and labor. They completed work and I was on my way home in 3.5 hrs.All people involved were so obliging and helpful. It was my decision to wait in waiting room for the repairs to be completed.Thank you for your profession assistance.
I have a 2021 stinger. I fell in love with it cause of the body and engine but little did I know of how big a pile of dookie it is! I bought it back in January and had brought it in twice for loss of power and it would shake violently at start up. I would give it gas and had the pedal floored and it would not accelerate. I took it into the shop and they “FIXED” it. Apparently it was a bad fuel injector on cylinder number 4. It took a week to troubleshoot with their technicians. They ordered the part and installed it and it was “fixed.” Fast forward a month and some change and viola the same issue popped up again. I took the vehicle back and they kept it for another 8 days. They troubleshot it again and narrowed it down to the catalytic converter. I literally just picked up my car and got on ole J.R. Allen and the same issue is there. Idk if they VERIFY that the fault is there before and after part/parts have been replaced. Do NOT go into kia and expect great things cause you will be sadly mistaken. I have asked for a loaner car while they fixed it and got the reply of “we don’t do that here sir, you’d hav to go to the dealership you purchased your vehicle” I highly recommend going to FORD, CHEVY, or TOYOTA. Avoid this place Columbus! I can not give doughnuts (0’s) for a star. Otherwise I would! cause that’s what they deserve!
After the bad experience at Autonation south Columbus where I purchased the vehicle , I decided to get my car serviced at Kia!I’m so thankful, the service was great, the coordinator accommodate my work schedule last minute and still only waited no more than a hour for the service. All the personnel was pleasant, great Team.I will definitely continue to get my car serviced at Kia Columbus
I drove in without an appt and while checking in it was immediately recognized that my car had a serious issue. The service department took great care inspecting my car and keeping me informed. They worked my car into their schedule that day for which I am grateful. I had been trying to identify the issue for several months with other auto shops with no success. Kia did a great job identifying and fixing the problem, gave me a more than fair price, and treated me very well. I had a great experience and highly recommend them !!!
If I could leave more stars I would. The whole staff was great! As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by Phillip. I explained to him when I totaled my vehicle a few months back I did not have time to shop around so I bought the first vehicle I liked from another dealer. It was a great car, but I just wasnt completely happy with it so I have been thinking about trading it in. However, I do not have the best credit and I knew that I would have some negative equity. I told him what I was looking for and he quickly pulled the car around front and showed me every detail of the vehicle. I have never bought a brand new vehicle before so I had a lot of questions. Phillip was kind and patient and answered every one of them. I honestly did not expect to be able to drive away in a new vehicle yesterday but they made it happen! The whole process was a breeze. The staff was very professional from sales to finance. I would definitely recommend KIA AutoSport. Thank you Phillip for all of your help!
This place was awesome. I have bought from this Kia back in 2011. I never had an issue. The staff was super nice, family like and respectful back then as they are today! Big shout out to Eddie. People are very friendly, I assume the job was done properly, rate was within reason. The waiting lounge is not comfortable, but I appreciated the free wi-fi service. If you are going to use appointments for your scheduling, they should benefit your customers as much as they do yourself. As expected, the first words out of my greeters mouth was, Were a little behind today, and this was a morning appointment. The job takes twenty minutes, I allotted an hour, it took two hours, which is absurd. It is what I expect from all car dealerships in town, but there was certainly a hope that the customer-friendly atmosphere Kia creates would transfer over to the service department. Disappointed and will probably not use them again.
I needed my tires to be checked due to losing air. They squeezed me in without an appt because it was a safety issue. Although I had no appt, they got my car ready within 45 minutes. Excellent service, great timing, and every staff member I had contact with were friendly and professional.
Kia Autosport of Columbus was a great group to work with. I was seeking a friendly and down to earth car dealership when I wasn’t getting the kind of service I wanted at my local dealership and Kia in Columbus was exactly the kind of place I had hoped to find! Easy, straightforward and no pressure. They helped me get exactly what I needed and I was excited to get the tires for life benefit too! I highly recommend them and they were worth the 40 minute drive!
Phillip is one of the better car salesmen Ive personally had an encounter working with. He was very educatedon everything KIA had to offer. Never was pushy and answered the hundreds of questions I had throughout my buying experience. 100% recommend going to talk with Phillip if your just brousing or know the vehicle you want from KIA.
The service department did what I asked them to do. Was able to fix my emergency brake without having to replace it. Saved me money.The detail wash was not executed well. I had to re-wash my windows. They smeared the windshield more than clean it. $38 for a detail wash, I expected better.
Excellent customer service from Rashad. Got us in a test ride quickly and didnt pressure us but answered all our questions. Gave us multiple options and provided a quick and reasonable price quote. I have not finalized a purchase but had an excellent experience. UPDATE: After shopping several other dealerships, it became clear who had earned our business based on great service. I was impressed by how they treated my daughter who was making her first vehicle purchase as an adult. Most dealerships spoke only to me and ignored her. Everyone at KIA treated her with respect and included her equally in the discussion about the vehicle and the paperwork as we completed the purchase.
Just purchased a Sorento! As soon as I walked in Front desk and Phillip and the finance team were eager to give me the best deal possible. Which they succeeded in. Their were a few bumps in Communication between the sales team and the service team but were quickly resolved when Kayla had called to check in to see how everything went with my purchase. She was able to quickly fill in the gaps and get repairs done! The SERVICE TEAM IS HIGHLY recommended as they did my repairs in a crunch for me and did a amazing job fixing my sunroof and leather and kindly will fix the rest when I return! Kelly in service was very kind in answering any questions I had and very understanding! Phillip even delivered my KIA to my house great salesman!!! Thank you KIA!! I highly recommend as they make sure the customer is happy with their purchase! A++!!
I came in at 2:00 with an APPOINTMENT to get my brakes inspected and replaced, and my lights that were out fixed. I was there for 2 hours and 15 minutes just to find out they fixed recalls instead and never touched what I came there and asked for them to fix. Had to leave after 2 1/2 hours for class, and guess what I still have? Unsafe brakes, and no headlight. Won’t ever be going back, it was ridiculous. I could’ve bought the parts and done all of it myself in that amount of time off of a couple youtube videos.
Great service!!! Kevin and David were very informative with every question asked. Didn’t beat around and try to get more money out of the deal. The price was set from the start with no extra charges. That is why I bought the car from Columbus. When I checked another Kia dealer ( Kia of Auburn ) extra cost was being added. Thanks to the staff we worked with for there true and up front honesty. When we buy another car it will be from Kia of Columbus.
The representative that helped me out, Aryeon, was such a delight and was very enthusiastic. You need more like her to engage your customers in an upbeat and inviting manner. Shes a keeper. The service was efficient and done well before the expected time. So great job Kia service team!!
We were visiting from out of town and the engine light came on while in Columbus. Brenda from the service got our Kia Soul in for service the same day even without appointment, we got our three recall repairs done and got resolution to the engine light issue. I was very impressed with this service center and would highly recommend.
I WOULD NOT trust this dealership. Their online “sale price” is ACTUALLY the MSRP price. They intentionally leave the digital window sticker off the website so you cannot find this out for yourself. But with the VIN and a little research you can find the actual MSRP price in the main KIA site. So their “Retail value” price is a made up inflated price. See pictures below for proof! :)
Absolutely the worst dealership experience ive had, the service advisor was insulting and dismissive. waiting over two hours for an oil change scheduled two weeks earlier. guests before and after my arrival were quickly assisted. when inquiring to my time frame the response to wait in line for my turn they have others ahead of mine. the main desk provided not only failed to provide a contact for a complaint she placed a call and the attempt at keeping here personal thoughts as it pertains to guest was less than successful. I asked my car being returned and it was brought from the parking lot and no service was done. no one expressed concern, and now asking to rate my service shows the interest taken in the management of the location. i will proceed filing my official complaint in detail to the appropriate agencies
I made an appointment on line. I arrived 10 minutes before the appointment time and everyone was very nice. I let the gentleman that was checking me in know that I had someone to pick me up while they changed the oil in my car. After 4 hours I returned only to find out that because I didn’t wait at the dealership while my car was being serviced they took everyone else that did wait and my oil had not been changed yet. What’s the point of an appointment if your not going to do what you’re suppose to by the appointment times and just let everybody else go in front of you. Had they told me from the start that my car would be not be serviced while I was gone I would not have left my car!! 4 hours for a simple oil change. Even taking others in front of my appointment time it should have been complete when I returned. I will not ever take my business there again!

My buying experience was flawless. Jeffrey at the Columbus, Ga location was confident in his approach to sell me MY 2020 Kia Optima. He earned my trust and my purchase. Kia was very helpful from the moment I was asked what I was looking for.I had done my research and knew what I wanted to look at, and they recommended it after asking a few questions.The employees werent overbearing, and they were very patient with me as I ran into some delays for purchasing my new vehicle when I finally settled.They didnt change the price on me despite being held up, and that was a really appreciated reassurance knowing that the price would not be reevaluated.The Kia Seltos I purchased is a fantastic vehicle so far after a month of ownership.I highly recommend anyone go to Kia Autosport of Columbus for a fair car shopping experience and a high quality vehicle!

My husband and I had the best car buying experience at KIA AutoSport this past Saturday. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Especially Sales Manager Phillip Futrell, he made our experience so pleasant. KIA was our first stop that day and I honestly didn’t even want to go look anywhere else. However, we did go look at 3 other car dealers (just for peace of mind). At those 3 other car dealers the services/sales weren’t horrible, but they weren’t quality either. I couldn’t wait to go back to KIA. Thank you KIA for making a sometimes stressful experience into the best car buying experience we’ve ever had!!!!
Absolutely horrible!!! Car engine blew up because Of a recall on the engine. Never received a recall notification to my current address. No matter they absolutely claimed they had and refused to replace the engine. Paid 6500 dollars for the repair of this car and which every opportunity they took to call and add more parts needed to fix the car. Would not recommend buying a Kia as one day this will probably be you.
The service that I received during my recent visit to the Kia store was nothing less than amazing! The entire staff were very friendly and professional but my salesman Mallory Beard was the absolute best! Mallory was really attentive, patient and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I have bought several vehicles during my lifetime but has never had a salesperson that explained and demonstrated the features of a vehicle as thoroughly as Mallory. As usual, Kia s service department employees lacked knowledge & empathy. I feel as if Im not appreciated & have to fight for things that should be afforded to a long time, loyal customer. The department also needs to have some upgrades in computer services. I was approached by a nice salesman (Phil), while waiting for my service and decided to take a look at the new Telluride. I was asked to check in with the young lady at the front desk of the dealerships showroom & she made a copy of my license in case I wanted to test drive. The salesman & I remained only feet away from the service dept. During that time, the service dept. freaked out because they could not FIND me! They even called my Father who was at home resting. Really?? After about four and a half hours and almost $500 later, the service tech at the desk made an error in my itemized explanation of services and had to continuously ask for help from a senior associate. To top things off, they returned my vehicle back to me without even a complimentary run through the car wash! After I exhaustedly questioned the state of my vehicles return, and as I was sitting in my car ready to drive off in disbelief, an awesome associate named JORDAN knocked on my window, apologized for the oversight and asked if I had time for him to clean my vehicle. THANK YOU, JORDAN! Kia, you will forever be second or third best & continue to loose repeat customers of these wonderful vehicles if you dont improve and remember the CUSTOMER in customer service.

The staff has been nothing short of amazing, hospitable, and very courteous.I am very satisfied with the service that I received each and every time I have to come to Kia Autosport of Columbus. My Customer Service Agent was Brenda and she was truly an advocate for me to get the right work done and even under my warranty that had just lapsed. Everyone was very friendly. The shuttle service was amazing. John the shuttle driver actually called me and said he could pick me up. The whole experience was very positive.
The salesperson told me they would detail the car and fill it with gas if I purchased it. The cleanliness of the car was lacking and my fiance got 5 miles down the road and the low on fuel light came on. Needless to say I wasnt going to return the 18,000$ purchase i just made over these 2 complaints but it will make me think again before going back for future business.
Our sales person Jeff was very helpful and transparent. This was are first time buying from a dealership and we visited other before going to Kia and we felt very overwhelmed with it all. But Jeff at kia made it feel so easy. Thank you for meeting our needs and going above and beyond.
I had a great buying experience at Kia AutoMall in Columbus, Georgia. My salesperson, Jeff Stinson, was very thorough in his presentation of my new vehicle, did not pressure me in any manner, and consistently communicated with me throughout the period between my test drive and my purchase.
I liked that I was able to do business online. Once I figured out the financing I was able to do an online application. It was approved that day and they set a side my car. They arranged to deliver the car within 2 days. This was the easiest way to buy a car I have ever had.
This was my first awesome experience dealing with Kia. I normally end up with Brent and he is all talk and never catered to the needs of me as a customer. Brenda was my point of contact and she called often letting me know what was going on. My engine, starter and intake valve had to be replaced and it was taken care of because of the recall/warranty. She reserved me a rental car and assured me I would be ok. Thank you for a wonderful experience Brenda.

2022-04-05This is very best dealership I have ever dealt with. Rashad, our salesperson, was exceptional. They were upfront and clear in all of the steps and coats associated. We drove 4.5 hours to deal with them and will gladly do so again. The experience was outstanding and the the excitement they had for us purchasing a new car was great. it was not treated as just a business transaction. 2022-01-03Drew in the service department is great!!! He always take care of me and my wife whenever we go in to have our cars serviced. He Always keep us updated and lets us know the status and what is a recommended service for our cars. The service at this Kia Dealership in Columbus is the best. I ended up buying 2 cars (His and Hers) at the same time because of the attention we get whenever we are there. The atmosphere is great.

2022-01-26Always a good atmosphere at Kia Auto In Columbus,GA. Staff is always professional. They(Maintenance dept.) always keep you informed on what’s going on with your vehicle. I went in for my appointment. It was my 1st oil Change and tire rotation. I was out within and hour. They have tables plush chairs to relax with snacks.

2022-02-21In the past, I have had horrible experiences with Kia Auto of Columbus. However, Andrew “Drew” has been the best Service Advisor I have had in 9yrs. The last two times I have brought my car in for required maintenance for the 100k mile warranty and tires for life warranty, Drew has been friendly, prompt and was even kind enough to give me a discount because of working in the medical field. The gentleman that always greets me when dropping of my car, is THE BEST employee. I’m not sure of his name, but middle age African American male is always smiling and always has a positive attitude. Thank you Drew and Mr. Drop off car guy!

From the moment I walked in the dealership he made the process effortless. He exuded kindness and caring. He hand walked me through everything. He called to check on me and keep me updated. He even reminded me that the next day was Valentines day in case I forgot to buy my wife something.

2022-05-09My sales rep, Tyler Reynolds was super professional and easy to work with! Literally the quickest vehicle purchase I’ve ever made! I told him what I was looking for within my means and he made it happen. The dealership location was super clean and all of the staff are professional and helpful. The online portion (credit application) made the process easy and quick. I didn’t feel like I was being preyed upon when I entered the lot!
