My vehicle stopped on me in September and then I towed it to the Kia Dealership to be looked at and fixed. My vehicle was there for three months and one thing was done to it. The warranty company refused to fix it due to a recall part that needed to be fixed. I was given an appointment for three months after I received the recall letter. The Kia dealership refused to fix my vehicle because they did not do the recall. My car did start while at the dealership but they did not decide to go ahead and service the recall part. My appointment was two weeks from the day it stopped.My service advisor claimed she was getting the run around and told me lies that wasted my time. After about two and a half month I decided to call the warranty company myself and within a week and a half an inspector was sent out to look at my vehicle. This leads me to feel that my service advisor was not doing her job and allowed my vehicle to sit the for months.My vehicle is no longer at the dealership we removed it so my time would not be wasted anymore.No. It is still not fixed. needs a new engine that neither company wants to fix, and I lost my job because I did not have transportation to get there and back. I will not purchase a Kia new or used.
My Kia Cadenza has been trouble free for over 4 years until my drive to Florida last week. Fortunately the Kia dealership of savannah was near by. The diagnosis was a bad fuel pump that didn’t allow me to go over 2000 rpms or 70 miles per hour. Alexander handled my service and supplied me with a rental car from Enterprise.The part was ordered and due to arrive in 2 days...only one!! In USA .....I drove the rental to my destination in Florida where my wife was waiting for me after a my 3 days on the road from PA.Yesterday we got our car back....we drove from Palm Beach County arriving 7 hours later.The car seems to be back to normal......yet it is filthy dirty!! And grease!! We can’t understand, how it could be returned like this. Our dealership at home would never release a car back without washing it.#2. The rental had 1/2 a tank of gas, smelled like someone smoked in it, filthy car and apparently the only car available that day. We would never buy a Forte.Otherwise even though it was an unfortunate circumstance after driving 2 days in horrendous traffic .the 17 hour drive from home to Boynton Beach extended ...... ..plus 14 hours Back and forth to savannah ..we are safe but is one trip I don’t want to repeat.
After looking for a car for months and having most places turn their nose up at us because we didnt have enough money or didnt want to finance a car, in a last ditch effort went to Kia. The staff was so friendly and Brian went out of his way to put us in a car within our budget. I highly recommend you make this your first stop when car shopping.
I was going to trade this Kia in for another Kia after I got the part I needed but forget that! I will never buy another Kia and its because of this Savannah location. I started driving my car out of town for service and that is a HUGE inconvenience. NO ONE picks up the phone for parts (voicemail is full). I tried to get help from service since its LITERALLY IN THE SAME PLACE AND PARTS WONT ANSWER!!!! If I tell you no one is picking up the phone, then why forward my call for me to continue getting no help whatsoever. Every single desk in the service department is located nearly 5 steps away from the parts counter, surely someone could let them know to stop ignoring calls. With that being said, my days of service and driving Kias are OVER!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!! I will be selling this 2016, 80,000 miles Kia to the Ford dealership and let them make a profit off it and purchase a Honda or Toyota. I honestly no longer want to deal with Kia. Their parts are garbage, cheaply made and unreliable. First impressions go a long way and my first impression was with this dealership, a horrible impression. No need to meet the wonderful sales team to purchase a vehicle only to not be able to get it serviced and horrible customer service due to the horrible parts and service team.
Want to give a shout out to Jon Goode. Went in here after looking at two other dealerships, not liking either the experience or the car in the other two. As soon as we pulled up we had a sales men come up to us asking if we needed help showed him the car we were interested in he got the keys right away and took it for the test drive. Loved the car decided we wanted it. Jon did all the work we just had to sign. Pretty normal experience if The experience just stops there. While going through all the paper work we we talked like we had been friends for years got to know Jon on a personal level. I could have set there all night talking to him. After I got squared away with Jon, went to finance to sign the last of the papers and Tim made everything easy and was the same way talked about everything under the sun with him too. Both of these guys were great, answered every question I asked and made sure I was covered when I left the lot. Highly recommend buying a car from Jon, very nice, hard worker, and truly cares. 10 out of 10 experience.
If you need to visit the parts department, be prepared to meet some of the slowest people on the planet. Ive never seen someone as slow disinterested in their job than Nate at the service counter. My apologies for bothering you at your job Nate. This place is more of a joke the more I have to visit.
1. If you want to make a sale have the car on the lot. With new cars being hard to come by during these trying times New cars should not be taken home by a member of management to put unnecessary miles on it. Do not tell your customer that the manager will not bring it back to the lot because its Saturday and his day off. Unless you are going to buy the car.We were told to come back on Monday to look at it. If I could come on a weekday I would have.Be straight with customers please. We drove over an hour to look at car that was not on your lot when we were told it would be. If you not going to have new cars available on the weekend to look at, why are you even open. The salesman was amazing, his get 10+, but as for the management they can go pound sand. Lost a new customer.
Service was great ask for Sherry. My experience on the sales side was terrible. I would never buy a car here. Update...worst sales experience. I reiterate I will never buy a kia again. The car is fine...the sales department are bunch of Aholes..took my business to hundai just bought two tuscons. Got 3k more on my trade in and everything was transparent. By comparison kia sales just shrugged and didnt care if I bought cars or not.
Mr.Blades was the most professional , honest and helpful car salesman throughout my car shopping process!!! Not only did he help me find a better deal than any other sales person I spoke with on Chatham Parkway at the other dealers ,he also help me get exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted ! Definitely Recommend Asking For Mr.Blades
Lost in TransmissionIts been a month since this place has our truck. we only had it for two days. they do not call and give updates. then when you call them its a problem. they told us the transmission was installed and sent our truck to Vaden Chevy in Pooler. But when we called them to do their job and check the status, Vaden looked for our truck by vin and it was nowhere in sight, nor has it even been there. So, you lied. Why? We got the truck so we can travel comfortably over the holidays now, theyre over, awesome. Leave this place alone, dont ever do business with Kia Country of Savannah.
Awesome place to get a new or used car!!! Completely awsome service!!! I felt like family!!! I went with my daughter inlaw to look at cars and she drove off with a Kia Soul. It only had one previous owner and is in top notch condition! She ecstatic and Im super happy for her!!! The environment was clean and smelled really nice! I recommend anyone looking for a new or slightly used car to go deal with these guys. Thanks Rob, Tim and Theeo...you guys rock!!!
I made an appointment through their online inquiry where they send a text, to test drive a Seltos. I was told to be there by 6pm. I got there early and was told the manager and his wife took the New and Used Seltos home, only 2 on the lot, they took home, after I scheduled my appt. Then I was ignored the following day, hard to believe only one person can see or get messages from customers. Im attaching my screenshots of the conversation as well. After everything I was not wanting to purchase with them. Never been to a dealership that didnt want to sell a vehicle so bad. I hope the pictures load in order, they start with my appt time, second picture is one of my responses, last picture is where I told her to loose my information.
I’m but my KIA six months ago. And my van, electric sliding doors stop working. It opens only manually. Before I have van with non automatic doors,it seems not a big problem. So I do not go to fix right away, I have drove a van some few months,with this problem. Besides It take for two weeks to make a appointment. I came ten minutes before the time,off my appointment. No parking space, have to stay in line, to be helped. After four hours of waiting, told me, that not fixed. Than I ask for management. And been wanting one more an hour.
I took my 2020 Kia Soul in for a recall and 10,000 mile service, Friday, 7/16/21. On the way home, over 60 miles away, I noticed the car wasnt running correctly. Later, I had an appointment, and the engine light was on. Roadside assistance had to tow my car, which PRIOR to my service had run fine. Ive called numerous times, spoke to Lisa in the service department, no one called, I have no transportation. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I have a car that ran fine until KIA serviced it.
I bought my Kia Sorento from here and when I go to get it serviced I get the worst customer service. I got my car serviced their twice and will not go there again. They are so nice when they want you to buy a car but have bad customer service when I needed to get my car serviced. They dont call to let me know my car is ready and when I show up I dont get a hi or hello just what car did you have? They pick and choose who they wanna be polite to. Would not recommend.
Worst service and worst customer service of all times. I had a terrible and frustrating experience with the Kia service department and its manager: Mike. Just before Christmas I had four tires replaced on my 2011 Sedona from a local tire shop (not Kia). They immediately raised the flag that one rear brake caliper was missing BOTH securing bolts. This allowed the caliper to move into the wheel rim and get grooved/damaged. According to the car maintenance records I had on file, the only 2 previous visits were at the Kia dealer. The first, less than 12 months before, where they replaced the brake pads and worked the rotors, the last in July for routine maintenance were they checked the brake pads and rotated the tires, so they stated. It is fairly clear that the mistake (bolts not installed) was done during either one of these 2 maintenance visits. Even worse if it was done last year and got completely undetected during the most recent one. In good faith I explained the issue to Mike, service manager, he told me he needed to check with the GM Jeff and get back to me the next day. He never returned the call and only after several attempts I was able to reach him. He told me that he and Jeff cannot do anything because the first visit was too long ago and could not be considered an issue due to the amount of time past. I explained that the caliper may no longer be structurally sound and that it does not matter if it happened 5 or 12 months ago, it is still their fault. Note that the work was still under warranty for both services (12 months) They were faced with an evident mistake that jeopardized the car braking system and endangered the safety of my family. If nothing happened is just for a chance, not an indication that there is not a problem. This is what you get when you deal with sloppiness and blatant incompetence.
Sales manager never returned my calls as promised after I left 2 messages. Bought my car at Orange Park in Jacksonville and they will deliver to Savannah! Service dept. In Savannah is the only good. When I called the salesperson that emailed me, I was put on hold and could hear vulgar conversations. Do you all not have a hold button on your business phone? Savannah Kias priorities are not customer based. You can clearly see that by their reviews.
Love love love this place. 10/10 least stressful vehicle buying experience I ever had. Not only did we have an amazing personable salesman willing to work with us; we had an equally amazing and hilarious finance guy. Their names are Daren Coleman and Timothy Ferguson. I probably butchered at least one of those spellings and for that I’m sorry! But we bought a Dodge 1500 from them and not only was it the smoothest process; I was made aware and knowledgeable of all the maintenance assistance add-ons that they offer; and I appreciate that a lot because I was super unaware that some dealerships offer things like that and this is my 4th vehicle.I just wanna say all in all; a very great experience, they all look dapper as heck, and I’m grateful for their help and personalities.
I went here with no great expectations of being able to get a pre-owned car in the price range it needed to be in for my budget. There was also anxiety about who I would have as a salesperson. My last experience at another dealership had left me feeling less than because I didnt have some huge budget for a car, nor money to put down; just my trade-in. But when I got to Kia Country of Savannah and met Ken Hadel the salesman that had been set up for me by the internet rep, it didnt take long at all to feel at ease. The last time I bought a car was 17 years ago; a lot has changed since then, including my age. Now in my 70s all of the computerized things on cars now were a bit overwhelming. But Ken Hadel was so kind and beyond patient. I ended up with a great pre-owned car thanks to a lot of hard work by Ken, and the manager. You couldnt pick a better place to go, and definitely couldnt find a better salesperson. Forever grateful.
I had my 2017 Kia optima dropped off from a tow truck last Friday. I was told I would know Thursday what was wrong with it. I know its the knock sensor out. They called Monday about it. She said I was #15. I was told I get would get a call Thursday to let me know what was wrong. I was at work. No call yet. So I called she said this Thursday I will know something. She said I was #10 now. I called today Im #7 Sherry said it can take 3 weeks. I said you told me I would know last week on Thursday. She said I have to pay for a rental. They should give me a loaner. I work I need a car. Now I have to pay to rent one. I dont have the extra money to do it.
Dhaval was a great time and sales person to have with my purchase. I was well informed on the process as a first time buyer & genuinely had a good time! Very personable people and I’m a picky person but I would def send my friends to this dealership. I got the car I wanted and they worked with me to get the payments I wanted. Thanks guys! ❤️
Bought a brand new 2021 Soul and with in a month driver side tire started to loss air. Ask there service department to look into it. There response was we dont give warranty on tires you will have to deal with tire manufacturer. Guess what the tires are from a different country. So bumper to bumper coverage is only for Kia parts. When I was buying the car, sales person told me everything is included even tires. So either the staff is not telling truth or Kia needs to be up front about whats cover and whats not. dont lie to customers. Never buying Kia again.
Had a Chance today to talk to the Boss Man today! Mr Reginald Moore ,General Manager is an awesome Gentleman. His Customer service skills are off the charts. He was the icing on the cake! I have to say,Sadie Zubrowski (Sales Associate) is definitely the go to gal. She was so very helpful and worked very hard to make our car buying experience not so intimidating! Michele Myers I have to say sealed the deal with hard work and excellent customer service. Thank you all ,we are so very pleased! Keep up tdd he great work people! Thank you for an extremely great car buying experience!
I am on vacation and stopped into the Service Department to have my car checked out because of a noise I was hearing. I was treated courteously and was informed every step of the way in the process. They even installed an update while I was here. The waiting are was fantastic. Ample amount of comfortable chairs, a desktop computer area that could be removed for laptop use, free snacks and a variety of free beverages. At the close of service, my car was returned to me washed. I have been to dealerships in three other states. This one was the best and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them!
I purchased a car at this dealership 1/8 salesman Erwin was great. Here we are a month and 1/2 later and dmv has no record of a pending registration being applied for with my Vin number. My temporary tags expire within days. After leaving numerous messages for days and finally speaking to Michele in finance its out of her hands and she gonna have someone else call me back. Im waiting meanwhile my car wont be legal no title or registration. Very bad experience
I had placed a part order for a door handle for my Kia Forte. There was a misunderstanding of which handle inside or outside. They ordered the outside when I needed they inside. When I called to l let them know they ordered the wrong part the person who answered the phone said I would have to pay for the part plus a restocking fee. I have already paid for one and will be returning in. I cannot afford to pay for a replacement part plus restocking fee. This is the first and last time I will ever do business with them and I will never buy another Kia have hated it since I bought it.
I recently came in to see about a possible trade in. When I got there I was met with nothing but confusion and a woman yelling in the “show room” about how they lied about things when recently selling her a vehicle. I dealt with Rob who Was the one who sold the angry woman her vehicle. He was rude, condescending and lied to me about the trade in value of my vehicle. Not to mention he disappeared multiple times, eventually leaving without saying anything. I have a 2020 telluride and he tried telling me it was only with $18,000. Only once I told him that it’s absolutely insane did he tell me they were offering me 30, it’s in perfect condition so it was a total joke. I then asked the manager for a break down of everything listed on the sheet they gave me because multiple fees didn’t make sense. When I started questioning he became irritated and treated me like I had no idea what I was talking about. My family has worked in the automotive industry my entire life, this wasn’t my first rodeo. I finally just took my keys and left. If you’re looking to buy or trade a vehicle do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. I’ve never mor would I ever disrespect anyone the way they did.
Consistently courteous service. Time expectations clearly communicated in advance. Any delays were to my benefit, thank you. Amenities available, though I did not partake. I understand why appointments are well into the future. High demand for good service. So far so good as well re: repairs. 😀
I had a great buying and overall experience at Kia Country of Savannah on 3/15/2020!! I was a referred here by a friend of mine. As soon as I pulled up to the dealership, I was greeted by a manager. He brought me in and I was introduced to my salesman, Brian Buxton. Im glad that my friend referred me to him because hes great. The test drive and paperwork were laid back and stress free. Brian is very personable and easy to talk to. He helped me out with the price and getting my new car on the road as soon as possible.I also want to do a shout out for the Finance Manager, Edwin. He was friendly and explained everything so I understood. Even when I decided the next day not to get the extended warranty I had originally signed up for, he explained other options and didnt get rude like most people would. Im extremely happy with my Kia Soul!!Definitely would do business here again...A++ Service All Around!!!!*Edit (3/16/20): There was some paperwork I had to resign and Brian drove it from the dealership to my office. Great appreciated!!
Our Kia broke down 14 miles shy of our destination to a weekend vacation in Savannah. We had it towed to Kia Country where they determined the engine would need to be replaced. NO WORRIES! Everything was under warranty, and Kia even took care of a car rental while the repairs were made. We were impressed with the courtesy, friendliness & professionalism of every staff member we encountered or spoke to, they all get 5 stars. As fantastic as they all were, Pat in the service department really went above and beyond. GREAT GUY. 50 stars or more if we could. THANKS KIA COUNTRY!!!!
Erwin was great! He did his part as a salesman so I have no complaints with his customer service, let’s fast forward we buy the car, and were guaranteed all these services and what’s going to happen next and etc. My temporary tag expired and all of a sudden I couldn’t get anyone to answer my calls or give me a call back. I’ve called for weeks, left messages and am still given the run around. Finally one day, I got ahold someone and she told me they didn’t even PROCESS/ send out my paperwork for my tag and registration. It’s been past 45 days and to see that my paperwork wasn’t even touched since the day we pulled off the lot struck a nerve for me. I was able to go to the DOR to get an extension on my temp tag but it’s only for 30 days. So I decide to call again to see where we are now in the process and guess what? You’re right no one is answering or returning my calls again. Kia has officially burned a bridge with me sad to say. I have no welcome packet, tag, or official registration and it’s been months. Smh. I guess they only value you when you purchase a car.
I went in to check on the cost to replace the lift cylinders on my Kia Sorrentos tailgate. The service person stated the cylinders would cost $528 to replace because it took an hour and a half on each side. I found this very hard to believe, so I looked online, found the replacement cylinders for a little over $100 and a video on how to replace them, which took 15 mins total. Because this service manager thought she could over price a service and get paid for it, she lost not only this sale, but also any other sale for parts or another vehicle.Thank you for your response, If I had received a 315 dollar quote, I might have not been so upset, but the service person did not go and look at the vehicle, which it was not a phone estimate, I stopped off after I left work at the Sheriff office behind your business, And I used KIA parts for the repair.
The worse costumer service. I try to lease a car and get some numbers about it bc im 1+ hours away from the dealer and he said my manager cant give it to you and hang up on me lol. I called over 20+ and they are all fine with that bc I need to have an idea before I come and lease the car.
My Best Dealership Experience Ever at KIA COUNTRYI was very impressed by the friendliness of all your staff and mechanics but especially by the wonderful warmth and care I received from the front desk service manager. He is truly the best I have ever experienced in any dealership. Please extend to him my special gratefulness. He is truly THE BEST you could possible have. A true gem and a great asset to your dealership. Also I appreciate all the extras performed on my Soul such as topping off liquids and correcting all the air in my tires.... And the offer which I declined to wash my car (due to time limit)... All this done without money exchanged for a recall on my steering pinion and hub caps!!! This was truly a most touching experience. Also freshly self-brewed coffee and free snacks... I told the manager that I loved being at KIA Country so much that I would like to move in.
I called this dealership a few months ago and spoke with a sales representative and they took my information and was supposed to have the sales manager to call me back. After about a week, I never heard back. I called and asked for the sales manager to speak with him or her directly. When I was able to get him on the phone, I told him about my situation and he took all of my information down and was going to call me back. That was in September. He never called me. He never emailed me. Even if a dealership is not able to get someone in the vehicle they want, the least someone can do is tell the customer that they are not able to help them and don’t leave them hanging. I will never try to reach out to this dealership again. Neither will I refer to them anyone I know.By the way, I found a dealership that is ready and willing to work with me and put me in the car I want, so thank you Kia Country of Savannah for absolutely nothing.
Had my car towed there two weeks ago when I was out of state and my kia died. Doesnt answer the phone most of the time. Doesnt call me back when I leave messages on voicemail or the website message thing. Didnt diagnose my car a week ago when they said they would. I should have gone with a different shop.
I went in today all the way from sc to purchase a car I didn’t have the down payment then so I left and came back hours later to be told the vehicle I wanted wasn’t on the lot anymore because it was being serviced but I could clearly see the car still on the lot. The sales rep lied to me after I called ahead to tell them I was on the way. I called after I left using a false name and another rep confirmed to me it was on the lot. Very unprofessional!!!!! Will not shop there again!
Love love loved my experience at Kia. Everyone was so friendly and relatable. Brian helped my daughter and I pick the best car for us. He was so patient and attentive. He interacted with my four year old and made her feel included in the whole process. I would recommend Kia of Savannah to everyone I know. Super grateful!
I scheduled to have my two front tires replaced and an alignment done. The front driver side popped the day before I was supposed to go. so I got it hauld to the dealership a day early. They assured me that mine would be first on the list, since mine was there early.They called me over the phone and said that they had it on the lift and it wouldnt be long begore it was finished. I got there and they said they havent even put it on the lift yet. So my ride and I waited a few hours before they finally put it up on the lift and started replacing the tires and doing an alignment. Eventually we were able to leave. Day after day I noticed a noise like a squeaking (and eventually wobble)sound come from my tires. I figured after the alignment that maybe it triggered some other problem. Well the sound got so bad that my fiance and I had to look at it. Turns out they didnt put two lug nuts back on.or they were rushing the job so much they neglected to torque them down. My tire was about to fall off. Dont go here for any Tire work. Terrible service to my vehicle and could have cost me injuries.
Wife likes the car but the sales guy sold us an extended warranty. Told me it had a bunch of stuff...mainly road hazard on the tires ..Ive never bought tires without hazard coverage. Get a nail in the tire and we dont have it. We have other stuff but not that. So dont trust their sales people.
So far, not too great. The employees here are, for the most part, quite nice and helpful. The negative part of the review comes when you start to get more involved with Kia of Savannah. The buying process, even when buying a car on the lot with cash in hand and little negotiations took approximately three hours. After doing a personal inspection of the new vehicle, I found it was nearly a quart low on oil and also quite low on washer fluid. I did my own oil change and noticed a transmission fluid leak in the coupling where the transmission cooler line meets the radiator, which would require the replacement of the radiator in order to fix. While the work was covered under warranty and it got fixed, my vehicle was left unwashed when it was supposed to be washed, and after checking under the hood found large amounts of leftover coolant from the repair work and a couple of screws and clips missing from the plastic shield on the underside of the vehicle. Additionally, I tried to go through Kia Savannah to get my old license plate and tags switched to my new vehicle and paid a small fee to have that done but am now driving on 2 week expired tags even after the 45 day grace period provided by the temporary tags. Again, nice people, but it appears to be die out after you get past that.
I was told to bring vehicle in Thursday and they would work it in by Friday. Called on Monday to check on it and they said they would call me back. They never called back so I called again on Tuesday to be told the vehicle was not there. They called later to say it is there and needs a transmission. Then another phone call that it needs an engine due to a recall on a 2021 Seltos. Very bad customer service and they do not follow through or know what is going on with their vehicles in service department.
I had the BEST experience recently at Kia Country of Savannah. Lorenzo was great! I had a unique situation and he was so patient and understanding. He was willing to find something that worked for me. Kudos to Lorenzo! He did it! He made me feel confident and satisfied with my purchase. Actually, everyone I came in contact with at Kia was so polite and friendly - AND Kia vehicles are awesome! I wholeheartedly recommend buying your next vehicle from Kia Country of Savannah. You will not be disappointed.
I recently relocated here from Texas and had encountered a problem with my steering, as it had started to make a clicking noise. I called Kia Country of Savannah and spoke with Tom Maino who quickly ascertained that the steering was covered under a warranty and he was also able to add the fix for the catalytic converter. An appointment was set up for 2 days later. I dropped off my Kia Soul on Tuesday and by 3pm on Wednesday afternoon, I received a call from Pat telling me the service was complete! Awesome job! They also looked over my car and determined it did not need any other service. Great job Tom, Pat, and Kia Country!!
After moving to the area we chose Kia Country to be our new service provider. I made the appointment online which was super convenient. When we arrived everyone was courteous and busy at work. The gentleman who checked us in gave us a brief tour of the ammeneties. The waitinf area was great. Super spacious which was great during the current Covid pandemic. Large selection of coffees on the Kurig and other machine, and water available. Various free snacks and several vending machines as well. The only negative was the wait. It was just a bit over 2 hours for our oil change and tire rotation. Overall Im satisfied and will return. If you dont mind a longer wait, would recommend!
Everyone at Kia of Savannah has been awesome. Tom Maino the Service Manager was professional and on top of things. He communicated clearly between us and the adjustor. we were kept informed at all times. Our service advisor Jessica Schrader was the best thing that happened to us. She kept us informed. she went above and beyond to make sure we were always updated, send pictures, updates, even did research for approved kia body shops in my area. Felt welcomed when I entered in the door. I went in for an oil change and Chris took me right away. I was not sure if I had a maintenance plan on my vehicle and Chris was wonderful in looking that information up for me. Im also impressed with the informative information stating exactly what was done and what is recommended to be done with my vehicle. I have gone to other dealerships in the past (with past vehicles) and I must say Kia Country of Savannah is the best thus far. The customer service there is outstanding. I was also offered water and a snack while I waited. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends.
I had the most amazing experience when I purchased my used car from KIA Country Savannah. I was greeted by a young man by the name Mr. Carl Murray whos first impression got my attention. He approach with such kindness and charisma, He sat down with me listening to my needs and what I was looking for in a vehicle, never forcing his thoughts and opinion upon me. Mr. Murray Made me feel as though I was important, like apart of the family, never rushing through any part of the process. He made sure that I understood everything that was taking place making sure to ask if I had any questions. I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed, never pressured, things went smoothly and I was very impressed by his understanding of what I could afford. Yesterday my wife and I purchased a 2019 Optima from Kia Country of Savannah. Our experience with this dealership was absolutely wonderful. Our sales rep was Carolann Pineda. Carolann is very knowledgeable of the Kia line and expressed excitement and pride in Kia’s technology and quality. She is positive and upbeat, and all this made our visit and purchase totally enjoyable. She listened to us and gave us thoughtful advice. The negotiated price for the car was extremely fair, and we do think this car is perfect for is. The actual paperwork and delivery of the vehicle was handled expertly by all staff involved.During our visit, this dealership was extremely busy with customers and very well staffed to handle all the activity. We were treated extremely well, and were made to feel appreciated and welcome. Carolann was just wonderful with us.The lot was full of inventory with many models and options available. We found our perfect car right away. I highly recommend Kia Country of Savannah.
The staff here always go above and beyond my expectations! I asked about getting my car vacuumed out after my service. The young lady over seeing my service said she would check for me. She explained that she was getting married and going on her honey moon and I told her congratulations. Well when my car was all done and she brought it out to me, it was all vacuumed out. I explained to her that she had no idea how much something little like that ment to me. For me, it meant that I had an extra 30 minutes, if not more, that I could spend with my kids instead of vacuuming.
I had a 1:30PM appointment to get an oil change here, after dropping the car off I wait until 3PM and go to the service desk where they tell me they havent even started. The Service desk workers were friendly but they didnt inform me that there would be an additional wait. I would have understood that, things get busy etc. As it stands they wasted an hour and a half of my time and didnt even bother to tell me.
This is the best dealership in all of Savannah by far! We just bought a car from here yesterday! We have NEVER left from a dealership feeling 100% comfortable with our purchase, until yesterday. It is obvious that the managers here set the bar high & the employees follow that lead. Garcia was our salesman. He was by far the best salesman we have ever dealt with! He is professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He was never pushy. He listened to our needs & went above and beyond to deliver. We dealt with 2 sales managers while there. While our dealings with Troy were just a few short talks, we quickly learned that he is an honest man, eager to make a deal but no pressure. Jordan was our main sales manager. He was an absolute delight to deal with. We never once felt pressured to do something we werent comfortable with. He really listened & worked to give us what we needed. He is straight forward and fair. He will tell you right away what he can or cant do for you... He doesnt waste your time trying to pressure you into a high payment. And I apologize but I cant remember the finance managers name, but he was just as impressive as the other guys. He was quick, efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful! For me Customer Service is the most important thing for a business - I recently had to go to the dealership because of a recall on my Forte. I was absolutely blown away at the customer service in the service department. Not one but all three service writers acknowledged me and were extremely kind and seem to actually care that I was being waited on and it was at a very busy time for them. I believe they work well as a team - which is extremely rare this day and time. Although, it took a little longer than I was hoping for - I was pleased with my experience at this Kia dealership!
These guys did an awesome job!!Wish I could remember the name of the gentlemen who helped me directly at the service and repair center. He was very kind, professional and detail oriented...kept me updated and was very transparent on the whole process having one of my tires checked out and an automatic key fixed.Reasonable timing and price for the amount of work done. They also topped off my oil and gave my car a little wash. Great customer service and waiting area. Other companies should definitely learn some lessons from you guys! Thanks.
I had one of the most pleasant experiences when I purchased my 2015 white sleek Kia Optima. Mr. James Noel made me feel comfortable and at ease while going through the process of buying a brand new car. I was thrilled and overjoyed by the final outcome of the deal. My sales consultant, Carole, was especially helpful. She spent time with me and did not pressure me in any way. The Dealership staff were all very friendly and professional. This was a good car buying/leasing experience - my 3rd Kia since 2011. The Service Department is also wonderful. I have never had to wait an excessive amount of time when bringing my Kia in for regular maintenance.
Would give zero stars if possible. The sales staff here are an absolute joke. Going into this experience we were aware of our less than stellar credit situation. Bottom line one associate, Carolann said we were approved for a new vehicle. Lie. Misled. After driving an hr to the dealership to get a used vehicle we were “good to go” on, country Kenny informed us the bank approved us for a different vehicle. Fine. After not being able to tell us the price of the vehicle or the term length of payments we left and will most assuredly not be back. Buyers beware, go elsewhere.

So when I get here it was a chubby mixed guy and a black girl sitting at the check in desk where you check in to get your oil change, was not greeted when I walked in. The black girl who was playing with her phone just gave me this stank girl look while the chubby guy continued to do whatever he was doing on the computer. So finally he asked could he help me. So I told him I had an appointment for an oil changed at 1pm I arrived at 12:40 pm . So I gave him my info he informed me that my car would be ready around 2:30 what’s the point of having an appointment when the wait time is ridiculously long.. front desk needs to be retrained on how customer service.. one you shouldn’t be playing on your phone and two acknowledge the customer and if you’re busy inform the customer to give you a sec..
Lisa in the service department was awesome. I came w/o an appointment. She was helpful and honest, explained it may take awhile (since I didnt have an appointment and they were booked) but none the less she was happy to help. Not only was my car serviced way faster than I expected but they went ahead and took care of a recall part that needed to be replaced while I waited. Customer service is always great at the service department but Lisa went above and beyond. Great job!
I purchased a 2020 kia serento from kia country of Savannah and bought the extended warranty and gap insurance. I traded my kia this year and had moved 252 miles away. I have been getting the run around by everyone including the general manager about how to cancel it. DONOT AND I REPEAT DONOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.
I needed an oil change after a drive from Atlanta, I asked if I need an appointment, and the nice woman told me she could get me in today(I just showed up because I happened to be around). She was super nice and answered all of my questions(and I had a few since this was my first time there with this car). She called me after they were done and told me my car was ready, and they also checked my car for recalls and went ahead and got those fixed so I wouldn’t have to worry about it later. The prices were a lot cheaper than I had imagined they would be. She even walked me to my car and was just a superb person, it was excellent service. Overall, it’s a great place and I’ll definitely be going there again.
Very bad experience with this dealership. I Purchased a 2021 sportage on January 8th and just received my plates 2 months later. The registration paperwork was sent to Utica NY (wrong town) instead of Albany NY. Meanwhile I got no help from the dealership just blaming NY for the delay. They took no responsibility for the error just gave me the runaround. I would never suggest this dealership to anyone.

He made sure I was satisfied with the conditions of not only the car ,but with the conditions in the store. Asked if I needed anything to drink, something to snack on, if the temperature was straight. Everything! I came to purchase a like new/ used vehicle from them and Demagio was my salesman. He accommodated us to the best he could and I was able to leave with the vehicle I wanted while getting the payments I asked for. Slowly it turned the opposite direction. I went to leave and he had only filled my tank up half way, which the owner(?) was able to write me a ticket to take it to the gas station and fill it up myself. Then I was called by the salesman 3 days after purchase asking me to send him a picture of my VIN number but wouldnt really get into details why. Once I sent him the picture he called me and told me there had been a mistake and the car that I left with was not the car the paperwork was completed for. The paperwork had another cars VIN number and year on it. They told me I could bring my car back and take the newer car that the paperwork was done for (at a higher price) or I could keep my car and the paperwork would be re-drawn. I wanted to keep my car so thats what I told them. Although mistakes are made I dont feel like they were accommodating after this happened. I felt as if it was shrugged off. They gave me a $25 service voucher (which would still entail I come out of pocket for any services, being that wouldnt even cover an oil change. And my husband does mine so I usually pay $0) I was told I could swing by for some gas at some point (which is 45 min out of my way since I live out of town). When asked if there was anything they could do to make up for this, I requested I receive a spare key since my cars previous owner only left the dealership with one. I was told he would check with the manager but I never heard back from them. Once they had me re-sign the paperwork - I was forgotten about. I love my car but I dont necessarily care for their service after what has happened. Once they got what they needed from me to fix their mistake - they washed their hands of me. I would own/ buy another KIA however I probably would not use this location again.
I will give more details as time goes by. But so far I own two kia bought at the same time .so far I’m not having a very good or pleasant experience with the Kia dealership here in Savannah . I’ll post an update from time to time I’ve had these cars for a year and a half now. So far the cars have been good cars but to service the customer service so far has not been impressive to this point .
Worst place to buy a car or parts. Staff lies and tells you that its you mistake that you didnt check everything before purchase. Wont tell you the truth and will lie and later blame. Buyers beware and Kia.com make sure that someone visit this dealership or your brand will lose more than just sells.

The whole process with him was painless. The test drive was also great and he explained all the bells and lights. The paperwork was easy and he walked us through it quickly. He is a very good salesperson. He walked us through every detail of the Telluride and made it easy. We enjoyed hear about each item. He is great at this. It was a bit long and many forms to sign but Michelle did a good job explaining and having us sign everything,.
There is a major lack of professionalism of sales team, along with the cleanliness of vehicles. We visited many dealerships on the “strip” and found that Kia country of Savannah lacked a lot of skills in sales team, professionalism and overall appearance of the premises. Some recommendations: Teach your sales team to have a little more enthusiasm when handling the customer, clean your vehicles and have a more welcome entrance. I left careless, not because I didn’t like any of the vehicles, but because of the lack of skill and professionalism. I will be visiting another Kia
Received a call from the service department wanted me to reschedule my oil change appointment because it’s Memorial Day, I made this appt a couple weeks ago they should have known it was a holiday. Long story made short told her I wanted to keep that appointment. I get home to an email stating I cancelled the appointment. This lady lied big time, and she represents Kia. This is my 3rd Kia love the cars hate their customer service.
Walking in to a car dealership Im sure we all get anxiety. Carole met me at the door walking in. I found the car I wanted online and she knew exactly what I was talking about. She grabbed the keys and we went on a test drive. She made me feel like we were just taking a little road trip between two friends. Once we were back and I wanted to start the process. She was on it. Asked me what my needs were in order to stay comfortable in my financial needs. She got exactly what I asked for. I was in and out within 2 hours. She made this car buying experience totally worth going back and I have recommended my friends that are looking to buy....or lease to her. I adore my Kia soul. It was pleasure doing business with Carole and the rest of the Kia of Savannah team.
I was looking to buy a larger car and had narrowed my choices down to either a Hyundai Sonata or a Kia Optima. After deciding to pursue the Optima, I reached out to Kia Country via their web site and was put in touch with Carolann, who assisted me from start to finish. First and foremost, Kia Country is one of the most professional and courteous dealerships that I have have ever visited. Everybody there seems to be focused on the customer, and that focus is genuine. Carolann was a pleasure to work with. Throughout the entire buying experience, she was professional and upfront about the entire process. She made it a point to help me find exactly what I was looking for along with securing a manageable payment. After closing the deal, she also spent time showing me how the different features in the car work. I highly recommend this dealership and encourage any prospective buyers to ask for Carolann.

Complete waste of my time. Worst service if you even want to call it service at all. I made an appointment Thursday March 5 for Monday March 9 at 8:30am. The appointment was made for an oil change and my trans to be diagnosed for slipping in 2nd. I even received a confirmation call about the appointment for 8:30am. I dropped of my car at 3:30am before I went to work. At the key drop off I filled out the envelope completely. I checked the appropriate box for the oil change and also noted the trans issue. I called on my lunch break for an update and was told my car was being worked on so there is no update yet. I showed up at 3:00pm to pick up my car and they told me my car was being worked on. I stood in the service lot for 20min then realized my car was sitting in the lot. I asked why my car was sitting there then they said it needed a system update and pulled my car into shop. I waited another 40 min before they pulled my car around. When I asked why it took all day for them to do an oil change and check my trans. They told me they didnt change my oil. And nothing came up on my diagnosis. So I was lied to all day about my vehicle and then when I showed up. They waited till I noticed they hadnt done anything to only do half of what I expected.
My sales rep Ray is great; however, the use car sales manager lacks patients and professionalism when dealing with customers that have issues with services that need to be completed with a used car. Spoke with 2 GM that were up front with me on the status of my vehicle and treated me with patients and respect. I am 100% frustrated with the used car department, and I hope that the used car manager is addressed by his GM about professionalism when it comes to dealing with customers, especially when a customer my already be frustrated with how they were treated previously.
Unfortunately I had one of the engines that had seized that was on the recall. It was rough going but I had wonderful people to speak to. Between the from desk lady who was very nice to Paul who handled over seeing the the services needed to fix the car . While the car was at Kia they gave me a fleet/loaner car to make it easier since they had our car . Times like this other companies may not have done the same. Thank you to the Kia family you did a great job .
Ive always been treated great here at Kia. The Sales Associates dont jump on you as soon as you get out of the car. Brian B is very caring and knowledgeable of his job and what customers need and want. His personality is always great and he enjoys his customers being happy. Thank you very much.
Had an issue with my 2013 Kia Optima and they made the issue seem minor and took care of all my needs. I would go more often but they are located kind of far from my house. Usually its easier to get maintenance at the dealership I bought it from, but all proprietary parts and maintenance I come here. Great customer service as well.

Would highly recommend! We have been long standing customers (6yrs, with 2 separate leases) when my wife and I decided to buy our next vehicle from Kia of Savannah. They worked out loans that fit our budget. The Sales Specialist Edwin, and General manager Jeff, responded quickly to our needs and was very helpful to make sure we were satisfied. I have been trying for 2 days to call the dealership regarding an issue with my 2016 Rio. After several hours of no one picking up on any of the phone numbers (service, parts, sales, 800-number), one person picked up and promptly hung up on me when I asked to be transferred to service. Finally, I just called Kia Roadside Service to have my vehicle towed to the dealership since its under warranty. Now, I am still unable to reach a single person on any line (every line continues ringing busy or just hanging up) to find out the status of my vehicle. This is just my experience with this.I bought a 2019 Soul from them in August and though my salesperson Ray was fantastic, the finance manager Edwin nearly made me walk away. The ONLY reason I did not walk away was because we had been waiting there for 5 hours. HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP.
I purchased a new Kia on 4/30/2018. Lucas Golden and the rest of the staff at the dealership, made me feel welcomed. There was no pressure from Lucas to purchase a vehicle. He addressed all my concerns. They got the payment I was looking for. Mr. Jones from finance also helped me. We discussed a few things about payments, he gave me great guidance on what I should do. Overall a great experience.

My service provider was extremely pleasant and professional. She was working with another customer but still took the time to look up, acknowledge my presence with a “good morning”, and let me know that someone would be right with me. I obtained my car in March of 2017 with two extra policies through financing with Santander Consumer USA. It was totaled 3 weeks later. I personally called to report the total lost. Fast forward 2020 I checked my credit report to see three years of late payments to Santander. Apparently Kia Country of Savannah never sent the checks for the policies to cover the bill. After four months of constant calls and visit i was informed only one check can be sent as the second(the largest amount) has expired and there is nothing I can do. I began asking about the checks in February 2020, they didnt send payment until July 2020. Now i am left with three years bad payment history and $1,200 in debt owed to Santander all because they failed to issue checks or even care because I refused to buy another car from them. I am in the process of speaking with an attorney to handle this matter because this is life changing bad business.
As soon as I arrived at the dealership i felt a very welcoming feeling as my daughter and I were welcomed by the Service Adviser inquiring about what was wrong. While we were waiting we were able to enjoy coffee in a relaxing lounge area. When our vehicle was completed, the service manager approached us letting us know that we were safe to travel home again. My husband bought a brand new 2020 minivan for me. This has turned into an utter nightmare and I/we are above and beyond frustrated which is putting it lightly...the general manager will not return my husbands phone calls he has called more then once to voice our concerns..our temporary tag expired on January 14, 2020. We were told numerous stories and have been given the runaround. We were told our plate/tag for the new vehicle would arrive finally February 13, 2020 and guess what once again after being told numerous other times it did not. This was the 2nd vehicle we have purchased and have sent many people who purchased vehicles and now I/we feel absolutely jaded. We live in Florida so it’s not like we are around the corner, but none the less I feel as though we may have to contact the media to get this resolved since not even the general manager can return phone calls or acknowledge good returning customers. Never again will we refer anyone or buy another vehicle from this dealership..LOYALTY DOES NOT MATTER at KIA of SAVANNAH ...only gave one star because it’s necessary for leaving a review
Absolutely the best experience at a car dealership Ive ever had. Ive worked at a few dealerships and Im jealous! Troy, the used car manager, is a LEGEND. Never have I heard of or seen what he did.. He took the time to go over every possible issue with my 09 Suburban that we purchased from them. He actually went as far as to LIFT THE VEHICLE in the mechanic bay to address the possible leak I thought I saw while I looked with him and Pat the Mechanic Manager. They worked with my limited finances and made EVERYTHING work for ME. Make sure you talk to Gianna the extraordinary Sales Person. She is just the sweetest German lady who will just be a good person and NOT just a sales person. Let her know I sent you!
Worst customer service EVER!! Bought my Kia 11 months ago. Less than a month after I bought it all the weather protectors on my windows flew off while driving and these people wanted to charge me hundreds to replace them.Had my oil changed three weeks ago and those are included in my extended warranty. They argued with me that I owed them for it then decided to actually go look up my info to find out they were wrong. I asked THREE people to wash and vacuum my car with my service and they didn’t. When I was walked to my car, I told the guy I asked for it to be cleaned and he just said “oh...well have a nice day”.Last weekend my car wouldn’t start and I couldn’t get it to the dealership until Monday. I called beforehand and was told they do not take appointments. I dropped it off and have had to call every day since, waiting right before they close because NO ONE has called me to tell me what’s going on. No one in service dept ever answers the phone, and when they do they send me to another phone that rings forever with no voicemail, or put me on hold for 45+ minutes then their phone hangs up on you automatically.I called yesterday and had four different people give me different stories on what’s going on with my car. One said it had been looked at, another said it hadn’t been touched, one said it was engine, the list goes on.When I finally reached someone, she informed me I was lucky they even looked at my car because I didn’t make an appointment EVEN THOUGH THEY TOLD ME THEY DO NOT TAKE APPOINTMENTS. They still haven’t given me a diagnosis, so I’m still without a car, which is an inconvenience, but the bigger problem is how they treat their customers. They keep telling me they need “one more day to look at it”. Do not waste your time or money here.
Ive always had excellent service at this Kia dealership. If deciding between whether to visit this Kia, or the one in Brunswick, I would highly recommend coming to Kia Country of Savannah. The part I enjoyed most was having the car washed for me when I got oil change for no extra charge.
We purchased a vehicle from Kia Country in August. Brandon was our salesperson. He was the main reason that we decided to purchase from Kia Country. His honesty and transparency gave us reassurance that we were at the right dealership. Our credit is in the low 500s; however, we were able to leave that day with a new SUV and we paid no money down. Days after we left the dealership we received a call to see how our experience went and to make sure that the SUV was performing well. Awesome dealership and Brandon is the salesperson to request!

About two years ago, my husband and I visited Kia of Savannah. The salesman we dealt with was a joke. Told us we were approved and everything was great, only to come back out and tell us otherwise. We decided to give them another try, recently. My husband dealt with the same guy (ugh) and same story. Got his hopes up! I tried to warn him. He thought it was different because he talked with someone on the phone from the Internet sales department and basically thought he was going up there to sign papers and pick up a new car. If we had bad/no credit Id understand but since these last two visits we have gone to other dealerships and purchased two vehicles.When we tried to call and just inform the manager (because our calls were not be returned by the salesman-after he said hed call when he heard from the bank) he seemed short and defensive. My thinking is to tell a manager what is going on, not to complain, but so they are informed and can fix things. I have no desire to ever return to this place and I do not recommend anyone waste their time.

He did not use any aggressive sales tactics and I still believe I got a great deal on my new 2017 Soul. After purchasing it he went over with me everything in the interior, where everything was located etc. I will recommend anyone I know looking for a new car to go talk to Brian at KIA.
Today my visit was amazing! Erwin Wright was the mastermind behind my amazing purchase today . Selling me this car today was the best part of the visit . Other than the visit he recognized that I was a little parched so he asked if I would like a bottle of water to drink. Also he offered me some FRESH popcorn ,which was amazing! Needless to say , if you are looking for a dealership and someone who wont just sell you a car , visit Kia Country of Savannah and ask for Erwin Wright! Overall FANTASTIC!
*Very difficult to work with. Had to stay on top of them to get my second key.*I was told that the car got free car washes, no appointment necessary.My daughter went in with her new car to get washed and was told that car washes are after the car is serviced.*I cancelled the extended warranty and still havent gotten my refund. Been Givin the run around. My insurance company actually had to call because the check had cleared the bank and was to come to me. A 10 day hold has been more like 30.
Had a very enjoyable experience buying a Kia Forte5 with Jason. Made buying a new car less stressful. He is knowledgeable of the brand and options. Had a poor experience at this dealership in 2007 - but they are wonderful now - new attitude and pleasant people all around. I have always had my Kias serviced here and the Service Dept. staff are helpful, congenial and provide excellent, comprehensive service for a good price. Looking forward to bringing my new car in for scheduled maintenance.
I have bought a KIA in the past and was very pleased with it. The price and warrantees that KIA offers tell the quality of car you are buying. KIA Country of Savannah employees were very friendly. The finance manager and I had an entertaining convervation. I felt quite at home. My salesman, James, explained every feature of my new Soul so well, I felt I knew my new cars features like I had been driving it for a long period of time. I highly recommend visiting KIA Country of Savannah if you are in need of a reliable, affordable vehicle. You wont be disappointed!Update: Ive had my KIA Soul for 6 1/2 years and I still love it. Ive only used KIA service for my maintenance and they are great. I dont plan on buying a new vehicle anytime soon, because I love my Soul, but if I did, Id definetely buy from KIA Country of Savannah on Chatham Parkway.
Ordered parts online. Took two weeks to ship. Three weeks overall to receive parts. If you can wait that long for parts you need to get a vehicle back on the road then yes use these guys. For most people, myself included this was very unacceptable. Do not recommend buying the Kia parts you need online if you want them in a timely manner, go somewhere else and avoid the hassle.
Kia of Savannah was great to deal with. My family left after buying a new car and talked about how great they were to deal with on the way home. You just dont get that from most dealerships and you feel pressure that we never experienced at Kia. Thanks for excellent salesmen Trey and Kenny and thanks Mr. Hassan for helping us get a great financing rate. Also, finance dept. did a great job and was so patient with us and explained terms, etc well. We were very pleased! Amazing!
They do a great job and have great customer service. However, I had an appointment at 10:30am today for a standard oil change & tire rotation. I arrived at 10:13am & did not leave until 12:45pm. That is an absurd amount of time to wait for a standard car service especially since I had an appointment.
Im so glad that Patrick is back, he has the best customer service and he make sure he take good care of his customers. Patrick is the best thing that ever happen to Kias service department. If Kia of Savannah want to stay in business for another 40 years they better keep Patrick happy.
Continuation from the first post below I thinking WOW HERE WE GO. I was told to pick a day and he will be here just like what I did the first time, so I did. A couple of days later Ishow up and waiting about two more hours and was told he cant reach the other dent and put it was a large dent. I said this is not one large dent. I told pictures and sent them to same because I didnt want to go through this again. Sam says heres a link submit the claim and they should take car of you. I did. two minutes later the dent insurance place said they cant get to it we cant do it, I read the contract and no were does it have if they cant reach it they cant do it. I once again spoke to Sam. Sam said I will call myself and give you a call back. Three days later no call from Sam. I call and ask for Sam left a message on his voice mail please call me. Well another week later no call from Sam. So today I call to speak with Sam and I was told he has a customer leave a voice mail and I said I have is there a Sales manager I left a voice mail and surprisingly I got a call from him and was told Sam will contact me tomorrow at some time,I was explaining to the sales manager in a short way what was going on and he said Sam knows the situation better than me he will call you tomorrow. I will be off but Sam will call if you dont here from Sam call me on Thursday. I said thanks for your concern. No matter how the outcome is I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership ever again. If I could return this vehicle I would. I am just one customer that will never come back for another vehicle I was going to trade my vehicle in foranother car from this dealership but I really dont want the vehicle we have. I am so stressed and burned out just from this one vehicle that I dont even want to drive to the dealership. I am only speaking for the situation I am in but thats one situation I will never put myself in ever again.
TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!I cannot even express the utter frustration I have had with this service department.1. Took my car in for oil change, was told there was a recall on the computer. After 2.5 hours I was told the computer update could not be performed as their system was down. I was told I would get a call when it was up and running.I NEVER GOT A CALL!2. I made an appointment and brought my car in for another oil change. I was told there was another recall. So I was to get an oil change and two recalls. They knew I wanted to wait for the car. After over an hour of the car sitting in the parking lot I inquired as to what was happening. I was told that appointments were really just check in times.I expressed my dissatisfaction as I had to go to work. I was then told that the part I needed for the second recall was not in. I was told that I would get a call when it was in. I spoke with the service manager and expressed my continued dismay. I was then told that the recalls would take 4-5 hours to complete! WOW and they thought I would just sit there all day....ok so I set up with the manager to call me when the part was in and they would have a loaner car for me.3. I called every week asking about the recall part. 4 weeks of no replies and I had to contact the General Manager....guess what...the part was in and they could service my car the next day and have a ;loaner car for me.4. I called 5 times the next morning...no answer 4 times and the 5th someone picked up and hung up.5. Went to Kia service department and was told that there was no loaner car and they did not give out loaner cars for recalls....OMG!Kia has lost a loyal customer. I have bought a total of 8 brand new kits from this dealership but now I am trading this in and getting ANY OTHER MAKE!KIA OF SAVANNAH IS TERRIBLE!

I have been very happy with all three of the new KIA Sorentos that I have purchased from this dealership since 2012. I plan for my next purchase to be a KIA vehicle. I drive 50 miles roundtrip to work daily and have made many long-distance drives to see family during the last 8 years. My KIA Sorentos have always been very dependable to get me to my destinations. I would highly recommend a KIA vehicle.
I went to check on something hanging under my car and scraping on the road. I had a near accident on the i95N when an orange cone fell from the back of a utility truck in my path(the truck did not brake or stop) and even though I swerved to avoid it, I could not prevent running over it. They took my car and brought it back to me and explained what had gone loose. The wait wasnt long either. The staff seemed courteous and eager to help.
Demagio Stephens was most professional and helpful in my experience purchasing a vehicle at Kia Country of Savannah. I initially contacted Carole Mendoza through an internet advertisement and when I arrived at the dealership Demagio greeted me and took me for a test drive. He answered all my questions and offered succinct relevant comments about the vehicle. I had test driven numerous cars over the past few weeks and one particular quality of Demagio that I appreciated was that he didnt talk too much. He allowed me to concentrate on the sound and feel of the vehicle. Hes an excellent salesman whom I recommend highly.
I would suggest for anyone to go to this dealership. This is my second vehicle I have purchased from them. My salesman Erwin was the best, he was extremely patient and really went out of his way to get me the vehicle I wanted. Once i decided what i wanted it took no time for me to complete all my paperwork.
I arrived late for my recall and it seemed like the rep made me wait longer out of spite. Very Unprofessional. The service rep talked low and was hard to understand. When I asked how much longer David looked at me and laughed a little before answering. I get I was late but I could have been informed of the long wait so I could just reschedule. On top of all that one light was still on when I left but I was so frustrated with the long wait that I left. The maintenance guy did do a good job cleaning my car though.
I have to say the experience my mother and I had with our salesman Lorenzo was great! He was a true professional in every essence of the word, he was knowledgeable, honest, caring and friendly. Making the decision to reinvest in a new vehicle for my mother was a very easy one to make thanks to him. After looking for a car for weeks, I was referred to the Kia dealership. When I arrived, Kenny met me at the door and was very helpful. He got me in the car I wanted, for the price I wanted, and I was in and out in just a few hours. He listened to my concerns and worked out a price for me that I could afford. He understood the importance of me getting into something more reliable. I traded in an older Kia Sorento and got max trade in value. I have nothing but great things to say about Kia and I love my new Forte! This was the first time I financed a car, so naturally I was nervous and had a number of questions. Carole was very patient and explained things thoroughly, and also helped me find the right car based on my needs and finances. She even helped me set up the automatic payments, as I had questions as to how that worked as well. Overall it was a smooth process with wonderful customer service! After going to every dealership in Savannah and getting turned down, she got me approved for a 2016 Kia Soul with a car payment less than I would have ever expected.The whole team there is so helpful and nice. I like to start with the customer service at this KIA is the worst, I had a vehicle leased and had less than a year to just turn it in and take my business some where else. I choose to get my wife a 2019 Kia Sorento fully loaded going big. Sales representative was asking if we need water, hungry I felt the red carpet. After about 7 hours it was late we did all the paper work left happy. The next day the vehicle started to wobble a little. I said hi its under warranty no problem thats what a customer would think. WRONG! We take it to the service department thinking the problem would be fixed, not so easy. The maintenance manager comes out to the waiting and said the rotors are rusted thats why it was wobbling. I asked him where did you get your ACE certification I was upset very upset. I kindly said there is no way a little surface rust will make a vehicle wobble. The service manager told me well the only thing we can do is resurface the rotor (only had it for one day). I spoke to the Sam Washington and asked him one question can you look at the price I am paying for this vehicle, he did. I said for the price I am paying why is the service manager tell me this is all they can do. The service manager said hes trying to get the district manager. During the time waiting Sam Washington says we got your licence plates will put them on for you we said OK. We contacted customer relations about the problem we have about the rotors . FOUR HOURS LATER service manager came to the waiting told us he hasnt heard from his boss nothing else. Myself and my wife had told them dont do anything to the vehicle we have to get are kids from school. My wife made sure the plate was on the vehicle it was there was a bolt so big that it wouldnt fit. I said you have got to be sh!$ing me. The service manager comes out and said whats wrong with the plate. I just looked at him and said you dont see that so my wife to picture. The service manager said I will take it back and put the correct screws in. Well guess what he decided to put in what ever screw he wanted the screws on a new car is always in the glove compartment by the way. We had to leave to get are kids. On my way to the school, I was like hi will get a call before we get to the school to get the kids never happened. The next day no call. We came back in and I brought my vehicle and my wife drove the KIA. I walk in anger and said you all can keep this sh!$. Gave the keys to the service manager to give to his manager. Jeff Golden calm down before I call the police, I told call them I have the right to be anger. The police comes the first thing I said what law did I break. The police officer talking to KIA and then he comes back and tells me he wants me banned indefinitely. I told the police officer thats fine with me. I told Jeff and the police officer this is not legal the only person that can request this is the owner of the property not a police officer not a employee nor can a police officer give legal advice to anyone because this is a civil matter. We had both cars there. I asked the police Office to call his supervisor he did. I asked the police supervisor when they received a call about a anger customer and respond to the call and see I am anger and thats it the officer should not intervene with a civil matter on public property its open to the public.That day I call the owner great person we spoke and we got the rotor issue fixed. One week later my wife and I when to the Savannah mall. got in the vehicle drove home. I look and see a dent on the left finder and three small dents on the panel.Me and the wife was like how did this happen but thank god we got the insurance that covers dents no bigger than a credit card. I took a normal credit card and the dents sure enough was smaller. We make a appointment. I go to the appointment a couple of weeks later I waited in the waiting area for two hours and was told the dent man wasunable to make it today.
I arrived at Kia Country having a slight idea of what I wanted but not quite sure as soon as I walked inside I was greeted by friendly representatives of Kia. I had a meeting with Caleb Jenkins he walked me through all of the steps, for my trade in, was extremely helpful and understanding about my financial situation. Caleb was great he made the car buying experience all the more better I left with my perfect car.
Went there recently , my wife received mail about a chance to win money or car or gift certificate.She won gift certificate .My wife tried to trade in her car for a newer one but her credit was not good enough.Staff was pleasent but I thought it was sad that we wasted our time
Scheduled an appointment with their Service Center online (very convenient). Was greeted at the door by service adviser Michael Tade. He was very friendly and professional (made me feel like I was in good hands). Not only was I very pleased with the job they did, but my KIA was returned washed and vacuumed. They have created a customer for life.

So....we decided to go to KIA Country of Savannah to look at new vehicles for my husband, we wanted to go with a completely different vehicle than what he had. He found a Sportage that he really liked, took it for a test drive with Carole Mendoza, returned with the decision to purchase. This wasnt a purchase that he needed, but it was one he wanted, so, of course, we were prepared to leave in the car we arrived in if we couldnt get the deal we wanted. Now, let me tell you about Carole. She is a go-getter. She was the first one to respond to me when I started the process of looking at vehicles online and she has pretty much stayed in contact with me since then without being pushy. We sat down with her and immediately liked her. She has a great personality and is very professional at the same time. The first deal she returned with was not what we were looking for. We told her our limits, etc and she took that information back with her, with the understanding that she wasnt sure it was going to end up what we wanted. A short time later, she came back with EXACTLY the deal we wanted. From there we went to Gene Henry to finish our paperwork. He also was very pleasant to work with, he was the one I dealt with back in 2010 when I purchased my first KIA. Needless to say, I will be returning when its time to trade my KIA Sorento in for a newer model! KIA has earned my business for life. My husband will even tell you, Im a very loyal person.

This review is for my visit to the service department for my Kia Sorrento on December 18, 2017. The repair was done quickly and Alisa patiently explained to me exactly what was done. I am naturally distrustful of auto repair facilities, especially dealership repair facilities, but I feel I can trust the Kia Service Department to be honest and straightforward and have felt this way every time I go there. The work on this visit was all covered by Warranty or recall, and they didnt try to sell me on any other service that wasnt needed. An A++ in my book! And as a bonus, they washed my car! A++ with extra credit.
Carole made my car buying experience totally awesome. She is straightforward, caring, understanding, patient and kind. This was my very first new car purchase and she helped me to stop biting my nails. I am so satisfied with my new Optima. Had it not been for Carole I would probably still be buried in debt with the gas guzzler I was driving prior to purchasing my new 2016 Optima. Ok I don’t know where to even begin. In the beginning it was great. Paperwork was quick. They rushed so fast to get the deal and papers signed, after it took about 4 trips to Kia to actually get our vehicle and then they say everything is good to go. We leave. THEY FORGOT to give us a temporary tag. While there we were new to the process and had questions needed help with insurance. The man didn’t know anything so we were frustrated we had a toddler my husband went back to our vehicle to finish trying to get insurance settled the man that was helping that day kept following him and even had the nerve to open the door to our personal vehicle. Not the new one and peak in to look st my husbands phone. Totally rude and while I was sitting trying to text with my husband to get information he was looking at my phone I kept shifting to get away and he was totally invading my privacy. He lied to us numerous times. Just to get every penny. I just couldn’t believe after all the trouble we drive off and they didn’t give us a tag. I’m disgusted with their customer service. I can honestly say ms.carole was great. But avoid Kenny! I wish my husband had been patient and we could have just gone to Nissan. I know many people who love Kia and their vehicles. But avoid this location if possible !
Did not buy my car there, but it is the closest Kia dealership to me so I use it for repairs and service. Worst customer service ever. The Service department is a joke. Not necessarily the mechanics, but the customer service reps literally are a joke. They do not care how long they have your car, they do not answer the phone, they lie and never return calls when promised. Dropped my car off at 9am on a Friday morning and didnt hear from anyone about my car until Tuesday afternoon when I called them. My service adviser did not come to work on that day so the service manager was handling his customers and would give me a call back within 30 minutes.... I am currently at the 30 minute mark and NO PHONE CALL!!!
I service my car at Kia of Savannah,Ga. Calvin Riggins,Sr is an awesome mechanic. Keeps my car in top notch running condition. Customer service great. Facility is always very clean from restroom to waiting room. I have even seen the garage and always clean and organized.Love the refreshment station.Even on their busiest of days I get my car done in good time.I bought my car new in 2013 and I can say from the final purchase to this past weeks service I have not been disapointed and I would highly recommend this dealership.
Im 66 years old and I just bought my first New car! It was not as scary as I thought it would be. I was honored to have Elijah Tucker as my salesman. he was so nice to work with. Elijah answered all the questions I asked and explained a lot things to me. He was so helpful and listened to what I wanted and needed. Everyone on staff were very friendly
Very poor sales team. Maybe good for the owners/managers, but terrible for customers. The sales rep did not listen to a single thing we said, even after repeating ourselves multiple times. We flat out told her bottom line, we needed a small used SUV for $10,000 and that we could possibly stretch it to $15,000, but that had to be everything included, out the door.Instead of showing us what we asked for, we were shown a few Kia Souls that she was told were not our style, when we turned those down, and asked about a used Sorento, or Sportage within our established $15,000 out the door price range. She starts showing us brand new $32,000-$35,000 Sorento that probably would be nearly $40,000 out the door.Too bad you cant listen to your customers. You lost our business, and we couldnt be happier with the Jeep we ended up getting elsewhere. So, Thanks!Edit: (Responding to owners response)There were vehicles well within our price range on the lot, but the sales rep was too busy trying to up sell to a new, much more expensive vehicle.
I had to go to the Kia dealership because I received information about a recall in my mail. It turned out that I had TWO recalls on my vehicle, but they knocked it out so fast I was amazed! They washed my car for me and made it pretty again. I feel safe on the road. Thank you Kia Country of Savannah
I was 90% sure on purchasing a KIA Niro, just wanted to tests drive it. I did and wasn’t too impressed, but was still pretty certain. I told the guy who was handling the process (not any of the people I spoke with over the phone) that I was had to test drive one more car that day, but would be back later on that day (wanted to be a smart shopper). I, like many people, have felt burned on bad purchase decisions made in haste before.The guy got angry, insulted my fiancée and I, and told us we’d never come back and that he wouldn’t offer us a better deal if we came back, so we left.Went to Savannah Toyota, and wound up buying from them. I liked the Toyota I got, but I preferred the Niro. KIA called back a few hours later apologizing but it was too late. If they weren’t so hasty to shout at me they would’ve made a sale.Never had a positive outcome at any of the Chatham area dealers. Don’t know why KIA would be any different.
Lorenzo was absolutely amazing. He worked extremely hard for me and my wife. He made sure that we walked out of the dealership satisfied; however, we did NOT walk out satisfied. We walked out ESCTATIC. Lorenzo was not only professional, but he was patient and understanding. His sense of humor and light hearted personality made this process so much fun. Scheduled an appointment for 60k Mile service. My car sat for over an hour before it was taken back. I was told I would only have to wait 1hour 45min. I waited over 3.5 hours With a 3month old baby. I made an appointment because I wanted and needed to be in and out.They were sloppy and spilled fluid all over my car requiring a wash. They were also supposed to give me a sample of the fluid for my husband to test and they “forgot” and acted as it was inconvenient even though we are paying them for the service!!! WILL NOT BE BACK.This is a simple maintenance and should not have taken this long
I bought a Kia Optima 2015 from them. We agreed on a selling price and after I signed my papers, I noticed they sold me the car for $1400 more than the agreement. While it was my fault for overlooking it the response I got was a bunch of run around. They finally fessed up and told me that they made an error in their math but since I signed the papers, it was my fault. Then my car was missing the data chip which is needed to use the nav system. I was going out of town the next day so you can imagine my disappointment. I was told by the manager that for the inconvenience that they would send me a book in the mail of coupons for free service for 3 years. As you can imagine, I never received it. My advice to anyone wanting to buy a Kia...Drive to Charleston. Dont waste your time and money and these guys. Most unprofessional group of people I have ever dealt with. I should have know better when there were two other people at the dealership arguing with their dealer.
Excellent service. Knowledgable, honest, friendly, and approachable staff. I dropped my car off for service and within an hour it was ready for pickup. When I got there, they had even washed it for me. Kia Country Savannah is a great place to trust having your vehicle serviced.
Just purchased my new (used) Optima from salesman Ray Lockamy. Altho none of the models i had preselected from internet research was on the lot, Ray found another that not only met my requirements, but exceeded them. My old car was 19 years old; all this new-fangled computer doohickies are great fun - im a computer professional and ive been looking forward to all the new geeky accessories in modern vehicles. My last car purchase a year ago took me about six hours to complete with a lot of waiting. Ray and the folks at Kia Country took care of everything while i was gone, came in a couple of days after my test drive, and going thru paperwork, title transfer, insurance, etc. was about an hour. They get four stars just cause its new - ill add a fifth star if im still this happy in a couple of months! Thanks! (Updated and added that fifth star - everything working great after nearly five months.)
10/10 I will definitely recommend Kia of Savannah! Brian B. gave us the absolute best customer service and was able to help me purchase a brand new safe and reliable car that I can count on. He is the only car salesman Ive ever had that REALLY made me want to make that jump to purchase a car. I didnt walk into Kia expecting to purchase a vehicle, but with his help, I left with keys in hand!
Best experience Ive ever had buying a car! De Erik was so amazing I told him I was adopting him as a son! The customer service in the Service department was outstanding. I went into the service department very frustrated, my engine light was on (2017 model) and I was 4 hours from home. Although, the service department was extremely busy, they worked me un and got me out of there in a very reasonable time. I would like to commend Pat and Reubon on the service that was provided. They explained what was going on in terms that I understood and fixed the issue and got me back on the road to Atlanta. They turned my 😞 face into a 😄 face. Oh and they washed my car, my home dealership dont offer that. Thank you guys, my daughter and I made it back home safely. The service you provided was greatly appreciated.
I bought my first Kia this past July, very happy with my Kia Niro, october I total my Niro and went back and got me another vehicle and they was amazing helpful with my process. Thank you Kenny Hadel and Country Kia of Savannah, the staff very friendly, responsible and very professional.
Very pleased with our Salesperson, but the high pressure, helicopter management was not our way to do business. We made a much better deal with less pressure from a different dealership who honored our request to deal with one person. Happily driving a brand new car, just not a Kia.
Great customer service, great amenities, and a clean seating area with free WiFi. They have always been nice to my mom when she drops off her car and waits. Knocked 2 stars because there is literally ZERO places to park for customers. Its littered with service cars or customer cars all over the back lot area.Another star because of the wait. My mom arrived today around 3:30 and didnt leave until a little after 5pm. Thats a long time for just an oil/filter change and tire rotation. Overall, could have a better organized parking area for customers and better wait times.
I will not do business with Kia Country of Savannah again. I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Kia Optima January 2017. Thought I was getting a great deal because of the price, mileage and being Certified Pre-Owned. However, I have been having an issue with the hood of the car not opening. I noticed that the bumper/fender lining was out of place on the drivers side and took it to be replaced since it was within a week of being purchased. Since then the hood of my car will not open. I have been trying to handle business with this company and it seems to just be going in circles. With them stating, bring the car back down to just be looked at not fixed. Mind you, I moved to a different state. I will NOT do business or refer customers to this business. I would give 0 stars if I could.
CROOKS!! If I could give them no stars, I would. Brought my Kia in to get the AC fixed. They told me it would need a new hose and compressor in it. Paid the $2000 to get it fixed, still didn’t fix it and they gave me the run around about different things it could be that would cost me $1000+. I took it to to another place to get a second opinion and it ended up being a $20 part that fixed it!! I would never bring my car to them if anything is wrong with it! I would never even purchase another Kia! Poor management and customer service.
I went and purchased a 2011 Kia Sorrento yesterday and Mrs. Carole Mendoza was my rep. She was the most professional, accurate, courteous and funniest woman I have ever met! She made my experience so amazing!! She got me a very affordable deal and I am too excited when I was driving off in my new car! Service department is a joke never answer the phone never return phone calls. I had to look up bulletins and tell them about it so they would fix timing chain . Now they have had the car for 5 days said it takes that long to fix it. On line it says 5 to 8 hours friend at local auto shop says it shouldn’t take more than a day.Wee were suppose to get a car to drive but they never have one. Wanted to buy new Telluride but will not because of dealership.
Ray,my salesman was wonderful. I bought my car there . The only bad part was Gene the finance man was not pleasant,we waited an hour to see him,he was very rude to someone who laid down over 16 grand in cash for my car. Not sure if I would go back due to his lack of basic manners
Actually I would not even give this place one star...engine blew on my vehicle had a new one put in by another mechanic but the way kia’s a made we had to take to dealership because there is a security code and ONLY Kia can do. So had car towed to them and there it sat for 3 weeks on a job that should of taken a hour at most.NEVER answered phone calls and when they did we were told LIES said going to get to it then having trouble starting and the final call we were told computer system was down for a week RIGHT a big company and no computer.. finally we were told at least five hours more of labor cost to look at. NOPE will take to another dealership
We met our awesome sales rep, Kenny when we stopped by Kia Country to check out the new Kia Sedona. He took the time to listen to us to determine exactly what we were looking for in a new vehicle and then introduced us to our dream car. Negotiating the best deal was painless and fair and Marcus in finance made signing all those documents easy with his pleasant banter. It was fun and exciting to drive home in our new car. Being a mechanic I could have replaced the alternator on my freinds car myself in 45 minutes or less but since it was under the extended warranty thought it would be OK to let the dealer do it dropped car off on Saturday they said would look at it Monday-then Tuesday then Thursday needless to say 4 weeks later was told the vehicle was completed upon doing a quick check before leaving the dealer found mechanic forgot to reinstall some of the motor mount hardware This is what I have experienced with many car dealerships over my years (in a hurry to get the job done). We as consumers expect them to be the icon of their product but many are not ,the mom and pop garages usually do a much better job than the big box companies because they are closer to the communities at which they are located and want your return business and happiness . For me this enforces the fact that I will Never bring my car to a dealership .I would not want anybody to lose their job for this if its a new or young tech maybe it would be a good idea to check after him or her to be sure they are getting it down and help them learn to pay attention to detail -families ride in these vehicles ..

Wont be giving Kia business ever again. Although staff was friendly, the deal my boyfriend got on his 2015 Kia Optima wasnt a deal whatsoever. He was able to go to Carl Gregory and get a 2015 Dodge Ram for the same payments Kia was able to get for him.... for 12% less interest. Shop around before going to them, the salesman we dealt with will getchya!

2021-12-19We purchased a fully loaded Kia Sorento SX-L back in late 2017. Purchased an additional warranty thankfully because we have had nothing but problems. The moon-roof cover is sagging only after 5 years with minimal use, and somehow it isn’t covered under a 5-year warranty (2017+5=2022??). Anyway, that wasn’t the worst part - regardless or whether this roof cover that’s sagging and covering the back windshield view is covered under warranty, we still want to get it fixed. It’s been over a month since the inspection and we still don’t have a quote or estimate. They never return calls and seem to be disinterested in solving your problems after the sale.

2022-06-28My car experienced problems in March. I had my car towed here the same day in March. It is now June and when I’m told my car is ready it’s not. I arrive to find my cover for under my car in my backseat. Then I had to wait for roughly 15-25 minutes for them to put it on. I’m not understanding why say my car is ready if nobody actually did a full check. Then I’m finding belongings that do not belong to me or anybody in my family. Then I was told I can do payment plan I never knew payment plans required credit checks. KIA I will be making sure to share this experience with my mass social media following. Completely unacceptable

2022-03-08So I am from New Jersey and here on vacation. Traveling to Savannah my check engine light came on and having it checked I was told it’s the cam shaft sensor. Hoping to have it repaired while in town I called Kia and they told me that they are not excepting new customers and that I will need to take it two hours away to Charleston to have it repaired. You would think maybe they would want to help someone from out of town with a Kia get home safely but I guess they don’t care. So now I guess I will have to take a chance and drive 800 miles home hopefully not breaking down on the way. Thanks for the help !

2021-09-07BUYER BEWARE…. Bought a brand new car in October 2020. Engine light comes on in March. They check the oil level (?!) and turn it off. Light comes back on April 1st. They change the oil and give it back on the 2nd. Light comes back on May 3rd and this time they keep it until May 28th to work with the engineers and the outcome was changing a part. This was when they gave us that nasty loaner car (See Pics) and had to switch it out. Light comes BACK ON for the fourth time on 8/25. They had it until 9/3 when it was determined they need to take the engine apart and try to find the issue. Due to us moving they don’t have the time, and said after we move to have Kia there do that. Engine light comes on a a 5th time 9/6 but this time the car can not accelerate, new issue. Had to have it towed to Kia and finally able to start the process for them to buy it back which may take 90 days, if approved at all and they won’t provide a loaner during that time.

2022-04-22First and Formost I got my first car with Kia and for the ladies…ima keep it a buck . It’s a building FULLLLL of fineeeeeee black men🤤and it’s nothing better than well put together black men that uplift each other. My salesman Demagio is very helpful. Very polite and handsome too. My Finacial advisor Tim have great customer service as well and best believe he is one beautiful man. But other than the gorgeous men that are helping us customers with the best Kia cars out; they make sure to be there when you need them. I call Demagio about something every other day when it comes to my car. Even though it’s my first car and I have a lot of questions he is very patient and want the best for his customers. Thank you Tim and Demagio for such great service and looking great while doing it. You’re blessed.

2022-03-14This is regarding the service center. I just needed an oil change so I called the service center. When the girl found out I was a new customer who just moved here from another state she told me they werent accepting new customers for at least 6 months. So I had to take my kia to the Charleston SC location. I was shocked they couldnt fit me in for a simple oil change. The Charleston SC location is smaller and understaffed and overwhelmed but they still fit me in which I truly appreciated because I really want to keep getting my kia serviced at a Kia dealership instead of a regular service center. I wonder if I was buying a new Kia there or trading mine in if they would have been able to fit me in??? I can say I wont go to this location to do so now, I will go to Charleston.

2018-02-17Everyone is so friendly. Every person I walked by gave a smile & greeting. I came to kia country to get my very first car. I honestly didnt think I would walk out with a car. 2 people stood out the most & gave exemplary service. Demagio helped me pick out the perfect car for me. I had the choice between the kia soul, kia optima, & kia forte. Once i test drove the kia soul the other cars didnt matter. After Demagio helped me choose a white 2015 kia soul. After I signed some paper work I was introduced to a manager Marcus. He really gave me incredible advice on being a first car owner & broke down everything I need to know & what that entails. I have the upmost respect for these guys & hope to see them in the future when i purchase my 2nd car in the future.
