I was very satisfied with the hospitality and service that was provided for me and my daughter. Mr. Terence Castleberry was very professional and made my daughter’s experience on buying her first car very pleasant. Shout out to Tank who also made things possible. Awesome team here at Kia.
I’ll give one star because the service team was mostly friendly. We purchased our optima here 10 years ago and any issues with it (few and far between) I have always had taken care of there. The 10 yr 100k warranty Is near expired as well. Thanksgiving day I discovered a oil spot on the concrete under the car about the size of a baseball. Being what I am, I tore into it and suspected a valve cover gasket leak - back drivers side of the engine. I took it in and no leak was located. They acknowledge the oil, but couldn’t find it- no big deal. I asked them to add dye to the oil and we could look in a few days. They cleaned up the back of the engine and I took it back a few days later and still no leak could be found. I take it home determined to get evidence of a leak as the drops on the concrete are driving me nuts along with the burning oil smell. I changed the oil and add my own dye. I find the leak, take lots of pictures and take it back. They tell me they found a leak, and it’s the turbo feed line! FYI, this line is on the lower passenger side, the leak I had was on the upper drivers side - above the heat shield and exhaust header. I told them that was changed 2 years ago and I basically got a shrug and a 350 dollar estimate. Was told that is what two techs thought and all they could do.I go home, and carefully inspect the feed line and drain line with the UV light and it’s bone dry. I took the car to Evans Kia and dropped it off the night before. The next day they confirmed it needed a valve co gasket and gave me a price. I informed them that I was glad it was found, but the repair would be under warranty. She seemed to question it, but called back and confirmed it. Picked it up Saturday after waiting for parts and all looks good so far. Of course they offered some other services, but I turned them down as they were already done it I would do it. Thanks Evans!
Monique Martin took amazing care of me with the purchase of my new vehicle. I really just came in to see what I qualified for. But, the experience was so flawless. She is a great asset to your company! I will definitely recommend Kia of Augusta to everyone! Real customer service is hard to find these days. I’ve been smiling since I left the dealership. I have rarely ever posted a negative post. This time i have to speak up. I own a repair shop and we recently replaced a customers Converter on his Kia. The one we used was and aftermarket Walker converter. It had an extra port that we plugged off. Unfortunately we did not tighten the plug and it came out. My customer was 2.5 hours away from home when this happened. He pulled into the kia dealer and was told it needed a new converter and the price would be close to $2000. They sent him a video that clearly showed the missing plug. All this said, He had to get a hotel room that night, have one of his friends drive two hours to get him all because the dealer refused to replace a $2.00 plug that can be picked up at any local part house. I ended up driving my customer 2.5 hours from Clemson SC to Augusta GA, I took a jack and jack stand and a plug. We had to have the car towed to a towing services lot because the dealer would not leave the key or wait on us to get there. Once i was there it took less than 10 minutes to jack up the car and install the plug. My customer drove back to Clemson with no issue. I will say again, it was my shops fault for leaving the plug loose but the tech at the dealer and the service writer tried to take advantage of an out of town collage student. I guess the Golden Rule doesnt apply in GA. And as good as any tech is mistakes do happen and i just hope when it does to him he deals with someone like me instead of some like himself. I would push my car in the rain uphill before i stepped in the parking lot of August Kia. CROOKS!!!!!!!
The service facility wasted 6 hours of my family’s time over 2 appointments, including travel to and from, for our car’s “check engine” light being lit. We had to wait over a week for the first appointment, during which time the light went off. My wife informed them of that change when she arrived, but had to wait for three hours before being told the service center would need to keep the car over the weekend because they hadn’t been able to get to it. Wonderful scheduling! A second appointment was made, again over a week later, rather than getting a rental car. I brought the car to that appointment, only to be told there was nothing they could do since the light was off. Never again…
Went in to sell my car, they said A price and it wasn’t bad, went around to other places including CarMax and got the same price they’re giving me even though they aren’t a Kia dealership and my car is a Kia. They then lowered the price. I asked to speak to the manager and he refused countless times….shame on them. Definitely not veteran friendly place will not shop here.P.SDaniel did do a good job but it was just the managers there
Im giving one star for having the car we wanted and another star for a nice salesperson. Otherwise, I would not recommend this dealership. The market adjustment on their Carnival was on par with what Ive seen at other dealerships so I cant complain about that but what you dont see online (unless you go down to the bottom and read the fine print) is that they charge and additional $3500 for unnecessary items that they can get an easy profit on. In addition, I wasnt able to be there to sign for the car so my wife into finance without me. I told them repeatedly that we dont want any extended warranties or insurance but they tried to sneak in an additional $3500 in extras back in the finance room. Luckily she was keen enough to notice and had them removed. They just came across as greedy and shady to me.
I purchased a 2020 Kia Sportage from Kia of Augusta, Georgia brand new in 2020. They were very friendly and helpful to me. I have been back for several oil changes and still the same treatment. Recently I had to return for a brake light that kept coming on and Demond, who works in the service department was very friendly and helpful to me. I would recommend them to others to purchase their automobiles in the future.
Wish I could rate no stars. I’ve had problem after problem with my 2021 K5 I bought from Kia of Augusta. I’ve had to waste my time on several occasions trying to get the issues rectified. First the passenger door panel broke and we were not able to open it. Second the door to the gas tank would not open (I went back and forward with the dealership and to the dealership) I had to research and tell them what the car needed. I was almost completely out of gas by the time the finally repaired that. And thirdly, right now the car has no sound and it’s been that way for over two weeks… no hands free phone calls for me. Not one time was I compensated for my time or gas. I travel about thirty miles round trip. Hopefully all Kia dealerships are not this bad. It’s very frustrating.
My sales rep was Damiyon Laws....this guy really went out of way to help me get my 2022 Kia Rio...He made me feel like family. He never made me feel as if I wasnt worth the time even with my bad credit. I highly recommend Mr. Laws for Salesman of the year. If youre looking for a vehicle this is the guy to ask for.
I was there with a coupon that shouldnt have been sent out, they honored it! I also had included an oil change in my services, but somehow it didnt get relayed to the mechanic. So I waited 2 hours only for a cabin filter change and battery check, etc. So the young lady gave me everything free for the inconvenience!!! It was much appreciated!
Typical car lot experience. Price went up every time I was moved to another desk... Long story short, I walked out.If youre old car can hold out another year, I recommend waiting till prices get back to normal.$7000 premium charge, because cars are so hard to come by.
Probably one of the best experiences I ever had buying a car. Our sales representative (Marlo) was professional and extremely nice. Not afraid to answer hard questions. He went above and beyond to make it the best sale possible for us and them. Will not go to an other dealer ever again.
I am a dealer from NC and had a customer in Augusta with a problem with a Kia Soul. I called and talked to Demon and told him that they were coming in to have it checked out. He called and said that it needed spark plugs and that it would be about $225 and I gave consent to do it. In the next 5 weeks I never received a call or an update from him or anyone. When I called if I talked to anyone they did not seem to know that the vehicle was even there and if I left a message no one EVER returned to call. The next call I had was to say that it was done and that the bill was $3200.00 to replace the converter. I just had one fixed here at home 2 weeks ago for $500!! So very glad I do not have to deal with this dealer on a regular basis.
Thumbs up to Matt Holley sales associate. He treated me and my family with great respect and got us into a KIA Sorento 4 weeks ago. He actually called me yesterday to see how everything was going. I wasn’t 100% sure on how to work my TV’s in the rear seats. He told me to come back on my next off day which l did. Awesome customer service. Hats off to him!!!
I would avoid at all costs. We were lied to about the cars available on the lot twice. When we arrived, the salesman tried to show us a much more expensive car than the one we were lied to about. When I voiced my concerns the next day, I was argued with and talked over. Very unprofessional. I drove to the Kia dealership in Greenville and had much better service and got my car there. Not to mention, several of my family members have been lied to by these same people.
Not thrilled with final detail on car after purchase. Rubber bands were left on seat belts. Plastic sticker was left on rear camera. We thought the camera was dirty. After many attempts trying to clean it realize there was a plastic sticker. Left window sticker residue on rear window. Horrible detail department. They didnt even try.Edit: Kia contacted me immediately and we came to a resolution that pleased us. They ended up detailing car impeccably and giving us a maintenance package.
The two stars goes to the salesman that I had Ricky Roberson that got me into what I needed quickly. However, the Service department needs some work. First let me thank KIA for the hole in my drivers side floor that you wouldn’t see because they covered it with brand new mats. Put that on your list for checking things out before purchasing. This is a beautiful red 2018 Outlander. Also when I purchased it on 3/24/22 it was beautiful out and everything worked perfectly until I attempted to use the AC! Less then a week purchased and it’s blowing nothing! Nor was the heating working! I live in Georgia, it’s hot here! Did this vehicle go through inspection really? Or is this my fault that I didn’t check daily that these things work, even when I don’t need them on a cool day? Let’s move on to them telling me I would pay for it if I didn’t have an extended warranty. Imagine that. Two weeks in and I could possibly pay for air conditioning issues! I went up there to show them and they made me an appointment a few weeks out. I get there today for my appointment and the gentleman comes to the car and says..” I have you down for an oil change.” Is there anything in your computer that says I’ve even had it long enough for an oil change?!???!! The gentleman then tells me, no need to get out that my problem seems like electronic issues and they don’t handle those, You have to go to Mitsubishi dealership. Wait, He’s that good to tell me it’s electronic and never touched my vehicle? So note that I’ve taken time away from work only to get sidelined, I’m beyond upset! I went against everyones suggestion not to go to KIA and went to KIA because of the salesman I met. Ricky Roberson and Monique are awesome, but I will explain to everyone I know just how insignificant they make you feel after the purchase is complete, and if there’s issues you will be sent everywhere else before they attempt to be helpful.
This was the most stress free car buying experience I have had. Friendly and attentive employees that want nothing but to provide great service and become stars in their field. I would give 10 stars if I could. If you are looking for an amazing car buying experience go here and ask for Al Harris. I have had two negative experiences with this dealership. If I could give a review with no stars, I would. I tried to purchase my first car & they took advantage of me with the pricing & all the issues with my registration. Then, they turned around & took advantage of my two elderly grandparents & tacked on thousands of extra dollars without clarification as to why they were doing it. If you chose to go with this dealership be very careful, read the paperwork closely, & question their mistakes
Every time I take my car in for service there is some kind of issue on their end. This past Saturday I had an appointment because my check engine light was on. Over the course of the week leading up to my appointment, I was sent 4 appointment confirmations. When I arrived at 1:30 for my 2PM appointment, I was told that they didnt understand why I was scheduled for a check engine light on a weekend when they only do that type of service Monday-Friday. I would think after being sent 4 confrimations someone should have caught this before I got there. The time before that they had my car for a week, after calling several times at 7:30am to tell me it was ready I took the afternoon off to go get my car at around 1pm just to be told that it wasnt ready. The service manager said they test drove the car and it was still having issues, which is fine, but in 5 hours no one thought to call me and let me know. I found this out after having to take a $50 Uber. The service manager told me that they started working on someone elses car and I would have to wait for them to continue work on my car. I tried to be reasonable and said the other person is not here and I am, after being told my car was ready, why not continue work on my car so I could be on my way. Calm reason got me no where It wasnt until I started yelling and making a scene that something was done. The service dept does not respect your time at all!
Bought a 1 year used kia 2 months ago. Went to get an oil change but told them Brakes are squeaking. They said it would take a month to schedule. Picked it up and they said brakes are fixed. I said what was the issue? They told me we heard the squeaking but it stopped ! Ok.... And even though the car has 14000 miles on it...tires are worn already ? Really ? I guess those tires must have been *&#$ oh and Im sure the warranty doesnt cover anything - never doing business with kia of Augusta again. (Unless they fix the breaks and give us new tires)
Puchaced a 2022 kia forte car with only 76 miles :lnew,, car was driven for less than a month,,,.engine locked down,, car was picked up by kia,and all we asked was for a loaner until they got the problem resolved ,,,its been a week and guess what still no loaner car,, they admited it was no fault of the driver,,so why they want ....and..are taking so long to get a loaner,,we are with out a car,,,its just bad business,,terrible business,,
I didn’t wanna trade in the car they first put us in but the bank wanted to give us something with low mileage and brand new first owner of this car and I’m truly happy. Kia of Augusta on gordon hwy was truly amazing by blessing us with this car. Wanna say thank you to Jay & Mr. JR Shelnutt for helping us with this purchase. In need of a car go see one of them!!! I bought my Kia Rio august 2020 while I love my car it wasnt my first choice. I will probably buy from u again as long as I dont have to deal with Terrance again... He is unprofessional and lies. He made promises tht I had to make him deliver on . The hood came out when I called him out on lies... The car I like the salesperson not so much...
First of all I did not want to give them any stars, but in order to post a review you have to click one. They deserve no stars below zero if that is possible. The staff there are rude and unprofessional in every sense of the word. They sent Monique to help me, she brought me to her cubicle and left me there while walking around with her daughter. I am all about spending time with your child, but you are there to work; a time and place for everything. When she decided to come help me she showed me one over priced car. The bald man who evaluates trade-in value was extremely rude and unprofessional he needs to learn to hold his tongue and keep his nasty comments to himself. Also, there was a man there passing out waters and snacks but to a select few. Not that I wanted any I did not, but that is bad manners. Back to the lack of service it seems that if you do not have a ton of money or your trade-in is not perfect they choose not to take you seriously. I guess since Monique sold a car just before I got there, I know this because all she talked about was this sale and how great it was; she felt she did not have to work anymore that day. A TOTAL WASTE Of TIME. I guess they forgot that they work for the customer not the other way around. At the end if the day , they will never get my business and I will never recommend them to anyone.

I went into Kia of Augusta with my father just to ask some questions to see if I have any available options on another reliable vehicle. Mr. Jeff Wright worked with my father a month or so ago and now myself. He was patient with me because I didn’t know what I wanted and didn’t stop until he sold me on getting a Kia. They say never say never. Very pleased with my new car and the experience.
Friend of mine went there. Said some guy told her she had to pre-qualify to buy a car there just to test drive it. Then, when she tried to get a payment chart and a final price out of him, he tried to just make her buy the car before hed give up the paperwork. Crazy. She left. Dont send ladies here by themselves. This place is aggressive and manipulative.
I had a superb experience so much so that I already recommended kia of augusta to a friend on facebook. Jeff Wright handled my car buying and was amazingly straightforward with me. He didnt try any shady tricks on me and was a good salesman start to finish. I went in thinking i would be one of them long and arduous 4 hour sales stories. But thanks to Jeff i was done in less than 2 hours altogether. I love my new whip and love the great deal I got. Thanks Jeff Wright and thanks kia.
They sold me a 2010 Buick Enclave. I should have seen the red flags but I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. I took my car to get serviced in January of 2020 1 reg flag was they let me drive off the lot with unbalanced tires 2 the mechanic said they weren’t certified to service try car. After years of dealing with these people the general manager finally told me I messed up my own car and I was trying to get a free car. So people take your business and money to people who know what they are doing. I have texts and emails from them saying these things.
There’s always someone at there job that’s willing to go above and beyond . Daniel did that for me and my husband . We kept bumping into issues here and there but he made things happen for us and we very much appreciate that . He was very professional , very Kind and make sure my husband walked out of Kia of Augusta with the car he wanted ! He is your guy if your looking for a ride !
Go see Jeff Wright at Kia if Augusta. He helped me get in this beautiful 2015 Toyota 4Runner. He made sure everything was in pristine condition before I drove it off the lot. He makes your experience as easy as possible, making sure you are well taken care of through the car buying experience. Here’s to many years with this car!!
If youre looking to buy a Telluride, bring an extra wallet, as they will tack on an additional $12K to the price tag, and over $3K in dealer added options, so if youre actually so desperate to buy one youll instantly be under water to the tune of $25K when you drive it off the lot. How can they do that to their customers? Even BMW sells at MSRP.The only good news on this swindle is that they are less greedy than Evans Kia who was asking $18K over MSRP. It seems like the only brands that to do this are the Korean companies, Kia, Hyundai and Genesis.For what they are asking you can go buy a German brand, BMW, Audi or Mercedes for about the same price. Or drive to Columbia or Atlanta where the adjusted market price should be closer to $6K.
Monique was SO helpful. This trade in was a big deal for me but she was helpful, honest, knowledgeable. Made this transition smooth and easy for me. Made the financing a breeze and got me to where I needed to be and wanted to be. I am so glad and so thankful for the service Monique provided.
Let me start by saying if you are looking for a stress free time at the dealership this is the place to go . Every staff member has a positive attitude, you are greeted by everyone. They ensure to listen to your needs and truly work out what they can . Their communication as the process progresses is outstanding . We had the pleasure of working with Al . We had a trade in and we came in with three small children , he got us out and on the road driving in about 2 hours ! These people are not here for the sales they care ! This is the best place I’ve been to because they’re so amazing. They really care about their customers and they took their time trying their best to get me into a new car. Monique was fantastic and she kept me positive throughout the process even when I thought my chances were low she picked me back up immediately. I’ve never been treated so well at a dealership. She talked to me and made me feel like a person instead of just another number. I just want to buy the whole dealership gourmet cupcakes for this service.

The sales representative, Matt Holley, searched for it until he located the perfect car and had it there the next day. I was extremely impressed with the courteous and no pressure environment. Im a forever customer. 6 stars.....Im editing this review a year and a half later. Loving Kia still. Ive had NO issues with my car. They service department does my oil changes, tire rotations etc. They are fast professional and all around a great company to do business with. I would recommend them without hesitation. 10 stars.
This has been a fantastic experience. Michael Arthur is a great guy and sales person. He is friendly and listens to a persons needs and concerns in a vehicle. He works very hard to get you the payment you need. Will recommend Kia of Augusta and Michael to anyone in the market for a car.
I bought my first car from them and they sold me a lemon use car.. they will sell you anything just to get money out of your pocket .. then they will turn around and say you bought the car as is ! They don’t have full warranty and their policy once you leave the lot on some of the cars they will not fix the issue .. I do not recommend nobody buying anything from them
I purchased a 2019 Kia Forte from Kia of Augusta and Notorious Bell was my sales person he had so much energy. He was very excited to be at work, he also made sure I was comfortable as we went through the process very cool guy and when I say he know about them cars he know every detail. I couldn’t ask for no better help then what he provide !!! Thanks
I HIGHLY recommend Michael Arthur at Kia of Augusta. I went to several dealerships before Kia of Augusta and he is the only salesman that didn’t pressure me into buying a car right then in there. He also tried to help me as much as he could with the payments. If you go to Kia of Augusta I recommend you ask for Michael!

Exceptional customer service like no other. Its really hard to find genuinely great service when purchasing a car because most salespeople are just interested in the sales and commission, but not with my new friend JR. He made the entire experience feel like a family member was actually looking out for me while helping me with my car purchase. 100% would recommend this place and specifically ask for JR as I guarantee he will go above and beyond to exceed expectations while helping you out.

This place gets 0 stars. My husband and I did our research ONLINE and decided the best deal was here for a KIA Soul. They marketed a car ONLINE for $25,000 more or less, so we go to the dealership and we are ready to move forward. The salesperson mentions an addendum fee and a market price increase because of low stock; however, a number was not said. It was very obvious we came in based on stock from online because we told him exactly what model and color we were interested in. AT THAT POINT, the EXACT price should have been mentioned. The sticker and the website BOTH stated $25,000. They start the paperwork and come up with a monthly number that did not make sense. It wasnt until then that they brought up the increase in price because of added tint, a market value increase, and an addendum fee which brought the sales price up to $32,000 plus FOR A KIA SOUL!!! Despite their mess up on the sticker and the website, the dealership was unwilling to uphold what THEY marketed! It was completely unprofessional and super sketchy!

Purchased a vehicle from Kia of Augusta!!!! I highly recommend Notorious he is awesome and definitely patient lol I was the last person to leave but he made me feel comfortable the entire time. I had no idea what I wanted or was even looking for and he just walked the lot with me and gave me information on each car I even glanced at until we found one that I love….GO CHECK HIM OUT!!!!!
Poor experience. Was looking at the 2022 Sorentos. Market adjustment of $7500 over MSRP and $3200 charge for dealer fees such as filling up the tires with nitrous.I was able to get a much better deal at Gerald Jones Mazda for a similar and actually higher rated vehicle in the CX9 with NO market adjustment or hidden/sketchy fees.Edit: Something I forgot to mention is that they also tried to low ball my trade in value by using fair on KBB for a car in great condition. I got an additional $4000 from Gerald Jones.
We had the worst experience at this particular car lot. The lady that helped us was very nice but the man who talked numbers was very rude. That’s a nice way of putting it. When we arrived they already had the vehicle parked and running. The heat was blasting at 85 degrees. Keep in mind on 2/9/21 it was 72 degrees. When we asked if we could drive it the lady stated that was fine and she had to ride with us. Didn’t really like that but it was fine. So I begging to turn the heat off and question why it was on and why it was sitting there running. Couldn’t get a clear explanation. Proceed with getting air turned on but it would not cool at all. She only allowed us to drive two red lights up from car lot. Not even a mile and she stated that we needed to turn around. Therefore really didn’t get a feel of the car. We get back and question what they would give us for a trade in on my Jeep Liberty. Keep in mind that I already had the values of it ran by our credit union before we left to go. We really didn’t want to trade it but just curious of what he would say. So he offers us 1,500 for it. What a joke. Trade in on it is 4,000. Then we ask about the air. He states he will get it checked and fix whatever. We then ask for a print out on breakdown of the price for the vehicle. The total was 29,272. We told him that we had 29,000 cash and would he take that. His words were “I hate to see y’all walk away over this” he would not even budge on 272$. Very disappointed about the whole experience and would not recommend at all. Not to mention the vehicle was extremely dirty.

If i could give 0 stars i would its what they deserve i went and got my car in may and it was supposed to be in my name and my grandfather be a cosigner well they messed that up and when i was late on payments all of them argued with me and today one of the men argued that my payment was more important than my power and rent/mortgage i have never seen such unprofessional till this company worse experience of my life

My primary reason for this rating is Julia at the Kia on Gordon Hwy. The first call I made to Kia to say I was having my car towed because it would not start, the man on the other end of the line said, it will probably be September before they could get to it, mind you it was the last week of July. I decided to go to the dealership in person to talk to someone. Julia was the one I met, when I explained the conversation that Id had with the guy on the phone the blood in her face seemed to drain quickly but professionally she repeatedly apologize and assured me that they would check my car and let me know what the problem was. It took them less than four hours to let me know that I only needed a new battery. It is people like Julia that gives customer service a good name. She is very professional, Kind and Cares About The Customers Needs. If it had not been for her Kia would have gotten a zero from me on this visit. Thanks to Julia I am a satisfied customer. I was in the market for a Kia Forte GT, and had done all of my research. I tried both of the Kia dealers in Augusta, and Kia of Augusta on Gordon Highway was the FAR better to work with. Terrance, my salesman did not try to pressure me into anything else, nor did the finance manager try to talk me into any options I didnt want. Unlike the other dealer, they had the exact car I wanted in stock, and it was a pleasure to deal with them. They showed me all of the numbers right upfront, and answered anything I questioned in plain language, that was easy to understand. I purchased a 2020 Kia Rio which is gorgeous and most important reliable. Michael Arthur was a great salesman. He helped me make this experience as easy as possible. I do want to be fair and say that Ricardo, our Sales guy is certainly a nice guy to work with. I am however disappointed in how the Sales Manager team operates. We made an offer, Sales Manager agreed to it, only for them to sell to someone else. After we were told they could not sell until inspection was over which would take a couple hours. Now I don’t fault anyone for wishing to make more money but I do believe you should honor your commitment. After all, you did tell the other customer you had a deal working with someone else.Now should you choose to sell the car to someone else at least have the courtesy to call so we are not wasting our time. Do not have your salesman send me a text. Oh, and then when I call you, how about being a little more honest and polite in your conversation.Yes. I have bought well over 30+ cars in my life and only one time before have I witnessed such service. Times must be really good that you don’t need every customers business that comes through the door. This is a door I will not be passing through at any time.Instead I will be purchasing elsewhere.
My daughter, 18, drove down from out of state to purchase her first vehicle. She called ahead of time and made arrangements to come down. Extremely long story short, she was GROSSLY mislead and is now stuck on a loan for a vehicle that she cannot drive. We have reached out several times to no avail. I have contacted an attorney so hopefully someone will speak to them. IMO, they took advantage of a young girl and her grandparents all to sell a car. It is absolutely disgusting and I hope no one else experiences this. 😡😡

So I went there to get my car serviced this morning because after I got a remote start system installed on my car, my tire monitoring light has been on. When I got there, I was told I would be charged $110 diagnostic fee because of the after market remote start system and thats when I started having problems. I agreed to go ahead and get the car diagnosed. Well it was discovered a fuse had blown or was bad so they replaced it without charging me a dime. I respect them for making me aware ahead of time of the charge but then taking car of my issue without charging me was a blessing. They have a great team!

I bought a car from these people about 10 months ago brand new zero miles even went as far as buying an extended warranty for the car now 10 months later my car will not crank my car will not crank I called the dealership to explain what was going on just to be told that it would be a month before they could look at my car. It was a horrible experience..yes ultimately my credit score and lack of proof of income led to not driving off but u never look at a custom and say rather u have 1000 or 5000 to put down Im not putting you in a car! I bought a kia soul from here and they did not mention that they do not come with a spare/dummy tire nor a jack.When i asked someone in service about it they said they were supposed to go over those details when you buy the car, but ive been telling them for 5 years to tell customers about thatThank you so much kia for getting me stramded and havimg to get towed.Response to owner.Car was purchased last year and they are orginal tires. If i had known that it did not come with those things i would have purchased. Ive had ot serviced at the dealership about 4 months ago.Something like a spare tire is very important. I was very skeptical about getting a new car, but when I got to Kia a salesperson greeted me with such a friendly smile and I knew then Kia of Augusta was the right choice. Monique Martin was my salesperson and she made everything a breeze! Monique was very informative and detailed during the whole process. Worse car shopping experience of my life. Sales guy was great. I wanted to mull the purchase over for a night and the finance guy came out and started belittling me for not wanting to sign immediately. This type of high pressure sales tatic lost the sales man his commission and pushed me to buy from Carvana.

She was able to answer all of our questions, help us secure financing that fit with our budget and got us into a brand new car in less than 3 hours. It was an amazing experience. Everyone we encountered in the building was as friendly and helpful as could be. I definitely recommend Kia of Augusta if youre looking for a new vehicle.

2022-05-12This is a two part review. Mr. Terry is a great salesman, did everything as promised to secure a deal for me. On the other hand, management was a totally different story. Maybe the manager I worked with was having a bad day. This did not affect Mr. Terry’s exceptional performance. He is the sole reason why I made the deal with Kia of Augusta. His work ethic and persistence kept me from going elsewhere. If possible, ASK FOR MR. TERRY HOLMES.Management was very antagonistic. The manager (Don’t remember his name but he know who he is 😎) who approached me attempted to pressure me into signing for figures I did not want or agree with. Mr. Terry (Salesman) helped me get to the number both parties agreed on through PEACEFUL NON HOSTILE NEGOTIATIONS. I would buy here again, but would definitely bypass the obligatory “Management Greeting”. Let your salesmen and women work. They get the job done!

2022-01-28I am so dissapointed on how horrible my wife was treated when she went for an oil change two weeks ago. They were unprofessional and tried to scam her. She was so upset that she never wants to go back to have any service done. Customers should be appreciated and treated with respect. We should not be treated as cash cows up for slaughter.

2022-02-07My husband Eric decided to go car hunting one day and called to ask that I meet him at KIA of Augusta on Gordon Highway. He had seen one that he knew I would like in the hopes that I would agree. Eric was waiting for me while talking to a sales lady. I found Monique Martin to be very nice, a good listener with a calm demeanor. The fact that I saw a couple of vehicles with no rush or sales pitch from Monique made it easy for me to relax and take my time processing the descriptions and qualities of each one. I decided to purchase the KIA Rio S 2022.The process of sitting with her and working out the paperwork did not take long. Monique was patient with us and took her time to answer our questions. She made it a pleasant experience providing great customer service, great attitude and just being herself. It’s hard to find genuine people that care for the customer and his/her needs. 2022-03-23First of all I loved my salesman is the only reason I gave them an extra star. Terrence was wonderful. When I bought my car, the detail department left plastic everywhere for me to remove later. There is still rubber bands on the seat belts. Plastic on my backup camera that I just figured out that was on there. There was plastic on the Kia emblem on my tires. There was sticker residue on my windshield that the service department tried to clean leaving my windshield streaked. My maps were outdated is why I was told to go to the service department. They took pictures and promised to call me when they got the updated software and promised to fully detail my car. Well…no call. I ended up going on you tube and fixing it myself. I received a call to schedule my first service appointment. When I called back, I was told to ignore it and just make an appointment. I mentioned my map issue and was told a manager would call back. Guess what no phone call. Then I had the GPS thing fall out on my foot and my installed interior lights went out. I was transferred to a technician who seemed put out that someone transferred me to him. He told me to bring it by and they would fix the GPS thing that fell out, but I would have to make an appointment in two weeks to get the other fixed. I arrived at the bay and those there were super nice. I again told them of the trouble I have had but it was basically heard but not acted on. I will be honest my plan is to have the car fixed and my first free oil change there but then I will be using Kia of Evans. I have never had this problem with their service department. Mind you my car just turned a month old today. Very disappointed after such a wonderful buying experience.

The paperwork was well organized by the woman responsible for it (sorry- I forget her name!), but she made a very complicated stack of papers easy to go through.The car is my daughter’s, she loves her Kia Rio. It’s an adorable little black sedan, she has been back and forth to the dealership for things like window tinting (they gave her the car right away due to the fact that she HAD no car/ engine had ceased in her previous vehicle). Matt Holley made sure she had a cleaned vehicle the first time off the lot, and again, after the windows were tinted. By the way, Matt Holley got her into a 2022 within her budget. I am very pleased with the service provided by him as well, as he took good care of my daughter. For this reason, I would especially recommend asking for this man by name if you are in he market for a vehicle! Kia of Augusta- we left very satisfied! I love the car because my “baby” loves the car!

2022-07-01My experience with Kia service center was great. I called at the last minute and ask could I get my car service since I had missed two appointments. The young man Kelvin Salter treated me like I was his mom. He went over and explained everything to be that had to be done. I felt comfortable with him. I appreciate the appointment because I was a walk in and got great and timely service.

2022-05-31Called a hour before I went in to make sure the car I wanted was in stock (in the afternoon) and the receptionist guaranteed it was there I even had them ask a salesman a specific question about the interior. I walked in first thing they did was try to sit me down and run my credit 🚩I asked if I can see the car before we talk business and my credit gets a hard inquiry and told it was “sold that morning” 😂 Reading the reviews I can tell they lie to get people in 24/7 y’all watch out.
