This was my husbands and my first time here today and we were more than pleased. The customer service that was provided was phenomenal and the ice cream will have you coming back for more. Highly recommend.
My husband and I wanted to have it, but we didnt know it closed at 10 and we were looking inside. Suddenly the owner came and asked us we told her we wanted to have it n all. She let her in and said it was on the house. I felt like the luckiest person. She was very sweet , her staff was very friendly, and the flavor was delicious, and the waffle was fresh too. I loved every bit of it, and I am not saying this because I got it free; I mean it. Going there again and this time on time 🥰🥰
The chocolate is OMG good, ice cream is so yummy, and the calories I ate were totally worth it. The owner Christina and manager Jessica are AMAZING. Proud to be a customer as an individual and surprises for my work family too. Thanks ladies for making a special treat even better.

This shops smells wonderful and all the treats look fabulous. However, even for a specialty shop like this, the prices were high. A single scoop of ice cream is $6 and a relatively small rectangular box of truffles $19.95. That said, if this is in your price range, you will undoubtedly enjoy your purchase.
Super friendly staff, excellent fast service, tasty treats and the ice cream is just my favorite. I literally was like a big kid I had chocolate covered s’mores, pixies, Carmel turtle apples, orangeade drink, tracks waffle bowl ice cream just to name a few all very delicious. I was so anxious to eat everything up I dropped my orangeade lemonade in the parking lot but at least I got a chance to taste the delicious refreshing treat. I highly recommend this location to everyone looking for a family oriented place or just a delicious tasty candy store. So worth the money.
Staff is always willing to help and not rush you even if you have a big order and the place is super busy. On top of that, they have the best chocolate chip mint ice cream I have ever had. This one is the best! Really nothing else can compare and it has ruined me for grocery store ice cream.
I absolutely love this family-owned Kilwins! They’re the nicest people around and the ice cream will knock your sock off. I honestly could just hang out and smell the yummy smells of fudge and homemade waffle cones all day! I highly recommend you make the visit and treat yourself to some goodies! 🍦

We were at this location yesterday and asked for 2 cups of orangeade. This young man politely asked if we could pay before he made them. I thought this was strange but hey, we would have to pay anyway so I made no big deal of it and paid before the service.The server kept adding water as he was making it and at some point, a colleague of his added some more orange juice to the cups but they were still not full. He went to add even more tap water to both cups to increase the volume. I asked why he added so much water and he murmured something about filling up the cups.Wed been to this location (and the one at Alpharetta downtown) several times so I know the process. I let him know that was way too much water for such small cups. He asked if I wanted him to start over. Wed been waiting for over 25 minutes! I didnt want to create a scene and Id already paid (or we would have left) so I said he should go ahead.We had to wait another 15-20 for him to make the drinks. He handed me the drinks without an apology for the time wasted; we were there for almost an hours for just 2 cups of orangeade!Again, this was not our first time there but this time, the service was less than acceptable.
Just wish I didnt have to wait so long some times.
I could eat everything in this store in one sitting. Everything tastes so good. The Sea Foam is awesome & the Chocolate Covered Smores is fantastic!!!
Everyone was at Kilwins for ice cream. The line moved quickly and everyone spaced out. The ice cream was delicious.

2022-07-16Stopped by after dinner at the connected Halcyon food hall. Awesome chocolate shop with plenty of ice cream offerings.Purely food based review:Sundae with Cookie Dough & Caramel - Really good and creamy but not overly chocolatey! Toppings do cost $1 per additional topping so it can get more pricey but the waffle bowl is definitely worth it!

2022-05-01Kilwins has delicious snacks. First time going and they had soo many different sweets to choose from. The staff was very nice and positive. We ordered the sea salted marsh mallow. It was delicious. This location is at Halcyon shopping center in Forsyth. Ill return soon!

2022-06-18We have come here all of the time and usually have a good experience..we order the same thing every time .. the salted caramel shake. Today it is very watery and not sweet. I think the girl put too much milk in it and instead of being a shake she just kept adding milk. So it taste more like a cold milk .. verses a shake. My husband did go back in to try to get them to fix .. and it came out the same way.. terrible.

2022-02-19Kilwins is nostalgic. First discovered them in Sarasota in the 90s, but the chain is much older. Excited to find a location in the Atlanta metro area. The fudge is still fabulous and the chocolate covered orange peel is to die for. Staff was friendly and the store was extremely clean. Definitely will be back. Only disappointment was that they didnt have French Silk ice cream, but Superman was alive and well.

2022-05-16The wonderful smell of fresh waffle cones greeted us as we walked in the door. The ice cream and selection of caramel apples was awesome!! We visited on a date night... cant wait to take the kids.

2022-04-18Their desserts are wonderful! Be prepared to stand in line outside in the heat! They just need to add line ropes inside so not as many people have to wait outside. They did walk around and handed out free water!

2022-05-18The chocolate fudge was too sweet for our liking but the candy apples are heavenly! I can’t resist getting one every time when I’m in the area. The ice cream is excellent too.

2022-04-16Best ice cream ever! Im a chocolate everything girl, but the Tutti Fruitti is beyond belief delicious! Dont worry if the line is long, it moves quick enough and it is so worth it!

2020-02-02Excellent ice creams, candy and most importantly friendly staff. Great experience within Halcyon and is connected to the food court or you can take the desert out to the open space outside.
