I went on karaoke night and it was everything!!!! I ate the lemon pepper wings and a seafood boil with the king seasoning. Baby!! #chefsKiss Lemme tell you.. that food was soooo good and the service matched!! Peachess went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. I cant wait to come back in town to eat here again.
One of the worst experience Ive ever had at a restaurant. First our apps were stolen then the add ons for 3 of our 4 orders never got added. The wait time was crazy. Our apps where not fresh when we finally got them and after telling the manager about this the best she could do was a lousy gift card. Our reservation was late also.
So rude..I went there on Sunday. It wasn’t busy and I was refused because I did not want the booth the host tried to seat me. Instead of the manager accommodating the situation, she said the open booths were for “rolling silverware”
Service has really gone down at the King Claw, they just arent as nice and friendly as they use to be. Didnt get a fork to eat my cole slaw with, cocktail sauce was frozen and the appetizer was brought out with our meal. They have just gone down in my point of view.
I ordered the Kingclaw special with an extra 3 eggs. My order was missing my crab legs And It was not the very mild season I asked for. When I called in whoever picked up the phone was very rude; and also had me on hold for a long time. At this I will never go back. I would love to get my money back. I can send any information needed but I need my refund.
The food and service was great especially considering how busy they were!! It was just very loud from all the people ( it was graduation) and quite expensive. Gratuity is included in the bill!
The service was second to none. Seasonings and flavors were very nice. The only thing is we could tell the seafood was not that fresh from the sea quality we were looking for. Overall, not bad at all.
Love it, my co worker took me there and the food was very good, good customer service and the music the DJ was playing was real good, I didnt know the had a live DJ but most definitely ill be back real soon...it was me and my co worker first time going and we really enjoyed it..

We looooved our dinner. Seafood boil in a bag with snow crab, shrimp, potatoes and corn. Omg the mild sauce is soooo good.The fried appetizers (tried gator, hush pups, calamari) however were nothing to get again. Waitress excellent. Music on point (90s R&B). Ambiance and theme enjoyable.

My daughters go to spot when shes craving crab. I dont eat seafood but they make great drinks and I usually enjoy their chicken wings.
From the time I entered the restaurant to the time I left I had a wonderful experience !!!! The Youth!!! They have working there impressed me a lot. I’m so glad I stopped in to experience wonderful food and a professional atmosphere. The greeters at the door where more than informative and helpful, my waiter was On Point!!! Fast service and she serviced with a Smile at all times. I was so impressed I ask for the manager and end up speaking to the general manager Briana Who was So Wonderful!!! To chat with. She took out her time to acknowledge me as a customer. Hats off to you guys this was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back for more.
Omg!! I do understand that this place has only been open for about 2 weeks now but OMG!!! The service was amazing, the manager Dave walked around greeting people, I thought that was awesome too. Ok now the food, I have eaten a lot of seafood in my time and I have to tell you that this was the best I have EVER eaten. I have traveled to a lot of different places and by far this is the best. The prices are normal for the amount you get. We will be back for our monthly out to eat dinner. Here are some pictures of our time here and what we got. Oh and there was so much I took more than half of it home.
We loved everything about this place. Our server Kano was the best! Great all around service! The appetizers were absolutely amazing. Our favorite was definitely the fries w/Cajun seasoning! The seafood boil came out super hot and packed with flavor. We left very content & look forward to coming back with more family & friends.

Right now trying to figure out how I got charged almost double with $30 off then when I canceled getting charged anyway. Up from 1 as I believe most of the problem is Uber eats

I had to experience it a second time before putting in my review. Each time they have been GREAT! If you love seasoned seafood and strong drinks (alcohol) then you have come to the right place! The fish bowl is strong. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. Give it a try and you won’t be disappointed. Me and my family will definitely come again!

From the time you enter to the time you leave the Hospitality is amazing. The food was serverd fast and hot.
I didnt understand why we had to wait 45 minutes out side in 90 degree heat and when our number was called and we get in the place is empty, the Bar area is empty and three employees standing around durning nothing. I brought guess from Atlanta with me they were not happy at all, as big as the place is we get in two booths had people at them. Good customer services with as hot as it was would have came out side and told all the people waiting in that heat to come inside and wait with the understanding it might be a while before we get served. Check out your front door and Windows for a eatery they should never should never look like they do you ask no I was not impressed, i can only blame Management.
1st and foremost service with a smile. The servers are polite, pleasant and there to help with whatever you need. The atmosphere was inviting and the music was great. There wasnt any shows but I look forward to attending one. The food was delicious and more then enough. It was an overall great experience. Looking forward to returning! Thank You King Claw!
I definitely look for taste and quantity when choosing seafood restaurants. The atmosphere was nice and the food was GREAT!! Flavor, Fresh and Filling. Price was good for all that I ordered. Definitely cant wait to get back.

The atmosphere was very cool with its nautical theme. Our server was amazing and they made a 7 yr old birthday girls day by singing to him. Weve been looking for a good seafood place. We will definitely go back again and again!! Food was AWESOME!! Best Seafood Ever!!!
The food was good. The service was awful! They actually accused me of stealing the crab cracker. Took my debit card and asked for the crackers. Asked to look in my to go box to see if I was stealing. Crackers were on table. The Bloody Mary was clear but was told we had to pay for it since it was made that alcohol was non refundable. They did offer to remake but not until the meal was finished and we were leaving. I have never been accused of stealing and asked to look in my to go box. The crackers were on the table and no apology given. I won’t go back

Our server, Kano, was very personable, sweet and professional. Probably one of the best servers I ever had. He really knows how to treat customers.The atmosphere was relaxing, the music was great and the food was absolutely amazing.I 100% recommend this restaurant.
Everything was fine until we asked for a crab cracker. Our waitress said they dont have any. When we asked how are we supposed to get into our claws, she went to see the manager and they had a set of crackers. Well, the waitress had a bad attitude the rest of the meal. The food itself wasnt great either. I can tell the crab isnt the freshest and way too salty. They have my daughter a laughable portion of popcorn shrimp as well. I suggest any other option.
The food was excellent. The price was reasonable and the service was outstanding. Our waiter was very attentive and on the ball with drinks. This was my first time and I will definitely be going back. My co-diners were impressed also.
Good Crab boil combo. Just not a big fan of sodium. Order-in plays an important role during covid.

The food was fine. Not my favorite. It started off well with the appetizer of cheesesticks, but once our main courses arrived, we asked for crab crackers to actually eat our meals that included crab clusters. We were told that they didnt have any, which I thought was very odd for a restaurant that is all about crabs and seafood. Once I asked about the crackers again, the waitress took personal offense and then quality of service went downhill fast. We didnt see them again until she brought the bill. Probably wont be returning.
My first time here today to celebrate my mothers birthday. Excellent customer service. Kano and his team were all Great!!! The food and drinks are phenomenally delicious. Especially the fish bowl. The diverse music is a plus. I definitely recommend King Claw l and for sure will return.
My husband and I and another couple visited the restaurant for the first time. We enjoyed it so much! The food was great quality, huge portions and the service was top notch. Kano was our server and he couldn’t have been nicer, more informative and just fun to be around! We will definitely be back!
This was our first time dining at one of their restaurants and it was spectacular! Our waitress explained the menu and the seasonings available for the boils. The food was amazing with the seasonings. I definitely recommend this restaurant if you are in the mood for seafood.

Went to eat today, on a Tuesday at 6:30 pm. The music was so loud we left before even being seated. Have eaten here many times before but if this is the new normal, we wont ever again!
The staff are so rude! The food is over priced and not worth the 1 to 2 hour wait when the restaurant is over half empty. I understand it’s hard being under staffed but when those who are there are just on their phones doing nothing. Horrible. Just don’t bother
We (my family) had high expectations for this restaurant, not quite authentic to a Crab Place. The sauce was not season with chunks of garlic and spices, just butter and not quite sure what kinda of spices. Crab legs didnt crack easily, guess they were sitting in water. I order the house seasonings but hot, my other family members ordered the same but mild, the hot and mild were exactly the same. I do not recommend unless youre going strictly for drinks. I do not recommend the food. Oh and the calamari was unseasoned as well. Highly disappointed 😞
I had the worse visit and this is my go to fish spot but customer service was terrible on yesterday. I ask to change from a single order to a build your own sample to be advise they no longer make adjustments to tickets and its printed on menu. As I look over menu it was no where on there then all the employees had to have small group talks when it was only a question.Instead of their manager coming out to make the situation right or explain changes and support her server she sat at the bar facing me and my party of 4 and rolled her eyes while mouthing comments like Im not losing my job for nobody. It was very childish how she handle situation as a manager in charge I was very disappointed that we cant ask a question about money im spending to support this company was really sad.To think we spent $300 was told it was no seating because they were short hand of workers. Then we ask to sit to bar as we enter there were several empty tables I think they shouldnt have turned customers away or made them wait 30 to 45 mins and I still tip the waitress good dont think I want to support them anymore.

Always have amazing service, and food is always delicious! We go all the time and it’s always nothing less than perfect! We had Allison tonight, she was awesome! We will be requesting her on the rest of our visits! The managers make sure to check on everyone in the restaurant every time, and we even saw a manger cleaning a table tonight, and thought, wow. You don’t see that anywhere else. Great environment, perfect food, and amazing service!

First time here and I will say the food arrived hot, too bad our server wasnt. She didnt ask had we been there before, it was happy hour and she didnt inform us or make suggestions, just cut and dry. I will visit again because the food was good.

Absolutely amazing!! I got the king crab boil and it was the best I’ve ever had! The staff is super nice and it seems like it isn’t a job to them it’s what enjoy. They talk to you like they actually know you. I would eat here every day if I could. I will be back very soon and will be recommending this to any one I can!!
Not a pleased dining experience whatsoever. Decided for crab that evening and wanted to try out the hype. Went for an early afternoon meal to beat the crowd. After ordering and waiting 35 min, I was informed they had completely run out of crab and they have went to Sams to get some. 20 minutes later had passed and then I was informed to order something else or wait it out. There was 20+ online orders as well to go out. There wasnt any food coming out of the kitchen and the managerial staff was too busy pacing to even check on the customers that were walking out. My waiter was great and frustrated and I didnt hold him responsible at all. Theres only so much he could do. How are you gonna run a Crab business and run out of crab?? Poor management sets the tone for another restaurant in Albany.
I met up with family in Albany for a weekend. Stopped by this place and I was completely satisfied. The food was so good and flavorful. Im a MS native so the flavor was on point and reminded me of home. I could actually taste alcohol in the drinks which is rare with restaurants. Our server was very polite and attentive. I will definitely return if Im in the area.
We’ve been here several times and always enjoy! Tonight we dined with Jessica who had excellent customer service, kept our drinks filled, got our food out quickly, and sent us with Togo drinks! The food is priced affordability, came out hot, AND was delicious as always! Management personally visits table to check on their customers which says a lot about this establishment! We love king claw!!
This was probably the first time I’ve ever been to a restaurant where I thought the food was worth the price. Not only was there a TON of food in my meal, but the food was excellent!!! Kano was our server and he was fantastic as well! I hope to go again!!

This was my first time at this restaurant and it had absolutely amazing food. Very delicious, especially the sausage, which as a side comes with an additional piece of corn and 2 potatoes. I had the Bayou Boil, which is snow crab legs, 1/2 lb of shrimp, lots of crawfish, 2 potatoes and one corn. Its messy but tastes phenomenal. The service staff is super friendly and very attentive. I also recommend the blended peach margarita. This is my new favorite restaurant!

The food is delicious and the prices are great! We love the create your own meal, it allows you to get as much or as little as you want to eat. We also love getting to pick the flavors that we want in our bag of deliciousness!
The food is great, but the customer service is not good. Each time we’ve dined in our servers have been unable to multitask between two to three tables. No drink refills, no check-ins while we wait for our food, you have to ask for your appetizer before your food (they’ll bring it out with your main course and if you ask them to take it back and remove from the ticket bc you no longer want it, they’ll get upset and have an attitude like it’s your fault they messed up). Our orders have been incorrect and when trying to get the ticket corrected to remove what we did not receive, the manager told the server to pay for it because he was not taking it off. We had to refuse to pay the ticket for the manager to take it off. I understand if servers make countless mistakes that you’d want to teach them a lesson, but not in front of your customers. Split it off on to a different ticket and don’t even discuss it with the table. Very unprofessional. However, as I mentioned in the beginning, the food is really good when you finally get it. I suggest you get the food Togo and check your bag before you leave. We’ll try dining in one more time and ask for one of the good servers mentioned in some of the other comments. We support our community and hope to see the service get better in the future.

Stopped in this week, glad we did staff was very attentive and friendly and the food was excellent great taste with just the right amount of seasoning . The food is good... But the service is horrible, the environment is disgusting. There has been times that we walked in to eat and the whole place reeked of marijuana. We have decided to just start getting food to go, but you cant even get anybody to answer the phone. Its a shame, we loved this place when it first opened and was excited about a nice seafood place that is reasonably priced but I dont think this place will stay open long with how its running now.
Maybe the best food I’ve ever had. I got the shrimp and sausage combo with corn and potatoes with the house special sauce. It was definitely worth the price. I live in Thomasville about an hour south and will definitely make the hour long trek for special occasions. It was that good.

This was our first time and we did take out. The fried shrimp were seasoned great. Fries were good, but Cole Slaw was put in the box of hot food. I hate warm Cole Slaw, but I did bring it to their attention because I was asked to check my order. We did however enjoy our lunch. We will try again soon! The restaurant was very nice.
I have eaten here twice, both times the food was excellent. The shrimp boil with cajun spice was absolutely amazing. This has become our new regular lunch spot.
Let me start by saying that the food is Ahhh-mazing. First visit at night and the service was just as great. BUT...the lunch service is terrible. Same waitress each time (Jasmine) and she is not friendly at all. On the first visit, I asked for a regular fork and she wasnt sure if they have them (of course they do!) Today, I asked for the shell-crackers with the scissors and she literally said if those are the ones I get....we were the ONLY table there so she could not have meant that they may be in use. She had an attitude the rest of the visit. I wish people would realize, no customers, no JOB. BTW...Management should note that half of your wait-staff have 1 inch fake nails..this is a food service industry and that is DISGUSTING!
First time (chose to do take out) food was excellent, very flavorful and fresh and done on time. We all got seafood Boils and they have a clever way of packaging it by putting it all in a plastic bag doubled up so have a big bowl ready to pour it into when u get home.
The service was good. The food came out super fast. The oyster sampler is really good. However I had the Captains crab boil and wasnt as good as it was the last time I ate there.
My daughter and I had a great dinner. With this being her first time she loved it..food was amazing and our server Kano was on point...we didn’t have to ask for anything..we will definitely be back..

So, I can say that my first experience was very disappointing. My waitress was subpar & my food wasn’t to my taste. HOWEVER, let me tell you this...Cortesia & Allison got me right!! They made suggestions to me and really took care of us. With their help, I had such an amazing experience that I brought the rest of my family back the next day. Cortesia & KeKe blew my mind, too! Y’all have some great people there. I’m glad I didn’t let that one person (who I haven’t seen since) turn me away. The staff AND food are excellent!

I’m not from GA. We came due to a family member in the hospital needed a break and googled and found this restaurant. We were seated in Jennifer section and on my Lord to my surprise this women had the best customer service I had ever had. She almost made me cry with how humble and sweet she was. She attended to our needs and in a kind way made us feel like family. She turned my day around. Sometimes you never know what someone is dealing with and how one kind stranger can uplift your day. When I tell you from the beginning to the end she was the same way we never got dropped by they waist side oh and the food was great. If you are a picky eater like me and customer service make or break a restaurant please ask for her you will not be disappointed.
So we did carry out and the staff was super nice for how late it was and the food smelt and taste amazing! On top of it all they prepared us with the supplies to eat well!
The food was tasteful and seasoned good. But the social environment was TOO loud! We could not enjoy the food for all the loud noise that was allowed to take place. I thought I was at a rap concert at one point and time during my experience there. If youre looking for a relaxed dine-in environment this definitely is not the place! I recommend that you call in for pick up. This will prevent you from getting a headache from the loud noise that dine-in customers are allowed to make!

Went with the Sailor’s Plate and added 1lb of King Crab. Delicious! Split this with a friend and we were both very satisfied. Service was prompt and friendly.

Tried this place after my daughter personally delivered the Claws meals to me 40 miles away from Albany. Since September 2020 I may have eaten there 12 plus times. Food is awesome. Green mussels ⭐️. Front staff and servers are awesome. Clean restrooms and a religious mgr whom will religiously correct orders. Prices have gone up and lesser portions are noticeable. Give them an “A” for flavor, taste and temperature. Visited Juicey Crab once. I’m all in with King Claw. 🎊
Absolutely delish. The fried shrimp & lobster, the snow crab boil with cajun, and the calamari were on point. Very large portions. Enough to share with 3 or more ppl. Prices were very reasonable for the amount they give you.
Food was good, servers were attentive and friendly. My only complaint is the very loud music , so loud the server couldnt hear our orders and we werent able to talk to the people right beside us.

This was my first time here & I must say, I was truly amazed. I had to wait a little bit but it was so worth it! My waitress De’miya was more than great! She was so patient even when I didn’t know what I wanted. She checked up on me and made sure I was okay! Mr. Murray was great also! He made sure everything was good and right! The food... OMG!!! Not a good experience on the 2nd visit, I dont have a problem with prices when the food and service is decent. The first visit the total amount was lesser more food then on the 2nd visit the total amount was more with less food. I attended my niece and nephew birthday party, in which it was a large guest list, I feel like at least 2 servers should have been assigned to the party and and maybe the guests wouldve had a better experience because the food is good but honestly mistakes were made and were not handled accordingly and therefore wasnt a happy ending especially when your overcharged and noone knows how to properly handle the situation. If you schedule a party there make sure your guests orders are correct and your organized when the bill come.

My first time visiting The King Claw in Albany Georgia was awesome! My server Mykia was very nice and polite and talked to us like she knew us forever. The atmosphere was great. Jennifer was not my server but she was serving another table she had a very bubbly personality so we had to stop her and chat with her. You can tell during the hiring process they chose individuals who have a love for service and people. I will definitely be returning
The manager Corey was very friendly and polite. He deserves a kudo card! We will definitely be back!
We had an amazing time. If I’m not mistaken I think our waitress name was Kennedy? She was GREAT! She was on time with everything and she checked on us throughout our visit. She made us feel comfortable while we where there and the food was amazing.
Been to king claw Albany ga a couple of times and was served by Esmeralda Grez, the customer service was great and also the food was great and they didn’t take long at all to fulfill the order.I definitely recommend Albany, Ga King Claw to anyone! -5 star rating

We absolutely love this place King Claw the food there is so delicious. I have been here four times since they opened and I must say every time I have a wonderful experience the service there is top notch and the customer service is excellent. Love this place! The food is amazing, and the service EXCEPTIONAL! I’ve eaten here a dozen times in the short time it has been open. They have also added a bar, and social events like bingo and trivia. Keep up the good work y’all!

Id give a zero if I could!! Me and the wife got seated and thats it! Sat in the booth 20 minutes and still wasnt acknowledged by the oh so many waitresses they had. I was so excited to eat here, and felt so disappointed to have to get up and leave thirsty and hungry.
The food was actually good! The only problem is if you don’t like the drinks you can’t send it back . And they actually charge you .25 for a freaking sauce. Lol DeMaya was great & patience with our large group.

I had such a great experience at King Claw. Demiya is such an amazing server. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu (especially the drinks), and very patient and attentive to the table. The food is amazing, the flavors are amazing and the prices are amazing. Good food but for the expensive price, small portions and no real silverware. Only plastic. We were told the owner got tired of his staff throwing it away. 78.00 bill.

I have been here many times and I refuse to eat any other seafood place. This food is so delicious that it has you dreaming about the next time you can come back, its just that good. Come eat but leave me a seat! lol
Awesome food and atmosphere! Ive only ordered to go, but its always ready fast and correct. They are ALWAYS busy, but the employees seem to be on top of it, all the time. It doesnt even look like it belongs in Albany, it looks and feels like youre out of town (which is great btw lol). The interior is nicely designed and has a nice feel. Youll definitely spend a LOT of money here, but lets face it, seafood is expensive. On the plus side, its also a LOT of food for the money. The boil bags are even enough food to share, or have 2 full meals. I LOVE the garlic butter seasoning they have too. Everything about this place is just awesome!
The waitress had a attitude when we ask her to change the paper she snatched it off the table and stomped off and chunked it on the trash was real assie so we got up and left
This place was tooo loud! i felt like I was at a nightclub. You could not hear the waitress or anyone else. The food was okay but the music made me sick and made me have a headache. I mentioned the loudness to the hostess and ask to see the manager. He never came to our table.
The service has been awesome every time weve eaten here. The food is awesome as well. Recommend every one to come try it out. Very respectful staff.

Food was excellent. Raw oysters are huge. They need to detach the oyster from the shell for convenience of the customer. Excellent food. Messy and fun. Bonus is the full bar. Maybe provide a wet nap for after the meal.

Great place to get oysters and low country boil in Albany! Husband and I took my friend to lunch for her birthday and we were very impressed with the quality and quantity of the food. We had low country boil with King Claw season and raw oysters. All of it was excellent and we are spoiled by great seafood on the coast!
Food and drinks were excellent as well as the service. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. I do recommend getting a reservation because we arrived and it was quite busy.
This place is absolutely horrible!!! Our drinks were flat!! The calamari was so over cooked we couldn’t even chew it!!! And super greasy!!! We tried to send it back and they wouldn’t even let me, told me since we ate a couple pieces we had to pay for it!! When our crab legs finally got to the table half of them didn’t even have any meat in them just empty shells!!! way too expensive!!! We will never go back!!!!!

2022-06-29Dine-In June 24: The alcohol was on point. However the appetizer was greasy; looked and tasted like it was dropped a second time in the grease. The crab cluster was over cooked(steamed/boiled) and could barely break open. The shrimp tasted great and were not overcooked. I would recommend backing off the salt/season salt. The seafood taste was overwhelmed by salt. This was my second time dining in. I have had better experiences with take out. I was also charged extra for asking for my season to be on the side and not added. No cracker for the crabs were provided when the meal came out. The server was polite and the overall atmosphere was good.

2022-04-24The King Claw in Albany superceded the one here in Columbus. Cory was our server and bartender and his customer service/hospitality was amazing. I ordered the King Claw boil with hot seasoning. It was amazing! I havent been to any other seafood establishment and gotten what I asked for. The drinks are made perfectly to taste. This was my first time visiting Albany and I really enjoyed my experience.

2022-06-23Went there for lunch on a Saturday and was seated almost immediately. Our server promptly took our drink order and gave us time to look over the menu and answered our questions since it was our first visit. The food came in a reasonable amount of time and was fresh and hot. Depending on what you get, it could get messy to eat which in our case was is in proportion to how delicious it is was! Our server was attentive throughout our meal and made us feel welcome during our visit. The food was very good and we will definitely be back for another visit!

2022-06-12We waited 25 minutes to get our drink orders taken and after another 20 minutes still nothing.. very few people in the restaurant so there was no excuse.The server finally arrived and took appetizer order.. still no drinks.. the server was not well versed on the menu items and half the drinks we ordered were not available.. We decided to leave.. it was an awful experience! Never again.. went across the street to the Juicy Crab and had an awesome experience!

2022-07-06Very disappointed in the take out. I eat here often and usually when I sit in I don’t have any issues but today when I placed an order to take-out KC wings for me and my family. When I came home assuming that everything was going to be good we learned quickly they were hard, dry and it didn’t have any seasoning just tasted like butter poured on them. I always pay for additional KC sauce on the side as well it didn’t have seasoning either. I called to speak to the manager tonight and thought the young lady put me on hold to get her. The young lady hung up and never called back..I tried calling the location for over an hour and now she won’t answer the phone at all.

The drink service was a little slow, but the most confusing part is with all the people who ordered crab legs at the table we were allowed only one leg cracker per table. What sort of insane and unsanitary policy is this??? Ridiculous and killed the entire mood for the rest of the meal

2022-07-01When I stepped in the building they was playing future and I immediately knew this place was finna be lit, My first bite took me back to being 8yrs old at my grandmas house having sunday dinner at 2pm. They sang me happy birthday and I felt like they really meant it. It wasnt even my birthday and the waitress gave me her number but I forgot to call her back 😵

2022-04-09Food was ok. I did not appreciate the waitress (stacy) putting her own $19.31 tip before asking me if it was ok I felt that was VERY DISRESPECTFUL and unprofessional. My daughter spilled her food accidentally she didn’t eat any of it so the waitress asked the manager if she can get a new one and the manager stated we will have to purchase another meal. AFTER SPENDING $135.00 very tasteless. Wouldn’t eat here again.
