Do not take your car there! My sister took her Ford in for service. A oil change and and tire rotation that’s all. After the service was completed she was a half a block away and the tire came completely off the truck!! She called Ford they told her drive it back to them! I had to go and take pictures to show them that wasn’t possible. They said it would be at least Tuesday before they could tell her something about her vehicle, we had to make noise to get a rental car. When I tried to let them know what our expectations was but they didn’t want to hear it. If it’s not made right we will see them in court!

Tony and Letitia in the Body Shop were both very nice and also very helpful. Tony spent a lot of time walking me through what exactly he would need to do to repair my car. And the finished work was perfect.

I wanted a new Bronco Sport. But they are back ordered for forever. I called Kings Colonial Ford to add my name to the waiting list. The salesman, Joe Yager, said they had one on the lot right now. That it had just been delivered! What? I asked him to describe it. And yes it was exactly what I was looking for, my hearts desire! So, I went and got it!Joe was absolutely the Very BEST!!!

Quick Lane saved the day. My tire pressure indicator light came on. Tire pressure low. I immediately took it to Ford and within 15 minutes of arrival all tires where checked and got air. Amazing customer service. Thank you so much.

I compliment this dealership and staff for wonderful service and timeliness for service visit. During these unprecedented times, with labor shortages and sickness, they were outstanding. I thought I was going to miss a trip to visit my son, whom I have not seen since Thanksgiving, and they rescued me. Thank you for a job well done!

We are on vacation from Circleville Ohio, we had a problem with the Ford Edge that we are driving. Brought it to Colonial Ford and received some of the best service that we have ever received at a Ford dealership in a long time. They were very courteous be concerned about our problem, the car was repaired quicker than we thought and far exceeded our local Ford dealer in Ohio. Your dealership has put are faked back into the Ford product, we most probably will not use our local Ford dealer in Ohio ever again. Because of the poor service we received from the Ohio dealership and also incomplete at work that we asked to be done. Congratulations should go to all your employees for such a great job. Thank you again.

I hate buying cars! But Kings has been my best dealership experience yet. They were honest about the cars condition and value, were flexible around my schedule, and most importantly they respected my TIME. They worked ahead to have paperwork READY. No sitting around just waiting on who knows what. Shout out to Billy for being great at what he does.

This place is by far the worst dealership I’ve ever had to deal with. The customer service is terrible. Patricia and Brandon from the service department should be FIRED right away! Along with their service manager. This place has the worst customer service in the world. I hope and I pray that you guys never have to deal with the service department here. I heard them lying to the customers on the phone, saying they were busy and don’t have time to look at their car (because it was lunch break for Brandon and he told Patricia to lie to the customer about it. Just a JOKE! Stay away!
