I used the Quick Lane service center for oil change, alignment and will be having them put a couple of new tires on one of my vehicles.Jimmy, the manager is great! Very helpful and attentive. He explained everything to me that needed to be done to the car and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need.Its sometimes difficult to find car people you can trust but Im starting to feel very comfortable with these guys. The prices seem fair and so far, so good on the services to my cars.
Took my car in for some oil and two new tires. I found out the guy in the shop managed to damage my rim putting the tire on. Without me even saying anything, they immediately honored the service and had the rim repaired. They offered a rental and it was completed with perfection by the next day. Things happen and they offered to comp the service.Thank you Ford.
Went in for aFuel filter change. When I left the water separator light came on. Went back to have it checked. They found no water in fuel. They could not get the light to go out. Of course this cuts the power down in truck. They had to make a date to repair it five days later. Cant take it back untill next Tuesday. Had no problem before this happened. Ill keep you informed.
My father was looking for a newer used F-150. They had one in the lot that he was interested in and made arrangements and filed out paperwork before traveling 3.5 hours from Tallahassee to the dealership. Upon arrival and looking over the truck he noticed the truck had been in an accident and poorly executed repairs. There was never any discussion about a crash. There was a few mechanical issues nothing too crazy but at this point he was upset over the whole deal. The salesman got the sales manager to assist. His solution was offer a lesser truck for 5k more. This sums up the experience. Take from this review what you will buy with the world open to online shopping... dont be afraid to look around before buying here.
Everyone at Kings Colonial made my car buying experience easy and enjoyable. The atmosphere is laid back and friendly, not intimidating like some dealerships.Joe walked me through the process in a knowledgeable, professional yet friendly way. Im a bit detail oriented and more than a little persnickety and Joe hung right in there patiently answering my questions and providing everything that I needed to make a decision.This is the second Explorer that I have purchased from Kings Colonial but it wont be my last.
Had device done in March engine light came on again. Went back yesterday they couldnt get codes claiming something was attached they would have to pull my console out .remind you they had just got codes a month before so did another auto store. Come to find out the attached a god that was never hooked up I feel they did work that wasnt authorized n none of there business. Scam trying to get money for unhooking what they did. Very dishonest
Good prices, excellent service and great selection of cars. The team worked smoothly with my husband and me from picking out a car that had the features we wanted at a price we needed to getting approved financing and having all the paperwork ready to sign. While in travel I Bought a used Subaru Forrester because kings Colonial dealer couldn’t service my 2010 Edge with transmission problems for 6 days, I was told it was Because they only had one tech who was busy with warranty work according to service manager. The Forrester I bought from Kings Colonial Ford to replace the Edge required almost $1,000 in repairs to the BSD system which was not disclosed prior to the sale. It was also caused by an accident to the rear bumper area that was also not disclosed prior to the sale. They were friendly enough but I really got taken by this dealership in my time of need. /JB Virginia Beach
The service department is top notch! Went to Kings to have some work done on my truck under warranty that a previous shop had done. Dave the diesel mechanic was amazing he went above and beyond to make things right. Very talented young man! The office personal was amazing all the way up to office/ shop manager. Took the time to ask questions and we all got to know each other made me feel at home and comfortable. Hands down the BEST experience I have ever had with any service department. And Dave blew me away with his knowledge and customer service. Highly recommend Kings service department for all your needs. OUTSTANDING!
King’s Colonial Ford Service department was willing to help us on a Saturday, when we were traveling when no other shops in town were able to help. We had a piece of metal in our tire and it couldn’t be repaired. They had no tires of that size in stock, but Billy called around to other places to try to help us, and they gave us assistance in getting our spare on and getting us back on the road. We are thankful for the goo, friendly folks at King’s Colonial!
I purchased my first Ford and my first ever brand new vehicle from this location. Ive always wanted a Ford. On April 9th I called to make an appointment for service on my vehicle to be done on April 15th. I needed an oil change (No problem there. Mr. Jimmy has always been great). He called me when it was done. There was a recall they needed to repair (No problem in the service depart either). They also called me when it was done. Lastly, I needed the weather stripping on the driver side of the windshield replace. This is a common problem so Im told. When I made my appointment I was told the part was in stock. My vehicle was taken to the Body Shop around 11:30am. I never from them. I called at 4:15pm as I was preparing to leave my home 45 mins. away. To be told my Shawn Atkins that the part was on order. When I asked why I wasnt notified he told me he just found out 15 mins ago. In that same sentence he also told me that he had reached out to other dealerships in the area to see if they had one and he has one on order that will be the next day. I told him I was highly upset as it was my only week day off for a month and that I made the appointment to ensure everything could be done on the same day. All he said was he will have the part tomorrow. This is my only vehicle and I work in Florida. Thankfully I was able to borrow a car from family to get the work. So now the next day comes. By 2:40pm I still had heard nothing from Shawn, so I called. He tells me the part did not come in. I asked again, why was I not notified? He says there is another truck coming in at 3:30pm and he will call me if it comes or even if it doesnt. I said ok. Well, by 4:15pm I again had not heard from him. So I call...again. He tells me the part is not in. When I ask...again...why I wasnt called back he begins to YELL (Im being nice and using family friendly language here). I told him not to do that and he continued and said he was getting me off of his line and then HUNG UP on me. I was in complete shock and disbelief. I was so upset and hurt. I called back to speak to a manager to explain what transpired. Mr. Rick was kind enough to go and get my vehicle from the Body Shop and handle everything for me. Even now as I type this it brings tears to my eyes to be treated in such a manner for no reason. Shawn Atkins is incompetent and the very epitome of HORRIFIC customer service. Unfortunately this incident has left such a horrible taste in my mouth that I will never purchase another Ford again. Im strongly contemplating selling this one just to have nothing to do with Ford. I will never take my vehicle here for service again.
This dealership is great. They went above and beyond to make my buying experience awesome. Our sale men John Boatright listen to all my needs plus the needs of my seven year daughter who was with me. I love my 2013 ford escape, and Richard in finance even saved me money from what I was paying. I will tell everyone if you want to deal with a dealership that still has values and not a numbers game this is the place to go. Thank you, Kings Colonial Ford.
Unkind, unhelpful, disrespectful and all around difficult to work with. If you are an out-of-town person please bring your vehicle to another nearby Ford dealership. It will be worth it. These folks were zero help. They did not fix the problem after a $1100 repair job. They did work that did not need to be done - per another Ford dealership. When we got our car back to head home the same problem surfaced within one hour. Turns out all the car needed was new spark plugs and a tuneup.
Highly recommended!!! Our family was driving home to Virginia from vacation in Florida. And encountered a problem with what we thought was our transmission. Randy, the service manager, test drove our vehicle right away and accurately diagnosed . Thanks to their expertise we were back on the road and heading home to Virginia on schedule.
I cant say enough good things about Kings Colonial. First, their new store looks great! I bought a vehicle from them and out was the first time ever that a sales person (RJ) didnt constantly harass me via phone, email or text, RJ is a great guy!Their store, their staff, their process is all top notch! Of course the Ford product speaks for itself and is also amazing.
Chip Johnson helped us buy our 2016 Toyota Rav-4 and we truly could not ask for a better salesman! Chip was not pushy AT ALL, was so happy and willing to work with us and our budget, and made the whole process enjoyable and virtually stress-free. I highly recommend Chip and King’s Colonial as a whole if you’re in the market for a Ford or a fairly priced, high quality preowned vehicle.
Best car buying experience Ive ever had. They didnt have exactly what I wanted. They found it. There was no haggling or pressure. Shawn was a pleasure to work with and Richard in financing gave me several option. This is the 2nd car weve bought from Kings and we will buy from them when need be in the future.

I bought a Toyota Avalon from Kings Colonial Ford 6 months ago! We found the car we were interested in online and were promptly contacted by RJ Diltz. RJ was very helpful and straightforward with the process which I was very greatful! There were no hidden details and endless negotiations. We had been to our local dealership and spent over an hour waiting on them to simply give us a price for a used car so this was a very welcomed experience!They gave us what we considered a very generous trade in value on our car and a great deal on the purchase! We were in and out with our new car in a little less that 2 hours!The thing I am most appreciative of is RJ continues to check in on a regular basis, making sure we are satisfied with our car! With it being a used car, we had a couple of minor adjustments that needed to be made after the purchase and he was wonderful in facilitating getting them taken care of! I have never had a car salesmen willing to help to that extent or to follow up months down the road! A+ salesman and will definitely return there for our next purchase!Service department is excellent as well! All around, 5 star service at KCF!

Thought I was going to have a good experience until they tried to sale me a used car for $1000.00!!!!! Over retail. For a Prius that the battery is out of warranty. Also the sales person cussed in front of my kids several times. Sad to say thats the prime example of why people hate dealerships and dealers. Sad really sad. Seems to me like youll have a good experience with them if your not concerned about finding a good deal on a vehicle. Wish I could speak to the owner. They have to care more about there business then to run it like that. Just wanted a good deal without feeling violated lol. Good luck running business like that guys.
We bought a used car for my son and 4 days after we purchased it, a crack in the radiator happened (something we come to find out is common in that make and model). We brought it back and the radiator was replaced at no expense to us. We were very appreciative that even though it was an as is purchase, we were not charged for the repairs. Trey Lester was our salesman, he was great to work with!Update- 6 months after buying this car, we have had issues and now the car is a very expensive disposable car, we are having to junk it as it needs a new engine. Now my son has no car and no more money to buy another! My used car purchased just after my sons is in great running condition, but was a newer and more expensive car. Very disappointed in the purchase of my sons first car, I dont think Kings Colonial checked it out very well before reselling it.
Cross your fingers if you get any interior work done on your car that they dont scratch anything. They scratched my front dash and didnt replace it then told me they didnt replace it because my car is and older car (06 Ford Mustang) which has nothing to do with it. Well anyway they took it to a body shop which half did the job. So I tell the guy the scratches are still visible and he tells me thats the best he can do. When the best he could do is replace it. Been a loyal customer for 4 to 5 years getting oil changes and work done here and there and thats how im treated. I wont be returning to Kings Colonial Ford!!!!
I purchased a car here and the service from the sales department was way above far. After having searched for the perfect vehicle for almost a month I was blown away when I found the perfect car right here in Brunswick. My father had recommended this Kings Colonial and he was right. Top notch. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
Horrible service experience with my new F150! I purchased the Premium Care extended warranty through Ford and ended up paying for the $500.00 repair myself. I provided Ford documents showing the warranty four days prior to picking up my truck, yet they could not help me. They were too busy. Getting someone to return my telephone calls was impossible.I will try to obtain reimbursement but not holding my breath.
RJ assisted me with my purchase. He was extremely friendly, understanding, and patient. He worked with my schedule and quickly got me into the perfect vehicle. I was nervous about buying from a dealership, but RJ made it a breeze. If you are looking for a new vehicle, RJ will treat you like family!

I have used Kings Colonial Ford for many years. My first sales person is still to this day my favorite salesperson, his name is R.J. He is always available to help with any issues (even after hours and responds quickly) he makes sure all deals come out fairly for both sides. I particularly like that he wont sell me just anything so he can make a few bucks. He knows my lifestyle and wants to make sure it will fit my needs for years to come as well as being in my means. On the chances he cant make the deal work, he doesnt drag you around, he simply calls and tells you what is going on. Hes by far the most honest sale person I have ever dealt with (as I have made mistakes by buying elsewhere). I cannot wait for my next purchase with Kings & R.J, which will hopefully be sooner rather than later. I cant say enough about Kings Colonial Ford in Brunswick Georgia. Both my husband and I were lucky enough to have R.J. Dilts help us find the perfect automobiles. Horrible service experience. Took my vehicle in on 3 separate days to be looked at. They just couldnt get to it even though I had an appointment. One day they didnt even call me and locked up for the night while they had possession of my vehicle. I had to call a cab to get home and then back to work the next day. Once they did finally make time, they couldnt figure out what was wrong with it. I would never take another vehicle here.
My husband was looking for a mustang for my anniversary gift. He found one on Kings Colonial Fords website and we sent a message at 10pm. We were not expecting to hear anything until the next day but we were actually answered right away by RJ Dilts. He provided some information and said he would provide more information the next morning when he arrived at the dealership.RJ provided more information the next morning and I decided to drive to Brunswick to see the car. RJ was never pushy about selling the car and he provided me with all the information he had available. I felt that he was a trustworthy person and he made purchasing the vehicle a pleasant experience. Every employee that I dealt with was very nice and helpful.RJ even went as far as contacting me later to make sure everything was ok and to make sure I knew about the added benefits from Ford (SYNC) for my car. He truly goes above and beyond.When Im ready to purchase another vehicle, Kings Colonial Ford will be my first stop.

Purchased a used car from RJ. They have a well developed website that actually lists what the car features are. The pictures were detailed enough that I did not have to ask for any more. They include a video too. I live in Florida and drove 5 hours to get the vehicle. I felt so confident with them that I put money down without ever seeing it. I would never have done this if the salesman, RJ, wasnt so responsive. Every question I had came back with an honest and fast answer. He did not play any games nor give me the feeling that I was dealing with a car salesman and the persona that goes with that label. When I got to the dealership I did not feel pressured into anything. Though the 5 salesmen outside the dealership waiting by the door is a big no no I had not problems with them. In 5 years when its time for me to get a new car, I will undoubtedly look at Kings Colonials inventory.
Just bought another Ford from my friends at Kings Colonial Ford in Brunswick. I had a great time yesterday visiting with my long time friend Rick Walter. Rick sold me several Fords during my 18 years in Brunswick and every deal was a very pleasant experience.I became interested in a Ford Explorer on Kings Internet web site,for my wife Terri. After requesting additional information, RJ Dilts was quick to respond via email and text message. RJ put me in contact with Chip Johnson, another friendly sales associate at Kings. Chip answered all of my questions and offered a test ride. We had a great time getting to know each other while driving the Eddie Bauer Explorer. Rick evaluated my trades, and made me an offer. After a brief negotiation, I pretty much had my mind made up. Rick introduced me to Richard Willis, Kings finance representative.Richard offered me a low finance rate and a very reasonably priced extended vehicle warranty. Folks,it was a done deal. I would recommend Kings Colonial to anyone interested in a new Ford or used vehicle. Im very satisfied with the sale. Terri is happy with her Blue Eddie Bauer. So I wanted to trade in my 2015 f150 for a new 2017 Ford Fusion. I contacted the internet sales dept. late on Friday night. R.J. Diltz contacted me the next morning via email to contact him to discuss working out a deal. We talked briefly over the phone and I decided to head on up to the dealership. Mr. Diltz showed us a couple cars and we decided on one after a test drive. During filling out the paper work he writes my social down all wrong and tries to spell my name wrong then tells me that hes sorry for his carelessness he had to many beers last night. He turns the paperwork in and says itll be a few minutes. All the while hes outside chain smoking cigarettes. He comes and finds us to say hes sorry but ford has his hands tied and he cant do anything to help us. Really? There was no negotiations or anything. At this point I was over Kings Colonial Ford. Where does this slacker of a salesman get off? To shorten this story up, we went to Murray Ford in Kingsland Ga where they bent over backwards to make things work for me. They got me in a 2017 Ford Fusion that my wife and I picked out and asked no questions. They made the deal work! Shout out to Tj and the entire sales team at Murray Ford in Kingsland Ga!
I was referred to RJ Dilts at Kings Colonial Ford to help me find a truck for my son turning 16. RJ did not disappoint! He helped me find the right truck at the right price even offered to be a part of the reveal at my sons birthday! RJ even came through for us in backing the product after the sale when we realized that the truck had a recall that was never performed on the transmission. RJ and Kings Colonial made sure we were taken care of. Thank you!!!!
NEVER EVER BUY A VEHICLE HERE. we purchased a 2004 chrysler sebring and had it only 11 months and the motor went. we went and spoke to the district manager to see if they would help fix it because it will cost 5,000 for a motor and we still have to pay 5,000 balance owed. they say it is because we bought it as is. I believe they should at least help pay some of the repairs because they knew the motor was going. well, they will get the piece of junk back and we will never deal with them again. you would think if they want to keep customers coming back they would help them after the sale as well. very poor dealership and they dont care about anyone after you leave the lot. bad business and greedy only for themselves. dont care about the customers. I hope they lose a lot of money on this as they wont get another penny from me.

Honestly the most awkward Ford dealership Ive ever been to. The administrative staff seriously works out of a trailer in the parking lot, and none of them have ever really been capable of processing even a simple oil change without having to find a superior or veteran of the work place to help them navigate the computer system. Theyre currently doing renovations, so hopefully it will liven the place up. They dont have many options on the cars to choose from in the lot either. On top of all that, it is nearly impossible to navigate through their cramped and overcrowded parking lot.
RJ my salesman was the greatest! Also great experience with Shawn Dougherty. I would highly recommend RJ Dilts to anyone. Was in and out fast. Just a great bunch of people there. My car was recently totaled and I was driving a rental car, which I fell in love with! It was a 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid. I went online and did some research and decided this is the car I want, not the Hybrid, but a new Ford Fusion. I looked on their website and found the car I wanted and it was Red which is a must for me!!!! I sent an email asking for more information. In no time at all R.J. Dilts replied to my email and invited me to come and test drive the car. So, my husband and I went to see the car and get more information. R.J. answered all our questions and then some. We told him we needed the weekend to discuss it and we would get back with him on Monday. Monday morning R.J. emailed me and said my car did not sale over the weekend and was waiting for me. I got so excited!!!! My lunch I was driving my new car! R.J. took the time to sync my phone and show me how to use the menu to do everything. He was so helpful and easy to sit and talk to. The company I work for took my work truck there to get the oil changed And have something in the ignition switch fixed. When I got the truck back all of my equipment was piled up in the cab of the truck and they didnt fix the ignition switch. Im not sure that I would take my personal vehicle up there after this.
They did a lot of work on my truck that didnt need to be done. They said they replaced a lot of stuff and did this and that...never touched it. They left a brand new fuel pump in the box still in the back of my truck...but yet they replaced it. How stupid can you get.
Poor Service, bought a $15,000 truck within a month had problems they wont help at all even though it was their truck. Service department never even called back after they looked at it and charged $95 just to look at it, again even though we bought it there. So we have to fix it ourselves and will NEVER buy from here again.

2022-05-07Do not take your car there! My sister took her Ford in for service. A oil change and and tire rotation that’s all. After the service was completed she was a half a block away and the tire came completely off the truck!! She called Ford they told her drive it back to them! I had to go and take pictures to show them that wasn’t possible. They said it would be at least Tuesday before they could tell her something about her vehicle, we had to make noise to get a rental car. When I tried to let them know what our expectations was but they didn’t want to hear it. If it’s not made right we will see them in court!

2020-12-31I wanted a new Bronco Sport. But they are back ordered for forever. I called Kings Colonial Ford to add my name to the waiting list. The salesman, Joe Yager, said they had one on the lot right now. That it had just been delivered! What? I asked him to describe it. And yes it was exactly what I was looking for, my hearts desire! So, I went and got it!Joe was absolutely the Very BEST!!!

2022-01-21Quick Lane saved the day. My tire pressure indicator light came on. Tire pressure low. I immediately took it to Ford and within 15 minutes of arrival all tires where checked and got air. Amazing customer service. Thank you so much.

2021-09-04We are on vacation from Circleville Ohio, we had a problem with the Ford Edge that we are driving. Brought it to Colonial Ford and received some of the best service that we have ever received at a Ford dealership in a long time. They were very courteous be concerned about our problem, the car was repaired quicker than we thought and far exceeded our local Ford dealer in Ohio. Your dealership has put are faked back into the Ford product, we most probably will not use our local Ford dealer in Ohio ever again. Because of the poor service we received from the Ohio dealership and also incomplete at work that we asked to be done. Congratulations should go to all your employees for such a great job. 2021-11-26This place is by far the worst dealership I’ve ever had to deal with. The customer service is terrible. Patricia and Brandon from the service department should be FIRED right away!
