Cheap prices if you dont care because you only need a bed & a shower then this is a great place the rooms have no upgrades of any kind. The beds are so far gone but hey, the rooms are clean the carpet makes it look dirty. Housekeeping is prompt in the am
I dont know where to start besides saying this is a disgrace to human kind. No one should have to stay in disgusting deplorable conditions. And the customer service or shall I say the lack thereof. 70$ for a few hours because we were so tired and everything was booked around the city. Where are the health and business inspectors? The owner should be ashamed of himself charging modern up to date prices for this 1980s model rooms. Desperation will cause you to settle for somewhere to wash up and get a few hours of sleep. I will be forwarding my pictures to a local new station because I will not take this laying down.
This is more for truck drivers and blue collar workers. Rooms are usually clean and the night clerk is always very nice and thats why I keep going back. Its not a place that I would take my family to.
I had no choice but to stay in this hotel due to the Snow in Atlanta and our power going out late at night .. every hotel was BOOKED !!!!! The moment i got to this hotel i wanted to go back home and sleep in my dark cold house . If it wasn’t for my 4 month old nephew i would have done just that .... first off the room was $95 for 1 night CRAZY .... when we got to the room it look like death very old furniture digiustig floor i was scared to take my shoes off .. old television , sink was broke shower was a mess . Bedding was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! I seen a roach the box springs was stained i was nervous to pull the sheets back because i knew for a fact i would see something that would have me running out of there .. instead i said my prayers n tried my best to sleep through the night NEVER STAY HERE THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN HONESTLY .
We did not end up staying the people in the office were very rude with it being said the rates are good
Crappy place bed bugs not all rooms have deadbolts the housekeeping doesnt knock they just open the door theyve opened the door while I was laying in bed naked housekeeping comes about three times before checkout 7:30am 9:30 and 10. If you dont answer the door quick enough theyll open it on you. Rooms smell like piss n cum, TVs suck showerheads dont always work
Sweet employments! No kidding! They are understandable and warm feeling!BUT it will need to fix the outdoorss environment such as no loitering!We saw one woman (assumed prosituator) walked alone in the midnight. 1 guy walked around the parking lots and smoke. Few guys in a vehicle (assumed doing a drug) in their parking lots.The parking lots has a flood. We could not able to stay and know it was unsuitable!We lost our money and went other hotel nearby airport.I would suggest this hotel to hire a security and improvement around the hotel.
Positive: Close to theme park. Negative: It had bed bugs it was nasty terrible smell the management team was rude.
Worst bed i have ever slept in the floor felt like it was going to fall in an d there was hardly anyone checked in but he put us way on other side in far corner with the cars with broken windows and the thugs all stood right in front of our room smoking weed. horrible would give a 0 if i could

The hotel is in the middle of renovations. The pool is very small. The non-smoking rooms smelt like smoke. My niece found a used condom in the napkin box in front of the sink. There was no continental breakfast as advertised.
Pool is closed, business center closed. Semi truck parking. Owner is refurbishing rooms. Dated furnishing.. staff is honest and nice.
Room 223 is the nastiest room ive ever been in a swear the carpet feels dicusting... The roaches are just to much and i kept finding dental floss sticks in the bathroom... They have the big booty tvs and looks like the room has never been dusted
Horrible! I would never in a million years stay there again. The rooms do not get cleaned like they should. Everything look dirty. And the smell the room gave off when we first checked in smelled of death.
Knights Inn is an okay hotel to stay in. Knights is an older model hotel and because of that its an okay place to stay for an okay amount of money. I personally think it should be cheaper for what you get but thats just my opinion. The housekeeping is really nice.
Good value with amenities a quiet clean place to rest peacefully when you breezin thru 👍👍 no visitors allowed so its private too 😁
Excellent trip back to ATL this past summer. They run a great quality motel. Im moving back to ATL Dec 1 from 3.5 years in Northern New Mexico. Ill go strait to the Knights Inn while I settle on an apt.Convenient, clean, quiet. You wont go wrong
The cops swarm the place night and day 24/7. And I dare you to come out the room, theyll be messing with you asap
The maid needs to be FIRED! The walls were so nasty .on the outside it looks nice the rooms were just so dirty .they need to take a little time and clean the puss out of those rooms .wouldnt go back or tell anyone to go. There

This place was gross.... we had sheet rock falling under sink toilet didnt work...holes in walls and doors.... late night clerk was creepy towards my 4 little girls and when I went to ask for another room or a refund I was given mangers business card and told he would have to talk to me .... Ive left several messages since Saturday night and still havent received a phone call....80$ I paid twice ... my card was just suppose to secure room...i paid cash... my bank has now been charged as well... working on dispute... Horrible service not to mention pool was not in service and no breakfast

The furniture is a bit dated. But, its clean and the beds are comfortable. LED TV in room on deck. Plus its cheap = win win
Bed bugs and roaches It appeared that the owner was kind and honest but I was wrong he is shady he is very aware of the bed bugs and roaches but acts surprise for 85 bucks a night i would put a few more bucks with it and stay somewhere else Ive lost all respect for him no breakfast or pool July 2016 beware
At this price point, it just makes sense to manage expectations. The sheets were dirty, but was resolved. It is close to interstate 20 as a positive. Staff just wanted to do the bare minimum.
They need to redo their rooms and upgrade the T,Vs and it would be wonderful, they have goodnight cussed service, it ok not great, they need new employees that wouldnt treat customers with respect and it would be a better place to stay and they need to get new too blankets trays, soap, tooth paste, fix their heaters/AC units and shampoo and conditioner and it would be a great place to stay at, thank you
Wasnt expecting much, but its not clean. Stains and dead bugs squished on the wall. Dont bring a black light.
They had no iron or ironing board in room. They have not upgraded the televisions yet. No Continental breakfast and receipts given. The housekeepers are not practicing sanitation.

Shopping carts from retail stores are all throughout the parking lot. Way too many sketchy people walking around the motel. Rooms are subpar.
They wouldnt let us stay unless we was always at work. He told me that we couldnt sit in the room all day even though we was paying for it

The hotel offers swimming pool, breakfast, and Wi-Fi. They dont have either of those items.

2022-04-06Wow well no wonder the ratings are the way they are. To be honest I havent stayed there, although I did call about an inquiry on the rates asking if they can simply do weekly pay and the man speaking was very rude. No need for that, why cant you people understand that reviews from a customer is what keeps your business afloat, but what do we know right 🙄

2021-11-06This place is disgusting! A roach crawled on me TWICE in my sleep. The beds, the furniture, literally everything about this place screams TRAP HOUSE! Its roach infested, not just a few roaches here and there. If you have any kind of standards then please dont go here. It was such a quick and uncomfortable stay. I checked in after midnight, and left shortly after 6 am because the roaches terrified me to the point i began to cry. I wish I had realized they were there before I laid down but I got there so late and was so sleepy that I just didnt notice until I was violated in my sleep.

2021-07-18Positive: great price and location was good. Maid service was daily and easy to deal with. Negative: 1st the desk clerk wanted me to pay there rather then on line. Then he didnt want to take my credit card but to pay in cash. seemed kind of sleazy to me.

2021-07-18There was hair all on the bath tub when I entered my room, the room smelled musty and the ac took over an hour to cool the room. The second guy at the desk was extremely rude and when we un plugged the charger by the nightstand there was a dead cockroach on the floor. The room cost $100 with tax and wasnt worth it.

2020-09-26Its been a while since my last review. As a truck driver, I am in motels 5 nights a week. My company allows me to stay in any hotel/motel I choose. I have been staying here for years and it is my favorite place to stay. The staff always remember you, and remember my favorite room. The evening clerk Rob, can always put a smile on my face. No, its not a 5 star hotel, but Im giving them 5 stars. They are the best value of any motel in the area, and most of the guests are working class people who stay there for work. And they are one of the very few in the area that can accommodate an 18 wheeler. If I could choose the city I ended up in every night, it would be here.

2019-05-11Reasonable price for the room. Not a roach motel however the pool hasnt been open for sometime but might be soon. Nice area with a number of stores within walking distance. Most of the staff is very friendly and as with most people they give you the same respect you show them. Also offer a discount on your bill if you stick around for a while but the nightly rate is pretty good.

2021-02-20I rated 2 stars as well because there were no Roaches but when I walked in I was calling for the Roaches to come out at anytime now!!! The tub had some type of cover on the bottom made of some type of hard plastic to cover a hole in the bottom so every turn I made to rinse off it felt as if I was going to fall through the bottom of the tub and the box springs are pretty old and stained and I felt $75 a night was a little to much for this experience of a hotel.
