You can purchase anything you want on the web app. But go into the store and we couldnt find 1 shirt for my husband for Thanksgiving. We found 3 at Walmart. He wears XL!

Its that most wonderful time of the year everybody! And that means lots of Christmas 🎄 shopping. Kohls is a great place to shop. They have so many gift choices to choose from. Clean and well stocked, clean bathrooms, interesting mix of merchandise. Another big plus with Kohls is its the easiest place to do Amazon returns. Most times you just walk in and theres no wait or very little wait to do the return -- way better than the UPS/FedEx/USPS Stores -- and you get a coupon for 35% off your purchase at Kohls. Im not a Kohls shopper so usually just look for someone to give the coupon to, but its a great convenience and I understand its working out well for Kohls.
First time I shopped here. Nice clean store. They disinfected registers after each customer. Had wipes to clean handles on shopping carts. Aisles were spaced well. Enjoyable shopping experience.

There is nothing negative to say about this Kohls location. I shop here often. I am always greeted by friendly employees when I walk through the door. The store is clean and well stocked. Theres always some kind of sale going on and when you use coupons from the Kohls website, you will always get big savings. The cashiers are always patient when Im trying to locate my coupons on my phone and they help tell me which coupon will work best with my purchase. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.
Kohls in Columbus was pleasant. The customer service was good. They greeted us as we walked in and when we departed. Overall selection was good as well. Lots of good clearance if you are looking for nicer clothes at a discounted price.

Nice store with some good stuff in it. Good prices when you buy items in twos. Theyll sometimes have a deal where you buy 2 of something and you get a percentage off that equals a good deal, but if you only get one of the same item, itll cost just about as much as two.

Great and friendly employees, but prices are really high. I just needed a cheap pair of dress shoes, I didnt wana pay $80 for a pair of shoes I would only wear once. But at the same time I found an amazing purse that os so gorgeous.
The store itself is pretty nice but im pretty sure I heard one of the managers or assistant managers, I believe her name is Martina from what I saw on the name tag, she was insulting her employees to a coworker calling them rude things and saying they didn’t know how to do their job. To me, being a former retail manager is very unprofessional and those types of things shouldn’t be talked about on the floor. Just didn’t sit right with me and I feel bad for the staff that has to deal with her.
Im not typically a Kohls shopper but came in on Thanksgiving night with some family to entertain Black Friday shopping. Much to my surprise, there were some pretty good finds in there. The store was very organized and the staff were helpful and pleasant despite the headache that Im sure Black Friday is for them. We missed the initial mad dash of the store opening, but there were still plenty of people inside when we got there. The long checkout line looked discouraging, but the staff kept it moving and it was a painless experience, even with my young nieces in tow.
Ive found a lot of great deals here. I only wish they posted them on the displays more consistently. This last time I bought a pair of sandals, believing they were 20% off (regular $50, I think). Got to check-out and she rang up $17! I was very happy, obviously, but would have liked to know beforehand! Not complaining, though!

Nice, clean, organized store, sad the service representatives are forced to harass customers to sign up for a Kohls credit card. No thank you does not mean keep pushing NO means NO. While waiting in line for Black Friday(Thursday afternoon) service reps walked the line continuously pushing credit card applications. Even after I stated clearly I was not interested more service reps continued to push. Great job taking advantage of people that are waiting for the store to open. Once at the register the push continued...
The shoe department us slacking in options and sizes. The clearance has no organization to it and really could try to be organized better to make it easier to look through shoes. Overall nice environment. Professional customer service.

Kohls in Columbus is extremely organized! Great Sales, and great employees that are willing to look for things with you! I personally recommend Kohls for children clothes! Dont leave this store without digging through the clearance! You will not be disappointed.
I went here to just do a little window shopping but ended up walking out with a $450 bracelet that I ended up paying only half for! Kohls always has the BEST discounts and the lady, Ms. Jonnie (I believe that is her name), was SO helpful. She told me how Kohls had their 60% discount going on, THEN she told me to go online and look up the other discount they were offering! I was so grateful and she was absolutely amazing. Nothing but customer satisfaction. There was also this young gentleman, Jacquez, and I believe he just started working there, but I certainly could not tell. He was AMAZING also. He helped me find anything I needed and I was able to walk out of the store with intentions on writing an amazing review for you guys. Great location, great prices, great employees... why not shop here? I WILL be back.
I love Kohls, but this store is pretty bad just because of the staff. Weve had so many issues we now choose to shop online instead. The workers are not knowledgeable at all and customer service is just as clueless. They dont know basic info regarding the rewards app, kohls cash, kohls coupon, etc. One time a cashier rang 4 of my items twice each, so I was over charged, she didnt know how to correct the problem nor did the manager so the cashed me or and sent me to customer service to do a return.... but they just owed me money. That is just one example of a bad experience here, but basically every time we have gone, it turns into a trip to customer service.
Horrible Service. Customer service worker did not know how the store pickup worked. I Followed directions in the email and still waited 30 minutes then had to call and wait an additional 10 minutes after I was told 3 minuted, just for them to bring out 2 chairs. SMH This was my first and last time buying anything from Kohls.
Upon entering the store I was greeted🙋🏾♀️ The sales lady saw that I needed help with returning my Amazon package and escorted me to the area. I wasnt even expecting help when I got there but she was there😇 This was my first time returning an Amazon package. I didnt get the employees name but I am grateful for her service ❤️
I cant say that I frequent Kohls. I only tend to go when there are big sales over holiday weekends. But when I do go, the lines are enormous. Its no different at other stores. I truly wish they could figure out a way to solve this problem when there are large crowds.
One of my favorite stores hands down. I normally go for my jewelry because of the different selection. Clearance sales are a must. Theyre always sending me coupons. Most of the coupons are 30%. Kohls cash and yes2yourewards are awesome. Overall one of my favorites stores period.
Great experience. I purchased online and saved money with promo codes. It was after 5 in the afternoon and my order was ready in less than 2 hours. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. This was my first experience with Khols but I will be back. Definitely recommend!!
I always shop here I also have a kohl’s card. For some odd reason the sales clerk told me I couldn’t return my items back to my kohl’s card,That I could only get a merchandise credit, which didn’t make any sense because I always purchase items online & return them in store with or without a receipt. Please continue to train your employees. This is ridiculous
Kohls had a great selection you can really find great savings in the store. You can save even more when you combine coupons or Kohls cash. I like how Kohls has an Amazon return center at the store. It was easy to return my Amazon purchase and I got a 25% off Kohls coupon to use in the store!!

I wish I could give this store negative stars. It is extremely unkempt. Clothes are everywhere, misplaced, and on the wrong sized hangers (which Im aware sometimes happens but its with almost EVERY article). The intimates section is a COMPLETE and utter mess. The shoes section is horrendous. Shoes were in places they didnt belong, in the wrong boxes, and priced incorrectly with sale signs. Ive never seen a store so terrible. This store either needs new management or it just needs to be closed. There is clearly zero effort and care into how this store is ran. I have given this place a few chances, given I just moved here, thinking maybe it was just a bad/busy weekend, but that is obviously not the case. I will NOT be going back and this store in Columbus had officially lost my business.
I don’t shop at Kohl’s often, but I went here the other day and it was so nice. There was an employee who answer my questions, and checked a price for me. The store was clean and organized.
Workers were all masked up and cleaning the counters and credit card reader after every guest! They even had a place for customers to grab a mask if they didnt have one and to sanitize their hands as well!
Some of the rudest staff Ive ever encountered. They have good prices but honestly, Id rather pay more than deal with the attitudes. For the most part, the cashiers are fine but management and department associates....no thanks! The management issue I had was not directed to me but rather how I saw and heard her treat an employee.
Kohls now offer Amazon ship backs. Just have your Amazon QR code for your return & bring your unwrapped package to the customer service department in the back of the store and theyll take care of the rest. Great opportunity to ship back items to Amazon and do some great shopping at the same time.
This visit, The good news, I could find a jacket that I was looking for. The bad news, it took me over an hour to find it! I cannot believe how disorganized Kohls is! Everything is scattered all over the store. Sizes are not together making it very difficult to find the right size. Brands of clothing are also not separated. I wish Kohls would organize their stores. It would make my shopping experience pleasant.
Always find good values here. They have good quality merchandise at a great price. Their staff are very helpful when you need them. They do not bother you constantly but will always stop and take you to what you are looking for. I started shopping here almost 20 years ago on a trip to Denver so when they came to Atlanta you can imagine my excitement and then when they came to Columbus I was over the moon. I still visit the Newman store when Im up that way because its a larger store but I love our store. Sooooo much better than going to Walmart.
Nice atmosphere, clean and neatly organized. Employees seem to have graduated from the Chic-fil-a School of Customer Service. You can return Amazon purchases here, and thats a huge bonus!
While you might find good deals here every so often, overall, its not worth the hassle. Unless its on sale items are grossly overpriced. The store is very disorganized, the staff isnt accessible/available/ willing to help customers and checking out is almost always an absolute nightmare.
This employee by the name of Renea, gave me a wonderful while shopping. Even through im under armor her presentation of the tee shirts was almost worth it buying it she made a pitch for the product. And also showed me excellent deals on the sale rack
I love to shop at Kohls, the only problem I have is that it seems like every time I want to order an item and pick it up in the store, its never available within 50 miles of my store! That goes for everything from clothes to sheets to shoes, etc. Need to have more merchandise available in the store if you are going to advertise that perk!
Friendly employees, peaceful atmosphere, and there are often great deals going on. There is a variety of apparel as well. Definitely helps to have coupons when you use their app.

Had worst experience while exchanging my tops in this store. All of the customer service people were just trying to escape out of the situation instead of helping, finally the manager helped me out. Had to spend 1 hr on phone with customer service just to get the different size top,as manager said she can’t place those orders through kiosk. They also made me pay extra as there as was no sale on that particular day.Exchanging things are very complicated at khol’s, it’s better to return the things,even if you want the different size top.
If you plan on buying something make sure you want to keep it. Dont expect to get your full refund when returning items. And the kohls cash is only usuable for a short time period when everything gets marked back up. For some people who have to work and not be able to shop at any giving time the kohls cash is useless.
I really like shopping at Kohls they give you Kohls cash when you spend $50 or more and they run a lot of specials and they have a lot of sales I went there today they had quite a few sales for baby clothes or even clothes for my granddaughter but I didnt get anything I didnt buy anything today I went mostly to get out of the house and check them out.. so I would know what I want to get when I do go back to the store but I mainly shop online.
Ive been in Kohls a few times. This time was to buy some sneakers before the trip I was about to go on. It was close to closing time so I think that is why I couldnt find help. I was able to find a pair of shoes that fit after a lot of searching. (Other customers remove boxes from the shelf and just put them anywhere when done, not where they were found.)
Walked around the jewelry counter for more than 20 minutes...and there was another woman there too.The cashiers never acknowledged us or called for someone to come into the department.I left and spent my money somewhere else.
I love shopping at Kohls but today the toy section was a mess! The clearance shoe section was in such disarray that I couldnt even shop. Also, found a rack of Apt 9 shirts that had a 2 for $20 sign. I picked out 2 shirts. When I tried check out I was told only one of the shirts was part of the 2 for $20 (but they were all short sleeved Apt. 9 ts on the same rack). I ended up not buying them. I left mad and frustrated.
Terrible store. Always dirty and unorganized. I use to work for kohls in California and it was always neat and organized with lots of employees around doing there job and always great customer service. Every time Im here I see no employees and the cashier ls are terrible at customer service. No hello no thank you and always have a mean face on. This is a reflection of management. Seriously hate this kohls.
This store is a mess! Everytime I go in there, you can find anything. The clothes are not put together as they should be. Shoes are hard to find because the box numbers are not together. It just looks like the boxes are thrown on the shelf instead of being put together. Its not the customers, its the workers! Its like this everytime! Goodwill is better has things more organized than this place.

You cant sleep on Kohls. There are times I go & find nothing I need. Other times, I have found incredible deals like the $79.99 Vera Wang shoes I bought for $7.48 after tax!!!
I give this 1 star because 1 star is required to post. My husband and I went to purchase a comforter that was on sale for $99. Of course tax brings this over $100. I have received $10 Kolhs Cash in the mail because of a recent Christmas purchase which I handed to the cashier. She said it had already been used. I explained it had just been recieved in the mail and was not used. She said it was as far as she could tell unless I had an accompanying email. In all the years of doing business with Kohls I have never had an email confirming my Kohls Cash reward. So I immediately go into my emails and pull up an email I received YESTERDAY for 20% off a purchase of $100 or more. She added that to the purcgase which of course dropped my total 20%. She then told me I could not use that coupon because now my total was less than $100. At that point I was completely frustrated by the simple arrogance of this cashier. I told her to keep it. Went across the street the Bed, Bath and Beyond picked up an Ugg comforter that was on sale for $99, used a 20% coupon there and walked out 20 minutes later having experienced true customer service. I will not go back to Kohls. I ask simply, why should I?

Bought a wall clock, they helped get it to car. Quit working, took it back, very nice about return. Bought another one and cashier took it out for me and even loaded my rollator in car.

My wife loves Kohls but my experiance with the DC is quite different. I picked up a load in LosAngles CA. The first of December going to Winchester VA. It took 3 days to load and four days to unload my trailer four days to transport across the country. I only got paid for Transportation and not a week of waiting. Would you sit at your desk for a week with no pay. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!

I went back to Kohls tonight to spend my Kohls cash found a pair of plants on the clearance rack for 6 dollars but when l went to pay for them they were tagged wrong thy wrang them up by the code on the tag on the inside of the pants for 14.99 ok I dont want them at that price they were on the clearance rack you could of reduced that price but instead you said well have to rag these. Ruined my day.

This store has some of the rudest associates I have ever come across. I moved here from Colorado Springs and know this is not the standard for Kohls. I have filed complaints with Kohls and contacted the store manager. Something really needs to change with this location.
The manager (blonde lady with the disability) is so RUDE!!!!! It’s ridiculous!! Everything is always an absolute mess. Nothing is ever in the section it should be separated by size. Get a better nicer manger who isn’t absolutely rude, and fix the racks!!

Was pretty disappointed that there were more carts that I could put an infant carseat in. Its very difficult to shop when youre pushing both a cart and a stoller.

The rudest associatesI have ever encountered in a place of business that depends on the customers to stay open. Hey Columbus you could truly learn something from the associates employed by Kohls located in Newnan or Opelika. At the Columbus location Iasked two young ladies directions to womens belts. They were only standing there chatting. They both pointed toward the ceiling and said over there. Lol The Kohls in Newnan or Opelika would stop what theyre doing and personally show customers where to find what theyre looking for. Kudos.

Never organized. Shoes are not located in the bins where the display shoes are. Same with clothes. This store is aweful.

2021-12-27Clean, not overcrowded. Able to place returns for Amazon at the special Amazon return desk in the back center of the store. Kohl’s appears to be very similar to Macy’s, J.C. Penney’s or Belks. Plenty of memorabilia with sports logos, Izod, Dockers, Levi’s, large selection of men’s shoes. Housewares, toys, and a small selection of electronics also are offered.

2022-03-03I was looking to upgrade my bedding, specifically my mattress topper and pillows. I found exactly what I needed and my new Serta pillow makes me feel like Im in a hotel. I forgot about the great quality home product selection and prices available Kohls.

2017-12-30Clean, well organized, expansive selection, and with plenty of discounts to be found. Some deals are extreme (90% off Ralph Lauren recently, for example). If its not on sale, may want to visit the discount store a few doors down (TJ Maxx). Overall, one of the better retailer clothing stores in the area.

2021-03-26My! My...were the selections wonderful and the prices fair! The sale on bras was perfect for my budget. When checking out, I was offered 35% off if I applied for a Kohls card. Though Ill probably not use the card that often, getting that savings was worth the 2 min. that it took to apply.

2021-08-25Decided to go by Kohls to buy a belt. Arrived at 2:45 Tuesday snd the parking lot was virtually empty. As I parked I saw one person leaving the store and when I got to the doors a couple was exiting. I went to the back of the store and saw only one other shopper. No sales people. The belts were a jumble of styles and sizes. It took a good 15 minutes to go through 3 rakes to find what I needed. The only employee I saw was one cashier when I checked out. To be fair there is a sign at front door saying Now Hiring.
