This was my first time in this location. The young lady that help me in customer service was very friendly and helpful. She made sure everything was smooth.
Good discounts on lots of clothes and shoes. Always a good place to shop for kids clothes!
Good friendly folks, always helpful. While some items are less stocked than pre pandemic they had a little of most items. Always clean & friendly.
They always treat me good here and know me when I walk in. I feel good shopping here. They just need to organize their clothes better. Stuff is all over the place in the mens area. Other than that I love it. I very much appreciate Joel, Jennie, Kelley, and Anu. These people go out of there way to make you feel important and cared for.
Nice store. We were there for ladies clothes. The selection of petite items was pretty limited on Dec. 22nd, so that was disappointing.
This location is the worst. I personally had a very bad experience at check out customer service. I would like to give no star if allows.

I love Kohl’s but this location has rude staff. I went there to return an amazon purchase bc i ordered a few items since the first item that i really needed was extremely delayed in transit. The lady at the amazon return was not happy doing her job at all. Their wifi is non-existent and i was having a hard time to get my return qr code and she did not try or even offer to help at all. She told me to go out of the store and come back later. It took me a while to retrieve the info i needed bc the employee has no sympathy at all. I’m so confused why she forced herself to work if she does not look like she wants to work. SMH!
I love Kohls. They were sanitizing after every customer at the register. Great gift ideas. Great prices. I dont have a Kohls close by, however I will drive a little far to get to one. I recommend for shopping and they even carry pet clothes.

Mark up just to mark down? Pjs should not cost $36 dollars for a toddler anyway. And these in particular are DEFINITELY not worth the marked price. So what if you SAY im saving money.

I enjoyed my trip to this Kohls. Very busy here with customers. The store had a good selection of items. There was a wide variety to choose from in almost every section. I found the shoe department to be a lacking of many choices. I kept finding the same style shoe. Employees were nice to me but I had to search for someone working when I needed help and, although nice as they were, the employees I encountered werent very knowledgeable about their sections. I ended up having to find items on my own guided only by the employees pointing me in the general direction.
Lots of clothing choices here. Inconvenience of not having dressing rooms limited my purchases. Items I was unsure of were left on the rack, as I didnt want to possibly go through the hassle of returning. In these times, this is the new shopping experience.
Lots of variety within a handful of brands. There are almost always heavy discounts, but with lots of exclusions and conditions attached. Prices overall are relatively low, so it’s alright. Great place for everyday, regular-quality clothing and all kinds of other products, so long as the brands the store carries are ones you are alright with using.
Amazing how a simple act of kindness goes a long way.Shopped at this store last night for a dress for my daughter. We had a coupon, but realized it was expired. My other daughter went to the customer service desk and asked about using the coupon. It turned into a nice conversation with the lady there. She allowed us to use the coupon. Just made for a good experience. I know we will shop there again.
The fitting rooms are a disaster, but its more because the store Associates cannot keep up with the entitled customers. The entitled customers feel like it is their right to leave unwanted garments all over the fitting rooms. I feel sorry for the associates having to clean up after them. Otherwise store is excellent with excellent customer service
Incredibly good customer service, thats why I like this store. A cashier named Cheryl cashed me out and she was one of the most optimistic, happy, friendly customer service people Ive ever dealt with. Life would be better for all of the world if all customer facing employees emulated Cheryls attitude towards her job and her customers. Outstanding behavior by a Kohls employee.

A welcoming manager at the entrance, a well organized store full of merchandise... Hardly any customers in sight. However, a long line of Amazon customers returning unwanted items... This is the not so new retail reality. I cant help but wonder how Khols can afford to keep the lights on... And for how much longer. Tic tac, tic tac the clock is ticking. Note: I was there for a return.
Good selection and prices. Pretty large Kohls, not a lot of toddler clothes but lots for kids, men and women. Home and shoes also pretty big at this location. staff is usually friendly and store is adequately staffed

Found some very comfortable and cute Sonoma shoes that were marked down. After buying 1 pair, I was given a scratch and save coupon. They took 15% off the second already marked down pair. I love Kohls!
Very difficult people to deal with. Today I bought something but did not have my 30% coupon with me at the time. They would not apply it even after pulling up my kohls charge account. Understandable to that extent. But then I went back within an hour with the physical coupon. The customer service told me I could not return and repurchase, but just return only. That seemed very counterintuitive since it meant more work for them in re-packing and more work for me in finding another piece from the shelf. Finally the lady somehow agreed after wasting my and her time and did the repurchase. Great going Kohls!
Just moved here from Chicago. Kohls is big there as their home office is located just up the road in Wisconsin. I must say this is the cleanest well stocked Kohls I have EVER shopped including some stores in Wisconsin! The staff seemed kind of lethargic but it was night and they were probably tired. Its pretty much self service here and checkout is up front. Great prices! Good place to shop for the holidays.
One cashier lady told me one day to get the Kohls card which will get me a discount of 50$. I agreed and she got me the card. I did not get any discount (no promotion coupons nothing), so the marketing done to sell the card was fraudulent. On the top of it I was charged 27$ as late fee because of the card because I paid the money after 5 pm on the due date itself (which was never communicated to me). I am never going back to this store or any Kohls store because I dont like dishonest and fraudulent people and company. I am totally disgusted by this episode. Its better to go to an expensive store and be robbed outright rather than going to a cheap store where people fleece you deceptively. Totally disgusting!!
Just wanted to say that these folks are excellent with their service. Visited during a weekday to return an online purchase. Stayed longer to buy a couple of other non - essentials.No crowd, no lines (of course) and very helpful staff. Good selection in the couple of clothing sections I browsed in.
Literally the only Kohls in all of the Metro Atlanta area that actually has sale racks organized by size and item. KUDOS to whomever is managing this store. I could actually SEARCH for what I was looking for relatively easily for a change as compared to the train wreck of all other Kohls stores in a 50 mi radius.
Good place. We went here to return an item form Amazon, but to our surprise, the Amazon returns desk was moved yet again! This store is normally great to go to, but its kind of irritating that every time I go here for a returning an Amazon item, the desk is moved somewhere differently.
Long time customer with kohl’s by far had the worst customer service experienced at this location manager Rupali she has no business being a manager and she has no customer service skills at all she is very rude and she accuse the customer of lying bought ear rings for my wife those were damaged when I took those to the store for an exchange she took those rings back and used plyers and bent those and said here you go these are fixed. Due to medical emergency could not noticed those damaged ear rings when I took it to the store she accused that we used it and came back to return it how can she say like that when she does not even know what the situation was, I am extremely disappointed
Some people are better fit working in the back lifting boxes and such, and not in customer-facing roles. The man who works the Amazon returns desk is one of those people.
They offer alot of merchandise. Its basically like a one stop shop. Clothes galore! Men, womens, juniors, kids, plus sizes. Shoes, hosiery, makeup, jewelry, comforters, towels, rugs, kitchen items, etc.
This is a good place to shop for clothes, shoes, etc. Prices are pretty competitive and they usually have sales daily. Take advantage of their Kohls bucks! You literally get free stuff the next day 😊.
Have had some positive and some not so positive experiences. Check the price tags and check the prices in price scanner before going to checkout. Sometimes clothes are misplaced in discount racks and I have had tough time waiting on price check at the cashier counter.
Our visit to this location was great. Upon entering the store, we were greeted with a smiling face and a friendly welcome. The store was organized and well maintained.
Was not busy. Had hand sanitizer and mask policy. Only thing I did not like is they had all their cashiers on one side of the store causing a long lineup.
Only one door is open, and it is not the one closest to returns. So, you have to walk (or in my case crutch) through the entire store only to find out the wifi is down.
Kohls has really gone down hill with customer service. Only one associate spoke to me and that was the lady in jewelry. No associates in any of the departments spoke to me or even acknowledged me. When I walked in the young man at the register didnt speak but he spoke to the customers that came in about 10-15 minutes after me. I detest spending my money in places that have horrible customer service.
Very nice shop with welcoming associate who pay particular attention to your every need. I have been shopping hear for about a year and Ill tell you it the best. An particularly to Mrs Angra the black lady with the colored hear Ill never forget her in my life.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Unfortunately it’s not an option. Employees provide NO HELP. Wanted to purchase an item from the clearance section. Size M (top and bottom) considered as one , had one prize tag. One slice up from the same clearance section suddenly top and bottom considered as two separate items would cost me twice as much. When I addressed the issue basically the answers was that yes, obviously they are two separate items. No help, no adjustment, I’ll never go back to the store!!!!!!
Im not sure if they have an issue with the restroom or what. The store smelled really bad(poop and an old musty building). Grabbed what I went there for then left. Surprised people we still shopping or the employees werent spraying lysol. Or if they went to light a candle the place wouldve litterally ignited. Seriously.....Change your airfilters, turn the air down, deodorize the carpet and Fix what ever is causing your store to smell...
Worst experience in yearsWeve been shopping Kohls for years and always enjoyed their close presence. However, now ordering a piece of furniture online has turned into the worst experience in years.Shipment got lost, Kohls is not sending a replacement because they need to refund the money first and then we need to reorder. Of course, no refund received yet in 4(!) weeks and now we have to take it up with the local store.Kohls: see how the online shopping experience is with most major e-tailers and you know why old big box dinosaurs like you, Sears, toys r us, are or will be out of business soon. Not shopping here again
Had a great buying experience at Kohls there were great offers in the store and the personal that helped me today, I had to return a couple of items, was very friendly & helpful, I purchased more items and she help me with the where to go online to bring up some discount offers available she helped me save and get most I could get for my money. Will be going back in the future to this location in Johns Creek Georgia!!
Came here twice the first time the young girl at customer service seemed as if I was bothering her. Then the lady for online return acted as if she touch something I had her hand was going to fall off. But when the person behind turn came she sure didnt do that to her.
Ive been a Kohls shopper for years, Ive spent more mony there than I ever want my husband to know. Today I needed to exchange two t-shirts and a possible third (it was their 3 for $10 t-shirts), one for a larger size, one for a different picture, and one that I had washed/dryed and after the sleeve had puckered at the stiches on the arm. Now the one I wanted to swap for a different picture still had the tags on since said child said immediately upon seeing he wouldnt wear it to school. The one I needed to swap for a larger size didnt. I had held it up to his back when shopping and it appeared to fit, (only one kid went, the one with autism, and we avoid trying on clothes if we can) so we take them home cut off the tags and hang them up (didnt wash them first but when he put one on for school I saw that it didnt fit well, but now he has it on, its marked with deodorant. Ive resigned myself to the fact the shirt has now become moms. I wash/dry my new shirt and and the sleeves pucker.So I arrive with my 3 shirts, and I didnt have my paper receipt, but I was able to pull up my account online and the purchase since I used my credit card. The young lady refused to look at, acted as of I had stolen them. I didnt even want cash just exchange, so she gets a manger and its the same thing. I got to swap one, and credit on a gift card for one, and nothing for puckered sleeves. It was 3 for 10 and I just wanted to swap them. In my 12 plus years as a kohls shopper Ive never had to deal with such nonsense over $30.
Good Kohls prices but everything is always, always disorderly and cluttered. The racks just seem tighter together than some of the other locations. This is what happens when a store doesnt have enough clerks to keep thing sorted and orderly. In recent history, it seems to have gotten worse. This location never seems to have what I am looking for so I always endup going to the Cumming or Alpharetta location.
It is a good shopping place where I can shop for my whole family clothing, shoes, furniture, decor for my home. Good quality of clothing. They also carry brand- name clothing.
Nice clothes big selection, but I went to 3 stores and couldnt find a small size on the pants I was looking for my son, but I cant complain cause I got 3 pairs of boots for $48!!!
They canceled my shorts off the order because they couldn’t find themI was not notified until after I arrivedI decided to look for myself and I asked for the area to look and the small Indian woman brushed me off and said it’s mothers day weekend I don’t have time to help you look we are busyI roamed on my own and finally found the section and the shorts was right on the front rackI was picking up for my fiancé so I had to pay using my card for the shorts in store since I did not have his cardThey need to have better service busy or not this was a first for his dads birthday and we are going out of town to surprise him that was not the way to talk to a person paying money I work hard forI will not be returning to this Kohl’s or any other and I will let others know about this poor services

Store manager, Iesha, refused to lookup my Kohl’s card, bc it was out of state. However, the store open my account with my out of state id. She told me they don’t look it up bc it’s too much fraud going on... a comment I found completely unprofessional.
I shop at Kohls a lot, this one is horrible. The manager is rude and staff is incompetent. Drive to another one or shop somewhere else. I will NEVER go back. If they were all like this, I would never shop at one again. I need up leaving my items on counter and walking out!!!

I went to kohls johns creek for a suit I accidentally left my sunglasses in the changing room. I called the next day they had them i was pumped that they actually found them and kept them. When I got there one of the employees went to go grab them from her desk and they were gone someone from kohls stole my 200 dollar pair of sunglasses. When I contacted the manager she was no help so when upper level manager Stephen called me he said there was nothing they could do if one of their employees maybe took them. I find it ridiculous if I went to kohls and took something I would go to jail, and with all the cameras in that place Im sure they could find out where they went. I had to get the police involved because I cant get a call back from anyone in customer service. The worst customer service ever all kohls location answer the phone, how can I make it a great day this is a joke of a company.

2022-06-22I’ve looked high and low and I finally found the perfect shopping backpack at Kohl’s. I needed the outside pocket to hold my iPhone and the material that the backpack is made of is soft and conforming not stiff and bulky. The backpack is the perfect size and perfect price. Sales staff and the lady at the register were all very helpful and friendly.

2022-07-19I walked in and asked where the Amazon return center was and they helped me get there. Its the small things for me :)And I got a Nine West blouse from their clearance rack for 2 bucks! It was 7 dollars, but I got 5 dollars off with the coupon from the Amazon center. Cashier was nice

2022-07-15The young male employee who works in the Amazon return area has no customer service qualities. I would rather drive farther out than deal with him again. First time using the return service as well! I spent less than 6mins returning 5 pieces. That was 5mins too long. He either hates his job, or hates people who return items. This is literally his only job returning intems.

2018-10-23This place is filthy! Went in with my wife to do some quick shopping. Noticed that the top of one of the racks had what appeared to be a solid coating of dust. I showed it to my wife and she said she couldnt even see it because it was a little taller than her. Okay, so maybe its isolated and everyone working here cant see this high?We then walked around a little more and it was only worse, in places of all different heights. Mentioned it to a gentleman who appeared to be an (assistant) manager named Mike. Specifically saying how there is a coating of dust on all of these fixtures. He smiled it off, and I offered to show him, as it was only about a four foot walk. He said he would get someone to handle it, then walked away and started talking with other employees like he couldnt be any less interested.We left. Not sure Ill ever come back to at least this location. Been shopping with Kohls for many years now, but this was my first time at this store.Looks like no more $158 savings on a couple pairs of socks for me.

2022-02-08Very disappointing experience. I was giving a 25% off coupon on my Amazon return and could not use it on anything except the non-premium but just about everything in the store is classified as a premium. And the words of our illustrious president....Cmon man!!

2022-01-06The Kohls store are scammers. The price on the website or in store is overpriced for few times. And then they give you a discount to fill happy, but it is a normal price on the market.Ther is no real discount ! Dont buy there or be ready for this.
