The lady in the bra area was so very nice and helpful. I dont know my bra size as to being 5 months pregnant and i needed a strapless bra as i am getting married Friday. She helped me find the perfect bra in about 10 minutes. She also told me the days she would be working in case i needed to return and have her help me again. She was awesome and now im super ready for my wedding day. Thank so much !

This location used to be very tactful about wearing masks all the time - as the notice when you walk into the store says.Numerous individuals (about 20%) werent wearing masks properly or at all (minus 2 stars). Overall this location is pretty good with everything else considered; great service, clean and very courteous associates.Today on my trip back to my favorite KOHLS location. Once again much of the same...ppl only wearing masks when they approach the cashiers...at least that is an upgrade.

The store is nice & clean and the employees are friendly. I shop in the sale areas of the store and get a good buy. Their regular priced items are high in my opinion.
Although the clearance selections and prices are good I observed that one of the cashiers asked two different black men if they needed help finding what they may be looking for in the mens active wear section that was to me quite a distance away from the cashiers desk/register. Also, how would she be able to assist them when she has a line of customers waiting to check out? Each said no they did not need assistance, but this cashier continued to watch them until one departed the store and the other moved to a section out of her view. There were also two white women and one white man browsing through this same section, not one of them were asked if the needed assistance, nor did I observe the cashier looking over at them consistently as she did with the black men.
I love kohls , I always find what I am looking for and most of the time at a good price. My girls are adults with their own families. If they need to return something I have bought 99% of the time its kohls. I travel alot and shop frequently at the ones in Warner Robbins, Evans and Valdosta sometimes Albany Georgia. Great stores
Sandy (an old, white lady with short gray hair) in the Amazon area is very rude and impatient. She also belittles the other employees with snarky comments. I dont know if she is a team leader and trains new workers in that area or what, but she really needs an attitude change. She makes people not want to shop or work at Kohls.
I bought some things on sale, but the towels I bought had bad outcome as I washed to clean before use and they looked like they had 100 years of use after the wash and worse as I dried them? I guess you get what you pay for. I actually never bought linens here. They turned out after wash worse than towels from the marts. Im taking them back. Tbc

Recently ordered 3 anti gravity chairs and had 4 delivered. After realizing the Ask Now option on the customer service site was not a real person and just directed you to the frequently asked question answer that was most closely associated with my question, I spent almost 40 minutes on hold listening to the most boring music ever. But it was worth it! Since the stores cant take returns right now, we just got a free chair! Thanks Kohls!!
$9.99 price clearly printed on a puzzle rung up as $24. Cashier explained its on sale. I didnt have time to speak to a msnager. Left with a very disappointed 9 yo. You only get one chance with customer service. Back to on line shopping. Brick and mortar youre killing your selves its not the internet. Its lack of respect for your in store customers.
Great store. Great selection. They do not always have my size. A little pricey. Rely on sales and such instead of just marking prices doe to be more reasonable.

Ordered a vera vera wang crossbody purse and got a childs toy and something else i dont even know. Took it back to get it swapped for the right item and they didnt even have it in store. I got my money back but probably wont order from kohls again
Everytime you go to the jewelry dept, you have to walk to the front just to get you some assistance. Wish their sports apparel will have plus size clothes

1I hadnt been in a while so it had changed a little. The dressing rooms are closed which makes it hard to know if you want something or not. In my opinion, every is priced to high only to say its marked down.
I liked them between my kohls cash, coupons, and sales, and made a room more K-cash! Love some Kohls, also i love that they take Amazon returns now!!
If you catch the sale you can get some nice name brand stuff at great prices however, nothing is ever where it is supposed to be. If you have time to dig through the cluttered mess that are the display tables you might find what youre looking for. Shirts are usually pretty easy but jeans or pants are never sorted by style or size. I am usually pretty clear when I go in to a store about what I want or need. Kohls is a challenge every single time.
Friendly staff. Clean departments. Prices are marked clearly and everything is orderly. The bathrooms are very clean. Love the family bathroom for my potty training toddler!

I like the clothes but what I find hard to understand is when you return 1 item out of several that you buy, they take all of your kohls cash. If you have to spend $50 to get $10, why is it that $10 taken away from you when you return a$15 shirt!? I could see if I had returned all of the items but I didnt. I only received $5 back. I wont be ordering anything from them on line again.
Nice department store. Lots of clearance items always on sale. I love the clearance items. I buy winter clothes and summer clothes at the end of each season. This saves a lot of money for my family...also, it means they have lots of clothes!
My favorite KOhls and from my charge you can tell. I love shopping here and even though they made the store a little smaller I am shocked they can still get as much in there as they do. The staff and manager are awesome. Friendly and helpful and always nice to shop.

I had to return something and it took way too long, the cashier was more interested in what was happening around her, than in my return, I had to tell her a couple of times that I was in the window trying to return my stuff, bad customer service.
Brought my mother here around 9:00 pm to pick up a shirt she wanted and this store is way overpriced!! But the problem is the lady named Marcia who checked us out was very rude and hardly spoke. My mother tried talking to her and still she wouldn’t even crack a smile. Obviously she was ready to go home! It’s bad enough to pay their overpriced prices but to be treated rudely on top of that is just too much!! Too many other places to shop!!

Any business can put together a sharp 64 page Black Friday sales paper but delivering is ANOTHER story, to which Kohl’s FAILED BIG time at 👎🏻 I was on their site at 12 midnight (1am my time) to the second & both items I selected within 30 seconds went to not available!!!! No amount of explaining is gonna replace this bad experience with my 1st time participating in your Black Friday sale. BIG FAIL Kohl’s 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Im not sure what happened to the WR Kohl’s. Its used to be awesome and now its a customer service nightmare. They consolidated the Customer Service desk with the regular checkouts and only had 2 registers operating with about 10 people in line.Once I actually got to the checkout for my Amazon return I was told to go wait in another line because the lady couldn’t do a return. Why have the same line for everyone if not every cashier can do the same tasks? Thats just poor customer service. I had to wait again for my transaction to be completed while the people waiting to purchase items had to wait on all of the returns being processed. Theres a reason why these lines are always separate in other stores, because returns take forever.Good luck being in any kind of a hurry to do anything in this store.

Everything seems off the wall expensive until you get to checkout... Discount for having their credit card, additional sales discount and a promotional discount all on the same transaction. Went from holding $90 worth of clothes to only having to pay $30-35. Wish theyd just price their items lower and do away with discounts but worth it either way!
There were a couple of people standing in line and we were talking. We had been avoiding Kohls because of the obnoxious cashiers and poor management BUT Stephania-the cashier tonight, changed our minds.She was kind, happy, and helpful. She deserves a raise...her attitude was pleasant & professional. Super job!! Thank You!
Oh, what a bad experience. I had a 25% off coupon and the Cuisinart coffee maker I wanted was not on the exclusions. I got to the register, and the cashier said it was not eligible for the coupon. She said it was an electronic item. Funny, because it was in the home/kitchen section. It makes coffee, has no internet, no WiFi connection. It makes coffee Kohls. Dont put out coupons if people cant use them. Such false advertising. Bait and switch. Move all the programmable coffee makers to electronics, then everyone can see how ignorant it is.
Their everyday prices are a little high, but their clearance section is very good. The store is clean. I wish they had more employees to help. On our trip there yesterday, we wound up having to research online to find out about the product we were looking at. We simply couldnt find any help.
Now that Kohls has reduced the size of their store I am very disappointed in the selection and variety they now offer. The customer service is okay, the prices a little high even on clearance. Not likely I will shop here again anytime soon.
I absolutely love the clothes at Kohls. There is nothing more aggravating than trying to find jeans. All sizes and fits are piled together. Straight fit with boot cut. And to top it off, none of the sizes are able to be seen. You have no choice but to pull every Jean out to find size. Sorry for the mess. But not sorry. Organizations would be great.

Buyer Beware! Be ready to keep what you buy unless you want to loose big! That sweet Kohls Cash will take you to the cleaners! On 2 occassions went to do a return, had receipt , tags on clothes etc. Paid $14.40 each for 2 tshirts,t 17.99 for a button down dress shirt, after they deducted Kohls cash of $10, my credit was $20.16. Now, mathematically I see errors, loop holes where Kohls will stick you! Just make sure you plan on keeping that purchase from Kohls or you will get stuck paying for nothing!! Very frustrated and disappointed! Rethinking the old saying , if it sounds to GOOD to be true, it usually is!

My family and i went to Kohls to do some shopping and we had the worse experience ever from.the cashier Teresa and the Manager Jennifer. I had a pair of capris off the clearance rack and they wrong up for one price, and i told Teresa that wasnt the correct price she called her manager Jennifer and told her the situation. Jennifer (Manager) asked Teresa(Cashier) in front on me did I switch the price or were the price on the pants good. Teresa acted like she couldnt answer the question. She was like i dont know. I replied Teresa you know that the price was on the pants when you rung them up so dont lie. Jennifer acted like she didnt believe me that he customer. Then Teresa acted like she didnt wa t to accept my coupons. Im a loyal Kohls customer and have never been treated like this before. I will be returning the items and getting my money back. I spent over $200.00I wont be returning back to the Warner Robins store because of Teresa and Jennifer

So I came with a 25%off coupon I got for returning an Amazon item. I picked out a 14 Cup Cuisinartf Coffee maker. At the checkout the lady said it was an electronic and excluded from the coupon.So, this coffee maker as all the other coffee makers, were in the home, kitchen area, above them on the wall it said Coffee. Online the coffee makers are in the Home department. NOT ELECTRONICS. This coffee maker makes coffee, it has no internet connection, no WiFi, no radio, no DVD player, no WiFi. What is the point of having coupons.... May as well put the coffee makers in the electronics section, as that is what it seems to fall under at the check out. False advertising for sure. It is a coffee maker people.

2022-03-27The store closes at 10 pm. I arrived at 935 pm unaware that the store would be soon closing. I picked out a yellow, spring dress in my size &took it with me to the intimates dept, which was returned to the rack when I was not looking. I promptly found 10 pairs of mix and match SO brand ladies underwear and 2 bras. The imminent store closing in 5 minutes was announced as I picked out my yellow spring dress once again and went to the customer service to be rung up. The associate noticed I was short 2 pairs of underwear and 1 was a size too large. She encouraged me despite store closing to run get what I needed and return for immediate processing. As I briskly walked past 2 associates waiting near the front, I apologized and assured them Id promptly return with 3 sufficient items to replace the incorrect ones. They both stared blankly at me as I shuffled by again as prompt as Id promised. My order was completed. I was very pleased but it was marred by employees with no patience being inconvenienced for at the very most 5 to 7 minutes.

2022-06-20I enjoy going to Kohls to shop their selections which are varied. The staff was helpful and expedient and the store bright and clean. I really enjoy the military discount and Senior discount day also Kohls cash a great incentive if you like shopping. Great experience.

2022-03-26This store is a travesty. Nothing much there I want. I stopped going to kohls because of its left wing political stance done time back. They have a right to their views but they dont have a right just because they big and prosperous to diminish my point of view. Anyways I went back to give it a try and it didnt feel the same. I wont go back.
