Kroger in other cities:
Horrible customer service across the board. I try to avoid this location, but when I have to shop here its usually not a good experience. Employees at this location do not care about customers. I heard Rosa in customer service making fun of another customer as he was walking away. He returned some really old deli food he was served. She and a co-worker laughed about/at him right in front of me. Complete lack of basic human respect. Its these instances (they happen often) that make me appreciate Publix so much more!
Edit: this location is permanently closing down. They will be building another Kroger nearby. A lot of markdowns, things for sale. However, most of the store has been emptied out.Went around midnight. Only 2 open lanes for customer self checkout. Evening stockers had aisles blocked with palates you could not even maneuver around.
The pharmacy drive through is permanently closed, looks like due to ongoing understaffing. Super disappointing as that window was what I was most excited about when they remodeled. Pharmacy wait times are also very long. Usually prescriptions take a whole day to fill. Everything is clean and neat in the store however and the employees are nice.
They are always missing ppl... area for customer service is always closed bcz.they dont hire ppl to work, and if you are lucky enough to catch someone there, they are very and extremely slow. All the womens are very rude. Floor managers only say sorry for the inconvenience, and they dont seem to care at all. This place is nice and renovated but service is very bad, it wasnt always like this, but this ppl they work there at the moment are the worst.
Just an ok Kroger. The parking lot entrance is a disaster on the Chamblee Tucker side of the lot. The produce selection is more limited than at some Kroger locations, but it does have a good Mexican food selection compared to some other locations. The meat and dairy sections are much more limited than some of the other Krogers, and on Sundays they seem to have a difficult time keeping up with maintenance as things get knocked over, spill,l or get moved around. However the checkout line is consistently better than some Krogers in the time takes to get out of the store.
***The Starbucks @ this location is very risky*** Not very smart processes are followed and very bad behaviors***5 Stars for this store Until contact with the Assistant Store Manager. She creates such an overall bad experience the store now deserves (minus 5 below stars)Lots of coaching opportunity overdue including but not limited to:Overwhelming very poor behavioral issuesPoor sanitation skillsetsPoor maintenance skillsetHowever the drama like skillset seems to be very good???? WOWI am very disappointed with this location on which I have shopped for 3 decades.(My post when the new store opened)Very hard working team! I love my Embry Hills Kroger Team!March 2022 Update: This store also has the absolute BEST Order Pickup Team! The team supervisor is super helpful and certainly displays the (Above & Beyond) skillset. Thank you once again Embry Hills Kroger.
I drive about 22 minutes past about five other Krogers just to get to this one. One of which is next to my house. Rebuilding the store was the best idea. Store is HUGE. Self checkouts galore!! I love it. So bright and clean. Sometimes its hard for me to find things or people to help, like at the Seafood counter. But I still prefer this Kroger over a vast majority of the others. They always have an available kiddie shopping cart, which my toddler is obsessed with. A lot of stores dont have them. So I appreciate the gesture.
First, I was a regular customer of the old store for over 10 years. I was disappointed when it was torn down, but happy to see the new store. This newly remodeled store is absolutely beautiful. It is well organized and clean. You can find everything you need there. The departments are clearly separated and labeled. Moreover, the older stored seem to have better customer service. I went to this store on Sunday . This was my second time there, since they have remodeled the store. The first time I visited the store; I was in such awe . I just look around as if I was in a big city ( something a kid would do).Furthermore, I just was amazed how they remodeled the store. Sunday was my second time visiting the store once again. The second time around I did I walk around and once again I was in Awe how beautiful the store was, so I admired the store as I shopped. I also took pictures, so that I could post on google.Regrettably, I noticed a pattern as it relates to the security guard. Before I left the store, the security was standing at the door. Once again, there was a security guard standing watching me as I walked out of the store. In conclusion, the vibe at this store is very strange. It does not match the beautifully remodeled store. Maybe I will give it one more try. I just love the appearance of the store (the organization) The only thing that I didnt like is .. that the natural section has been integrated with the rest of the groceries.
The store is great, most employeesare very friendly, however there are a few who could use training in customer service, I blamemanagement for letting this happen. Its a shame when a new store opens and some employees are rude and dont care. Kroger bring in someone to train the employees that need it.happen
I love this newly remodeled Kroger! The bakery is amazing that I might start stopping by every morning! They also have a Starbucks inside which makes it even better. Grocery is fresh. Much more to choose from than the other Krogers. I will be coming here more often now!
I know one thing! All Kroger stores ARE NOT created equal! Why oh why cant we have a nice Kroger like this where I live in Conyers? We might have some blighted areas in this city; but we also have some nice areas where good people take care of what they have and appreciate nice, clean stores! Kroger Conyers, please get some tips from this one in Chamblee! Im traveling all the way there today to get my groceries!
Love it. Wiiiiiiiide aisles. Friendly staff. Nice selection of standard produce. There are two Kroger’s with 5 min of my house but I drive over here to do the weekly big shop. After crawling all over other ppl at the two tucker locations this place feels like I’m walking in a wide open meadow. I didn’t even care they were out of stock on some of the things I wanted.
I’ve been a Kroger customer for both your store and pharmacy for nearly 20 years and recently moved close to the Embry store that I’m reporting. I’ve never had a problem with the pharmacies at any Kroger stores but here my first experience was absolutely a horrible nightmare and ridiculous. And now today my second visit was equally upsetting and ridiculous. If you can’t do better than this you should close the pharmacy! Pathetic!!!
Make sure you put all your items in bags before leaving, no matter how small or few your item(s) are. Loss prevention is brutal at this store. If you leave with an item that is not bagged you will be stopped. Also, corporate doesnt care either probably cause they gave the directive for store employees to act this way.
Ive been going to this area Kroger for as long as its been open and the previous location before that. Ive had my share of less than stellar experiences in the 15+ years Ive shopped here, but the staff is almost always very nice and helpful. The pharmacy, however, is THE BEST IN THE WORLD. Jessica and her staff have been nothing short of incredible to me and have been really great friends over the years. My life would be less without them in it and I am thankful for them every single day.
Yesterday I went to this store and the passerby pointed at me and shouted: pets must not bring into the store in a very impolite manner. I am a regular customer at this store and I have never met such a case. A lot of times I bring dogs into the store but no one says anything. If pets are not allowed, the store should notify customers to let them follow. But they never left the notice at the door. She walked past me claiming to be the manager over there and shouted at me! You know not very bad service! And a few more employees! yesterday was the first time I saw them there. They told me they worked a long time ago but I have never seen them! with extremely impolite attitude to the customers.PS: HALF STAR FOR SERVICE 👎🏻👎🏻. BAD & IMPOLITE WORKER 👎🏻👎🏻
Ive been a Kroger fan for years so maybe a bit biased. They do a great job keeping the store clean and stocked. The Kroger brands of staple items are great, and we love that they are keeping up with the trend for higher quality options like pasture raised eggs. Keep adding more of the organic lines!
As Kroger goes, this one is not the greatest. On the bright side, it is convenient and open 24 hours a day. It has everything I need at fair prices. There is security there at night, and I like that. I am an early riser and tend to go food shopping before the sun comes up. There are nicer Krogers that have a better and wider selection of items. For that reason, I give this one three stars.
I love the location of this Kroger! Easy in and out access roads. Staff is helpful and friendly when you approach them, and the pharmacy staff is so great. But it is SUPER busy, so much so I think they have restocking problems. They are constantly running out of things (brand specific half and half, flour, crushed tomatoes, and they stopped selling skirt steak, Conecuh sausage, and Boar’s Head bacon). And I frequently find mold on their produce (including fruits, veggies, herbs and cheese). It’s also off putting to smell bleach coming from the meat/seafood area. I find refrigerators are dirty, or needing repair and obviously aren’t keeping produce or dairy as fresh. And on top of all those things the store is in a complete dead zone! I cant use the Kroger app to look up my coupons, I cant make a call/text. This store needs upgrades! And employees that can keep up! I now often travel to the Tucker location to complete my shopping list, or Whole Foods.Edited 10/24/18 for clarity and new developments/gripes
The store contains grocery and smiling faces but cannot keep up with the amount of people that come here. The line for guest services stayed at10 people long with only one guy behind register. Also the store never looks very clean. It got two stars for having good and nice employees. I watched a couple managers sit up on the f glass Box and just talk. -3 for poor management
I usually don’t have any problems with Kroger or with any other grocery store but today me and my fiancé had a bad experience. The manager (who’s name tag we couldn’t read because she had it covered up) was very rude in speaking to us. It seemed to be that she was being racist towards my fiancé who is white. It’s sad that one of the employees who was around 18 years of age offered more help and quality service than she did. The store had medicine that was discounted because it was being closed out and we even took a picture because the manager was saying she didn’t see where we got it from. The younger employee went with us and saw the item where we did and even told the manager that it was like the photo we took that we were trying to show her. The manger didn’t want to hear it, she just went on to say no it’s full price. We didn’t argue back with her because we knew what was going on, we simply thanked them the young girl and left with the item that we paid before receiving that type of response from the manager. I would recommend going somewhere else.
Plenty of express and self service open but if you want to be rung up there are frequently long checkout lines. Too many indifferent, slow cashiers ( to be fair, not all). Employees yelling at each in conversation from 50 feet apart, especially in the deli-meat department. I learned long ago to not buy meat there for other reasons. Yes, its cheaper but Its just not worth the aggravation if possible. Now they cut their hours. I guess theyre not saving enough by under staffing. They should be glad there isnt a Publix near by.
THIS KROGER SUCKS!!! This store never has the stuff on sale in stock! The lines are always long and the management are always in a crowd standing by customer service doing nothing but having a good ole time instead of helping out. The cashiers and staff are great except for the light skin lady in the meat and seafood department who seems to always have an attitude and mean mugging like she mad people are in the store. They really need to get the stock issues together because I seriously HATE this Kroger. Would much rather drive to the north Decatur road store instead of this one.
Its a small Kroger but good for quick shopping. This entire shopping complex is pretty good. Right aid next door, UPS and USPS next door. Except Kroger gas they have pretty much everything. Not so crowded. Good dairy items. No cullingan refill water. Best thing is its 24 hours.
This is the 3rd time Ive had a prescription to pick up and the pharmacy is closed EARLY. It is posted that they are open til 7pm. It is IMPERATIVE that the pharmacy, especially, be open when they say they are open. Cmon yall you can do better! This is just poor management.
I made (what was supposed to be) a quick pitstop on the way to a friends house for dinner... This store was terrible. And thats a nice way of saying what I really think 🤨. Specifically, the produce looked really old and was overpriced. There was NO fresh meat, seafood, or deli meats available for sale in the ENTIRE store. There was NO dairy products available either... And I couldnt find a single associate to figure out what was happening. All they had available in terms of meats were premade, frozen foods. Boo - Ill never go there again.
Ive been coming to this kroger for years... First, the hours changing without notice!( Only knowing because of a couple of the stock guys mentioned they MIGHT change the hours, knowing we shop in the middle of the night because of my work schedule) which is inconvenient to so many loyal customers that shop here at this location. Second, the woman who replaced one of this krogers best employee at night is completely awful! I have only had one good experiance with her. She wont exchange manager info if you have any issues, in fear of obviously being in trouble. Ive seen her not let a man in at 12:35 am and needed formula for his infant and i spoke for him so security would let him in.She yells also if someone is let in close to closing. My biggest problem is her telling myself or my husband NO when we ask her if she or another worker will open the pharmacy glass door to purchase condoms!!! 9 out of 10 ten times she has said no and only said yes once because of a superior being there. I dont like to give reviews but I am going to start shopping somewhere else, where I am not being discriminated in any way, shape or form. Tonight I asked one of the regular stock guys after being told no for the hundredth time and her saying she was the only one there who could open the pharmacy for condoms. The stock guy had the keys on him and had no hesitation to open the door for me and apologized for the woman.
This pharmacy is just getting worst and worst!! My prescription was sent in at 12:15. And I got there around 1:30 to pick it up and I was told it wasn’t ready yet and I should come back in 40 minutes, I called 35 minutes after to see if it was ready before I head that way & I was told it won’t be ready for another 2 hours. After I told the lady on the phone that I was told to come back in 40 minutes, she told me that’s for people who decide to stick around the store and wait & Since I decided to leave I’ll have to wait 2 hours because I did not stick around. I don’t understand why y’all advertising “Welcoming new customers” when you guys are struggling with the current customers you have. What sick person wants to sit around and wait for 40 minutes. I’ve been coming to this pharmacy since 2015 and I’m just over it at this point.
Friendly neighborhood grocery store. Watch for the elderly parking badly. Main entrance gets closed after 10 or so; go through the exit door. Decent selection. This one has pharmacy, but its not 24 hours (unlike the main grocery part of the store). Surprising amount of people shopping at night.
On December 20, 2018 there were five unauthorized charges processed with my debit card at two different Kroger locations in Tucker, GA as well as Atlanta, GA. The charges were in the amount of $25.00, there were three charges in the amount of $54.95 and one charge of $57.72. Im located in Tampa, FL and there is no Krogers located in Florida at all. The card was in my possession so I can only assume that a criminal had access to my information. How could this happen??? Would this not have been a red flag to your employees. Did anyone think to check ID?? I called right away before the payments were processed and was advised that there was nothing that can be done. Its Christmas time and I have no way now to pay my existing bills. Ive never heard of Krogers until this happened and I dont ever plan on shopping at Krogers. What is YOUR responsibility to preventing such fraudulent behavior??
Ive lived in this area since 1986 and have been shopping at this Kroger location since it opened. I must say the customer service has greatly improved in the last few months. Before then, it was horrible. They all have to recognize me there, but most of the employes just looked right past me when I walk buy. I think they are trying to keep up with Publix. Publixs customer service is awesome! Also, the produce, especially the organics section, is lacking considerably. They are about to remodel it into a super Kroger. I cant wait!
This Kroger was okay at best until a recent experience with a cashier that made me not want to shop here ever again. I had a coupon mailed to me from Kroger that said free fresh selections salad or greens any variety and had the fresh selections logo. So I came to the cashier with the coupon and a box of fresh selections kale. She rings up my items and tris to ring the coupon up and just says you have the wrong salad and tosses my salad to the side. So Im just staring for a minute because not only did her demeaner change without reason, but she didnt bother to try to get a manager or read the coupon to see if I had the right coupon. I ask her of shes kidding, thinking shes pulling my leg and she rudely says, why would I joke about that? THEN she ignores me and picks up the phone angrily and asks her manager, can you please come explain to this lady that she has the wrong salad? At this point people are all staring at this commotion she caused. One lady looks at the coupon, then at the cashier and takes her stuff and gets out of the line. The manager comes and he even tells her that the coupon and the product match and shes like well its not ringing up so at this point Im pissed so I tell the manager to please ring me up at customer service since she wants to act like an idiot. He brings me to customer service and hes trying to stick up for her saying they do that because they dont want to get in trouble. When I try to tell him that she should have called a manager in the first place and that she was being rude about it he keeps trying to defend her. Ive never had such a bad experience at another Kroger in my life. Id rather drive 10 miles or go to another store than go to this kroger.
Wildly incompetent. There is a sign in the baby food isle that reads formula is held at the customer service desk. If you go to the customer service desk to get the formula they tell you to see a cashier who will retrieve it for you. After waiting 30 minutes in the guest services line to find out the sign had mislead me, I asked the manager to update their sign to read please see cashier for formula. Its been weeks and it still reads the same way. Guess they want customers to waste their time in line at the guest service desk.
Selection is normally not an issue. However on this visit, it was clear that the store was clearly not stocked. Had a question regarding their sale; finding help was an issue. Store seemed unkept compared to the location at Sky Hill. On a side note, there was definitely a large number of guests shopping.
Kroger is dead to me! Went to exchange chips because my wife bought the wrong flavor yesterday (vinegar!) and hamburger buns (for larger buns). Since I didnt have my wifes loyalty card with me, they charged me full price for sale items! Well never go to Kroger and their fake loyalty card again, no wonder Publix is taking over in the Atlanta area, no fake cards required. They are always more friendly, everyone working stops to ask if you need help. Yes for Publix!
So glad to call Embry Hills Kroger MY home store! Its very close. I prefer to shop in the evening so Im not rushed. Excellent customer service from Katrice, Nardine, Hattie and Lucille. Love shopping here!Excited about the expansion coming soon!No longer a 24 hour store, they close at 1 am.
This is by far the worst kroger ever and being a newly renovated store doesnt help this kroger used to be a thriving pilar of chamblee comminity now thry have the wrong people managing and working there ... People dont care ... Ive seen supposedly management curse at workers and customers and still be employeed its unhealthy for the store and the people whom shop there ..Pleaee get new management soon a concern kroger loyal shopper
Meh, parking is always a nightmare. Also, sketchy characters to watch out for.The parking lot is always packed! kind of a PITA, also panhandlers, sketchy people every now and then.always be aware of your surroundings in the lot, I kind of go to big lots for milk, essentials since parking is a breeze there.I wish parking wasnt so bad, otherwise the inside is okay. Employees are always helpful, some of them not so much, but isnt that true everywhere you go these days?
12-08-2017 snow storm took a gallon of only type of milk left and had it taken from cart when I left my cart unattended before check out. notice it was missing when I was a thousand feet down the street when the radio mentioned people people buying milk. Check the truck and the receipt and figured out they ran out of milk. Love the experience.
Saw an elderly woman slip on what looked like yogurt and staff wasnt really polite. Kept trying to insist she go to hospital and she kept saying her husbands 92 and she cant very well leave him standing there in store. I said someone should call him an uber or an escort, but kroger said they cant get him home.
Dont go in the middle of the night. They only have self service lanes open. If the machine acts up then your in for one hell of along wait for assistance. Theirs a tall black older guy who is the night manager who works at night and he always claims he cant help with self service machine issues and that have you to wait on the single employee they have monitoring the machines to help. Claims she hasnt the only scan card to clear machine issues...but youre supposed to be the manager right????
Asked a simple question, can you wash off my grapes. Got sent to 4 different areas. In every other kroger store from North to Southside its never been a problem. Even when I tried to explan I was not able to finish my statement. Worse experience ever. Will never go back!!!!!!
First off I dont do this but I had to make sure to leave this positive comment we have finally got a new deli manager at this Kroger and I am so happy finally there are sandwiches and salads present when I come here to pick up before I go to work where is before it seem like I will try to get a salad or sandwich before work and there was never any may they were always in the back because the crew was always running their mouth not actually doing their job and I say that not trying to be mean but it is it i the new deli manager who says shes only been working here for 3 weeks is phenomenal there were sandwiches they were salads things were. The only thing I needed to make my meal complete with mayonnaise and she went above and beyond for that she went behind the kind of getting the big jug to fill up mayonnaise container for me because there was no more packs she is awesome so once again I will stop going to other Krogers and start going to my Kroger again I am so happy yall did this great job I wish I could say her name it was WeAnka yall know who Im talking about shes only been with you 2 or 3 weeks and shes the manager over in Deli she is awesome make sure you keep her I feel like shes going to move my storage to the right direction
It doesnt matter if you spend $1200 a month to feed your large family every month at THIS kroger...you will bag your $200 worth of groceries every single time. The manager doesnt care even after youve expressed it to him. Their employees will walk by, see you bagging and look at you like youve got it so why step in to help...its only their JOB. Its like being punished for spending your hard earned money at their store. Spend the extra 10 minutes and drive to georgetown or brookhaven...or for that matter, just go to publix.
Dont plan on asking for help older lady running self check out at night will not sell you condoms ( claims she doesnt have a key ). Shes been using this excuse for 3 months now and the bad thing is if you ask one of the stock working most of the time they will help you locate the key. Shes one of the laziest employees Ive ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and Go To PUBLIX!
The ladies bathroom was absolutely disgusting and the form for checking off when it has las Bren cleaned us blank. I told a manager and he said he would see about but as I was checking out a group of employees were just messing around at the coin machine. I was so unimpressed!!!
I give the store five stars BUT the lady at the self check out (on November 8th at at 10:00pm was very RUDE and not very helpful and she was talking to a other employee who was off the clock. If that was me when I worked for Kroger back in Denver Co. We would have gotten fired!! I hope Kroger starts getting on there employees here in Atlanta because they need a attitude adjustment and start being nice to the customers!!P.S. please Kroger let me know if you are taking care of this matter please.
All krogers blow. I dont understand how they can even compete with publix. Having ties with both companies i can state for a fact kroger is substantially dirtier and less focused on customer experience. Its not even complicated examples like getting rid of the boxes on the shelves and in the freezers. That causes a serious oder that people somehow ignore. I guess i just dont get it.
I been shopping at this kroger for the past 15 years or more and its still one of my favorites to shop at whenever Im in that area.I love that it has everything I need far as organic products and always been 24)hours, I believe one the few Kroger Storesthats open all night. So if youre looking for a kroger to shop at late at night cone to the Chamblee Tucker location near Mercer University.
Aisles are always blocked with items to be shelved yet they are out of items for weeks at a time. Dirty inside and out. Most of the employees act as if there are no customers in the store. I hope for attitude and procedure changes if they ever get the new store built.
They lock the doors and put up barriers early in the evening and then take them down late in the morning.. Wal*Mart Neighborhood Market has opened up right down the street- will never shop here again.. and its right across the street from me.. shelves are clutered staff is unfriendly.. layout of the store is like a mental patient smoking crack laid out the products.. AVOID THIS PLACE!
They were so rude, Instead of them actually taking the time to help me they failed to and they all seem to act like they did not know what they were doing there customer service line was so long the lady was nice at customer service but I can tell she was under pressure because she had no help .. never ever will they get my money

2022-04-03Terrible store. They made it all fancy and shiny, but they’re constantly out of stock on multiple things every time I shop here. I’m talking common items, nothing obscure. The security people at the front of the store are unfriendly and uninviting. They glare at anyone who isn’t white and wearing business professional clothing.Speaking of, the incredible lengths this store goes to in the name of security is clearly because of the POC population that lives around it. They aren’t even trying to hide it.What finally set me off though is in the photo I’ve attached. I went to shop for some frozen vegetarian goodies and an employee has clearly filled the case below the “vegetarian” sign with pork sausage. It not only feels malicious towards vegetarians/vegans, but also feels malicious towards religions that might avoid pork (and might also lean towards vegetarianism).I only shop here when I’m desperate. Buford Highway Farmer’s Market isn’t far away and is far superior in terms of produce. Shop there instead if you’re able.

2022-03-04Today was a good day at Krogers at 3559 Chamblee Tucker Road. I even found some good deals. I found Kroger ground beef for $1.99, Banana 49 cent a pound And a bag of salad for 99 cent. Self Check out was easy no coupon needed. The self check out cashier was very nice, the store was clean inside and out.

2021-02-21This is a newer Kroger. It is very nice and clean on the inside. The individuals working seems to also be very helpful. I like the open concepts. I also enjoy the size. I didn’t feel like I had to walk a football field to get what I needed. I don’t live here but I should be back.

2022-05-17Today when I came Kroger corporate seemed to be quizzing the pharmacy employees. I get the need to make sure everyone knows proper procedures and so on but this quizzing was clearly taking the staff away from tending to customers. Myself and a few others had to wait a good bit longer than normal because the staff were being distracted by the corporate man. This is nothing against the staff themselves, I’ve been here plenty of times and they have always been great. Let me make it very clear that Kroger management was the issue here. Training and quizzing needs to take place after hours and the employees need to be paid for it as well as making sure it doesn’t conflict with their outside of work responsibilities. It is very much not a good look for Kroger to be doing this in front of customers as they are slowing down the process and coming off as overly harsh on their staff.

2022-06-14So Ive visited this location on several occasions but 6/13/2022 my visit here I was not in a hurry. So I really had time to go up every aisle and soak in this visit. Im still learning the store so things were somewhat hard to locate. But that isnt what this review is about. I really wanted to give a shout out to the store over all but mainly to the Associate that assisted me Christian. His customer service was top tier and smiled the entire time of our interaction, I needed assistance a few times and he never made me feel as if I was bothering him. I went through the self check out and he even asked if Id like him to bag my groceries. I did decline, not even 5 mins later another associate asked if I needed assistance with bagging and I declined again. That screamed that they are very attentive here. Also I would like to state that even the surrounding employees were very friendly upbeat and smiling in their dealings with their customers.I can honestly say this is my first time in every bit of 10 years that Ive been in a Krogers and the employees looked as if they WANTED to be there! Customer Service just isnt what it use to be unfortunately, so I do appreciate when I receive GREAT customer service! Christian most definitely gave me that!! And he is to be commended!!

2022-06-07I refuse to shop at this store anymore! Your deli is contaminated with salmonella bc I can’t eat from it without getting food poisoning; Your fruit is often rotten and moldy. Your electric carts are hardly ever charged. Your gas pumps are inaccurate costing me $10-20 more! Your staff can be helpful thankfully, otherwise this store is waisted money that could of helped the community… 😢

2021-02-24I just recently moved out to this area and boy did I realize what I have been missing out on! This Kroger is so beautiful. It’s always SUPER neat, organized, the staff is very friendly and always on point. I mostly love it because they are never out of products and they have EVERYTHING you need including Aquafina water (this is the first Kroger that I’ve seen who has this.) I think it’s safe to put this Kroger location up there with Publix.YES!! It is THAT nice lol! I most definitely recommend this to be your grocery store home!

2022-04-29Came inI’m a regular on tank exchangesAllways at self checkout there’s a nice young lady who does the exchange for meToday on 04/29/2022 I walk in and a security guard tells me you can’t bring tank in I was confused as to why(didn’t know policy) so I asked “why? I usually do”He said “you can’t”so I went out to leave it in cart and ask him “here?”He ignores me so I speak louder and he says “yes” so I respected that no issue I go in to cashier self checkout and ask if I can be charged tank exchange which is the usual I do same time and day all the time and he said “customer service”I asked him “how come”again I didn’t know it had to be done thru there because the usual is at self checkout for me with this young lady so he tells me rudely”I’m here! I can’t go over there” And I stared and said “ok thank you”I went to exchange at self checkout and as I was leaving I was looking down at floor and security guy looks at me mockingly and laughs so I stare confused as to if it’s towards me? Than he speaks and laughs at me saying “you good? I said yes are you?” He laughs at me again and says something like I have an issue? I was like what? I was so confused I wasn’t aware there was an issue with him at all I report it to manager but it seems like this is a behavior the security guard is used to doing and is never corrected off of.I honestly feel like they need to be a lot more up skill and professional towards customersBecause given the circumstances if tables were turned and it was them being treated this way they wouldn’t like it
