Kroger Marketplace in other cities:
Poor, rude management and customer service desk associates. If you need to return something, they will lie and find every excuse in the book for you not to return it regardless of Krogers OFFICIAL return policy. First told me that I couldnt return item (an unopened/sealed container of coffee) because the purchase had to be within 2 weeks, then told me that since I purchased it from another Kroger store and not theirs, they could not return it, regardless of the item being in their store. Dealt with Anissa and Steven. Also, lines were extremely long and instead of available associates and managers getting on a register to get the lines down, theyll hide or walk around looking fake busy.
I went to Kroger today because it was a bit closer vs Walmart / Aldi’s and I was in rush. I only needed a few items. Geezs I just don’t understand why people shop there? Prices are 30 to 40% plus more expensive. For example; same size avocados are $1.99 per. At Walmart they run about .78. Even slightly cheaper at Aldi’s. Tomatoes; bananas, chocolates all higher.I acknowledge the store’s presentation is more attractive and they do have some more items; but most of the basics and many other items are available at Walmart; lessor at Aldi’s. Bottom line; I want to have more money in my pocket when I leave the grocery store.
Come in at 8:15 in the morning and one side of self check has 3 of 6 on line down the aisle. One regular lane open and again line going down the aisle. Other side with lots of self check and not one open. Go to customer service and not very helpful. This is when as customers we should see a manager up front. Love this store but today probably the worst
The staff are always friendly and helpful. Though this Kroger can be a hit or miss for me. They either have what I need or not at all so sometimes its not as consistent as I like. I have ordered items online for pick up and arrived only to find the wrong vegetable or bad produce. They seem to always be out of stock or stocking up. I guess because of high demand or short-staff.The Pharmacy can also be hit or miss. Id like to see more sensitivity to the needs of others, attention to detail and genuine care especially from counselors. Most of my interactions are very quick and professional. Ive also noticed a shorter wait in the outside pick up line so kudos for that.Ive had good experiences at the clinic although it can be tedious to understand how their prices work with health insurance. The Starbucks keeps a long line, never have my flavors, but they are always friendly and usually quick to get your order out.Sundays seem to be the busiest time of all. One day there were at least 15 people in each line including self-checkout. I really hope they re-examine this and allow more open manned registers.All-in-all I just wish for more attention to detail (pharmacy and pick-up), consistent shelf stocking (before I arrive to shop so were not in eachothers space); and allow more open cash registers.Id like for it to stay an option to check yourself out because I know some handi-capped and some elderly people have difficulty. Please fix the broken sign by the road and keep up the good work!
Went in to get a refund on an unused item that was bought in this store.. wasted 42 minutes of my time just to be told they can’t refund my money.. i could have been told that right off the bat!.... terrible customer service!... I spend 1000’s in this store!.. they just lost a customer over $25
Walking up to an empty lane from another lane and the clerk tell me i have to wait because she is trying to shorten the other line. Lady. I just came from another line. No sir you can’t cut in front of them. But you will let them cut me!? Ok. Get some better employees.
Dont order grocery delivery through Kroger. They use Instacart. When Instacart screws up delivering to lord knows where you will get no help from Instacart or Kroger. I spoke to Instacart first who said they could refund the money in 7-10 business days. I asked to speak to a manager, they then transferred me to Kroger customer support. They admitted fault and said that it was unfortunate and gave me a $20 store credit, but my refund wouldnt be for 7-10 days. I asked to speak to a manager who then offered me the same $20 store credit. He said it wouldnt be possible to redeliver my food and it isnt possible to get a refund faster than 7-10 days. It must be nice to not live paycheck to paycheck and have to budget for groceries. I spent my entire grocery budget on this instacart/Kroger order which should have gotten us through the next 4 days. Now I have no way to go repurchase my groceries and Im not sure what our family is going to eat for the next few days. They made sure to tell me that they have trained my delivery driver over the phone about customers not answering the door and marking orders complete like that helps me feed my children. This Kroger already has terrible customer service and never has a very good inventory. They are more worried about herding as many people through the doors as they can, they are losing a lot of business and it is warranted. I can go to Walmart and get terrible customer service, good thing Publix is right down the street. From now on Ill drive the extra distance to Publix.
Went to Kroger at my usual time around midnight because there is few people shopping and I have a service dog to help with my anxiety and seizures. But now the geniuses over the company have the store hours cut back to 11 pm. The outside chance that there are few people in the store in the morning when they are open is about the only option I have of getting my items. Outside of never being able to find an employee who can help me with a question, Ive had people people hit my K9 with their bugees on several occasions.
Customer service at Kroger on Hwy 96 is the WORST! Yesterday, all of the checkout lines were long.(I overheard someone say that they were short two cashiers.) There were two customers in line behind me -- one man and a woman in a motorized cart. The cashier told the man behind me that he was the last person she was going to check out because her line was closing. When the woman in the motorized cart didnt leave the line the cashier began complaining to the bagger and the current customer that it was time for her break and she was leaving after she checked the man behind me out. I wasnt in a rush to get out of the store, so I told the woman in the motorized cart that she could have my place in line. The man behind me said that was okay with him, so I left and went to the end of a different line. When the current customer left, SO DID THE CASHIER! When I saw that the cashier was gone I went to speak to the manager, who told me that she was also on break(!!) I said that I wanted to tell her about what had happened in the checkout line. When I finished the replay all the manager said was, Ill talk to her. She didnt even go make sure that the two abandoned customers were checked out! Choose Publix.
Pharmacy is dreadful. Never has prescription ready as indicated. Use phone prompts for refill, but hardly works. Only getting 60 day prescription fill, but having to pay for 90 day refill. If it was a true 90 day fill on insurance there would be an error for refill too soon. No communication to me about issues. Lets just let the insulin dependent diabetic have no information. No wonder people have issues controlling their disease process. Knowledge is power. Come on people.
Management does not comply with WIC. WIC site states that getting two 1/2 gallon milk is acceptable in the event there are no whole gallons and they never have it in stock. Also, false posting of WIC items - just because there is a WIC sticker on the barcode doesnt mean it actually works. I left my entire cart and went elsewhere. Thanks for wasting my time Kroger Management.
This store is clean and well stocked. The staff has always been kind and helpful. They have clothes for men, women, and kids. They also have plus size clothes available. The have great shoes, but sometimes finding the correct size is hard. You should download there app and use the coupons recommended on the labels of food. Also the points for gas is amazing!
Do not order and pick up they can’t get and order correct to save their life. Last 3 visits was a disaster took them over an hour to get my groceries out to me after my appointment pick up time. During my recent attempt one of the issues they substituted cherry pie filling for apple and completely forgot 12 ears of corn.
I give 1 star. Would give zero, but the young man that is working by himself was very honest and apologetic about the fact that he was doing the best he could. My order was for 5-6. Drove to Kroger and while waiting recieved a text that my order would be late and to come back 6-7. I waited in the pick-up spot 1 hour. No fault of the single overworked employee. I wish I would have caught his name because he was an absolute gentleman and professional. Shame on management to allow this. I understand times are different and even getting someone to come to work is a challenge, but you should not take these orders if you do not have the manpower to handle them. Thanks again to the young man fullfiling these orders. Much respect to you. Management should look into hiring this kid as a manager. Very straightforward, hard working, and apologetic. Thursday evening. May 20th 2021. The dude working needs a raise or promotion.
I had placed an order for Kroger pick up for Monday, they said my order wasn’t ready and there were numerous cars waiting for groceries. The next day I go again with numerous cars waiting. I waited two hours for groceries for them to bring me the wrong items and not notifying me of items they did not have. First time was great, second time not so much.
Pharmacy is absolutely terrible. Waited over 2 hours for an antibiotic to be filled. Stood at pick up where I was ignored then when my 2 year old could no longer stand it. Went through the drive through. Waited almost 10 minutes before we were acknowledged and now 15 minutes later and 5 cars behind us we are still waiting.
This store has got everything but the bar that’s open from noon til 7:30 is awesome! There is a 3 drink maximum and serves a great variety of beer and wine. The prices are great. We had a fun tray of wine that allows you to sample 4 fun choices like Apple Pie which was great. Thanks bartender Bryan for helping us choose. He’s very knowledgeable about the variety of wines and beer.
They ruined this store the second they had an idea to put a bar in a market, first of all.Other than that, they barely ever have any registers open and seemingly expect you to check out at self checkout so they dont actually have to have employees do their own jobs. Most of the staff are nice, but running a business is not just about having nice people around who seem to not be trained properly anyway. The store is clean, but highly overcrowded.
Ive never seen a Kroger like this. It has clothes, smaller electronics, kids toys, and a Starbucks inside. The store is very well kept and super clean. It feels almost like it just opened. The employees are knowledgeable, very polite and helpful. And theres always one close by if you need something. Very well staffed. If I had to give a complaint though, really the only super minor thing, is the intercom is used almost constantly. Every 30 seconds, so-and-so dial 2194, this person please come to produce. Nonstop almost. Maybe it was just a fluke when I was there. Overall though, this is one of the best grocery stores for miles.
I always shop Kroger in KY..very pleased in all aspects..today I went to 2 in GA..one in Perry. Small..not much of selection for what I purchase I.e.organic foods and veggies..the employee there suggested I go to this one Bonaire about 15 miles away. It was quite busy..only 2 checkout lanes were open with cashiers but ALL the self checkouts were busy and people left ..no one wanted to wait.. in the 2 lines at least 6 or more waiting..I asked for a register to be opened by a human ..I refuse to use self checkout so corporations can make more money but not hire someone in need of a job.. not like Kroger is going bankrupt or anything..I will start shopping this day forward at Publix..I am new to area..Kroger is more expensive also. I asked employee who does scheduling and was told Lily..she is pathetic because now I am an ex customer!!
If the population of a county exceedes 120k +....what legitimizes only having two active cashiers working checkout at 8:00 pm on a Monday evening?!?!? I understand opportunity costs of operating beyond 5:00 but lines of 10-15 deep?!?!? The ends dont justify the means.
I have reservations about this Kroger, but they have most of what I need. I love the clearance aisle! Sometimes the produce is very lacking, and they have an ok gluten free selection. The staff are in general not overly friendly, and i dont really like the fact that theres a bar in the grocery store, makes it seem like a trashy place. Not to mention, you drink and then drive home... dont think it was thought through too well..very disappointed. I dont care to shop here, but its close and affordable, so I do, but when I can, I shop else where.
We shop there all the time, there the only place that sells my favorite ice cream, but the people who work in all of the different areas, know there jobs, and if they cant find what youre looking for, then they will find the person who works in that department and they make sure that you are taking care of. Its just such a great place to shop, who likes to go grocery shopping right, but it just seems that you know that these folks are gunna make you feel good and make you smile. We love Our Kroger!
Everything about this Kroger marketplace is good. The Little Clinic staff is friendly, the service is fast. You can get the medicine at the pharmacy, and over the counter. The sales on seasonal items from attire to household are ongoing. The produce is fresh, the deli and bakery are excellent. Look for the yellow manager special tags for additional savings.
Kroger on highway 96 does a huge business because of location but the management needs to do a better job of inventory management. They are constantly out of stock of basic grocery items. Walmart grocery is better stocked. Kroger has some items that Walmart doesnt but if they are not better at inventory it is just a matter of time before Walmart takes the business.
Tried to return a propane tank which I originally got from them and was told they dont take them back and had zero help as to where to take the tank if you dont want swap one with them. Very poor service. Not the first time the manager here has been rude to me here. The cashiers here are always great however. Sorry to give two stars here because I usually love this Kroger. DISAPPOINTED ☹️😔
I shop here weekly and really enjoy the fresh meat and seafood dept., the antipasto bar, and the awesome home decor. The sushi is great also and all of the employees are very welcoming. I wish they had more Managers Specials but overall this is the on Kroger in a 30 mile radius that I approve of.
If there were negative numbered ratings Id use that. My husband and I typically do our grocery shopping at this Kroger on Friday night after dinner. Tonight when we finished our shopping, about 9:10, we could not find but one attended checkout line open and she informed us she was closing after her current customer. We went to self check where we waited our turn in line. Our kiosk was very unreliable, as were several in the section. One attendant, Jacob, was fabulous, but had more dissatisfied customers than one associate could possibly please. I went to find the manager who told me there were lanes open and there HAD been lanes open. I asked if he could sent someone else to the self serve area to help and I was told no. I admit I was frustrated, but he was argumentative and unhelpful. When we left there was one attended lane open, six self checkout lines filled, and 8 customers waiting to be served. Again, this was not midnight, but just after 9 when we started. We wont be back for a while. Publix will be glad to take our money Im sure.
Stop complaining psycho women. This is a great store. Always clean and stocked as best they can. The cashier ladies are always very friendly. The baggers guys are sometimes shy. Thats ok. Keep up the good work. The lead lady in the floral is rude sometimes. Shes young. Anitas the bomb.
Been shopping here for at least 10 years. Boy things sure have changed. Have always had pleasant shopping experiences until more recently. First of all, store looks great. Shelves stocked. Cashiers are friendly..mostly. They are a little overworked for lack of baggers. Have had to bag for myself many times even when wasnt supposed to be lifting because of my back. My big problem is with the ones in charge. The management if you can call them that. Extremely rude and hateful and really just dont care about the customers. We had a incident last weekend and I was honestly offended at how rude the whole service desk area people were. We spoke to the manager about their attitudes toward us and all we got was sorry. We were $500+ every other week customers. We will never step foot in this place again. What a shame we have to stop shopping somewhere we have loved going for so long just because of rude employees.
If you shop here often and exclusively their rewards are pretty good. The store is generally clean but sometimes their stock levels are not great. Sometimes it depends on the day, sometimes it takes them forever to get something in. UPDATE: I had originally given them 4 stars but I am updating my review because while they have added a lot of new things to the store, it seems like they are always out of stock of the things that I buy on a regular basis. I realize that COVID had changed a lot of things, but I can go down the street to Publix and they have what I am looking for, EVERY time. Also, beware of the dates on things! We have had food go bad the next day after buying because we just assumed that what we were buying was fresh. Additionally, their delivery shoppers are baffling at times. I ordered lemon juice and lemonade, or the time we ordered grass-fed butter and got a huge tub of margarine.
I love this grocery store. The staff is friendly and helpful, they have so many interesting items in stock, and I can always get free samples when Im there. I shop here pretty much every day, and look forward it. Buy the cheese at the special cheese section, it is far superior to the prepackaged, processed stuff.
This place is heaven! The employees are always super friendly and the store is always clean. My grandmother asked what I wanted for Christmas, I told her a gift card to kroger. I can get toothpaste, clothes and even some of the best sushi around! All my friends that live out of town are jealous when I tell them about this place!
I am a frequent user of the Kroger Pick-up option for this location and have never had an issue until today. I requested the time between 6-7pm and arrived a little early and proceeded to fall in line behind the other cars that were already there. After about 30minutes of waiting and me finally being next in line, an employee comes out to tell me I need to move my car because the line starts on the other side of the building. I stated to her “so I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes and you want me to get behind the people that just got here” and she said that’s what my boss said and thats how it’s always been. As I stated before I’ve never had this problem and there are no signs stating such information. I did not go to the back of the line, i backed my car in front of the other car to make it on the other side of the line as I was rightfully next in line and the other car understood. They proceeded to serve everyone else who came after me first (including those who got in line after me). Once the associate got to me she didnt ask me if I had any coupons, or suggest if there were any substitutions etc as they normally do. She tossed my reciept in the window and said have a great day. Needless to say as a loyal customer who was treated this way, that I will never shop here again.
Always a good shopping experience. I went looking for a Lego set for my son for Christmas that wasnt at any other store nor was in stock online at Amazon, but Kroger had it. They have everything here, even a jewelry counter. The staff is always friendly and the facility is always clean.
Just wasted 20 minutes trying to get checked out at a cash register with only a small buggy of $100 worth of groceries. Just my luck the scale to weigh produce wasn’t working which seems they already knew of this problem. Had to reload everything in the buggy go to another register which was locked and had to wait forever for someone to come with a key. If I didn’t need the stuff I just spent all this time trying to find in this giant size grocery store I would’ve left it here and walked away.
If I could I’d give 0 stars. I bought flip flops in May. I hadn’t even worn them once and asked if I could return them the next day. I was told to wait until the fall as they weren’t accepting returns due to Covid. I called anyway again in July to return them and was told the same thing. I called again on November 8th. Again I was told that due to Covid they weren’t accepting return. Tonight I call and the customer service manager tells me that there’s no way I’ve been calling customer service. As I understand she’s called me a liar. Because I have called customer service several times. Their answer now is that it’s been too long since my purchase to return the flip flops. I think that’s silly. And I got screwed
Always clean and friendly. Would get a five star except for the fact that they sell out quick of the weekly sales items a lot even on the first day or they didnt get the item or you travel 25 miles home and realize you didnt get the deal that the sign said. I realize you have to pay attention but when your buying over 80 to 90 items you miss one here or there.
I go here about once a month. Its on my way to a clients location. Its just a big grocery store. The staff isnt over friendly, but I disagree with them being rude. They are just people. And they arent required to hire you, and is no reason for a bad review. The close out section is still one of my favorite places in these stores, and this one is no exception. Try the sushi here too... I think its better than some of their other stores.
We are very thankful, blessed to have a 5 STAR Grocery store in Middle Georgia such as Kroger Marketplace. However, all of the Kroger grocery stores are well stocked for your needs. If you want fresh vegetables then you must come to the Kroger Marketplace.Kroger have a large variety of fruit, vegetables to include frozen vegetables also and much, much more. The grocery store stays well stocked 24 hours a day. Heres the deal, once you purchase a hundred dollars of groceries and you have a Kroger card, you will receive one hundred points towards ten percent, (10%) off of your gasoline purchase. Check it out, the Kroger card automatically gives you three percent, (3%)off of your gasoline purchases every day, all day. Ok, one thing I know, we have to eat to live. Therefore, we have chosen Kroger for all of our grocery needs. Harold
My latest visit to Kroger was very poor. I only had 3 items to checkout and to my surprise there were only 4 cashiers working and there were lines of people at every register. Even the self-checkout isles were full and two of those were not in use because they were closed. This was on Saturday night about 7:30 pm. It took me 30 minutes to checkout and leave the store. Apparently not enough people were working last night.
I love the store part of this location. But i was there primarily for the pharmacy. I was so disappointed in the amount of time it took to fill my kids prescriptions. The people behind the counter have no respect for your time. The lady took a 15min break, and the young kid took a 15min break. I was waiting over an hour. I plan to change pharmacies.0
This place used to be great until they upgraded. They are now a wannabe-walmart and with all the extra space you would think would widen the isles. Its impossible for 2 of their largest grocery carts to go down the isles so if you run into someone else using the big carts, Good Luck! May the odds ever be in your favor! They got rid of the best shopping carts for kids and got these dinky ones you can barely do any grocery shopping in. The old carts were left outside and treated like poop so they got nasty and thrown away. The manager told me he was going to find me a kid friendly shopping cart, 2 hours later when I was done with my shopping he never showed. Guess he didnt care to much about having me as a return customer. They do not take care of their stuff here. They only thing this place has going for themselves is the sushi guy and their free cookies for kids. The sushi guy is very honest about the products he uses and puts out. I asked if he made the dumplings and unfortunately they DONT. This place is always clean but anything refrigerated please check your expiration date. I ALWAYS have several things to take back because it expired. Examples: Yogurt, Butter, Cheese, meat, sour cream. Once i filled a whole grocery cart with expired yogurt and told one of the employees to get rid of it. I used to love love love this place but now it is not the same.
Easily the best grocery store in town. The staff are great, the selection is better than the others and theres never an issue finding what you need. If you like friendly, helpful staff at the businesses you frequent, then this is where you should be going for you groceries.
I went to Krogers today located on Highway 96. They have the Smithfields bacon on sale for $2.99, regularly priced at $5.49. The sale ends today. When when I scanned it at the self checkout using my Krogers Plus card, it rang up $3.99. Due to the long lines, I paid the bill and went to the customer service desk. The cashier acted as if I was bothering her. She asked if I used the digital coupon. I said no and she said thats why you didnt get the discount. Not once did she bother to explain what she meant by a digital coupon. Because of her detached attitude I didnt feel comfortable with asking her questions, so I left the store.I left without the discount but came back after my sister explained to me about how to obtain it. I ended up being waited on by the same cold person. I told her that I downloaded the app but didnt know how to use it. She offered absolutely no assistance. I had to figure it out on the spot. She acted as if giving me the sale price would somehow impact her pay check. Now I remembered why I stopped shopping there, the customer service sucks.FYI, double check with your receipt. Another item I purchased was advertised as being on sale and it rang up the full price. When I told the worker on the floor she told me she couldnt leave the front to go check. She was able to find someone else to do a price check. I showed him the sale sign. He told the cashier and she acted as if she didnt believe him. It was ridiculous. Besides dealing with all of their crazy coupons and advertisments, you still have to jump through hoops and put up with sales staff who act as if theyre doing you a personal favor. Ill just stick with Publix and Walmart. Publix is 100% more friendlier and Walmart is much cheaper.
I would like to thank 2ladies. Linda D and Shawna that work in the pharmacy and the nurse Amanda who came to my aid Monday morning April 13 They all went above and beyond to make sure I was feeling better and that I made it home safely I truly appreciate all they did for me!! Bless you ladies and Kroger for having such caring employees Darlene Koske
I absolutely love this grocery store and I think that this particular location is the best one over all the other locations. It is my most fav grocery store. And i usually am not the one that gets enthused to go to a grocery store or gets excited any at all about going grocery shopping(actually I always dread it). But I do actually like going to Kroger, and for many reasons. They have great customer service at the front desk as well as the casheirs being helpful to get your grocery shopping done in a surprisingly timely manner, and even the stockers that work late at night are helpful by noticing u looking for a particular item, by nicely# asking you what it is that u are looking for and immidiatly points you to the correct exact location. This particular location even had a few things that were a plus that I didnt even know they had/did until last night, like they had a kiosk that buys any cell phones you no longer use anymore, they also had another kiosk that buys your giftcards for a tad more than 50 % of its worth that you dont want, plus I didnt know about the great selection of hair care( they even have a great selection of hard to find unique salon hair care), they even had clothes( really nice clothes and a bigger selection than most little fashion stores that are in the galleria mall), their prices on all their really high quality merchandise are so low they cant be beat by any of their competitors, and they have the hugest selection of fresh fruits and veggies(that are top quality) among all the other foods they have, it was amazing to see such a grocery store. Actually I dont think grocery store accurately describes Kroger, cause its more than just a grocery store, its even more than a one stop shop. TO SUM IT UP: THEY ARE YOUR ONE STOP SHOP PLUS MORE....AND MORE AND MORE.
A lot of vegetables I have purchased have been bad. The service at the deli is slow and unfriendly. The help at the self check out is friendly and helpful. Store is clean but getting to crowed with displays. On a whole a good store but since the store went bigger it is a hassle to go there
By far my most favorite Krogers location. Very nice, well kept, well lit, well staffed, and most importantly well stocked. Ive been to a few other Krogers locations in my area and none of them compare. Theres just something about this particular one that rings upscale and fancy. To be honest its also located in one of the more higher income areas, so its not surprising that the store presents itself to a higher standard. Im always pleased when I shop here and will definitely make the farther drive every time because its worth it. Visit the store for yourself and youll see what Im talking about.
I like getting the 50 fuel points when getting my prescriptions at Kroger. Every little bit helps, especially when living on a fixed income. So, I go to Kroger on Hwy 96 so I can go through the drive thru. At first I had to get used to going to a grocery store for my meds. But now I always check to see which meds are ready after they send me a notification that a prescription is ready. The auto refill works great and they just send me a text to my phone. I rarely have to wait very long any more. And if so, I go shopping and then come back and its ready. It works great!
I used to like coming to this grocery store. It was close and had fresh produce. Now they have an intercom system so loud you tend to forget your own name. I dont go in a grocery store to hear Fred Myers scream at me to buy jewelry. The place sounds like Sams club. They dont do this at the other Kroger in town. I;ll probably go there.
Lady at money service need training. She was rude, didnt know where money order paper was and stated she didnt know how to load it so I couldnt get money order. Also she refused to cash my government check she said only payroll check, but Ive cashed my check there before.
The experiences at Kroger are getting worse and worse. The employees are often fighting among themselves that the registers no one likes it there, everyone is complaining its a very uncomfortable place to shop. I have purchased many Visa cards with my checking account there and today it would not take my check. Im going back to Publix and Im not going to shop at Kroger ever again. The people at Starbucks are the only friendly people in your store.
This store is very close to home so I occasionally stop in for just a few items. Literally everytime I stop there and pick up an item, I have to check the expiration date. Ive returned items that were expired and still find those same items expired on the shelf. Most recently, I picked up Simple Truth lunch meat and the first 5, yes 5 packages had expired two months prior. I check the stock to the right of it and same thing. I moved on and saw an employee stocking yogurt and told him what I found and he seemed concerned. Then I picked up one of the yogurt he was sticking and it was expired too. Ive had the same issue in produce too.
Best grocery store in Middle Georgia. Wide selection of clean, whole and organic foods. Also good selection of keto snacks. They are super friendly. Paul is the guy you need if you have a big grocery haul. Excellent bagging of mixed and fragile products. Houseware and decor, Deli, Butcher and seafood, Clinic and Pharmacy, Toys, Office supplies, Sushi, Cheese, charcuterie and antipasto, Starbucks and Wine/Beer bar. Huge selection of organic, non-GMO food brands. Local products are also carried.
Always seem to have a hard time finding what I need. The grocery area is organized in an odd manner. Also, they are frequently sold out of what is usually always in stock at other stores (eg, Totinos three cheese pizza). And they let that obnoxious Blue Buffalo pet food rep stalk and harrass customers in the pet aisle. She claims your dog will get cancer and die unless they eat Blue Buffalo. She cant/wont cite any peer reviewed studies, though.
I used to buy three . Or more Caramel Macciato Nestles creamers every week. Now, you Never have them and the label is off the shelf. Why? Youre making me spend more time at Publix. Again, why did you stop carrying it. The manager said he would get it in, but hasnt after over o month.
When I called to see if they had a product they put me on hold for several minutes. When I called back I asked if they found it yet and the lady laughed at me like I was making things up. They also seem to ALWAYS sell either busted or expired kombucha.Update: 5 years after this review their employees are still garbage
Awsome great place to get groceries would highly recommend it to everyone great on staff pharmacy and doctor as well service in all specialty departments are very very good from the bakery, meat and seafood and all the other ones as well great staff and also have a good selection on babies and kids cloths and medicines as well as adults could go on and on to cut it short great place all around dont change a thing and keep up the great work
Jennifer, which is either a manager or admin. assistant is unprofessional, sexist, rude and possibly racist. If you cross her path weather you are shopping or trying to get a job BEWARE. Unfortunately this one employee ruined the entire store. She needs to be fired. I advice you to shop elsewhere.
The lower management employees are Clicked up, they release employees without word, or their side of the story, the Bakery is Very disorganized and wasteful. Johnnie Tippon and Jackie Meeks are horrible managers. They blame emoyees for their shortcomings and lack of experience. They are unprofessional as well..Was also embarrassed in the way they seperated job. Other than that great variety, and sales,
I have never been treated so rudely by management, Frank Wilder. I was called out of my name using B****es and bad body, also belittled. I was called back after trying to get his first name and told you to go play in traffic! This is not how management act. I was called poor because I was so Edgar to get a western union that was sent to me, and headquarters are saying its my word against his because he didnt admit to it. Did you all really think he would?

2022-02-12Like many grocery stores supply chain issues are keeping a lot of the shelves empty of product (see pictures). Several items like regular bran cereal can be a hit or miss item. This store has a bar for patrons. What a novelity. Have a drink or two while your spouse shops. The store is clean. The meat, dairy and fresh produce departments were well stocked.Today while checking out we were standing in line. The clerk turned off her station light and told a customer to tell us that we would have to get in another line. We were in line well before the light was extiguished. Once you are in line this should never happen, and the clerk should not have directed another customer to give us these instructions, hence the three star rating rather than a five star rating. We will be back simply because Kroger is our go to store.

2022-05-13Its a great shopping experience like the Watson Kroger, however its a bit too big. Its almost like shopping at a Walmart as they sell clothes, toys, and many other things that arent normally sold at a grocery store. They also have grocery pickup in the back of the store.

2022-05-09Store has huge variety from fresh sushi to shoes. Everything in between. I questioned someone working in deli/cheese area about a product normally found in that area and he did not know. Only 2 front employees were working at 1030pm when checked out. Did ask both employees a question about another item that another location carries and neither knew the answer. ??? Anyway, the selection but employees were not very helpful. 😧

2022-04-29I had a terrible experience at Krogers located on hwy 96 Bonaire ,GeorgiaI had a few returns that I took back to the customer service desk today where I was Encountered by a rude girl named symone she stated to me , “if you don’t have a receipt I can’t return your items “ . After being told that I asked to speak with a manger because I have never heard of a customer not being able to return or exchange items without a recite . I waited for the store manger to come while I was waiting she was talking and telling the next customer about me which is very rude and disrespectful so I just listened and waited for the manger to come When the manger arrived I told him how symone was acting in regards to my returns. The manger told her to return my items and place it on a gift card, she then ignored me and took forever to give me the gift card , she was taking several customers that was behind me before she actually processed the gift card , I told her to please stop the rudeness and that she needs Prayer she told me “Fuck You and your Momma” , I then went to the self check out and told the worker to locate the store manger again so I could tell him what she said to me .He took his time coming out but when he did i told him what she did and said to me he then stated , “yes things escalated and that his mother is Dead to” I can’t believe she disrespected my mom that is not alive and that doesn’t have anything to do with this altercation that occurred, the disrespectful language symone used ,”fuck you and your momma” and she also stated for me not to return to that store location anymore , and when I reported it to the store manger he was not sympathetic about what had occurred at all , I didn’t even receive a apology he more so acted like he supported what was stated to me this is very disrespectful and unprofessional in my opinion the store manger Mr Mathis needs to be coached & symone needs to be terminated. No customer should ever be treated the way I was .

2019-12-24Jessi, one of the florists, was so professional and helpful when I went to inquire about flowers for my wedding. She took the time to sit with me and go over the style and type of bouquet I wanted. I was surprised at how great of an experience I had and how well the end products turned out as I had been to several florists that either were not very professional or wanted to charge an exorbitant price for half of I wanted. In the end I loved my flowers on my wedding day, it was just what I wanted and for a really great price. Everyone said that my flowers were so beautiful and looked like they came from a floral designer. If youre looking for flowers for a special occasion and dont want to spend a lot, I recommend asking for Jessi. I recommend going to her.

2021-12-31By far my favorite Kroger I have ever been to! I moved and the Krogers now dont compare to this one. Plenty of parking, always enough shopping carts, and well stocked shelves! Associates were friendly and store was always clean. Wish I could go back to this Kroger!

2022-02-22I love this store. They have great vegan alternatives and great fresh produce, way more than Walmart. Lots of options. Plus their prices actually beat Walmarts if you’re a member, because there are always sales and digital coupons you can use

2021-12-31I seriously doubt the bad reviewers are actually visiting this Kroger on Russell Parkway. We’ve been shopping there for over 20-years at all hours of the day and night. It’s a nice, well managed, store. It’s the oldest Kroger in Warner Robins so of course it’s going to look a little dingy. But it is run well and the employees have always very nice and accommodating.I guess some people just need to complain. And no, I don’t work there or know anyone that does.

2022-05-10My husband put a prescription in for 3 medications for me and was told I would get a text. After waiting several hours I called and all 3 prescriptions were ready for pick up and no one bother to text me to let me know! I was in the Emergency room last night diagnosed with severe acid reflux. I need my meds as soon as possible!
