This Kroger has the slowest pharmacy I have ever experienced. It has been a week now and my medications are still pending. Im very dissatisfied. Also, its so hard to get someone to answer the phone and when they do, theyre very rude.
I love grocery shopping at this store. The prices are fantastic. Produce is always fresh and a really large variety. There meats are fresh and priced well too. I like that they mail you coupons you actually can use! There digital coupons are fantastic as well. I very often find coupons attached to the products that are on sale that also have digital coupons AND you can use ALL 3!!! I find all my vitamins and medicine if needed. They have the most unique beautiful house decor. I look forward to the holiday’s and what I will find in the store. All the decor is unique and of good quality . From appliances, clothing, too household cleaning and wide variety of pet care you can find all you needs right here.Great prices and great quality.Oh before you go. Pick up some fresh flowers, stop in at Starbucks and treat yourself to the Bakery. Believe me you still saved money shopping here compared to the other’s in town. It’s all right there by the one exit. This is one of my favorite places to go….. Seriously 😊
Had several roaches crawling on my groceries at the check out😱 Need to get that problem fixed. Never had or do I want roaches at my house!

Kroger is great.We moved to Georgia 6 years ago and have always shop with Kroger. The pharmacy staff are great to work with also. The wait lines can be quiet long some times. Worth it to me tho.
Very poor customer service. I received rotten food and not even an offer to replace it or refund me. This is the response I received.
Came in to get a Covid shot for my daughter today and experience a very hostile pharmacy tech (Lola) . I asked what the issue was as Lola had an attitude, One you could clearly hear I have a voice and see demeanor. I asked what wrong in a polite manner. She informed me that she was just thrown over here and she was trying to figure things out. Lola had a very nasty and hostile attitude. I continued to speak to her in a respectful manner as my son was there and she continue to be very rude and aggressive. This is not what customer service is about. I will not return to shop or do anything else at this location. Lola, your behavior was unacceptable. You displayed an appropriate behavior in front of my young son and that is not acceptable. There was a lack of professionalism that we should of never had to experience
I get there early in the morning sometimes between 5 to 7 a.m. and get a wide selection of short-dated produce, dairy products, and meats. Shopping here in this way has reduced my food bill by a considerable amount and has increased my health because I am consuming more fresh vegetables than I would be otherwise.
I just want to thank whoever makes the sushi, i’m currently pregnant and i thought i would have to give it up, but they make grilled salmon rolls and they are amazing, so thank u for always having a wide variety of options!
I love the fact that I can pretty much go into this Kroger & buy everything that I am looking for & then some.The produce here is outstanding & I like the varieties they stock in produce.And the dairy dept is always stocked with my favorite yogurts & cottage cheese.This is a big store,maybe they need a map. But the only downfall is when I applied for work here on Indeed.com,I was told that I am not needed at this time.But having talked to several dept managers & stock clerks,they all said that this kroger is needing new stockers.
I don’t recommend using Clicklist at this location. They will say some of your items are not fulfilled due to inventory but when you go inside to check, the item is right there. What’s the purpose of offering this service if we have to come inside the store before we pick up our groceries? Not to mention it takes about the same amount of time for them to bring your groceries out to you. So might as well just go in and save time doing it yourself. At least you know you will get the items you came for.
Has dangerous parking lot and isnt very clean. Poor customer service. On a better note it does have a clothing and shoe departments, furniture, cleaning products and pet supplies as well as kitchen ware and small appliances. Has pharmacy with extremely poor customer service and ridiculous wait times.
I have not even been shopping at Kroger as much lately. We decided to go tonight. Two registers open. Long lines all the way to the isles. Had to use self check and that doesn’t work well. Can’t bag but so much there. Machine keeps saying bag the item and please put item back in bagging area and calling for help. Not sure how many times the lady had to come over and scan something so we could continue. Just open more registers!! For some reason the vitamins have been almost all gone since Covid. Do they not make vitamins because of the virus? Do they not ship them because of the virus? I don’t think more people are all of a sudden going to Kroger and buying up all the vitamins. I did shop always for them here. Now for a good while I can’t hardly find any of them. This store needs improvement!

The pharmacy is horrible they dont order medicine and they dont answer the phone or the voice message and they act horrible I been there a few times to pick up my mothers medicine and they never have it ready and they need better people or Im taking my business else where
The store is very large. While the non food section is disappointing and very much like the dollar store in its selection of goods, the good side is wonderful. Its higher prices than Walmart but the selection is far greater. The parking lot is large and easily accessible. The pharmacy has always been very busy on the times I have had occasion to use it. I think the chief strength is still the selection of products in the various food departments.
Worst experience in the Kroger sushi eating area Ive ever had. I paid for my Sushi, drink and moonpie at the Starbucks and sat down to eat, I was approach by the woman working in the sushi bar and told me I must pay for my food before eating. There were customers seated all around me and heard her. I WAS SO EMBARRASSED, Im treated like a criminal, she did not approach others who were eating sushi
Management hire rasist to work in the pharmacy and continued go allow her to keep her job even though she refused a young mentally challenged boy his medication so he can go to school. Said wed have to waiteven longer even though we had been waiting in the store for 3 hours. Plus she had the nerve to threaten to call the police because we started getting aggravated. Worst Kroger I have ever dealt with
I love this grocery store. It has so much more in it. It takes me over a hour to shop it when Im there. I usually stop by the Starbucks inside Kroger first. That way I can enjoy a cup while Im shopping. The meat department is fabulous. Great prices. Plus I can use my member card for even more discounts. I definitely recommend this place. God bless.
This place was very clean the employees were so friendly! Even though the store was really busy they still made time to answer your questions so you can get what you came for!
Wouldnt let me cash a check at 8 in the morning when the money services are open at in the morning and they wouldnt tell me why. Theyre never getting any money from me again. Publix is much better as far as customer service goes. If I wanted bad customer service I shouldve went to Walmart instead.
We came here to buy groceries for my daughters dorm. Very nice and clean store. We found everything we needed, no problem. The lady at the self check out was fun and a very cool employee.
Great crew on tonight. Helped me thats the kind of service that will seal the deal if everything else was equal.. And the thing that is encouraging is most of the employees were young, like say 18-25 but were friendly, and enjoying what they were doing. No it just standing around getting their hours....... Great job store manager...... You set the bar....

2022-03-30This place is a joke and the management is a poor excuse of one. They come in whenever they want to. I dropped my sons prescription off at 10am yesterday morning and it still is not ready. Why??? All the pill heads are getting there medicine why cant my child get his. I would not recommend anyone visiting this pharmacy they are the absolute worst.

2021-01-25Most off brand diapers my daughter hates, but kroger brand diapers are one of her favorite!kroger brand in general had alot of thought into it because you couldnt tell a difference in most kroger brand items and big name brand. Clean store, huge selection of things.

2022-01-08This store was renovated a while back. It was nice. As of 1/7/22 this same store has gone to 1star status. The Ladies restroom was nasty, dirty and destroyed. Their was BLOOD on the roll of tissue!!! Why? Because the cover of the tissue was missing. Apparently the management of the store are more worried about the employees not having a mask on (because it slipped of the poor girls face accidentally) then the actual CLEANLINESS for the store!!! I also found out that I was not the only person to see the BLOOD on the tissue because someone else complained the DAY BEFORE!!!

2021-12-05I shop here weekly. I much prefer this Kroger to do my shopping overall. My biggest frustration here is that the bathroom is disgusting and has been for the past few months. Only one stall will be open or useable at times and I often have to clean it as best I can before my daughter and I can use it. Not paper towels in the dispenser and typically only one container with soap. I also noticed they took the checklist proving when it had been cleaned last off of the door.

2022-03-16The ladies restroom is usually always nasty, dirty, lack of toilet tissue in some stalls, toilet tissue not on toilet rolls just horrible upkeep.Ive experienced partiality and discrimination in the customer service self checkout several times and I happen to be first needing assistance and the associate assisted the other customer who showed up after me. I try not to think it has to do with race or color of skin but discrimination does exist and its possible bc the customers that were assisted before me were white each time. Associate should be trained to make sure theyre being fair and watching the customer service area better to insure theres no discrimination going on. I may not even return because discrimination does matter and hurts people rather purposely or unintentionally. Gods Word say show love without partiality and to love your neighbor as yourself, do unto others as you would them do to you; I wish partiality didnt exist but racial discrimination and partiality does exist. Some people have the nerve to think its wrong for people to get angry but God also said be angry and sin not so its not a sin to be angry but not loving ones neighbor as one self and partiality is a wrong. Discrimination and partiality is a action that hurts others whither unintentionally or intentionally.I would return if it wasnt for those concerns but I can shop somewhere else if customer service is lacking in servicing customers properly.

2022-01-26This was the worst experience ever at Kroger! I will not shop at this Kroger again. We spent $350 , and not any good customer service at all. First of all, I began to load 10 items onto conveyor and noticed along with the cashier that everything was getting squished with the conveyor belt on. I figured she (Susanna) would turn it off while we loaded conveyor, but no she let us load almost everything before scanning the first item. Then no one was there to help bag $350 worth of groceries, except there was 2 coworkers that were kind enough to pick a couple of things off the floor that the cashier/conveyor belt threw onto floor and then they walked off. Btw not a “Hi or Hello or have a nice day” or nothing! Only a blank stare as she waited for us to bag all of our groceries, but did continue to ask for $350 payment! Horrible customer service and horrible management.

2022-02-11Jewel Grocery store and Kroger grocery store are owned by the same company and both do grocery store pick up. The Jewels has a team of employees so your in and out with complete social distancing but Kroger has a phone call in system that never registers the phone number and needs a verification code instead of talking to a person to verify your order.

2022-06-23I observed a lady and her son shopping in Kroger in Carrollton with a small puppy in the buggy. Management refused to consult with the lady. It is a Georgia law that no pets are allowed in a grocery store absolutely not in a shopping cart where food isis being placed.

2022-05-27If your using the automated refill system, be warned its NOT working and they know its not. I used it last night and told me to come in after 12 noon today. After wasting my time and gas they tell me I cant get it this soon. That told me the phone lines not working and didnt care I wasted my time because of it.
