Kroger in other cities:
I was homeless and cold on thanksgiving and like 4 cops swarmed me and followed me into the store...someone that was friends with the cashier said I could warm up at their apartments near the store. I think they poisoned me or something. my memory is kind of fuzzy after that. then I somehow ended up in jail. then they shipped me two hours away to a jail in the middle of no where. oh another wierd thing watch out for big rick. I was barefoot and he gave me some shoes with red pepper in them!
ABSOLUTELY NASTY STORE, LAZY STAFF THAT DOES NOT UNDERSTAND THEIR JOBS, and A MANAGER THAT ADMITTEDLY DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO SIMPLY RUN A CASH REGISTER AND THAT HAS A VERY VERY VERYYYYYYYYYYY NASTY NONCHALANT ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS in which I was not shocked when I saw other complaints here about the manager other than mine. I visited this location which is closest to my home on 7/22/21 and while at the customer service counter attempting to make a transaction the clerk because he did not know what he was doing basically lied to me about the process to make it seems as if my transaction was NOT PERMITTED, ONLY FOR ME TO GO TO ANOTHER KROGER AND THEY EXECUTED THE TRANSACTION FLAWLESSLY JUST MINS LATER!! When I shared with the other Kroger what the guy at this location said to me, they just all looked at each other and said “Ma’am we’re so sorry and we don’t understand why you were denied the execution of this type of transaction because all your doing is paying a bill”.Now here I am again today 7/24 at this same location and the customer service window now has a sign plastered on it and in green marker on the sign is that “CLOSED FOR 30 MINS!!” And yes the !! Marks were on the sign as well. Now mind you, there was no way for a customer to know what time 30 mins would run out because they didn’t bother putting the time they shut that area down so I stood there for 10 mins before asking the self checkout clerk to page someone to help. Although the sweetheart at self checkout paged someone to assist a customer in customer service, the manager never brought her nasty behind out to say the person was on break until I went back and asked to speak with the manager directly. The bathroom is SUPER YUCKY and not fit for customers. The nastiness of it has nothing to do with the customers but rather the conditions. This location needs a bunch of changes INCLUDING MANAGEMENT! Kroger I would strongly advise this place undergo a serious facelift and personnel change because you all are losing a lot of great customers
Im sure this is a unique situation but how they handled it shows a lot about their character. I got a pick up order and when I got home I noticed they charged me for my pick up plus a whole other order for over $100. I returned to kroger to calmly explain the difference and they said they would not refund my money even though they acknowledged the mistake. This is a company that does not take responsibility for their actions and the manager seemed to blame the person taking the order but never took reasonability herself. I would not recommend this kroger
I’m in town visiting my son who lives nearby. We shopped often at Kroger in our Michigan days.I know supply lines are difficult these days, but rhubarb shopping today was disappointing. Nasty looking rhubarb on the shelf, clerk said “manager said we might get more tomorrow” but product was still there when we left some time later. Yuk
The manager was very rude, and would not help me return an item. Trying to tell me that my phone number wasnt bringing up my Kroger card details. Ive use my same phone number five times a week for the last 6 years spending $300 to $400 a week on groceries, wine and gas, of course my phone number works I get coupons sent to my house, then tell me my name isnt in the system?? How can you tell me Im not a Kroger customer. Extremely frustrating as its a convenient store. I will definitely be spending my money elsewhere Publix is just as close to my house. Im disappointed because a customer shouldnt be look down on like I felt I was, she just didnt want to help.
Placed a pick up order on a Sunday, it was not ready until Tuesday. I arrived and called the number when I parked. The attendant said the order is not ready and will take at least 30 minutes. I decided to go back home and return later. I tried to give them plenty of time and came back an hour and a half later. I call the number to let them know I was back. It took another 20 minutes for the attendant to come out to the car.I was told that many of the items were not in stock. So I decided to go in the store (the whole point was to not go in during this pandemic). I found almost 3/4 of the items they said were not available!!!Not sure if I will do pick up service again, but the experience definitely put a dent in their rep. I also wrote a statement to the companys customer service and never received a response.
Been shopping here for years! it used to be amazing and the people they hired were the best and they always knew us. i think they recently have been getting a lot of new management and someone keeps hiring literal slacking teenagers which got on my nerves, i miss the old crew, and they remodeled which isn’t the best.
This place is the worst. Literally every time I go I have a terrible experience. It is so messy, stuff is everywhere in random places. It’s difficult to find anything. Spent 15 minutes looking for an item. Was not where it said it would be online. I couldn’t find anyone to help me locate the item. Once I did, I was rudely dismissed by two staff members who wouldn’t even let me ask my question because they were too “busy”. Will avoid this Kroger and now all Kroger’s at all costs.
Worst managed store ever. When they do find good people, they usually dont stay long. Constantly out of sale and regular items across the store. Produce is out of many things, especially in the morning. You have to check the expiration dates on everything, like cereal, and all other dry goods. Not just dairy products. Rather than hiring someone for loss prevention, they block doors and checkout isles in an effort to thwart shoplifting. Reporting them to the Fire Marshall today. Their checkout lines are almost always under staffed. The only redeeming feature I have found is the meat and seafood department. The ONLY reason I shop here is that they are very very close to my house.
Usually dont leave reviews but this place is nasty. Often the meat is incorrectly labeled for expire dates (stuff is bad days before date) and just came across brown figs that expired OCTOBER 2020.ITS MARCH 2021. Things look so nasty in the see through container idk how they leave those around. Place is ghetto
Not doing any shopping here or any other Kroger location again. They made a huge ordeal about my WIC vouchers not being in its correct folder, when the folder I had was WIC issued and contained my daughters full name. I presented my ID as well so they could see Im her father. Cashier had a hostile attitude with me. Never had issues with this at Walmart, Publix, or any other grocery store chain. Ive been coming to this location for 3 years, so needless to say I will be doing my shopping elsewhere.
I love this Kroger. The produce department is always organized and cleaned. It is also fully stocked which it helps when your are buying your groceries for the whole week and know you do not have to make another stop in a different food store.I love their customer service.Theyre so nice and make you feel homie.Ive been coming to this kroger for over 17 yrs and would not change it for anything.
Im seriously leery about returning to this once well known great community neighborhood Krogers. The middle aged female with stout braids to the back working the customer service/check cashing department during the morning hours of 12/9/2017 was unequivocally the rudest and most disrespectful team member that Ive ever encountered. Maybe she should consider counseling, some public relation courses or a job in the meat freezer away from customers. She actually had the audacity to tell me that shes perfect. I understand that no one wants to work in this inclement weather, but the customers paying her salary definitely dont deserve the abuse from her.Update 4/18/18My experiences have been a lot better with her, as well as my beloved neighborhood Kroger since my initial review.
Always able to get in and out. Their pharmacy personally are awesome. when I call and talk to Jill or go into the store and work with Jill, she is energetic and refreshing. Service at the pharmacy is fast. For groceries, it is easy to find everything. Produce is decent. Checkout is always quick. Self checkout available. Open 24 hours for grocery with self checkout.
My husband and I visited this Kroger because we were in the neighborhood and needed to swing in and grab a few things. That being said, if this is not your regular shopping store and you need to run in and grab a few quick items, dont do it. This is the worst laid out store I have ever seen. No rhyme or reason to the placement of items and we never did locate the sourcream. They might want to consider hiring a new merchandiser. We spent more time pacing the store looking for things than we saved by swinging in to this store. On a good note, prices are always great just like at every Kroger and the checkout lanes here were fast and efficient.
Less expensive than Publix even though most people think they are equally expensive. Atmosphere is not as good as Publix but beats paying an extra for everything. Also Kroger is unionized. Some think its a bad thing, some think its good. -1 star because the front door has two big signs saying This Entrance is Closed even though its the only way in and the other doors are actually locked. One might assume there is no way to enter, at all.
This store has really gone downhill. I went shopping there today, and had at least 10 items on my list that were out of stock. These are all items they normally carry - but the shelves were empty. The produce section continues to decline. All the avocados were rotten. The salad greens were spoiled. No potatoes on the shelf - literally zero potatoes.I was planning to purchase an item from the deli bar, but there were two employees discussing how long it had been since the food had been changed out and how gross that was. So I passed. The cashier was rude, and seemed like she was annoyed that I wanted to buy something. In fairness, Ive encountered many friendly employees there in the past. So I will chalk that up to a bad apple. The location is so convenient, but I will be shopping at Publix next week.
I finally had a chance to get to the grocery store with my 22mo old after a seriously long week at work. I walk up to checkout and put my groceries on the belt to pay as another individual is being checked out. As the customer in front of me leaves the clerk says to another employee I have to clock out. I’m standing there still with my lil one patiently as she walks away. The other employee says she will be right back. So a few minutes later she returns to explain she’s off the clock and she doesn’t know what to do. I’m confused at this point as I am thinking 1. I have a ticking time bomb sitting here and just want to pay for my groceries. 2. If you needed to be off the clock at a certain time why didn’t you turn your light off? So she proceeds to apologize that she won’t be ringing me up. My blood pressure is rising at this point however, I have a very impressionable child with me so I put my groceries back into the buggy and explain to the other employee I will let them take the time to put the groceries away that I spent 30 minutes getting. Another clerk was attempting to fix the “problem” the other employee caused but I had to get out so I wouldn’t say anything regrettable. I thanked her and said I would go to another grocery store that was managed better. To say the least I will never shop there again.
Need to use the customer service desk anywhere around a busy time? Prepare for a 30 minute wait. Want to have an actual human check you out anywhere around a busy time? Back of the line is that way, sir. I think this location is hard up for employees which is ridiculous, especially considering that probably half of their customers do the checkout work themselves. How about putting more than 1 person at the service desk during peak hours? How about paying for a couple more people to work the checkout lines. Inexcusable.
Easy to get in and out. Could be cleaner. Ive never been a fan of the Kroger store layout. One entrance is more like an exit as its right at the cash registers. So, when entering through it, you have to dodge everyone who is leaving. The other entrance, which has the larger corral of carts, has no hand baskets. Those are all the other one by the cash registers. Go figure.Always good deals if you use your Kroger card.I still prefer Aldi for groceries and some produce. Publix for produce. Kroger for the butcher counter.
The store is good but theres this one cashier who calls herself SoooGoood which doesnt reflect her personality at all, not a customer service oriented in any way. I decided to stop going to this store just so I dont have to see her or deal with her anymore. And I really dont know what management see in her to keep her there with the same awful personality and bad service all the time.
If you are high risk pregnant, have a preexisting condition and live with 90 year olds do no comeHere. Nichole in guest services will laugh in your face and tell you its not a big deal if people who work there are not wearing masks even when you tell her the aforementioned health conditions. And then walk off when your midsententence and help someone else. She (and hopefully not the whole store) thinks its a joke it you are around elderly or pregnant and are worried about implementing their store rules
I cannot thank Centennial Kroger enough for all that they have done for the stranded passengers during this 2014 Snow Event, my husband being one of them. What kindness they have shown....... Southern hospitality at its best! Family at home know that our loved ones are safe and warm. Kroger is even feeding them! GOD bless all of them. I am so grateful.
Produce always missing staple items and a lot of soft veggies. Meat dept is very limited ( had to go to Publix twice this week as this Kroger was out of simple meats) also pricey with no real sales but those butcher guys seem to be helpful. Publix beats them hands down. Their customer service is the absolute worst and thats my line in the sand. I was made to feel bothersome after a long wait and then told to wait while lottery customers were served from the rear of the line. The CS rep was rude and dishonest all in one visit! I will drive the extra 3 miles to another Kroger or Publix before giving one more dollar to the Kroger 3 blocks from my home. According to the local Nextdoor forum Im far from the only one who has the same issues with this store.
What kind I say but great, and fabulous, and its the best! I mean its beautiful clean the store associates are nice kind and very helpful! And when you need some help the store associates are very helpful, and they dont point they show you where the products are!The prices are absolutely fantabulous, and the products are well stocked! Also, the meats are a plenty and Im telling you the produce section is filled with all the fruits and vegetables you could ever want! Moreover, the milk and dairy is awesome and what a great variety of choices to choose from! Now if I could rate this store on a scale of 1-10 it would be a 1000 yep thats right and you should visit this store because just passing by the bakery makes you want to get something good it looks beautiful over there all the time! And between the deli and the cooked food omgosh who needs a restaurant? the deli has the best choices and selections, and the chef cooks so good in that cooked food section ohmygosh! And. The mashed potatoes are creamy the mac and cheese is down home cooked good and the string beans, honestly this is good eating hot and ready food!!!Most of all between the cooked food deli and the bakery, its a one stop shop and you dont have to make a reservation, to get Krogers great foodThe Cooked food chef is very kind and always pleasant and the food is always hot and well stocked and he serves with a smile!I love to shop here because the quality of this Krogers customer service always makes you want to come back again and again Thanks Krogers Corporate And Store Manager and Associates who continuously keep this store in tip top shape
This is my local Kroger, and always a disappointment. It is difficult to find foods without artificial ingredients. The customer service is terrible. It could be cleaner. The way it usually goes for me at this Kroger is that I cant find something I need ((because the store is laid out so counter-intuitively), and then there is no one around to ask where to find it, or if I do find someone to ask they are rude. I try back every now and then to see if things have improved, but no improvement so far.
This Kroger is right down the street from my house so of course I go here but I love it. The aisles make sense unlike other Krogers I have been to and the associates seem genuinely happy to be at their jobs so that says a lot about management and the way they are treating their employees.
I live right down the street from this Kroger and they have the friendliest staff. I go in there about twice per week and every time I am met with smiles. The atmosphere is always great and the facilities are always clean. If you visit there you will see what I mean.Great job staff!
Unbelievable! Friday night around 8 on December 7th, all I wanted to know was if they had one simple thing (fresh rosemary) before I drove up there since there last 2 grocery stores were out! The lady from produce didnt speak English and when I called back, the customer service lady said the produce people were gone for the day, so I asked if she could go check herself and she said no because Im fixing to go on break. Then I asked if she could get someone else to check like a bagger or cart person so she put the phone down and talked to someone and then the produce lady who didnt understand me got back on the phone and continued to ask me if I was Franchesca in the middle of me asking for fresh rosemary! WOW!
Nice Kroger with friendly people. This particular location is by my fathers home so I occasionally take him up there to do his grocery shopping. As with most Krogers, the price for almost all items is very competitive, especially for the Kroger brand food products. I will say that this location has a pharmacy and this is where my father fills his medication. There have been a few instances that my experience in dealing with the pharmacy staff has been less than pleasant. One of the technicians, whos name begins with the letter J, tends be a bit brash and at times just plain rude. Other then that, pretty good place to do your shopping. There is also a UPS store, a Great Clips hair cut establishment, and a Montereys Mexican restaurant nextdoor that serves up a good lunch for a reasonable price. π7
As I approached the lone cashier she told me she was closed. I asked which lane was open. She told me she didnt know but she was leaving. Someone else told me I could go to self checkout. I informed that person that I already had a job. So I left my items and found manager Bridget who didnt seem all that bothered by her lack of open registers so I left. Do ya think I will be back in this sub par store?
Overall, a decent Kroger. If youre going in to grab normal everyday groceries, youll be fine. Its easy to locate where all the items are, signs are posted clearly, and its a fairly clean store. The problems though, seem to be more than other grocery stores I go to, such as Publix. There tends to be an abundance of carts in the parking lot, the vegetables and fruit are simply NOT up to par of what Id expect from a grocery store, some of the workers tend to be high schoolers as well. Coming from someone who DID work here when in high school, which theres nothing wrong with in my book, theres some things that one simply needs to do which they dont. Half the time theyre on their phones, talking to each other, one looks rather like skrillex, which shouldnt really happen when at work. Youre there to work and look professional, even when youre a courtesy clerk.Back to the good things again, leaving off on a bad note sucks. The bakery area is FANTASTIC. The workers there are extremely helpful and friendly, the food tastes pretty damn good for its cost, and the managers special bakery goods are a great way to get breakfast for me and everyone else for cheap. The meats department is fairly decent, again, the workers are exemplary (one of them is still there who I worked with and was an awesome guy!). Overall, a 3/5 star. If youre there for fresh meat/fish/produce, youll do better at the farmers market, Aldis, or even publix. Anything else, and youre golden.
Ive moved to Roswell most recently around a year now an this store is by far the worst.I went in a few different times. This is what my wife an me saw. The first time was around 2 am on a Friday night. There was a really nice guy on register very friendly an helpful I asked him where something was an he told me exactly where it was. To the exact shelf mind you. I then went on to do some more shopping when I came across an older gentleman that just looked horrible like he just woke up an was angry throwing boxes around cussing. I kept on walking an did not talk to him. I got a few canned goods an then overheard him yelling at one of the other associates. I mean the guy was cussing his employee out like a dog. I felt so bad I just went to the other side of the store. I got over to the meat department and picked up a few things. When I got back up front I asked the cashier about the guy yelling an was informed he was the manager. I felt bad that the employees had to belittled like that. If your going to talk to you associates get off the floor an refrain from cussing. That was the first strike against them. I went back in a few more times over the year an on each occasions it was always something. Here is a short list of stuff i noticed.1. Carts all over the parking lot2. Management treating employees like crap at different time of the day.3. Very dirty shelves an a lot of bent ones.4. Product in the wrong spot. I cant even begin to tell you how many time Ive went in to get something an there is another product in it place trying to hide an empty spot.5. Emergency fire door blocked. Ive seen this quite a few times day an night.6. This is really bad but a lot of spills not cleaned up. I was in a couple of weeks ago where a 12 pack of soda was on the floor busted just sitting there starting to dry.7. cockroaches an I thank nats on the baking isle.8. Associates texting on there phones an sitting down during the day.9. Expired food. I bought a thing of salsa that expired in 2010. this was a month ago.10. Unhappy associates I thought this was very funny I think I remember that there was a banner that said great associates week or something but I asked an employee what that was. He said there way of giving back to the associates. I asked him how he liked working there an he told me it was one of the worst jobs he has ever had. They treated him like crap an that it is way underpaid. I asked another associate an she said the same thing. It shows me that management has no clue how to run the store, an that they treat there employees badly. They both emphasized that it was a union thing an that they had no rights at all. After all of this my only logic is to stop shopping at this location or going to Publix or the Kroger on Old Alabama where its cleaner an a little bit happier employees.
We usually go to the Kroger closer to home but decided to go to this one today instead. We had an issue with the coin acceptor at self check-out not wanting to accept our change. The machine basically shut down. Rebecca came over to help us and was amazing- there was also a young girl with her that was so helpful too. She went through several processes that took at least 10 minutes (but that’s okay it took this long because she was very professional about it all) before realizing the machine just wasn’t going to accept the coins. She remained calm and professional when working with us and the machine. We were somewhat embarrassed and Rebecca was very reassuring and made us feel welcome! It could’ve been very easy for her to become frustrated and have an attitude because of the situation but she continued to maintain eye contact and kept reassuring us it was no big deal. Thanks so much, Rebecca and team... we’ll definitely be back!
The layout seems- odd. Could be I just got used to Trickum/92 Woodstocks, and Roswell Rd./Sherlocks Marietta, and Shallowford Rd/Sandy Plains... And Mansell. Even, 92 between Bells Ferry/Wade Green. And Jiles a bit up from Cherokee, Kennesaw. Yeah, i prefer Krogers. Now i can compare. Favourite fancy cozy, is leaving Cobb, Marietta Hwy 120 heading down toward river basin Roswell before Wileo. Pretty is also Sandy Plains/ Shallowford by Lassiter. This one, open 24 hrs makes it an automatic 4 star. As you walk down frozen food isles, motion sensors trigger the internal freezer lights. One case ahead of your presence. Floating down the isle, you are, a magical being.Self checkout zone could use an upgrade, expansion, and facelift. I wonder is this Kroger catering to the market that is there? Love the special touch of motion activated lights though, and customer service on a return, super, boosts to a 5. Some lighting, color, presentation, and merchandising upgrades, would be attractive, and more in line with what i expect in this area. Outside is clean, looks fancy.Kroger does have offerings Publix does not, especially Organic staples. This store could own the area if energy was invested in interior ambiance, layout, merchandising, color, lighting. Its in a fancy area, it should have a fancy feel.
This stores is completely horrible, and disrespectful. Recently we were at this stores and my parents were buying Money órders. My parents área not fluent in spanish and this lady Jackie wad very rude to them. Before my parents there was an american couple and she was treating them so right compared To how she was treating my parents. We take this as discriminatión because yes my parents áre hispanic obviosly this isnt acceptable at all.!!
About 20 motorists got stuck in the snow storm on Jan. 28, 2014, me included. Kroger took us in for the night and provided coffee, banana and breakfast the next morning. We stayed in the staff office and corridors, much better than the alternative of staying inside the car on the frozen over road. Kudos for their Samaritan kindness both from the staff and Krogers headquarter policies.Thank you Kroger!!
I just recently moved to the Roswell area after being in Dunwoody and Brookhaven over the years. I am a HUGE Kroger customer and I absolute refuse to shop at Publix since Publix has a horrible (and more expensive that Kroger) produce section and absolutely no Natural Food section. Unfortunately, to my HUGE disappointment, I found a Kroger that is worse that Publix, and I hate that I found one. This store is just not up to the Kroger Standard Im use to. I really depend on Kroger for variety and cost since I have food allergies and I will not spend the money at Whole Foods. This Krogers produce section is small and limited, they didnt have some basic vegetables and some of the items were bad...very bad. I went to look at the sushi and it was obvious it was not fresh, and Im not talking a couple of hours old but like a good day to maybe two days old. They have a very limited Natural Food section as well. They dont carry coconut yogurt which is standard in other Krogers, and they dont have ANY Dairy alternative ice creams (coconut, soy, etc). I didnt even look for cheese alternatives I was so irritated and just wanted to get out of there. They are under construction but that has nothing to do with what I saw. This Kroger is like a Publix, excessive amounts of processed food and very little attention to whole and natural foods. So so disappointed. Ill have to check out the one on Northridge Rd and if that fails me too, Ill just have to go back to the Kroger on Hammond in SS.
Such an uncomfortable experience!! A man working the overnight shift (probably in his 40s) greeted my sister and I and asked if we needed help so we asked him to show us what we were looking for, and he did. When we found it, he stuck around to flirt with me apparently, saying “can’t be lookin at me with them pretty eyes” and when I laughed out of confusion, he proceeded to grab me and hug me, despite me being obviously very uncomfortable and asking what he was doing, then whispers in my ear something extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate, which I assume he thought was flattering to me? He continued to stick around and try and chat with us afterwards and I had to leave as fast as I could, and am still extremely uncomfortable. Please don’t go here late at night ladies!!!
Sorry I didnt know alcohol sales stop at 11:45 on weekdays. I guess Im used to the real world where people drink at night. Not being able to get beer isnt my problem with this place though, its the self-important czar queen of the self-checkout who felt the need to YELL AT ME THREE TIMES THAT THEY WERENT SELLING ALCOHOL ANYMORE. I know you dont want to be working at Kroger at night, but maybe you should have finished high school.
Absolutely terrible serviceWanted to get a money order and they had a badly written closed sign up on the windowI asked why they where closed and got snapped at .. because Im on lunchSeriously 11.30 at lunchHow about putting the dam customer first and have someone stand in 4 them while they have lunchTerrible service

2022-03-01I use to really love this Kroger and it’s customer service use to be exceptional but I’ve noticed that the usual very helpful and nice employees are no longer at this location. My most recent experience is why I’m giving this location a 1 star I wish I could give it none after the harassment I received ! So I went through self check out I was kind of in a hurry I had an appointment to get to I forgot my bags so the self check out employee gladly gave them to me but then all of sudden another employee this lady decides to follow me to my car and accuse me of stealing something I did not have she checked my receipt multiple times claiming I stole a Snapple which I did not I told her you can look because I have nothing to hide she proceeded to hold me up for no reason only reason was she was basing everything of the fact that I am an African American woman. I encourage people to not even attempt this Kroger I’ve never stolen anything in my life I don’t have to! Please aware the lady scared my poor son thanks a lot Kroger !

2022-01-16When I purchased my home in this community, one of the highlights was having a Kroger less than 3 minutes away. I have been shopping at this Kroger for 10 years with little to complain about. today, I’m a bit disappointed.I will take responsibility for not being able to find my receipt for a batch of bad Kroger vitamins I purchased for 19.99. the return policy states that if my purchase is over $10 and I do not have a receipt, I will receive a merchandise credit. But, I was told by the supervisor that if the item was more than $20, I would need a receipt. Understandable, although that is not what the written policy at Customer Service says. And even if that is true $19.99 is less than $20 But she said with tax it would be over 20. When has a return policy ever included tax? Finally, when I said I would need to speak with the store manager about the written policy then the supervisor told me she was allowed to refund it this one time. The most troubling part is she was huffy and did not like the fact that I was questioning her about the policy. As the customer, I have a right to question it. I was respectful of her but even had to say that I was just asking. she was so matter-of-fact and made me feel like it was not ok for me to question why she was telling me something opposite of what was in writing. She never did show me anything in writing that said the policy was anything other than what’s posted.simply unacceptable and so was her attitude. So in the future, I will keep my receipts a little longer and Kroger should post an accurate return policy so the customer will not be disrespected when questioning it.

2022-05-06Grocery store. Shelves frequently empty bcuz items out. I dont believe its supplier chain as Publix seems to have more together. Fruit and veggies are hit-n-miss

2021-09-17I want a complete refund for this. I came home and opened my new jar of energy vitamins and it was already pre opened. Seems that one of the Kroger employees likes to sneak a good energy vitamin in the morning. This place should be shut down

2022-01-03Inconsistent. But a store that doesn’t stock potatoes is kind of a joke. Same game every winter. Back to Lidl.

2021-01-15I don’t know what it is with the customer service at this location but it’s horrible service. I asked for a money order for 1000$ and she gave me 3 separate money orders and charged for 3 when I could have just gotten 1. It goes as high as 1000$. I prefer the Kroger on Holcomb Bridge/ Johns Creek any day over this one. The overall experience is just better. The Customer Service there is 💯 percent better and all of the staff is much friendlier.
