LA Fitness in other cities:
Walked in intending to use a guest pass before making a commitment. Front desk was arguing with a customer about their bill over the phone. Another lady just completely ignored me, while the sales agents all just stared in my direction. Waited about 10 minutes and just walked out, the vibe just seemed like theres alot issues here. I may check out zoo fitness half hour from here.
Just started going here. Its a good gym, its no masterpiece but it gets the job done.Pros*Good equipment*Has everything you need*Cheap prices*Friendly customer service teamCons*Can get a bit over packed*Bathrooms are a bit dirty*Lockers stink like sweaty feet and urineI will recommend going here during the middle of the day or late night, I love the sauna and the wide variety of equipment. Bring your own towels and have fun!
Ive loved this gym for a long time. However, it seems recently theyve hired some new employees, and for the last 30 minutes that the gym is open there is an agitated employee making an announcement overhead that the gym is closing in x minutes. This is fine maybe at a 30 minute and 15 minute mark, but it feels like every few minutes we are being told to collect our belongings and leave. It feels unprofessional and rude.
I’ve been coming to this location for 3 years- it’s my favorite! Small but clean and quiet. The staff are always nice. Until recently they hired a female trainer, dark hair, young and seems very new to her role. She has told me to move out of her way when I’m mid-workout and she also said I look like I need training. Now I’m pretty fit, not perfect but that was insulting. The music is also changing to 80s, Chicago, country music...this is not motivating. What’s happening my LA Fitness Toco Hills????
Clean. Everything else is hit or miss. Some staff are friendly, some act like the customers don’t exist. If you like watching CNN/MSNBC, this is your gym. Of the 8 tv’s, 5-6 will be CNN/MSNBC. Rarely have sports on TV, even with college football on a Saturday or NFL on a Sunday.
Keevin is awesome. He just moved here and I did a physical assessment/training session with him. He was extremely friendly, encouraging and patient. He also didn’t make me feel pressured to buy any more sessions after the free one, and still routinely says hello to me whenever he sees me in the gym. He’s a huge asset.
I want to start this out pointing out how clean and friendly the workers are, this location definitely shines in customer service compared to the competition. The operations manager Nyjea is a plus , friendly always smiling and quick to resolve any concerns someone quick get her a promotion we need more people like her in leadership roles . As a patron it feels good investing my money especially during a global pandemic into a membership where I feel welcomed & considered.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Large gym with a good selection of machines and weights. Avoid going between 5-7pm on weekdays, as it becomes very crowded. As with many gyms, too few of the members practice good gym etiquette. It would be much appreciated if members were reminded to return their weights and other equipment to the racks after use, and not to stand around or sit on equipment they arent using. Ive been a member for over 3 years at this location and am very satisfied overall.
Absolute worst location I have ever been to in my life. I’ve been with LA fitness for a couple years now and I’ve been to many many locations. By far the worst, absolutely positively worst location I have ever experienced. Who thinks it’s okay to get a lat pull down machine that doesn’t allow you to change bars? Some unfit, unathletic, INEXPERIENCED, Person manages this location and it shows. Never returning again.
Fairly newly renovated. Smaller LA Fitness compared to others Ive been to, but this one is well managed and most the time its clean and the staff is friendly and very approachable. Im more comfortable working out at this location because the clientele here is usually more mature, and they have their own routines to work on, so eyes arent piercing through my soul as I workout. A1.
So far..So good...I have been a member now for 6 months and like LA Fitness just fine. The equipment is in good repair. The facilities are clean. The Staff is nice and helpful. I never wait for equipment. The parking is more than adequate, well lit and very safe. Best smoothies at the snack bar that I have found around town!Overall a very positive experience. The crowd is very diverse and serious. Most people come in to work out only, so if you are into a chatty social gym, this may not be the place. But, if you want a good facility for a serious workout...this is perfect.Only drawback for me, is the locker arrangement, which can make dressing out difficult when they are busy and locker area is jammed. A few maintenance items need to be taken care of, but they are good about getting things done.
I like this location in Decatur area. I live right next the N. Decatur location and I prefer to drive a little farther to go to this gym. It’s bigger and seems to have more areas to weight train. I don’t have to wait that long for something. I like that it is more spacious especially during Covid times.
I struggled with whether to rate 3 or 4 stars. This gym is super convenient, has great classes, friendly employees, all the amenities, and *seems* clean enough, BUT there are not nearly enough stations for cleaning machines and no signs anywhere saying to wipe down machines after use. All I see for my whole workout is people sweating all over a machine and walking away - SO GROSS. Also, it’s flu season and there are like two things of hand sanitizer in the workout area. Seriously, folks, CDC is right down the road - what the hell? Also, there’s hardly any stretching space.
POSITIVEReasonable membership fees.Lots of machines available.Includes a large swimming pool and small wading pool. Swimming instruction available for children.equipmentAll equipment and pool are on the main floor.Daily lockers (no overnight use permitted)Easy check-in.NEGATIVEThe best weight training area is roped-in and off-limits unless youre paying extra money for a personal trainer.Given the number of members, there arent enough lighter free weights.Corporate standards of cleanliness need improvement. For example, the slots for storing cell phones on the treadmills are never cleaned. Many machines have electronic functions that dont work at all (e.g., heart rate indicators), or dont work well.
Clean (mostly) and reasonable price but the Wi-Fi never works and the staff are a mix of pushy and apathetic most of the time (with a few friendly exceptions). I like the Brookhaven location better, but this is more convenient to Emory. Overall, its fine for what it is, just dont expect a premium gym experience.
Meh. If your just wanting to throw around some free weights this place is fine. But compared to the other LA fitnesses here in Atlanta is probably the worst. Half of the equipment/treadmills are never working. The hot tub down for repairs once a month. If you can go to another LA fitness I would suggest it
Half of the people huffing and puffingon machines are not wearing masks, despite a sign that strongly recommends masks. Ridiculous! Enter at your own risk. Can’t speak to the gym itself, as I only visited to reach the Amazon Hub locker at the back of the main room. Never again. The virus is surging.
The ONLY reason I go to this gym is because of the location. The facility is old and the equipment breaks all the time. The A/C is always either broken or being fixed. This location is very small and doesnt have a basketball court, any racquetball courts or personal training area. On some days the weights area smells so bad my eyes sting and I need to leave. The staff is the all-time worst of any gym Ive been too, and Ive been around the block. I guess thats what you get when the employees work on commission. All they care about is getting the most money out of you. Be cautious with the likes of Steve and Dwayne. Theyll butter you up with some impressive smooth talking skills.
This is an okay gym. There are two issues with it. First, the TVs are always playing depressing shows or news. It is either CNN or FOX, and murder mystery shows. I dont think many people want to be depressed while trying to work out. Second, the free weights section is generally packed and there isnt a lot of room to maneuver around. The staff is great. Darius is great in particular. It generally seems clean.
Have worked out at this gym for about 7 years. The gym is okay, but many of the members are weirdos! They sit on machines for long times, texting on their phones and not working out, so other members cant use them. The gym can be totally empty and some weirdo will come up and interrupt you and ask when are you going to get off a machine so they can have it even though all the other machines in the gym are available. Its like they just have a burning desire to bother somebody! So you get off rather than argue and the weirdo does 1 set and then leaves! Then during the 5pm to 7pm weekday packed hours, some weirdo goes marching up and down the circuit machine isles swinging weights and barely missing other members on the machines. One almost hit my knee while I was sitting in a stomach crunch machine. Of course, gym management is totally absent and doesnt enforce any gym etiquette or safety rules. So just keep your eyes open when working out here and avoid the people who dont seem quiet normal.
Its a pretty good gym. Ive been to many as Ive moved around the country. Ive only seen a few with more variety/volume of equipment. I never has an issue with my ebt draft and it is very close to my house. That being said, the place have a strong smell of BO a good portion of the time. I understand people get sweaty in gyms but maybe they need to work on their ventilation or something. Im not just talking about the locker room either. Also, there must not be a limit on the number of members a location will take because the place is packed pretty much every time Ive ever been there. It doesnt matter if its 8am on a Saturday or 8pm on a Wednesday. Overall I dont think there are too many better options in the area though so its something I plan on dealing with for now.
My wife and I are medical doctors visiting from Boston. My parents are long time members of this branch and got us guest passes. Brandon Y, Jonathan, and one other trainer were extraordinarily expert and helpful in suggesting ways for me and my wife, experienced exercisers, to improve our work out and fitness goals. If we had an LA fitness near us, we would instantly switch. Highly recommended!
LA FITNESS how hard is it to keep a place clean and organized? It will only HELP your business. Are your managers that poorly compensated they cant even make sure the gym looks good for potential members and makes current members happy? This gym is always filthy and cluttered. Ive been working out here for almost two years. In that time I have never seen an employee pick up a weight or trash that are always scattered around. I have seen some of the employees hit the benches out of boredom and then walk away leaving all the weights on the bars. Occasionally Ill see a janitor mop the free weight area. I shake my head in disgust because he will bring a mop, no bucket, and proceed to mop the ENTIRE area without rinsing the mop EVER! Really?Today I went in and trash and gum wrappers were still on the floor in the same spot by the smith rack where they have been for a week. I refuse to shower here because of how nasty it is.My wife swam in the pool two times and her black Speedo turned gray because the chlorine was so high. She felt it unsafe to swim anymore, as who knows what it is doing to her hair and skin.Obviously management cares nothing about the cleanliness and appearance of this place. Not sure why people join after a tour, seeing all trash and weights scattered on the floor. So why do I continue to come? Because its a mile from my home. As soon as some place nicer opens? I am gone.
One exercise ball in the whole place. It’s in the Personal Training area, so you can’t use it according to the VP. When I spoke to the manager on duty, he said it was company policy, so I asked to cancel. Then, he told me to come back Monday-Friday between 8-5 or use the app to cancel.Essentially, he could have just told me that he understood my frustration and that he would let the leadership team know. Instead, I didn’t feel like my opinion mattered. That’s why I would cancel. To be told that he couldn’t cancel my membership and I’d have to come back or do it later via the app, only means I have time to dwell on how disappointing my experience has been. There is a way to deliver “no” and not leave the client feeling devastated.
This review is for the LA Fitness off North Druid Hills...I go this place for convenience only, and thinking about going somewhere since I am close to so many other gyms here. I do not look forward to getting my work out done there. I actually work out 5/6 days a week, but I drive 30 min. to get to my other gym. Here it is why I dont like this gym:Small and with not enough machines for the amount of people during pick hours, and machines with out of order signs. Corporation, build up! This is a busy place and you are loosing money!;As a girl, I few that many women would feel intimidated by the crammed-with- men area of the dumbells, Smith mchine area etc. I always have to push my way to get a place there, and I am a little bold then many women. So I few like many shy away from this gym.Yesterday I was there in the evening, and it is unnerving to see how many people just take up a machine, to be texting. Seriously. People, step away to take care of your texting. Rude. There is something called etiquette at the gym too. There are no accountability, neither any help for the newbies. If you go out of the country, at many Gyms there are one or two, depending on the size of the gym, certified personal trainers to guide you on your form, and assist with the machines, walking the room. Stand out from the competition LA Fitness! Bring quality, not just quantity. The Personal Trainer area takes a chunk of this space, and it is clearly under used. Most of the front desk staff are nice, and the manager ( I forgot his name) is always nice and friendly, so that is a plus. The machine area is relatively clean, the shower smells, like mold tho.If you are a dude, and know what your doing this place might be for you, if you are a newbie you might want to go somewhere else.
Because of COVID19 i put my account on hold. then i was charged a full months membership twice. now i am being charged $10 each month which they did not explain would be the case when i went in to figure out why i was being charged. the woman at the front just kept saying we are not doing refunds. so what they are doing is just taking money out of your account every month and never being clear on how you stop it from happening. do not give these people your credit card info. they will just rob you blind and shrug
I specifically went in for a 1 month membership. They told me they dont have one but will make an exception and charged me for 2 months. I signed up anyways. I checked my credit card statements 2 months later and they had charged me twice again after promising to delete the account in a month. I had to spend 40 mins with a manager from corporate office on the phone. She kept telling me they dont have a month membership and had no idea what the person who signed me up at the center had told me. I wonder how it was easy to make an exception when they had to get money but not later? Extremely displeased. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU, READ EVERY LINE OF THE CONTRACT. The manager made it sound like she was doing me a favor in giving me a refund for something I did not owe them in the first place. And when everything else is online their cancellation for has to be mailed in!!! LA Fitness terrible customer service.
Agree with most/all of the critique of others. Too warm inside, due to poor air conditioning. Equipment is frequently out of order. Locker room and showers have a dirty appearance and feel. Customer service is non-existent (for example, dont ask for a TV channel change, CS never has either the keys to the room or the authority to change them). The pool looks nice, but I do not use it. Its a large, impersonal club.
From the first consultation I had with Darius, I knew I made a good decision in joining this gym. No pressure to join, no pressure to do one-on-one training sessions, no sales tactics, just genuine conversation. I recently brought a special request to Darius and he could have easily brushed it aside or turned me away. Instead, he spent time and effort resolving the situation. It was not merely professional, but more than that. It was personal. Hes a personable, friendly guy that works around the clock to make this gym the best it can be.
I wouldnt recommend going to this particular LA fitness. I went there on a rainy day taking an umbrella through the parking lot. I asked the staff at the front desk if they could look after my umbrella while I did a quick workout. The gentleman at the front desk said sure and told me to place it behind the chair by the front door. So I did and went to go workout. 30 minutes later as I was leaving, I noticed it was gone. I ask the man at the front if he knew anything about it and he said he didnt see anyone go near the chair. The manager notices something is wrong and comes to see whats going on. I told him my umbrella may have been stolen. He tells me that he never noticed an umbrella behind the chair. I ask him if theres any security footage he could check to see what happened. He goes to check and not even 5 seconds later, he comes back and says he didnt see anything. I understand I should not have placed the umbrella there and that I cant blame them for it being stolen, but the amount of help I received in the matter was greatly disappointing. The whole time I was speaking about to the staff about this, they wouldnt look me directly in the eyes and gave me short answers. I even had to suggest looking at the surveillance cameras to get a better idea of what happened. I have been a member of LA fitness for over a year and they have treated me as if Im a replaceable customer. I would recommend going to the LA fitness on Church Street over this one (on corner of Lavista and North Druid Hills). I live less than a block away from this one and almost always drive the extra 15 minutes to go to the one on Church Street. The one day I go to this one, my umbrella gets stolen and the staff couldnt care less.
Its not a very big space, lacks equipments, does not have air conditioning and runs high power fans...its the ghetto la fitness of ATL. Rating : 2 starsUpdate (Oct 2017): The newly renovated place looks good. Its kept neat and maintained well... So far so good. Lets hope this is consistent.Rating : 4 stars
This is hands down the best LA Fitness in Atlanta. The staff here are amazing and so friendly and welcoming. Darius knows just about every regular member here and greets them by name when they walk in the door. The rest of the staff (Francis, Miguel, Andre, Gerald and Oliver) are always so kind and always are willing to help members out however possible, even when theyre on break or off work. Ive never had such a pleasant experience at any other LA Fitness or gym in general. I know members who drive across town and passed other LA Fitnesses, just to come to Toco Hills because of the amazing staff and atmosphere.
Its very small. I aint gone there for an interview and the guy who interviewed me told me it was for a sales position which I did not apply for! So he said that he was going to pass it off to Scott and I have yet to hear from Scott! I think what LA Fitness does is that they try to fool people into thinking that they apply for a sales position when they really didnt! Because they need sales people and this person just saw my resume because I work in sales to a certain point but I dont make a commission and what I do, these people do at LA Fitness. I had applied for front desk! So I will follow up this week on my application and to see what happens because thats ridiculous when I know where I applied for but, then this guy, Darius, sits there and shows me on his paper that I apply for customer service position, sales. So wrong!
Toco HillsThis facility is a disgrace to LA Fitness. The staff is unorganized, but friendly, the most used water fountain has not worked in seven week, many of the weights and equipment needs to be replaced. Many problems are the fault of members; trash is left by equipment and the big one is members not returning weights to the stands when they finish using equipment. It would be helpful if one of the staff members at the front counter would spend a few hours in the back and reminding people to remove the weights from the equipment when finished.
I visited this location with a friend of mine who is currently a member. The facility is very clean with great equipment. We indulged in a few of the classes and I enjoyed them all. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and they offered me a membership deal but there was no pressure and no nagging phone calls.
I really dont understand why others are giving a bad review. Ok, I get it...the gym may not be very clean, but you go there, you lift weight, and thats it. Why bother yourself with a piece of gum wrap on the ground? Do you go to the gym to hang out and feel comfy? Management is not the greatest, but when I go to gym, I dont need the front desk chick to smile and greet me. I go there to work out, put in hard work, and this gym has all elements I need to be successful in my fitness goal. If you want a nice comfy place to hang out with bros, or lifting and checking chicks out, please go to Planet Fitness...srs
In this incident, the rating is VERY POOR. I was robbed while in a class along with other men at the gym. I came from a class to the locker room and thought it strange, no lock on my lock. I ALWAYS use a lock. My bag was there and so maybe I simply forgot. I went to the front desk and just thought to mention this to the front desk. The rep at the desk told me that a certain police officer was in charge of the thefts. THEFTS! I searched my bag and found no lock and no wallet! There is no excuse for not alerting other members that this took place. A simple notice in the mens locker room stating that members had reported theft. Had I not asked, I wouldve searched for my wallet and had no idea that it was stolen. Luckily, I had no charged on my credit or debit cards. One additional comment that I have been meaning to mention. The front desk girls who check us in everyday should be doing other jobs because they cant even smile at me when I enter. They say have a good workout and hello but never a smile and rarely actually look at me.
Horrible customer service. I joined the gym and had to cancel my membership last minute. I was told the amount will be credited back into my credit card, it wasnt! And I had to call countless times (over 50) the person in charge was always busy and would never call back. After speaking with head office, I was told I had to have a cheque mailed out to me. It took over 6 months and many more phone calls to finally get my cheque. If I hadnt kept on top of the issue I would have never seen my money again.Stay away.
I find the center to have very efficient customer service skills. Always nice and pleasant to me. The facilities are clean when I use them (three x per week)...I see folks cleaning locker rooms and baths, shower area....Pool area is clean ......no problem with THIS facility as I have with others.
PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!!!! First things first, MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE!!!!! If you ever have an issue with you account forget getting help from any of the managers. All they do is get an attitude with you. I recommend you take a customer service class, maybe a proper English class as well. The GM at this location speaks like he didnt even finish 9th grade, hello youre representing a fortune 500 company! Seriously! My second problem with this place is you have sales reps such as Jason who will lie to receive a commission. Plus he told me that he was the manager of the club! Third, the place is disgusting! The equipment is old and dirty, the pool water looks like it hasnt been changed in weeks, and the whirl pool doesnt even work!!!! Please for your own sanity do not sign up at this location! or at LA Fitness at all!
Eventually theyll stop asking you to sign up for stuff you dont want, EVENTUALLY. Big enough and clean enough, however, hotter than any gym Ive ever been to. Always. AC isnt broken, they just wont lower it or install fans either. Also, in the last couple of years Ive only observed one single trainer truly engaged in his work with a client and vice versa, concentrating on form and getting the best out of each session. Its sad watching so many people cluelessly moving around while a trainer stairs at their clipboard without correcting them and then moving on to the next wasted set. But that might be more the client than the trainer. Thats just what I see though...
How do you measure fitness success? Weight scales are one measure, but in the mens locker room in the LA Fitness at LaVista & Druid Hills, the weight scale has been broken for about two years. Stopped using the pool some years back because all the lanes were constantly packed. The gyms measurement of success is selling memberships and personal trainer contracts rather than catering to members.
This LA fitness is the only LA fitness in the area with a Pullover machine. Even better, there are (2) pullover machines! This is the only exercise that can isolate the latissimus dorsi muscle, and a treasure amongst those trying to increase the size of their back without straining elbows or triceps.Outstanding gym, nice staff, and never too crowded. My favorite LA in town!
Spencer, the custodian, THREW MY JACKET AWAY in the TRASH CAN. After going home and realizing it was no where to be found, I called them and told them I was on my way to come back and get it. When asked where it was, Spencer said it was in the back trash can with the other underwear. He had no apology, and said there were no cooties in the trash can. Since he had little remorse over trashing my $150 jacket, I will be contacting corporate. Hopefully they can explain what kind of imbecile they have hired. In the future, I will be careful not to give my hard earned money to careless organization that does not value my belongings. Hopefully they fire this fool before he throws someones keys/wallet/phone away.
The disgust I have for the other members that use the Hot-tub jacuzzi for a bath tub. I have seen people leave the sanua pouring wet with sweat, then jumping into the Hot-tub. Also, people have exfoliated their feet and other parts of their bodies with a white sanding stone. However, what really gets me is very obese people actually wash their bodies in the hot-tub.I have informed management about this still nothing. I have seen several men and woman not showering before they enter the swiming pool as well as the Hot-tub.This also goes on at the Cascade and the Atlantic Station LA fitness as well. I also have witnessed several members leave the cardio area and enter the pool to cool-down We need attendents to enforce the rules and does anyone know if it is violating local health codes?
As far as Atlanta LA Fitness locations go this has the least pretentious crowd and despite being busy, people will let you work in their sets, etc.Despite that, this is also the most humid, least maintained LAF in ATL. Facility is obviously old and just too small given the amount of daily traffic.
Lets see where to start.25% of the cardio equipment is always out of order. The TVs are usually all set on some informercials or something not even related like some black and white movie. They dont even have the ability to put on the Falcons game on Sunday and we are in Atlanta. They charge you $15 to bring in a guest or you have to pay $40 a month added to your membership.- Here is a membership trick at LA Fitness. They start you at the highest price in the system for a monthly membership. They walk around talking to managers if you say you dont want to pay that much. They will keep lowering the rate for you. DO NOT PAY more then $29.99 a month. Thats what the system will allow.
Horrible customer service. Guys stands there like Im an inconvenience even though he is being paid to do a job which a large part of the time is to deal with people. I had to leave a review because after dealing the the inefficiency and ridiculousness of the situation at the front counter, I had to do something.
THE STAFF IS EXTREMELY RUDE. THEY TURNED THE FREAKING LIGHTS OFF IN THE LOCKER ROOM. A BUNCH OF GUYS WERE NAKED IN THE LOCK ROOM LIKE HOW AM I GOING TO GET DRESSED IF I CANT SEE? THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK DIDNT CARE, SAW HER COMPLAINING: ITS NOT MY JOB. TYPICAL HOURLY WORKER ATTITUDE. BAD ATTITUDE STARTS AT THE TOP. IM GOING TO COMPLAIN TO CORPORATE THAT LA FITNESS HATES THEIR CUSTOMERS.

2022-03-10Went to this location for the first time and was very impressed with the staff. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The place was very well kept and clean. Id also like to give a special about out to Steven Tate for being a major help to me and guiding me through my workout routine! He was extremely kind, helpful and very knowledgeable!

2022-05-13I went to this gym today with a friend and waited for a class to end to use the studio. A few people came in and began to stretch on mats didn’t think anything of it as it wasn’t a large amount of people. We continued to workout and the yoga class instructor came in and said “hey there’s a class in here” I said ok and let my friend know so we can leave. He turns back around and says “people aren’t just sitting in here for there health”. I don’t not appreciate him going out of his way to be intentionally rude to us. My friend spends his hard earned money at this gym and I was a guest that would’ve liked to come back if he didn’t leave such a nasty taste in my mouth. Please be mindful of the quality of personnel you keep LA Fitness.

2022-05-23The management of this gym is really bad. The staff switches in and out constantly, which I’m assuming is due to poor management. They do a lot of tricky stuff when you sign up and there’s a lot of unexpected fees. The bathrooms also aren’t taken care of well. They are out of toilet paper and soap almost every time I’m there. The machines and everything are fine, it’s just poorly managed and they scam you on prices. You also have to mail in a letter to cancel your membership, which I think is for all LA fitness locations, but just another layer of the complicated scamminess.

2022-05-10Poor management. The lie to you about rates when you’re signing up. Hidden fees, and tricky sign up practices. Also, locker rooms are filthy. They need to hire someone to clean with all the extra money they steal from you. Cancelling membership.

2022-05-11Michelle Sibley Gave me a Racist experience at this location and I’ve been going here for years. My name is Randi Daniels and member at Lafitness “toco hills” location Atlanta, Ga.An employee of yours by the name is Michelle Sibley (personal trainer) came all the way across the gym floor to tell me to remove myself from the personal trading area that was not being occupied.I explained to her that I understand you have a new CFO who is requiring the personal training area remain exclusive however the ropes are open and no one is in the space.I told her I would be finished in 2 minutes and she got argumentative with me.Shortly, after I witnessed two Caucasian members enter the area and begin working work she looked in there direction and didn’t say anything to them.So because I’m African American it’s not ok for me to use the space but it’s accessible for Caucasian members?I want a explanation?Randi V Daniels

2022-01-16One of my favorite locations. They have a good mix of equipment you won’t find at every location which is why I go an extra 15 mins out of my way to come toThis one sometimes. It’s small but clean and the staff actually greet you when you enter.

2022-04-29Very clean gym. Not too crowded during the busy hours to get in a great workout
