La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Savannah Southside in Savannah
The hotel was short staffed but the staff was very patient and willing to help. The rooms were very dated and 2e had to switch out of rooms because the sheets contained dried up blood. The location wasnt bad since its not too far from the historic district. Avoid this hotel unless you have no choice.
We just checked in tonight. ( 4-4-22) We requested 1 or two more blankets for our room. The front counter never brought any. My husband asked her about them a second time and she looked at him and said “why would you need more?” Well because his wife is in menopause and he’s freezing! She said “no we don’t have anymore.” That’s funny because the Laquinta down the street had plenty when we stayed there in October of last year. We also are having troubles with the refrigerator. I guess I better not complain about that either? Bad customer service!
Room was dirty. Tampon in trash, hairball in tub that didnt drain properly. Fridge and TV both didnt work. Staff is a bunch of rude kids that do nothing but take your money. I ended up leaving and driving 3 hours to a better place. DO NOT BOOK for your own safety. Health hazard.
I had a terrible experience from the start. I had to switch rooms multiple times, there was stains and blood on the hotel walls and comforters, among several other issues. I have reached out to the hotel and Wyndham multiple times and the hotel has still failed to contact me about these issues. I hope to be able to update this review if they do reach out to me, but for now I would say do not book here!
I do not recommend staying at this facility. There was thick smells of marijuana throughout, including behind the front counter. A person inside the motel asked me what a key card for the motel looked like. I could not get a refund to go to another hotel. Worst stay at a LaQuinta I’ve ever had. DO NOT STAY HERE.
Asked for an Accessible room while booking. Was told when we got there it wasnt possible. Took it anyway close to where we wanted to be. Room was filthy, my wife droped her contact by the vanity so I got a wash rag and swep the floor so we wouldnt step on it, rag came back filthy with a lot of black hair on it, my wife is a redhead and I am bald, (gross). When we showed it to the desk person all she did was take the rag and say sorry.I have used LaQuinta for years because of clean and reliable service. MAY HAVE TO RETHINKMotel6 is looking beter.
Rooms are very clean, spacious, no bugs or pests. Absolutely love the stone lined, walk in shower!!! Bed are comfy. Microwave and mini fridge in room. Small desk with chairs is a plus. Rear section of building has a very comfortable, nice sitting area with round picnic tables and umbrellas. Nice, clean outdoor pool. Hotel is a little outdated (furniture & fixtures) but it is very clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again!!
Lets start by saying that the price of the place was not cheap, but in its appearance it did seem like a cheap place...It does not specify the size of the beds and I had 2 Full beds and my rest was a disaster.. Dirty carpets, dirty bed, dirty bathtub and early fungus in the shower, all faucets were dirty and stained from long time not well maintained place.. I only stayed one night, I would have liked to have stayed 2 but the discomfort of the beds was a real torment for both me and my husband who even woke up with back pain...The place needs an urgent remodeling because the place is gradually deteriorating.. It is my first time visiting Savannah and I want to return but unfortunately I will not return to this hotel, if you want something quick and temporary if it is something that solves it but if you can find a better place do it.. The only thing I can say is that they treated us very kindly, thats all...
Stayed at this La Quinta during Jan 2022 trip to Savanna.Hotel location: semi convenient about 15 mins from downtown Savanna. Plenty of shops and restaurants very close byRenovation: this hotel is a bit aged but appropriate for the price point.Bed quality: lacking- bed was very worn and in need of replacementDog friendly was a must!! Plenty of dog waste stationsBe nice if they added an EV car chargerCleanliness: this hotel was clean with prince point appropriate wear
For the price, the hotel was better than expected. Very clean (I always wipe down surfaces myself and my wipe came up clean!) good location. Friendly greeting. Very quiet. Outstanding blackout curtains. Comfy mattress too. Linens were clean and smelled lightly of bleach (yes!!!).
Disgusting. Clearly they just put the cover back over the bedsheets after the last guest (captive) was here last. I am totally grossed out by this hotel, and it is the worst La Quinta that Ive EVER seen. Fire the maids, fire the managers, and take care of your hotel, and for chrissakes clean the floors!Never again!!!
I booked this online. When we arrived, I checked in with a super sweet manager on duty. I got my keys and went to the room to check it out. My husband was Leary of staying there simply from the dilapidated appearance of the exterior. When I went in the room I was hit with a musty mildew smell and when I looked around I noticed the back of the office chair in the room was covered in mildew. My husband has an autoimmune disease and he can’t be exposed to anything like that or it makes him extremely ill. The office manager was very understanding but did not know how to issue a refund. She wrote down all my info for the manager and I am supposed to call her in the morning to get a refund. I will update if this does not happen-
The hotel is very Very VERY outdated! Our room smelled wet and moldy we we to Kroger and bought a air freshener because we could not handle the smell. Breakfast was a joke! They offered boiled eggs instead of cooked scrambled eggs. There is nothing that you do not have to make yourself besides the plain cake donuts. Don’t plan to depend on the free breakfast as a meal cause you will be disappointed. I do want to say that the customer service was great!!! Keisha the front desk lady was awesome!! She was very sweet and advised us of places to visit on our first trip here to savannah. She also made the check in process nice and smooth. If it wasn’t for Keisha’s southern hospitality I would have rated this hotel a 1 it should not be considered a 3 star definitely a 2 star hotel
My experience staying here for Labor Day weekend was perfectly pleasant. It’s definitely a no frills establishment, but I’m not going to complain about that when that’s what I paid for. Staff was friendly, my room was clean, breakfast was alright. Free parking and the waffle griddle were the highlights of my stay here. If I needed an affordable place to crash in Savannah, I wouldn’t hesitate booking a room here again.
This La Quinta is severely outdated, in an unsafe looking area, loud, and smells like mold in the room we got. The floor appeared and felt wet in some areas which may have caused the smell. The walls and desk were also dirty. Its ridiculous that they can charge +$120 a night for this place and have the brand name. We usually stay at La Quintas around the country when traveling with our dog but I will not be trusting them after this experience.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I ever had. The first room they gave us was very old. It smelled like a mix of mold and cigarette smoke. The upholstery was stained and totally run down. The bed sheets were clean but the bed itself was stained as well. Absolutely disgusting. We asked for another room and the second one was even worse. It smelled like an old cellar full of mold. We were planning on staying for two nights but canceled on the spot and didn’t stay even one night. However they did charge us for the first night. Stay away from this hotel! Terrible!
The staff was kind. However the room we had was not clean. It had cleaning product dried on the sink and vanity. The carpet was all stained as well as the chair in the room. The bed was comfy though and clean. I put towels in the dresser drawers we used , over precaution I suppose. We want be staying here again. This hotel needs a complete make over.Four stars for staff only.
We had a nice stay here. When we arrived it was a holiday and the hotel was very full. There was an issue with the room we were first given so I called the front desk and they quickly assigned us a new room. Our stay was very pleasant, even including the one issue we had because I appreciated the professionalism they exhibited and how fast they turned it around for us. We will stay here again. Great location too.
The tub wasnt thoroughly cleaned the black chair in the room was filthy, found out because we had a baby in the room my lady began to wipe up some food he waste on arm of chair and the whole wipe came back filthy black....they only had waffles for breakfast nothing else...oh and pancakes.
1. Key cards constantly failed starting from day 1 for all 3 rooms I bookedAlso when checking in, the person checking me in let me hang in there and looking at the other person checking in and their issue. we drove for 17hrs to get there and I had to stand there and watch her paying attention to other customer being helped by another staff.2. Pet area is NOT maintained(pet trash is not emptied, pet bag is not refilled during our entire stay).3. breakfast - coffee is not refilled, no half-half4. general area like hallway or stairs area are not cleaned5. Its not cheap either(over 100/night)
I never knew that a hotel could crawl me body like this one. I had to spread my clothes on the bed for my kids, husband and myself to sleep. The refrigerator was dirty, no water was placed in the fridge. Hair was all over the bath, under the toilet rims were dirty and horrible, sick my stomach. Dried up fluid was on the toilet seat, I had to call for housekeeping to come and clean it off. They came and left the room that my kids were in smelling with strong bleach. I couldnt have been more uncomfortable that night. Id recommend for these people to spend a night in a Jamaican hotel to see what it should look like to accommodate guests.I would never recommend La Quinta Inn & Suites to anyone. I regretted wasting my money and it was definitely not worth the price of $150 per night, not even $50.
The hotel room itself was clean. The bathroom was clean but had a lingering smell of urine. There was no breakfast, although I’m most certain it is included in price we paid for, nothing is ever free. They offered 24/7 juice and coffee which was usually out by 8 am. Also, homeless people in the lobby? The young guy at the front desk was rude. Loud people everywhere slamming doors and yelling at all hours. Only good thing about this place was Dorothy from housekeeping. She was not only a pleasure but helpful in keeping our room clean. Sometimes cheap isn’t better.
Positive: The location was good and convenient for most everything. Negative: The rooms were small. The beds were only full size and not queen, although they argued with us that all their beds were queen. It was very difficult for 4 of us to fit in the room comfortably.
No stars should be an option. Our room had a door that had been tampered with an a bank card in the floor like someone had tried to break in so we asked to change rooms. The next room smelled weird. Thank God the lady at front desk gave us no hassles with getting a refund. Go stay at Glo Best Western across the street. It’s waayyy nicer for $20 bucks more.
One of the worst hotels we have ever stayed! Room was not clean, carpets has long stains, bathroom smelled moldy, hallways smelled like pot, doors have rust holes on the outside. At the front desk after the first night, we check out and was not even notified that they would charge me for the second night I booked or ask me why we were leaving. Stay AWAY!
So the hotel is outdated, carpets in rooms are stained, bathroom in some rooms have mold along with carpet. House keeping is very noisy and will knock on your door even with a DND sign.... But they have breakfast smh...... Though that was not the main issue. I have booked with this specific location for over a month this year( due to me moving). The owner/manager (male) came into the room on my final week and forced my husband out of the room, without a notice or actual reasoning. They stated that we stole the room and then notified us that they were calling the police. I have NEVER , been so embarrassed and confused with any establishment like this. My husband tried stating to management that we have booked there multiple times and that the room was under my name. After forcing him outside to wait for the police while I was on the phone with front desk. Everything was finally resolved. I was given 15 dollars 15 DOLLARS! for this inconvenience, I attempted getting a refund for that full day not stay but day and was not granted this after this big ordeal. I DO NOT recommend any investing their money yes investing after all the time spent here. I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel they are very unprofessional and are not will to make right by something they caused. Months later no resolution.
The only reason why Im giving this hotel a 2-star is because it had decent cable it was through dish other than that this hotel is extremely basic and I do not mean that in a good or kind way. Starting with the staff, half of the front desk staff are extremely rude sarcastic and act like they dont want to be there to work. In particular Jason who was rude to me and my mother on several occasions and sarcastic and also the light skin young lady at the desk who was on her cell phone on a personal call the entire time my mother was trying to be helped at the desk. The other young lady and gentleman were okay as far as handling our needs and with their responses. Whenever you visit the front desk be prepared to wait for the staff between 20 -30 min because they are hardly at the desk. Everyday that I stayed at this hotel I had to go to the front desk and get my key reauthorized because it would randomly stop working. I dont have a key fob and I never keep the hotel Keys near my phone because it can mess with the card. No one at the desk had an explanation on why this was happening and throughout my visit several other guests were having the same issue. Jason told my mother it was because even though we were issued two cards only one will work...how ridiculous! Maintenance was nice and accommodating when Jason wasnt thwarting their efforts. When I checked in the Hotel check-out time was 12 p.m. by the time I was leaving at the end of the week they changed it and said check out time is 11 a.m. due to new ownership. The fire alarm in the room didnt work and I also kept spotting roaches In the bathroom emerging from the crevices near the toilet I had to kill one in the middle of the night while using the restroom. I hope the new ownership takes more pride in the establishment and make changes amongst the staff through major customer service training or hire people who actually want a job in hospitality. Pest control, a deep cleaning and hotel assessment/review by the owner is needed. A quality experience should be provided no matter the price that is how you keep customer retention and satisfaction.
Ehh... so like... it’s cheap. I paid $104 per night over Fourth of July weekend for two nights and I do believe this property normally goes for around $75 and to be 15 minutes away from Savannah Mall at all nothing wrong with that. However the property really could use some improvements. The entire property purports to be smoke-free however my room did smell of smoke. I mentioned the front desk and they told me they were booked up so all they could do was give me air freshener. As for the room itself while I would not call it dirty I also would not call it clean. The bed itself nothing wrong with that. But the room in general could use some dusting in the bathroom could definitely use some cleaning. Once again, these things didn’t ruin my trip I’m not a very picky person. All that being said I don’t understand why this hotel has such a high rating based off my experience is it definitely should be a 2.5 3 star hotelThere’s very limited lighting on the outside of the property which can make you feel a tad unsafe to and from your car at night.
Hotel is worn and smells musty, likely from mold and mildew. Room was filthy and dusty. Furniture in room was worn and broken. Couch had bodily fluids on it (see photos). Floors were sticky. Toilet was broken twice over. Filthy, disgusting and second rate. Maid did not clean the room nor make the bed, despite me requesting that directly, face to face. Front Desk staff were personable and friendly. Will not stay again. No excuse for any of this. Severely disappointed. Not worth $180/night. Stay elsewhere.
Let me start by saying if you book a La Quinta make sure that you go to the right property as there are 3 on the same stretch of road. room was not what i consider a La Quinta to be, hair left all in the bathroom as a property manager myself that is one of my worst problems with housekeeping staff, bed was very worn most La Quintas have pillow top mattresess this room may have had one whenit was new but when i stayed it was severly worn and settled. the mattress was very dirty and did not have a mattress cover a big turn off, the staff was friendly for the most part. to sum it up if you are looking for a somewhat clean room at an averge price and not to picky this is the place for you, but if you are looking for a mid price range room with comfortable up to La Quinta standards then please go to one of the other properties in this area..... as a hotel manager i urge anyone reading a review to pay close attention to the not so stellar reviews as they are more accurate as to the state of the property than the 5 star great stay reviews
Positive: The bed itself wasn¿t uncomfortable. That¿s it, run from this place Negative: This hotel was disgusting and unsafe. It was very rundown and dirty. I hated every moment being there. Had to keep an eye on my car as the property outside was littered with sketchy homeless people around the cars and bathing in the outside pool.
The is an older building and has a few minor problems with working power receptacles but still is a very nice place to stay, especially for the room rate charged. The room had all the amenities, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am working in the area.
Over all only concerns were that furniture could use a good cleaning and shower curtains were short so floor got wet when showering.Check in and check out were quick and easy. Can not speak on breakfast or other ammenities as we did not use them. Would definately use location again.
Screwed up our reservation, despite multiple confirmations. Left someone sleeping on the floor because of it; made no attempt to fix, just shrugged their shoulders after admitting the mistake. Other than that, no frills, generally clean, needs an update. From my one night, staff was pretty bad. Would recommend you find another hotel.
I would give zero stars but there’s not that option. My boyfriend and I stayed for 2 nights. When you walk in the entrance of the hotel, the smell of cigarettes hit you right in the face. Our room smelled awful, there were stains literally everywhere.. the floors, the couches, even the bed sheets. The floors were sticky. There were homeless people literally right outside of the hotel and would beg for money every time you walked in or out.. AWFUL hotel !! Do not stay here!
The rooms were clean but was told to put a card on file for preauthorization was told the card would not be charged as we paid in cash. Checked out early and about two hours after they charged the card. And its going on day two that they havent sent the money back to the account. Watch out for this. Other then that the stay was okay.
I booked 2 rooms in Booking.com and 1 hour before my arrival ,someone from this hotel called me and told me they didnt have any rooms left. After 1 hour discussion on the phone, she said they have just one room left ,even I booked 2 rooms.I have to call Booking.com and they called the hotel and finally after 1 and a half hour ,I had my rooms back. The carpet was dirty ,the restroom didnt work in one of the rooms .The receptionist lady was very nice though.
Room has a smell… I had to spray some body spray. Remote needed batteries.. got new remote but tv acting up by no mute and volume buttons don’t work. Tub drips continuously. Fitness room.. treadmill broken. Lobby bathroom unclean. Hallway carpet filthy. I have stayed at a lot of la quintas… this is a bad one. Too tired from driving over 10 hours today to look for another hotel… Not worthy the $$ paid for.Giving 2 stars instead of 1 only because the girl at front desk is very nice.
This was the filthiest hotel I have ever been to. The walls in the hallways need to be repainted as there were patches of touch up paint all over. The carpet was also dirty and the scent of marijuana was strong. Upon arrival to my room, I got a Clorox wipe out because there was toothpaste spots on the faucet and mirror. I also wiped the counter and the wipe was brown before I even got 1/3rd of the way through. Needless to say, we only stayed one night and went to another hotel. The blind was stained and the chair was too.Do yourself a favor and do not stay there.
First two rooms was a no but the third room was great.. We wasnt being picky we was just on our honeymoon and we wanted too be comfortable....... the front desk lady was so helpful I didnt get her name and the housekeeper lady they was very sweet and helpful...Overall the hotel was in a decent area...
We had a wonderful stay. Its a wonderful clean spacious hotel. And has a nice refrigerator and microwave inside the Room. And has carpet and flooring in the room. The Room was very clean and well kept. Had nice soft towels and washcloths. Coffee maker iron board and iron. Big huge mirror upon the wall. Wonderful continental breakfast very good food and warm. Very good hospitality from the front desk. Had a wonderful supervisor named Bia very pleasant and wonderful to talk to. Very helpful of getting us established with our reservations!!Gave us very good service!! Highly recommended hotel. Felt very comfortable and safe there.
We stayed 4 nights here and had a very pleasant experience, despite all of the negative reviews. Our beds were comfortable, the room smelled clean and was very spacious. Despite the comments saying no breakfast, they did offer a small continental breakfast of cereal, oatmeal, bananas, ect. With COVID19, they did not offer a large breakfast. The only complaints I do have are that our room keys quit working multiple times and we left our masks in the room. We got in trouble multiple times for walking into the lobby without a mask, but that was out of our control. We would just step out for a walk around the building and come back to our room keys deactivated. Also, the shower temperature fluctuated extremely bad. The water would go from comfortable, to ice cold, to burning hot in seconds multiple times. This was a bit inconvenient, but at least the water pressure was very nice. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay here. It was a nice and convenient location to downtown, but just far enough away to avoid much of the tourist traps in pricing. We would definitely stay here again!
We arrived at the hotel at 430pm for a 3pm check. We had somewhere to be by 6. We were told that the hotel was short staffed so we couldnt check in until about 530. We were hot, tired and sweaty after traveling for 9 hours. We asked the lady at the front desk if we could at least use the bathrooms to clean up and change. She said that we could...my daughter started across the lobby, not knowing if the bathrooms were to the right or left of the lobby. She stepped toward the left to glance for the bathrooms. The next thing I saw was her falling to the floor and landing very awkwardly. She said WHAT is on the floor that is so slippery??? I looked and saw a puddle of water about 2 feet in diameter. I helped her up and into a chair. I told the desk person that she had slipped on water and her reply was yeah, it is probably the upstairs ice machine leaking. She did not do so much as stand up to see if my daughter was ok. She did not offer ice. She did not ask if she was alright. She said she would call maintenance to clean it up...WE got a wet floor sign that was against the wall and put it over the water. After about 10 minutes a man came and asked what the problem was. We told him and he said, Well, there is a sign there... We said WE put it there so no one else would slip! He asked what she was doing and we explained that she was looking for the bathrooms and he said well its to the right and she was to the left, so no she wasnt. He was actually trying to lay the blame at her feet. The desk girl then said she would have to fill out a mandatory incident report AFTER WE CHECKED IN. Mind you, we did at NO POINT say we were going to make any sort of complaint against the hotel or try to get the room comped to us.( While I had my daughter sitting down and we were in the process of looking for another hotel, another family came in top complain about a dirty room and broken bed. I kid you not, 5 minutes later the desk girl told us our room was ready...bet ya she was putting us there to calm us down.)Front desk then said they would have to call the policé if we filled out the report and they would have to watch the cameras...trying to intimidate us. At this point, I said we are not trying to make trouble but you are NOT going to sit there and blame my daughter for something that was in NO WAY her fault. Watch the camera, PLEASE! The front desk said she had spoken to the owner/ manager and he said since there was a wet floor sign 20 feet away by the feint door (on a dry floor) they could not be held responsible. Again, we never tried to make them responsible but were not going to be blamed outright. It was at that point, I said We are leaving. We will go elsewhere. We did not ever threaten or blame, we just left. We were made to feel as if we were trying to scam the hotel. I travel fairly often and I often stay at La Quinta . I will no longer. I have never been more insulted. My daughter was very sore and had bruises, but was luckily not seriously hurt. It could have been far worse AND/OR you could have had someone that saw dollar signs. Neither one of your employees every showed one tiny bit of compassion or concern in any way. Worst customer service ever. Shame on them.
Love it here everyone is friendly and they are pet friendly too. I know a lot of you dog and cat owners just cant leave fi fi or butch at home all alone bc he or she will miss you right well this place is a aint win for that. Now their room and dining area stays very clean. I like that a lot your not gonna see dog and cat hairs or paw prints bc that staff keeps it very clean. The rooms are nice with very good TV channels showers are very good. I have been here once before and I was just feeling good then we bought 2x more nights. Now their complimentary is good too.
Hotel service was OK, and the front desk receptionists were very courteous. However, we had to get a different room than the one we were originally designated because the first one had pizza boxes and towels on the floor from the previous guests. The next room was visibly clean, although the room had a peculiar smell to it. Also, we could smell the guests next to us were smoking and blasting music all night, even though the entire hotel is supposed to be non-smoking. The hotel personnel are wonderful, but the environment of the rooms leaves much room for improvement
The rooms are nothing fancy but clean, comfortable, and spacious. Three adults shared a room with two queen beds quite easily. The staff is fantastic. Aside from being personable and quite lovely to interact with, they were able to add a night for us with no trouble when we realized we needed to extend our stay. Additionally, we had to have a wheelchair rental dropped off at the hotel and due to a clerical error it was taken to a different location- the manager over there not only immediately called us to inform us, but had it driven over to us instead of having us come fetch it.
Lakida was very nice at the front desk and extremely helpful. All the ladies on the second floor were very nice and helpful. The staff made us feel right at home. We enjoyed our stay, and we will return! Some of the pet owners did not follow the rules and clean up after their dogs!!! The pet area was small and the pet parents should have been considerate of others.
The place was very old and out dated. When I got out of the elevator there was damage to the wall near the floor and they put clear plastics over it. My room carpet had so many stains it was gross. I felt it was very dated and dirty. Not a place I would recommend. smelled musty and moldy. The free breakfast was ridiculous, no fresh scrambled eggs, or any kind of meat. The good is great for kids. I had an emergency at home so I had to check out, Im very happy I did. Needs a major remodel and update.
I have stayed in many La Quinta Inns over the last two years and they have always been great with clean, large rooms, helpful staff and decent breakfast. This hotel in Savannah was by far the crummiest. The room was very small, the carpets needed vacuuming, there was trash left behind in the bins, and the beds were sloppily made. The hotel staff was not very responsive to my complaint. I would never stay here again.
I want to start off by saying that initially my boyfriend and I were staying at the Studio 6 around the corner. We left that place because of uncleanliness and came here. The ladies that worked the front desk were incredibly sweet and understanding. They guaranteed a clean and safe visit, as she said we were not the only ones who have come from that Studio 6. The La Quinta room we stayed at was clean, well air conditioned, and quite. We felt safe, and the breakfast, although a tight space, was enjoyable. Thank goodness this La Quinta exists! Definitely recommend for anyone on a budget and wanting a clean stay.
Staff is always welcoming and super nice! Hotel rooms are great. I stay down here a lot for work and this place is close to a lot of restaurants and close to the mall. Only thing I would change is the bathrooms. Water pressure is horrible in some of the rooms Ive stayed in and with thick hair, it takes forever to shower. But, still choose this hotel over the others!
Room was great, however, room assignment was on 3rd floor (HOT- AC did not keep up!) First room assignment was on 1st floor but when we entered the room was not cleaned. Kathy (great, friendly, & professional) at the front desk had just come on duty & the Housekeeping team had not communicated correctly to the front desk that it was not ready. Breakfast was a cluster-mess at the waffle station. Otherwise we felt safe, clean room, & located conveniently to hospital.
Disgusting room - the smell was so overpowering when we entered we literally gagged. After 10 minutes in the room, all our belongings smelled like urine and mildew and we had to leave. Hotel refused refund after check-in, despite unsanitary conditions even though they supposedly are applying higher standards of cleaning due to Covid-19. Room was dirtiest/smelliest Ive ever encountered, and Ive traveled all over the world staying in all kinds of places.
This hotel was very, very friendly. The staff was super nice to my mother and I. We were there on the fourth of July and it was ideal for being near the downtown area (only 6 miles away). We were there for three nights. The room was very clean and comfy. It was pet friendly also! Housekeeping rocked! Those girls were very nice and do a great job keeping the place looking good. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay there again if in Savannah. Glen, the manager, is a nice guy and will definitely help you any way he can. I definitely suggest considering this hotel if you need an affordable, clean room while staying in Savannah. Thanks again for the awesome hospitality staff folks!
Floors disgusting. Roof leaked and soaked luggage. Its been 3 weeks and no compensation or word back from management! left numerous messages with staff and corporate NOTHING! Had to buy detergent and go to laundrymat to wash wet clothing so they would not get moldy! DO NOT STAY HERE!!
I decided to stay at this hotel because they had such good ratings. Where to begin? First of all the first room we were checked into had not been cleaned so we were moved into another unclean room and they cleaned around my family and all of our luggage. I understand that things happen so we took that situation in stride. I however felt a bit uncomfortable with the ability of management to properly update the system to show that our new room was occupied and wouldnt you know it!!! On day three we were locked out of our room because management did not update the system to show that we were in that room. Keep in mind Im a single mother with two daughters and I was staying on a floor with contractors traveling from different states so anyone could have just walked into our room. Once I brought our situation up to management it turned into a half a day event for us being held at the front desk while they tried to figure out what they had done wrong so by this point my teenage daughter was feeling very uncomfortable that we had been staying in a room that anyone could have been checked into at anytime of the day or night and there were many more things that went on during our stay there that just made our vacation a Nightmare so instead of having a 7-day vacation I decided to check out early on the 4th day and come back home We have been going to Savannah Georgia and Tybee Island at least once a year every year for numerous years and I must say this was by far the worst trip we have ever had. And the reviews that you read stating how hard the beds are, it was like sleeping on rocks and I honestly thought going into this if thats the worst thing I have to deal with for everything else to be great as I thought that it would be since this hotel had such good reviews that was something I could live with but dealing with situations from having to clean up someones pubic hair out of our bathroom. to being in a room that was open to the public, to not being checked in properly, to being put into a dirty room and then cleaned around us and our luggage and there so many more things I cant even list them all but Im going to say worst trip ever Thank you and have a great day.
Not the worst, but not the best. We were looking for a inexpensive place and found it. The guy that checked us in was nice. They had a medical emergency going on when we arrived, and the desk clerk was very apologetic about it. Told him not to worry. Room was clean, decent. Smoke detector kept beeping, told front desk about it. Nothing was done, so took battery out myself lol. Overall, ok place to stay if you just want a place to lay your head down for the night. Pool closed and no breakfast, but understandable due to covid-19.
This is a good, basic hotel. No frills, but it’s clean, in good condition, well run, and an excellent value. The staff were amazing. We ended up staying longer than expected while waiting for a car repair. Lisa, Cathy, and Kayla at the front desk went the extra mile to help us out. Dorothy in housekeeping always made sure we had everything we needed.
Not the best LaQuinta Ive ever stayed at but the staff was friendly and helpful. Some of the guest seemed a bit sketchy but most were in town for work and seemed fine. The view from the back of the hotel gives you access to morning light but it isnt anything pretty your interesting back there. The hotel was clean enough but it could of been better. There was shampoo, soap, or maybe even cleaner left on my shower curtain the first night. The bed seemed clean and I didnt have a problem walking around barefoot. I definitely got what I payed for but compared to other LQs this is the least impressive one Ive stayed in in years.
This place was clean, staff VERY friendly! A little run down, could really use some updating I think. Also, some of the people in the parking lot, Im not sure if they were guest or not, didnt seem of great character and there were a few times several police officers had to come. I didnt feel unsafe really though, it was very well lit. I would stay here again for sure.
I’m giving mr. Patel the opportunity to fix an issue of theft. I extended my stay at this property, apparently the front desk didn’t communicate with housekeeping..When I returned all of my items went missing. Mr.Patel informed all he saw was a pair of jeans. However, my I phone charger was found in the laundry room. Hmmmm. I’ll keep you updated
First of all, the staff that I interacted with was great. The hotel was well kept and clean. But, the room smelled like a smoking room even though the hotel is non smoking. There was bass music playing all night. At some points loud enough to be felt through the walls. There were people roaming around into the early morning hours.
First of all, I want to mention how NICE the staff is overall. The ladies working the front desk were very kind. The lady cleaning rooms... and the lady keeping the breakfast area stocked - all of them were VERY VERY NICE.Our stay experience was what id expect from a 2 star hotel. Originally I had made reservations for a king room. When my family arrived, the room smelled like smoke. I have an 8 month old, and no one smokes in my family... Spoke with the lady at the front desk who was very apologetic, there were no king rooms available to replace our smokey one. So we were stuck with double beds. I requested a king for a reason because we co-sleep while away from home, so this was tough -however we made it work. Our double bed room, smelled of urine. Didnt notice it at first till we had already unpacked all our stuff. We werent financially compensated in any way for the inconvenience either. That was a bit frustrating. The breakfast was nice in my opinion. They have a waffle maker with a couple different flavors for waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, pastries, coffee, tea - I felt their breakfast was pretty good.Again, I really cant put enough of an emphasis on how nice the staff was. Regardless of our stay, I havent come across such nice people in a long time. Appreciated them.
The worst hotel Ive ever stayed in! We ask for a non-smoking room when we ended the room is smelled just like smoke. When we call the front desk, they had the audacity to say that it was a smoke-free room. the carpets were filthy. The bathroom was nasty with mold! Do not stay at this hotel
We had to get new key cards 9 times throughout our 3-day stay. There was definitely something wrong with our card reader on our door bc the key was letting us into the building, but the staff would not acknowledge this and were adamant that we had put them by our phones or keys. I asked for a luggage rack upon arrival and kept getting put off and never received one. The room smelled musty and was very tiny. The coffee at breakfast was lukewarm and utensils went unstocked. We will definitely not be staying here again.
This hotel is a little dated compared to other La Quintas, the outside wasn’t very appealing. The rooms are small and so are the bathrooms. Our room had a musty smell when we arrived, I went to the store across the street and bought a candle. My husband killed a roach crawling up the wall, disgusting!!! I literally closed all my bags and personal belongings up because I don’t want to take any little friends home! The breakfast also needs an improvement, it’s basically a meatless breakfast with waffles, cereal, boiled eggs, fruit, and bagel options. If you’re wanting more I’d suggest going to some of the local spots in the area. I gave this hotel a 3 star because the front desk staff were friendly and helpful and we were 9miles away from downtown. Other than that, it’s 2019 this hotel needs a major upgrade! Whoever is in charge put the upgrade in effect this hotel is to close to everything not to be as appealing as it should be. Believe the bad reviews they’re not lying..
This is not a hotel to stay at. While going to our room the first time we walked into a Bust. I’m not sure if it was the Police or Bounty Hunters. It happened two doors down from our room. I filmed it. Two women a baby and a 30s something male. I should have known then. Not one wastebasket, no water pressure At All and only hot, No cold. Sounded like we were surrounded by teen parties till after midnight. Could not cool the room down. Corporate needs to inspect this hotel there are unprofessional problems here. I expect a follow up and a refund. This is a disgrace and misrepresentation. Choose another hotel chain.
Can I rate this less than one? The pool is closed... no one told us that at check in. Tv goes out one hour after arriving... asked for a refund since I can’t take my kids to the pool. No tv in the whole hotel. And they refused. I thought staying at a wyndam hotel would provide me protection NOPE. Run... do not stay here. U will not be treated well and the owner can’t seem to pay his cable bill. Customer service doesn’t help one bit. Called them and told them I couldn’t get a refund and they said they couldn’t do anything about it until the next week.
I checked in at this location late that evening from driving from Florida. I walked in to decent looking room till I started walking around. 1. My AC did NOT work. 2. The furniture had stains all over it. And Finally I went to take a shower and when I unwrapped the towel a USED TAMPON landed on the floor. I walked down to the front desk showed him my photos on my phone and demanded a refund. He gave me my money back but I will never stay at another LaQuinta.
Ive always loved this particular location but we were treated rudely at check in. First time in 12 years that my husband wasnt thanked for his service. Our room was given away to someone who had a check in app on their phone. We did get a room but not what we reserved. The breakfast was totally lacking, horrible coffee and juice and dried up old fruit. Terrible stains on room carpet, we have a little dog that I hated to have to walk on this floor. We wore shoes the entire time. My husbands philosophy us dont complain just dont go back. Very disappointed in this property.
The staff was really really nice and nore than willing to give us extra bedding. Saw one of the women who worked there complement a couples attired while we were walking in one day. Honestly theyre just a bunch of good folks. The room was spacious, wifi was fast, everything was clean.Only bad part was the shower felt more like a misting than a shower but Im now about to get finicky over that.😂
Disgusting, Nasty. You can see it just how the building looks from the out side.We had to change rooms 4 times, dirty carpets with food n more, clogged shower, Nasty toilet, stained chair, cigarette smell. No breakfast (because of the virus) but they dont say anything about it in their website or if u call.People from the front desk were very rude.Never again.
It was generally clean. There was Brown liquid leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom onto the towels & back of toilet and the bathroom smelled strongly like dog urine. Once the cleaning people leave theres nothing they can do.It was obvious they didnt even sweep the bathroom floor. Everything else was clean. Desk persons were nice, but useless; no extra towels bc no housecleaning on duty sooo...
Staff is friendly, but there was a roach in our room, room service never came in the morning so we had to go ask for towels and sheets to be changed, and there was only 1 tiny bottle of shampoo and 2 bars of soap. You can hear every person who walks out of the elevator which makes it difficult to sleep too. Over all I spent WAY too much money for what I got. Too overpriced for a lacking room.
Only good thing about this place was the staff, which was very friendly. Came to check in, was already upset about the shadiness of the area (someone even warned that my car might be stripped in the parking lot over night), went inside our room and immediately had to check out. Not only did the non-smoking room smell like someone had recently smoked a carton of cigarettes in there, but everything was yellow from the smoke as well. This hotel was in such a scary place I actually cried, and the cleanliness really needs to be improved. We couldnt even stay there one night.
We had reserved at another hotel then when we arrived it was disgusting. So we looked at several hotels trying to find a decent place to stay. We walked it to this hotel and from the moment we got here they made us feel welcome. The floor was freshly mopped and it smelled amazing when u walked it. Ebony and Taminka didnt hesitate they showed us a few rooms to make sure they were ok. My daughter had a severe allergic reaction to a spray that one of us sprayed and she was slurring, numb on left side of her body, and was scared to death. I immediately got her out of room and called 911 in elevator and when we got down stairs Taminka went above and beyond. She was fabulous she kept me calm. She brought my daughter water and helped me get her seating and stayed with us till help arrived. And has checked on us every since. The hotel is clean and so are the bathrooms! Miss Dorthey is amazing the friendliest house keeper around. We all love her! Adam is great also we had a leak in our room and as soon as I got off the phone he was knocking at the door. He is on top of things. The whole staff here are incredible! When we come back to Savannah we will most certainly be staying here again.
I absolutely LOVED this hotel. Im really surprised that it has low rating. It was so clean. Very accommodating. So many great amenities. I LOVED their breakfast. You can make your own waffles in 2 minutes. And it was delicious. I mean there wasnt a thing I didnt like. Spacious rooms. VERY comfortable beds. I slept like a baby. Also my fiancé wanted Cable and the first room we had didnt have working cable. So they switched our rooms immediately and also gave us 20% off. Honestly I was ok with no cable but the boo wanted tv. Lol they were so kind and gave great costumer service. I wish every hotel was like this one. THANK YOU LA QUINTA ON 8484 Abercorn st Savannah GA
Switched to this hotel from Midtown and ecstatic that me and my wife did. Midtown was horrible but the rooms here are clean and the air is breathable unlike Midtown where you need a mask walking into your room. Aside from the complementary breakfast which leaves a lot to be imagined, this hotel is in a great location, has comfy beds, cold A/C and quiet rooms.
My husband and I were checked into a room on the second floor while with a tour group visiting Savannah. When we walked in, we noticed cigarette ashes on the ventilation unit even though there are signs all over the lobby area declaring it a 100 percent non-smoking facility. We informed the front desk as we had to leave for dinner reservations and a show with the tour. We were informed that someone would clean them up in about 30 minutes. When we returned at about 11pm, the ashes had been wiped off the unit and onto the floor. Being late, we decided to just go to bed since we had to be out early the next day. I climbed into bed and my foot hit something that turned out to be a latge piece of calloused skin under the sheets. I had to sleep in a bed with my husband which was too small for two adults. Aside from the ashes and skin, there was trash under the dresser and the room smelled badly of cigarette smoke and urine. When we spoke to the manager the next morning, she said it was a newly hired chamber maid who prepared the room. No apology was offered, and we left swearing to never set foot in another La Quinta. We had a bad experience in another one up north and would not have stayed in this filthy hole had we known before hand. I take back my one star. I have pictures.
The carpet was disgusting on the 3rd floor. Our group had 5 rooms. All five rooms had an odor. For the price, I should have went down the street to another hotel. I saw a guest come out the side door with his dog on a leash. It was not a service dog. Im not even interested in the free breakfast now.
Dont call the reservation line. It sends you to a call center in Texas. I was in savannah Georgia and they booked a room for me in Sacramento California. But told me 3 times that it was at south side Savannah. The man on the phone was very hard to understand. Long story short, we went to 2 different La Quintas and called the reservation line 3 times before we could figure it out. The girls at the desks were very nice and helpful at both. But, once we got into the room at Southside, it had the WORST smell of smoke ever. Hotel had signs all around saying 100% smoke free, but our room was definitely smoked in recently. We had to go buy febreeze, and that still didnt help much. Once we went into the bathroom, there was black mold all up and down the walls above the door, due to there not being a fan in the bathroom. You could also hear everything happening outside of the room (people talking in the parking lot, rooms next door, and in the hallways). The shower head had very little pressure and made loud squeaking noises. The breakfast wasnt terrible, very basic, but was the only decent part of this experience. And the girl at the desk at southside said this was the best La Quinta out of the 3 in Savannah since she works at all 3. I would be scared to see the others as this is considered the best by staff. We were in room 308 at Southside in Savannah.
Everything was ok but, I dont like the fact that my view is incoming traffic and the pool area doesnt look clean either but inside the hotel/room looks pretty clean, it smelled good, but the rooms are kinda small depending on how many people you have with you and the TV is kinda small as well
The front desk staff is amazing. Dorothy cleaned our room and it looked like a 5 star hotel. The bed wasnt the most comfortable and the pillows were so squishy you needed like 50 to make one good pillow. But otherwise we had no issues. We got a shuttle to the savannah old town area to take the trolley ride. The breakfast was expected to be mediocre with carbs (cereal, muffin, donut, bread, waffle) and yogurt and boiled eggs. But free food is free so dont complain.
I’ve stayed here plenty of times but when I say this was the worst ever I will not be booking a room here again the room was NASTY 🤢🤮 the sofa that was in there looks like someone threw up all over it the towels had stains in them gladly I always pack my own towels & wash cloth !!! This was the worst EVER !!
Solid basic hotel. Nothing too fancy. The maintenance is a little spotty, since the bathroom light in our room was burned out the first night, and the elevator went out the second day (two night stay). Just glad it wasnt a 10 story building. On the plus side, the free breakfast was pretty good.
From our non-smoking room smelling like smoke, to the dirty linins, to the ROACHES crawling around this was all around a TERRIBLE experience. We were moved to another room but it did not help us rest easy and we couldnt sleep at the possibility of bugs crawling around. We will never stay at a LaQuinta in general again.
Booked a non smoking room through Priceline. At check in , I was given a smoking room. The room smell was so strong and stifling of cigarette smoke that I could barely breathe. I immediately went back downstairs to request a different a room. I had just checked in a few minutes prior but the front desk attendant was nowhere to be found. I waited about 10 minutes , before she came back. She then tried to tell me they had no more rooms available. After a few minutes, she found me another room. The smell was alot better. But there was a dog across the hall. Every time he heard so much as a creek in the hall way he would go off with barking for minutes. The rooms are very outdated. The bathroom (mainly bath tub) is in need to be redone. Very grungy. I also woke up with a tiny brown bug on my arm. As well as a bite behind my ear. Im literally only giving them 3 stars because the staff was very friendly , the breakfast was pretty good and I loved the room decor/set up. I was very disappointed about everything else.
I booked the ADA room, as I use a wheelchair, and the room was nice and did have an attached shower bench. However, The bed was very high and I just about fell trying to transfer over at night. I did not get a chance to check the pool lift but overall it was a nice stay.
A good place to stay near Hunter Army Airfield if you need it. Good rate. Not clean rooms. I come to midtown once a month and it’s hard to find a clean room for $100 or less.Bugs, hair, and mold in the room during my December stay.Very good size rooms. Mini fridge. Good TV selections. Comfy beds.
Me and my boyfriend stayed here 3 nights for our spring break ! front desk was really nice and helpful and very lenient , price was fair 352 for three nights not bad! rooms are decorated nicley , Comfortable bed . Sheets could be better! room is very small but nothing major ! Great service , hotel was kind of noisy at night but , most of all very nice decent hotel ! Breakfast was good . If they could improve anything I would say breakfast. They made the same food every morning !! Will come again though ,great hotel friendly service (: great house keeping . Also, near the mall , restruants and all fun places are only 2 miles or less 😍
Crystal is very nice and did everything to help straighten out issues with my pre-paid reservation with Expedia, which was a disaster. After a 6 hour drive and arriving with a late check-in, Crystal was a charm. Rooms could be updated. Hot breakfast..not a true hot breakfast. Beds were clean but window treatments were dirty.
The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. There are so many other hotels in the area to choose from - do yourself a favor and find any other than here. The housekeeping person was threatening and rude - didnt knock, busted in room - started a situation that carried all the way to the front desk, GM did nothing to resolve the issue. Spoke to my son and I as if we were trash.
I loved it! To start, the guy at the front desk was extremely pleasant! Found my reservation and had me a key in 2mins tops! He even had treats for my dog! The room was beautiful, i loved the color choices (and the samsung hdtv)Got a good deal in the room! The bed felt great, room was clean and smelled good. Had plenty of covers/pillows so no need to call front desk. Breakfast was a little tight. There were about 50-75 people trying to eat at once. Despite the crowd, they kept everything stocked so there wasnt a food shortage at all. My only other complaint was that they only have one elevator. The location is great. Its right by a mall so there are countless dining/ shopping options. I ate at sticky fingers and sweet potatos! I recommend both, they were great! (I posted pictures of the room)
Good price, nothing fancy, but always clean with friendly employees. Breakfast has no eggs or meat, but cereals, waffles, fruit, yogurt, muffins and bagels. While we were getting ready in the morning, the housekeeper knocked on our door at two different times wanting to clean before our checkout time.
Awful!!! Beds are as hard as a rock! Faucet looked like it hadnt been cleaned in months. I dont think they even changed the bed sheets. They didnt even make our bed while we were gone. They need to clean out the drains so the water will actually drain (I hate that). I would never stay here again!
Front desk cancelled reservation because we we showed up after 11pm. Both receptions came across as rude and unwelcoming. After the stay they double charged me on two credit cards for the same night. Took two hours to resolve with no help at all from this location. The last time I’ll ever stay at a la Quinta
The front desk lady was unprofessional and had an attitude. Our keys didnt work five times. The gentleman working at the front desk was fighting with his boyfriend in the lobby. And the TV Kept messing up and losing reception. My family also had many complaints while staying here.
It did the job for the night but there were 3 bugs. I believe roaches. Didnt get close enough to see. Just smashed them so whatever they were, theyd be dead. Kayla at the front desk was great 👍. She gets 5 stars. Its considered a 3 star hotel? Nah. Ive stayed at better 2 star hotels. Idk about La Quinta again.
Giving them one star is giving this La Quinta to much credit. For one there is no early check-in not even 15 min. So we have to wait until 3:00:01 to even be able to start our check-in. To top it all off there is no running water. Not in the sink, shower, and unable to even flush the toilet. Customer service completely non-existent. Please save yourself and take your business elsewhere. On the phone with their corporate office now because this is completely unacceptable.
Very nice personel, good breakfast spread, would have liked a little more meal selection, maybe more meat, but waffles aint bad either.Room was primo, cause it was directly in front of the elevator, had view of the front of the building. (Just a road, nothing too special to look at).Great place to stop on a business trip or a waypoint on a long drive.Wouldnt reccomend for the vacationerHighly reccomended for the weary traveler
This will be my last stay with LaQuinta. The hotel was filthy. I couldnt wait to leave. Even though I requested a nonsmoking room, the entire third floor wreaked of cigarettes, and the stench was overwhelming. There was a spill on the entrance floor from the day I checked in (Saturday) until the morning I checked out (Monday). All staff walked over it, no one bothered to clean it up.
We had a great time! The La Quinta Savannah Southside was in a good location for us to easily access Downtown Savannah (20 minutes) and Tybee Island (30 minutes). The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean & comfortable. Best part, pets stay for free – What a great business model :)

2022-06-01Everyone was very nice, but the rooms weren’t clean. There was hair in the bathtub and stains on the sheets and comforter. We were also woken up at 8am by housekeeping trying to enter our room. (We were never given a “do not disturb” sign.)No one knocked or said anything; just started opening the door. Thank goodness we had the top latch done, or we would’ve been walked in on. The tub didn’t drain, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work. Every vending machine in the building was out of order, so bring your own drinks! Good luck keeping them cold though... as the fridge didn’t get cold either. Most things I can move past, but the stains on the sheets was a big no no for me... This hotel isn’t a bad price, but if you have expectations of cleanliness stay somewhere else.

2022-05-08Ive always stayed here with no problems with the rooms. They claim this time they dont have but 2 housekeepers. Bathroom water filled up the tub while you take a shower. Beds suppose to be queens but are full with queen sheets. Not sure whats going on here but will not be back until these issues is resolved.

2022-01-16Room was not as clean as the other La Quintas we’ve been to. The carpeted floor was not vacuumed and my dog kept sniffing both beds incessantly (we got a double bed) and didn’t want to lay on it. There was a brown stain on the bathroom wall, and the tables/nightstands did not seem to be wiped thoroughly. Cleaning was done to a minimum. They ran out of coffee in the morning. Location is not bad though but you get what you pay for.

2021-12-28The woman at the front desk was friendly and checked us in quickly. The bed was very comfortable with many pillows (yay!) and we slept soundly all night, with no interruptions or traffic noise. The bathroom and counter tops were clean and the shower was invigorating! The laminate flooring in the bath and front hallway felt a little sticky under bare feet, but I wasnt sure if that was just a characteristic of laminate flooring, so I damp wiped it lightly with a towel. Though the room and counter tops were clean and tidy, I do hope that Management will soon replace the carpeting in that particular room, as it looked very worn and gave the room a slightly unpleasant odor. Breakfast was excellent with many different selections - boiled eggs, grits, cereal, waffles, yogurt, fruit and more! All in all, we would return to that location in the future!

2022-02-15RUN, don’t walk from this place. Dirty, buggy, and not well kept. The room was gross, bugs were evident and the doors wouldn’t lock. We got a bad feeling upon arrival and should’ve followed our gut and left. The front desk staff was friendly but they could not issue us a refund. If you’re unsure about staying we recommend leaving as soon as possible. We left late at night and went to Country Inn & Suites by Raddison. It’s a quick drive away and they had a clean space, breakfast, and incredible staff!

2022-05-28The room smelt like cigarettes as soon as we opened the door. Tried to air it out, but it didn’t help. The bed and side tables had short hairs all over. The air vent in the bathroom had something hanging out of it. Would not stay here again. Didn’t feel comfortable at all. I wish I could get my money back.

2022-06-21The room was dirty. There were stains and hair on the sheets. We ended up buying sheets from Walmart. The mattress was old and uncomfortable. The room smelled like smoke even though it claims to be a smoke free facility There were dried boogers on the wall in the bathroom. When I wiped down the counters with clorox wipes the wipe was dirty. I would never stay here or recommend this hotel to anyone.

2022-03-27The rooms were dusty and not the cleanest. We had to ask for another room and it could have been cleaned better. The mattresses need changing out, they were lumpy. Needs to be some updates done to the exterior and interior. The staff was nice but I wont be returning.

2022-05-30Our first room was not cleaned at all, not changed beds, cigarette smoke, trash, etc. Receptionist insisted to quickly clean the room instead of providing other, but then after some back and forth found other room.2nd room was a bit better, still weird smell and wet carpet on the floor, 1 out of 4 working lights, etc. and few big dead roaches were lying in the corridor on the way to our room all 3 days we were there.so don’t expect much
