Rented rooms over the Christmas holiday weekend and after being in the room for only about 15 to 30 minutes found the hotel room was infested with roaches. After seeing the pest it only made sense to do a bed check for bedbugs. To my surprise there were trash wrappers and condom lubricant wrappers found under each of the double beds. Im not sure how clean other guests rooms were, but if this is what the hotel considers clean you may want to reconsider. The front desk attendant did move us to another room which was cleaner than the other by far.
Enjoyed staying at the La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Warner Robins - Robins AFB! everything from the greeting given upon arrival to the spacious, beautiful clean rooms was top notch! Hot breakfast and good coffee in the morning made the stay even better. This hotel is extremely clean and rooms are spacious with very spacious bathrooms. Indoor pool was clean and open to use. Nice Gym! Great free WIFI! I stayed here for a conference and I will stay here in the future! Amazing staff greeted me with a smile when I arrived. Breakfast person made polite conversation as she replenished the hot breakfast items and cleaned the tables and chairs between guests. Hotel store was stocked with just about anything you could need at very affordable prices. Over all I would give this hotel a 10 out of 10!
This was our first time staying at a La Quinta hotel and it was a great experience. Check in was easy and fast. We brought our dog so that was a plus. The room was clean. Hotel itself was very quiet even being pet friendly. Breakfast was amazing.Overall it was a great experience, we will definitely be back.
Nice hotel, appeared clean and offered a very nice breakfast for an overnight stay during a long road trip. Drapes in our room were decorative only and could not be closed to prevent parking lot light from entering our room all night long. Also the tub with shower was a potential slipping hazard and had nothing to grab to help getting out of the tub except the door handle but only when the door was left open.
After being denied several places because I had no ID to present. I finally found this place after a sixteen hour drive from Kansas. The older guy was the desk guy and was extremely helpful . I didnt catch his name. The bed was really rigid and stiff. But place was super clean. They allowed me to sleep till one pm when I arrived at four am that same day. Thank you so much. They have breakfast they have beer and other snacks to buy or charge to ur room. Very clean..stiff one king bed. I would stay again though.
Our stay there was great. We had been moving items into a storage unit all day and had booked at another hotel that was awful. We checked out and I called La Quinta. Alissa was AMAZING. She reserved two rooms side by side for us and at check-in applied the military discount for my father. Room was spacious and clean. We were able to shower and get good rest that night. Thank you Alissa!!!
An overall very good one night stay. The room was spacious, well appointed, comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was more than satisfactory. We can highly recommend this hotel and were we ever in the area again, we would choose to stay here.
This a fair La Quinta. It was clean but had some cosmetic issues that needed to be addressed.Staff was extraordinarily helpful and friendly. It is moderately quiet. It is located close to I-75.The breakfast bar was very clean and well taken care of with plenty to choose from.We would definitely stay here again.
My family and I enjoyed this hotel. It was very clean and the rooms was pretty big. The bathroom was spot less and walking through the hotel I didnt see any garbage this entire facility was as if it had just been cleaned. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel too.
On our way home from a vacation trip to Tennessee we decided to stop and find a place to stay overnight and get a fresh start in the morning. We are members of Wyndham and La Quinta points program so using my phone we booked the next one that was about an hour ahead. When we arrived, our reservations were acknowledged and we were handed keys within 5 minutes. Our room was immaculate! Everyone wore their masks and it was so easy to feel safe. They have the best showerheads ever. Breakfast was both special and awesome. The room was better than our condo we just left.
The staff was very friendly and the room was very nice and very clean. However I chose this hotel for the pool being its a 100 degrees outside. Unfortunately I had made my reservation and arrived to find the pool was closed due to covid but the work out room which is much smaller was open. I had recently stayed at the comfort suites hotel and their pool was open with no restrictions and the hotels were in the same town so makes me wonder if covid was the real issue. I was very disappointed that the pool and Jacuzzi was closed
The rooms were very clean. the hotel was very quiet. Staff was very courteous and professional. Check out time is 12:00 noon which is one of the latest I have found around the Centerville / Warner Robins / Byron area and if you are not running out the door at 12:00 they do not bother you. They do not go around banging on doors to get everybody up and out. As a matter of fact I have left there at 1:00 and not had a word said to me or any extra money charge to my account. They do have a full breakfast buffet back up and running now. There is an indoor pool however it is still closed due to COVID-19. They do have a pretty good stock ed area beside the front desk to serve as a convenience store area where items can be purchased or charged to your room. Again the staff super friendly super helpful and everyone very professional. I will definitely be staying there again. You may think its a little pricey but again you get what you pay for. I paid $150 for a weekend night but that included all sales tax and local tax and all the trillions of taxes they tag onto a motel room.
We checked into the La Quinta expecting a great hotel based on the reviews. Upon entering our room we found dated furniture and carpeting that clearly had not been shampooed for a time. The carpeting had burn marks in this non-smoking. The arms on the sofa are frayed. Then on to the kitchen area. The cabinets were bare. That means no dishes, silverware anything. When I asked at the front desk if they provided dishes or silverware, I was told no. The refrigerator has a small freezer full of frost. There were crumbs in the refrigerator. That being said, I will be said I will be reluctant to stay at another La Quinta without asking a lot of questions.
This was great to be away from home and although it was a hotel room it felt like I was in an apartment. I was able to bring my puppy and breakfast was offered in the morning which my little one really look forward to she loves doing her own waffles. It was clean everyone was really kind and nice I actually spent five days during Christmas and I just left from spending two more days for New years I love it its so awesome!!! 😊
Despite Covid restrictions, this was an excellent stay. The facility was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was buffet style, and still present every morning, and was quite good. The exercise room is limited to three people, and is also kept clean, though the pool was currently shut down.Overall, and excellent place to stay, with nice features that made the stay quite enjoyable.
We stayed here for the weekend for my mother-in-laws funeral. We had stayed in the La Quinta in Macon (Eisenhower Parkway) several years ago and decided to try one again. The hotel is neat, clean, and despite having canine guests, quiet. The staff was super-friendly, especially the desk clerk when we checked in Friday, April 16, and the other desk clerk when we checked out Sunday, April 18. One of the cleaning staff members held the room door for me when I was taking the luggage cart out on the 18th, which was nice. My husband was offered a free beverage because he is a veteran. The breakfast buffet was quite nice. There are eggs and sausages, a waffle maker, a pancake maker, four kinds of juice, a toaster and several kinds of bread, bagels, muffins, and pastries, oatmeal and grits (packaged), several fruit choices, 2% milk in a dispenser, also skim milk, butter, margarine, cream cheese, and even cheese slices (which husband really appreciated) in a fridge. Hot coffee and tea were available. At the time we went masks were required, and people were doing well social distancing. Our complaints are mostly minor. The shower head was terrific, but the tubs need new non skid. The light bulbs seem to either be CFLs or daylight LED bulbs, which give that odd, disorienting greenish light. Please invest in warm white LEDs, please. (Home Depot has a bright white bulb which is brighter than warm whites for the overheads but doesnt give that greenish light.)Sorry, the pillows were terrible. It was as if they had just rolled up stiff cloth and stuffed them in pillowcases. Can we suggest a firm but soft foam like a bamboo pillow? Also, have some feather pillows on hand for those who ask. (We love Staybridge Suites because they have feather pillows by request.) Also, the blackout curtains are totally inadequate. La Quintas parking lot is very brightly lit to deter thieves and provide maximum identification for the security cameras, which makes you feel safe out there when you come in late or have to take your dog out. It is like being out in the sun. And the white blackout curtains, while thick, do nothing to keep that light out. There is a big glow around the windows all night long, and since the beds are next to the windows, you can see the problem. But I would still recommend this place. Maybe take a eye mask. Would have been totally perfect with a darker room, a grippy tub, and warm white light bulbs.
Room and bathroom was very clean. Strong air deodorizer smell when you first enter the room, but not a problem. The breakfast was great. Biscuits and gravy, eggs, waffles and pancakes. Breakfast area was very well maintained. Sam checked us in. Very nice and helpful on explaining the restaurants in walking distance. The very best part of this hotel is that they still allow pets at no charge. Would definitely recommend this hotel to family & friends.
Our experience here was very good. We stayed here with a dog on our move down to Florida and my husband stayed here a week later with two cats on the second trip down to Florida. The rooms were nice and clean and the people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Fresh cookies at the front desk two. Breakfast wasn’t bad either.
I would skip it. The hotel needs to be redone. The carpets are stained and frayed. The doors are banged up and chipped. They clearly have a mold issue - it smells pretty bad. Everything is dated. Our TV didn’t work and we had to switch rooms - apparently that’s common. The elevator didn’t work correctly and the inspection is out of date- so that’s a major fire hazard. Not sure who is stealing their linens but the price list is on the back of the bathroom door. Thankfully we were just passing through for one night. I’d give 5 stars to the front desk guy tho. He was fantastic and has a personality that will serve him well in any career he chooses.
Its perfectly fine. It was $40 less than surrounding hotels. Hotels have gotten way over priced. The tub was clean, but there was some mold or mildew stain on the caulk around it. Small sacrifice to save $40. The staff was helpful and friendly. Quiet. Didnt hear any noise coming from the hallways, etc. Id stay again.
Friendly & Good service although cleanly wise is not good been given a room found one roach no issue then right before going to bed literally spotted two others around 12am was already tired an got a new room again well done & good service at the front desk not there fault its obvious cleaning person is only doing basic cleaning then well thorough cleaning cause new room found candy on the couch & a ketchup packet in the Bible dresser next to the bed. Again very good friendly service hate to say this, but need a new cleaning person.
Surprisingly nice! My room was very clean... Even the carpets had just been shampooed. It was quiet, convenient, and comfortable. The breakfast was good serving scrambled eggs, home fries, biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage, waffles, pancakes, pastries, fruit, etc. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! Sam, who worked the front desk in the evenings was awesome. He genuinely cared about the guests and their well-being, and was always working hard or engaged in a friendly conversation with one of the guests. I will probably stay there again when I return on business.
Hotel was clean, front desk was nice and responsive, pool area is clean, on site store has decent options but at a hefty price. Our main issues: 1. We were looking for in room hot tub, but they only have 1 room with that.. and trying to find out if they had one was a nightmare... took 3 phone calls. 2. They allow pets, which isnt necessarily a bad thing, but... there were dogs on our hall that barked all night, and therefore we didnt sleep well. The hotel didnt do anything to compensate for that.
Never leave hotel reviews and we travel a lot. I am also very picky about hotels and cleanliness. We were so impressed by this hotel. Pet friendly and extremely clean! The staff was amazing! Wyatt at the front desk was so polite and welcoming! We would definitely stay here again.
Wow. I had never stayed at a La Quinta before and needless to say this has set the bar pretty high. A clean and fresh atmosphere. Everything was spotless. The breakfast area was amazing as well. It was a full spread. The staff were friendly and efficient. Also surprised by the large side of the room. For just a basic two bed layout there was a little couch and coffee table area as well! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone I know.
Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Nice pool although the hot tub was broken. The gym is small but functional. Breakfast was not impressive. Hot items: mystery meat, mystery egg, and mystery choice. They were all adequate but nothing special. They did have a pancake robot which made perfect pancakes. A good selection of continental items and everything was pretty fresh and well stocked.
My experience at this hotel was extremely pleseant. The staff was always cheerful and ensured that you had everything you needed. The room was found to be very clean and well made. The bathroom definitely showed wear but overall it was a good stay at a great price (military rate).
Had to spend two seperate weekends here due to an air conditioning malfunction at home, and Ive never seen a cleaner La Quinta. The staff is awesome, the rooms are great, I have a one-year-old daughter with me both stays and they were super accommodating. If you need a place to stay in Warner Robins, this is the hotel Ill recommend first.
We stayed for 3 nights and had a great stay! Very clean and everything in our room was pretty updated fom what I could tell. Breakfast was fresh and hot every morning, and the staff had wonderful customer service. The only frustrating piece we experienced was out of the hotels control - just some noisy people staying above us. We would definitely stay here again!
La Quinta Inn Warner Robins is a great Hotel! I recommend it and have they really enjoyed my stay here. Sam at the front desk has wonderful customer service skills and really makes you feel welcome. The rims are perfect, spotless comfortable attractive and well laid out. I love the fitness center with the free weights, a bench, some cardio machinery, and a pulley machine. A big plus is that they keep the fitness center a cool temperature. Breakfast is great, I really like the eggs. This is also at a great location, very close to the freeway and very close to the main business area. I will be staying here again!
I would given this place 5 stars if werent for the elevator being very slow and even malfunctioned during my stay and the coffee is a complete joke. I mean why even serve that garbage? This is a pet friendly place and it would be great to separate these people from others. I dont want to hear a freaking dog barking at night people. Put them on the 1st or 2nd floor and keep them separately! Otherwise, nice room, clean, and excellent location.
Kenneth is the man!! Got in at 4am, Kenneth got us into our room (had to pay for the extra day but thats to be expected) hes friendly and helpful.Room is clean and quiet, bed is comfortable, linens are nice, room is large and the wife really likes the breakfast buffet.Shower head is horrendous, I dont need 10 settings on a shower head, none of which work as intended.Rip out the cheap multifunction shower head replace with a cheap low-flow single setting head and the room would be perfect.I travel to WR multiple times a year, this is my new go-to hotel.
Its a good clean hotel. The only complaint is we stayed 5 nights and wanted to extend one more night. We were hoping to get a somewhat discount because the weather was severe and were gold members. Well that didnt happen. They wanted us to pay close to 40 percent more than what we paid for the 5 nights. So we just packed up in the nasty weather and went to the quality inn down the street. Much more reasonable rate and very clean hotel
I really wanted to give this hotel 5 stars but there are a few issues that need attention. We checked in on Wednesday night and the guy at the front desk was great. We got up to our room which on first glance we were very happy with. However upon entering the bathroom we found out the bathroom door wouldn’t lock. It was broken which is a huge inconvenience when you have kids who know how to open doors. The bathtub drain, the top part was broken and laying on top of the drain when we arrived. When we placed it back in we found out it doesn’t stay. The bathroom fan didn’t work. The cover for the AC unit was missing thus allowing my 2 year old to play with the temperature in the room. On the following morning we went to breakfast. The food was delicious both days!! However when we left to go back to our room as I began walking down the hallway I heard a alarm and knew immediately someone was stuck in the elevator. Not a problem elevators breakdown, except the front desk gentleman (I didn’t catch his name) was telling another guest and I that there was no one stuck in their because his computer didn’t alert him. After a few minutes of us explaining that yes someone was in their and calling for help the other guest gave up and asked where the stairs were. The front desk gentleman refused to answer constantly dodging the question before finally I asked if the stairs were up front because we weren’t going in the elevator. At that same time is when the guy in the elevator realized the alarm was doing nothing and started pounding on the door and the front desk employee realized there was really someone in there. I don’t know what happened after that as we found the stairs and went to our rooms but that elevator did not work again the rest of our stay. The other elevator was creaky and scary. The pool was one of the reasons we chose this hotel so the kids could get some energy out. That wasn’t very possible. The room was kept cold so cold that the water temperature was pretty much unbearable. My son swam for about 10 minutes and then got out while the rest of us went in the hot tub. When my son and I got back in I noticed within 3 minutes that his lips and nails were very very blue. I got him out and my mom asked the front desk for towels. She was met with eye rolls followed by a long wait to locate them. Once he warmed up he was fine but that was the end of the pool fun this trip. Over all the hotel has amazing potential. The room was gorgeous and spacious and the breakfast delicious; they just have some fixing and upgrading to do.
Room was clean, breakfast was great, pool and hot tub were fine. Treadmill was a little dangerous, conveyor belt would slow down every step you took. Rooms besides being clean had poor ventilation and certain odors would linger. Also there was not good sound isolation, I could hear everything going on in the hallway and in my neighbors bathroom.
The staff was great, thanks Sam! The room was nice and clean. The pool was cold because it was inside and not heated. It is a pet friendly hotel as well. The breakfest in the morning was ok. The biscuits were hard but everything else was good. I would stay here again if I was passing through. Thanks!
I thoroughly enjoy staying at La Quinta! I can always expect a good room, a tasty breakfast, and personable and courteous staff whenever I stay at a La Quinta. I use a wheelchair. I also like the fact that I can always be guaranteed an accessible room whenever I stay at a La Quinta. My last visit to a La Quinta was from November 27th to December 2nd at the La Quinta in Warner Robins, Georgia. Overall, it was a good stay. Unfortunately, my husband and I were unable to enter our room with our key cards at around 8 p.m. on the fourth night of our stay. My husband immediately advised the gentleman working the front desk of our problem. The front desk person immediately came down to our room and did numerous troubleshooting techniques with no luck in getting our key cards to work. He finally told us that we’d have to relocate to a room across the hall. My husband and I had to pack and unpack all of our belongings to the new room. The new room was adequate. Instead of a roll in shower, it was a bathtub with bars on the wall. It was also a challenge for us to figure out how to convert from a bathtub to a shower with no posted instructions. I feel that posting instructions on how to convert from bathtub to shower would most definitely help guests. I also certainly hope that the key card door problems will be addressed for my future visits and all La Quinta guests. And the dogs in the facility were noisier than we had previously experienced.
Very dissatisfied with customer service. Requested a 2hr late check out time to allow my family to freshen up before heading to a cousins birthday dinner in Atlanta after touring the Warner Robins Airforce base museum. They could not accommodate without charging for an entire 2nd night. I offered to pay an additional fee and extra tip for the housekeeper. Asked for the front desk to call the manager. No we cant do this is all they would say. I asked for a way to contact the manager. I was given a business card. I emailed the manager, no response. Overall, nice, clean hotel, but very poor customer service. In addition, bedding was missing from the sofa bed. Had to go down and ask for it and only had one sheet. Front desk poorly managed. Had to tell for several minute on 3 different occasions to get someone to come out of the back. Spend your money elsewhere.
Friendly and helpful staff. The standard room is huge in comparison to rooms from competing hotels - had a separate seating area w/ sofa and coffee table, king bed, desk, TV, mini fridge and small microwave. The room is also clean and newish. For food options, theres a Japanese restaurant and a chicken salad place next door.
I’ve stayed at lots of LaQuintas before. This one I never got to stay at, but I hope I do. We had booked two rooms during the Dorian hurricane. We started with 3 nights stay. My son in-law from New England got very nervous, so we booked it for 2 extra nights. Employee on the phone had no problem updating and changing the reservation. If people were watching, Dorian took forever to find the right track and what day it would be in our area, Palm Coast FL. It was forever changing. As it changed, we canceled & added as the ever changing track. This took several phone calls. There was never, on any phone call, an exasperated, angry, frustrated person on the other end of the phone. They were always polite and extremely helpful at a very stressful time for our family. The cherry on the top was when we called at 8:30 the night we were supposed to show up. We ended up helping a fellow neighbor with packing their car and by the time we were finished, we were stuck on the island and bridges had closed. We knew we were going to owe a nights worth on both rooms. They scrubbed the whole reservations and didn’t charge a penny. This included several different employees, but don’t remember all their names. It’s so nice to deal with so many different people and be treated with the same customer service from all of them. The manager must be a great boss! We will most definitely be staying at the hotel when we are up that way!
Any La Quinta Ive been to before this one has been fine. The room at this one however, smelled like feet, the water stank, and the shower curtain was covered in a previous guests hair. Ive been to cleaner hotels at half the price.Staff was very pleasant, but Ill be sure to allow myself actual time to find a different hotel if Im in the area again.
Very, Very courteous, friendly, and welcoming staff from the initial check in. All requests were accommodated (upper floor, end room away from the main road) Thanks. Room, bedding, bathroom were well cleaned and nice size) Excellent breakfast bar of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, pancakes and mini waffles, with breads, cereals, jogurt and fruit. Rose-Maria (German) follows the German cleanliness and presentation culture and it shows. Thanks to Sam at the front desk for assisting me with Wyndams Awards for my stay. Recommend this LaQuinta for a welcoming friendly staff, clean facilities and tasty breakfast. You will enjoy your stay.
The room was large, the mattresses were firm (as were the pillows), and the area was reasonably quiet. It is right next to a Japanese steakhouse, so the air was always nicely scented work food. The main drawback to me was that the room was bright thanks to a spotlight shining directly on the sign right above the rooms window.
Clean rooms, small hot-tub fits maybe 3 people but its there. No rooms on the first floor so be prepared to NOT sleep. Kids running around everywhere echoed so bad, we checked out because the hotel man refused to do anything! Wont stay here again, due to that fact only!!
After a long drive from Venice, FL, we made our overnight stop here and were delighted!Having a dog with us we often find dog-friendly hotel rooms saturated with Fabreeze. Not here! Our room was squeaky clean, our dog was at ease and not crazy over other dog smells and all rested quite well. Breakfast was excellent with fresh, hot food for any palate or dietary needs. Staff exceptionally helpful especially Wyatt. He was this morning’s front desk attendant who helped me set up my military account that had a few twists and turns only he could deal with. He was very polite, pleasant and went above and beyond the customer service standard.Futuristically we will only stay at LaQuintas when traveling with or without our pup. Thumbs up Wyatt. You rock and made all the difference. LaQuinta is fortunate to have you.Mary
Best stay ever! Sam at the front desk has great customer service skills. This hotel is truly 100% pet friendly. Im now on board with staying at La Quinta Inn and Suites instead of Marriott. Ill be dumping my Marriott rewards and go wit LQ because pets rule at LQ. Marriott charged $150 or more for pets not worth it anymore.
Arrived in one room there were silver fish in the Tub . Got a new room, there was a 3 in roach in the bathroom. It’s the south I get it there will be bugs no matter what but honestly it was unsettling. Other than that it was a great stay and the lovely guy at the front desk killed the roach for us and made sure we were ok.
The Charlie H. and Ella Jenkins Family reunion was held Jul 28-30 and a majority of the family stayed at you hotel. We would like to extend a special THANK YOU to Billy, Sam, Jonathan and especially Wyatt for their hospitality. You gentlemen went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was very memorable. Rooms were ready and available upon check-in, breakfast was amazing, amenities very enjoyable. Thank you from all of the family that stayed at your location. Would definitely recommend this location to others. Jenkins Family (Miami, NC, GA, Ft Lauderdale, Jacksonville, VA)
Black mold in the shower and the mini refrigerator was full of mold..We did not shower because this is how people get sick..Bold Mold is a toxicant and dangerous to breath it..We where so tired we had to get some sleep because we where driving from Key West Florida..We had to stop ,, We where falling a sleep driving..
Horrible check-in process with the guy on his phone as you are asking him questions. This is just rude, plus other customers have stated the same in their reviews and he is still there giving the same terrible customer service. Im sure the management team will give the same automated response to this as they always do. They should just be honest, and say nothing will be done regarding your concerns.
Front staff is fantastic. Sam, 5 stars. I would normally rate this place 5 stars, but when the maid walks in on you without knocking, after she has already cleaned the room, and stands giggling like were girlfriends and you have to slam the door shut because she wont close it, 0 if I could. Then she has the audacity to come bang on my door three more times! The time to apologize would be as it occurred. Never bang on a customers door-- it should be obvious after the first knock that no one intends to open the door. Silly thought may be, but most guests want to just relax.
This La Quinta is one of the newer upgraded ones. I choose La Quinta because they are pet friendly. This was very clean even with pets in the building. The staff was friendly and responsive to any special requests we had made.I would recommend this place to stay to friends and family and anyone with pets.
The inn is ok. The interior decorating could use some modernization and a lot of the furnishings and equipment are chepa / old. However the service is excellent (mmm fresh cookies!) And for the price it is hard to beat. If your looking for a budget stay with breakfast, gym, pool, and more this is your place.
They first told us they were booked,we said we really like staying with u in the past.if there is anything you can do to get us in we would love to stay with u for a week.;)they got us in.breakfast in the morning is awesome but mon-fri the pool is full of screaming babies because this lady reserves the pool for swim lessons

2022-01-29Cant say enough good things about this hotel. We were looking for a place to stop with our dog for the night. We chose this hotel based on prior reviews, and they were correct. Everyone was SUPER friendly, from overnight desk staff to morning breakfast crew. Breakfast itself was excellent - scrambled eggs & sausage, biscuits & gravy, pastries, as well as machines for fresh waffles and pancakes. Great start for another day of driving for us. Comfortable beds, clean, quiet, and VERY dog friendly. Felt like stopping at a friends house along our drive. Cant ask for more for the price. We will be back.

2022-03-31I was traveling with my dog, needed pet friendly accommodations. Location was nice and convenient to I-75 without being right next to the interstate, so no loud traffic noise. Room was clean, beds were a little firm for my taste but Im not going to knock a star for that. There is a small area for walking your dog at one end of the building, this could be larger, but it was enough for my dog. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

2022-05-01My husband and I were traveling with our dog and we only planned to stay overnight, but a family emergency occurred that had us in and out of the ER during our stay. We ended up staying 3 nights, updating our room each day without warning.Because we were so upset with our personal issues, I can easily admit that we were not easy guests to put up with.Without knowing our circumstances, the staff was still amazing about helping us with our last minute room changes, our scatter brained mistakes, and all our annoying questions and requests. The whole staff was very nice; George and Sam were especially kind! Thank you all! When I am stressed my concerns with cleanliness can be obsessive, but the room they gave us was very clean and comfortable! We will be staying here again!!

2022-03-16We never even got to stay ! We made reservations a week prior. Called a few days before our stay to ask about early check in. We told the lady when we reserved the room it was for a kids Birthday party. But when we called she now tells us no parties aloud! And tells us if we come that we will be escorted out! REALLY?!?! That’s ok! We called another local hotel that Welcomed us!!!

2022-02-11This hotel is clean but my stay was riddled by complaints from someone next door to me.It got to a point of harassment. First the complaint was about my dog barking in which I asked the Hotel to move me to another room but stated no.Then it was followed up by my TV was too loud. I went into the hall and I could not hear my TV. This complaint came to me 3 times. First time in the morning as it was stated that the people worked at night and were sleeping. I turned off the TV. Then the complaint came again in the evening when the people supposedly worked at night. Once again went to the hallway and could not hear my TV from the room. The guy at the front desk stated that my dog barked 3 nights ago and she did but I resolved that issue. Not sure why he was bringing that up again as the complaint was about the TV volume.Anyway I have been extended a week on the project and my dog is going back home on Saturday which I usually do not travel with my pet as this was just extentuating circumstance but I am not rebooking at this hotel. It is a nice place but I feel I was grossly harassed by the front desk here. I have never had this type of experience ever with or without my dog and especially the volume level of my TV. Kind of crazy.

2022-02-12The check in process was easy and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. I could hear a lot of noise on the hallway but I put a towel down at the base of the door and it got better.

2022-04-04We’ve stayed here at the La Quinta Warner Robins as a local several times and I’ve left 5 star reviews previously! But apparently there’s new management and it’s horrible. We’ve had to stay before because of our AC going out and it took a few days to get parts. Also we have large families in Seattle and St. Louis so we always book this hotel for them to stay when they come to visit us, our home is just too small for everyone! Everything has always been great until now! Our well pump went out and we couldn’t get it replaced for 4 days so of course we believe our “go to” was this La Quinta… the indoor pool wasn’t heated as it always was so the littles were way too cold and that was a huge bummer for them! Later on we found out a housekeeper and her child and husband or boyfriend live next door to the room we were in. This isn’t the problem, but the first night the two were fighting; screaming, cussing and slamming furniture with a child in the room most of the night and into the morning time. My husband works 12hr night shifts and this mess went til his time to sleep after 7am. Then the “manager” called, woke him up at 10am and asked that we actually leave the room until maintenance is done cleaning the AC! They knew he works nights and should’ve waited til we checked out! We left, I took my husband to the Kroger parking lot for a nap and all of us just waited in the car for about 2 hours. Got back to the room and they were still working on it! We sat on the couch and kept waiting! We also requested and was allowed late check out because the company with our well quoted it working by 1-2 that day so late checkout til 12:30 would be great for husband to catch a good nap. I reconfirmed late check out the day before with what I thought was going ok. My husband came in at 7am and housekeeping knocked at 11am. I said we don’t need housekeeping, thank you. She came through the door all the way suddenly, with her little son at noon!! She didn’t have any idea we had late check out, receptionist then called our room reminding us to leave! I said we have late checkout. She didn’t know either! Was a mess! When we walked down to check out, I saw the “manager” sitting in the little cubby office behind reception. I explained everything to her, she didn’t know, she kept apologizing and said she wasn’t told anything and wouldn’t have called to rush us out! I explained all the issues and that ridiculous “manager” never came out to speak knowing he could hear me and everything I was saying! I said management should always know communication and professional skills, a hotel manager should also have hospitality skills!!! It’s 101!The only good thing is Sam. He’s been there every time we’ve been and I actually thought he was the Manager our first night and was surprised he isn’t running the hotel! He should be because every time he has taken care of us it’s been with NO problems at all, warm cookies and super hospitality, great conversation! We’ve always felt welcome until now!… Myself and all my family will not be back! It’s heartbreaking, I want to support the actual good ones whom should be in charge!!

2022-04-14This hotel needs a little update but it was very clean. The staff was friendly and they have a comparatively decent breakfast. Location is ok.

2022-05-28Sink was broken, beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and the carpet was nasty. Also, there was a homeless man lurking outside in the field next to the parking lot, just staring at us. The list goes on and on, but I won’t waste my time writing it out. You get the gist, though.
