I have lived at Lakeside Vista for two years and have experienced nothing but pure disrespect. I love the community for what it is, however the management (everyone except Bridget & Mandie) and is what has turned me away. I have always been a faithful payer and at that time you receive nothing but smiles. There was a time when I fell on hard times and I was going to pay 7 days late. I went to the manager and explained to her my situation. She smiled and said it is ok, made sure I understood I would be responsible for the late fee and to let her know if anything has changed. Within days I was faced with an eviction notice. She has not done this one or twice but three times. She is very disrespectful in how she speaks to people and does not carry the level of honesty that someone in management should. I would not recommend staying at Lakeside Vista under her watch. She has even gone so far as to change my locks a week prior to me moving out. She claimed that she thought I was not coming back because most of my things were moved out. Which would mean she entered the premises for no reason because I did not submit any maintenance requests. Also I swore in at court and legally the apartment still belonged to me. I would run far far far away from this complex because you will experience nothing but mess if you have to personally deal with her.
Over the past 3 years that I have lived at this property, every time I call and put in a work order, the problem is fixed within 2 or 3 days. We also have the option to make an emergency work order request and they always respond very quickly when I call that line as well.
With the Area you would think that this place would be More Cleaner,Safe... Totally Not the Rudest, Loudest, Unfriendly Kids & Place Ive ever lived at. I pray I make it till December to Move. But the way they Beat and Kick on these doors I doubt it. It took Cobb County Police 30 mins to get here thru gate. Just wish it was More Quiet and Safer
A lot of these reviews on here are from years ago, Let’s start by saying this excellent location. Located next to shopping & dining . The place is beautiful, and at very good price for what you get . The community is very clean family oriented, and safe. The office staff is very friendly Their maintenance staff is on point, they make sure that your issue is taken care of in proper time and manner. All though I’m new resident I must say I very please so far !
I wanted to apologize for the apartment’s messy state. It’s also a reflection of how quick y’all’s service was. I left the apartment for a couple hours thinking it would take a couple days for maintenance to fix and I came back to the problem resolved. Very outstanding service!
Bridgette is the only reason they get one star. If I could rate this place a zero I would. The office manager is snobby and racist and makes comments like you cant afford this and you cant afford that. She is a disgusting human being and doesnt care that she is playing with peoples lively hood. Although she could care less. Now its becoming a legal matter and because now shes affecting my credit and will soon be having a lawsuit for numerous of other things. Thanks sweetie. Yeah. I got that card too.

Great place to live, I moved there in 2015 from St. Louis, MO and Bridgett was the first person I came in contact with, she helped me out a lot. She is very nice and professional.
Hidden gem of Kennesaw ga. Spend 9 years there and had no problem with getting things fix or replaced. Staff are pleasant and professional.
Im posting because Bridget in the front office is amazing she always has a great attitude, very helpful, and really shows she cares about people. Shes the epitome of what a strong leader is.
Bridgett is one of the nicest people Ive met in a while. I just moved here and I have not had any issues. A lot of young teens around here though.
I was pleased, that I didnt have to wait days, for the maintenance to show, and was he explained the problem, and let me know what to do in the future, if its something simple,bsuch as the garbage disposal. Thanks maintenance.
Carpet needs cleaning, needs a new refrigerator, blinds and a stove been here almost 11 years and never late with my RENT..

Nasty Breezeways, Graffiti every where, Mold all over the place, cops always arresting people, children unsupervised all over the place, drugs all over the place, front office says there cops that live there but never see them any where out patoling. dog crap in breeze ways. drunks everywhere.!!!1

2022-06-01This place is terrible, my mother in law moved in 6 months ago and she cannot wait for her lease to end. Each time i visit trash constantly is backed up. the property and assistant manger were fired months ago and there has been a slight improvement (hint at 1 star rating instead of zero). The cheap laminated hardwood floors look nice in pictures but if you live underneath anyone with the cheap laminated floor good luck enjoy your day. The gym equipment is dated and needs repair or replacement. The surrounding area is nice but the property is not. I would expect more from a property sold for $39 million dollars.If you need more information on the property follow the Lakeside vista resident page on Face book. The page was started by residents to keep everyone informed and for future residnets who are considering moving to lake side vista.

2021-04-20Based on my experience I can not recommend this place you will wake up every morning to outside noise beeping noises from the maintenence carts annoying. The apartments are poorly constructed water marks around windows, extremely cheap thin walls, and horrible window installation so you will hear the tiniest fraction of noise. The interior of the apartments are so old, and disgusting that its insulting literally the toilets, refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher are extremely old, doesnt function properly and makes noise so bad its embarrassing. The quality of these apartments is like putting a bandaid over a leaking pipe and then acting oblivious to why it had burst. The company is not BBB Accredited and not a long term apartment stay in investment that you would wanna make being said having more CONS than PROS. This will also depend on your personal preferances, situation, and living standards. The company does not reflect respect for its residents as to giving notification of changes in days lawn service is to come out which I found very inconsiderate and lacking. Who wants to hear lawn service on a (Tuesday) on their day off! When its been a usual MONDAYS AND THURSDAYS! Schedule. Disrespectful. Keep in mind these apartments have never currently been tested for (RADON) or (MOLD) so be mindful of this per you and your family health conditions.

2020-07-16Over all the is a great place to stay the office staff is very nice, however Bridget always get the job done. I would say the only problem I have with the complex is the ground area which the trash and mailbox area could be kept up better than it is. Since the new company have taking over the complex looking like its going down, we as tenants was promise that fairfield was going to improve the complex

2020-06-19The experience at Lakeside Vista has been fine until recently. Since the start of summer, the air conditioning has been broken 7 times! I have called about it each time and every time they send someone out to fix it, it breaks again within two days. They have not offered any explanation or anything for the inconvenience. I have two young children and the condition of the apartment is unbearable throughout the day and night! My daughter is asthmatic and we have to stay out of the apartment just get relief for her. I’m not sure if it is the new management team or not but the recent change in quality has me ready to move!
