4/4/2022 my car has been at Dodge since the 12th of last month 3/12/2022. And the first time I got some real help was today after my car has been at Dodge almost a month. I would like to give kudos to Preston -The service provider,I feel as if this is the first person here to treat me like a person. Like I matter like,my car back matters. I don’t feel that Andrew, helped me in that way. I would like to give a very big thank you to Preston the sales provider that treated me like I was his mother sister just a person that matter. And thank you also too Jason for your assistance too.
I worked with Diamond Rogers to get my brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee L. It was a horrible experience. I got my vehicle brand new although it was used as a demo off the showroom floor. The brand new vehicle came with a broken latch on the passenger side door that had to be replaced. The vehicle also had recalls that my salesperson knew about. However, they allowed me to take the vehicle home. I ended up having to drive 100 miles back to the dealership to get the recalls taken care of so they can report my vehicle as sold. After that, I noticed some paint defects in the rear of the vehicle after I handwashed it myself. After noticing the defects, I reported it to Eric the sales manager. He informed me that I had my vehicle too long so they wouldnt be able to do anything for me. I started a case with Jeep wave over a month ago and still I have yet to.get assistance. Save your time and money. Go somewhere else where you are valued as a customer. My vehicle was new and I was treated like trash when I reported my concerns. My salesperson Diamond Rogers doesnt even return phone calls. Go elsewhere. You have been warned.
A mixed review. When I called to make an appointment, I was led to believe they make appointments for oil changes. When I got there, I was told they do not make appointments for oil changes on any days of operation. I was told the manager is considering moving toward appointments (Ive never experienced a dealership that doesnt have service appointments for oil changes). The wait turned out to be less than I was given as an estimate (2 1/2 hours instead of 4 hours), which was good. They did a good job with the car and they had an office area where I was able to work. But beware of their no appointment system. Either get there early or have something to do while you wait.
Larry & Preston provided excellent service today while at the dealership. I expected to wait a few hours being today is Saturday & I didn’t have a appointment. I went in with my check engine light on after getting an oil change. They got me in & out in a short period of time. I recommend anyone going to the dealership to ask for Larry & Preston. Thank You Guys!
I have been buying all of our vehicles from Don Uganoba at this location for at least 10 years now.No other dealership could ever stand up next to the selection of vehicles, the attention to detail and the understanding of what you need and how much you can afford to pay as the great people there. Don always greets us at the door and makes us feel like family! He calls and makes sure we are still satisfied with our purchases. He even calls on holidays to wish us well! He respectfully called me when my husband died, just to see if I needed anything! Now, thats a true friend and business man that cares about his customers! Buy from the best, buy from Don!

Every aspect of this transaction was by FAR handled in the smoothest and utmost professionalized approach. I will certainly drive the 300+ miles from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina to Landmark in Morrow Georgia to receive this type of service for any/all future purchases.
The service clerk Andrew was very disrespectful. It seems as if he doesn’t want to do his job. The terrible service for the price of my oil change did not add up. He first acted as if he was unaware of my appointment. He then gave me a hard time for trying to use a %10 coupon. After going back and forth over a coupon he proceeded with taking 2$ off which was not 10% of $140. I was a loyal customer until today. Never going back!
Don is definitely the guy to go see. He made my sons 1st time buying a car experience very smooth. Not only is Don knowledgeable of vehicles but he actually cared and found a car for my son in the price he can afford. Thanks Landmark we are satisfied with the service we received.
I give Don 5 stars 🌟 he is always a great help in finding the right car, the right one to help and has great customer service towards me and my referrals always over the years!On the other hand, I give the Service area Zero Stars! They have you pull up and wait for over 20-30 minutes while no one says anything to you, not even a hello or hold on then they finally say something to you and its, it will be 4 hours before they can get to you!

I purchased my vehicle form Ms. Zaconnia on June 16th she had been helping and assisting me for a week prior to my my purchase date. I had an extremely tough budget to work with, but she didnt mind and she took on the challenged. She text / emailed me pictures of incoming inventory daily until I found the perfect vehicle. I was very pleased overall with my previous experience at Landmark. Don Ugonabo was exceptional! Extremely kind and helpful. He was thorough and detailed and that proved to be beneficial in terms of finalizing my decision . Before coming to this location, I stopped by another dealership, however they failed to provide pertinent information for me to unequivocally consider purchasing a vehicle. Don made the process smooth and I would highly recommend him to anyone aspiring to purchase a vehicle.

Prior to coming there I stopped by another dodge dealership that failed to provide certain information. Nevertheless I have decided to ditch the other one and start going to the Morrow location.
Was looking at a Jeep for my daughter in college and I thought the process was going to be incredibly difficult because of how long its been since my husband and I have bought a car. But it was the complete opposite! Everyone Im dealership was friendly and knew everything about every model. My dealer, Don, was professional and didnt mess around with the cost of hidden fees. We gave the car to our daughter on Christmas day and she told us its still running great til this day! Very thankful that we were not scammed into buying a broken car. Thank you Landmark!
Had a REALLY pleasant and smooth experience when we had to replace the PCM on our Ram 2500. Service manager Joe and Service Tech Jason were just awesome! Great communication plus a fast turnaround. Truly exceeded our expectations.We almost used another dealership for our major repair but ended up moving our vehicle to Landmark. What a relief we did!👍👍
I will definitely buy another car from landmark Dodge. We bought two vehicles from Landmark Dodge and each time it got better. Don and the manager were very exceptional in making sure we get the best possible deal. I thank everybody that helped us in the process and we will definitely be back in the future.
First & LAST time here.. I called to schedule an oil change and someone told me, “We don’t do appointments. Just pull up and it usually doesn’t take longer than an hour”I get there the next day, waited over 20 minutes to even be acknowledged. Only to be greeted with “we’ll be with you in one second”After waiting another 10 minutes, I’m asked if I have an appointment. I was told if I didn’t have one, I would have to wait 3-6 hours.I waited even longer to make an appointment for the time I was there. So basically, when I asked to make an appointment, it was 11:41 and they made the appointment for 11:45. Which is odd since I was just told I would have to wait 3-6 hours without an appointment.The oil change was $104 and I have a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee.From me getting to the dealership to getting serviced took over 90 MINUTES.The customer service was terrible. No one seems like they know what’s going on. Pure calamity.Do not recommend.
Just want to give a Special Great Customer Service award To Brain, Preston, and Jessica and also The Technician who Program my key for me right before closing on 12/17/2021. The made me feel so welcome and important when I came in for service to have a replacement key order. Service was great and speedy! Great selection , with the exception of the finance manager pushing the warranty after I said I didnt want it. I was told I had a 3yr 36,000 mile warranty only and after reading the details i have a 5yr 60,000 mile powertan warranty from Ram. so all I really get is a 40,000 mile warranty with a Brochure and no actual policy for $21,00 $s .
I was very pleased with the service department at the Morrow location. I have had some serious issues with many other service locations in the Atlanta area, so I’m very grateful to have found this location. Shout out to Kailyn who always take good care of me whenever I bring my car in. She keeps me informed and updated on my repairs. I will always bring my car to the Morrow location from here on out. Also shout out to Deonte who have taken good care of me on Kailyn off days just like I was his customer. Keep up the good work because good customer service is so hard to find.
I took my Jeep Wrangler to get an oil change last week. My oil percentage is still low! I literally have a scoop of coolant in my car which means they DID NOT top off my fluids for $70! This is the worst place to get your car serviced! WARNING! GO TO UNION CITY OR LITHIA SPRINGS!
I would not recommended buying from here!!!! I bought my jeep from here brand new 2021 grand Cherokee Jeep. I had recently brought my jeep in for s small issue with the push button start. It was hesitating to start up after 30 seconds. The lady advise me to change my fob battery and I did. Its seem to get worse so I just brought it up to the dealership Preston the service tech is amazing but the other clown there is horrible. They could not find the issue with my vehicle but its still present today. I wait 2 weeks with no commutations about my car, and aslo they lost my keys when i want to deteive my vehicle. I had to take off 4 times too come up there. This is defily the shoret story i can go on and on about this place.
As a first time car buyer, I was so grateful to the team at Landmark Dodge for making my experience so comfortable and easy! Don especially was super helpful throughout the entire process, checking in and making sure everything was okay. Definitely will be back for a new car in the future!
I have been a Landmark customer for over 10 years. The service and customer care is unwavering. My sales associate Don keep me informed of the new and pre-owned vehicles available. Don knows my interest in trucks as a long standing customer. Thanks Don; for paying attention to the customer.
My son had his vehicle towed to Landmark Dodge of Morrow on 01/31/22 by Warranty Solutions. As of today, his vehicle has not been serviced. Apparently, there are unresolved issues between Landmark and Warranty SolutionsHowever, Landmark Dodge will not answer the phone and when they do answer, youre left on hold for extended periods of time. Customer service has declined significantly in the last couple of years. I have conducted business with this facility for 16 years. I will have to find another facility to complete the oil changes and repairs for my vehicles in the future.
Ive purchased three vehicles over ten years at this dealership (convenience over quality clearly) & each encounter as of late has shown significant lack of consideration and customer service. Had an appointment scheduled today, arrived early & went in on time. Sales rep was not there and was shuffled to the only associate available and working (Eric). Others were present, but clearly not in haste to assist. Paperwork being signed and ten minutes later told that the finance department was empty. Are you serious? What was the point of me making an appointment?? Sales rep asked if I could come tomorrow or another time. No sir I cannot. Im an essential worker and my time is limited and important. Sent two emails to try to reschedule or get some kind of engagement on when I could be accommodated (one to the rep that did not show and another to the sales manager) and yet to no avail. This place is completely ridiculous. If you have the time, money, and gas go to another dealership.
Dont know where to start.. I wish there was a 0 button but sadly there isnt. This experience has been a nightmare. My 80 year old dad, a Vietnam vet, bought a brand new 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 Bighorn in 12/2020. In 11/2021( 11 months) the truck completely shut down while highway driving. Within that time we had to replace the battery twice, the alternator and the spark plugs) When the truck died we took it to the service department in Morrow and to date a diagnostic has still not been completed. the reason being is because they cant get the truck to turn over their words not mine. The truck has been there since 11/17/2021 and is still under warranty ( a fact the service tech was aware of but not my dad) so he was without transportation for over two months. They didnt even offer a loaner. We are still no closer to a final resolution as the rental we were finally able to secure will be returned by weeks end. My dad was constantly given the run around( unbeknownst to me because I live out of town) from November to the end of January when I got involved. It took me 3.5 hours the first day and 2 hours the 2nd to finally file a warranty claim and to finally get a handle of what was going on. Honestly there isnt enough time for me to list the horrible service given by a service tech whos name rhymes with Weston. The lack of communication, customer service and the misinformation my dad and I have received has soured me to the point I would NEVER recommend this location to purchase or service a vehicle. BUYER BEWARE...February 9th, 2022After your the most recent response which again did not address any of the issues or provide any resolution are we to believe that the cause of the trucks failure is the discarded items left on the back of the truck? Had the truck not broken down while driving the items would have been discarded prior to it being towed to your shop. My dad lives in rural GA roughly 66 miles one way from Atlanta and trucks are used heavily in everyday life- so not sure what your reference to commercial use means as he is retired and cant lift more than 25 pounds because of arthritic shoulders. Its a truck and the flat bed is made for transport. If the items on the truck was used commercially they certainly would not have any value now after sitting on your lot for the past 80+ days. Additionally as I accompanied him to the shop on several occasions if the items on the truck were a problem why werent we told to remove them? Youd be happy to know that we made a trip to your shop this morning 02/09 to remove the items.Your response although timely is a perfect example of the lack of empathy or concern demonstrated by your staff. What sense of urgency was he expected to show when the truck was in your possession and he was told you would contact him when it was repaired. Additionally, the preferred communication method of your service department was via text messages. Seriously, your service department was expecting an 80 year old man to respond via text messages timely and no one saw that as a problem.If the truck is unable to be repaired then advise us as such so that we know what to do as we are eager and highly motivated to get this issue resolved.Best regards,

Horrible customer service Ran my credit 5 times to get a price on a 1 car that was less than 30k. After I said no, the sales man told me 3 times don’t come crying to me after you can’t get a car somewhere else. The finance manger was uncomfortably insistent that no one will give me a car and my credit score of 720 will go down to 600 cause of the times he ran it. We started of good but they couldn’t let it go and just gain a prospect they NEEDED THAT SALE which made my experience very poor.

I was concerned when Union City Chrysler dealership changed management. I couldnt even confirm the hours which was disappointing since I brought my car brand new from them and no one else has ever serviced it. I found this dealership and I was impressed. Got an oil change and full check up under an hr. Jason was excellent and provided me a detailed explanation of everything along with recommendations from the next visit. Cashing out was easy and everyone was friendly. This is my new service center.
My wife and I walked in to look at SUVs and drove out in a Jeep. That almost says it all but Ill elaborate.My wife had been looking for a new minivan or SUV, and we looked at several dealerships and brands.We drove a couple Toyotas and looked at some others. She decided to look at Dodges so we can to Landmark and met a salesman named Pete. First of all, I cannot tolerate pushy salespeople, and I dont like my time wasted. Pete was not pushy nor wasted our time. He asked what we were interested in, he walked around the lot patiently while my wife scoped out the inventory (not many new cars out there, on ANY lots due to the chip shortage.Way far off the in parking lot she saw a Jeep Gladiator and asked Pete to get the keys so she could look at it and drive it.He made the long trek back to the lobby and got the keys.We drove it and she liked it. We bought it.Now something that must be said here about Pete. He did not try to oversell us on this vehicle, and made sure it had everything we both actually wanted seeing as how it wasnt a minivan or SUV. His demeanor the whole time was calm and professional and friendly. He didnt waste time trying to upsell things we didnt want or need. He got us into finance dept quickly, and Chad in finance was also great...very knowledgeable and again, no heavy upsell on maintenance.Turns out my wife wanted ME to have the Jeep so I got the jeep!Great experience all around and we got what we wanted with our trade in and an extremely fair price on the Jeep.Thanks Pete for the sale and Chad in finance for the help with the maintenance contracts!(Pic attached of Pete and my wife!)
My vehicle was towed here and the service advisor that received my vehicle from the tow truck driver lied about knowing where my vehicle was (where it was dropped off at) and failed to reach out about my vehicle. This is the SECOND WEEK my vehicle has been here and I have yet to speak with my service advisor about my vehicle. I spoke to the manager and my service advisor reached out ONCE to tell me the same thing I expressed to him; it needs coolant. Ive left SEVERAL voicemails and has NOT received a call back. This is unprofessional and is NOT how you treat a LOYAL customer. For a week straight; no one could tell me if my vehicle was there.
This was the most herrendous experience I have had purchasing a car. I have purchased many cars. This is the first to experience having financing that fell through after having a car for almost a month. Then the dealer request for 5000.00 more from the finance company I had already had a pre approval with. This is crazy!!! Don’t shop HERE!!! Never again.
This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. The customer service is terrible. Our vehicle was not fully inspected or cleaned before it was sold and handed over. For starters, the first week we had the vehicle it wouldn’t start. The vehicle was still not properly inspected or cleaned when it was brought back to this dealership but the battery was replaced(is what we were told). After that, we have had multiple issues with the vehicle being unable to drive. The throttle body, the emergency parking break, the gear shift, stalling etc. The front desk wants to transfer your call as soon as they answer rather than asking what you need help with, or they put you on hold for over 15 minutes. I have still not gotten a call back over something I called about MONTHS ago. I’ve left multiple voicemails for multiple departments and managers. There was a wheel lock on the vehicle my boyfriend and I purchased and we were not notified of this or given the key when we purchased the vehicle. Now the vehicle needs repairs that require removing the wheels and it’s impossible. Locksmiths and shops aren’t able to remove this lock and this dealership has been extremely disappointing and unhelpful.Edit: Juan from parts picked up my call today, after 20 minutes of holding and telling multiple people what the issue was, and informed me I can bring the vehicle to the dealership to have the wheel locks removed. Had someone returned my call sooner or given me this information I wouldn’t be in the predicament I’m in now. Now it will have to be towed just to have the wheel locks removed that should’ve been resolved when we purchased the vehicle.
A PHONE CALL!!!. I called this dealership to inquire about service on my vehicle and the young lady told me the next available appointment is MAY 17. She is unsure if they fix whats wrong with my car but suggested I drop it off and it will take a few weeks for them to look at it. Just FYI my car need a clip on the door. It works! why would I drop pit off for 2-3 WEEKS to sit there. I would NEVER SHOP OR SERVICE my vehicle here. Landmark please change.!!!!
I was calling to get a quote on the truck I made the application gave them all the information they needed To provide me with exact numbers they called me back with a number that was way higher than what I expected I told him thank you, I was able to find the right price at a different place the morning after I got a text message from the salesperson I talked to RAM of Merrill asking me if there is any news about the deal I told him I’m on my way to pick up a truck and from that point pleas to see the screenshot

WITH IT BEING THE HOLIDAYS AND WITH THE DEALERSHIP BEING SWAMPED I WAS GIVEN THE RAW HONEST TRUTH... IT WOULD BE WEEKS BEFORE MY VEHICLE COULD EVEN BE DIAGNOSED LET ALONE WORKED ON. I RECEIVED A RENTAL CAR I EXPECTED TO HAVE IT FOR A MONTH. PRESTON KEPT IN COMPLETE CONTACT WITH ME DURING THE WHOLE PROCESS. HE KEPT ME IN THE LOOP. TO MY SURPRISE THEY WERE FINISHED WITH MY CAR ON THE 4TH!!!!!! 2 AND A HALF WEEKS EARLIER. PRESTON THANK YOU SOOO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING! First time buyer of this brand after purchasing another brand for my last 10 automobile purchases. After hearing great things I decided to try something new. Absolutely horrible experience at this dealership.Not only will I not be back to this dealership, I will never purchase another Dodge, Jeep, Ram ever again! My experience was so bad I took the time to contact corporate and have a telephone meeting set up. Will update after.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. This dealership sells used vehicles without doing the proper inspections or emissions test which they clearly don’t know is a county law. Or they DO know and don’t care. Do yourself a favor and pay someone to inspect ANY vehicle before purchasing it from this dealership. We bought a truck in October 2021 and the next day the transmission went out. Took almost two months to get the truck repaired and back in our driveway. The service manager did the right thing by fixing the truck but this was truly a used car purchase nightmare.
This dealership is a joke. DO NOT take your vehicle for service, even under warranty. They are rude, they do not return calls. My 2020 Ram has a leak resulting in a saturated headliner and water running down the inside of vehicle. Landmark would not schedule me due to the fact they do not have a leak specialist! Are you kidding me? Ive sworn for 20 years now, not do business with them anymore. But I keep giving them 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc tries. Each experience worse than the others. Horrible! Do yourselves a favor and save a call, call a different dealership!!
I came here with my partner and his mom. She was interested in a vehicle but they didn’t have it available to test drive it that day. Someone in the back office (that handles the paperwork) told her she can secure the vehicle (no one will be able to buy it if she secured it) if she signs the paperwork and he also said she won’t legally own it unless she gets to test drive it, likes it and takes it home (once she takes it home it’s legally hers). We all believed him so she signed that day and test drove it a few days later. She wasn’t amazed by it so she decided that she didn’t want it. Turns out the man lied to her and now she is forced to keep the vehicle. The worst part is that he’s pretending he “doesn’t remember” and is saying that he didn’t note that down so it’s “not true”. Horrible on his part!! Don’t trust this place!! They only want your money!
My husband and I experience was very pleasant. Our salesperson Michael Winfree and his assistant were very accommodating and willing to answer our questions and address our concerns. We even had a equally great experience with Sean in the finance department. Michael went above and beyond to get us what we wanted with the terms that we wanted.
The worst dealership Ive ever dealt with. I wouldnt refer a soul to this location. I hated that I purchased my truck through them. Horrible/terrible experience and service. To top it off they sold me a brand new truck with dry rotted tires. So to anyone that reads this review please please please check/inspect your vehicle all the way round including your tires because youre responsible for them once you leave the lot.
One of the worst dealerships Ive been to by far. I brought my truck in because both I and my wife noticed rubbing when pressing on the brake. My truck at that time had 9k miles on it. When I finally reached someone they said they found no issues. Okay, a few months later my turn signal went out. Brought it up there, guess what they said? They couldnt find an issue with it. Even though the service lady saw my blinkers werent operational. They had my vehicle all day and didnt tell me it was done. I called at 630 pm and someone went to get it. This place is horrible.
I bought a used a vehicle through them. At no point in time was I made a aware that the vehicle that we were looking at only had one key fob. Upon leaving I looked for the second key in the car. When I confronted they sales rep he said it was supposed to be coming in the mail from the previous owner. Now they can not find they key fob and are telling me that there is nothing they can do about it. Great experience purchasing the car but this was a key detail that was not just left out but never brought to our attention. I am not happy with they way they treated me and my wife in this scenario. We will now be out of pocket 300 to 400 dollars to purchase another key fob.
I wanna give a Big shout to the management team members “Preston/Brian who facilitated the process of getting my Dodge Challenger 392 fixed when my water pump went belly up. They kept me informed on the day to day operations of what was going on and what to expect on how long it would take to get me back up and running. Even changed the batteries in my key fob without charging for that service. Bad customer service my bags were stolen in Hawaii, I needed a new key fob I had to order one it was almost $200.00. It arrived at Landmark a week ago but nobody called me it was only because I came to get a oil change I checked to see when it would be here. I took it to the service guy he said Ill add it to the ticket and I said what are you talking about he said its $75.00 Im like nobody told me that I went back to parts department they said they thought I knew that, how would I know if you dont tell me so I asked for a manager he said well next time you come back Ill discount your charge I told him dont worry I wont be back there are other dealership. Very Unhappy customer
This has to be the worst dealership out of all dealership!!! I went to get an Oil Change and wanted to purchase a package deal that listed on their website, 3 oil changes for $100. I told the service guy about the special on their site. He said we dont sell Package deals. I said even though its on the website? He said, we dont sell Package deals. I called every other Ram dealer in Metro Atlanta to see if the offer the special. They said yes we do, its a Dodge, Ram, Chrysler, Jeep special.So let me get this straight..... EVERY OTHER DEALER OFFER THIS SERVICE EXCEPT LANDMARK!!!! How is that?I feel that Landmark is trying to get over on the customers because regular price for an oil change on my truck is $80 for fully Synthetic. If I can get 3 for $100, it hurts their revenue.So with all that being said, I will never patronize them again! I can be broken down in front of their lot, I will request to be towed somewhere else.So as I repeat, WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!I advise you to go to Courtesy DCJR in Stonecrest.
Be sure to get the vehicle fully inspected before you sign the papers and drive off the lot. I really strongly regret trading in my car , and getting this new headache. I got completely out my comfort zone in hopes of being in something new, and most importantly reliable. My car note has risen, and my insurance, and most importantly the maintainability. I was sold this car with a major transmission problem which is triggering my gas mileage. And I fill up this car literally every 3 days. First time I noticed the problem came up to landmark and “JB” carelessly turned me and my daughter away. Pretty much told me it was my problem to fix and that I would need to pay for it. And not to mention this is no cheap fix at all. And also he gets smart and says so if you get a nail in the tire am I supposed to change that too? Since you want to insist, yeah you should. 2 years ago I gotta used car from Don Jackson in union city and within 30 days of having the car my back tire went out , the dealership HAPPILY gave me FOUR BRAND NEW TIRES. FOR FREE. And also REPLACED MY BRAKES. So I came here to google to leave my honest review. Luckily my husband was able to buy the part and get it fixed… Then I was contacted by landmark and was asked to come in so an agreement can be made. Yeah. Ok. They Told my husband repeatedly that there was nothing wrong with the car, and that I should take down my google review and then they would cut me a check for the part that my husband bought and also $100 worth of gas cards. Yeah okay all that was done but the problem is still on the car. Our salesman Peter told my husband if the issue reoccurred to record what it was doing , take pictures, etc. I did just that. Just for him to say well the dealer had already fixed the issue I don’t think they are going to fix it a second time. Um what issue did y’all ever fix? If we want to be honest it was “hush” money. Yeah I get it the car isn’t brand new HOWEVER don’t sell anyone a lemon! WHO WANTS TO BE COMING OUT OF POCKET TO FIX A CAR THEY JUST BOUGHT AND ALSO PUT A LOT IF MONEY DOWN FOR ?
If I could give negative stars, I would. I called and made an appointment to see a vehicle. I drove 1.5 hours (3 hrs round trip) to see the vehicle. When I arrived the person who I was supposed to have an appointment with was in a training class. He passed me off to another representative who seemed helpful.I waited around for at least 30 minutes while they searched for the keys I was then told that the keys were lost. They said they would either contact the prior owner or re-key the vehicle and they would contact me to let me know when this was done. They advised that they would hold the vehicle until I could come back because of the circumstances.I reached out at 10:30 following morning to confirm the status and they advised the truck would be re-keyed by the end of the day. I advised I would come by around 5:30 to come test drive and they said they would let me know to confirm so I didn’t drive another hr and a half unnecessarily.I reached out again at 2:45 to see if the re-keying was complete and they said the person to key it was on their way.At 3:45 I receive a call that they have re-keyed the vehicle and have 2 other people who are interest in in looking at it and wouldn’t hold it for me to test drive.This was an absolute waste of my time. Apparently a sale is more important than integrity or a person’s word.DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
Ive already been extremely overcharged for my 2019 chrysler 300, but I hit a nail and barely made it to the exit to get there and they tell me they only have tires for 364 dollars each. Tried to take advantage of me in my time in need when the website clearly lists all the tires they have. I had to drive a half a mile down the road on a flat tire to get a decent price tire from Mavis. I will never do business with this dealership ever again!!!
I came in to Build and purchase a 2022 TRX Hellcat Ram. A $85,000 flagship Ram truck. I was super excited, been waiting for this day for over a year. That was ruined within 5 minutes of arriving.Don was my salesman. EXTREMELY rude, and rushed the entire process of the building and options. He zoomed threw the process in 5 minutes. Almost 20,000 dollars in options to pick or not to pick, in literally 5 minutes. Didn’t even have time to pull up the build sheet I previously made at home by the time he was done picking my options for me.He Ignored almost EVERY single one of my questions. He also refused to walk me over and look at examples of other trucks in inventory to help with optioning my new truck. Simple cloth vs leather is all I wanted to see.Then told me I should be grateful that they are not marking the truck up $20,000 on top of the MSRP price from dodge, and I should be happy to pay the $1,500 environmental fee. Then he refused to give me the paper he wanted me to sign of the build. I couldn’t review it or dare ask to take it with me.I ended up walking out the dealership. I will go to another dealership to buy my truck. Somewhere where they treat me with respect, and actually answer the few questions I had.When I bout my 2015 Viper from another dealership, it was crazy the difference in experience I had. Night and day. Even when I bought my $1,500 work truck , the hole in the wall used car salesman was nicer and kinder and more knowledgeable than Don..Not to mention I order $50,000-$100,000 of parts a year from the Landmark Dodge service center to supply 2 of my businesses. 30 minutes of getting treated like trash caused them to loose 100’s of thousands of Dollars revenue from a single customer.Update:Next morning went to Ed Voyels in Marietta and ordered my TRX. Bought it at MSRP, with no extra dealer ad ons. My sales guy was Logan. Great and took his time and actually cared.
I had a great experience at Landmark Morrow. The staff provided exceptional customer service, I will return there every time I need service on my car. Everytime it rained the front & back passenger carpet would be soaking wet. I informed Mark (Service Advisor) of my issue within 1hr the problem was solved informed an INTERNAL SEAL came loose. The manufacturer warranty had expired & my extended warranty did not cover this type of repair. The Service Mgr Quincy took care of me and made it financially affordable for me to have my car repaired.Thank you for the exceptional service.
Just called up to landmark dealerships in morrow, ga service department, lady answers the phone rude very bad attitude, I asked her how do you go about setting up a appointment, I then told her I looked at the reviews it was showing they wasn’t fixing cars , the lady stated what did I mean how you set appointment you set it come in but yeah we not seeing anybody until March! Do you know how dumb this sound ! I wish I never got my Jeep from here ! Poor service no help no options! Whoever the lady is that answered the phone find you another job because your customer service bad !
Do NOT purchase a vehicle here. The salesman I worked with was great, however 2 weeks after driving the car my check engine light came on for two separate issues. Called the dealership to fix the problem & the manager was rude and condescending and basically said there was nothing they could do. I was able to track down the one previous owner of my car based off vin & title history, and they had all paper work still stating they traded the car in with the check engine light on & the same issues the code was reading currently. Their service dept was able to reset the codes and temporarily turn the engine light off but never fixed the issue since the original parts needing replaced are still in my vehicle now. Having to get BBB and lawyers involved. Such a mess! Don’t trust a thing this dealership says.
Thus far I have been a handful in regard to my car and this service center, But then I met BRIAN in service and then whew he got me right! He got my car fixed and made my day however funny it may seem he was nice straight to the point and saved me money. He good and I would highly recommend him and the service dept. A blessing.....
I was considering purchasing a new vehicle, but unsure of the details between my top choices. This sales team was very informative and gave me every available resources at their disposal! With the help of “Kristin” i was able to compare retail, and resale market values including depreciation. I love my new Jeep, and thanks to theses guys, i know i made the right decision and will remain a Jeep owner for life!
I really hate this place because their mechanics are incompetent and every time I’ve taken my Chally there to have the oil change done I have to come right back to get something fixed! The last time the oil leaked out soon as I drove off and they tried to say it was my driving and it was the rain. Like how when oil is pouring out ??!! I truly believe they messed up my radiator which I had to get replaced two days ago. I still have a free oil change to redeem but at this point I don’t feel comfortable with them looking no where near my car.
This dealership will lie to you and take advantage of you and their word is meaningless. Ive purchased several cars from this branch, and will never return. Its worth the drive to the Industrial boulevard branch where they keep their word. The sales people are awesome and isnt their fault they just go by what they are told, no complaints with the actual sales folks, which are great.
Just purchased a SUV from landmark!!!. the experience was absolutely professional and expedient, from the reception to the actually signing on the dotted line. I will go back here again because of the excellent customer service and fair price on vehicles. Peter Stewart personality and candor really sold us on our Acadia!!!
Hertz car rental was very helpful and accommodating not to mention affordable. Will definitely be using them again. Was cheaper than Enterprise plus they actually had a car for me to rent from them unlike Enterprise at all locations with no cars to rent most of the time.
I would give it 5 stars but I waited two weeks before it was repaired. Understandably, they are understaffed in the automotive department (4man crew).WAIT EXPECTANCY: Two to three weeks.However, Jason (maganger/mechanic) and staff were great!Jason repaired my vehicle.Reason for visit:•Jeep would not turn over• damaged sensorThey have a payment plan if you cannot pay the total repair costs. Luckily, I was able to negotiate with my claims department to assist with a portion of the bill.I called almost everyday 🤣 for a status. My jeep runs great but will need more updates.
Landmark had my Jeep for several weeks for a battery issue. My battery was under warranty by AutoZone so upon replacement I made it clear I wanted my battery RETURNED TO ME.I was assured it would be. It wasnt. Cost to me 169. In addition to the 900+ bill.Issue recurred and I had to go back to purchase a third battery.Im now in the process of buying a new Jeep, elsewhere.Landmark had poor communication at best. The service department seemed to pride itself on.lying to me.
I stopped by for the Grand Wagoneer. I was specifically looking for white or black with the Obsidian package. The salesperson had no clue what I was talking about. She and the manager kept trying to convince me that I wanted some hideous color on the floor. The manager told me the 19 speaker system is the same as the 23 speaker system - its not. They didnt even offer to order what I wanted.Instead they showed me vehicles that were in transit. None had the Obsidian package. Both seemed inexperienced in sales and knew nothing about the product. No test drive was offered. I just decided to leave.
Hands down the best buying experience I have ever had at a dealership! The dealership itself is a clean, welcoming environment with one of the largest selections of new and used cars Ive ever seen. Everyone that I was involved with from sales to finance, and even the GM, Tim was amazing. Tony Cooper and Clarence Long are the two salesmen who assisted me through my purchase of a new vehicle. Both of these men boast professionalism, show a genuine interest in their clients and are willing to go above and beyond to meet the conditions of their potential customer. I highly recommend both of these young men to anyone and everyone.

It’s true that when you leave your car here it’s weeks turn around time. I was told 1-2 days, then 3-5 days that my car would be done. It’s been 10 days and still no response I have spoken to Scott and Preston to only get the run around. I know they are aware of the poor service they are currently offering and it’s so unfortunate! If you’re reading this and looking for some place to get your car serviced please don’t go here.

Wow that is out rages. Now I went to a different dealership to get a oil change and the filters changed once again my oil change is free and my filter was only $172. Why is it that they charge $428 and everybody else is charging the minimum of $172 ! wow that is out rages. Now they do have great deals on trucks but where they get you is on the service part I would never go there for any service on my vehicles I prefer to go to smaller competition which they charge you the right rate !! now I call and I spoke with the service manager which is Megan and she told me that that is what they charge and that’s nothing they can do about it. If I don’t like it I can go somewhere else that’s what she told me. So I will go somewhere else never again will I go back for again for any service .Thanks landmark Dodge !!!
I appreciate the work that was done throughout my buying process. Although I set up an appointment twice and the car was sold by the time I got there both times, Antoine thoroughly helped me and walked with me every step of the way to ensure I left in good standing. It was a long and arduous process, however I truly appreciate the work that was done to assist me.
My experience yesterday was atrocious. The Financing manager Jonas was disrespectful. Instead of providing good customer service and answering questions he got upset and stormed out. While I was speaking with another representative he proceeded to get in the face of the person who was with me and yell. Other associates witnessed this as well. I need to speak with the manager of the Landmark because this has ruined my first car purchase experience and I am spending a lot of money. When you are working closely with people like this you need to be professional and provide good customer service. That is something he clearly lacks. As if that weren’t already bad enough the Sales Manager Greg should know better. He needs to lead by example and yesterday that was not done. I understand the frustration but there is no need to give attitude and raise your voice. Saying that I can wait because they had been “waiting for me all day.” Also, stating I had not been communicating when I clearly was he just wasn’t getting the answer he wanted. His actions have put a sour taste in my mouth and I would like to speak with him and his manager present because it is unacceptable for a manager to be doing this.
My Jeep Wrangler was sent to Landmark for a repair from another dealer. I was told they would be able to look at it in a couple of days. After a couple of “ days plus” I called and they told me it would be 3 weeks before they could look at it !!!!!!! Where did 3weeks worth of vehicle come from that was put in front of my vehicle??????? Then I decided to have it towed to another dealership and the wrecker driver called me and told me it to Landmark people 45 minutes to find my vehicle on their lot !!!!!!! I’ll never go back there. That’s for sure
The only reason that I am leaving 2 stars rather than 1 is because the sales person was kind, though not knowledgeable. The finance department manager (heavy set guy) is horrible! I am great credit and the fact that he didnt feel it necessary to speak to me about payment amounts is insane, considering that its his job. His face turned red, when I finally met with him as I had to continuously request. He didnt not want to assist me in any way. NEVER AGAIN - please go to a dealer who has time to be kind to its customers.
Landmark was very easy to deal with and my Sales Consultant Shawn Lucas was great. They had the car I wanted and at a good price. The whole experience felt very comfortable. If your looking for a new or used car go see them.Edit: Dropped review to 2 stars. Financial told me that my tag and title would all be included. I went to get my tag and had to pay over 300 dollars because they only sent a check for roughly half. Then said they couldnt reimburse me.
This is a shady establishment, full of scammers. Do not trust them with your personal information. They will misuse your information and run hard inquiries on your credit WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION. I am sooo disappointed I expected more b/c I purchased my last 2 cars from them. Don’t trust them they will start acting like they don’t even understand English. They chased my car as I was leaving the parking lot jus to run my credit WITH MY SPECIFIC INSTRUCTION NOT TO!!!!

My experience was nothing short than amazing! My sales rep Jeff was amazing from start to finish. He assured me that I would drive off the lot with a vehicle of my choice and he did not let me down. My situation was crazy because I was turned down by two other dealerships prior because I was involved in an auto accident(August 2019) and although my insurance paid that loan off, my gap coverage was still pending, so the other dealerships wanted ridiculous down payments, didn’t fight hard enough for me and simply didn’t care once they seen my situation even after running my credit 10 times...fast forward to me explaining my situation to a friend that purchased her vehicle through Landmark, and she introduced me to Jeff and let me just say—Jeff and his finance manager made a miracle happen for me. I walked away with a 2019 Jeep Cherokee (vehicle of my choice and liking), NO MONEY DOWN, monthly payments very affordable and interest rate around 10%.I just want to give prospective buyers a quick synopsis of my situation to let you know, Jeff is the man that executes...POINT. BLANK. PERIOD. I also want to thank Landmark for employing such a REMARKABLE person. I wish I could give this place 100 stars. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, I hope this helps someone because it was a life saver for me, no more catching the bus; catch me rolling in my new Jeep!!
On May 15 my wife and I purchased a 2017 Dodge Durango. June 23rd to be exact after being called several times by the dealership stating they had the wrong the vin listed in their system for the car. Since it was their mess up they offered to wash the truck and throw in a gas card to make up for their mishap; as of June 23rd we are now on our third tag. Two drive out tags and one from the dmv; after leaving out of the dealership on June 23rd to my understanding the problem was supposedly corrected and everything was in good standing as far as the paperwork. September 5, 2017. My wife was on her way home from picking up the kids from school. She was pulled over, because the officers said the vehicle was not insured I had to leave work to come to the scene to provide adequate information, because they where about to impound the car and take my wife to jail with our kids being present in the car. I called the insurance company; the insurance company said everything was correct on there end and to call if we had anymore questions or concerns.September 7th 2017 we received a letter in the mail stating the insurance on the car had lapsed; we talked to the insurance company and they said everything was correct in the system September 19th 2017 I took off early from work to go to the DMV to renew my tag. The vin number still was not correct I couldnt get a decal and found out I had the same car registered twice with two different vin numbers; after i left the DMV I headed straight to Landmark Dodge. At this point I was highly frustrated because the problem that was supposedly corrected on June 23rd was still a reoccurring problem. I arrived at the dealership they said there was no general manager on the premises to help and to return the following morning so the problem could get resolved. September 20th 2017 I had to take off work once again to try and rectify the problem. I started a case with corporate on September 20th 2017 any time that we are in contact. I have to contact them, when it is not my fault in the first place that I am in the predicament that I am in now. From September 19 until noon September 22 2017 we were without a family car because we did not want to take another chance driving the car, getting pulled over, getting the car impounded, or my wife getting locked up from the careless work of Landmark Dodge. Landmark loaned us a loaner car and said they would work on fixing the information and it should take up to 7 to 10 business days. The loaner car that was given to us on September 22nd 2017 there was no gas in the loaner car, and the loaner car had a blank tag on it. I had to go back to the dealership and get a gas card so I can put gas in the car. Friday, October 6th 2017 they said the problem was still not resolved, I am driving a loaner car, but the information from my insurance is not legit because of the vin being incorrect. I am still driving this loaner car illegally. Today, October 11 2017 my wife was pulled over again the dealership loaned us a car with a blank tag, as i stated on September 22 2017. When i mean blank there is nothing on the tag of this car but the dealership logo she told the officers what was going on and there mouth was wide open hearing this story. They ran the vin to the loaner suv that she was driving and they couldnt pull anything up on the car as if we had stole it. the officer told my wife to return the car to the dealership immediately, or to have them give us a proper tag to drive around with. In the process of the officer checking the vin, she had him check the vin number of the car we purchased in May that we are unable to drive because of the dealerships careless work. The officer said the car is showing the same thing as the loaner you are in. Its as if the car is stolen. He said he has never seen anything like this before. I once again had to leave work early because of this situation.They put a ton of energy selling me the car but none to fix their own mistakes. DO NOT BUY FROM LANDMARK TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP WHEN IT COMES TO FIXING THEIR OWN MISTAKES.
This place is absolutely HORRIBLE for service. This is their 3rd time having my car (Blue Dodge Charger) and its almost a month and still no update. I have already paid $10k total for the previous repairs so there cant possibly be anything else needed since the first replacement was a motor. Ive asked for managements information and no response. I will be seeking an attorney if they say I have to pay more money or if repairs go beyond another week. This is insane and I have no trust in this dealership but think they are intentionally attempting to take advantage of me. I will be reaching out to the BBB.
I accompanied my wife in to purchase a car, and although we didn’t get a car our salesman Laquon was amazing. He was genuine about the experience throughout and made us comfortable. Very personable and is truly in the business of doing what’s best for the customer which is rare. I recommend his services if you ever visit this location!
I had a new starter installed over the summer and it die on me over this past week. So I took my car back to have it repair now I being told it 3-4 weeks before they can even look at my car for a part they installed. Not only am loosing money because I have to Uber, but Im loosing time from because I have no vehicle to travel.
I have purchased many vehicles in my day but I must say that this buying experience was by far the best I have had to date. My sales representative Harsha Cooke was amazing from start to finish. From the initial phone call she was a breathe of fresh air. Her professionalism and product knowledge was impeccable. I would have to say that she also represented the company of Dodge with 5 star quality. She was confident throughout the entire process. Her determination and drive lead to our success in sealing the deal. I highly recommend ANYONE who is trying to make a deal to request her if they would like to leave with their dream ride. Thanks team Dodge I will refer anyone that I know to this dealership.
Part sales side of Landmark.I ordered a small rubber hose from this dealer online and the part was processing for over two months with no ETA. I emailed them through the websites three times to get an ETA no reply. However when I called, the gentleman was able to take a note and pass it to his manager to just cancel the part. The part was canceled and refunded within an hour. I just wish I wouldve got my part or a reply at the least! Ill be buying it elsewhere.
Dropped my car off three days ago and was under the impression that my car would be LOOKED at In 2 to 3 business days.. I call to receive an update and was basically told “it will be looked at sometime next week” I was also told they have had cars there for over a MONTH still waiting to be serviced!! I will definitely be in to get my car and take it elsewhere. Completely unprofessional!! If my car is going to take longer than the time that was told to me .. be honest and SAY that before I make a decision to leave my car there! … If this is the way a place of business treats it’s PAYING customers, I don’t want any parts of it. If you need your car LOOKED at to determine what the problem is so you can then get it repaired in a timely manner… don’t come here.
This is my first time going to Landmark, so I did not know what to expect from such a large dealership. I visited the dealership for an oil change. My first impressions were awesome. Once I arrived in the service area, I was greeted by Jason and was asked what my needs were. He was very polite with great customer service. Jason checked on me throughout my visit to make sure I was okay. With this type of service, I will be back. Thank you Jason.
Our service advisor, Jason Long, turned a disaster into an inconvenience. We broke down on the highway, halfway to our destination, and were towed to Landmark. We arrived at 6:05 on Saturday. Landmark was closed. Jason was still there and checked us in. He called a hotel to get us a room, even confirming theyd accept our dog. He arranged a shuttle to the hotel and then a shuttle back to the dealer on Monday. In the meanwhile he contacted the warranty company to cover the work and a temporary rental. A disastrous situation that went smoothly, thanks to Jason. We werent even clients. We live 400 miles from Landmark.
I was pleased with Harsha Cook and my experience until the aftermath of waiting for a response from someone now for about going on a month on a update on a part for my Jeep I purchased. When I purchased the jeep it was my understanding that the part would be ordered but I still have yet to hear a update. I have called and emailed several times and not really a straight forward answer other than it is on backorder. I also left a voicemail with management on Oct 2 and have not heard any response.Called on Monday a.m. (Oct 4th) to try and reach out to someone in service to be put on hold for about 8 mins. Called back and finally got a person to answer which her name was Amanda. The young lady basically was not trying to help to find someone who could address my issue but said to call my sales representative. With me be a assistant manager at a locally owned business I feel that customer service is important if you want return business and good reviews you have to follow up and respond to people. I know things are short with covid but we have to be able to take care of the customer if we want return business!! Harsha was pleasant which helps the situation but there are some missing links as far as communication and expectations.Hopefully management will be able to address the situation.
Had to update my rating to five stars! Just traded in my Jeep Cherokee for a newer Jeep Cherokee and to say that the service was wonderful would be an understatement. Don walked in the rain and the cold with me to show me a couple of vehicles that I was interested in. He took the time to answer all of my questions and was super calm as I was swerving around during the test drive as I was OOOOing and AWWWing over all of the new things within the new Jeep that I was buying. To top it all off I got to sign all of my finance documents with Jonas again. He was one person that I was hoping to see on my second visit to Landmark and I could not have been happier to see him. These guys wave and say hi and give you a big hug when they see you again. Love being part of the Landmark family!!!

My wife and I just purchased a new 2020 ram 2500. Michael Winfree was very professional and he delivered his words as he told us he would try to give us the best possible deal. Needless to say we are very pleased with Michael and the general manager . They were both very professional and provided us with a great customer service .
We recently bought a new 2021 Jeep Wrangler at Landmark Morrow and have had amazing experience with Jason in service. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and made sure the service was done as fast as possible. He went out of his way to make sure we got the best price and even helped put on a front license plate and detail the inside of the car for no charge. His selfless attitude and kindness make him stand out among the other service advisors, we will definitely be going back to him for all of our service needs. Very impressed!
This is my third car I’ve purchased from Landmark, and second working directly with Peter Stewart. Usually it’s stress free, but this time we had to work to get me out of my older car and into a new one. Peter was exceptional in getting the deal done, he was vigilant, communicative, honest, and he walked me through where we were and what needed to be done. After two days of crunching numbers we finally got it done on my 2020 Dodge Charger, and I couldn’t be more happier. I got what I wanted, and he didn’t try to steer me to another vehicle, we made it work. When it’s time for a new vehicle, I will for sure be going to Peter again.
I have a 2018 Dodge Challenger RT plus with 18000 miles on it. My uconnect jumps from station to station, and keeps popping up, do you want to set clock.I ordered a remanufactured from Landmark Dodge in morrow, GA on the exchange program. Because they said they couldnt warranty my radio and I was fine with that because it was a used car. I waited 2 weeks for it to arrive, for me to get to the dealership and them to say the glue on the screen was separated more than they thought and it would be a extra $1000.00. I bought my dodge ram from them and recommended numerous customers through my towing company.I will not be referring anyone else to them.The 1 star is because they wasted 2 weeks of my time and tried to over charge me
The service advisor Preston was amazing. We brought our 2013 Durango that another dealership damaged with being negligent with putting proper oil in during an oil change. He handled our frustrations with great poise and never lost his cool. Preston and his team was able to diagnose the issue and got us back up and rolling under a price we can manage. Thanks so much! Definitely will recommend and be back.
Today I went in for an oil change on my charger... but little did I know I would have the experience of a lifetime! Trent Evans aka Superman was the BOMB! No I didn’t purchase today but just to have that type of energy and not feel pressured but yet so appreciated was a breath of fresh air! He is def #1 in my book! Very bad experience from sales to customer service. I do not recommend. Office Manager is nice but makes excuses for her employees poor work ethic and she does not answer the phone or return calls.I have literally been back and forth with this dealership for 5 months and I still have zero answers. Just dont.. Take your business somewhere else.
I had the same vehicle for many years and finally decided to make a purchase. I had been in this dealership and thought that this was a trust worthy place. I found a Nissan Altima for 12995 and thought this will fit perfectly in to my budget. Met with Russ and as I saw the purchase price on the contract it had increased from 12995 to 13995. Russ quickly corrected it and we made our way to Jonahs office for the financing. I was given the impression that there was no way I could purchase the vehicle without the Master Tech warranty that their dealership honors but increased my purchase price from 12995 to 17995. I signed the paperwork and was told to pick up the car the next day because it had to be SERVICED. The next night after picking up my car it would not crank. Battery cables corroded. Got a jump for a new car that I had just bought and contacted Russ who came to our house with mechanic to make repairs but keep in mind I could not drive my car for several days. They came out and replaced one cable. A few weeks later out again and oil pressure light came on. The car had used all the oil in the motor not a drop left. I contacted Russ and Jonah. I was transferred to the service department where I was told they did not service Nissans and to find my OWN dealership and hung up on me. I emailed Jonah several times and was basically advised there was nothing more than Landmark could do to assist me. I now have been without a car that I am paying for for over one month. With a car that Landmark sold me and a warranty that Landmark guarantees I am out of pocket 448 dollars and am financing the rest in addition to the Master Tech warranty at another dealership! This is because the lot that the vehicle I purchased from refused to repair my car and keep their word. Master Tech would have honored 100 percent of the work had the original dealership taken responsibility for repairs. My husband and I trusted this dealership and were hoping to make a small enough purchase to boost credit score to be able to purchase our first home. Instead I am financing repair costs. They call themselves the giant. Maybe you are, maybe you became one by bullying people in to making purchases that you have no intention of honoring.
JOLICIA was amazing and help me through the whole process and I would recommend anyone to go see her if you looking for a new car! She help me every step of the way! Made sure the car was what I wanted and needed, the price was right! SHE DID THE DAMN THING!! So if you looking for a car please go to her she IS ONE OF THE BEST SALES WOMAN THEY HAVE!!
I will start by saying I dont know cars. never have, never will. going to car places are intimidating because I dont know cars. Jason was helpful, telling me what was being done to my car. I talked to the manager too, he was nice. I really like how Jason made me feel like a human. Need more people like Jason and the other guy.
This was my first time coming to landmark and I was kind of skeptical since I usually use another dealership. I came in and was immediately welcomed with a warm greeting by Laquon. He catered to my every need and answered all the detailed questions I had. He was patient, professional and kind. I will use this dealership again because of his exceptional customer service . After talking to LaQuon Gibbs about the Jeep we were interested in, we made the hour and a half drive to Landmark in Morrow. He was very knowledgeable and was quick to get our deal completed. LaQuon was friendly and made us feel at ease about our new purchase. Mike in finance was great as well. Explained everything and answered every question we had. Although there are a lot of dealerships closer to home, we will definitely be calling LaQuon for our next purchase! He was amazing and made us feel like family!

2022-07-02I had a good experience purchasing from here. They gave me a great price on a new truck (extra great considering the current market) and a very fair value for my trade. Negotiation was relatively painless and they got me through all the paperwork fast. No sitting around waiting. Its an hour drive from my house but Id definitely shop here again in the future. Ask for Jackie. She was a great salesperson to deal with.

Though I was very frustrated with waiting and not having my jeep because of a code that was needed to program a a/c that was put in my Jeep he finally was able to get me a/c and my jeep back to me. He went the extra mile to put me in a rental car to make sure I had transportation during the delay. When I received the call it was the best news ever to hear today!!!!! Thank you once again Mr. Rosa for taking the time and dealing with my calls and nagging to finally get this situation taking care of. I appreciate you!!!!!!

2022-05-145/13/22The rating was changed due to the prompt response and willingness to correct a negative experience from the management team. Still didn’t get my mats just because I live to far and I have already wasted a trip, this was no attempt to get a discount or free shipping for the hassle but more to get the attention of management. Great customer service always equals repeat customers and referrals. I passed two dealers to shop with them, I am on my third mopar product one of which I purchased through them and couldn’t quite find my newest purchase on there lot because I was looking for a specific truck in a specific color with specific options but I did make an attempt to still give them business. I would definitely recommend them and shop with them again in the future from a customer experience stand point, Kudos to Eddie and Mike.5/9/22Went to pick up a part ordered online. The gentleman at the counter made sure I knew he got off in 4 minutes although the counter closed @ 7pm 1 hour from the current time. He asked for assistance in pulling the order and a person shouted out tell him to come back tomorrow. Unacceptable customer service. I will never spend another dime at Landmark sales, service or parts. Order can be canceled and my money can be refunded. Dealer is 40 miles from my house

2022-07-02Every time I come for service it’s a issue. What’s the point in making and appointment??? They tell you that without an appointment you’ll be waiting for 3 hours… but even when you have an appointment you still wait 3 hours. And the staff moves around with no effort whatsoever and every time I ask to speak to a manager there’s never one here!!! I always spend half my day here WITH AN APPOINTMENT!!

2022-03-05My husband I just bought a new truck from the dealer and we had the best experience! Jacklyn Edney was our salesperson and she went above and beyond for us! She was super nice, professional, answered all of our questions, got us the best deal on the truck, and kept us updated every step of the way. We had to wait for the truck to get financed and she kept us updated everyday on the status and let us know the minute it was ready so we could get the paperwork signed. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a car! Chad one of the finance managers was awesome too and helped us pick the best warranty and found our spare key for us! One of the best car buying experiences we have ever had!
