I did the Groupon for hair removal. It was for 1 year, I did 8 session (It was not full year. It ended about 10 months)The whole time, I missed the Johns creek store that I used to go, how they were nicer, cleaner, and even cheaper. People at Lavender spa were okay, talking about us in a foreign language (I can hear they say our names to other people who are not giving us the service) and giving us a look when we come in and exiting, keep suggesting more package to add. I never tipped at Johns creek location because I did not know I had to tip since there was no pressure/suggestion for tip. Here, you can feel it very clearly that they want tip.I am very glad I am finished with the package. BTW, my hair still grows for the parts I did 8 sessions for.
This is my second time coming to lavender med spa to get fillers injected and my results have been amazing. I got filler for my smile lines and came back to get jaw contouring.The staff is super friendly and the place is very nice and well kept.
What a wonderful experience in all!!! Everyone in the office was extremely helpful and kind! I had my lips done for the first time by Shaboo, who is so professional and did an outstanding job on my lips! I will definitely be going back for more procedures in the near future!

I can not tell you how beautiful my experience was. Shaboo and the entire staff were so welcoming and caring. my procedure was well explained and very comfortable. my husband even had a mole removed while he waited. I cant wait for my follow up in 4 weeks. well worth the hour + drive

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Everyone is SO nice here and so extremely friendly. I had my hydro facial and eyebrow threading both of them are really good. This is my first time doing hydro facial Dilsha explained me each and every step and did really good. Shaboo did eyebrow threading trust me first time without any correction she did really good. I love to come again.

Originally found this place on groupon with great reviews. Was very excited 😊 oh the day I don’t have to shave 🪒 just before a random outing or trips which are few and far between. Kekeke. The facility is clean and ladies are polite. Disappointed ☹️ in the results. I did the underarms and lower body for 8 months. The only place that kinda saw results is my underarms which I still have to shave a little bit. I was excited because my friend’s laser hair removal was a success! She got it done elsewhere. For reference I am Korean with noticeable black hair growth. I was deemed a great candidate for the treatment and after 8 months, 😞.
Shaboo was amazing! I’ve been to many places but none with results and customer service as here! I had my skin tags removed and the process was both as fast as it was painless. I will be back and recommending all of my friends!

I have been going to Shaboo for injections dysport & botox for well over a year. She is by far the best! She listens and advises on the goal you are trying to achieve. She has very convenient hours for folks that work or just have hectic schedules. She is by far the most reasonably priced in the metro area, but does not compromise quality. I originally came here about 5 years ago and had 3 moles renoved (under my eye, underarm, and weirdly enough my private area). Shaboo was the one who helped me and didnt make me feel anything short of comfortable. Quick painless process and the moles she removed never came back. Fast forward to today (almost 5 yrs later) and I made this hour and a half drive to get my mole on the back of my neck removed. So worth the drive and Cosmo Med Spa has proven to be the best. So appreciative!

I bought a Groupon and had microblading here almost 3 years ago. It was very painful and I was extremely unsatisfied with the shape and quality. I went to another place to see if they could fix it and they told me that whoever did my brows went way to deep with the incisions and clearly was a beginner and didn’t know what they were doing. After almost 3 years, it has faded uneven and left me with red scars all over my brows that I have to cover every day.Besides that, after my procedure they took my picture and I asked them not to post them anywhere. After a year I found out they used it in several places. I asked them to take it down over and over until I had to threaten legal action and they finally took them down.
I love Shaboo! Ive had services at other spas before but what I love about lavender and Shaboo is the knowledge and time spent educating me on what I really need to get the results I want.Like most people I’ve seen lots of different services and and I came in with an idea of what I thought I needed which in fact was not at all what I needed. Shaboo knows BROWN SKIN. I’ll leave it right there… well one more tidbit.My skin actually has a treatment plan. Just like a fitness plan. I now have a plan for my skin.
Shaboo takes the time to listen to all your concerns. When she does the face scan she goes slow and looks at every thing. The spa is so beautiful and the staff very friendly & professional. I had my consultation with Shaboo whom I found to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and so kind. We discussed what I hoped to achieve with my visit and then she proceeded to help me understand all my options and what she felt would have the biggest and longest lasting impact. 2022-08-05My experience with derm Shabana for skin tag removal was painless and she as explained the technology that they use. The advanced laser machines and the technics with the guidance of Shabana resulted in pain-free scare-less skin tag removal that worked like magic. I would recommend them with all 5-star reviews cleanliness, customer service, friendly and most important perfect skin tag removal.

So I decided to give it a try and was fortunate to get Amber as well. She’s knowledgeable, takes her time, and pays attention to detail. The whole staff is very nice. Highly recommend.

2022-08-06This place is AWESOME!!! I’ve first started going here to get my neck done and was so excited to finally found a solution to get rid of my unwanted hairs. It didn’t even hurt like I hear others talk about from other places, all I feel is just cold air. Now I’m doing my arms and also have my daughter going as well. They have great customer service and everyone is so nice and informative. I highly recommend Lavender Spa Salon for laser hair removal!

2022-06-28I went to lavender spa to get a skin tag removed. I’ve never had any cosmetic procedures done , but the whole vibe of the office helped with that . Shaboo was so welcoming and helpful ! She made me feel comfortable with my procedure because of her upbeat attitude and knowledge about skin. She’s sparked my interest into looking into more skin health ! I want to also mention the young ladies at the reception desk were very sweet and helpful as well . I enjoyed everyone there , and am very happy to have that thing removed at an affordable price . I suggest I will definitely be back for more services !

I was hesitant about getting laser hair removal at first but the technician made me feel comfortable and reassured me that everything would be fine. This was only my second session and I have already begun to see results. Prices are fair and service is quick but also thorough.
