These guys dont have everything but they can order what you need if they dont have it in stock. The few items that I have bought were less expensive than Amazon and I didnt have to wait for shipping. Ive gotten some great tips from some of the guys and they generally know their stuff, even with older model Snappers.The staff is really nice and they dont mind when you bring the kids along. If you need mower service or parts I suggest stopping here first.

I brought my Toro Z master commercial 60 inch deck in for repair (I bought it there when it was Waldrep Chain Saw). When I picked it up I did not realize that instead of my 60 in. Toro, they had unloaded a 52 in. Toro on me. They look identical. I have been unable to get anyone on the phone nor is there ever anyone there when I go by.

My husband came by today to find a part for his lawnmower. He walked in and made the mistake of not wearing a mask. That is his fault however the gentleman working came out from back room to counter. He yelled at my husband “ didn’t you read the sign on the door, don’t you have a mask”?He did not ask this in a polite manor but was loud and rude!My husband responded no and no to both questions.My husband was so shocked at this mans rudeness that he stopped right there.He told this man that he has bought parts there for 30 years while it was Waldrops. He then told the man if he didn’t need his business he will take it elsewhere.To this the man yelled back... GOOD!There is not any excuse for this type of rudeness!This happened on Aug 20th around 1:30 or so.You can figure out who this was . If it is the owner, you sir need to examine yourself and how you value your business.I am posting this for my husband but I am as angry about it as he is!

They have had my equipment for 3 weeks, Ive called each week asking for an update, I was told that Im in line and they will get to it when they are able to get to it. Very poor company.Edit: It literally took you longer to read my review, formulate a response, and type your message, than it would have to take pictures of my broken machine and send them via email into the Toro warranty department using the case code that I already provided you because I literally did most of the work. There is a reason why you guys are behind.

Not worth your time. You are better off going to lake Carroll lawn equipment or repairing it yourself. My 5,000 dollar mower sat outside for over a month only to get it back still not repaired. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE. they are rude and not knowledgeable at all.You say you dont know who this is. You tried to repair my bad boy maverick. You know the one where I told you it needed a parking brake seal. 3 weeks later you said you thought the oil filter was leaking. The next week you said you needed to order a parking brake seal. Then 2 weeks later you still did not have the seal. Then one week later you said the seals were on back order (the bad boy factory had them on the shelf and said they could have me one in 2 days) so that was all a lie. Come to find out you said you had one on the shelf the whole time. Meanwhile grass is not getting cut. Finally the mower gets done ( or so I thought). I test the parking brake only to find it still does not work. After lifting the seat to see the cable is broken I think to myself NO WAY WILL I SEND IT BACK TO THOSE IDIOTS.hope this jogs your memory its only been about a month

Should not do business with them again I know when I call and ask about a part and they say I will have to sale you this for a higher price Nooo look on Amazon if they say 80 you will find it online for 10 I know I have been a small engine repair mechanic for 20 years

Dont go anywhere else for your needs All other places are a joke. Not willing to help you much and have to special order simple things. I would highly recommend this place to anybody

If you have something warranty through poulan and poulan doesnt want to cover the warranty be prepared to pay a service charge.
