Very professional.Joseph works with you with whatever your request is. They gave affordable quotes, and quality workmanship. I did have 1 issue. They forgot to backfill top of driveway and behind 1 retaining wall. After a few phone call reminders and a couple weeks the came back to finish the rest with the back fill. Joseph is very customer service oriented. Youve got to respect someone who contracts and actually cares about what they do. Thanks Joseph
Chuck and his crew are amazing and did a fantastic job. Everything I asked for was done correctly. He is very professional and customer oriented. Down to earth guy that ensures the customer is satisfied. The wife and I love our new pergola and paver patio.
LDI did a FANTASTIC JOB for me. They came in in 2 days completely removed everything from my backyard due to no grass , only weeds and rock with a terrible drainage issue.I now have a beautiful level backyard with sod.Jimmy and his crew did above and beyond helping my Mother move some things into the building and the CLEANED UP after themselves perfectly!!I highly recommend LDI . Jan 2020 UPDATE: we’ve just used LDI for our second project, this time working with Chuck. Chuck came out multiple times to discuss the project and show us samples. We ended up changing the plan entirely and Chuck was flexible and gave fantastic recommendations. We were blown away by the final result and actually look forward to using our back yard now. LDI will be our go-to team here on out.Summer 2019: Eric was prompt, polite, and overall great to work with. We had a relatively small project and he and his team did a phenomal job transforming our space. He was honest about what would work best in the area and communicated with us every step of the way. Were looking forward to working with them again!
In May 2021 they removed a tree in my front yard and one in back yard. They were on time and did an excellent job cleaning up. I would definitely use them again. The price was also fair.
We contacted LDI Landscape for a quote on redoing the landscaping in front of our house. When we moved in the landscaping had not been cared for and was extremely overgrown. We attempted some DYI landscape without success and ended up with an area that had a lot of weeds and plants in various stages of growth. In short, there was zero (perhaps negative) curb appeal.Enter LDI Landscape. They came to our house to see our current situation and chat with us about what we would like to see. The lady we met with (i apologize as I now cannot recall her name) listened to our requests and concerns while also offering her expertise. We werent sure what we wanted so we appreciated this blend of thoughtful listening and also telling us what would work given our space and our desire/necessity for something low maintenance. We had our quote in a very timely manner and it was where we expected based on other information we had reviewed. I will note that we had another local company come out and take a look to provide us a quote and we never heard from them again. So the extremely timeliness and consideration is truly a reflection of the quality of their business.We are extremely pleased with the final product. It is as we expected and fit both our expectations and needs. We like the mixture of plants used and they were able to keep a tree we had previously planted and make it work with the design.Finally, something that truly stood out to me as going the extra mile - my children had painted and placed several rocks in our front landscaping. I did not think about this when they came to redo everything (including placing new rock) but once the work was completed and I came home to take a look I realized the painted rocks had been carefully placed back in the same area where they had been. These easily could have been tossed aside or viewed as something to dispose of but the individuals who came to complete the landscape work took the time, care, and attention to place the rocks back where they had been. It truly meant a lot to us and is one of many reasons we intend to use LDI for future landscaping needs.
I am a senior and wanted a landscape with little maintenance. The landscape I got was with river rock but the first season I now have weeds growing everywhere in the landscape that I can not not maintain. The money spent was a waste and I will now have to have it torn out to get an easier landscape for me to maintain. I would not recommend this company.
I requested LDI to remove 3 trees in my back yard. They came over and gave me a quote and within leas than a week LDI was over cutting them down. The crew was very professional and did a great job. I never though that they would be able to drop all the trees with out damaging my fence. I was amazed at they way they cut them down. The crew even raked the yard to make sure all of the small tree limbs were picked up. I would recommend LDI landscaping to anyone who needs trees removed.
Will be my go to company for all my outdoor needs! We had a very large tree that was not only causing damage to our walkway but was also dangerous. Was very close to the house and was potentially a catastrophe waiting to happen. LDI came in removed the tree and did all the repairs on the walkways. Was very polite, professional, and was well with in our budget.Would highly recommend these guys for your outdoor projects or needs!!!
Had 20 trees taken down in the backyard. Tree removal, cleanup and disposal went very quickly. Took a little while to get them to the job but thats because a lot of other people wanted them to work as well. Had a change of plans from the original bid and they adjusted very fairly on the go. If I have trees to remove in the future, LDI will get the first call.
My Tomatoe Plants where cut down about 2mnths ago. They are Tomatoe Plants I grew from a seed. I asked to be compensated for them being cut down and I was given the run around. Then I placed a bad review on Google from another account and The Owner Jokingly brushed me off saying he would pay me for the damage to my property if I would take down the bad review on Google. They Cut my Tomatoe Plants long before I put up the review. I called this morning after he replied saying they dont see me as a customer but would be glad to help yet they are still saying if I take down the bad review witch is just a one star rating he will compensate me for damages done before the review. #BadBussiness
Used LDI to have several big pine trees taken down. The cost was fair, communication was easy, and the work was done quickly and professionally. Well definitely call them first for any yard or landscaping needs in the future.
I was told that I had a 1 year warranty on the trees they brought and planted. Before the one year is up, I have a palm tree that is dying, after repeated calls, I am told by the secretary that the warranty is not valid, I have asked to speak to the sales rep who is never available and then was told the owner would call me, because he he was always on vacation! I have not heard anything from the owner about my palm tree, they even stopped accepting my calls due to caller ID. They did not mind taking my money and saying we offer a 1 year warranty on all trees we plant, it will be a year in July, still frustrated and I would not rely on a word they say at this point! Do not use this company with there so called guarantee! Wish it could have been Zero Stars!!!!!

My front yard was the worst looking yard in the neighborhood. LDI took it from worst to first. Removed old grass, raked, graded and then layed 10 pallets of Tif-Tuf Bermuda sod.It looks beautiful. Incredible work ethic and effort by the two young men that did all the heavy lifting for me. I couldnt be more pleased. I just cant wait for spring time to come again so I can enjoy my beautiful new lawn.Thanks to all the folks that made this project a success!!

My son-in-law gave me Josephs telling me he did water feathers. I wanted a koi pond and a larger the average pond. I found Joseph after talking to 5 other landscapers but none would make a deal to do it and the only one that did would not show up and kept making excuses. Joseph & I discuss what I wanted and he said he could do it and gave me a quote up front. He is his crew came every time he said he would or he called if weather prevented it. He DID NOT ask for all the money up front and he DID NOT ask for all of it until the job was completed. Very unusual. I really appreciated that. I am extremely pleased with the results. It is BEAUTIFUL! Ally friends tell me how beautiful it is. I highly recommend Joseph and his landscaping crew to do you project.
Joe and his team have created the ultimate eye catching, beautifully landscaped frontage to our property. From the custom post and rail fence to the brilliant colors of the plants and shrubs. Been using LDI Landscaping for about 2 years now and have had nothing but outstanding service and quality. Joseph has been very responsive to our needs and very fair with pricing. We have had a new lawn installed at our house, lawn care, trimming as well as larger landscaping such as new bushes, trees and a dog kennel area. I employ LDI Landscape at my business, Eagle Springs Childrens Center, in Centerville, GA.Joseph keeps the playground fall zones according to state regulations, does the landscaping, pruning,etc.Joseph also does the landscaping for the townhouses in which I live in Macon GA. If I could give no stars I would-they dug up my front yard for someone elses cable hookup and didnt tell us. They gave us no warning. No door hanger-which they say they put up on everybodys and said that they dont have complaints about people digging up yards usually and they dont see why it is a problem because it is in the right-of-way which is STILL MY FRONT YARD. I DONT CARE IF IT IS ONLY ONE FOOT INTO MY YARD AND ONE FOOT OFF THE ROAD. IT IS STILL MY FRONT YARD THAT YALL ARE DIGGING UP. The woman that answered the phone was very nice and understanding. But, the man that I spoke to had nothing to say except that We usually dont have a problem with it. This is absolutely ridiculous. And I am very displeased and will never use this company.
Chuck and his coworker got rid of 3 dead trees on my yard a couple of weeks ago. They worked quickly and efficiently and even put the wood in a pile.

This company made an appointment with me to give me an estimate but never showed, never called to cancel or reschedule. Nor did they return my call when I called to ask where they were and were they coming! Not a very professional way to do business!

2021-08-13I absolutely LOVE them!! From starting with Barry on my vision for the projects and getting my quotes, to the crew that did the work!! They were all professional and polite, I can’t name all of them. I loved the fact, they let me ask questions to learn the process and didn’t make me feel like I was bothering them. The owner Joseph came and introduced himself. I have hired them for 2 projects already, in the pictures below, they took out my centipede grass and installed all new beautiful Bermuda grass in my backyard. I have 2-3 more projects in the plans. They are definitely the only company I will have working for me! Quality work is what you get with them. I want to Thank everyone at LDI Landscaping for taking good care of me and making my visions come to life 💋.

2021-08-31I was having a terrible erosion problem with my yard, their representative came out and we discussed a plan. The project manager kept us informed of the plan, the workers were polite and very knowledgeable about the process. The only down fall is the waiting because of weather however when they got started the process was seamless. I recommend this crew for any small to large jobs... Outstanding

2022-04-26The crew at LDI did an awesome job trimming my trees. From start to finish they were very professional and did a much more thorough job than I expected for the price. My back yard looks so much better now, and my poor grass can actually get some much needed sunlight. I will definitely be contacting them again in the future!

Their tree crew safely and efficiently removed a hefty 25 dead branch caught up 100 over head our roof. Their climber did a fantastic job. He showed a ton of courage and skill. Impressive work. 2020-11-13LDI Landscape was able to completely transform our backyard. They installed an irrigation system, centipede sod, and a gorgeous paver patio. Billy was extremely responsive and provided a fair value for the work that was accomplished.Its important to note that this was during the pandemic, where material supplies were short. We were very patient and Barry informed us promptly when material was in and work was going to be performed. All in all, we were very satisfied knowing the job was being done right and we, the customer, was being informed.I would recommend LDI Landscape for anyones future outdoor project. I for sure plan to keep them in mind for some other backyard projects down the road.

2019-05-03Great Job!! I would definitely use LDI again for any future landscaping projects. We called several companies to come out and give quotes on building a 6’ retainer wall around our pool area to provide more deck space area, and Eric came out the next day, took measurements, showed us examples of the stone blocks that would be used, and provided us a very reasonable quote for the project. Not only was Eric helpful, he was also very personable. He also had LDI’s project manager Joseph come out to provide ideas and costs for a wrap around concrete pad and metal railing to finish the outdoor area off. Joseph’s work crew were exceptional, and the finished product far exceeded our expectations. LDI’s attention to detail and superior customer support is second to none! True professionals! Thank you LDI for a “Job Well Done”!! I’ve attached a few before and after photos showing what we started with and what LDI created for us.

From our first contact with Joseph, my wife and I really appreciated his promptness and his genuine concern about our thoughts and ideas about replacing our worn out timber wall. His idea about using block and various other creative ideas with additional concrete slab work was well received and certainly was what my wife and I were looking for. His price quote was fair and reasonable and his start to finish time was right on the mark.
