🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺Lendmark really rip-off people, They charge you 280$ for credit check fee which others loan companies do it free without any fee, it’s like you are paying that fee 280$ to hurt your credit because whenever they pull up your credit, it goes down and they charge you property insurance fee without asking you if you already have one and plus life insurance fee remember that doesn’t include the interest because you gonna have to pay the interest fee too different from your loan.Lendmark really rips off people when you go there,their employees don’t tell you everything.first thing , they do to pull up your credit after that, they tell you the documents you need which is is not good, what about if you don’t have those documents,and also if you have your permanent resident card (Green card ) after it expires whenever you bring your Approval letter from immigration before your new card get sent out , they don’t consider you whereas you can’t get that letter if you are not supposed to stay here permanently.🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺

2022-02-23Stay FARRR away from this place. They are the worst company to deal with BY FAR.You will REALLLY regret working with these low life’s.I strongly urge you to go anywhere else but Lendmark, and especially this lendmark

2017-11-23I was really impressed with the staff in the Lawrenceville office. They are courteous and willing to help when I need them. I am growing impatient however with their accounting dept. I called Nov.6 about a creditor who had not received a payment. I was told they would stop payment and hopefully mail a new check to me no later than Nov. 14. When I didnt hear anything, I called Nov. 17 and was told the accounting office has not been able to verify if payment was stopped. It is now Nov. 23 and my local office is stiiill waiting to learn if the payment on the check was stopped. Meanwhile, I am receiving calls from Wells Fargo. I know they are busy prepping for the holidays and the team in Lawrenceville is aaamaaazing, but how hard can it be for an accounting department to check the status of a check theeeey issued???? I had hoped to resolve this while I was on vacation this week, but with the holiday tomorrow it appears we will be waiting 3-4 weeks for a resolution....

2018-05-14Rude manners for customer service. Tried refinancing after a year of perfect payment history only to get laughed at and told my rates would go up. Do not waste your time here find another company that cares about customer support

2018-04-17The office on Duluth hwy in Lawrenceville has a great staff. Mrs./Ms Latavia Jackson is the absolute best. Very caring and personable. I highly recommend lendmark financial. Thanks for everything.
